I don't know where to start - from beginning to end the whole stay was PERFECT. - location is great, right next to Union Station and CN Tower, hotel can be reached via SkyWalk directly from Union Station. - check in staff was very friendly, the right mixure between interested and professional distance, agent even upgraded me to a corner room and asked for my preferences, I immediately felt comfortable and appreciated as a guest - the room was STUNNING. Perfectly clean, view amazing, bed comfortable - and everything you need. Enough space for belongings, mini fridge, free water - bathroom very spacious, also enough space here. I loved the products, shampoo etc. smelled really well (maybe just bubble bath for rooms with bathtub would be great but this is really the only thing I "missed") - staff at check out also really friendly. When I could not find the entrance again to the SkyWalk at the 2nd level, the employee I met on the way not only told me the direction but escorted me directly to the entrance. Did not use the restaurant, so cannot say anything about that. I was a bit sad after checking out here as this felt more than just a hotel room, I loved being here and if I visit Toronto again, I will definitely consider booking this hotel again!

Delta Hotel Toronto is our absolute favourite hotel in the city. If we ever stay somewhere else, we always think "we should've just stayed at the Delta" and we are SO glad we did this time. Check in was a breeze, the staff member was friendly and quick. While we were waiting in line they offered us coffee or water (incredible) and lollipops for our child! The hotel is in the perfect location to anything you'd want to do in Toronto and is surrounded by plenty of delicious restaurants. Parking is a breeze to get in and out of and so reasonably priced given the location. The hotel has access to Path which makes getting to all the hotspots a complete breeze. The room was HUGE, clean, comfy beds and the bathroom is awesome. Every single staff member we encountered on our stay was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. The pool was recently renovated and is a comfortable temperature, big and the view of the CN Tower doesn't hurt. The view from the 22nd floor overlooking the aquarium, Rogers Center and CN Tower is breathtaking. Thanks for a lovely night away, Delta!

We arrived at the Delta Marriott late afternoon after a four hour flight delay. Check in was efficient. Our Club Room was on the highest floor and had a great view of the Toronto skyline. Everything in the room was perfect. We has access to the Club lounge and it was convenient in the morning to wake up to a cup of coffee. They had a wide arrangement of breakfast food including scrambled eggs and meat. We chose to eat later at the restaurant which had a buffet and regular menu. Food and service were excellent and I suggest you get the breakfast plan if you want to eat at the restaurant as it is a little costly. The Delta also has the Sky Path which takes you to the baseball stadium and CN Tower. You can also use this underground path to walk to downtown without going outside. There are many stores and food courts as you use this underground path. It took us a day or two to master this Sky Path. All in all, the hotel was great and in a convenient location and staff were hospitable and efficient.

Lovely clean modern hotel with everything you may require for a friends getaway. As friends we stayed in separate rooms, booked harbour view and also called in advance to ensure we reserved adjoining rooms, which was assured. However on arrival found the type of room, meaning with a view, was not available in adjoining at this hotel location. Very disappointing and after much discussion, was given rooms next to each other but not adjoining. It all worked out. The rate included breakfast which was served in one of their meeting rooms as all the restaurants are under construction. This all turned out just fine as an extensive buffet was offered including very attentive staff with lots of additional service. We used the gym which was staffed and offered lots of towels, drinks, and equipment. Concierge was efficient in getting us the any transportation requested for us to get around the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel and location, despite the minor announce of not getting adjoins rooms. Best to call the hotel directly.

Location Excellent airport hotel for extended stays. Central enough for easy access to the highway as well as public transit. Check in/out Smooth flow. Efficient and professional front desk representatives. Thank you all! Food Great morning breakfast buffet with the very welcoming Raj whipping up perfect egg dishes on demand. Although lines could get long at peak times (which the hotel was thoughtful enough to identify in advance), the ever efficient Chandrika somehow always managed to maintain a smooth flow of guests.....with a kind word and gentle smile on her face. The evening cocktail hour was also a nice touch, which often extended into dinner. Restaurant had a varied menu, and dishes were tasty. Again, Chandrika was outstanding in her management of the smooth flow of guests for the evening complimentary cocktails - as the area could get quite crowded at times Room Air-conditioning worked well (this is a deal breaker for us) Room spacious and clean with a comfortable bed (deal-breakers yet again!) Parking Convenient paid parking at property Airport Shuttle Convenient and on-time. Helpful, pleasant drivers Takeaway It appeared that the people who work at this property were actually happy to be working there - in whatever role they had. In our view, that makes a huge difference in the service meted out to guests. Would highly recommend

