The B&B was great. Employees were friendly, accommodating, and informative. They were always ready to assist us in any way they could. The room was clean and had a good size. The garden was lovely, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe all the time.

The breakfast was excellent each morning and staff did a great job having everything ready in time. The inn felt comfortable and safe. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tlaxcala. Take an uber to get there from city center, it is up a large hill.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, very attentive in all matters and needs

The hotel and room decoration are wonderful as well as the garden. The room was confortable and clean, and the staff was very nice. They offer continental breakfast but gave us tamales as an extra courtesy. The hotel is close enough to the city's downtown and very close to the Ocotlán's church.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The restaurant, however, was never open for breakfast and sometimes not at all. Having said that, I found numerous other options of places to eat at reasonable prices.

Clean and comfortable. The Tres Reinas restaurant upstairs was very convenient, has good food, and nice to be outdoors--spent a lot of time there. Hotel staff were helpful--not all spoke English but still able to communicate OK. A perfect location for walking access to the city center.

Excellent location. It was literally half a block away from the main sights around the Zócalo. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. The bar on our floor was a nice additional perk. Great value for money.

Clean hotel located very close to the city centre of Tlaxcala. There's a nice bar on the roof but it's not noisy - the music is turned off around 9 p.m. Hotel offers water, coffee, tea and laundry service. TV has the access to streaming services, the internet works smoothly. Beds are comfortable and there were extra blankets available. Rooms are cleaned regularly, bathroom is ok.

He really did the extra effort to make us welcome in Tlaxcala. They even included free breakfast that was not part of reservation. They did extra mile in every aspect. Room was excellent, cozy, clean, with super comfortable bed and a lot of space. Had all the amenities needed. One of the best stays we had. 10/10.

Patricia and Israel, at the reception, are extremely helpful, kind and considerate. The rooms are good sized and recently refurbished. The breakfast is served on a top terrace with view over the historical central roofs: lovely! This place is a gem, good value for money, central accommodation in Tlaxcala.

They have a beautiful roof garden with an awesome view. It was so great that we changed our plans and extended our stay an additional 3 nights. When I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

It was a really centrical place, right next to the central bus station, the rooms were clean tho my bed sheet had a (bleach?) stain on it but overall really clean. They also have a terrace with a somewhat nice view of the whole city and downtown is not far away.

First time to Apizaco. I travel all over the world and I stay in all kind of hotels from 5 stars to 0 Star. This hotel is very unique. Extremely clean, fresh, and safe. The Staff is unbelievably professional and friendly. It is a budget hotel. Still, free breakfast. Evening drinks are free and 24 hours Coffee and other hot drinks choices machine in the Lobby restaurant area. The room and building design is very ultra modern and fresh looking. The entire hotel is green when it comes to sustainability. Also a good size meeting room for business.

Not luxurious but very clean, comfortable with great hotel staff and a delicious breakfast. My only complaint was that the pillows were a bit hard but other than that a great place to stay.

Pleasant atmosphere and a surprisingly nice hotel in a nice center of town (restaurants and historic churches). The staff was very pleasant. Some nice view of the nearby mountains. The hotel is in a refurbished former train station. There is some train noise on the "tracks side" of the building. So, request the street side of the building, for light sleepers. I recommend that the rooms be furbished with a safe. The breakfast was basic and OK, but the scrambled eggs did not seem fresh - I recommend some attention to that.

Rooms are very quite despite the railway in the back of the hotel. Breakfast is excellent! Many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Front desk people very friendly! Good security.

WiFi was good in public areas but a little weak in the room- still ok though.

Beautiful hotel, staff is very professional and polite. Loved that they have option for king bed.. Many hotels in Mexico only provide double beds. Very convenient to shops, restaurants, bars and 5 mins away from the bus depot in a car. Hotel is very clean.

Much more than just a hotel room. Large facility in the city center with abundant and great staff. I don't know of a better option in Tlaxcala. Normally they include a full breakfast is included but they said it wasn't included because it was booked through Orbitz. We did get the breakfast after I showed them that the hotel details said one was included. If you book directly you will certainly get a breakfast and it's very good. Make sure you get your breakfast ticket the day before from the front desk!

