Everything, good welcoming staff, very clean, amazing room with jacuzzi, amazing sea view, great indoor and outdoor pool, nice buffet, reasonable and competitive price.

The staff is very nice, comfortable beds. We got a free of charge upgrade to a suite with sea view and jacuzzi, which was amazing. Food is tasty and with a good variety, mediterranean style.

Such a great experience! Great resort, beautiful rooms, very clean, great food and personnel. In the resort you can find 4 pools, one with hot water, jacuzzi and a Spa Center. There are 2 a la carte restaurants: one with specific Italian and one Tunisian, if you want to eat something other than what is offered at all inclusive. The beach has fine sand. The entrance to the sea is smooth, with sand. Towels for each sunbed. The beach bar serves everything from coffees to sophisticated cocktails. Entertaiment every evening. Excursions are made to the desert and other places full of history.

I had a 4 night all inclusive break to Hotel Royal Azur. The hotel was very clean and all staff were friendly. The restaurant was also clean ( remember to tip the waiting staff, you will get a better service ). The food wasn't piping hot but there was a wide range so you should find something even if you are a fussy eater. Only downside is you have to ask for a spoon! They don't put then on the tables with your cutlery. It was out of season so there was low entertainment, you do have the use of the hotel next door, we did go and use the heated indoor pool/jacuzzi as one day the weather was a little drizzly. You do have to go down steps to the beach and for those who have trouble with steps there is a lift and then a few steps ( no handrails ). We venture just outside of the hotel and felt safe. It was a very relaxing break and I would recommend this hotel.

We have recently returned from a 10 night stay at the Royal Azur and can say it is a very well presented hotel, with very good staff. Arrival was great checkin was swift as we arrived as the restaurant was about to close they rushed into the restaurant and where met by very efficient waiting staff who guided us the buffet which even at time of service was still very impressive. Our room was excellent very clean an tidy as it was kept through out our stay the housekeeping lady was excellent. There are 3 bars open through out the day Reception pool and Beach all manned by very helpful staff service around the 3 pools was great and if you wanted to you could go to the pool bar. The beach was clean and tidy with staff on hand. Both the Pool and Beach bars closed at 6pm. The Reception bar was very well run with table service or again you could wait to be served at the bar. We never had any issue's with service and you always got a smile and wave from all the bar staff. Food was served in the main buffet restaurant always plenty of choice and if you like pizza the guys did some nice pizza. The waiting staff are again friendly and very attentive I can say it is a really good hotel well run with allt he public area's kept immaculately clean the whole day. This not a criticism but may be a few more sunbeds around the middle and infinity pool it would probably alleviate some of the tension around these pools. Over it is a great place.

-Amazing pool, landscape and theme.. misses good house music on the pool, I’m not saying to change it to a pool party spot but making it more exotic - has to add shisha because it is the spot for shisha in my opinion especially with the great singer they always recruit -Room Bluetooth speaker is missing as well -Food quality and variety at the pool must be addressed and reviewed -A jacuzzi at the spa is missing OTHER THAN THOSE SMALL DETAILS IT WAS AN AMAZING PLACE TO SPEND 6 DAYS IN MID SUMMER

La Badira in the stunning, quiet and serene pocket of Hammamet. The resort was a palace , it is sprawling, spacious, beautifully white washed , with beautiful landscaping surrounded by pools and and almost a moat of shallow water at the entrance. You walk into a magnificent doorway that opens up for you and in that moment you are transformed into royalty. Pools that overlook a pristine private beach. A resort So spacious that you almost never run into another guest. A fantastic gym and the most incredible restaurants where you are outnumbered by staff . The servers were some of the kindest and most warm humans I have ever met , that is no exaggeration . First, the room: my suite looked over the ocean and it was jaw dropping, the perfect place to watch the perfect sunset . The rooms furnishings were immaculate , beautiful White, brown and beige linens and decor , bed that is beyond comfy comfy. The caveat is it will ruin every other bed for life. The hotel staff will never be forgotten, they became like family , always greeting you with your name and a smile and a a much needed laugh or short conversation. Sooooo many smiles …. A few exceptional staff members whose names I made a point to write down : Rouissi Muhammed , who made my breakfasts and mornings delightful Kawla at the reception Nawres at reception Slini at breakfast I wish I wrote everyone’s names down because everyone deserves to be recognized at this establishment . Just the best

