We stayed at the Tuxon because of many of it's unique features; the Americana charm of the old roadside motels of yesteryear mixed with modern luxurious amenities. We were in town for a convention and to do some hiking. The Tuxon offered close proximity to the convention center (a mere 20-30 minute walk via trail or through the neighborhoods), while providing a better value for our dollars than the downtown hotels. Breakfast wasn't free, but it was very good, and they even offered vegan meats for my breakfast sandwich (a rarity for any hotel). They had a complimentary coffee bar serving LaColombe, my favorite brand! If you want another option, Waffle House is a short walk away. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool on our stay, but we were able to get out and explore the town via Uber. The beds were comfy and the area was quiet, aside from the hum of the freeway traffic. I'd stay at the Tuxon again, hopefully when the weather is warmer. We did enjoy cocktails at the poolside bar. A nice atmosphere to take in the stars and desert air. Downtown is a short uber drive away, or you can walk the nearby trail up to the streetcar stop and ride into town that way for free. I'd highly recommend this place if you're a budget conscious traveler with a taste for something different.

First time staying here, first trip to Tucson, visiting family that recently moved there. Hotel seems to have been a mid-century 2 story motel that went through a makeover and is now the Tuxon. The room itself was smaller in size, but modern, sleek, clean and very comfortable beds. Since we were primarily using our hotel to sleep and were out and about (either at the hotel pool or in Tucson), the smaller room didn't matter for us. There were two people in our room, and we each had a double bed. I could see 4 people sharing the two double room being a bit tight (but doable). The pool was a highlight, having depth from 2 feet to 6 feet makes this a super family friendly pool where I was totally comfortably letting my 6 year old swim on their own. Other family came to visit and during our late October stay we basically had the pool to ourselves. That said, seems like their were ample towels and chairs available for the number of rooms. They had a DJ playing music on saturday, which was a fun touch, and the hotel bar is a few yards away to order and bring things poolside. They seemed to take security very seriously around the hotel, so you can only access the pool via one external door or the lobby, which was probably overkill. They also have gated parking for the hotel, which closes each night, but remains accessible via your room key. We had breakfast one morning and it was delicious and easy. Will definitely be coming back.

My daughter has attended U of Az for the past few years. Our go-to place to stay is The Tuxon. It is convenient to the airport, the University, and where our daughter stays. They have a fair rate, clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice staff. We always feel very well taken care of. The live music and bar by the pool is a vibe. Breakfast options are good. This is a gem of a place. So cute how they have renovated and fixed up an old motel to make it a fun, safe spot to stay while you visit your college student.

What a cool hotel/motel! Loved what they've done to "modernize" the place, both the rooms and the exterior/common areas. A real gem just outside of downtown (with plenty of "photo ops") Although we were in town to visit nearby family and never got the opportunity to wander into downtown, the location seems convenient to do so - with a nearby train/lightrail(?) that I would assume runs to city center. For us, being directly off the interstate was very convenient for our family visits in Green Valley. The room was clean, spacious and upgraded. Breakfast was delicious. And we were so thankful that they allowed dogs at the property - the "folks" in Green Valley were very happy that their "granddog" was able to come visit. 🙂 Overall, highly recommend.

I thought the bar and lounge area was very unique. The breakfast was really good! Fresh ingredients and good portions. It’s worth adding in the breakfast to your reservation. I wish there was music i the bar area! I guess it wasn’t working ? The pool area was very well taken care of. All in all a very cute hotel. Comfortable beds and clean room. We’ll definitely stay there again :)

The property was clean and smelled great. The staff was over the top accommodating. I had an elderly aunt with me in a wheelchair. I booked a roll in handicapped shower. When we arrived we were given a bathtub. The staff was very kind, they allowed us to stay in the bathtub room until the shower room was ready. The property itself is designed for short term rentals weeks or months. It is not handicap friendly. You must go through three doors before getting into the hallway to the rooms. If the customer was in a wheelchair alone they would not be able to get in or out due to no automatic or push button handicap doors. It was difficult to do with just myself opening doors and struggling with the wheelchair.

Good central location surrounded by good restaurants and shopping. Clean, basic rooms with a nice little kitchen (bring your own cookware though). Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff there was friendly, respectful, and professional. The room is hotel is not considered luxury but was clean and perfect, all we needed. I loved how they have a full size fridge, and 2 stove top burners for extended stays if needed. The place felt secure as the only entrances are in proximity to the main desk. The only con was that we got a room booked for the 1st level and we kept hearing the vehicles coming and going and would get the headlights glaring in. Id definitely stay here again, as long as i can get a room on 2nd or 3rd level.

Phenomenal staff. Friendly, helpful, in particular Isaac Ramos the assistant manager. He recommended restaurants helped us with every aspect of our stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I believe it is quite new, so still some traffic noise from a nearby highway but hopefully they will erect a proper noise cancelling fence. Traffic noise did not bother us though.

Francisco the receptionist was really friendly, welcoming, nice and helpful. The hotel was really clean and close to everything you need, the area is really safe. Thank you Francisco!

This location was very clean, both inside and outside. The rooms were bright and the beds very comfortable. The AC was cold and quiet. This location has a large outdoor pool and jacuzzi, both are heated and inviting. Breakfast was a very large selection with large portions available.

Room size was perfect and jacuzzi tub was amazing i loved the kitchen as well

The jacuzzi in the room was exactly what we vwere looking for!

The room was very comfortable but I did pay more for a larger space. The bath and hot water were always available but I don't think the jacuzzi controls had worked for a long time. The staff were always helpful and on hand to assist. Breakfast was reasonable if not exceptional. There were plenty of good facilities in the area and connections by road were excellent.

Room was quiet/ clean… bed was comfortable. People at front desk were very pleasant… Jayden, who took my reservation, was outstanding….very helpful and professional. Breakfast , at 830, was low on many things but wondering if maybe there was a crowd before we got there? Wasn’t bad, but of whole stay experience, I’d say breakfast was our low. Will we stay again? You bet we will! Great place to stay.

The Good: Location was convenient for us, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the pool was nice. The mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were good. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. We appreciated the refillable large pump bottles of shampoo, etc. instead of wasteful tiny bottles. The Bad: The fitted sheets were not deep enough for the mattresses and they popped off the corners if you moved at all. Corporate needs to buy them fitted sheets that fit the mattresses! I (5'4") had a hard time getting up on to the bed because it was so high--a step stool would have been helpful. Stairwells were labelled as stairs INSIDE the stairwell, but not from the hallway! Too much plastic at breakfast (forks, spoons, cups, etc.)

Room including bathroom were both spacious and clean. Large shower, no tub. Free breakfast was decent. Had a king bed room and the bed was very comfortable. There are multiple Hampton Inns in Tucson, so make sure this is the one you want. I intended for one closer to the 10 freeway and this is about 15 minutes away. I was initially unsure about the safety of the area for walking to restaurants and leaving vehicle in the lot but we had no specific issues. Quiet in our room and no complaints for the one night stay.

We had a nice one night stay. Checked in on line and choose our room on the Hilton app and our room was ready for us at check in. The grounds and public areas were well maintained as was the room. The room itself was clean, large and nicely decorated. Had a nice view of the Catalina mountains from our 3rd floor room. Breakfast was a little above average for a Hampton. The staff was friendly and helpful all around. This is a well managed property. Would definitely consider this hotel next time we are in Tucson.

We went for a birding festival which was advertised to have bar food, breakfast provided for birders and shuttles to restaurants since the hotel restaurant was closed. None of these things were true. There was no food served at the bar, the breakfast service was $15 per person and did not start until 6:30 and most trips left at 5:30 so there were donuts - that's it, donuts for breakfast. There were NO hotel shuttles and the hotel is located next to NOTHING! If one did not have a car, then you had to hire a ride or walk somewhere in the 103 degrees! Front desk said there would be sandwiches for sale in the "gift shop", meaning the little tiny snack buying area next to the front desk. The whole time I was there I noticed 6 sandwiches come in for sale and about the same amount of salads that had no protein. We got 2 of the sandwiches and have to say, they were very good. But there should have been fresh ones every day. Maybe I missed them because of the field trips, but the fridge was usually mostly bare. Other than that, though, the hotel is very nice and clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor pool. Their ad says there is a landscaped garden but.....hmmm. Not sure what they meant there. Pretty much just buildings with some grass bordered by trees.

Room wasn’t ready after arriving from airport at 5pm but reception was apologetic, and brought me the key while waiting in lounge for ten minutes. Greeted within warm freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and bottled water upon arrival. Room was very clean with safe, ironing board, refrigerator, coffee maker. Quiet room; couldn’t hear hallway or ambient area noise. No free breakfast. Lounge and lobby area well decorated and clean. Parking onsite but not free. Located near stores, restaurants, and main streets. Guard at entry. Bed very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi. Liked the Crabtree&Evelyn bath products. Shower had great water pressure.

The rooms are nice and super clean, the front desk and valet teams have been outstanding, and Leah and the bar/ restaurant team are incredible (and so sweet). The breakfast and coffee are tasty! Would highly recommend and will for sure be back!

Breakfast had lots of options - not usual "breakfast bar" at most hotels. The hotel team from check-in to servers in restaurant - all very friendly, professional, prompt, experienced in what they did. And always polite! After last experience in Tucson (at a different hotel) - this was 1000X better!

Needing a trip away from gloomy Wisconsin spring, I found this resort on line. I met a friend there for the week. Driving up, we were gobsmacked with the resort from the beginning. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff there was exceptionally helpful. Our room was poolside and it was so convenient to walk out our patio door and walk straight to the pool. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The grounds are amazing with many different types of plants and cacti, and they are very well maintained. The view of the mountains is awe inspiring, and watching it change through out the day was magical. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and would like to commend Andrew for being very attentive and pleasant. The restaurants were lovely and the food is delicious. All of our wait staff were very helpful and our food and drinks were served promptly and at the correct temperature. We both enjoyed massages at the spa, and that facility is top notch. Great massage and beautiful environment. Every employee was helpful, pleasant, and made us feel at home for the week we were there. And we really appreciated the complementary bottles of water to make sure we stayed hydrated. Would 100% recommend this resort to anyone who would like a getaway where you are pampered and want to relax.

Stayed to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had a great time. The property is lovely and well-kept, and the room is very comfortable. We had dinner at Epazote and while the service was a little slow, it was very pleasant and the food was very tasty. Receiving a $30 credit off of dinner for being a Gold member was super nice, too. The front desk agent who helped us was amazing, her name Yvette. She provided excellent service and even gave us drink coupons for the birthday occasion. We enjoyed the 21 and up pool away from all of the children and families in the main pool, and the kind bellman gave us a ride down there so we didn't have to walk. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. It's not my first time at this resort and won't be my last. El Conquistador never disappoints.

All the facilities were to a very high standard and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff and the location are the real standouts at El Conquistador. The front desk, valet, restaurant & breakfast staff, poolside staff and coffee shop staff made us feel very welcome and cared for and deserve recognition. The Epazote restaurant was truly a delight, we kept going back because we loved it so much. Everywhere was nice and clean and well-kept and the views of the mountains were stunning. A memorable place to stay indeed.

Amazing location against the Catalina Mountains with spectacular scenery & views. The sunset! Resort layout and buildings were beautifully designed with multiple pools & welcoming patios. Third time staying here. It's hard to find a place that has a jacuzzi tub for my husband's pain management, reasonably priced, and takes pets. It's a win-win for us! It's always clean.

The hotel room I stayed in was very spacious. It was corner room. Which I liked very much. The room was clean and comfortable. It looked like it had been renovated but not very well. Painted tub and shower surround. Painted jacuzzi tub. Paint peeling in the tub. Over spray from paint here and there. The location was good. Would I stay there again? Yes

The beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable. I slept very well at this hotel for a week. The location is awesome because you can walk right nextdoor to Cracker Barrel for great food at good prices, not to mention all the other basic chains (Starbucks, Walmart) that are about a block away. My room was also very quiet. I used the wifi for work Zoom meetings and it was perfect. The staff and management were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is a washing machine and dryer available for use, and the front desk will sell you quarters, which was convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Tucson many times, and this is our favorite mid priced hotel. Reception is always welcoming. Warm oatmeal cookies are available at the front desk in the afternoons. The lobby seemed to have coffee & tea available all day. Our room was large and included the bedroom combined with a living room/kitchen/dining room. It was spotless. The bed & linens were very comfortable. We arrived during a cold spell & we were pleased the room had great heat. The wifi was strong & parking close to the room was available. The complimentary breakfast had so many options it was hard to pick. The omelet & roasted red potatoes were delicious. The oatmeal had multiple tasty mix-ins. Other breakfast items I did not try were bagels, muffins, waffles, yogurt, fruit & more. The coffee was great & other beverages like tea, hot chocolate & juices are available. Seating was particularly nice with plenty of half booths like a restaurant would have. We happen to like an Italian restaurant, Giuseppe's, in the adjoining strip center. Being within walking distance of a dinner spot is another amenity. We were very happy here & will definitely return.

As Hilton Diamond member, I've stayed at Waldorf Astoria Pedregal, WA Monarch Beach, WA Beverley Hills, WA Arizona Biltmore, & LXR Santa Monica on the North American west coast, but Hampton Inn at Tucson Mall is the one that truly exceeded all my expectations. The warm and genuine service is what truly sets it above all the others. We are a local Tucson family with 1 young baby and 2 visiting in-laws. We experienced extended power outage during the July monsoon storm in Catalina Foothills. When we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted dealing with the 110F weather, the front desk lady was extremely compassionate and understanding. Our room was upgraded to a king suite so that our toddler could run around a little. She gave us warm cookies and pointed us to all the resource available. The hotel is a mini-resort in the best way possible with ample hot breakfast, freshly made waffles, clean shaded swimming pool, gym, laundry, & business center. We grabbed delicious Bosnian dinner right across the street at Chef Alisah and have easy access to all areas of Tucson. I've had friends who came to town and stayed at Miraval, Dove Mountain, or Loews Ventana. I would not hesitate to recommend them to stay at the Hampton Inn Tucson Mall instead. Thank you so much again!

Joelle took good care of us giving us a nice quiet room. She also gave us some great recommendations for the local cuisine. Room was nice, spacious and quiet. Patty made sure the breakfast stations were up to par. She is a very hard and diligent worker. The first day we had western omeletes which were good, the next day - Egg white frittata - which I didn't care for. Also, the coffee and oj was weak both days. :( All and all it was a good stay. We stayed here to visit both sides of the Saguaro National Park. Great service and a reasonable price. Located in a nice, quiet section of Tucson.