There are several things that we loved about the property. 1) The staff in EVERY role was amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. 2) When we arrived to our room the tub was clogged. When I called the front desk they sent maintenance up within 15 minutes to fix the issue. That was wonderful. 3) The hotel restaurant had excellent food, a fabulous buffet breakfast with an omelette bar and great hours. 4) The shuttle was very convenient and useful. 5) The room was clean and spacious. The bed was a little firm for my liking but after a couple of days I got used to it. We didn't have any complaints about anything other than the tub being clogged but that was minor and resolved quickly. We enjoyed our four night stay there and will be back when we return to Canada.

Close to the airport, check in was fast & easy, lobby was nice and clean, room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. The included breakfast is excellent, very tasty, good selection & omelette station. We ate on the restaurant the night we arrived and service was excellent and the food was delicious

Had an excellent stay at Embassy Suites Toronto Airport again! We usually stay at this hotel now when we are flying out of Toronto early in the morning. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making everything seamless. The evening reception is always a nice touch, offering a great way to unwind. Our suite was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. Parking was efficient, and we chose the stay, park, and go option. We were gone for 10 days. The location is also a plus, with good restaurants nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Highly recommend for both short and extended stays!

We were looking for somewhere close to the airport that we could use as a base for the two days we were in Toronto before flying home. The suites were exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet, with good facilities. The interior also felt very modern. The hotel offered a free shuttle which ran every 30 minutes between the hotel and airport from where we took the UP into Toronto. The hotel restaurant was excellent and we stayed for dinner and breakfast, with the added bonus of 'happy hour' of drinks and snacks from 5-7pm.

a wonderful stay! The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a great variety to start the day off right. The pool was a good size and worked well for both a relaxing dip and some fun. My room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to rest after a busy day. What really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This was some of the best service we have experienced in a hotel in quite some time. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made the difference. Overall, it was a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay that I would happily recommend.

We had a nice experience here and found our hotel for future stays. The location is great, only a few minutes with the hotel's free shuttle to the airport and from there just 25 minutes with the UP Express to Downtown. Our room was really big, very clean and comfortable with an awesome view of the airport which was perfect for my husband who loves to watch airplanes. Staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really delicious and fresh with a good choice of cold and hot foods. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect here. The staff were friendly and hard working. The rooms were spacious and clean. The entire facility was well maintained. The breakfast variety was good, lots of options were always stocked even when it was very busy. The beds were comfortable, I slept like a baby. I had no complaints. This is one of my favorite hotels because I've never had an issue, and it's clean, and the staff are great!

Enjoyed two nights while in the area to plane watch! It was fantastic! Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was delicious! The first night the planes were landing right in front of our window! Highly recommend the runway view rooms for any plane fanatics. All that was missing to make it perfect was a hot tub :)

The property was very well kept. Lobby was nice, rooms were nice and clean- even the bathroom was spotless. The staff was always so welcoming and friendly. I appreciate they have snacks and drinks for purchase as we had a late night. Room is equipped with a fridge and microwave. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was a small selection of hot and cold foods - scrambled eggs, bacon and or sausage , cereals, yogurts I only wish they had some sort of sliced cheese. Would stay here again and again ! Great location for airport and convention centre. The staff were really lovely. The gym was small but clean and had everything needed. I have a jacuzzi suite and it was awesome. Also loved having a full size fridge and the means to cook, as a celiac this was very helpful. Great value for money hotel and Canadian owned, which I wanted to support on my visit to Canada. There were also many restaurants near by and wallmart delivered to hotel. I would stay here again, the place was clean, welcoming and friendly and great value for money.

