I love the warm lodge feel & vibe. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have great use of space. Also like the jacuzzi tubs and walk-in showers.

This place is really stunning visually! The service was excellent and the room was very large and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful after driving all day!

I stayed for the Thanksgiving week, using points for two nights and paid for two nights. Good place to stay near the mall with lots of places to eat near by. The hotel is clean, the beds and pillows are plush, great water pressure in the shower that gets HOT, and the staff are friendly. The doors are thin, but only minimal noise that did not affect my stay. Breakfast choices are standard; however, the breakfast attendant did not keep items stocked well (cereal but no milk, no yogurt, did not replenish eggs/sausage in a timely manner). Also, she closed the doors to breakfast the area 30 min early on one day. There were guest who came down to eat at 09:35am, but the attendant shut it down. Pros: friendly staff (Brenda, Melissa, John, Corina), plush beds, plush pillows, clean. Cons: Breakfast attendant, thin doors I will stay again!

Best room during our vacation trip! Great space and very clean rooms. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night (family of 4). We had a very late check-in but it was no problem, coffee and tea were available in the lobby and the fitness center was open 24/7!! The breakfast was open until 9:30 am on a weekday, and they provided a great check-out time of 12 pm. This hotel was very accommodating. The hotel provides Dove brand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner, all in easy-to-use pumps. Breakfast was very nicely done: pancakes to order via machine, decent juice, biscuits/gravy, turkey sausage patties (actually cooked through!), warm cinnamon rolls, variety of breads (sliced bread, bagels, English muffins, and blueberry muffins). Overall, great stay for our family. The staff is exceptional. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is very safe and easy access.

Hotel is conveniently located to the mall and restaurants. Lobby was well lit, clean and staff was helpful & friendly! Room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Shower in 422 was hot with great water pressure - always appreciate that!

The room was the best room I have booked in a long time!! It smelled clean & fresh from the moment I walked in. Every interaction with staff has been super nice and welcoming. The amenities in the room were perfect for or stay (toiletries , MICROWAVE, excellent sized fridge , comfy comfy comfy large bed, room space & great TV channels). I will be pl booking this hotel from now on!!

My husband & I just hosted a reunion for his Army Company who served in Vietnam in this wonderful hotel. The location is perfect - so many restaurants, museums, shops within walking distance. The entire hotel is spotless & sparkling clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The huge breakfast is delightful and filling. The helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff is spectacular! Kate, the manager, and her staff were so accommodating, resourceful, friendly and fun. They provided a perfect hospitality room for us where we could show pictures from Nam on TV, laugh, talk, cry and enjoy the bond of brotherhood! We cannot thank them enough!

From arrival to departure, our stay was wonderful. The staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable, the AC was cold, the hotel was clean. The location was perfect for our visit to the Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan Centers- they're about two blocks from the hotel. There's a great bookstore, Magic City Books, right across the street, and there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Overall, this hotel is pretty much perfect for a stay in the Tulsa Arts and Greenwood District.

This looks like a pretty new hotel, with a very friendly staff to check in. The rooms are clean, spacy, with good beds and bathroom. The soap/shampoo is from Dove, the towels are of good quality, and the lights are good too. Breakfast is very similar to what you find in other Holiday Inn Express hotels, the restaurant itself is not too big, but you can easily find a free spot. There is big parking behind the hotel, with a direct entry (walk) into the hotel. You can simply use the room key to get in/out and that is very convenient. Speaking about cars: there are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel, all in walking distance. I liked Duet (opposite side of the street) – but prices are higher too. What could be improved: internet is a bit slow, and if you use the ‘do not disturb’ sign till 11, your room will not be cleaned. One more thing: the airco is never completely off - hence it is never really silent in the room

The hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The location felt safe and was convenient to local stores and restaurants. I appreciated the complimentary coffee station and how well-maintained everything was.

Wow!!! Awesome hotel and service. Super clean common area and more importantly individual rooms. The room layout was compact and smart with very comfortable bed. The blackout shades were awesome!! Very convenient with a place for everything. Small fridge in room but food 3 days of food fit perfectly. Microwave, fresh ground excellent coffee, ice and purified water available 24/7 in very clean common area. Great selection available on the grab and go breakfast bar. Outside pool and nice fitness room. Great place to stay at 81st and Mingo. Hospitals, restaurants and shopping all nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Was my first time staying at any Avid. It’s an iHG property. It was great! Clean room. Felt safe there and in the area. It was a block walk for dinner options or to get to a mini mart gas station. It’s about a mile from more restaurant and shopping options. Took about 10/15 minutes to get whereever I was going near or downtown. The hotel doesn’t have carpeting and the floors felt clean. There are no enclosed closets but had 2 built in places for your suitcase with a couple hooks and hangars above them. I never had the breakfast but on my way out the last day as they were clearing it I could see bins with individual Cereals, mandarins oranges, bananas, cereal bars and more. Parking was self serve right there. My room had a small fridge. No microwave. There was a tv and remote. WiFi was available. Had everything I needed for my three day stay. Totally recommend.

It was close to many restaurants in the area. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy with the best pillows. The surrounding area seems very well polished and safe.

Super clean and comfortable! I loved everything about this property and location. Plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again. Also this location had the best pillows of my entire road trip, and the soaps in the bathroom smelled amazing! And even though we woke up late for the grab and go breakfast there were still breakfast sandwiches available when we checked out, as well as 24 hour coffee in the lobby! I loved it.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown for a staycation babymoon for one night and could not have been more impressed with their incredible hospitality. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by name and comped valet. Their manager on duty, Martha was generous and kind. Our room was upgraded to club level, decorated and given extra treats, including a custom Anthony Bourdain inspired dessert and Anthony Bourdain book- all truly impressive touches just based on my email signature that includes an Anthony Bourdain quote. As we left for dinner, Landon, the valet knew our car, greeted us by name and was incredibly friendly, making sure we were taken care of. As we returned from dinner, again, the front desk greeted us by name. For a large hotel of this size on an extremely busy weekend- basically sold out, that personal touch went far. Do not miss eating at The Avery, the hotel restaurant. Their custom menu is nothing like most hotels have. The restaurant’s patio overlooks a clean park and is very relaxing. We ate breakfast here and Renea took amazing care of us- the coffee and waters were never empty and the sweet potato waffle was one of the best waffles I’ve had!! The attention to detail at this hotel is truly unmatched. None of this review is sponsored, yet we have traveled all over the world and this is one of the most impressive stays we have ever had. The staff is highly trained in customer service and that truly excels the experience. We will definitely return.