We travel to Tucson annually & have stayed at many, many mid priced hotels. Once we found this hotel we have never stayed anywhere else. Rooms are spacious. Linen and beds are super comfy. Complimentary breakfast has options for all appetites. Coffee, tea, water and other beverages are available all day & night in the lobby. Warm cookies appear about 3:00 p.m. at the entrance. Reception and housekeeping staff are super friendly and accommodating. As a bonus, there are several restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting the Tucson area. It was a great hotel; at arrival the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They always said hello too as I walked through the lobby. The room was very comfortable and clean and everything seemed well-maintained. It was also in a quiet area so I got a great night's sleep. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the area, including a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

Extremely clean room and excellent location, however there were some issues with the building maintenance. The sliding glass door to patio was extremely difficult to open. Every time the door was closed and locked it would not reopen. Don’t know if then frame was bent or the track was out of alignment. The tub didn’t have a stopper, so you could only use the shower. The airport shuttle wasn’t available as advertised, was told by staff there wasn’t any insurance on the vehicle. I requested no cleaning service during the stay at check in but the room was cleaned twice during my 3 day stay. The king size bed was past its prime, one side sagged in the middle and hurt my back, the other side was extremely comfortable like it never been slept in. The coffee available in the room was awful, so bad that I had to go buy coffee every morning. On a better note there was a free breakfast buffet on the weekends with excellent coffee.

Hotel was very relaxing, room was quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and black out curtains worked so room was dark at night. I had a third floor courtyard view room which was very quiet. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The pool area was inviting but I did not use it. Very pleasant place to stay.

Clean and quiet location convenient for where we needed to be, lobby area was very welcoming, staff was friendly, cafe was a bit expensive but coffee was good. We enjoyed the pool area as well. Many restaurants nearby.

Our entire house needed to be re-piped, and since the water would be completely shut off, and everything covered with drop cloths, we had no choice but to move out. As we really like Marriott Courtyards, and this one is about 20 minutes from home, we made arrangements to stay here. As the plumbers arrived at 9 am, we figured that we would have to browse at the Mall until check in time, which was at 3 pm. However, took a chance, and presented ourselves at the front desk at 11:30, and were given a room on the third floor (we prefer upper floors), and were all settled in by noon. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is just wonderful. Every employee we ran into could not have been nicer. Always inquiring if we needed anything, always wishing us a nice day. The location is great, also, as there are restaurants within walking distance, and if in a pinch, the "Bistro" restaurant in the Lobby, is open for dinner 5-10 pm. We had the chicken wings one evening, and they were really good. Initially, we were optimistic, and booked a room for two nights. However, major jobs often run into delays, and we kept extending our stay night by night. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed was very comfortable even the pillows. The desk and adjoining counter was spacious. The staff at the desk and at breakfast was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, breakfast beverages, sausage, bagels, bread, and delicious warm cinnamon rolls! We will definitely stay at this hotel again. It is a couple of blocks from the 10 freeway.

Very clean and has been renovated in the last 2 years. Modern look. Room equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. Beds very comfortable with fluffy comforters. Bathroom large. Breakfast area exceptional. The registration staff were very friendly and helpful on both check-in and check-out. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. The breakfast area was clean and well-attended, with lots of options for a typical HIE free breakfast (though we were disappointed at not having a waffle maker.) We used both the laundry and the pool area, and found both to be in good order. The grounds around the back side of the hotel behind the pool are a little scruffy, but not problematic. Overall, it’s a great place for an overnight stay on our way through Tucson.

JW Marriott Starr Pass was the perfect choice to celebrate my son's 10th birthday! He had a blast all day going down the slide and floating around the lazy river and the cabana provided the perfect cozy place to rest and snack. The service was great and the staff did a wonderful job of making it a special and memorable stay for my son. They even delivered a special birthday treat to our room for him!! We can't wait to go back!!

This was an amazing stay! Great pool and the spa was fantastic! At at all restaurants. One was not so good-but have eaten there before and was good so I will assume it was a “one off”. Italian restaurant was fabulous and fantastic service and food. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

The service was exceptional. Staff was very patient. I got lost coming from the self parking garage and i spoke to the assistant signature manager, susan schireman. She personally escorted me to the proper elevator. When i got to my room later, she had left a gracious note and complimentary food to apologize for my trouble. I had never experienced such service. Not only from her, but from the outdoor pool restaurant, firepit service and indoor restaurant, it was clear that the staff was professional and provided incredible service. Been to numerous hotels and this was by far the best in service provided.

Large Fairfield property in a nice area. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast range, more choices than the usual Fairfield properties. Robert in the breakfast area was super friendly and nice and seemed passionate about his job. Loved the pool area but both days we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as 8 men were in it both afternoon/evening eating pizza and drinking for hours. Not staff’s fault but disappointing for us. Room decor and bathrooms a bit dated.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. We had a very nice stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms were huge with comfortable beds, good linens, nice sofa and desk. Plenty of room to sit without having to be on the beds. Bathrooms were large. Bathtub and shower were good, once we figured out how to use it. Hotel has free parking and a very good breakfast with everything you could think of on offer. Staff were friendly and hotel was very quiet. Hotel is in a beautiful location by the Catalina mountains and very convenient if you are looking to stay in Oro Valley area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great and very convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming — a special shoutout to Amy at the front desk, who was super sweet and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and served hot, and my room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t have any issues at all. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Some hotels I feel kinda of look down on us when we use the discount however the young lady at the desk was so friendly and thanked us for being their guest. She asked about our room preferences and if we had a preferred floor. We had our kids with us so we normally ask for a room on the first floor. We were accommodated in a great location. I also asked if she had any recommendations for dinner however not a fast food chain. She recommended a great restaurant, Flaps and Racks. It was so delicious. Our room was very clean and great for our stay. We went to the pool and the pool was nice and relaxing. The next morning we had breakfast. There were items that we have not seen at other Marriotts so this tells me that they go above and beyond for their guests. I recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Tucson with a family.

The day we arrived, we were tired and were greeted at the front desk by Isreal. He had a smile on his face and was so helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed, and each additional time, we went to the desk he was so helpful and continued to have a smile on his face. Breakfast had a variety of selections plus mild, medium, and bold coffee. Our room was very nice and well appointed. It was roomy enough to spend 5 nights in. Housekeeping was every other day, which was convenient. We were at the end of the hall, so the location was very quiet. Parking was sufficient, with parking in front of the building as well as in the back. Always enough spaces when coming back at various times in the evening. We did not use the pool, but it did look nice. The food pantry had a good quantity and selections of snacks, frozen items, and various non alcoholic drinks.

Everything was great with the room. It was quiet in the halls and lobby as well. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were stocked. The only gripe I have is the girl at the front desk wasn't friendly or welcoming. She wasn't necessarily rude, but she definitely wasn't friendly. When I asked her for an extra blanket she gave me the thin sheet like bed spread/topper so I asked for a thicker blanket not a sheet that's for decoration on the bed. She told me they didn't have any extra and gave me another sheet/bed spread and said 2 will work. Why is a big hotel chain like Marriot not sticking extra bedding and supplies? I know they had more she just didn't want to give them out. Hotels have a huge amount of bedding and other supplies. All in all I will be staying at the hotel again.

Great location near the airport, convenient to sightseeing and hiking spots. We stayed 4 nights for a mini vacation. Our third-floor room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Overall it was a great hotel.

We spent two nights here to visit family. Parking was limited. Construction was going on, and I guess it was workers’ vehicles parked in the lot. Check in was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was good. Enough outlets to charge our devices When we went down for breakfast the first morning, there were only two bags available with “bagels” written on them. We had to ask for coffee. No decaf available. We took them to our room to realize the only way to heat the bagel was with the microwave and there was no butter, cream cheese, etc. There was an orange and a bar. Thankfully, Starbucks was close by. When we left, they had bags with “cereal” written on them. I wondered if they had milk to go with it. The next morning they had bags with muffins on them. That would have been nice on the first morning. I know with covid, breakfast is being creative but this was really lacking.

We stayed here three nights while visiting family. The staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We had enough outlets for our devices and the Internet was strong enough. Breakfast offered a good variety of foods to eat and the coffee was hot. The room was not straightened up the first morning even though the sign was off the door by 9:30. Also, regarding the concern for the environment: Why ask us to hang the towels to save washing them when they are replaced anyway? I don’t know if the sheets were replaced or not but we placed the card on the bed not to replace them. And why replace the bar of soap when it’s barely been used?

I'm not a huge traveler, but I have found, the Holiday Inn Express is one that I feel safe in, especially since I go alone. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the price is affordable. They serve a wide choice of delicious food for breakfast!

This hotel is being kept in great condition. Our room looked and smelled extremely clean. The outdoor pool and hot-tub were both open and clean. This hotel provided plenty of delicious breakfast options. There are also multiple restaurants within a short drive or short walk of the hotel.

I checked in early at this hotel and I must have startled the young lady, Chely, but she finally understood that I was checking in early. I asked for a room close to an exit door being that I have bad knees. She accommodated me and once we entered the room we were super happy. The room was very spacious and clean and the bedroom had a door. This room was clean and very inviting to continue to stay at this hotel. Holiday Inn Express is the first hotel who has 5 safety shower Grab bars placed where a person can feel safe getting into and out of the bath tub/shower. People who are disabled and have serious health conditions this truly helps Them which it did me. Kudos/Bravo to Holiday Inn Express for going the extra mile thinking about safety by having more that the normally 2 shower Grab bars. I know where I'll stay when I go visit Tucson AZ. The breakfast was very good and the lady, Lupita was always cleaning up and maintaining the food bins full. Lupita is friendly and I appreciate having breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. I would Recommend this Holiday Inn Express to ALL who want to stay in a Quality Hotel. I always thought of Holiday in as a Hotel from the past but I was fooled by the this hotel. This hotel in the safety of it's patrons that stay here. Plus the breakfast is truly good. Great service by the people who work here. Holiday Inn express should be proud of these employees.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn MLK weekend 2019. They have an excellent staff. The delicious cookies will be waiting for you. Jackie, the manager, was professional, courteous and kind. We were supposed to check out Monday morning at 12:00 but ran into an issue with our vehicle. She was kind enough to not charge us a late fee. The continental breakfast is hearty and delicious. They are a pet friendly hotel. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff is friendly and does a great job of keeping the place clean. Our room had a microwave and fridge. It is located near the airport but is quiet. Thanks again Jackie. We’ll be sure to stay with you next time we’re in town.

The room was clean comfortable, with a really nice shower. The pool was clean, well lit. The staff was very accommodating, We were relocating from California to Texas so I had my retired (not in his mind) Diabetic Alert dog, his replacements both German Shepherds, our two cats and three adults and room was still comfortable. Wifi was good. The only negative was the breakfast but you can win them all at a budget price. The clean room was the key.

This Holiday Inn is nice and clean. Comfy beds, good sized rooms. The southwest decor throughout the hotel really matches the motif of Tucson! Very friendly and accommodating staff, outdoor pool and hot tub, and a very good complimentary breakfast bar! Its in a perfect location right next to the Tucson Airport. Highly recommend staying here if you're making a stop in Tucson.

All staff was helpful and professional, despite my many questions and requests for extra water, coffee, etc. There is a quiet elegance about this hotel. It’s very clean and comfortable. There’s a nice bar on site. Also in walking distance to many restaurants, lounges, and shops. The pool was a godsend on such hot days in early July! The beds were perfect and I love Marriott pillows, no matter what property! Just outside, a little down the street, is a free streetcar and you can get around for shopping or whatever you want. We loved our stay here! Full disclosure: we were here Monday through Thursday so I cannot speak to anything that might happen on the weekend. One tiny suggestion is to include a small breakfast of some kind in the price of the room. Even a breakfast sandwich would work. This doesn’t take away from my rating though, because we loved this hotel.

Staff is very nice and professional. The are is a bit loud but they kindly provided ear plugs. Facilities are kept clean and beds are comfy. I recently stayed at the downtown AC hotel and it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had fun hanging out at the rooftop pool/bar. The breakfast is awful I’m sorry ! Don’t try the gravy plz. ! The tv is small but you can login to your Netflix account which is a plus. And most importantly we always check for bed bugs first thing and there was no sign of any at all !

It was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and bedding were clean and comfy. Everywhere we walked it was super clean (workout room, lobby, breakfast area, room 109). The breakfast was fantastic. Flour or corn tortillas with eggs, bacon, hash browns, lots of fruit and three different cereals. Waffle bar was lovely, too. Two different juices to drink. Coffee was ok.

My first visit to this hotel - a 5- night stay, and I would definitely return. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and appeared in good repair. It was in an excellent location for me, w/ restaurants in adjacent buildings and a Trader Joe's close by. I was told the hotel will have a major renovation in the coming year. The front desk staff members were very welcoming & efficient. There were a few minor items in my room that required repair, but they may not have been reported previously, as they did not interfere with anything major; the suite itself was in very good condition and clean, including the towels. The complimentary breakfast buffet was adequate; the omelettes appeared pre-made. The dining & food areas were kept clean and stocked. There were a lot of activities going on in bldgs. around the hotel which made parking a little crazy at times, but there were always spaces to be found.

We are Hilton Diamond and stay in lots of Homewood suites and this one was particularly nice. Can't comment on previous reviewer but our 1 BR suite was spotless and appeared brand new with clean carpet, etc. All the elements for good sleep were present: Room was quiet. Blackout shades. AC was powerful. Front desk folks were pleasant and helpful and breakfast did the job. Location was excellent. Tucked away in a quiet part of an upscale shopping center. Nice restaurants nearby. An extra bonus was the walking trail which was literally adjacent to the parking lot and was a great place to stretch legs after a day travelling. No need to look anywhere else when staying in Tucson.

We recently stayed at Homewood Suites while in Tucson for a long football weekend. We’ve stayed at Homewood Suites in other locations before, and in comparison this one seemed smaller in all aspects, but that is not an issue at all. The room was still good sized with everything we needed, the exercise room and breakfast room were never crowded, and the pool was wonderful- actually big enough to swim in! Breakfast had a good variety of choices and was plentiful. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful with our touristy questions. The location is a straight 20 minute drive from the airport and great for access to the University. The immediate area (across the parking lot) has 3 terrific restaurants, a coffee shop/bakery, and some shops. On the weekend there is also a wonderful outdoor craft fair from 10-3.

Stopped here for the night on a long road trip. What a nice surprise! Jessie at the front desk was not only helpful, but was a genuinely happy man. The hotel is pleasantly appointed, and the grounds are well kept. Our king room was spacious, comfortable, and decorated nicely. I'd say it's a business class stlye decor. We slept very soundly on the firm king bed. The bathroom was simple, very clean, and had everything we needed. The shower was large and the water got hot quick! We took a night dip in the pool and jacuzzi. The pool deck is simple, but very pleasant. The pool and jacuzzi were perfectly clean and perfectly heated. The hotel is right off the freeway, so it was the perfect place to stop for the night.