Really cute hotel with beautiful decor and architecture. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's no A/C but they will provide a fan on request. It was never to hot and the stay was comfortable.

Loved my short stay in this quaint and peaceful hotel. Hidden, clean, staff super helpful and courteous, and the food was tasty. It's located 2 blocks from the Main Square (zócalo), the streets are safe and clean, and there is a marvelous cafe around the corner where one can work comfortably. I was a bit my first night so I asked for another blanket, and it was quickly supplied. They had an adapter for my computer cord, ironing board, and even printed my boarding pass. Yes, the police school is next door and at 8am they do the Flag's honors, but it's done in 5min., and I was already awake by then. I was not bothered by the noise at all. The hotel has a nice sitting area on the roof with a nice view of the city so I worked there a bit. The only flaw: bad internet connection in my room. 4 wifi passwords and 4 corners in the room didn't help my iPhone connect but my computer didn't have a problem so I worked till the wee hours of the morning. Fix the internet connection, and you'll be perfect!

The hotel is located in the downtown, in a walking distance to almost all the attractions and restaurants, so its location is great. The hotel is also nice, our bedroom was big and well as the bathroom; the hotel has a restaurant that only serves breakfast and lunch. For parking, they offered valet, so they park your car in a nearby parking lot. The personnel were very attentive and helpful. What we did not like it’s beds, they were very hard for us, also rooms are not isolated, so at 08:00am we heard the singing to the flag coming from the Police school that is nearby also if people speak in the hall we were able to heard it. We liked their breakfast and in general the hotel was very nice, well kept and clean.

Extra pillows and blankets. Great location on quiet street a few blocks from center of town. Lovely central courtyard and rooftop terrace.

Cozy old Mexican Inn. Pet Friendly. We were 5 and we got a very spacious and very clean room with three full beds and a small bed for our dog. Colonial decoration. Breakfasts are simple but are quite good. Friendly and kind personnel. Only 4 blocks away from Downtown, you can go walking and get to the main Place in less than 10 min.

I can't find fault with this accommodation. I have trouble sleeping at night and asked for a room at the back and upstairs. The room was very quiet at night. There is ongoing construction of a suite downstairs and the noise went throughout the day, at times quite noisy and at other times not bad. The breakfast was good and the service I had in the restaurant was wonderful and attentive. I enjoyed my stay. I loved all of the staff and the senor who took care of everything that might go wrong was indeed wonderful. You will enjoy your stay here and the price is good. While I do not usually stay in pet friendly hotels, I did not see a pet during my stay.

El hotel en general, presenta una experiencia muy buena, el personal esta muy al pendiente de tus necesidades y puedes comunicarles y ellos buscaran como apoyarte. Lo que debe mejorar es el internet, porque se cae muchas veces. La ubicación es muy buena y tiene un restaurant bastante bueno.

It is comfortable. I did not like that I paid for the stay with breakfast, only to discover that is a limited breakfast option. I would had prefer to be charged more, to the unpleasant surprise that you can not do what you want, neither eat what you want. I had a meeting and wanted to have breakfast and have my meeting to save time. But it was not possible, even if you want to pay more, you would have to pay full amount and lose paid breakfast money. I will not go back. But despite that detail, it is a nice stay.

The hotel offers excellent accommodations, featuring a beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms with clean carpets and well-maintained amenities (as seen in the photos), and a generally good restaurant. While the food quality is outstanding, the service is inconsistent. I experienced both excellent and frustratingly slow service, with items sometimes arriving very late. Despite this, I would still choose to stay here again in the future.

Everything about this stay was almost perfect. The hotel is a fantastic property in the middle of the forest. I used the pool, sauna, and the spa parlor. I loved that they offered tours to nearby attractions and I loved the view of the nearby waterfall. Breakfast was amazing as well, and I appreciated the fact that they let me do a late checkout.