I was on a solo trip to Tulsa in July 2025 and had the opportunity to spend three nights at this Hyatt Regency. I had never stayed at a Hyatt Regency before, so it was fun for me to experience one for the first time. (I arrived on a Thursday afternoon and stayed through Sunday morning.) All in all, I had an excellent experience here. My room (#1131) was clean and comfortable and offered a great view of downtown. I was able to take advantage of a few of the amenities of the hotel throughout my stay... including one dinner and one breakfast at the restaurant that's on the premises (The Avery). Plus, I was able to use the indoor/outdoor pool on one of the nights during my stay. It was great swimming at night with the nice views of the surrounding skyscrapers from the 3rd-floor pool. The downtown location was perfect for what I was looking for... super convenient and within walking distance of a lot of the downtown attractions. I had to pay extra to park (of course), but the in-and-out privileges were easy and convenient. Overall, I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. I'd say it was a good value overall (not as expensive as it could have been). The modernness of the hotel and room, along with the excellent location, amenities, and quality service, made it worth the price I paid. I would gladly stay here again if I have another reason to stay in downtown Tulsa in the future.

I was in Tulsa on an 8 day business trip. I worked long hours with limited sleep. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. By far, the friendliest front desk staff I've encountered since my days of being able to stay at the Four Seasons. The hotel was immaculately clean. I had fabulous shower pressure (12th floor) and the bathroom vanity had electric outlets on both sides of the spacious vanity which is perfect for a traveling female and all our hair/makeup/beauty products. The bed & pillows were comfortable-nice size refrigerator for snacks and drinks. Perfect for all my needs. Great location in downtown Tulsa close to the main highways, lots of restaurants, museums and bars. Highly, highly recommend.

This hotel and staff deserves a 5 star rating for every facet of their facility. From the check in, restaurant staff, hotel staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and helpful...to a person! Every staff member we encountered made us feel as if they were working everyday to make sure our stay was special and it was. Rooms are quiet, cool and comfortable and beds and pillows are perfect. Shower was hot and powerful. The entire property was as clean as it could possibly be. This Hyatt sets the bar for all other hotels.

The Hyatt Tulsa Downtown was very safe and clean. The staff were always polite and helpful, the room was clean, and they responded to requests quickly. The food at the Avery restaurant inside the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The downtown area surrounding the hotel was safe and clean. This hotel was a short walk away from the BOK center, and a short drive to "The Outsiders House", which we visited as well.,

This is the perfect hotel to fly out of, everything was excellent. Very clean like new hotel. Rooms very spacious, comfortable and with a mini kitchenette was perfect to bring in food and dine with reall plates and silverware, Lol. The gym area was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was several hot choices as well as all the typical cold options.

The hotel was built in December 2023. The rooms are VERY nice and spacious! They also have all the amenities you would need, a safe, closet, microwave, dish washer (with supplied dishes and silverware), fridge w freezer, full size sink, toaster and hot plate upon request! I got a room with a king size bed which also had a pull out couch for extra guests which also has a privacy curtain between the two. The hvac is controlled by a wall thermostat that works great and there are also more than enough lights and outlets (with usb ports) in each room. The bathroom is very nice with a large shower and powerful shower head (which I love). The rooms are cleaned daily and always restocked. Other wonderful amenities would be the in house industrial laundry machines which have always done a great job for me, and a full workout area with a heated saltwater pool outside and two grills in the sitting area next to it. There’s also a very quaint seating area outside with a beautiful propane powered fire pit! Last but not least, the whole staff is always friendly, helpful and caring. I have been staying here for a month now for work and will here for one more month. Next time I’ll definitely stay here again, no ifs and or buts.

Stayed at Home2suite for extend time (march to July). The front desk personal was always helpful. They provide great eating selection and thing to do. The rooms were clean every day. Mangement was very prompt on solving any problems that pop up. Overall, the hotel is very clean throughout. The pool area is kept clean, and towels are provided nearby pool. They have grills provided for guest to use. There are tables next to pool area and provide a nice sitting area. They have washer and dyers provided to wash cloths. They have gym area provided for guest to use, the hotel is about 20 minutes away from any attractions and restaurants. The hotel is right next to airport. This hotel will be my 1st choice if I return to Tulsa. I would highly recommend.

OMG! I had never stayed in a Home2 Suites property....and I can say it won't be the last time! It was so REFRESHING to have an extremely clean room with so many amenities. A full kitchen with dishes, pots & pans and a full size 'frig and freezer. PLUS, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was so clean it literally sparkled! The parking lot was well laid out and well lite. I came in around 11:30pm and was able to find the lobby, check-in and park with not feeling afraid. The staff were wonderful, as well and the breakfast was terrific and delicious. I will definitely stay at Home2 Suites again in the future. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY STAY SO WONDERFUL!

Wonderful to have a new hotel at the airport. The shuttle is super efficient with really pleasant drivers. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful, both daytime and evening shift. Room is comfortable and kitchenette provides extra convenience. Everything is very clean. Only negative is the light leakage from the shades.