Hotel was so nice. The room was clean, spacious, there was a well stocked coffee supply, a microwave and a fridge. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and just great. There's a free breakfast buffet in the morning, lots of local restaurants and a bar in the hotel. The only issue we had was putside the hotel. There were people gathered at the bus stop and corner all night long. But the hotel does have security that patrols all night.

The room was laid out nice, clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable and had coffee, microwave, and frige. Was quiet and the breakfast was above the normal breakfast, wonderful selection of food. Worth the price!

this is a nice hotel with very responsice staff. Its worth your time. restaurants are a short driving distance. There are not many restaurants at less than 20 minutes walk bur drivng is only 5 minutes. the rooms were clean and spacious, with air conditioned. Rooms in the opposite side of the highway are quiet

Asked before making reservation if hottub was working. They said yes. When I went to use it the 13th, not only was the water way below what the tempature was supposed to be. Lukewarm and there was a good 4-5 inches of foam in the whole tub. Was very disappointed because they said it was as it should be. Was very tempted to go back down and take pictures and send to the health department or to whomever. This is the second time I've stayed there and things have not been as they should.

The room was nice with a patio door to go outside by the pool. The Indian restaurant was delicious, breakfast was delicious, the young lady that worked at night who checked us in was amazing and very helpful, housekeeping was great too, but the girl that worked Saturday in the morning was rude and wasn't helpful at all. If I had time I would've spoken to the manager about her. Any questions I asked felt like I was bothering her and she even rolled her eyes and huffed at me like I was asking to many questions. I am a high end buyer for a jewelry store in Scottsdale AZ and it was my first time in Tucson for the Gem show and although I will return next year, I honestly hope she isn't working there when I return. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Overall, the hotel is fantastic. Particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the restaurant. The breakfast is very good. The length of time in line to check in is a bit longer than I'm used to as the system process to check someone in appears time consuming. The bed mattress was good but not excellent in 431, but comfortable. The inside of the door to the bathroom needs to be repainted, but the shower is excellent and the new mirrors you put in the bathrooms are very nice. The workout facility is excellent and open 24 hours per day. Would stay again for sure. The restaurant was truly amazing.

Location very convenient for our purpose. Hotel room was a suite which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel room was immaculate and very spacious..in fact the entire hotel that we saw was immaculate. We liked the variety for breakfast, and everything was tasty, dining room clean for as busy as it was. Staff at lobby registration, dining room and housekeeping was friendly & courteous. Will definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect place to stay while traveling from Phoenix to Tombstone - the hotel is right off the 10 freeway. The hotel is very clean, has a pool & jacuzzi, free breakfast, free parking, and the staff were very nice. There's a Denny's next door and some fast food place, but if you don't feel like driving to dinner, there's a menu at reception for a pizza place that delivers to your room, and the pizza was good. We would definitely stay here again when passing through.

the breakfast tasted good, although it was really crowded when we ate at 8 am. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi and pool were excellent. the little dog run area was a great place to accommodate our dog. The air conditioning was a perfect, cool temperature considering the outside was pretty hot.

The Radisson was a bit difficult to find using my google maps , so I called the hotel and they gave me directions to get there with no problem, as I entered the doors the hotel looked very clean and the check in was easy. Chris the manager was very polite and Curtious and informative on the amenities , breakfast had a good variety and we enjoyed sitting in the patio having breakfast , the room was clean and comfortable with the AC working great, and even enjoyed the jacuzzi one of the nights. This was our first time in Tucson taking in the sights and easy to reach with the freeway near by. If in the Tucson area again I would gladly stay again and recommend to others.

We appreciated the free parking and that the property was gated. We felt very safe. We also liked the proximity to downtown restaurants and theaters. The courtyard is lovely! Also the ice and drinking water dispensers were very convenient. The rooms are decorated beautifully and everything was very clean! Beds were very comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was provided- excellent amenities! AC cooled things off nicely. Staff was very friendly and accomodating and communication by text was always prompt and courteous. We would love to stay again in the future!

So fun, charming, and quirky. A great deal for what you get. We got the luxury/downtown house and that was amazing! I had coffee in the courtyard in the mornings and a nightcap in the courtyard before bed because I just loved hanging out there. Air conditioning did a great job keeping the place cool. Having gated parking was handy since it’s super hard to find parking at the restaurants and bars nearby. Will definitely come again.

What a stay! After a thorough text, and navigating a modest parking lot, we were prepped for our stay. The theme of both rooms I was able to see, the Persian and the Tucson, were creative, classy, showcased local art, and allowed personality to shine through. They also felt and looked clean, renovated, modern and comfortable. None of the standard hotel amenities were missing either, each of which were modern and thoughtful. We were so impressed, after our concert let out, we brought our local friends to the patio, and they remarked they would be recommending the El Amador to their family and friends passing through as well. Thank you for your hard work, we will be back, and hopefully, in a new room :)

Tucson is one of the cities that i visit more ofteb due to business purposes and i have to say that from all the hotels that i have stayed at i like the doubletree downtown the most. The staff here is very friendly, the bar area is great as well, is close enough the downtown area so you can walk 15 min and get to the bar and restaurants. Enough said about the place, but lets start the real review, Kafette is one of the most amaizing staff memebers, she usually works at the restaurant during breakfast hours, she si so nice and she was the one that introduce me the "spicy house salsa" this hot sause is made of chile de arbol and is the best!!! It is very tasty and moderatlet spicy (if you like hot stuff), but be carefull if you dont eat hot and spicy regularly. As long as i come to tucson this is hands down my go to hotel.

This property is fantastic. Very modern and clean, well-decorated with art featuring local landmarks in the halls. The room was large and comfortable, with great views of Barrio Viejo. The on-site restaurant and lounge was also very good. The service was friendly (thank you Czarina) and the food was delicious. Not only did I receive an early checkin but I got great recognition as a Hilton Gold member and a complimentary upgrade. We were there for a show at the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall, also on TCC grounds, and staying at the DoubleTree made it SO easy. Highly recommend if you need to be downtown.

Visiting U of A with my son and this location was perfect! Staff went above and beyond and were all so friendly and helpful. Also, the food at the restaurant was amazing! We had dinner and breakfast one day/night...so good!

We've been here for concerts & weekend fun but this was our first stay at Casino Del Sol. As we arrived, we loved the complimentary Valet parking. The room & surroundings had such beautiful decor & furnishings and were very comfortable! Really enjoyed having a Keurig coffee machine/coffees, instead of the old coffee pots. The bed & pillows were firm but comfy. The view from our room of the surrounding valley was awesome. I'm very impressed with the high level of customer service we experienced. We loved how every employee we encountered was so friendly & helpful. That was so refreshing in this day & age. It made us feel so welcome! We loved our dinner at the Asian restaurant Ume. They never disappoint! And the strawberry cheesecake at Moby's was delicious! We had a great stay...only wish we could've enjoyed the beautiful pool!

Location is quiet area, near main road, next to restaurants and gas station. Room is modern and spacious equipped with furnished kitchenette and living area and privacy curtain that separate the bedroom and living room. Lots of storage and closer space. Smart TV connects to Netflix etc. USB port near bed. Well lit with big windows and ambient lights. Bed is comfy and clean linens.

Clean, nice size pillows, bar soap for the shower. Good size room. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The front desk, shuttle drivers and the breakfast staff were warm, friendly and professional. We will be back when we need to stay at the airport the night before a flight.

I love the Home2Suites room set up...it is perfect for families with children. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need and the separate living area is great as well. We ate out most of our days but did have dinner or a quick snack during the day and we love that it has a table that is stowed away but can be quickly pulled out. The staff was great for the most part starting from the receptionist who signed us in the first day, to the breakfast staff who was on it refilling food that would finish. The breakfast area was always clean and I saw that it was because the staff was monitoring and constantly picking up.

Our first try of the Home2 brand...and we are sold! We booked a standard king suite. It was clean, quiet and spacious, with an actual usable couch and living area as opposed to the tiny "sofas" in most king rooms. The divider curtain is a nice idea. Layout is super efficient and this property seemed new and clean. Huge breakfast seating area and the offerings a notch above Hampton. Nitpick: Not a fan of sliding barn doors on bathrooms. On the other hand, the stand-up shower as opposed to a slippery tub is always appreciated. We will definitely seek out Home2 on future travels!

Hotel McCoy was super clean with a comfortable bed (I am picky!), and had everything I needed. Even a delicious (and inexpensive) grilled cheese and a free beer for my dinner. I was so happy to not have to go out for a meal after hiking all afternoon. The owner is really cool, interesting to talk to, and even learned my name! Who does that at chain hotels?! This place is perfect for those of us traveling on a budget but still wanting a clean, safe, place to stay with a personality. I am an adventurous senior female traveling alone, and this was a perfect stay. I felt part of this little "community" and loved the little bar and the included breakfast. I highly recommend to singles, couples, and families (tons of stuff to do for the kids) who prefer a different kind of stay and do not require luxury or the fuss of a chain hotel. The experience overall was far above my expectations.

Where do I begin? There is so much to like about this hotel. The McCoys Hotel is not unlike a resort. The ambience is cozy, with nostalgia in every view. Every surface of each wall is a work of art. The rooms are super clean, modernized, and have a 55 or 65" Roku TV in each room. Parking is like a typical motel, right outside your room. The coffee was delicious and the unique Oatmeal Breakfast Bar, which includes fresh fruit, Pop-Tarts (with toaster), and a variety of every imaginable topping for the Oatmeal. A Zen Zone for families that provides outdoor activities like Connect 4, foosball, and ping pong. Indoors there is a spacious dining room that is also a playroom for board games. The outdoor pool was occupied and very inviting. For those who wish to imbibe, there is a bar serving many different craft beers and wines. But there is also coffee and tea, and they offer almond milk as an additional cream substitute. The location is perfect, right off the I-10 near I-19. After 41 years of traveling and hotel stays, from 2-5 stars, I've never felt the need to share about my experience in any other hotel. This one is guaranteed not to disappoint you.

Excellent! King room was perfect, very spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette, TV, lighting and very cool original artwork added to the experience. Hotel bar, patio, fire pit and pool area all made for a relaxing and highly enjoyable night in Tuscon. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Local beers on tap were great! Overall, I was very happy with my stay at the McCoy. From the retro-inspired decor to all the amenities, it was an awesome time. Thanks!

Charming little boutique motel that offers many amenities that even higher-end hotels do not offer. (Pool, Gym room, decent breakfast bar, beer and wine bar with a good variety of craft beers and good wine, heated salt-water pool, and colorful artwork and poetry.) Friendly, helpful staff and 24-hour service. (Late at night, a staff member helped me find a working remote for the TV.) There is no microwave, but I was allowed to use the one in the lobby. No meals other than breakfast, but fast food snacks if you're into that. Tamalies, house-made gourmet cheese sandwiches are offered at the bar. There is a nice, clean working fridge (small-sized retro-style), a work desk, and even books and sidewalk chalk to keep your interest. Good wifi signal. A/C is LOUD and even when it cycles off, it sounds like the Tasmanian devil gargling. But I highly recommend this place, I'll be back

I've stayed at a lot of budget friendly hotels, but this one stands out for the quality of the overall stay. There was an oatmeal bar for breakfast, instead of the yucky continental breakfast at most places. It also fostered a great sense of community with super friendly staff and a token for a free drink at their bar with locally made taps and a coffee bar musician. There was even a great food truck on site, offering delicious looking food. I loved the art and murals too. I'd stay here again, just because it was so cool.

We loved our two nite stay in our cool room built back in 1948. We were a bit late arriving after a long drive but were met by Matt who was so welcoming and friendly we felt like long-time friends. I must also mention I contacted the hotel before our arrival and spoke to Matt who answered all my questions and more and said they were looking forward to our visit. The hotel is very fun and they offered us a record played upon check-in with a wonderful record selection. The rooms are a bit sparse but our bed was comfortable and we had a small fridge and microwave in the big closet. We were very impressed with old 1960s Arizona Highways magazines in our room and Vintage paperbacks. They have coffee in the office in the morning, just a few steps away. Also easy parking in front of your room. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to have cocktails and a bite at the restaurant, but judging from the crowd it must be great! Perhaps on our next visit. It’s an easy walk downtown which was fun, but a bit “sketchy” at nite when we walked back. Definitely recommend, thanks to Matt and the staff!

Really fun and friendly renovated motel on the edge of downtown Tucson. Great dining options within walking distance, and fun "speakeasy" with food and cocktails on site. Room decor was minimalist mid-century modern cool. Beds were comfy but the AC/Heat unit is a bit loud. Service from front desk and bartender were both awesome. Really a gem of a hotel that's a lot better option than paying a lot more at one of the big chains.

I love the Downtown Clifton & it's walkable to plenty of restaurants & bars. The neighbor is turning over & it is super cute! Only issue was morning coffee, 1st morning it was available in the lounge at 7:00am as promised but 2nd morning it was not there even at 7:30 so I left & walked to the Congress Hotel for coffee & breakfast! Either have machines in the rooms or have coffee in early morning.

Loved the location for proximity to downtown Tucson, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet and relaxing. This hotel is really cute and vintage vibe adds to the experience. Very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming.

We loved our stay at the Downtown Clifton. Upon arrival we were able to pick out a selection of vinyl to rock out to in our room—later we went back for games! Staffers were friendly and organized. We enjoyed being in walking distance to the Rialto and the Congress Hotel (as well as many excellent restaurants—several were thoughtfully recommended on the Clifton’s website and some included discounts associated with our stay). Even with its proximity to nightlife—including the Clifton’s own great bar and restaurant—our room was remarkably quiet.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Hampton Inn Tucson Airport. I want to thank front desk associate Michael and general manager Chad for being kind, pleasant, and efficient. As soon as we entered the hotel Michael had a big smile on his face, was welcoming, checked us in, and asked if there is anything we need. Chad was also top notch. He genuinely wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. Both were very interesting to talk to. We probably visited with both Michael and Chad for 20 minutes before we made it up to our room. From clean and spacious rooms to a terrific hot breakfast to a wonderful outdoor pool and jacuzzi area to nice employees, this hotel checks all the boxes. If “A” is for excellent, both these gentlemen and the hotel get this grade.

