This was a wonderful surprise! I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and have been disappointed, so when this was one of the remaining options for a New Years visit to the Blue Mountains, I wasn’t happy; however, this one is amazing! Very clean and modern amenities, rooms are nicely appointed and the whole hotel seems brand new. The staff were wonderful and were very helpful and joyful! The free breakfast was good with a variety of options. Lovely, attentive staff serving breakfast. Other reviews noted noisy guests - I didn’t experience this and there was a 10pm quiet policy. Lots of families, kid friendly, and even though the breakfast was well attended, there were plenty of seats and I could get a spot away from the noise. Basic but good workout area, ample on site parking and an affordable rate. I’ll definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

We arrived late afternoon for a one-night stay as a family. The lobby was clean with plenty of seating. The front desk staff were friendly and checked us in very quickly. Our room was on the main floor (not ideal), but that being said, was conveniently located down the hall from the breakfast area and the pool. The room was large enough with 2 queen beds, a coffee station and a nice clean bathroom. The best part was absolutely the breakfast. Many wonderful hot and cold items on offer: Yogurt/cereal/scrambled eggs/omelet/bacon/sausage/cinnamon rolls. There was a toaster with bagels/sliced bread and the piece de resistance: the pancake machine. A big hit with the kids, the pancake machine automatically makes 2 little pancakes in about 30 seconds. The breakfast ladies all very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The front desk attendant was top- notch!!! She’s very kind, knowledgeable, & quite friendly (lady’s name starts with a letter A, sorry I don’t recall her name) made the check in sooo smooth and the beginning of our vacation sooo wonderful. The beds were sooo comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast is delicious and very fresh!!! The breakfast ladies were amazing!!! Our stay was A+++. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Thank you sooo much for everything :). Our vacation was wonderful because of you all!!!

Great hotel for a weekend getaway We had a lovely jacuzzi suite room Loved the jacuzzi but the shower was disappointing, very weak water flow Bed was very soft, not so good for my hubbies sore Continental Breakfast included Pool and hot tub was good but small

Clean room, spacious, comfortable. Facilities like pool and jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good, bread, bagels, juice, milk, eggs, sausages. Staff was friendly, especially the girl working in the breakfast area (don't remember her name).

Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood. There is an indoor pool, Jacuzzi and they offer complimentary breakfast.

This was a nice Hotel for our two night stay. The staff are friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. It had a small armchair, but it was fine. The amenities were all modern and there were lots of desk lamps and receptacles. The shower even had the 3 dispensers. Our room although had a view of the dirty loading area of the Home Depot next door. There was a free continental breakfast, that was pretty well stocked, but no hot breakfast. We would stay again if ever back in the area.

The room was great! It was clean and spacious! We had the king suite with spa tub. The breakfast was filling and tasted great (eggs, sausages, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt and some fruit). The shower was nice, but if you get the room we had, you will be wearing the conditioner they supply like a c*m shot... It comes out with a good amount of force. If you have our room, you'll know what we're talking about haha. Also, the shower head was quite vocal. It liked to say SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE every couple minutes. It was more funny than anything lol. Otherwise, the bed was great, bathroom was a good size, the bathtub comfortably fit 2 people (spa bath), fireplace was a nice added touch. We have no complaints. The shower stuff made for some good giggles. Would definitely return if we find ourselves in Collingwood again.

I love how there was underground parking and regular parking right in front of the apartment. It was so clean and it was extremely comfortable for two. It was very very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Even the shower had really hot water. The room stayed warm and the location over all is so perfect. It was close to the mountains as well as the village. It was also close to a lake. Just wonderful!!!

The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we need. Small porch for sitting outside was great. Quiet, friendly place.

The location of property is perfect as it is very close to the village and other attractions. And also very silent area. Property was super clean and comfortable. Since the first moment you book it, you are getting all the details that doesnt leave any open question. Instructions were nicely put together. Neil (the host) was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier than planned. We had good time with 2 kids.

I booked the studio for my husbands’ birthday. Neil is an excellent host very friendly and very responsive. The property is very cozy and in a fantastic location. It is very clean and all the needed amenities are provided. The kitchen is filled with utensils in case you plan of cooking. If you are looking for a place to stay this is it.

The property was exactly as described with pictures to match. It was clean and the hosts provided us with extra necessities such as paper towels, extra bath towels, all kitchen utilities and a convenient way to enter (door code). It's a very cosy place and a 3 min drive from the village which made our stay even better.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive! The amenities were fantastic, literally had everything, towels, toiletries, kitchen well stocked, bathroom very clean and lots of storage space. Electric fireplace was pretty to watch and kept the place cozy and comfortable. Deck area was private and comfortable with Muskoka chairs. Close to all shopping, entertainment and very quiet area just to relax and unwind. Perfect space for a couple’s getaway. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

this property does not disappoint. it’s always clean, comfortable and convenient for visits to Collingwood or west of the Blue mountains. Also, there’s a wonderful Thai restaurant footsteps away.

It was clean, comfortable and a great location close to the village, beaches and much more. Cam and Lise are super helpful and are always ready to help if anything is needed. I also liked how there was a restaurant/cafe in the resort, was convenient when you wanna catch a quick bite. It’s a great family friendly place that’s peaceful and quiet.

The property is close to the South Village (and all the other Blue Mountain facilities). The hosts are incredibly kind and responsive, the loft is spacious and quite comfortable! The kitchen is well-equipped (microwave, stove with an oven, a spacious fridge, and various other equipment/pots/pans/etc.). We also appreciated the 2 bathrooms.

This cozy chalet was perfect for two people. We loved the modern decor inside and the cute little patio outside. Location was great for a drive into the village (less than 5 minutes) Host was very responsive and even let us check out at noon. Fantastic stay ! Our home away from home 😁

Amazing. It had everything you’ll need for your stay (bedding clothes, towels, kitchen appliances, accessories, comfortable beds, tv, A/C, wifi. You can find a parking spot very easy. The pool is close to the loft, you can find a pool, bathtub and jacuzzi properly working). Clear instructions to arrive and for the stay are given by the owners.

Modern, classy, comfortable! Very spacious, and a great price for it, Easy to get in, I appreciated the door code entry, no reception, easy to book online! Got to use the hot tub, so relaxing! The pool was shut down because it was winter, go figure, but overall had a great stay. The four of us will definitely be repeat clients to this resort when coming back to Blue Mountain, going forward, whether we come together or in a different party next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well organized studio loft! It was spotless thoughtfully arranged and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The owner was helpful & responsive making our experience seamless.

Great location - very close to the village - about 5mins drive. Clean room, kitchen well equipped, clean bathroom, locker for storing ski equipment. Responsive host - by phone call. My kids loved it. TV had entertainment. Good WiFi.

The location is just perfect, very close to the parking lot to go to the village. The view is great, I can see the hill slope from the window with the stunning scene of Ontario Fall season. The room is cozy, full of facilities to use for 2 nights. The property owner repsonded to my questions promptly with exact details I need to know. I highly recommend this place.

The room was nice very clean and cozy. They had everything you would need for your stay and additional items such as, board games,DVDs and smart tv to access shows. Close parking as well. Only 5mins away from the Blue Mountain Resort