Almost everything was great about this place. It is very expensive for the area but worth it for a few special relaxing nights on a Tunisian holiday. A few faults: The “international” restaurant served me something that was not great on our first evening there. It was replaced but replacement was not comped as is usual. The Tunisian restaurant is great and I recommend it. Upon arrival the mini-bar had not been inspected and an empty bottle was in the fridge. A small oversight that was quickly resolved. The wifi system really sucks, not a big issue since I had local data and I was on vacation but I would not stay there if I needed reliable, fast wifi for work. Tunisia has great internet infrastructure but this hotel under-built its system. One could get a bit better internet by plugging into the ports used by the VoIP phones in the rooms. Overall, amazing service, great views and a nice beach that never felt overcrowded despite the hotel being at capacity. Never had to go looking for a lounger/seat.

This is a luxuary 5 Star property. The location is good and the private beach is beautiful. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is decent however I was disappointed that they did not have a further selection, such as hash browns, baked beans etc. The restaurants in the hotel are over priced and although the meal was tasty I was not impressed with the portion size, I found I was still hungry by the end of the dinner. Some areas of the service let it down. I think if the hotel staff paid more attention to detail this would improve a lot of travellers experience. Some staff I have to say were very helpful and kind such as the reception staff and housekeeping manager, however in comparison with other hotels I have stayed at where they have gone the extra mile for you I cannot say this hotel has. For the price I paid I would have expected some nice touches perhaps a small snack or fruit provided in the mornings or afternoons or something of this sort. I found the hotel to be overall quite pricey. Regardless this hotel is a luxuary modern beautiful hotel and I hope they consider my feedback to improve things.

We had a wonderful time, The room was really spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and fresh juices the service was very good too. The view of the beach and views of sunset/sunrise was exceptional. Unfortunately the hotel does not allow ladies to wear a burkhini in the swimming pool. I think they need to change this if they want to be more diverse and international.

The property is beautiful. The rooms large with lots of space. I booked a king size room with a sea view balcony, it was exquisite. All the facilities are amazing, including the spa which I went to has a great jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool. The outdoor facilities, the pool and the service at the pool is great too. The private beach is also serviced and really nice. There are a few restaurants all good with good food and great service. The guys at the pool and the pool restaurant were especially hospitable and Yassine in particular always struck up a conversation as i had all my meals by myself. The ladies and gents at reception are amazing too! All in all a great stay! Would love to go back!

I come to the Four Seasons Tunis once a year, and this place never disappoints. It's a dream come true! The rooms themselves are awesome, lots of space, deluxe bathroom & shower. The gym, spa, pool, restaurant by the pool, and the beach that surrounds the property are great. The gentlemen in security are great guys. I remember them from last year, and they received me with a warm welcome. The restaurant that serves breakfast is absolutely amazing and has everything you can try in Tunisia. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Miriam and Zayneb. Miriam was always there with a friendly smile, remembered how i liked my coffee and offered some great food suggestions, alongside some historical sitees to visit. Zayneb who used to work at the Movenpick was now working there, it was great to see her again, and her hospitality is next level. We were able to have some conversations in Spanish as she is studying to perfect her Spanish. She did not disappoint with the recommendations. One of the gentleman that worked there, I can't remember his name but he had glasses, gave amazing recommendations on how to grab individual ingredients and make some Tunisian authentic dishes! On behalf of the US Embassy, I thank everyone for their amazing hospitality!

We loved everything about our stay, the room was spacious and we'll decorated, the food was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming. I would like to say a special thanks to Ahmed (Manager at the Blu restaurant) he was very friendly and always recommended great food, Tamer (beach) he was so accommodating, Mohammed at the Alysse Restaurant was so friendly. All the reception staff were great especially Donia. The gym staff, the Spa facilities were great, Saeda gave us a great Hammam experience. The Creek restaurant staff were fantastic and made out anniversary dinner so special. Amira the Assistant to the GM left us with a fantastic last impression.