Our extended family recently booked a block of 10 rooms at this hotel for a 3 night stay for a family wedding and we were very happy with our choice. The rooms, hallways and common areas were all renovated and clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was spacious and worked well for a hangout space in the evening. The breakfast itself was pretty typical for a hotel at this level. The attendant kept the breakfast area neat, clean, and well- supplied. The hotel was in a handy location near shopping. The rooms were quiet as were the hallways and common areas. The Hilton website made it easy to book a block of rooms for our group with an easy link to provide to family members. In addition, the manager at the hotel answered my questions promptly via email. There were a few minor repair items that need attention. The second floor ice maker was not working, a shower drain in one of the rooms was slow to drain and a few rooms smelled a bit musty. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t really comment on it except to mention that it wasn’t quite as big in person as it looked in the pictures but was still nice sized for a hotel pool. All in all we had a great stay and we’re very happy with our choice of the Hampton Inn and Suites Woodland Hills for our family gathering.

room was great!! My husband and I stayed for my birthday. We wanted somewhere close to shopping, bars, and restaurants and this was perfect! Longhorn steakhouse is literally right down the street, woodland hills mall is right across the street. and we like to drink, but dont want to worry about driving. so there is this nice cozy bar right across the parking lot! it was so fun and the bartender was amazing! she did a great job. The hotel checkin was smooth, and the guy checking us in, was super nice! the pool is very nice as well! its not super large but perfect, we were the only ones in it before we went to dinner. overall, this place was great! and extremely convenient for everything !

Very clean and quiet hotel. Bed was comfy, and they provided extra blankets. My husband slept with the comforter, but it was too heavy for me, so I placed the blanket over my sheet and slept comfortably. Air was easy to control, and was not noisy as some hotel air systems are prone to be. Blackout shades over the windows were nice. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast fare - generous and tasty. Front desk service was quick and polite. Lots of restaurants nearby (within 5 minutes). Appeared to be a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through Tulsa.

Came for work but brought the family too for fun in between meetings. Staff was very nice and greeted everyone as they walked in. Very helpful as well. If you need anything they’ll get it. Breakfast was good and changed up a little each morning. It was a hotel breakfast so expect a good hotel breakfast. Kids loved it. Clean! Quiet! Safe! Close to everything! Air was weird and you need to crank it wayyy down to have it nice and cool but it worked well which is huge compared to other hotels. Bed was great. Best sleep we had out of three hotels with this trip! Zero complaints after spending three nights there.

This was my first time staying here. It will be where I stay from now on when I am in Tulsa. My room was clean and fresh. The hotel is clean, inside and out and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had more than I expected. And I felt safe in the area. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here on my next visit.

Check in and check out was very easy with the advance option they text out to your mobile number. It is optional, and for me , it was a game changer. The room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable and made checking out hard work. Breakfast is complimentary in the AM and it’s always the main reason why we choose LQ when we travel. This particular location had a nice breakfast and clean setup. We only stayed for a night so my kids were bummed out about skipping the indoor pool. When we visit in the future, we will definitely choose this location. Staff were friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Loved the welcoming atmosphere from everyone employed there. Not the Omni but it hit the 10/10 in hospitality.

New, clean, convenient located midtown LaQuinta. Obviously new or newly renovated, very clean, big rooms, everything works! Fresh hot breakfast. On 51st St, easy access to I44. Will stay again on next trip. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Experienced a computer system issue on check-in, but staff remained calm, professional, got through the issue. Things happen, they dealt with it, kept their cool, no stress.

The staff was super helpful, and it was in the perfect location. It was a nice area, far enough away that you don't get caught in the downtown traffic, but also only a 15 min drive to downtown Tulsa. The pool was clean, and the breakfast, albeit small was really tasty and had some options. The room was clean and the price was cheap. I got the cheapest room I could find with a King bed and it had plenty of room for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, conveniently located right off I-44. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. This is one of the nicest and best laid out moderately priced hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Large spacious room, with a well planned bathroom and large shower. Spotlessly clean, in room refrigerator AND microwave. The furniture was West Elm so it was sleek and modern. Bed was comfortable. Good coffee with ample breakfast buffet. People were very friendly. Strong internet connection. Easy to use our Roku on the TV. I would stay here again!

Staff was very welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, lots of plugs and charging areas. Bathroom - large counter area, bright lighting, barn door with frosted glass, looked nice, but light was too bright in the bed area when others were sleeping, large walk in shower, water pressure was very low. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants or short driving distance to shopping and several restaurants.

Our stay was short (one night). We enjoyed being nearby (less than 3 miles) the event (River Spirit Casino) we traveled to Tulsa for at a lower rate than most other hotels with similar amenities. We also enjoyed a peaceful night’s rest and a clean, convenient, well-serviced continental breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are many choices for shopping nearby; accessible primarily by automobile. Beware that there are no noticeable paths to nearby shopping for those wishing to walk or cycle.

Second time staying at this hotel. Very nice and clean and quiet. There is a bar that is open till 10 o’clock at night but no restaurant. Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. Nothing special but adequate. there is a good Mexican restaurant next-door and I saw people coming in with Pizza.

Interesting location but still close to everything. Jump right on the freeway, but far enough away to not hear it. If traveling from the west, it's perfect for a quick exit. Staff is pretty cool, but overworked (get 2 people on the front desk management). We stayed for 4 nights and never saw more than one person up front. The gal who runs the morning shift should be a casino floor manager! Awesome. Great breakfast, in fact fantastic. Quiet rooms, comfy beds, and nice to have a little living space for work and kicking back. Really not suitable for more than 2 people. We stayed in both the double-queen room and the King Studio, both the same, both nice. Nice little restaurants within walking distance. Management should make use of the little bar area by the breakfast station and keep someone serving drinks after 4pm, they'd kill it.

The staff here at Hampton Inn Tulsa/Broken arrow are very kind and accommodating. The breakfast bar is loaded with way more than most free breakfast in hotels and the breakfast attendant makes your morning more of an experience, in a fun way, as she is humorous and interactive with the guests. We were comfortable in our room, and during our stay we enjoyed the indoor pool, as it was very clean and comfortable to swim in. We will return our next time in Oklahoma.

Great service and great breakfast. Our room was very clean and comfortable. My grandchildren loved swimming in the pool! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would encourage families to stay in this convenient and comfortable hotel.