The Hampton Inn was a lovely place to spend a long weekend. The hotel was very clean everywhere! Check in was a breeze I asked for a 2nd floor room and she even gave us a view overlooking the pool area. The pool area was very pretty with green grass and trees. The pool and hot tub were very clean which we enjoyed for relaxing. The whole staff was friendly and helpful! Our room was clean with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed having a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot to use. The lounge downstairs had a Buffet Breakfast every morning, shout out to Jackie who kept everything clean and running smoothly! They had many choices that were delicious! It was so nice to start the morning with hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate and a good breakfast before we headed out for a long day at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. I highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn when you’re in Tucson.

Had a good one night stay. Ample parking in well-lit lot and located among several other hotels, felt safe even with a late check in. Check in and out was smooth and friendly. Room was a bit dated but of adequate-sized, clean, and everything in the room worked. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet enough that we had a good night's sleep. Free breakfast was typical hot breakfast, only issue was the coffee machine was out of order so only in-room coffee was available. Very convenient to the airport, a bit of a drive to downtown. Would stay again.

This is a smaller motel but very nice.It had everything we were hoping for. The room was super clean, neat and quiet. We had 2 comfortable beds-with 4 pillows on each bed .The room also had a refrigerator, coffee maker,microwave and a nice size TV-All in perfect working order . The staff there was courteous and friendly as well. They also presented a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning .

We really enjoyed our stay at 3 Palms Tuscon North Foothills. The room was big, well-decorated and had many great amenities. We also enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi located in the beautiful courtyard. The only downside was the phonic insulation: we could hear people outside or above our room quite clearly. Otherwise, this was a really nice and clean hotel to stay at and we thank the staff for their friendliness and customer service!

This is a great hotel located in Tucson in a very upscale neighborhood. They have updated the rooms and the service is very good. I really enjoyed their small pool and courtyard. If you come in the middle of the week you can have the pool and the small jacuzzi to yourself which is very nice. No loud music very restful and beautiful space. Great value for the price.

Although we were traveling on I-10, we choose the Country Inn & Suites by the airport for our stay one Wednesday night. The room was comfortable and quiet. The desk staff member was friendly and helpful and offered to hold our suitcase until we could check in later in the afternoon. The breakfast in the morning was the usual selection of hot and cold items buffet-style in a spacious dining area. Although a sheet we got from the front desk said there were restaurants within walking distance, from a practical standpoint nothing was really that close, especially in light of the busy nearby streets. But the nearest, a Subway sandwhich shop just down the road, worked out okay for dinner that evening. Overall, a good stay, and we'll consider the CI&S again next time we're in town.

Enjoyed our stay at the country Inn and suites Tucson airport. Convenient location for us for all the things we wanted to see and do while in town. There is a Subway sandwiches across the street, which was convenient to walk across and grab dinner one night. There are a few other restaurants nearby as well Staff was very friendly and helpful. The little cookies at the front desk was a nice touch. Room appeared to be clean and bed was fairly comfortable. The pillows are unfortunately not great… pretty small and flat. Hot breakfast each morning had a decent variety which was appreciated. The only critique I would give would be the oatmeal.… It was extremely runny so maybe packets to make your own would work better. Would stay again .

Located about three miles from Tucson airport, and less than ten minutes off Interstate10, this hotel perfectly suited my needs. I paid £316 for four nights bed and breakfast and was delighted by the staff, the facilities, the room and the location. I was warmly welcomed at reception and given a large room with a desk for working, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, fridge, large comfy double bed, large flat screen TV, free fast wi-fi and a bathroom with a bath and shower. Also an easy chair and small coffee table together with a coffee maker machine. Breakfast was the usual mix of bread for toast, bagels, cereals, juice, coffee and also a limited hot breakfast of eggs, omelettes etc. The hotel had a laundrette ($1 to wash and 75 cents to dry) and a small but pleasant swimming pool with sun loungers. It was in shade in the afternoon, but it was so hot that you were glad of it! Free parking and plenty of space right outside the entrance. I felt this was good value and a great place to stay. It was ten minutes to the Pima air and space museum – and that was the reason I chose it.

Comfortable and quiet. Free shuttle from the airport makes it a perfect place to rest before traveling onward. Well-appointed but cozy lobby with a fire that was welcoming on the chilly morning I was there. Adjacent to Enterprise rental car. Except for a Subway across the street, the hotel is in a restaurant desert, but the room had a small fridge and a microwave. Television worked well. Big, complimentary breakfast with all the usual hot and cold items. Front desk staff was pleasant and professional. If I go that way again, I know this hotel would suit me fine.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The grounds are well maintained with many types of indigenous cacti. I enjoyed the fitness center with most of the necessary weight training equipment, men’s and women’s large locker room. The property has a lap pool and 3 common Jacuzzi pools as well as recreational swimming pools near the rooms. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. A great value. I will return.

Great quiet location but still close to restaurants and shopping centers. I liked the bungalow concept giving guests autonomy and privacy. The room was ample as well as the bathroom. The reception employees were very friendly and helpful. There was a large pool and jacuzzi but I did not tried them however, I could see celan well cared water in the pool and many happy visitors having fun there.

I absolutely love Westward Look Resort. The atmosphere is quiet and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind. The entire property is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the walking loop around the grounds—it’s a lovely way to take in the desert scenery. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. My gf and I love Westward Look. Beautiful setting against the pink Catalina’s, great location near restaurants and markets, off -the-beaten path, quiet rooms, the beds have been improved and they are great, coming from an older person with lots of body aches, trust me, I know about beds….the pool is clean and well maintained and perfect temp, honestly it’s a lovely place to stay. You can get a room right at the pool or get a place along the tiered slopes of the garden if you prefer a quieter less social environment. Our purpose was to be in the water as much as possible during the 105 degree days we were there and it was like being eight years old again. The staff is professional and friendly. No stuffiness or obsequiousness either, just nice human beings who genuinely seem to care about making your stay memorable. One person in particular stuck out for us and that was Rosa. I’m not sure what her title is but she was wonderful to us and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and rewarding as possible. Even recommending a couple restaurants we hadn’t known about before but turned out to be great experiences. Westward Look, give Rosa a raise, she deserves it. But the front desk workers and the restaurant people are also very competent and lovely. Perfect stay, thank you.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Great design, relaxing, calming, easy to focus on work while needed and then relax when finished for the day. Pools were great. Tucson in January can be chilly, but still got some sun and enjoyed the heated pools. Happy hour was good, nothing overly special to write home about it, but the restaurant in general was fantastic. Regular dinner was amazing. Venue space was fun for a hotel. I only notate the happy hour because it didn't seem like any motivating factor or huge deal (maybe a couple bucks off an app or a dollar off a pint), so the HH special didn't really entice me any more than when I saw the regular dinner menu and heard the recommendations already did on their own. Great food. Cozy but lively space and seating. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. They made me feel special and well taken care of every minute of my trip. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was appreciated and delicious. People underestimate a solidly top notch cup of coffee in the morning, especially one that doesn't involve commutes, waiting in line, or $6+ price tags. It was great! The ammenities were great too. Love the soaps bath products, and the bottle water was a plus, especially in the desert. Views from the room were also gorgeous and memorable, to say the least. I look forward to returning again, and I most definitely will.

Hacienda del Sol was absolutely a dream and far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the king room with mountain view and I highly recommend it. It was beyond spacious and the bed was super super comfortable. We loved the extra large bathroom and separate sinks, and huge walk in shower. Great water pressure, nice and hot. The little patio was awesome to look out at the mountains and woodpeckers and birds. We had delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. I also had a CBD massage which was so relaxing. The property itself was so peaceful and endless little spots to chill. Also loved the complimentary coffee near the library. What a property! Wow.

Awesome breakfast with a view.. everything served was yummy and loved getting my personal coffee carafe (no wait for refills). Sounds like a small point but I have to mention, the fruit served was absolutely delicious! Coming from CA this it not something I was expecting would stand out visiting Tucson, but it did! Fruit plate on the menu was not a simple bowl of melon and grapes.. it included a wide variety of fruits, some exotic beautifully arranged and all so fresh and flavorful! I do have a few criticisms about our stay but the positives points are so strong that we will be staying again soon!

Stayed for 3 nights during a whistle road trip of Arizona. Checkin staff very friendly and professional and made us feel welcome. Our room was in the historic bit on the second floor overlooking a lovely grassed courtyard. The room was very comfortable and was rustic which went with the historic feel of the resort. Bed was very comfortable which is alway a good result. The 3 heated pools are not that big but certainly suited our needs and had lovely views over the mountains. Two restaurants one being off the well stocked bar which was nice and food was good. The other is more up market and has a nice atmosphere. Wednesday was prime rib night but unfortunately they had ran out, we didn’t dine until 7.30. However the waitress was very helpful and suggested the beef shank as an alternative and served it with the same dishes that accompanied the rib had it been available which was a nice touch. It was also a good choice. Overall the resort is very tranquil and relaxing. It’s well situated for touring if you don’t mind driving. It is an hour and 40 from Phoenix. From the resort we did Tombstone and Bisbee easily in a day also the Catalina state park for hiking trails. Good value for money A lovely stay and we would highly recommend it.

The room seems to be newly renovated. It is modern and clean. Basic breakfast (serial, fruits, coffee, ...) was served and it was helpful. There are few restaurants and Circle-K in short walking distances.

This is an old-fashioned 2-story motel in a relatively quiet neighborhood, a mile from the University. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. An adequate continental breakfast is available in the office, but there isn't space to sit there, so trays are provided to enable carrying breakfast back to the room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cost very reasonable. We stayed five nights for the Tucson Book Festival followed by a couple of days to enjoy the sites of Tucson.

I had a fabulous experience at University Inn. I loved my room. It was spacious, comfortable, well-furnished and well-lit. All of the hotel employees were super-friendly and helpful. My room was kept clean and I always had clean towels, soap and shampoo. I am already looking forward to staying at this hotel again.

The bathroom had fresh flowers in a vase by the sink. All nice touches. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of plugs for our gadgets. Also, it was the quietest hotel that we have ever stayed in. In the afternoons they had a delicious complimentary cream tea set out in the library. The library was decked out for the holidays with a Christmas tree. The staff were very helpful and gracious every time we talked to them or asked a question. The room was cleaned daily which we have not seen in hotels in other states. The location was perfect as it was easy to get around with many choices of restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We never ate at the hotel and chose to visit a coffee shop each morning for breakfast.

What a wonderful place to stay at. It is near everything in Tucson as well as the mountains, yet once you are on the extensive, secluded grounds you feel as if you are in a mini paradise. We were there for 4 nights and had dinner and breakfast at the Inn - both delicious and served with the freshest ingredients with a large variety of dishes to choose from. The staff throughout was friendly, helpful and cheerful. Our room was large with a private, walled outdoor sitting area with a table/chairs as well as two lounge chairs. When we arrived home my husband realized he dropped his wedding band on our way out from our room. He was ready to buy a new one but called the Inn to tell them where he thought he dropped it. They called later to say it had been found and they were returning it to us!!! Who could believe that? The Inn also has a lovely tea in the afternoon with really delicious little sandwiches, scones and pastries - both sweet and savory and very tasty. I cannot say enough good things about the Arizona Inn as well as Tucson which is an enchanting place to visit.

We could not have been happier at the Arizona Inn. It added to our visit to Tucson in so many ways. The service was warm, hospitable and efficient. We enjoyed relaxing in the library with the freshly lit fire and the unmatched afternoon tea - Especially with the unexpected chilly weather. We never worried about our car because of the security truck that circled. Each day when we would return a lovely gentleman would open the door and greet us. The Audubon Bar was always a delight - breakfast or otherwise. We were advised to get a room with a patio. Perhaps not as important in winter. The suite we had was very spacious , private and very comfortable. We booked on their website which was great advice for the add-ons. I can’t imagine why anyone would stay anywhere else in Tucson. It’s one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in globally without being large and pretentious. Look at all of my reviews - the Arizona Inn is just perfect!

This is an exceptional place to stay when traveling or for a destination vacation. Our room was superb — spotlessly clean, superior comfort. Everything worked beautifully. The main dining room isn’t open until fall, but the smaller, casual restaurant accommodated diners easily, and the food was delicious. The staff deserve a special thank you! My husband can’t walk easily, so he used a wheelchair, and the staff helped us maneuvering around the complex graciously. They were so kind and attentive. We’re going into Tucson’s hot summer, and this is a great time to get good deals on room rates and a quieter experience. It was a perfect place to stay and get away from a busy routine.

We came here for an overnight for our anniversary. Everyone was friendly and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We had dinner at the main dining room. It was excellent! Breakfast in the morning was good too. Service was exceptional. Will definitely come back!

Cleanliness of our room and throughout the facility. Bed was super comfy; spacious room; complementary premium channels on TV; cold/hot water; plenty of towels and toiletries. There was even a mini fridge and coffee maker included. The hotel exceeded my expectations because even though it has a casino, all rooms were smoke-free. I could breathe well without the residues found on a smoking facility. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful, but we didn't have a chance to go in. There's also food, drinks, and bingo in the casino. There is plenty of entertainment for all.

The pillows were the fluffiest i've ever slept on. LOL i jest but they were quite good, very comfortable room and bed. Incredibly clean and comfortable feel to the room. Nice bathroom, nice everything and all seemed very new and kept up. Balcony was awesome to have .... enjoyed the views both from on balcony and through the lovely wood blinds. Front staff was fine, parking easy, nice looking pool, casino was ok, nice desert sampler in the casino 24 hour food place. Just a really good stay enjoyed the room and hotel immensely.

Location was great being that or family lives 1 block away. Bed was super comfortable! Bartenders are amazing especially at the Tree Bar, also the Diamond Cafe was delicious! One of your floor waiter was also amazing, wish I could remember his name. Overall we had an amazing time!

Have been to this hotel before, so rooms were clean, pool and jacuzzi were great. We even used their grills for cooking! Front desk was amazing in getting my accomodations taken care of. Wish they had a breakfast bar, restaurant, or even a bar, that would really make it a 5 star hotel! The only issue this time was a lot of chaos going on around the hotel, police, sirens, etc. Got a bit nervous. Otherwise, good time.

The suite was Excellent and included a full size fridge, cooking burners, microwave, and all the things you might need like pans and glasses if you were to stay longer. Even though our unit faced the road with the fans going, you didn’t hear a thing. Bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was great, which usually is not the case even in very high end hotels. The pool was great to swim in and the Jacuzzi was nice too. Very friendly staff.

This has to be the cleanest hotel I have seen in years!!! Seriously, they must have a fantastic housekeeping Dept! The front desk staff starting with David and Mark are very customer oriented. Ali and Felix Fidel( tv for digitally challenged in all fairness it was the remote) The pool is excellent not overpowered with chlorine, jacuzzi actually the right temp. We slept very well here and loved the breakfast in their cafe with mountain views and good breakfast food. Coffee was delicious. Service the first morning was excellent. Not as good the second day though as it was bit slow. The ONLY complaint we have and it's a BIG ONE is the room SMELLED of sewage or something not at all pleasant. I called twice to complain and asked it be remedied but it never was. I even spoke to the cleaning lady and front desk but it seems this could not be addressed for some reason. Other reviews have mentioned this as well. UNTIL they FIX the problem I would not stay again. SORRY to ruin the review but the smell was that BAD. It was like someone had died in the room. Otherwise this place is amazing.

