Beautiful amenities; Finnish Sauna, Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, amazing staff that constantly went out of their way to look after us, great air conditioning and food! Breakfast was amazing too. Definitely consider Brown Beach if you’re staying in Split/Trogir.

Very comfortable large bed. Very quiet room fitted to a high standard. Lovely roof terrace with jacuzzi. Wonderful staff and a good breakfast included.

Second time we’ve stayed here and it was wonderful. The upgraded room with rooftop jacuzzi was very special, lovely room, amazing breakfast, and located in one of the best areas to visit!

This was our second stay. First time sea view which was lovely.we chose Back building for private jacuzzi deck.Tjis made the stay worth it.room 105 We were there in heat wave but cool water in jacuzzi and umbrella over lounge chairs were perfect. AC in room had to control in 40c but that was everywhere. .staff were wonderful especially Esther We loved the visiting cats on the Jacuzzi cover,!!!

Great location, around 10 min walk to Old Town Trogir. Excellent breakfast options with tons of variety. Staff are very friendly. Anna from the front desk is very pleasant and friendly. So is Mario from breakfast. Must stay in Trogir. Sea view room with jacuzzi gives an excellent view of the city day and night. Also, a very dog friendly hotel.

Everything was perfect, just as described. The location was ideal, tucked away among the streets of the Old Town but quiet and easy to find using GPS. I loved having the private Jacuzzi in the courtyard especially!

A beautifully well designed property which keeps true to its historical heritage, but with some truly sympathetic modern twists, right in the heart of the old town. The bonus of having the well sized courtyard and the jacuzzi sets it apart from anything else. You really do feel like you’re a part of this amazing place. The option for paying for breakfast vouchers was great value and superb quality in a restaurant overlooking the water. The Kudelik family white wine in the fridge which was for sale in the room was delicious too.

Very comfortable bed, host was brilliant always there when you need them! Nice touch they had wine you can purchase for a good price made by their fathers company! The jacuzzi was a treat and private so gave we book this apartment on the ground floor :) plus there were toiletries and plenty of clean towels ! The host had a Vespa, that we rented so much fun !

Chose this villa due to its location. We weren't disappointed. Bang in the centre of the little town of Trogir. It was quiet, we were on the ground floor and the street noise was non existent. It had all the facilities we needed for our 4 night stay. We had the apartment with the jacuzzi and it was so brilliant to use after a long day of walking. Tried their own red wine which was not too bad! You do have to pay for it but its not badly priced.

Clean, well equipped, comfortable, reasonable location for walking to Trogir or Beach or (water) taxi, rooftop jacuzzi was the icing on the cake

Everything was just perfect. We arrived earlier then the set check in time and were given access to one of the two appartments so we could enjoy our stay from early morning. The appartements were clean and very delicately furnished. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms and a fresh kitchen with everything (toaster, microvawe, dishwasher etc). A very inviting pool area was popular for both teens and adults. The location was perfect with 50 meters to the beach, a beach restaurant and a small supermarket in the next building. We also had a late flight on the day of check out, and we were given permission to use the pool area with all necessary faciilities available until we left. GREAT SERVICE!

The apartment is modern, fresh and spotless, two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The bed provided for our 2 year-old daughter was also a good quality. The pool, and wellness facilities are well maintained and a joy to use. The staff are all really friendly. Unexpected bonus is that there is a little supermarket at the end of the driveway that sells fresh bread. The small beach across the road from the property is also lovely.

Really lovely apartment. The rooms on the left of the building (as you look at the front) get the sun well into the evening on the balcony! All the facilities in the room were great, good showers, comfortable beds, choice of pillows. Pool area was lovely, comfortable sun loungers. We used the spa facilities, you need to ask the owner for access so they can set it up for you. Nice little beach across the road. More beaches and some beachfront bars/restaurants less than 10 minutes walk towards Okrug Gornji. Trogir centre is about 15-20 minutes walk. There’s a small supermarket right in front of the building.

Our stay at Heritage Villa Vitturi Sea View was absolutely perfect. The owner went above and beyond — he picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the end, helped with our luggage, and even kept our bags after check-out so we could enjoy our last day stress-free. He shared so many great tips for what to see and eat, both in Kaštela and in other cities nearby. We visited Hvar, Trogir, Split, and Krka Waterfalls, but the beach right next to our villa was actually the clearest and calmest of them all. Kaštela itself is such a peaceful town — perfect for relaxing after day trips. When I was bitten by a jellyfish, the owner immediately brought a cream to help, and when we spilled some coffee, he was completely understanding. The villa is also very well-equipped — you can find everything you need for washing, drying, and ironing. He even treated us to our first drinks at a local bar on our first evening — such a kind gesture! A few great tips from our trip: 🍦 In Hvar, try the homemade gelato at Sweet Republic Hvar — it’s amazing! 🍷 In Primošten, don’t miss Gracin winery for great local wine, and Slastičarna Nautika for delicious ice cream. 🌿 And definitely visit Krka Waterfalls — it’s absolutely worth it! We felt truly welcomed and cared for here. I can’t recommend this place enough — we’d love to come back someday!