Didn't really seem to fit with what Hampton tries to present, but it wasn't bad. The breakfast was pretty bleh, but the ladies managing the breakfast were amazing and humorous. The lobby has a decent area for getting together as a group. Receptionists were friendly. The beds are pretty comfortable. The room was clean, common areas could be cleaner. With the layout of the rooms and some of the repairs you could see remnants of, the feeling this place gave was that it used to be more of a budget hotel but was purchased by and somewhat renovated into a Hampton. Not bad, price was a bit high for what it was in my opinion, but everything is high in this economy, so... Guess I'd recommend.

Love the friendly staff, rooms are super comfortable and clean. The first thing I noticed when we walked in the hotel was how good it smelled. Strange right because we travel a lot and for me that was a first. I love that they offer full bottle shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don't have to bring your own. They have a full snack counter if you can't find what you need in the snack machine. I didn't find a machine that had drinks in it. I would love if they would add this. They had a very clean up-to-date weight room. The pool is warm to the point you can see steam coming off in the evening. Also a very clean pool area. The only downside we got a king suite and we're not able to actually get the king suite because of an accidental overbooking. So we had to sleep in a room with two queen beds. We had no problem with this until My Husband and I realize we've been sleeping together for so many years we couldn't sleep apart, so sleeping in one queen was difficult. Accidents happen and they made accommodations for us which I love. No biggie. We would definitely come and stay again.. We heard there was a full breakfast, but we slept in so we weren't able to comment on that. Also, the rooms have pictures on the outside so it's easy to find your room if you forget your room number!

The hotel was very clean. The hosts at the front desk was friendly and accomadating to your needs. The free breakfast was not bad. The rooms was very spacious and very clean. The beds was comfortable and the TV size was great and very new.

First the facility: it was recently renovated, clean and well appointed. Breakfast choices and a bar for lunch or dinner. The staff makes this our favorite place to stay. Fabi and her food service staff are amazing and made us feel at home. Great breakfast at a reasonable price. Food was amazing in the 2 bars also. The 3 bartenders we interacted with were awesome. Personable, attentive, cheerful and very helpful. Maddy, Kierra and Katie made our stay more fun. If i could give it 6 stars i would just for the staff! From check-in to check-out, they were happy to make our stay special!

Welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms clean and practical. Very busy at the time we were there due to it being a popular venue for conferencing. It was fun to see the hustle and bustle. The breakfast Monday to Friday offers a pancake and omellette station - delicious. Unfortunately they do not offer this on the buffett on weekends which is disappointing and confusing. I would recommend that they keep the breakfast selection the same Monday to Sunday.

The staff and facilities were great. Our room was clean, updated and well appointed. The stars were the staff! Every person we encountered went out if their way to make our stay great. Madison and Kiara were amazing at the small bar and the sports bar. Breakfast was very good and the manager was amazing! We will stay there again on our next trip to Tulsa!

Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt. Great variety and it was clean and welcoming. The hot tub was amazing to rest and relax. All in all I will definitely recommend!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean. We chose this place because it had good ratings and was in a very good location. Our problem was with the breakfast. We went down around 7:30. The eggs and sausage were cold. No fresh fruit was available. Then the cleaning staff started mopping the floor. I appreciate a clean space, but not when I am trying to eat. The smell of the cleaning solution was overpowering. We ended up going out for breakfast.

The lobby is bright, colorful, and clean. The luggage carts are superior to most we have dealt with. Friendly, competent staff. Room was spacious and clean. The towels were not sand paper like, yet not the fluffiest ever. The breakfast was as expected. Fruit was fresh! Plenty of everything. Clean area.

The room was clean and very comfortable, well arranged, bed comfortable and pillows wonderful. Pool clean . Reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Laundry facility available, I would put a coin machine payable both with dollar bills and credit cards. Soap is sold at the reception, only with credit card, like other various and different items one might need, also payable only with credit card . Location is optional for various fast food places and services, including Walmart for different needs one might have. Thanks!

It was quick stay in-between traveling 26 hours home. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I booked a room with a king size bed and fold out couch. There was no fold out couch. I explained to the front desk. She kindly apologized and moved our room with zero fuss. She gave use tom of extra pillows witch was amazing.. most places with argue with about 1 single FLAT pillow. The place was extremely clean. Continental breakfast was really good.. and that's a big statement.. Ive never like hotel breakfast. There are a few shops, food, & alcohol you can drive to within a minute or walk under 10mins. My son enjoyed the pool.. I loved the tiny lights next to beds. I stay up late, my husband goes to bed early. So having an adjustable light connected to the bed was very convenient. If we ever pass through again, no questions, this will be our choice hands down..

From the moment we pulled in the parking lot, the hotel was very well lit and we felt very safe. The hotel smelled good when we walked in the door and our room was great! The breakfast was good, fairly basic, but the area was clean and breakfast was well stocked. The breakfast attendant was very visible and helpful!

The room was clean and neat, although there was litter in the hall which remained for 2 days. Staff very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Good TV. Good bathroom amenities. Quiet location. Great breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and welcoming the rooms are very spacious and also clean. The staff were very friendly and great help with dinner reservations. The bar area was great and the bar staff made our night with their funny and friendly chat. Would recommend a stay here.

We stayed here over a weekend for my daughter’s dance competition (walking distance from the hotel at the convention center). This is our second time to stay and we were just as pleased as the first time. Very clean, modern amenities and design. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast options in the morning. Staff (Jennifer in particular) super friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. Parking at the gated hotel parking lot was extra $16/day, but worth it in my opinion since this is the middle of downtown. Great value for the money - highly recommend! Will stay again in the future.

Property is convenient to the BOK center in downtown Tulsa. They charge $15 to park, but it is adjacent to the hotel in a gated and lit lot. The rooms are large and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchenette. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel needed a good clean. It didn't look like the hall carpets had been vacuumed in a weeks. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot or cold food options. The price is reasonable for downtown Tulsa, but there are better options.

Very lovely, spacious modern rooms. Very quiet as well - no annoying noise from adjacent rooms. Large open kitchen& living area in the King rooms. Convenient location… never thought about staying downtown but will gladly stay here again. Campbell at reception was friendly and very helpful as well.