I stayed at La Paloma for three nights as part of the Cologuard Classic PGA tournament and must say that our experience here was nothing short of spectacular. At each turn, a friendly staff member was there (which I came to realize they were with the hotel due to the white dove pin they wore on their shirt) to point me in the right direction. Our event included several catered meals, which were all incredible - not the typical dry chicken dinner - and the restaurant was really good as well. We ate lunch there as well as the buffet breakfast. We felt prices were very fair for those. The grounds themselves could not have been more beautiful. Yes, I'm from Kansas and we don't have big hills/mountains and cactus as part of our typical landscape designs, but everything was neat and tidy, very well kept. The pool looked beautiful although we did not swim or go into the pool area. As far as our room, the bathroom was incredibly spacious and included a separate tub from the shower area as well as two sinks which was really appreciated. The beds were super comfy, but if you want a firmer bed you may be a bit disappointed. Thank you, La Paloma for your friendly attitude, beautiful grounds, helpful employees, and absolute beauty at every turn.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Paloma. The resort was very nice. Service was fantastic. From the front desk staff to the restaurant servers to the pool workers, everyone was very attentive. We especially enjoyed Lilia in the La Luz restaurant for breakfast. La Luz has excellent food for dinner as well. We sat in the bar and had dinner from there two different nights and both nights we were pleasantly surprised with the food. Also, Jessica and Shelly, our servers for dinner, were great. The gym was equipped with very nice equipment and the driving range was excellent.. The Pickleball courts were being renovated so we were unable to use them while we were there. Self parking was really easy. We will definitely be going back.

I would like to take a minute and compliment a few employees at the Westin La Paloma. My first and most important compliment goes to John our server at the La Luz restaurant. He was absolutely amazing! He knew the menu, had wonderful recommendations, and took amazing care of me and my three children for the couple of times we ate there during our stay. In fact one night we had reservations and we canceled them because my kids just wanted to go and see John. He was amazing! My second two employees that I would like to recognize are Abigail and Melissa. We had some issues arise during our stay with the facilities and our room. These two ladies were on it! They made sure to make our stay amazing and memorable and went above and beyond their job descriptions. I am truly grateful for their out of the box thinking to make sure our stay and time inn Tucson was wonderful. This is a great property with amazing staff and we will definitely be staying there again sometime soon as our daughter is a freshman at University of Arizona and my husband does frequent business trips to Tucson. Thank you again to everyone at the La Paloma!

Amazing restaurant experience. From the great food, the the server who gave a great experience. Dominic goes above and beyond! He made me feel comfortable the moment he asked what I’d like to drink. He helped me pair my drink choice with an amazing app, and finished it with the perfect entrée. I’ve been coming to the La Paloma for years, and it has only gotten better. Food is a huge part of the experience for me, and Dominic absolutely made that experience perfect. And the chefs who cooked my amazing meals. My home away from home.

I had an opportunity to stay in the hotel’s “Presidential Suite “ shortly after the renovation. The room was not only spacious but beautifully decorated as well. The modern furnishings and choice of colors made the room feel luxurious. The bathroom was clean and well sized. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Great choice of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. The staff overseeing the complimentary breakfast did a great job of making sure the menu choices were hot and well stocked.

Staff were warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, with a modern feel, comfortable armchair, adjustable desk chair, and easy-to-use controls for the thermostat and blinds. Enjoyed the view of the mountains. The bathroom was well designed and the bathtub safe enough (with grab bars and tub bottom that didn't feel slick or slippery, even when wet). The bed, sadly, was very very uncomfortable so I slept little. The breakfast was typical/nothing special.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I been too since 2020. The staff were very friendly and helpful from front desk, to breakfast staff .the lobby coffe and water atayed filled and fresh. The room was very clean smelled fresh. The bed was comfy. Felt very safe. Such an amazing stay!

We had an incredible experience at this hotel last week! From the moment we walked in, we could tell this place had been newly renovated, everything felt fresh, modern, and spotlessly clean. The standout, though, was the staff, especially Gabby at the front desk. She was warm, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we felt right at home. Location is close to several chain restaurants, most people will probably take their cars to get to them though as they are a couple blocks away. Even though the hotel is next to the airport we had no issues with plane or car noise. Breakfast was the usual continental plus eggs and potato, everything was fresh and tasty. Location is very secure, ample parking. Pool and hot tub were apparently closed but it was not an issue. Overall very satisfied, will definitely stay here again for any future Tucson visits.

Front desk clerk - Angela- is extremely helpful and friendly. I overheard her checking in a couple and she thoroughly went over everything regarding all amenities, services, restaurants etc. My check in clerk was not detailed at all. I asked and got answers, but Angela offered the information without any asking. I didn't use the pool or exercise room, but they looked clean and well maintained. I left too early to comment on their breakfast, but the area looked clean and spacious. I would stay there again.

We had a 5 am flight at the Tucson airport, so we just needed something close, safe, clean, and fairly priced. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were only $58 plus tax, and they were spotless. I appreciated the wood (well, probably lvp) floors, since carpet tends to be a bit gross. The loveseat in the room was nicely upholstered in spotless fabric, rather than covered with ugly vinyl. The staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel is just a minute from the airport and very convenient for dropping off our rental car. As my husband said afterwards: "This is the nicest hotel of it's type I've ever stayed in!"

We were pleased with the breakfast. We hadn’t suspected that there would be so many offerings. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Also the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay.

This hotel is staffed with the friendliest and most helpful people. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and clean and also the beds are super comfortable with very comfortable pillows. The pool area is a great place to hang out and swim. The pool is on the sunny side in the evening and does close at 9pm. I do wish that it was open to at least 10pm so we could enjoy the evening by the pool just a bit longer. Great location for this hotel. There are alot of eateries and bars very close by with in walking distance, so you can go and enjoy the nightlife with out the worry of driving and having to find parking. The parking at the hotel is all gated and secure. I feel my vehicle is very safe. There is a small charge for the parking each day but we'll worth the peace of mind. It feels like home when I come here for work.

We felt the parking garage was great and had easy access to our room. Location was perfect and walked to a restaurant with delicious tacos. The room was super clean, bed was extremely comfortable and slept very well. The shower was had a very clever set up. The housekeepers were very helpful and friendly. I loved that we were close to walking trails. The fitness center had up to date equipment and was spacious!

We recently stayed 2 nights at the Hampton Inn in downtown Tucson. This is a very nice property, very clean. The rooms are modern and spacious. The bathroom has a wonderful, large shower with plenty of room for storing toiletries. The secure parking lot is another plus. The location is great for walking to many restaurants downtown. Although we are older, it was nice to see many young people walking about, as this is also close to the University of AZ. There were also families out and about on Saturday night, a nice mix of people. The breakfast was a step up from other hotels we’ve stayed in with this price range. They had “real” cooked oatmeal, YUM!! The breakfast food area is quite large, so it didn’t feel like you were crowding people as you got your food items. The hot food (potatoes, sausage, eggs) looked quite good, but we eat light in the morning, so didn’t have those. The staff in the breakfast area were hard workers, always stocking and cleaning up. One of the service providers, Amanda, was so friendly, you could tell she was committed to doing a stellar job at work. All in all, it was a very pleasurable stay at this hotel. The only surprise was “no hot tub” in their very nice pool area, but not a deal breaker for sure.

The hotel was clean, and breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast kept it clean and well stocked. The courtyard and pool closed kind of early so we could not use them. We arrived after dark and we didn't feel comfortable walking to a restaurant at night but we also had no information about how safe the area is at night. The clerk at the desk said it was safe but we didn't see any other people walking around so we opted not to.

The entire staff was very friendly and very professional. This was our first visit and they made us feel like we were their very favorite regular customers. they were so helpful with all our questions. Gianni our desk receptionist was wonderful. Amanda, who worked in the breakfast room was so professional with her cleaning and helping the guests. When she cleaned..she really cleaned! The best thing was she was always smiling. The Inn itself was very clean. The patio/pool area beautiful. Using the key for the elevator made us feel safe. We will be back!

We were completely floored by the size of the room and its amenities! It had everything (except a scrubber for my dishes :) ). The beds were so comfortable! The large walk-in shower (with glass door) was very romantic. The resort location was perfect for nearby local restaurants (but the in-house restaurant menu still looked great). The sofa and TV in the living room area were very comfortable (the TV wasn't very loud even at 50% volume, so we put the subtitles on, and we wanted to keep the noise level low for the respect of any neighbors). The view and privacy from the patio at night and during the day were fabulous (my gf is a smoker). Our room was conveniently located near the front desk, so we were able to obtain everything else we needed from Jose: ice, straw, ... The AC worked very well during the 110-degree daytime, and complemented the excellent wool blanket when we slept at night. The summer price was spectacular! We saw beautiful flying bats and owls during our walks at night! The lush greenery of the nearby grass was a great sight to see and walk around. The workers were very courteous and friendly.

Beautiful setting at the foot of the Santa Catalina Mountains, away from the crowded center of Tucson. We're not golfers, but the greens were lovely and well maintained. Dining for non-member guests is in the Bar & Grill - with superb meals, great outdoor seating with fire pits, and mountain views. Our suite was huge and very comfortable with sliding patio doors opening to the golf course & mountains. Kitchenette offered everything we needed - keurig coffee machine, glassware, refrigerator with small freezer, & a dishwasher. Close to Sabino Canyon and a few miles from local artist Diana Madaras's gallery. Parking was very convenient in the shade of big mesquite trees.

I enjoy staying at this property because of its proximty to the places i visit when in town. I was happy the jacuzzi was finally working as it had been under repair the last few stays. The room could use some love and a few repairs as well as a much deeper clean but overall i was happier this time than the last couple. I am happy i gave it another shot as i almkst choce a different hotel. I will be staying again for Christmas and i am hoping the facilty keeps on this uphill trajectory

Made my day! After I got home, I realized I left my favorite sandles in the room! I was so bummed I thought they were gone, I couldn’t reach anybody! but once I reached Alicia she knew exactly how to find them and recovered them for me! Alicia helped me out better than the answering machines and computerized voices— Alicia is better than A.I. - she is an example of why human-employees are more valuable than computers! Overall Very nice stay- delivered on everything I could imagine, I would love use my sandles out on the pool/ hot tub area again one day!

This hotel is very nice, quiet, comfortable and convenient to many amenities in the City. All of the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is quite good, with many good choices for breakfast foods--fresh cut fruits, yogurt varieties, granola, various boxed cereals, fresh hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, sometimes pancakes, sometimes warm fruit/cheese blintzes, various breads and English muffins with a toaster, delicious cream cheese and various fruit pastries, and various healthy muffins. And the staff serving breakfast is fantastic, especially Barrie, Leanne and Meghan! They are the BEST! They are so nice and so friendly, they feel like close family to us. We have shared maybe stories and laughed a lot. We are so glad that our local Tucson son joined us on our second day and got to meet Barrie and Meghan. We will certainly bring him back another time to make sure to meet Leanne. We will definitely come back to Tucson from Phoenix to visit our new "family" friends for breakfast at the Hilton Tucson East restaurant again. (And we'll be sure to wear our name tags.) We love you guys and wish you all the best!

The staff was so friendly and the rooms were so unique and very clean. We had a full size bed and very small bathroom but the decor was historic and very comfortable. The location in downtown Tucson was the best. We could walk to everything and lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops all so close. There are several bars and clubs in the hotel and next door that play really loud music until 1:00-2:00am and they warned us about it. I brought ear plugs and it didn’t bother us but it is very loud. Very cool historic hotel with a homey vibe for sure.

The hotel is located in downtown Tucson and has a very fun atmosphere. It's a historic hotel and is decorated nicely. The staff is very friendly. I was traveling with my dog, and the hotel was pet-friendly. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and is also within walking distance to many nice restaurants. My dog and I enjoy hiking, and the hotel is within driving distance to a lot of beautiful trails. The hotel is also a short walk to Tucson's historic 4th Ave, which is a fun place to hang out and get a nice dinner.

Great location in downtown Tuscon. Historic hotel that is like walking back in time. Walk to many restaurants and bars. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, Cafe Cup. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also loved the cozy bar off the lobby. Evening entertainment on the patio was a bonus!

As a group of friends/couples, we had so much fun staying at Hotel Congress! She's a beautiful historic hotel and a lively spot for nightlife. We loved dancing on the multiple dance floors and slept great in the cozy rooms upstairs. The next morning, The Cup Cafe served us a delicious breakfast with custom bloody marys. The friendly staff was capable and helpful, and the history of the Hotel was fascinating (John Dillinger and ghosts galore). This place is a gem!

Location and the historic facility was a pleasant change from the modern hotels of today. The hotel bar and the music venue were was a nice addition to staying at the hotel. The staff at the desk, the bar and the Cup Cafe were exceptional. Very friendly. I would highly recommend the Congress.

The spa was my favorite. Monika’s massage was so relaxing and services with Emily were exactly what I’ve been looking for. My mom loves this spa and the hotel. She’s had issues with the description of the rooms and what is in the rooms but it was solved this trip. They offer an upgraded room with a sofa…but we learned the rooms don’t have sofas. The “adult” pool outside the spa does not have cocktails but quiet and you can do laps. The pool behind the hotel is nice, lots of seating, nice staff, tasty food and drinks. A nice trail to a waterfall and lots of trail signs about plants and animals. I’d really like 1 measuring stick next to one saguaro cactus to really show the height of these amazing cactus’. Breakfast and coffees were good and dinner in the bar the first night was nice and staff was enjoyable. We even tried the Flying V, and it didn’t disappoint. Got a reservation same day in the morning. Sat on the patio near sunset. The hotel looked so pretty. 3rd & 4th floors have the best views 😉

The resort was perfect in every way. Truly a great find. Stayed one night for a special occasion and wished that it was longer. All the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and spacious with all that we needed and included a huge walk-in shower. The balcony had seating for two and an amazing view that included a waterfall in the distance - nice to sit out in the early morning. Breakfast and dinner at the Canyon Cafe was very good. Great food and service. We will definitely return for a longer stay, especially to take advantage of hiking and outdoor activities in the cooler months.