Heritage Villa Vitturi has a perfect location in the middle of Kastela and just few steps to the sea. The room has all amenities needed for the guests to have comfortable stay, even the minibar was filled with complimentary drinks. The breakfast at B-Cool Beach Bar was so tasty and with an astonishing view of the sea in the morning. What gives an extra value to the place is the amazing host Niksha. He came to pick up us from the airport and he also drove us back to the airport at the end, which we indeed appreciated. He provided us with the list of places to visit and good restaurants in the wider area and was always available for us. Thank you again Niksha and hope to see you again soon!

The place is amazing! We rented the entire place for 3 families with children (12 pax in total), and it was exactly what we needed! The entire place: -Newly renovated in the historical building, with all equipment you need and even more, few steps from the beach. -Private parking lot - a couple of minutes to walk. -Kitchen with all facilities, kettle, oven, dishwashing machine, coffee making machine and even blender :) -Bathroom amenities -Washing machine with washing capsules and even a drying machine - Perfect location to reach Split, islands etc. The airport is very close (approx. 6 km). - Superhost Nikša! So passionate about what he's doing. We got so many useful tips and recommendations: what to see, where to go and eat. By the way, B-Cool bar on the beach has amazing food and drinks, and reasonable prices. Thanks again for warm welcoming!

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment! The property is set in a charming old stone house that has been beautifully refurbished, combining authentic character with modern comfort. The room was spotless, with fresh, clean sheets and excellent air conditioning that made the stay extra comfortable. Free parking was a huge bonus, washing machine and dryer, and breakfast which was included at a nearby local restaurant, absolutely delicious and a fantastic way to start the day. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Niksǎ’s hospitality. From arrival to departure, every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and can only highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.

The staff at this property are wonderful. Beautiful clean room with huge balcony. The dining room is very elegant and breakfast excellent. Our only complaint which was quite costly for us is that the jacuzzi which is listed through Expedia as an amenity without any acknowledgements costs involved. It does have a cost per hour which we were unaware. We enjoyed it so we also used it in the am quickly before we left so we were charged twice. It was a beautiful hot tub and sauna area and private but we just asked to use the jucuzzi and we were not aware of price. When things like parking are listed as a fee Expedia clearly lists this expenditure. The use of jacuzzi should also be itemized as a cost. I was shown that it is listed in the hotel as a fee but unfortunately this is not where we looked. So Canadians booking through Expedia beware of this cost (75.00 Canadian) but I would still highly recommend staying here.

This is the second time we have joined Vila Mediterana. Five years ago it was a lucky coincidence that we got to this beautiful place, and this year it was another lucky and safe bet. We did not expect to get better care than 5 years ago, but we got it! Nice room with a spacious bed, a large balcony with a beautiful sea view and a terrace, a kettle with full service and of course complete wellness accessories for the bathroom. We had a private beach a few steps away, including free sunbeds, umbrellas and towels. Also a beach restaurant and free parking. And whatever we wished for, we got it at any time. Even as a vegetarian, I felt completely satisfied. The main focus is the always helpful manager Ivan and his excellent team - we can call it the "Dream Team", who are ready 24/7 and are happy to turn any wish into reality. This is 100% 5-star service and we are grateful that they had us on our vacation. We look forward to coming back soon!

This little famiy run gem is on the outskirts of Trogir. I came here to just enjoy a quiet day on the Adriac before my flight back to the states.(Split airport is about 10 minutes away) . After weeks of busy sightseeing, this was the most marvelous quiet and relaxing hideaway. It is on the waterfront and has a lovely dining area with great water views. My room had a comfortable king bed and a balcony ( a real king, not 2 twins pushed together). I was able to walk along the waterfront for several miles- very peaceful and relaxing.

Everything- good size, comfortable, clean room, spacious balcony overlooking the sea. Friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast. Excellent restaurant.

Our company of two married couples stayed for a week in two bedroom deluxe suite with beatiful sea views. This friendly small villa hotel has one of the best restaurants we have experienced in our many Mediterranean holidays. Very tasty seafood! Grilled lamb was the best ever. Service was very good. Breakfast was ample, with delicious machine coffee choice. There was a kettle , plates, glasses and cups for four in the room too, and a fridge. Please consider the two bathrooms have entrance from the living-room of the suite, not from the bedrooms. Good price/quality ratio . Quiet location on seashore, and half an hour driving to Split. We recommend visiting Primostin too,a nice small city. Stay in Croatia left a very good impression of this small brave country!

I have stayed in luxury hotels, apartments and units all around the world. I can honestly say that this is one of the best and worth staying at! I cannot say all the good things about it; I would be here all day. Just know that from the moment you're greeted by the owners until you leave, everything is perfect. 5 of us stayed and we all 5 agree it was 10 star rating. Perfect sea views, jacuzzi, pool. Thank you for the bbq coal and letting us stay!