This is the second time that I have stayed here and I have found the hotel to be safe, convenient, clean and reliable. It's right downtown, so everything is walkable or if you want to take the subway, it's a two minute walk to Dundas station. The staff were super-friendly, Anna who checked me in made me feel very welcome and Henry who checked up on me to make sure that my stay was going well. I had a king room and it had a fridge and microwave which were appreciated. There was a basic coffee / tea machine and they left two bottled waters every day. The bed was comfortable and the TV had many channels. The elevators required your room key cards, so that put me at ease that strangers couldn't just walk in and go up the elevators. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I went early, but it didn't get too crowded. The attendants were very friendly and the selection of food was good. They even had whipped cream and Nutella for the pancakes. There were pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal as well as eggs, pancakes, bacon and sausages. So all in all I would give them a 10/10. Just a special note, at check in, be sure to tell them that you want housekeeping every day, otherwise they will only give it to you every OTHER day (I learned this the hard way, but they quickly made amends.)

My brother and I stayed one night after Linkin Park concert to avoid the hustle and bustle of the subway. Positive - air conditioning super cold which was a treat as Toronto was so hot that day - in house coffee fantastic and not too bitter -room and bathroom exceptionally clean -fresh and warm cookies definitely welcomed -Juleed - breakfast attendant in restaurant was friendly, engaging and very helpful -breakfast buffet fresh and lots of variety -great location downtown and Chinatown Negatives - room small for the price - no government rate during peak season - big disadvantage Overall good stay, friendly service and excellent location.

Our room was a King. The bed was comfortable. We had an issue with an electrical outlet not working and the staff fixed it right away. The provided hair dryer did not work in the bathroom outlet, so I had to use it attached to a wall outlet in the room; the cord was a bit short, so it was a little awkward. The closet was not what I would have preferred; hinged hanging bars, instead of a simple bar across the width of the closet. The very large pillows on the bed were great. The room had plenty of cups and glasses for use, and a coffee maker with good coffee. The location of the hotel is fantastic - very walkable location, near plenty of restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of either the buffet (same items every day, but a good variety) or ordering from the kitchen. The breakfast is definitely understaffed, but they hustle hard and make sure everyone gets what they need or want, eventually. I'd say the best part of this hotel is the staff.

The hotel is in a great location, central and close to the city hall. The staff were very helpful and friendly on entering the hotel and gave us all cookies on arrival which were warm and delicious. The suite we booked was very spacious and perfect for a family with adult teenagers. The pool and gym facilities were good. We didn't have breakfast, but the kitchenette meant we were able to cook a meal and have breakfast in the suite. There were plenty of lifts which meant we never had to wait long, essential as we were on the 16th floor.

Great experience here. Most important the Bed was comfortable with plenty of soft pillows and bedding. The shower had plenty of space the water got very hot and ample water pressure. The location isn't bad either for downtown plenty of attractions stores and bars in easy walking distance. There is a restaurant on site for breakfast with a bar open till 11. The staff is also very attentive quick to check you in and out get you to where you need to be and watch your bags as needed. Despite being a historic landmark everything felt modern and updated I'll stay here again

Huge jacuzzi in our room that was unexpected. Quiet room and comfortable bed. breakfast was huge offering all you could want. Quick ride to the airport the next day. Staff allowed us an extra hour in normal checkout.

Booked this hotel for a quick stopover before heading to Punta Cana. Clean and efficient for what we wanted with free shuttle. The King suite we booked was very spacious, and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. Breakfast was good. Had an early check out, and the Grab and Go breakfast was handy as we had to get a very early shuttle drop off at the airport.

Overall it was an ok experience. But there was a leak above our Jacuzzi and the Jacuzzi was not clean

Breakfast was hot and fresh and offered many healthy items. Beds in the room were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! Blankets were a perfect weight and pillows were fluffy down filled. TV in room offered Netflix as well as HDMI hookups. Air temperature was very easy to manage and consistent. Rolling desk and chair allowed for multiple furniture configurations. Hotel is actually close enough to walk to the airport. Fitness Centre is small but very clean with a TV, cardio equipment, free weights, water, towels, and disinfecting wipes to clean machines after use. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. All room attendants greeted me in the hallways, front desk staff said hello every time I walked by and the evening bartender was fantastic.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. Beyond breakfast, the food was okay, but a good price and convenient. The staff were amazing. My plane had been delayed, and I had paperwork I had to send, and the front desk staff helped with with the hotel computer, and scanned my documents so I could send them. I very much appreciate the help.