Wow. Another amazing vacation at a Four Season property. We had a great suite which was clean and spacious with a huge closet. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen- a lot to choice from. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. My favorite was the spa area with a huge in door pool. The hotel is about a 30 min drive to the airport and about 40 mins to downtown. My only complain is that one day our only option to eat was on the 6th floor because they had private events going on. They should have not closed down the other two restaurants leaving guests with only one option. Other than that it was almost perfect. Oh and I also went to the beach one day and the staff didn’t bother set up my lounge chair but they did for other guests. Bring your mosquito spray!

A great selection of food and drinks across the restaurants too. - Spacious rooms with massive beds, decent balconies and gorgeous views. Regularly cleaned and toiletries updated. - delicious breakfast - so much choice!

The hotel sparkles with style.Stunning infinity pool overlooks a lovely swimmable beach. Exquisite dining with water views.Every single meal (7 breakfasts,7 dinners) was a home run.Many healthy options too. EVERY SINGLE staff member was consistently cheerful and helpful.The concierge desk volunteered to arrange my daily taxis,and my trip to the Jema amphitheater .Interaction with Mohamed at breakfast was always a positive way to start the day.Omar at dinner was professional and gracious. Khouloud of guest relations made many helpful suggestions. The list is endless. Well equipped gym . Freshly baked warm bread at breakfast. Comfortable bed.Strong wifi signal. Huge bedroom .Fast elevators.Good security . I travel a lot -and this was a true 5-star experience.

What a gem of a hotel! We had booked in to La Badera for two nights over my birthday during a 3 week Tunisia holiday and ended up extending by an extra night as we loved it so much. As it was my birthday the room was decorated in balloons and rose petals on check in. The staff were fantastic - too many wonderful gems to name them all. However a very special mention to Adel in Arvia Restaurant who went the extra mile and made my birthday dinner extra special. Nothing was too much trouble! We LOVE that the hotel is adults only - thank you! We also really appreciated that no smoking is allowed inside the hotel and that there is a section of the restaurant outside that is non smoking - we loved that us non smokers were not treated as second class guests! Tunisia is very liberal with their smoking laws, smoking is everywhere and we are not used to it living in the UK so it was great to breathe fresh air! The breakfast was excellent, with international choices and Tunisian choices to try to - Tunisian food is amazing so do try it! Thank you Orfa for the delicious omelettes! We had an amazing Hamman treatment at the spa, so authentic! There were mostly French guests staying at the hotel when we were there and no other English guests but it wasn't a problem as the staff all speak English and are extremely friendly. Even the housekeeping staff smile and greeted us when we passed them in the passageway. Thank you La Badera - we will be back!

The hotel offered a fantastic experience, starting with a warm and welcoming reception. The room was clean, and the breathtaking seaside view made the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation, while the spa provided a truly rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was diverse and delicious.

Amazing location!! Right in the medina but not so far in that you get lost. You can walk 200m to the beach and watch the waters. Food options nearby. Such a peaceful, beautiful, quiet area. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was delicious! The guesthouse did not have a very open layout in the center like other guesthouses I stayed in in Tunis, but the rooftop was great. So beautiful and peaceful. I sat up there for a long time in a nice big wicker hanging chair. Room was clean and comfortable, came with some fruit. I did not have time to use the small hammam, but it looked very nice.

I liked lights in the room, so good , you can control what light you need from bright to romantic like candle flame🤩 mini carpet nice to stand, because in winter time floor so cold. Close to the seafront and restaurants, markets. Breakfast good enough for the morning (coffee, pancakes, sweet bakery, omelette, ham, veg, som extra sauces). The lady, she called me after check out to ask how was my stay, room(cause she was not in the hotel). I never had a call from hotels after I left, really surprize me in good way. Dar Hammamet is absolutely beautiful, clean, hot shower, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The location is close to the beach, near plenty of restaurants, and not hard to find within the Medina. All of the staff were very kind and informative. I felt safe as a solo female traveler; Malek (Manager) ensured I made it to the Louage Station and stayed with me until I boarded.

This property was exceptional. Beautifully renovated so that it is in keeping with the original style, but in a modern and clean way. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Wifi was strong enough to support all my virtual meetings during my work day. The rooftop patio is not to be missed. Incredible views.