Place was nice and clean! Bar tender poured amazing drinks and had a great conversation! Kadence at the front desk was very friendly and professional! We were there as a family and had an amazing time! Next time we go through Tulsa we will stay here!

i stubbed my toe getting up to use the restroom the tv is beside the bed not enough room to walk around but it was a cute room not sure there is enough room for the pull out couch we didnt try it but closet was nice and the kitchenette to cook there i love the coffee bar all day! hottub would be a perk

I like this Staybridge in the Tulsa, OK area and it checked all the boxes for me…in comfort and basic cleanliness. The campus appears well kept and the general area full of eateries. We stayed in a large two bedroom two bathroom suite which was nice. The living space area furniture appeared to be a bit aged in our suite. There were minor stains and the seat cushions have lost their firmness. So when you sit on them they sink low. However, I don’t see this as being uncommon after many uses by many guests. The beds, bathroom, kitchenette area and work space desk with lamp were clean and a comfort. Additionally, breakfast was nice and the staff professional and customer friendly. I did not do a good job checking out this hotel’s policies before making the reservations. I look for “never pet” hotels. Like a lot of hotels this one is pet friendly. While many people are so incline, I am not a pet/dog person and don’t believe that you can really get a room clean after an animal has traversed about in it. There are always remnants missed that are not “human friendly.” You know I’ve even overheard a pet owner complaining that “another pet owner’s dog was not clean…but theirs is.” SMH. Because of their nature, “animal and clean” are not synonymous. I believe these dog policies will eventually come back to bite (cost) the hotels, “pardon the pun.” Set aside a "never pet" room for me...for my next stay.

This is an older property — but it’s maintained with obvious pride and dedication to the comfort of its guests. Staff is just as friendly as can be, too. You'll see them all over the hotel, all working hard to make your stay just perfect. The fitness room is fabulous, with free weights, benches, a Universal, mats, even a BosuBall. Laundry room adjacent and thanks to Staybridge, it’s complimentary. Washers are the biggest you will ever see! Breakfast is a variance of scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, fresh salsa, wheat biscuits, bagels, breads and 2% milk cartons. Coffee is self-serve and out a bit before the 6:30 a.m. start of breakfast (7:30 weekends). Screened windows open for a breeze. We had the 2-Bedroom (3 Queens)/2-Bath Suite (tubs in both). Lots and lots of room to spread out. You can walk in almost any direction for a stroll. Cineplex movies right around the corner. Large outdoor pool was very popular, grounds neat and tidy. Nicely done, GM Carina — we can’t wait to return to your fine hotel.

We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we visit Tulsa, and it’s always a great choice. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants within walking distance. The suites are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The suites have a refrigerator, microwave and stove. The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast, which was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

Location was beautiful and easy to get to. Close access to restaurants and toll roads when we headed out towards river, casino area for event, and Gathering place. Great breakfast and extremely friendly staff. Room was excellent as well. Very quiet, had all of the amenities we wanted, including kitchenette. If we come back with family, we would opt for same location.

Plus… Staff very friendly and helpful especially the housekeeping lady with the most amazing blue eyes (didn’t get name), when she tried to help with our AC. Ashley was very friendly and helpful too. The bed was soooooo comfy. The room was very clean and well looked after. The fridge and safe were very handy! The bathroom was lovely, great shower and complimentary products were useful. The valet people were fabulous! Negatives There is not a lot to do in the area…don’t go to Centre of the Universe…they have dug it up! The AC…OMG!! It was like sleeping in a Boeing Jet Engine!! Soooo loud and you could not adjust it or turn of off. We luckily had ear plugs to dull it down a little, but didn’t block it out, couldn’t hear the TV as it was so loud! Got housekeeping and maintenance on it and they said that is what it is meant to be, it’s the fan not allowed to shut it off! Not sure how you are meant to have a restful time there!!! We went to the mall just to escape it! The breakfast area is small and they cannot keep up with the demand. I tried twice for bacon and was gone both times. Husband didn’t even get a cooked breakfast!! Luckily the Hyatt we are staying at tonight has a WAAAYYY better establishment!

I stayed at the Hyatt Place Downtown Tulsa, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was phenomenal and extremely helpful from check in to check out. My apologies for not getting any of the staff's name but they were equally amazing in my opinion. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh each day! The bed was so comfortable that I almost overslept the first morning because it was so cozy. It was easy to get around downtown. There were amazing places to eat; I took advantage of the location and its easy access. This was a work trip that felt like a vacation each day because I had the privilege of staying at the Hyatt Place Tulsa Downtown!

Amazing room with awesome view close to everything we needed. Upgraded my room for a very small fee. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served fresh and lots to choose from. Awesome view of the city. Room was exclusive and spacious. Restrooms were immaculate.

The coffee ☕️ is amazing! Walking distance to restaurants major plus! Three or four blocks and you are at restaurants, A lot to choose from home-cooked to elegant! Staff is friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and the bed is comfy! Blackout shade works well!

Hotel was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean and had an awesome view which my kids loved. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were like clouds. I will definitely plan on coming back again.

We stayed here last night. It’s a very clean, quiet hotel which was close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, waffles, sweet rolls, oatmeal, and cereal. The reason I didn’t give them a 5 is the bed was a little too firm, and the room only had a shower. That wouldn’t have been too bad, but only one glass door actually moved, the other was screwed in place. It was the wrong door, in my opinion, for short people. I couldn’t reach the shower head to move it out of the way to keep from being sprayed with cold water when I turned it on to warm up. Plus, the safety bar on the wall made taking a shower awkward.

We love Hamptons & especially when as Diamond rewards, we’re upgraded to a suite. Thank you Cotura (not sure of spelling) we appreciate it & also your friendly help with restaurants. Oklahoma was having a serious heat wave & the A/C worked well. Super clean & spacious suite that was well stocked. Breakfast was well stocked & also well managed. Lots of shopping & dining across the street, very nice area. It’s really great to have such a comfortable place to relax & unwind after a long travel day. Thank your for a great stay!

The front desk girls are amazing Lindsey and Scottie are such a great help. All smiles every time I see them. Super clean areas and breakfast was amazing! Biscuits and gravy should be served everyday! Breakfast area is also very well maintained and clean!