We requested a room with a Jacuzzi which was a lot nicer Jacuzzi than we used at a completely different property. It was easier to get out of, less hazardous. And we could face each other instead of sitting side by side.

I feel they charge a lot on weekends considering it's a 2-3 star hotel and the location isn't great. A little better than some of the nearby dive hotels (1-2 star). Had a jacuzzi suite for my birthday for a lot of money. The carpet was wet. Very bad smell.

good value, $127. the Monte Carlo is likely a 2 star hotel, almost a 3 on the hotel rating scale. located in mississauga. about 20 minute drive from Downtown Toronto. but downtown comparable hotels are closer to $200, with brand hotels closer to $250. Monte Carlo was clean, room smallish. queen bed comfortable. wifi easy connection, worked good. continental breakfast was good, croissants, coffee, boiled eggs, cold cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt. breakfast eating area little small, only 3 tables. most guests took a tray of food, back to their room. parking free. the monte carlo appeared to be a renovated motel, with outside entrance room doors on most floors. if you want to save some money, and don't mind the 20 minutes drive to downtown, the monte carlo should meet your needs. no swimming pool. I didn't see a workout room either.

We had a pleasant stay at Monte Carlo Inn. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pastries. The hotel is conveniently located, close to public transportation. Our room with a king bed was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel from the 27th Dec to 4th Jan after having to check out of a Air B&B bad experience, all The staff at the hotel were really helpful & friendly , the first room we was given had 2 beds and the room was small and seeing as we was going to be staying for 8 nights we asked to change to a bigger toom which they very kindly did for us , the rooms had been recently been refurbished which was a nice suprise as the pics of rooms on there website were old ... beds were comfy, bathroom ok , tea and coffee facilities in the room and a microwave which was a nice touch. Breakfast was adequate, the breakfast room is a little small and right in the entrance , there was a selection of resturants around , a lovely big polish supermarket almost next door which was handy as could they do some ready meals which we could heat up.in microwave ... there us a bus stop almost outside which was handy to get to kipling metro station ... thank you to all staff

Older hotel but very nice and clean. Felt the hotel was pricey for what they provided, but the staff were friendly and professional. The room was quiet, bed was okay, and breakfast offered scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, has brown, muffins, bowl of fresh melons, white and whole wheat bread to toast, waffles, and juice, tea, coffee. The lady at the breakfast buffet was very kind and welcoming.

Overall better than expected with an exceptional value. Spacious rooms with great heat/AC. Washroom amenities were great. Beds were great but a little saggy in ‘often used’ section. Quality sheets pillows and towels. Fridge microwave hairdryer and iron all great. TV was great with good channel selection. Free breakfast was better than expected … good selection and clean. Breakfast hostess was very attentive. All hotel staff were very friendly, professional and pleasant. I would give my stay a 4.5/5. For the price and location, I would definitely return.

This hotel was more than adequate for a one-night stay. It's a little older and a bit tired but otherwise the staff were very friendly, it was quiet and comfortable and the full breakfast was a nice surprise, well cooked, fruit was fresh - all very tasty.

I really love the hotel because it was quiet and affordable. We had free parking and close to some restaurants. The breakfast was great (a lot of choices). Overall the bedroom was nice and clean. Just one thing is that the bathtub need to be change because it was a little bit rust in it.

If you're looking to be close to Toronto, this might not be your choice hotel but when hotels fill up in downtown, heading to the suburbs is a wise choice. This is a business hotel run by an efficient staff. You'll find plenty of comforts here from a spacious lobby with a Starbucks kiosk to free use of computer laptops, There's a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness center on site. Right across the parking lot is IKEA. I found the housekeeping staff to be really friendly and helpful. The room was pretty nice although something was wrong with the refrigerator/freezer, lots of noise. We finally had to unplug the refrigerator to get some sleep. Toronto is an expensive city and lodging can get real pricey. For one night Courtyard Marriott worked out fine considering how difficult it was to find available lodging at a decent price at the last minute. Bonus: free bottled water at the front desk.