Beautiful dog friendly resort. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed many walks along the pathways around the resort. We had drinks at the bar and sat by a nice fire pit. The two queen bed room was a really good size and the patio overlooked the desert landscape. We asked for a quiet room and got one. Improvements would have been at check in telling us about events such as the holiday tea and blues brunch we later found out were going on. One of the staff at the coffee shop was very unfriendly one morning but seemed happier the second day. The line gets very long for breakfast at the restaurant and coffee shop so go early or late. The hostesses at Flying V’s were also rude to the point my kids even commented on it. Our waitress was excellent though! The resort is a bit removed from the city so keep that in mind. It’s nice to just stay at the resort and not spend time driving into town.

Such a well run, beautiful and comfortable hotel, but also right near the trail head to ventana canyon. We loved the native landscaping and so much wildlife! Bistro had perfect to go breakfast sandwiches, and the bar was comfortable and welcoming. The views from out king bed 4th floor room were beautiful.

Relaxing and comfy! Robes in the room, huge tub, nice amenities, bed and bedding was so relaxing and the view of the city was spectacular! With. Private balcony. It was a cool night but we were able to sleep entire night tucked into bed with the window open. It was peaceful. Recharged and ready to go after one night! Felt very pampered and all we did was sleep! Everything was a bit pricey but for one night and even now feel relaxed thinking about it, it was worth it!

The hotel is quite new and the room is very spacious. There is a sofa and microwave. There is a jacuzzi and a pool. The jacuzzi bath tab is clean and water is clear and warm enough. There were not that many people there, so we relaxed in the bathtab. It is a very family-friendly hotel.

Nice and comfortable room that seemed clean. Location was convenient and parking easy. Staff was friendly and check-in was efficient. Breakfast was typical bad "contienental" style with processed foods and powdered eggs. What really left a bad taste in my mouth was being forced to listen to Fox News propagandistic garbage during breakfast - that may prevent me from returning. Also, recommend a dedicated themos for hot water that does not also get used for coffee - my hot tea just tasked like stale gross coffee water.

Can’t say enough about this establishment. The staff were extremely helpful, hospitable, and pleasant. The rooms, common areas, amenities and lobby were absolutely immaculate. The bed was very comfortable with ample pillows and a very comfy blanket and there were more than enough towels provided in the bathroom area. The dining area and coffee/tea station provided a nice area for us to gather. The breakfast could have used a few more vegan options. I would also suggest adding a lactose intolerant milk option for the coffee. I would also suggest an additional fixture be added to the shower where people can hang a washcloth or towel. Other than that the hotel experience was that of a $300 per night establishment.

Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Exterior of Hotel was clean and well kept. Felt safe staying here. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly. It was a quick check in and check out. I had no issues during my stay. I will stay here again

Firstly, the staff is excellent, every person we interacted with was kind, helpful and very professional. The room was clean and comfortable, but it could use a bit of renovation. The pool area was a bit dingy, but in fairness, it is off season. The breakfast was good, not a large selection, but clean, well maintained and there is an attendant to help with any of the machines. It is very reasonable value for the price. For an economy stay, I would recommend.

This property is located in a lovely walkable neighborhood near the University of Arizona and a nearby hospital that attracts many people from around the world I hear. There were patrons going both places from this location and we shared a wonderful breakfast together and talked. My room was the small one, upon my request, and it was quite nice for a single traveler. It was very clean, had a spacious table for my laptop so I could work into the evening. The shower was spacious, there were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The bed was so comfortable. I had a tv in my room as well as a mini-fridge. The building is old with creaky floors but everyone settled into their rooms early enough that the creaks were a non-issue. The decor is appropriate to the style of an adobe home, tasteful, interesting. There was plenty of seating in the entry so different groups could have conversation together. Parking is in the driveway so unloading all my stuff was a breeze, especially since Jim came out to bring in the big stuff. He was an attentive host. Marion is a thoughtful hostess, a great cook, and we had a delightful conversation while I ate my first breakfast alone as the other guests went on to the hospital early. I had to give her a great big hug of appreciation when I left. I will also return any time I need to be in Tucson. The Adobe Rose was comfy enough to feel like a home away from home which is so special.

It was the most excellent. We stayed in the family unit which had a mountain view (our own deck and patio as well). A southwest/romantic style with flowers and plants and beautiful landscaping, with a few quiet courtyards to choose from for tranquil relaxation; and sunny poolside ( pool not heated yet however ). The Innkeeper performed culinary expertise with elaborate breakfasts with wholesome ingredients; we weren’t hungry the rest of the day. This gem is in a safe, quiet, more upscale southwest neighborhood walking distance from the college; a quiet beautiful campus to explore.

The owner was very accomodating and flexible, the breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the room was very comfortable and well-appointed. It was quiet, clean and very safe. It was a tremendous value and I am looking forward to staying here the next time I visit Tucson.

I was passing through Tucson and wanted a place near the University of Arizona campus. The inn is in a quiet area and has a secluded courtyard and very nice pool. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was very satisfying. The owner was very welcoming and made sure everything was ok. I will definitely stay there if there is room on my next trips to Tucson.

Lovely oasis in HOT Tucson. Less than 20 minute walk to "happening" bars and eatery district. Convenient to the university, tram, and freeways. Lovely and perfect portioned breakfasts, daily. Friendly hosts with good local info and offered breakfast-to-go as needed. Pool a delightful cooler after HOT Tucson touring, 24 X 7 access. Great for couples.

We stayed for a week looking for a home to purchase in the area. We were hoping for a Keurig in the room, it had the old outdated tiny pot, the bathroom was very dated, the bed was awesome, the room itself was very quiet which was amazing. There were two of us in the room and they only gave you one tiny bar of soap and one tiny thing of shampoo. For a week's day they said they only come to clean your room every 3 days which I thought was ridiculous. Two wash rags which I didn't want to reuse my wash rag daily. One for him and one for me. We did wish there was fresh coffee all day in the atrium. The morning coffee was awful out of the machine. Will we stay here again, no. If they updated, then yes. The elevator was so slow. Our room keys needed rekeyed daily which was annoying.

Excellent 2.5 star hotel; room was very comfy spacious and well appointed; pool & hot tub very nice. Convenient and safe location near airport and town. Dog friendly, great value for reasonable rate. Breakfast was good, coffee fairly strong. Only complaint: pool and hot tub locked and not open until 9am.

The lobby is nice. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful. Restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast could use a few more healthy options, and some condiments for the oatmeal, which was instant-only.

Staff was so friendly, location is great, room size was so comfortable and good set up, with plenty of common space, comfy beds, amazing breakfast, quiet and easy access to freeway and restaurants.

Pros: Free parking, free breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds, close to airport . Nearby walking-distance to bar and grill that was very good. Cons: make-your-own-waffle station was filthy. Counter, cabinet, floor and trash can spattered with waffle batter when we arrived at night AND not cleaned the next day! Don't offer if no one is going to clean it up. Upholstered chairs at breakfast very worn.

I traveled through Tucson alone for the night & as a solo female, I was initially a bit nervous staying so close to the freeway & in a location I’d never been before. But the hotel & surrounding area was amazing! Lots of food options close by, the facility was amazing, new, clean, & comfortable. It was quiet & amazing for the price. I have zero complaints & will be staying here any time I pass through Tucson in the future.

This was a newer hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable room, staff was friendly and kind. Bed was comfy! Lots of clean area for walking pets, but no grass because you are in the desert. We would stay here again. Thanks My Place!

We stayed on a Friday night. The staff was friendly. Check-in was quick. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. There was a refrigerator, microwave, etc in the room. Parking wasn't a problem. The halls were quiet. We had bicycles with us and there was no problem taking them to our room. There is an elevator.

This place was wonderful. We will be staying here every time we come to Tucson for now on. It had just opened and everything was pristine. The staff was amazing. The rooms were immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location felt safe and was also very convenient.

Perfect location for a family get together. The suite was spacious enough. Even though most of the rooms are away from the street, our room was closer to the main street but we were not bothered by noise because of the white noise from the fan in the separate sink area. The inclusive buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of area inside & outside for relaxation. We also enjoyed the evening two drink per person happy hour with hors d'oeuvres. The pool is large & the jacuzzi was great after a long day.

Rooms were clean and spaciousness. Breakfast was included which is a great addition! The pool was nice but towels were very small. Area around the pool needs updating with new chairs and tables. Jacuzzi needs a big over haul. The bar area was nice. It would be nice if a server went around the pool area taking orders. Bar service was extremely slow.

I decided to come back and review this place. I've stayed here approximately 10 times. I have recently been sent to the Hilton Tucson East down the street and it made me appreciate this Hilton so much more. Let's review what is so good about this place. Parking: free free Breakfast: free buffet, they even have an omelette station for custom omelettes that is free with your stay. Coffee: free and delicious at the breakfast area restaurant Water: free in your room, should that not be enough? There is a filtered water in the gym and ice machines all around the property. Gym: nice facility multiple cardio machines and dumbbells up to 75, kettle bells. Internet: free high-speed Internet Phone signal: excellent phone signal from the hotel for business calls Location: clean location not a lot of riffraff/homeless people hanging around in the parking lots. Pool: clean, nice large with nice seating around the area. Bar: There is a happy hour from 530 to 7. If my memory serves correct will you get two free drinks.

Spent 4 nights here and loved it. Clean, safe, and beautiful hotel. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The restaurant provided great snack meals and regular meals. Loved the swimming pool and exercise facility. Great place to stay on vacation or if on business. Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed at the Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa as part of our family’s Winter Break trip in Arizona. It is in a pleasant neighborhood north of downtown Tucson and adjacent to 2 championship golf courses. There is a lot of open space for walking and the parking is free! The public areas were airy, spacious, inviting, and pleasant. Our room, which was larger than the typical hotel room, was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It had a large desk, 2 chairs, and a super comfy sofa. The bathroom was palatial with a huge tub and shower. Well, nobody is perfect. There was no concierge on duty during our stay. We could have used some help navigating Tucson. Also, their dinner alternatives were limited to the high priced and high caloric Bob's Steak & Chop House or the Legends Bar & Grill with a rather limited menu. I wish the Desert Farmer, where we had breakfast, was open in the evening. All in all, we had a nice time. The Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa is a great place to stay!

I had the privilege of staying at the OMNI Tucon National Golf Resort and Spa this weekend. What a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Aside from the golf, The resort is spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are quite large and the separate tub and shower in the massive bathroom was a nice change, The staff was very friendly as you would expect and the grounds stayed clean. Expectations are high when leaving Cali, OMNI met those expectations.

Came for a night with my boyfriend. We had breakfast at one of the restaurants at the resort and at Bob’s for dinner. Food was amazing at both and our servers were so friendly. Great experience! The room was stunning and we slept great. The pool was terrific. Not too busy at all and there were awesome cocktails served at the poolside bar.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Customer service is top notch. Our room was big with an amazing view. We stayed in room 415. Sean greeted us and escorted us to our room he was amazing. Akasha at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Her customer service skills were top notch. Aubrey Lynn at the Terra Cotta was very friendly and welcoming.

I had an incredible stay! This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and felt lux the moment I arrived- from the beautiful decor and layout, to the room (very spacious, deep soaking tub, premium toiletries, on-demand movies, patio with a view, super lux bed). But what really made it special were the people. You can tell the staff truly care about their jobs, and it shows in every detail. Shout-out to the guy who opened the door and greeted me warmly as I entered the hotel- to the guy cleaning rooms who stopped working to help show me how to get to my room. Bree- hands-down the BEST server- warm, attentive, and made each meal feel like a treat. Angel made me the best quesadilla I’ve ever had- seriously, still dreaming about it. In fact, the food overall was SO yummy! At the spa, Chelsea and Tia were both amazing- so attentive, they went above and beyond- professional, kind- and SO good at what they do. Give everyone a raise! I left my trip feeling like I had a movie-star experience: I felt special, refreshed, well-fed, and completely taken care of. The photos dont do this place justice, and the positive vibe can only be experience in person. Can’t WAIT to come back and feel pampered all over again!

Check-In was very fast. Warm inviting lobby as always by Hilton. Staff at front desk very welcoming and warm as well. Parking is plentiful. Restaurants in close proximity.... walking distance, shuttle is available for airport. Shuttle can be pre-booked. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of options, no complaints…. Wonderful service as always. Evening reception menu was plentiful, no complaints and lots of options on menu. Wonderful service and great conversation with bar staff. Gym facilities and equipment are enough to get by over your stay. Room is clean and well maintained. Lots of space for storage. Mini fridge, Keurig and microwave in case you need. Fluffy towels and available body-wash, conditioner and shampoo. We booked the room with Peloton Bike, was very convenient to have and use anytime in our room. Over a excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. We’ll be back.

This was our second stay here and we are just as happy as we were the first time. Our room was clean which is my first priority. Next, the food was absolutely delicious. We were here for two nights and had dinner in the hotel restaurant both nights. My husband is super picky about food. He was so happy with the chef here he was ready to go back to the kitchen and thank him personally. Our server Tori was professional and friendly and provided amazing service.

I called the front desk and for the inconvenience they gave me a 25$ voucher for the bar so I could drink a fancy cocktail and a beer. What a nice move!! After that the streaming worked. Also, the Ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing! They were kind, helpful, efficient and even complimented my outfit. Vanessa - helped me get a late check out (I even called at 1am) and was so nice and helpful to me! Jasmine and Estefany did my check out and they asked about my wellbeing, offered me waterbottles, chatted with me about my trip I was taking and complimented my outfit. Look, I know this might be just chatting and making sure that the guest will book this hotel again. But it didn't felt like that. It feld genuine and like it wasn't about making money but more like they wanted me to have a nice vacation and a wonderful stay at the hotel. Those are nice people and as an employer I would make sure that they would never leave the company. Amazing! Thank you Vanessa, Jasmine and Estefany for making my stay special. I'm looking forward to my next stay in this hotel!

The Leo Kent is a beautiful luxury hotel. Everything about this hotel is upscale & luxurious; lobby, restaurant bar area & rooms. Super comfortable beds, beautiful decor, immaculate & spotless. The location is prime, very safe & walkable, close to many restaurants. SARAI @ check-in was beyond excellent!!.. Sweet, kind & most accommodating. My wife had just lost her sister which I mentioned to Sarai earlier by phone when inquiring about our reservation. A bit after check-in we received a bottle of wine & a condolence message. My stay at the Leo Kent was outstanding. The staff were friendly and welcoming, housekeeping did a phenomenal job each day for my room, and the valet attendants took great care of my rental car (and had fantastic local hiking recommendations). The vibe was both sophisticated and comfortable, they even upgraded my room so I had a better view! As someone with sensory sensitivities, food allergies, and occasional accessibility issues, it can be hard to have a good experience while traveling but the Leo Kent exceeded my expectations. Would stay again! Pros: comfortable seating options in-room, mini-fridge, walk-in shower, FANTASTIC water pressure, the hotel restaurant was very knowledgeable about food allergies and were so thoughtful about accommodating my needs. Cons: sleep disruptions from extremely bright indicator lights on ceiling-mounted device (alarm?) and enthusiastic drivers revving/racing outside after midnight, lobby is highly scented (which surprisingly didn't cause migraine and was a lovely fragrance for once, but might be a concern for others).