The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly, the free breakfast delicious, and the room/beds comfortable. I gave the comfort rating a 3/5 stars because the lobby and rooms themselves were a comfortable temperature, the hallways, elevator, and restrooms off the lobby were humid and extremely hot, like you were walking the halls of Hades!

Was visiting Tulsa for a mini-reunion with friends and needed something close by but not over-priced as summer rates kick in. Being an IHG member I got a great deal at this location. The service at the desk was very nice and the housekeeping ladies on the floor I was on was also very friendly and helpful. The room I was given (407) was clean and decorated modern. The bed was very comfortable and the hot breakfast was decent, not the best, but edible. Although not major, the bathroom had some minor issues that should be addressed. The exhaust fan didn't work and it steams up quickly. The toilet base was loose and moved around. The molding around the tub/shower was broken off around the lower side. The shower part was unique in that the water pressure was so strong that it felt like your skin would be stripped off. Overall, it was good for one night and I got a good nights sleep.

My husband chose this hotel because of its location near the Aquarium and the Waterfront Grill. We could see the river from our room 204 and I believe it was an adjoining room. The pool and hot tub were really cool, with the different colored lights. The front desk agents at check in and check out were professional, but I wouldn't say friendly. The breakfast attendant and housekeeper in our hall were very friendly, which I appreciated. The breakfast was alright, had a decent variety of food which worked for my family. The hotel has a business center, but I didn't need to use it. The lobby has a beautiful chandelier which my young daughter loved. The beds in the room were comfortable and room was spacious. I couldn't hear any other guests from our room. It is definitely worth the price and I would stay here again.

This was a nice place to stay. But when I first went to check in, our room was t ready yet, and I understood this. But I asked for a room on the fourth floor, where it’s quieter. When we came back, that room was given to another person. I had to place a hand towel in the bathtub to take my shower. The tub was very slippery and I almost fell. But the room was very clean and comfortable. The tub s are me when I first got in the shower. Breakfast was amazing, and the young lady who was working there was fantastic! She was very friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She was a joy to have there. All in all, it was a good stay. I’d stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at !!!! The place so clean and has everything you need to stay comfortable with kids . Great service. Attentive staff. We had our event in the hotel. They we able to fully accommodate our party. Rooms were clean. The view of the town and the river was very aesthetically appealing. We had fun in the snow. The location was perfect for all we needed to do.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was fantastic. So friendly and engaging. Orlando, helped my roommate and a couple of other people in our group find a restaurant and order an UBER. I didn't catch everyone's name but they really were all helpful, always greeted us, and asked if we need anything. The room was perfect and housekeeping came in every day to make the bed and bring us towels. The convenience of being across from the convention center was a plus too. I'm a picky breakfast eater and they had a great selection to choose from. Eggs with bacon, sausage links, little ham rounds ( the rotated days with the meats, not all 3 on the same day), biscuits and gravy, waffles, various pastries and toast, cereal, or instant oatmeal. Coffee, tea, and juice were available also. I'm sure I'm missing some things but it was a lot!

Just a wonderful stay!! Started with our check in. Kimberly checked us in, she is so very warm and welcoming. Her sincerity when letting us know to call for any needs, as well as throughout our stay, treating and talking with us like we were old friends. I also noticed this same interactions with other guest. This is a wonderful quality, one of which was exhibited from all the other hospitality providers!! This establishment is very clean and kept. We felt comfortable, safe and welcome in all areas of this establishment. Breakfast was wonderful. So much so I ate a little too much,,,the food taste very good and area kept very clean at Al times. We will most definitely stay here again!!!

The customer service at this hotel is AMAZING. Mrs Kimberly, Barbara, Andrew, and Orlando and everyone we encountered were incredibly kind, helpful and were especially nice to our toddler. They really seemed to enjoy their jobs and made such a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t say enough good things. They went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tulsa. The breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean. It was conveniently located near the gathering place and a lot of other activities. 4-Day stay at the hotel and experience was positives. The hotel is centrally located in South Tulsa, with easy access to expressway. The room was clean, and recently renovated. Keurig coffee maker, with fridge and microwave are a plus. The breakfast in the AM consists of continental breakfast with a buffet of hot foods such as eggs, bacon or sausage, french toast, and grits or other items. It was a great start to the day. The staff was great; as initially bath had a shower problem and they assisted in my room transfer. I was also asked repeatedly during my stay if everything was ok, as well as text messages to inquire if all was good too! Shout out to Lindsay, Matt, and Iris as they were great at all aspects from check-in to check-out. The entire staff at this hotel could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place to stay again.

Great Hotel but don’t pay extra for Breakfast! Paid an extra $10/night for breakfast and the first morning they said the cook had quit and there was no breakfast. Second morning was there 30 min before end of service time and nothing was left to eat except cereal. They did let me get some items from the pantry that equaled $10 for each day. I would definitely stay there again but I would not pay extra for the breakfast. Room and bed were comfortable and the AC worked very well. Was also quiet. Convenient to McDonald’s which is where we ate breakfast

Hotel is clean, convenient , Quiet, very comfortable and staff have been professional and all amenities were wonderful. Enjoyed pool time with the family while we were here. The beds are comfortable as well as everything in the room. The AC was cold (90+ temps outside made it a retreat)

We were in town for a child’s sporting event March 1-3, 2024 and while the kids were hanging out in lobby, my husband and I decided to sit over at the bar and met Lindsay. Lindsay was an absolute joy to be around for the couple of hours we spent. She was super friendly engaging her customers in conversation. She was attentive making sure that everyone at that bar felt at home, and she was just a genuinely kind and fun person to be around! I had the best time with music trivia.

The staff here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was nicely made up when we arrived and housekeeping respects the "please do not disturb" door hanger. :) They're pet friendly and have a big area to walk my dog, and a poop bag dispenser and pail right there that was always stocked with baggies. The breakfast is delicious, the potatoes were my favorite.