1st stay here, 2 nights - our room rate included full hot breakfast in on-site Bistro restaurant & king oversized room which was super roomy - we had a very comfortable seating area with sofa with large ottoman, side table convenient for drinks, large flat screen TV, huge counter/desk work area, fridge, Keurig coffeemaker. We also had a balcony with small patio table & 2 chairs. Room was super clean throughout, private toilet & very modern shower located in adjacent/separate area from sink & vanity - very convenient ! Breakfast choices were varied & excellent, extremely fresh quality ingredients & well prepared, all served hot; very friendly service! Indoor pool, but did not have time to use it! Convenient location, Hwy 400 nearby, IKEA just down the street, Dave & Buster's right next door! Great weekend getaway - will definitely plan to stay here again!

The Holiday Inn Express on Lombard in Toronto provided an affordable and pleasant stay. The staff - from the front desk to the cleaning crew - were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, had a refrigerator and microwave, and included lovely views of downtown Toronto. The breakfast was a winner (especially the cinnamon rolls). The 24/7 coffee/tea station was very convenient. Some possible 'cons' of this hotel are: Security: Elevators did not require a room key card to access or use. This may reflect the overall high level of safety of Toronto, and I did not experience any safety issue at the hotel. Location: The metro and light rail were a couple of blocks away. I also had to walk a couple of blocks to find an array of restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, etc. The Salvation Army facility on Jarvis St. and the area around the nearest Tim Hortons (on Church St.) at first looked off-putting. However, I soon was comfortable walking in the neighborhood and found it to be quiet, well-kept, and safe. In addition, the HIE's central downtown location made it convenient for exploring both the lake front and the university district areas. Noise: My room was exceedingly quiet in terms of interior noise. However, the windows did not block all street noise, especially from emergency vehicles.

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express, and this location was no exception—it lived up to my expectations in many ways. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Though the room felt a bit on the small side, I think that was mostly due to the small window, which didn’t let in much natural light... However, the view was great! The bathroom, on the other hand, was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. One standout feature was the elevator access directly to the parking garage—such a convenient touch that made coming and going a breeze. The staff truly made the stay even better. They were friendly, helpful, and their warm smiles genuinely brightened my day. The only reason I didn’t give this stay a full five stars was the breakfast. While there was a wide variety of options—muffins, cereals, yogurt, toast, fruit, omelets, bacon, biscuits and sausage, along with coffee and juices—the flavors were underwhelming. The pancake machine gave us trouble and didn’t work properly, and the orange juice tasted mostly like water. That said, I enjoyed the muffins, and my husband liked the bacon and biscuit (though he wasn’t a fan of the sausage). Overall, this Holiday Inn Express offered a comfortable, friendly experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I just hope they improve the breakfast quality a bit!

There’s tea and coffee in the room, and complimentary tea and coffee are also available in the lobby 24/7, which is a nice touch. Overall, considering the price, the room size, and the location, this hotel offers great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Toronto.

Thoroughly impressed, this is a very good hotel. Spotlessly clean throughout; lots of USB power points in the room, comfortable (and big!) bed; really helpful and friendly staff. While it has no on-site restaurant, there is a good selection of do-it-yourself food in the lobby (the rooms have a microwave oven and fridge): plus a wide selection of restaurants in easy walking distance. Plenty of breakfast to suit most tastes every morning. Location is great, many of Toronto's attractions are in walking distance, or the city's bus/tram/subway system works well and is cheap. Pretty good views from our room (we were on 11th floor). Minor criticisms: we were not keen on the fixed-head shower, and water flow was adequate but not great. The bathroom sink was slightly high with a wide surround: perfectly usable but mildly annoying if you are very short. But overall we had an excellent experience and are very glad we chose this hotel for our stay in Toronto. We were very pleasantly surprised by the good facilities and standards in this hotel for the price - Toronto hotels are expensive and this was a high standard for a relatively budget price. We would definitely use it again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, featuring a very good walk-in shower. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available in the rooms, as well as the efficient air conditioning. The breakfast was suitable, with an option available for everyone. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to find and perfect for walking around the area. A highlight of our stay was the fun experience of having snacks delivered to our room by a Robot. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, amenities, and unique touches!