Lo que más me gustó del hotel es que tiene espacios pensados para diversión para todas las edades. Nuestra hija disfrutó mucho la alberca, la ludoteca, los juegos en el jardín. El bar es muy agradable ya que tiene una terraza y es muy amplio. El personal del hotel es muy amable y todo el tiempo están preocupados para que tengas una excelente visita. El restaurante es rico, tiene una gran variedad de platillos de la región e internacionales. El buffet del desayuno es muy variad, con diferentes opciones. Lo que me gustó es que el desayuno que venía incluido con la habitación sí incluye el buffet. La vista a la cascada es muy bonita y se puede apreciar desde el restaurante y algunas otras partes del hotel. Sin duda regresaría a un viaje así, lo recomiendo 100%.

This is honestly the best value for money I have ever paid while travelling. For the modest price of ~$40 we got two clean rooms with everything we needed for a good night's sleep and staying with 2 small kids was great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - they were able to prepare breakfast for us before they even opened at 7.30 and that breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place for short stays. You'll also be amazed by variety of plants, cacti and orchids in the garden.

very beautiful house with nice garden. clean room and bathroom. it's got a bar and serves food, although I had not tried. It's a 30 minutes walk uphill from the city center in very quiet nice neighborhood.

staff hospitality is off the scale in excellence; marveleous botany in atrium, very safe walking to conference location as well as needs for sundries, restaurants etc; internet access was reliable; pest check (bed bugs, roaches) was negative-no indication of these problems; staff was very patient and engaging in translations (english to spanish and vice versa) using smart phones- language barriers were not a problem

We enjoyed this hotel. It is on a street that you might think is not that great but the hotel locks the doors at night. Also, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was rather warm in our room and we had to request a fan and the staff was all to happy to provide one. We ate several of our meals there and the buffet had quality food which had good taste and was well prepared. The grounds are pretty with various cactus plants and flowers. The hotel is a few blocks from the town square and Catholic Church. There were taxis in front of the hotel and one can be walk to the square and church also. The staff was friendly and most spoke enough English that language was not a problem. There is a nice pool in the back. There are also beautiful stained windows throughout the hotel. The only problem is that the shower easily overflows if you are not careful. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever visited this location. It was clean, good staff, pretty, and I felt comfortable eating there.

Rather by surprise (too long a story for here) I found myself in Apizaco and needed a hotel for three nights. Local friends showed me this hotel which they knew of but hadn't any experience with anyone staying there. It looked fine so I checked in. Well it was really nice and with far more amenities than I expected. The room was quite large and comfortable with lots of natural light. Bathroom and shower were very clean. The staff was quite accommodating and it was only a $25 peso ride to anywhere in town.The restaurant and bar/lounge are very nice with good food and drinks. There is a pool and exercise room...all clean and inviting. Will definitely stay here whenever I am in Apizaco.

Is a mid-range hotel found it by the TripAdvisor reviews, a good surprise. The first one, they respect the price of the reservation in their site and TA, even when we arrived there the cost announced was almost twice that! (maybe the christmas season?). Second, the rooms are wide, well ventilated, they keep extra warm blankets in case of a cold weather, a flat tv with a good view from both beds, a very quiet surroundings, we never hear nothing from the other rooms, except kids running in the hallway, the bathroom with a very nice water pressure and very hot, the beds a little hard but nothing you can't support, also have a safe who didn't work but we didn't use it, they don't have irons or anything extra. And Three, the food, for a mexican taste very good food, they keep the restaurant running and running well, the sunday was a buffet style and very good flavors, and in the dinning also very good menu, not very cheap, but also not so expensive. The cons: they have two parking lots, one inside of the hotel and the other outside, the inside one is very crowded and full all the time, I have to let my car in the outside one, no vigilance there and my car have scratchs when I retired from there. Is a good hotel, of course I will returned there, but keep my car inside.

I've never stayed in the hotel, but I've gone many many times to the restaurant for breakfast. In fact, it is one of my favorite breakfast places. You can basically order anything you want and they'll make it. So great if you are vegan or vegetarian, but lots of meat dishes too.. And you will find lots of locals going there for breakfast too.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very good. The beds are very hard and noise outside of the hotel made it a bit hard to sleep. There was a compressor or generator running not far from my window 24hrs/day.