The staff were very helpful. It is a lovely quiet guest house in the medina of Hammamet. Very close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was tasty and t,he WiFi was very good. Nice view of the Medina and the sea from the rooftop...good spot also if you just want to sit and relax or sunbathe.

We had a really great stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very large and comfortable. We stayed in a three-room suite with two bedrooms, which was perfect for our family. It felt very spacious and gave us plenty of comfort during our holiday. The cleaning service was absolutely outstanding. Every day the room was spotless and fresh. I would like to say a big thank you to Dorsaf for taking such good care of our room. It was always a pleasure to come back after the day and find everything so clean and tidy. This really made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was good as well. There is always something to choose from, with a nice variety that can suit different tastes. Even if you are not easy to please, you will find something you like. We were always able to enjoy our meals and never left hungry. The pools are another strong point. There are several of them, and one of them even has salt water, which is very special. It was great to have different options and spend time relaxing by the pool. The only minus was the sea, which had a lot of seaweed. It was not a big problem, but it made swimming in the sea a little less pleasant. Overall, we had a very positive experience. Spacious rooms, perfect cleanliness, friendly staff, good food, and excellent pools made our holiday wonderful. We would be happy to come back again.

Our stay at the Hilton Hotel in Tunisia has been nothing short of fantastic. A complimentary upgrade to room 326 that has set the tone for a truly memorable holiday. The room is immaculate, thanks to the outstanding housekeeping service. (A special mention must go to Ibtissem, whose dedication, warmth, and attention to detail is far beyond the standard, ensuring our room is spotless every single day and always greets us with genuine kindness. The hotel’s facilities added beautifully to our experience and included complimentary toiletries. The sun loungers are incredibly comfortable! The seashore à la carte restaurant is fantastic, the atmosphere and food, combined with the highly experienced waiting staff, made our visit really enjoyable. All staff, from reception to buffet, gardeners to pool staff demonstrated exceptional customer service, friendly, and always eager to help. We enjoyed the couples hammam and massage, which was the perfect way to unwind and elevate the relaxation of our holiday. Overall, it has been a perfect, rejuvenating, and luxurious stay and one we will absolutely return for. Highly recommended. We will be sad to leave on Sunday morning.

Read a lot of reviews before booking which really helped. Overall a great experience. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are nothing to shout about, but 15-30 mins away by taxi you have some great exploring at your doorstep. The good....super friendly and helpful staff overall The cleaning, pool and restaurant staff were especially friendly. Really clean and lovely rooms. Pools are lovely (but cold!). Beach maintained daily (they can't help if lots of seaweed washes up) . Lovely to explore Sousse and Monastir. Stunning old city walls and fun to explore the Medina shops. Didn't find too pushy. Also did camel trip booked through the hotel which was really fun (they will try get you to tip/spend extra along the way, but as long as you expect that it's all ok). There were horse and cart rides outside the hotel (just make sure you haggle the price down). Im coeliac and they did cater to gluten free, which was great. Could have offered more choice, but the main thing was I wasn't contamination! Win. Wasn't so impressed.....kids club. Limited resources and didn't feel like they really tried to engage with my 4 year old. Not being all inclusive made food choices limited as there were restaurants we couldn't eat in! Saying that it worked out cheaper for us as they allowed our small children to eat the buffet for free, which if wed gone all inclusive even my 18month old was going to be charged £50 a day for! Overall lovely experience and beautiful hotel.

This is a hotel that aspires to be what it sets out to be, but it’s not there yet. The positives are the rooms are clean, spacious, the overall decor is modern and the sea views are great. Most of the staff are friendly and in some cases are an asset to the hotel especially in the Drift bar. Access to the beach is also a plus and there is an emphasis on ensuring you feel safe in the hotel. The food, on the whole, was great and varied. The drinks are watered down quite a bit, but think that is the norm for all-inclusive nowadays. Couple of issues are the lack of sun beds and seating areas especially for the evening entertainment; however, one big issue was the orderly nature and cleanliness of the Dive In bar - at the pool. There was clearly tensions between some of the bar staff that would adversely play out in front of the guests and was poorly addressed by management. This led to their eye being off the ball when it came to providing clean glasses and cups and attending to guests waiting for drinks. It’s a shame as this hotel has the potential to be what it wishes to be as set out in their advertising.