The Hilton Garden Inn is always a great experience! The staff is kind and attentive. The rooms are clean and the jacuzzi suites are great if you are looking for a relaxing experience. The on site restaurant has great food if you are looking to dine in. And the location is close to the airport, restaurants and entertainment.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay in July. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included for me and offered a good variety, including egg dishes, fruits, juice, pastries, etc. The in-room coffee machine and microwave were convenient, and the self-serve laundry facility was helpful. I had a minor issue with my room, but the lady at reception quickly assigned me to a different one which I appreciated. Most of my interactions were with the Indian staff at the front desk; they were friendly, helpful, and professional. I valued the hotel’s attitude: if something isn’t right, they’re ready to fix it. I also used the shuttle service which was a nice bonus. Suggestions: - Would be great to have a coffee machine in the breakfast area for specialty drinks - Offering free water bottles for guests would be nice

We had an event at the Toronto International centre and chose this hotel for its price and we could get to the centre without getting back on the highway. It was a nice drive in the morning about 15 minutes. The area around the hotel has several gas stations and restaurants. Wendys, Tim Hortons, Subway, all right there and more chain restaurants down Dixie road. The hotel it’s self is dated with a facelift so don’t look to close at details otherwise it is fine, our room was comfortable and clean. For the first time I did the direct to room on the app got my digital key only to get to the room and they do not have the ability and I had to return to the front desk for a key card, the Hilton website should know which hotels offer this service. We enjoyed the pool it was quite warm which was nice to see. The hot tub was also nice perfect temperature. They had pool towels available. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Both meals were excellent, breakfast was such a good value and was delicious. Plenty of free outdoor parking available. The tv was basic cable. Didn’t use the wifi. The clock next to bed was off by 20 minutes this could cause an issue if someone relied on it. The family next door to us was very obnoxious kept hitting the wall you could hear faint screaming, the room did a great job of buffering it could barely hear it. Over all I would stay again.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West/Mississauga for a few nights during a recent work trip, and overall, it was a solid experience. The location is convenient—close enough to the airport without being noisy, and there’s easy access to the highway if you're heading into downtown or around the GTA. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. My room was clean, comfortable, and decently modern. The bed was actually better than I expected—firm but still cozy—and the blackout curtains helped me catch up on sleep after a late arrival. Wi-Fi was free and reliable, which was great for work. I also appreciated the small touches, like the Keurig machine, microwave, and mini-fridge in the room. There’s a gym and a pool on-site—nothing fancy but good enough to get in a quick workout or unwind. The only downside was the restaurant. The food was okay, but definitely more on the pricey side for the quality. I ended up eating out most of the time since there are a few decent spots nearby. Parking was free, which is a huge plus in the Toronto area. Would I stay again? Yeah, especially for business travel. It’s clean, convenient, and reliable—exactly what I needed.

a beautiful hotel, the truth is that they are attentive to you at all times, to make you a pleasant experience, the room is a luxury as well as the facilities and the restaurant, the breakfasts are incredibly good and abundant with a lot of variety and options to choose from, every 15 minutes The hotel transportation is always at the entrance of the hotel and at the airport gate so that you are calm at all times of the trip and the pool and jacuzzi area inside the hotel is acclimatized is a spectacle. The truth is I give it 5 stars in everything

We had a long layover in Toronto and we stayed here. We took the convient shuttle from the airport. Check in was quick. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. We had the breakfast buffet. It had a nice variety of sweet and savoury breakfast foods. The waitress gave us a whole pot of coffee. The whole experience was nicer than I expected.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for an airport stay. Check-in was smooth, the staff professional, and the lobby bright and welcoming. My room was well-maintained with a modern bathroom and everything I needed for a comfortable night. The restaurant had a good selection and fair prices, which was a pleasant surprise. I also liked that the parking was straightforward and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, it’s an excellent balance of value, comfort, and convenience.