Had a great four night stay at the Leo Kent hotel in Tucson. The hotel is within walking distance to the Tucson Art Museum and the historic district of the city. It is adjacent to Congress Street, with several good restaurants that celebrate the resurgence of downtown Tucson. My room, a high floor King, was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bar and restaurant had great service and very good food. My only minor comment is that the gym should have some bikes - there were a dozen treadmills, but not everyone uses them. Finally, thank you Estefany for keeping my glasses safe after my guide dropped them off!

I love this hotel! The beds are really comfortable! The rooms are spacious and decorated so cute and comfy. There’s great views of the mountains. The staff is friendly and very helpful. A shout out to the two front desk employees Vanessa and Mary, thank you for making us feel so welcome. There’s great restaurants across the street. Only thing missing is a club lounge. Still my favorite hotel! I hope to be back soon!

This place is a diamond in the rough for sure . I was worried it wouldn’t be nice since the price is so great . The place is clean and adorable. It was a friends staycation for some R&R away from home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quaint, some upgrading needed to be done like the sliding glass door on our balcony, the tv remote did not have a guide and was difficult to see what was on, the bathroom was tiny but the Mexican tile very pretty and my mattress swayed in the m8ddle and made load sounds when i turned over at night. The pool and jacuzzi outside were nice, the courtyard was pretty.

Food at breakfast, which was of a good quality and variety. Pool area, which was amazing, with lounge chairs and plenty of space to soak in the sun. This property was exactly what we were looking for. A little gem in the Arizona desert. It felt like an experience rather than just somewhere to lay your head for the night. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. It was a smaller room than I was expecting but the view from the balcony over the grounds and beyond were worth every penny. The decor was uniquely south western and colorful, bright and cheerful. The location is great but the city is widely laid out so I recommend a car rental if you want to take in the sights and attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Brett at the front desk and the restaurant staff will accommodate your dietary needs if you ask. There is a heated pool (in winter) and hot tub, barber (upon request), workout room and breakfast included. Overall, we loved this place. All the little flaws were endearing rather than off-putting and it felt authentic.

The pool! The weather was wonderful for January and the pool was heated. No one else there. I have a lovely hour's swim. Large room. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Shuttle bus to the airport. The staff were lovely. The coffee maker in our room had the wrong pods for the machine and the cleaner knocked on the door at 8.30 am when we had a 12pm check out so the lady at the front desk gave us complimentary coffee and a free breakfast. It is the only hotel by the airport that has a restaurant.

This hotel is convenient because it’s 1 mile from the airport. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The showers are updated , no bath tub. The breakfast area is serviceable with coffee and pastries. Not bad. Overall good stay will be back.

We chose this property for its location to Tucson and the places we wanted to visit. Its within half an hour to downtown Tucson. It was convenient to come back to hotel in evening and go to casino or one of the bars for a drink. Restaurant choices good too, if you dont want to leave the hotel. It is a visually beautuful place and well maintained. The pool area is lovely and wish we were there in warmer weather to enjoy.

We stayed in a double queen during our first visit to Tucson. We walked through casino but didn’t gamble. You do need to walk through to the restaurants. Our room was large and the bathroom was too. Great shower! Room prices are reasonable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. We will be back!

I would recommend an elevator inspection - it did not inspire confidence - after 1 trip only up to our room we then only used the stairs (very clean and well-lit stairwell) - the hotel is conveniently located to the Tucson Mall and many restaurants and stores - but it is such a bleak and charmless area. So - nice, CLEAN, welcoming hotel - in an utterly grim though seemingly safe area of Tucson. We left very early so didn't have breakfast at the hotel - but the breakfast area looked quite nice. The incredibly lovely La Encantada outdoor mall was only about a 12 minute drive away. The view from our room was of some sort of small cattle operation - the cows had ample room and shade in their pens and appeared to be in good spirits.

I stayed at 4 hotels while traveling around AZ and this was the best value for the price. The room was comfortable with excellent beds. The bathroom made sense and had a drying line for swimsuits. The breakfast had good eggs and sausage and fresh cinnamon rolls in addition to the usual pancake machine and continental breakfast items. Every table also had hot sauce, a nice touch. It is not right next to the highway, but it is next to virtually every major type of restaurant you might enjoy. The only con I noticed were no place to clean sticky hands in the breakfast area at all.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff was friendly and informative. I really liked that the parking lot was well litm. I felt safe and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a hot breakfast which was plentiful and delicious.

We were in town visiting relatives who live nearby. This hotel was the perfect place for us to stay during our 2 days in Tucson: clean, comfortable, and convenient, with several good restaurants within walking distance. When our train back home was cancelled and we had to leave a day earlier than anticipated on another train, the hotel management cancelled our last night’s booking with no hassle. All the hotel employees were helpful and considerate. We’ll stay here again!

I always get nervous about trying a new hotel after reading reviews but would not hesitate to stay at this holiday inn express the next time I pass through Tucson! We had a little mix up with our reservation but Fernanda was quick to straighten out the confusion and followed up with a personal phone call to confirm early check in. Room was clean, beds super comfortable, breakfast was delicious and included many hot and cold options and the staff was constantly refilling. Location central to lots of activities!

Room was clean and comfortable. Had all the helpful amenities-hair dryer, ironing board, refrigerator and coffee maker. On the down side, I stayed two nights and they did not make the bed or refresh the linens after the first night. I know this is now the policy at some hotels, but I did not see a warning or posting anywhere regarding this policy. There is a Dennys within walking distance and the staff was friendly and helpful. Max, Molly, and the omelette chef at the restaurant are very kind, friendly and helpful. If you like dad jokes that are very funny, make sure to look for Max. This hotel is a nice and clean property that is convenient to the U of A. The valets, front desk, and other hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. That said, I recommend that you avoid the breakfast buffet. During our stay from 2/1 through 2/3, the hot foods on the buffet were not even warm and the fruits/berries were mushy and moldy. Stick to the á la carte menu to get hot and fresh food.

Perfect for being within walking distance of the university! The "M" Executive lounge is ok with basic breakfast and happy hour snacks during the week. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The original design is with a large open atrium with rooms on the outside. It was built in 1996 and renovated in 2020 to be competitive with other nearby options. The rooms are as expected; clean and comfortable. My single critique is that the refrigerator is on a 2 hour timer which doesn't work if your away for the day and wanting to keep things cool. Otherwise, this hotel works for being near the university.

The location is excellent and very convenient. If you don't have a car things are walkable from here. While there is no pool (Google said there was one), we were fortunate to be on the top floor, which allowed us to enjoy a lovely view from the balcony. Please note that there is no free onsite parking—it's $20 per day, and the garage (across the street) can be a bit tricky to navigate. A special shoutout to Ivan avila from the front desk for assisting us with parking! He went above and beyond. Good continental breakfast. Rooms are clean, quiet and no carpets.

We enjoyed the time spent here - the valet attendants, Jordan, Petra and the 2 Brandons always had our vehicle ready when needed. Waitstaff/bartenders - Bethany, Molly, Julia, Trevor & Gary were extremely attentive to us whether in the dining or bar areas - the service was perfect. Dylan & Trevin at the desk were also very helpful when we had questions about anything! The hotel is walking distance to the University of Arizona and the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. A great feature was the "Guest Laundry Room" - it was perfect because we were headed to Sedona for a few days! We definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to the area!

The pandemic has hit the travel industry hard. This hotel is no exception. The breakfast has been canceled. They should have kept the lobby coffee but that has also disappeared. The pool is fairly small and the jacuzzi has been out of service for at least 6 months. I have only stayed in the economy pet friendly rooms. The touch of Mexico-Southwest courtyard is unique. The carpet in the pet-friendly rooms look like a random design. Hidden in the design are two dogs a cat and two persons. Nearby to the hotel are Walgreens, Walmart, Safeway, Walmart and Costco.

We enjoyed our night at this courtyard-style hotel. Our king suite was on the second floor, near the back of the property (farthest away from the street, nice and quiet). Clean room, comfortable bed. The pool area and fitness room were open, although we didn't use them. Breakfast was a grab-and-go bag consisting of an orange, a fruit-and-cereal bar, a pastry, a bottle of water, and a choice of a microwaveable breakfast burrito or croissant sandwich. Coffee was limited to the in-room coffee maker. No doubt the "normal" buffet breakfast would have been better, but this provided an adequate alternative. It was also nice to see a recycling bin as well as a trash can in the kitchenette area.

5/10 Everything was perfect! Room large, clean and quiet, bed and bedding perfect, breakfast had a wide selection of items from hot to cold, pool perfect temperature, hot tub perfect with strong jets. We had to pool to ourselves for an entire day :) . Staff friendly and helpful…you know it’s a great place to work when you hear staff singing. Small cantina at front desk has a nice selection of cold beverages. Coffee available all day….only thing I would complain about would be too many raisins in the Raisin Bran cereal :) ….i highly recommend this place and will be back again…Thank you for a wonderful 8 night stay…

The property is in a great location. There was plenty of parking with secuity cameras. The lobby was comfortable. The desk agent was friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but clean and reasonably maintained. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was amazing in the shower. The drapes made the room pitch black. I didn't go to the pool, but it looked ok. There was a hot tub that was popular. There were a few courtyards with fountains that were serene. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful and with lots of choices. The whole property was very clean and the staff super friendly. We travel with our 2 little dogs a lot, and it is often hard to find a good place to stay that allows pets. We were in town for the annual Meet Me Downtown Night Run and the hotel's location was very convenient. Just a short 4-5 minute walk away from the race start/finish line. We were also able to walk to several great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the pool area looked very relaxing and clean. We hope to travel to Tucson again soon and look forward to staying here again.

Rooms are larger than hotel normal and can be divided on half with a curtain on a track, sofa bed on one side, King bed on the other. Efficient use of space. One wall had kitchen with medium-sized fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, counter with oval pull-out table underneath and desk chair, TV cabinet with three drawers,another counter with cabinet, and wardrobe with curtain closure. The other side has nice bath with stall shower and tile floor, sleeper sofa and large round foot stool, and King bed. One floor and three table lamps, so good lighting. The breakfast area is very welcoming, more like a lounge with a very high ceiling, and lots of choices, with an employee present to clean and restock. Our Booking reservation said breakfast was not included, but it was. It also said parking was $20/day, but it was $16. Easy walk to dinner restaurants.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay! Our room and all the facilities we've used were very clean. The staff was nice and approachable, especially the breakfast lady who was all-smiles each time we saw her. Oh, and the breakfast buffet is delicious! The hotel was walking distance from the church, the children's museum, and some other restaurants. One of my most favorite parts is the COVERED PARKING ❤️ We paid $20 per night, but I absolutely didn't mind given the temperature in Tucson at this time of year.

First time in Tucson, from Boston. We would choose this hotel again if we come back. Welcoming staff, great location to see the downtown area, we could walk to all the major landmarks, to restaurants and even to the free trolley to the University of Arizona campus. The hotel was quiet and clean, and we really appreciated the breakfast buffet included in the price. No complaints.

Beach and jacuzzi area were really nice. Breakfast and social hour were nice.

We had an event just down the road so this was a great location to stay over for a night. With tax the parking was around $13.50 that was easily paid by scanning the QR code at the front door. After entering the staff was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything about happy hour as well as the complementary breakfast the next morning. The rooms were very well done, very clean, and had everything we needed. Complementary breakfast was typical. I appreciated the mate to order omelette. All the staff was very friendly. We sat out on the balcony for breakfast, very beautiful views, nice pool and hot tub. We would definitely return here.

It's in a good location in the Catalina Foothills and all of the bars/restaurants around the Encantada. It's technically in walking distance to the Encantada but it's such a busy intersection, I would only drive there. It's directly next to a Fleming's Prime Steakhouse where we walked for dinner one night and it was excellent. Starbuck's and CVS were also both in walking distance. The staff in the hotel was particularly friendly and helpful, especially the woman from NY who worked in the restaurant at breakfast. The complementary breakfast was better than most and had great views of the mountains. We only had the opportunity to go into the pool once and it was nice. The hotel also has happy hour free drinks in the evening around 5:30p so we went there on our last night after we finished working. Everyone who works there was really nice.

This was a beautiful, totally updated and clean hotel, which came very close to being a resort. We had a one bedroom suite with a pull out bed and balcony. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The hotel itself was gorgeous, in a quiet area, with a relaxing pool. The breakfast was also wonderful with omelettes made to order, fresh fruit and a variety of options. This was our favorite hotel on our travels through Arizona.

Location is perfect!! Quiet residential neighborhood with a cool Italian restaurant/bar next door. Incredibly large pool area. Breakfast was amazing and offered "Pumpkin Spice" waffles was a perfect touch! Plenty of parking.

Good counter space in the bathroom. The room itself was spacious and we had a great view of the mountains. I appreciated the extra coffee in the room as well as fridge and microwave. Staff was helpful and attentive. Gym was clean and had adequate equipment. Breakfast had multiple options and hot protein.

I enjoyed a simple stay while I was in town for a wedding. My room was cozy and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was filling and tasty. My room had a charming patio by the pool. The pool was clean and a perfect way to refresh from being in the desert 🏜️.

The location was perfect. Lots of late night restaurants around to wander to and very central to more social parts of Tucson. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were so sweet and they were hustling during breakfast to keep up with the rush. There was also a security guard on the property if safety is a concern for you, but even without him, the area seemed pretty tame.

Suite was immaculately clean and had very comfortable beds. Outdoors, the community is beautiful, quiet, and easy to navigate. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Because I was checking in after hours, I was welcomed by the security guard, Luis, who was exceptionally professional, courteous, kind, and helpful. The gym facilities are small, but well equipped and clean.

Eight of us went on a buddies’ trip and stayed at the resort. The units were very modern and clean. Each had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining table and living room with a fireplace. The check-in staff was very friendly accomodating when we arrived before posted check-in time. All three of the nines were excellent tracts and the staff (other than one starter, who I hope was just having a bad day) was quite helpful and cordial. The bar-b-que resturant on site was fantastic for dinner and at the the end of a round. On a side note, I left a bag in my unit and it was overnighted to me, almost beating me home! Obviously customer service is what they do! I woild highly reccomend staying if you are in the area.