Very convenient location, literally right next to the airport. With a free shuttle, even if you arrive at 2am!! Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff was helpful and friendly, even the shuttle driver at 2 am. Breakfast was good and had some healthy choices.

Many of the previous reviews are fairly accurate. The hotel shows its age, but according to staff, a major renovation is on the horizon. During my stay, the front entrance didn’t fully close, though the lobby was clean and well-kept. The hallways and room decor felt dated, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom—including the shower—was clean. One minor inconvenience: the bathroom door was unusually heavy and wouldn’t stay open. The staff were excellent—warm, attentive, and quick to recognize my Hilton Honors membership. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Located within airport grounds, the hotel offers views of aircraft taking off and landing if you're in the right spot. Overall, the noise level was manageable, though military jets occasionally passed through, and their engines could be heard throughout the building.

Great if you are flying out/in. Great breakfast buffet. Shuttle service to Airport is fantastic (drivers are so sweet). Lunch and supper is delicious (fries are the best ever!). A bit pricey as property is not your typical Hilton - not fancy at all (but clean!) and quite dated. Convenience is worth the extra cost over a lower-priced hotel if you are flying out. The standard room would be equivalent to any lower-priced chain like a Super 8, but it served our needs. Will stay again due to convenience, location and safety for our annual mom-daughter trip.

Great property being so close to an airport. Was surprised how nice everything was, first class! Friendly and helpful staff, the manager was very hospitable as were every staff member. Had dinner at the restaurant, my wife had the chicken fried steak and I had the ribeye pork, we shared the farmhand salad. Ample portions and both dinners were great, highly recommended!

Nice hotel and very close to airport. We felt well taken care of by friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great (not included, but well worth the extra). The gym was nice as well as the pool. Check in was smooth. Shuttle to the airport was appreciated. We will definitely plan to to stay here again.

Sia at reservation and check in front desk help is so outstanding and goes above and beyond to always make our stay a pleasure, she is super sweet and professional, always helpful and very accommodating to her guest’s needs. Sia seriously makes our stay so enjoyable every time we travel to Tulsa. We have no desire to stay at another hotel even if it was at a cheaper rate. It’s not easy finding a hotel that makes their guests feel so at home and goes out of their way to make it the most comfortable stay always. I picked this hotel on the basis that it had a free breakfast but that's not the case. They charge for breakfast. I ended up spending about $50 for breakfast during the two days of my stay. I think Expedia needs to be more clear about what exactly is included in the breakfast. If it's continental then say so because that just means bread and a yogurt basically. If it's a breakfast buffet that's totally different. This hotel had breakfast for $16 per person. But they still want to put "free breakfast" on their advertisement. Other Courtyard by Marriott locations have it. This one does not. I was disappointed.

Even though this hotel is located in a busy entertainment dining/mall area we found it's location not only convenient to the interstate and things to do and eat but also surprisingly quiet for sleeping. Staff was friendly and attentive to requests. Beds were comfy which was very welcoming after the funeral I had attended and my reason for travel. My Starbucks coffee was conveniently in the lobby or I could go one block down to the Starbuck's on the corner. Lobby was large enough to accommodate a family's meet up and depart in the morning so large groups work well here. Super convenient is an adjacent Cheesecake Factory!

Only downside is how hard it is to get to when the mall is open. We spent 15 min waiting to get to the 4 way stop to turn onto the road for the property. The bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby smelled amazing. Not something I would have thought about there is just something relaxing about walking in to a hotel that smells good and not like cleaner.

We stay here every time we are in Tulsa! The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. The location is also very quiet and convenient, lots of places to eat and shop if you need to.

Refreshing and clean. Pool area was exceptional for kids Dinner Restaurant was good. There’s a mini Starbucks inside and the complimentary cookies are always delicious. Breakfast is not free and is not restaurant quality, more like the average continental instant eggs and gravy. But other than that it was the perfect stay.

No chairs in the back outside area off the pool Hotel store prices are ridiculous Definitely some housekeeping issues. Nasty curtains, walls and carpet in room Trash cans in the room. Already a huge pet peeve (I bring trash bags!) Tiny can with a sections for trash and recycling. You can't even fit a coke can in it Dogs barking crying and scratching on doors If you use 40 oz tumblers...much easier to wash in the shower! Breakfast has pretty good options but most days the food was cold and not much flavor. I loved they had sugar free syrup though!

This was a wonderful nights stay, right next to the hospital where I was visiting a patient. Lovely comfy rooms. Shower was forceful, towels plentiful and clean. Carpets look a bit tired and the check in clerk forgot to offer me a cookie (awkward moment while I was waiting expectantly and he looking disturbed back at me). Restaurant staff were very gracious and welcoming. Definitely staying there again when I go back to Tulsa

Quiet location but close enough to everything. TU is a short drive . Beds are clean and comfy, rooms are spacious plus it’s dog friendly. Will stay here again.

First the Doubletree is a must stay for anyone seeking quality, clean accommodations with an upscale feel. The room is wonderfully equipped and has a great nature view. Superb! My trip was marred with flight issues that seemed at one point to be neverending. I left my hometown at 1 pm to arrive into Tulsa at 230 am. Needless to say I was tired but learned great patience as the multiple gate changes and departure times tested me thoroughly. When I arrived at the Doubletree in Tulsa, it was gratifying to see that it was well kept and very quiet (of course it was nearly 3 and but still it was pleasant to not have lines). When I came to the counter, Ja'Vaughn was very cordial in his acknowledgement of me as my voice was very hoarse and I couldn't get my words out clearly. He patiently expressed that his system was down at the moment but would be back up in 10 minutes. He gave great care in ensuring I would be comfortable doing the time and offered me a drink that I sorely needed. Once his computer came back up he let me know that he had another person waiting before me but he would take care of me as soon as he finished. He did just as he said and closed the day for me with giving great care and interest to my needs for the stay. I was there to find my brother who had gone off the grid for a while and when I saw him there it made the trip worth it. Thank you Da'Vaughn for making sure the trip was easy once I arrived at the Doubletree. I'll be back.