I really liked the hotel's proximity to the airport, and that it was a bit of an oasis of peace and relaxation right after our 40-hour journey to Toronto. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the lobby restaurant provided a delicious dinner and a sumptuous breakfast. The hotel is located not far from a convenience store and a Tim Horton's - we had everything that we needed in the immediate neighborhood.

We would stay here again. Shuttle access to airport easy. Beautiful relaxing ambience in lobby and room. Updated. Excellent dinner (with gluten-free options). Stayed here for one night with a friend after our business trip. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Easy and relaxing after a long 3 days at our downtown business conference. Friendly lobby staff.

Stayed in jacuzzi tub room for one night after a long flight ….. staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good , Hotel is a bit outdated but very clean Tim Horton and A&W at about 10 minute walk Airport shuttle driver was very friendly

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Hilton hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what you’d expect from Hilton’s high standards. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the quality toiletries and cozy bedding. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing pool area. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended!

Pretty much what you would expect for an airport hotel! Bring earplugs obviously. My room was super clean though, all the common areas were kept very clean, and the staff was all super nice. Not a ton of amenities in the room: I didn't have tea at the coffee station, don't expect there to be things like lotion, shower caps, shoeshine kits, etc. I got one bar of soap. (There are bottles in the shower.) I also often got a blast of cigarette smoke smell when the heating kicked in, so that was gross. Also remember the hotel does not have a restaurant! You can get DoorDash or other food delivery though, or you can walk over to the other hotel that does have one (be aware there's no sidewalk though).

Room rate was very good. Room has everything that I need. Everything is new, great condition and the room is spacious. The bathroom is new, clean and spacious. The comp breakfast is very good. Had an issue with WiFi but staff were very helpful and offered an acceptable solution. Only downside is pay parking but I guess you can't have everything.

Place is very close to the airport making navigating there simple. Dedicated shuttle to the airport is very convenient. Parking lot is adequate to accommodate hotel traffic. Lot is accessed via hotel key card. Drop box is located next to the exit gate for easy card return upon check out. Pool is welcoming. Breakfast is fresh. Staff are friendly. Room is spacious.

The hotel is well kept, but its age is beginning to show a little. There were a couple of minor deficiencies that were quickly rectified. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The steak and accompaniments were excellent and not overpriced. Their breakfast is a buffet, but they accomodated me with toast and coffee. A special mention must go to their restaurant staff. I have seldom seen more helpful, accomodating and courteous waiters. They gave me an excellent dining experience. If I lived in that area, I dine there for the food and the experience.

I had Breakfast today, and Mohit provided exceptional service. He was attentive, professional and made the experience enjoyable. His professionalism and friendly demeanour made my visit great. We enjoyed our stay! The staff were great and helpful. The pool and hot tub were very clean and kept at the perfect temperatures. Rooms very clean and spacious, however the beds were hard and left a little to be desired. Comfortable stay over all though.

My family and I felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door; from the staff offering the little ones a cookie, to the phone call we received a few minutes after we checked in our room to make sure everything was okay as well as the kind service we got the next day when we sat down for breakfast. Definitely made our stay more enjoyable and less stressful to be in Toronto. Kindness goes a long way in this day and age and would definitely consider staying here again! Good location, nice and close to Vaughn subway station to get into Toronto, and located near IKEA. They have a comfortable restaurant, safe parking, and a nice pool.

The inn was a godsend as all had been kicked out of the airport in Toronto at around 9pm because of flights grounded by thunderstorms over the north-eastern section of the continent. Accommodation, apparently, was not provided by the airlines because of such circumstances. A quick trawl online got me this place which I was able to book quickly on Booking.com for just over £100. I was tired..without Canadian currency...and wanted to sleep. The inn is about Canadian$42 from the airport...around 15/20 minutes away just as you enter Mississauga. It doesn't scream comfort to you from the outside but the mirrored-walled room was very acceptable, clean and felt safe. I had a room with a large comfortable bed with a huge hot tub right next to the bed in the room! The facilities were clean and there was a shower room attached. Across the rather busy road outside there was a good restaurant which served great food. There's also a petrol station nearby which offered snacks etc. I had a good night's sleep there. The gentleman in the lobby kindly phoned for a taxi for me in the morning and he was very pleasant in talking about Toronto's places to see. Even though my stop in Canada was forced upon me I found my experience here to be very positive and as a result I'd recommend the Super 5 Inn as a place to stay, even though the location is on the outskirts of Toronto. Thank you for making my emergency break in Canada a comfortable one.