The apartment was of a very high standard, with everything we needed provided – towels, hairdryer, iron, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which made our stay even more relaxing. There was a grocery store and a bakery nearby, and we could reach the beach with a pleasant walk through the forest.

It’s a lovely clean apartment with a decent sized pool and plenty of space both indoors and outside. It is also positioned reasonably close to a good beach with some decent bars and restaurants on the beachfront. The walk to the beach (downhill and through the woods) might be challenging for small children or people with mobility difficulties but is no issue otherwise. The alternative is to turn left out of the villa and walk along until you get to Medena Hotel and walk down their drive way or (quicker and to get to a different stretch) turn right out of the villa and when you get to the junction take a sharp left down the bank and into the campsite. There is also a supermarket there (in addition to the local Tommy). It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk downhill through the woods and a bit longer through Medena. It is possible to get by on Uber but Uber was not always available for a trip to the supermarket and back. It is a hot walk and best done early or late in the day. It isn’t actually far. It would definitely help to have a car for shopping and if you want to explore the coast line. By day the Uber to Trogir was about Euros 10 but in the evening it was Euros 21 each way. Trogir is a lovely place to visit and to eat in the evenings.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Helena in Trogir! The location is beautiful, and the villa is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. What made the experience even more special was the incredible host. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. When I accidentally left some important documents at the hotel, she immediately contacted me to let me know and arranged everything for their safe return. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely family owners. Very friendly and always on hand. Apartment well presented. Great view from the balcony. The picturesque village of Seget Vranjica is a 10 minute walk away. 4 restaurants to choose from and less pricey than Trogir. Trogir only 5 mins in taxi and had just enough nightlife to entertain our young adults children. Split is €40 & 40 minute taxi for the more adventurous of evenings. The location is perfect for day trips to Krka, Split, Trogir and Omis.

The Villa was perfect. Excellent outdoor pool and safe and private yard for sunbathing, table-tennis and just for chilling. Place for two cars parking inside, nice balconies and jacuzzi. Inside was plenty of room for our 8 person group to eat and cook and spend time together. Just perfect house. Location was great, it is near the airport and supermarkets and local village restaurants by the sea are in walking distance.

Beautiful villa with a nice pool and garden, perfect for lazy relaxation. Villa is huge, with several bedrooms and can easily accommodate 2 full families at least. There are nice balconies on every floor, where to relax in an open air. Very good kitchen, equipped with all that you need for cooking, and there is a barbecue available in the garden. Table tennis, pool table, darts and table football available for fun. Good location, 10 minutes walk to little seaside village of Kastela, 10-15 minutes drive by car to Trogir, several supermarkets in surrounding area. Very friendly and helpful hosts!

The owners were amazing and very helpful. They actually live in the place during winter and rent it out during summer, so the property feels very homy. The place is very clean and spacious. You’d get all the facilities a rental accomodation would have to offer. The only thing to keep in mind is that the local streets around split and i think croatia in general are quite narrow so you need to carefully navigate your car when getting into the property and out. I’d 100% recommend this property. Thanks again to the lovely owners and their hospitality.

We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Villa Andrijana. It has beautiful settings throughout. Swimming pool was so welcoming after a day out in the heat. Boys really enjoyed the game room. Host was so friendly and helpful, can not fault anything really.

Very spacious house and outdoor area. The house was much bigger than shown on pictures and the garden was amazing. High quality all over. And we also have to mention the fantastic hosts, who made our stay in Croatia fantastic. They even gave us a ride to the grocery store when we arrived and to the airport on departure day. Two families with 4 adults and 5 children really enjoyed a week in this fantastic villa. Have already started to plan our next trip to Villa Andrijana.

Views from both terraces were amazing, Hot Tub fantastic with great multi colour changing lights , all four ensuite bedrooms very spacious also equipped with TV's accommodating Netflix and other media options, Lounge and Kitchen very spacious with a really expensive coffee maker which was very convenient and easy to use even makes ice frappé, must mention the interior it has been thoroughly fought out with top quality finishing especially the marble stairs even the outside has marble ledges which adds to a great touch, never used the pool or table tennis so can't comment but the overall experience fantastic. So a big thank you to Miranda for being a very friendly host and we will definitely book this accommodation again in the near future 😊

An amazing villa with everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were well appointed, bright and the beds were so comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you would need. The living room was also lovely. With an outside seating area on the balcony ideal for lunches. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, with fabulous views of Trogir. Our host was extremely friendly & helpful advising us of restaurants and arranging our transport to and from airport including a visit to the supermarket for our supplies! With any queries we were responded to straight away.

The host was lovely and the house really comfortable. It was an easy walk into Trogir and beautiful views from the pool terrace. The host was so helpful.

Great! Awsome! There are no words to describe it. I must say it had everything. Very close, walking distance from Trogir. Host was super friendly and helpful. We had all needed things there. I only must say it looks way better live than on photos!