We travel to Tulsa every year over Thanksgiving and this was the best stay we can remember. There were minor issues because life is like that, but the staff addressed every question/request/concern with genuine enthusiasm. They were friendly, professional and jumped through hoops to make sure everything was A+ - Especially Ashleigh (who seemed to be there 24/7). The place was clean, quiet and the beds were comfy. Hot coffee always available. We don't want to stay anywhere else.

We had a very nice stay. Front desk clerk was very nice and checked us in quickly. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was fine, but a little bare. Attendant on duty was very attentive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tulsa. Good, convenient location.

Excellent room. Plenty of space. Nice living room separated from the bedroom. Giant big screen in the bedroom fun to watch. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Friendly staff and very helpful. My only suggestion would be the towels need replacement. Mine were a bit scratchy like you might get at the ymca. Definitely just an improvement idea not something that bothered me too much. Excellent experience!

Nice stay, clean, hot breakfast! Only complaint would be elevator very slow and coffee maker in room didn't work...filled my cup with a few drops of coffee and stopped. Coffee at breakfast made up for that though! Overall, very clean and neat place!

Property itself was in a good location and clean. Front desk staff very friendly. Comfortable beds. In the room we stayed in, the handle in the bathtub/shower was hard to turn on, felt loose in the wall, water pressure not the best and the vent in ceiling was falling down. Be leary of the elevator, as we got to our floor, there was a big bump when it stopped amd when elevator opened you could still see it was moving. Going down the elevator there was a huge jolt when it hit the bottom floor. Breakfast was mediocre. Yogurt and juice machine were out on our 1st day, yogurt still out the 2nd day. Juice was up but was very watery. Would stay there again, for the location but would bypass the elevator and take the stairs. Wish the indoor pool was heated. It was very clean but just to cool to get into.

Overall a decent hotel for the price. A bit of a wait to check in, but they were nice and friendly. Room was ok, closet door didn't close all the way, the bathroom vent stopped working on our second day and there was no phone in the room. Air conditioner worked fine but was noisy. Breakfast was standard eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. Coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch as compared to standard lobby coffee. Pool area is right next to breakfast area with a full wall of windows so everyone eating breakfast can watch and hear everything in the pool area. Would stay here again if the price is right.

We were in Tulsa for 5 nights for the annual chili bowl indoor car racing. Our suite was very affordable, clean and spacious. The staff was great and it was nice to enjoy the continental breakfast every morning. The location was terrific for us with restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby. It was only 10 minutes to the airport which was perfect for our early checkout.

We only stayed for one night. The room was very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Waffle maker and the usual continental breakfast choices) staff was friendly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the elevator was not working and I only found out when we tied to use it. No warning when we checked in.

Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very friendly staff. Welcoming lobby with elegant decor and fireplace. Room was clean, very comfortable bed, convenient access to outside for pet. Security was always seen on premises as well. In a safe area of town.

Very clean, dog friendly with plenty of grass areas around the outside of the hotel. Also has a small restaurant and bar and breakfast is available for a fee.

Perfect stay..quiet relaxing. Very attentive front desk. Good dinner...never had to leave the hotel which worked out perfectly.

Staff at the front desk supper friendly. Not a fan of the Breakfast to expensive for what you get at other hotels that’s complementary would be different if fresh cooked breakfast. Go eat at a restaurant for better food.

Room was well appointed for our needs. The central location is appealing & convenient. . We like having the restaurant and bar in the hotel.

Hotel was beautiful. The staff were very helpful, especially Jaden at the front desk; the bar and restaurant were great with a delicious dinner. Breakfast was also tasty with a super nice host and waitress. The room was older but very well maintained and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

The night check in young man was really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious (again) and the Restaurant manager was amazing- food great, had the chef make us pancakes as part of the breakfast buffet. Great hospitality

Excellent property, convenient location, great customer service from check in to check out. Amazing food service and quality of food in breakfast area. Of special note were the hostess, waitress and chef Angel! Chef Angel made a special omelette to order for me and brought us unsolicited pancakes because we talked about favorite breakfast foods. Chef Angel went way above and beyond to make our breakfast experience one that was fit for royalty🥰.

The atmosphere was relaxing. The bar staff was so very friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok. I was expecting a little more options for the price. Example biscuits and gravy, waffles, french toast, boiled eggs for instance. Once i sat i heard some order french toast. Didn’t know that was an option. Over all i enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. I will stay again if i needed to.

Staff was very considerate and helpful. Was able to get a free upgrade to a balcony suite with great amenities. Location is great and restaurant was good and also includes a bar as well as breakfast! I 100% will be coming back for another stay!

The jacuzzi was filled with floating dirt and other particles.

This is a nice hotel. Check-in was friendly, staff is helpful. The property is clean and maintained well. The rooms and all the other areas are spacious. Even the coffee and yogurt parfaits were top-notch. Comfortable bed, quiet room. The location is good too, not far from all of the downtown restaurants and night life. I would stay here again.

The smell of fresh and clean florals was the first thing that hit my nose walking in. The check in line was long and slow. Beds were supportive but soft. Late night drinks from the restaurant were good, breafast buffet was fresh and delicious. Pool was very cold and hot tub was chilly. Great pool hours, nice, late check out time, and we felt safe leaving our vehicle in the parking garage. The suite had a microwave and mini fridge. Little snack shop on site saved us from late night trip out. Stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Location was off the freeway and in an area where we had never been. Parking garage is available but there is a charge. Checkin and out was very quick and friendly. Other staff members were very helpful also. Our room was as requested on upper floor. Room was very clean with safe and refrigerator. But still had popcorn ceiling. Although the hotel looked like it was recently updated. We enjoyed our time there. Breakfast is buffet or menu. We had the buffet which we enjoyed.

I’ve stayed at the Downtown Doubletree for several years. It’s always clean and the staff is always friendly. This year my bed did have a low spot in it. Should be replaced. But the room was clean and smelled good. The only other downside is the breakfast buffet. For the price, it’s very underwhelming. The fitness room is really good and even has a Peloton that can be used free or you can sign in to your account. The pool was clean and water was clear. It’s always the best place to stay for conferences in the center across the street.