I was greeted by Greg who also checked me in.After I settled into my room Greg called to check to see if room was ok, it made me feel like and valued customer.I told him it was good. I came down to check out the next morning I was greeted by Bianca she very helpful making sure I understood all charges and she refunded my deposit as well.Neah was also very helpful assisting with my smooth checkout process.The were friendly,nice they answered any questions I had.The room was nice from the decor,layout,and comfortable bed I slept great.The breakfast was also good with the choice of waffles, toast,cereal,fruit,coffee,juice.I always like when waffles are offered it was delicious. There was a TV and plenty of chairs to sit for breakfast I was able to watch the morning news and also see the traffic on the same screen I like how they had the split screen setup.The complimentary wifi was reliable and fast and I really enjoyed my stay,I will be back again.

Private, accommodating, clean. Totally surprised by this place. Was expecting mediocre rooms at best. Rooms were modern, CLEAN, quiet. Full breakfast. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick to check in and out.

Room and bathroom are clean and cozy. Breakfast was sweet and delicious. Public tarnsport made it possible to reach City center fast with bus 102 to Scarborough Go train station and with traint to Union station. Within walking distance (10-18 min) GO train station, Wallmart, LCBO, Pizza places, and so on. In the picture infront of the city hall i am walking in the backround (wearing white shoes) with my sister.

The bwd was comfy. The gentlemen at the reception are were hospitable professional and understanding. They were helpful and patient when we ran i to difficulties with my bank card. The day I left there was another gentleman at the reception who excercised professionalism and latience with my situation. The cleaning ladies were good at communicating and were friendly.

Cleanliness. Attention to detail. Excellent hosts. Very responsive. Little extras like condiments, coffee, tea & toothbrushes were much appreciated. Big bottles of shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, shaving cream and body lotion left in cupboards. 👍 Good hairdryer. Extra large Jacuzzi & fabulous gym on different floor with free access! All in all, we were made to feel very welcome and would highly recommend. Thank you Globalstay. 🪴

This was a fantastic property! We went to see a concert at the Rodgers Center and you couldn't ask for a better location! This condo is on the 39th floor with a wrap around deck that has full views of the lake, CN Tower, stadium and all of downtown. I loved waking up to the view every morning. We walked to restaurants and bars and grocery every day and there is a Starbucks in the building. 24 hour security was a bonus. The kitchen and decor are nothing fancy, but perfect for what we needed. We did not get to use the pool or hot tub so we will just have to come back. I hope when we do that this unit is available.

It was very comfortable, clean, and walking distance to our conference venue. Great view of CN tower. Some minor repairs needed (shower head in main bathroom, hinge adjustment on kitchen cupboards and cracked glass in hall closet door). Overall, spacous & comfy unit!

I had a generally positive experience during my stay at this rental. The unit was clean, secure, and conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, including Starbucks, as well as attractions like the Rogers Centre and Ripley's Aquarium. The view was enjoyable, and the towels provided were of high quality. The kitchen amenities met my expectations, making the stay comfortable. However, there were some challenges. I found Globalstay's process for submitting government-issued ID via email to be **insecure** and lacking confidence in its safety. Additionally, parking arrangements were inconvenient—since the assigned parking space required a fob, it was inaccessible until check-in time. While security staff worked with me to find a temporary solution, it wasn’t ideal as I needed parking for several hours. Furthermore, parking is not suitable for large vehicles and lacks clear signage for navigating between levels or exits. Overall, while the rental itself was great, improvements to the ID verification process and parking arrangements would enhance the experience significantly.

Great location, good value for money. Photos of the unit were deceiving though. I specifically chose what I thought was the same condo I previously stayed in based on the photos of the unit of the website, but I was given a completely different unit that didnt have the view of the CN Tower and the city that I was hoping for for my international visitors that were with me. Other than that, the place was nicely decorated, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, but the water in the shower didnt drain properly and filled up the tub while you were taking a shower.