The hotel is clean and bright with very comfortable with modern facilities. A lovely hot shower and equipment to make coffee or tea in the room. The staff were very friendly and the hotel director Faysal was so helpful, professional and kind. It’s in a perfect location to visit the Roman amphitheater which is literally a 10 minute walk away. There was designated parking with hotel watchman for security. A great place to stay.

Our room on the second floor was facing the coliseum. The view was amazing. The hotel is quite new, well equipped and staffed. The room was spacious and clean with all facilities required. Good internet. In the lobby the locals gather for coffee, which is nice - that day we watched together Tunisia play in the world cup, great atmosphere, very friendly. El Jem is worth a visit, not only for the absolutely amazing coliseum (5-10 min walk from the hotel) but also for the ceramic museum (You need to walk a while to reach it but everything is nearby). The hotel is next to the train station which is handy for travellers (although louages are usually faster than trains)

Great location, comfortable beds, clean rooms and decent breakfast. Manager of the hotel was exceptional and we really enjoyed engaging with him. He is very helpful and friendly. Well done sir! Location to El Jem is just a walk away. Overall, highly recomend this hotel for those who are planning to stay in town for a day or two.

Room was well equipped (with ironing machine and board) , clean, good furniture, and spacious. Room cleaning service was very good. Breakfast was good. With good varieties and fresh types of local breads, and of course you can order eggs. The service in the restaurant is very good. The restaurant is big and spacious. Check in and check out were easy and the staff in the hotel are friendly, helpful, and professional. There are more than one restaurant in the hotel. I tried two and they were nice. I liked the Indian restaurant more. The WiFi was good. I general, I liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay.

i love this hotel. it's a business hotel with a pool!!! it's a new hotel so everything is new and comfy. very nice facilities, rooms are spacious and comfy, service is amazing. the pool is a little smaller than in other hotels but keep in mind that this is a small business hotel so the pool is not gonna be crowded anyway. the hotel keeps pool towels in every room and they are nice. they have free internet and can loan you cables for free. the wifi was also free in the room. they also have several ports so multiple people can plug in their cables. the restaurant is nice but small (again, this is a small hotel) and the food selection is not very large. but everything was delicious and tasty.

Very typical tunisian hotel and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and the receptionist was exceptional so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

Had a lovely stay at the end of my holiday in Tunisia. Everything was perfect. Especially the hotel staff which was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that brought it down was the quality of the food - both the breakfast and the room service, but especially the food from the room service was bad. I ordered three separate meals and they were all very disappointing.

The hotel’s room was very spacious, clean and everything works just fine. The swimming pool was excellent and very clean, the breakfast was very good, the room service excellent and the prices very reasonable. The best was the stuff, specially at the front desk. Nothing to complain.

Stayed for 4 nights , great loaction , staff helpful especially the restaurant staff Nahla , Fathi and the manager Ridha. Room comfortable and cleaned daily to a high standard. Wifi excellent throught the hotel. Will return.

An older but very well-maintained vacation complex in Bizerte. I only stayed here one night but the hotel was very clean, beautiful location, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My breakfast and dinner were included in my rate and both were delicious. While I only stayed here one night I highly recommend it as a vacation destination for individuals, couples, or families.

This place is amazing! The breakfast can be improved with more options and keeping the food covered. The pool was so clean. Looks like they keep up the place super clean. Friendly staff. I would definitely come back. The view to the ocean was amazing.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. It is a charming place and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with kitchenette which was fantastic for our family of four. The room was perfect and clean, with an amazing view of the sea.

When we compare cost vs value and 3 stars hotel, i believe its totally worth it! The place is quite, located in front of the beach very close to the city and everything is around it. You can find taxi easily, there is a supermarket and some shops nearby (walking distance). The villa was clean (not 5 stars clean) and room service was gd. People working there are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was weak, not much of variety.

A beautiful garden, private pool, and palm trees create a wonderful atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind from everyday life. The host was very kind and helpful, and the evenings by the pool were magical! 🌅✨

The house you rent is aboslutely enormous and very isolated. The host was very friendly and forthcoming and even provided us with firewood to start the fireplace. We were not able to use the pools since it was quite cold during that time.