Stayed in a newly updated one bedroom suite that was very nicely decorated and very spacious. One story building was very quiet. Parking was convenient to our unit. The kitchen had new grey painted Kraftmaid cabinets with self closing doors. Loved having a gas range. Flooring was new in the bathroom and there was an attractive glass shower and a spacious double sink vanity. Bedroom was updated and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the resort itself was undergoing renovation and the only amenity available was the heated outdoor pool. Most of the week we were there was too cool to use the pool. The hot tub was supposed to open midweek but that didn't happen. The resort is on a golf course and the club house was closed for renovation as was the resaurant.

We spent a week at the Starr pass Golf Suites in a one bedroom unit. The condo was perfect and the location was truly magnificent. We have a view of the desert and plenty of hiking and mountain biking right outside our back door. The staff was very kind and the onsite restaurant was very convenient. The road biking on the Loop Trail was fabulous and it took us all over Tucson. The weather was perfect! We will most definitely be back.

Breakfast: I really liked the basic selection (also hot foods like eggs and sausages etc), especially the waffles. Also napkins and utensils placed efficiently at each station, very convenient and clean.

This days inn was very clean, the staff were very helpful and breakfast was a decent assortment. The room was spacious and accommodating. Close to freeway and service station located right next door, as was a Wendy’s and Waffle House restaurant. That is convenient for travelers.

It was a good start to the day. Downside— hallways are tired and need more frequent vacuuming. The good news is that that image didn’t carry over to the room. Room was fresh, clean and well maintained.

Lobby staff was friendly at check in and it was quick. Room was nice and convenient to restaurant and lobby. Housekeeping responded to special requests quickly. Would stay here again. Lissa at the free buffet breakfast was as friendly and service by her was like a full service restaurant.

The parking was wonderful and being on the first floor, a room key opened a secure gate to access the floor. The room key easily opened the room door with a one gentle tap. The large floor tile of the room entrance and the vanity area and the private bathroom was modern and well done. The rug of the bedroom area was tasteful and clean. Beds comfortable . Night stand, desk, television stand were modern yet in keeping with the Southwest. The recessed light and chair was perfect for reading. Room service was quick and food well presented and delicious. Check out online was a breeze.

My husband and stay here when I have medical procedures done at the Tucson Medical Center which is next to the hotel property. They are always welcoming and offer a good level of hospitality with a complimentary breakfast, coffee shop and restaurant. The staff are friendly and provide for a comfortable stay.

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. The staff is kind and friendly, and some are funny. The room was spacious and clean and we felt comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff at the kitchen were amazing.

Our travel company had a group stay at Doubletree Suites, Williams Center for three nights in March. Due to flight delays, we arrived late and tired. The front desk workers were cheery and helpful as they directed us to our rooms. Despite being a bit dated, the rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. We had only compliments, no complaints, from our travelers. Everyone enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. It consisted of eggs, meat, a variety of baked goods and more. The pool/courtyard area is beautiful. It was a bit cool for swimming, but some of our guests made use of the hot tub. Whether we were coming or going from the hotel, the front desk staff was always friendly. At the time of our departure, we were also given treats to enjoy as we traveled on. To the team at Doubletree, thank you for your attention to details for our group!

I am writing this review mainly to thank a few specific people who made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast staff were wonderful, attentive, and friendly offering a large variety of foods and beverages. Each morning, Augustine was exceptional by greeting everyone with his wonderful smile and kind disposition. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job! I also appreciated Alan at the front desk who listened to my concerns about housekeeping and handled everything in a professional and caring manner. As we were checking out after our five night stay, the manager, AJ, made sure to ask how everything was and genuinely cared about our stay. She does a great job with her staff and guests.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it's located in a central area in Tucson. The shopping and eating options are numerous in this area. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were extremely friendly and informative. The rooms are all suites, that are very spacious and clean. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast, but I did not try it, so I can't comment of the breakfast. Overall, this was a great stay.

For a large part, we had an excellent stay. The rooom was huge, the bed was super comfortable, two dressers, two tvs, good lighting, decent upkeep and average hot buffet breakfast. The rooom was clean when we got there, but during our 5 night stay, we had to ask for clean towels, fresh disposable cups, coffee pods, and soap all but one night. One day they didn't even come in and empty the trash, let alone anything else. I understand that most companies are dealing with Staffing shortages in a post-covid world but that didn't seem to be the only problem here. The housekeeper flat out lied to the managers face when we asked him to the room to see the undone room. I almost never post complaints but this was pretty bad.

We have have stayed here several times, always comfortable and clean. Location close to dining and National Parks and other points of interest. Manager is friendly and accommodating, host staff is friendly and helpful

We have stayed at 20+ motel 6 all over the country and this has by far been the best. Location is safe with a big parking lot. The room has natural light and is very clean and so is the bathroom. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The room/bathroom was well cleaned and NO smell. You can tell housekeeping does a good job. Besides that the housekeeping was very friendly and you do get daily housekeeping. The A/C isn’t loud like many other budget motels. Also this motel did not seem like a motel more like a hotel. We used the microwave in the reception where Kayla was so helpful and sweet. In general all of the staff in the reception and the manager who we talked to was so nice. We were on the second floor and there was an elevator for use which is se pleasant compared to most motels having only stairs. Also one thing to notice was the towels and bed sheets. Most motels 6 we have stayed on has thin towels with holes and stains. The towels were thick and clean and so was the sheets.

I like that the motel is out the way and not within the city. It's quiet and they keep it clean and the staff is very helpful. The fact that they don't charge a deposit helps also, why would I want to spend money that I don't have. On top of that, wait 2 weeks to get it back when I know I will need it before then. Thank you for being so convenient. This has been my go to motel since I have been in Tucson, it's just comfortable.

The hotel was in a good location; it's very central and was close to my business in town. It's modern and clean and my king room was small, but very comfortable. There was plenty of space in the bathroom for fixing hair and putting on makeup. It had very nice views from the large windows. My room was facing south and there were distant mountain views and a row of charming Spanish bungalows in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood out the window. It felt like I was in Tucson. The staff was very friendly and was always smiling and helpful. In the lobby, they had a selection of pre-made food and snacks, and there's also a bagel shop in short walking distance around the corner. I didn't drink on this trip but they do have a bar downstairs. It was also the first hotel I've ever stayed in Tucson with covered parking so that was a plus (extra $10/day for parking). They also have a pool which looked nice but I didn't utilize. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

We were visiting our son at the University of Arizona it was the perfect location—just a short walk from campus. The hotel has a fun, modern vibe with plenty to do right in the lobby. We enjoyed the lobby bar and even played a few games of billiards. The workout facility was well-equipped, and if the weather had been a bit warmer, we would have taken advantage of the pool. The outdoor patio was another highlight, with lots of seating and a great atmosphere for relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, making for an enjoyable stay. Though we didn’t try the breakfast, it looked like a good option for a quick bite in the morning.

Comfortable and quiet. Tiles in shower are dangerous. Once they are wet and you are rinsing off shampoo and body wash shower floor tiles a very slippery. Plus no grab bars in shower. I felt unsafe taking a shower.

Fantastic place to stay! Fun loby with lots of games to play and funky cool seating. Pool table too. Nice gym and breakfast bar. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly for the entire 7 night stay. Great view from the 7th floor mountain side. Would recommend!

The staff is the best part of this hotel! They were friendly, kind, professional, and helpful. Though the facilities were clean, well maintained and dated the staff makes it worth the stay. The surrounding restaurants; Guadalajara Mexican Grill is located directly across from the Ramada Wyndham Viscount, which is an added bonus. Other nearby vendors with outdoor eateries, and local cuisine is another bonus. The club proximity to Walgreens is another bonus! The breakfast offered a nice variety of food. Wilber's Restaurant was an added bonus. It offered both food and entertainment. An awesome comedy show took place during our stay.

Affordable, easy parking, good breakfast, thoughtful staff that cared about our issue with the internet. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water in the shower. Good coffee maker in the room. Clean quiet hotel with nice breakfast room. Large hotel room with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and two TV's with good choice of channels. One night several children ( at least more than one) were loudly jumping around in the room above us. After it went on for at least half-an-hour I called the desk. They sent someone up to the room and the racket stopped. Great service. We will for sure be back for another week during the Tucson Festival of Books

I find something interesting of a lot of the comments about this place are so negative.But I grew up in the '80s and this place yes definitely has an '80s vibe or '90s vibe there's still some mauve carpet and it just has that feel from that time. True the rooms are old the furniture is outdated. At least in our room the floor was all vinyl plank. Now let's talk about cleanliness. The room that we were in was very clean the bed the bathroom everything smelled clean the sheets were clean. The water was hot when I took a shower in the morning. So I don't see any complaint there. Then there was that nice little restaurant downstairs called Wilbur's. They have a good bar some good beer some really good fish and chips. I think that the whole place has a great potential. It has a great area for huge gatherings. The pool is beautiful the workout room is nice. I'm just saying we went and filmed all this and there's going to be a video up of it on YouTube and it wasn't as bad as everybody was making it out to be. Yes it is old yes there are some broken things, but it's kind of cool like I said the retro vibe there I think they should go on that. We had a great time the breakfast was awesome and I recommend this place.

The reservation process was quick and easy. The rooms were bigger than average size rooms which included a small living room space, area for refrigerator and microwave, and bedroom area. Breakfast was included which was great and a nice dinning area for guest. Lunch and dinner can be purchased which is a reasonable price. The area was very relaxing and my family and I just felt comfortable for the price we paid. The staff were kind and helpful. The front desk agent “Taylor” was busy with guest checking in but she was calm and kept it professional although guest were becoming impatient for her being busy. I asked Taylor to assist me in finding a connecting room for both rooms I reserved and she was kind enough to spend 10-15 minutes trying to locate the rooms for my accommodations. This agent deserves a recognition for the exceptional service she has provided. I highly recommend this location and hotel because of the service and size of rooms they provide, also the location of the hotel is near any store if you needed one.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed at in the past couple of years. The hotel staff were very friendly. The pool and jacuzzi area were well maintained. The restaurant on site had very good food and excellent service. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to return. Our room was spacious and clean with a mini fridge, microwave and plenty of shelf storage. Staff was friendly and helpful. We visited the on-site restaurant, Fat Willy’s, a couple of times. I would not recommend requesting a table on a Monday night. We waited 40 mins. to be seated and then another hour to receive our food. However, the food was good, and we had much better success later in the week when we placed an order in the adjoining convenience store and took the meal back to our room. Please Note: Fat Willy’s is not affiliated with the Voyager Inn, so this comment in no way reflects negatively upon our experience with them. We appreciated the laundry facilities on-site, utilizing them twice during our stay. Although welcome, this facility is not really equipped for children, as it is a 55 and older community, which we appreciated. All the residents we came across were friendly and welcoming. If it wasn’t so hot in AZ during the summer months, we would strongly consider spending more time throughout the year here. We loved the slower, calming pace afforded us during our brief stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Hi the stay was amazing, The registration office was awesome very friendly and it only took like 5 minutes to check in. Nice quiet spot. The room was at a great temperature, clean, bed it was comfortable.Plenty of pillows. The room had plenty of towels. Plenty of parking. I enjoyed my stay, will stay again. The Voyager Resort Staff was so friendly and supportive, especially Lisa. The pools were great. We especially enjoyed their on-site restaurant & bar, Fat Willy's. Again, the staff was amazing. Food was good and the overall vibe was fun.

This is a fantastic hotel. It's perfect for a short stay or long stay. The beds are extremely comfortable. Full kitchen in each room. You don't feel cramped. The property is VERY well maintained. Lovely pool area. Extremely responsive and professional staff. The location is convenient to central Tucson, shopping, hospitals, and restaurants.I will definitely stay here again.

The place was clean, spacious, and a great value for the price. The location was convenient, and while the property could use some updates, it served its purpose well for our three-week business trip. If renovated, the price would likely increase. The fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge was a huge plus, allowing us to cook instead of eating out daily. However, breakfast could be better—the space was small, always full, and coffee ran out quickly. Despite this, it was a comfortable and practical stay, and we would consider returning.

I have accessibility issues and the room was perfectly situated. The room was clean and comfortable. When I say clean, I mean everything was spotless. The staff was exceptional, especially Roberta at the front desk and Crystal the breakfast attendant/front desk. Both of them bent over backwards to make sure all the guests were happy. If I owned my own business, I would hire the both of them immediately.

Our room was on the first floor. Comfortable with frig and microwave. 2 double sized beds, flat screen, closet w/ safe, heater/cooler, desk and chair, another chair with lamp. Full length mirror, separate basin and toilet/shower/bath area. Free breakfast includes coffee, water, muffins, toast, bagel, bacon, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, make your own pancakes and waffles. Plenty of seating and parking. Fairly quiet and nice staff who keep the place clean and well stocked. Housekeeping did a nice job of cleaning. Free WiFi.

Great property. Nice staff. Very comfortable. Spacious. Easy off/on I-10. The breakfast was very good. Lots of restaurants in the area. Good parking. Also, very quiet. We used the washer and dryer and they were clean and did a good job and the room where they we located was spacious with a couple of tables to fold the clothes. Really enjoyed our stay here.

This Comfort Inn is close to the highway. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Kaydee. The hotel is convenient to the highway (I 10). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was average. The computer and printer worked so I could print boarding passes.

It was clean and reasonably priced (less than another hotel near TMC), had a kitchenette, and provided sanitized kitchen items upon request. Coffee, hot water, and packaged breakfast items (oatmeal, muffins, breakfast bars) were provided during specified morning hours. Wifi was good. Staff were professional and helpful.

We got in late 1:30a.m & the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The room was an eyesore at first but it was very clean, sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, towels were very clean & kitchen as well. They provided everything for the stove use + dishes. The area around the hotel is very safe & easy to get around. I will definitely be booking again here if needed. Thank you

My stay at Double Tree Hotel Tucson Airport was excellent! The customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility was something that you don't get many places - it was professional, sincere and efficient. They have a 24/7 airport shuttle that is so convenient and safe. Each employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and intent on resolving any issues. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful property! Clean property and clean rooms. Very quiet during our stay. Friendly staff and easy parking. The room was nice with the separate living room area away from the bedroom. Pool and hot tub were clean and not over crowded.

The staff was exceptional, from Ashlyn to the bellman/shuttle driver. Every employee I met contributed to a more enjoyable stay. The breakfast and complimentary cookies were delicious.

We stayed for one week and everything was great. The staff was courteous, respectful and friendly. The rooms were clean, orderly and in working condition. The cleaning staff were helpful everyday of our stay and took care of us like family. During breakfast hours, there was great variety of foods and plenty of it, the staff kept coming in with more food and made sure milk, coffee and juice were full. We will stay here again for sure. Also pool was clean and fun to use, loved it.
