Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is exceptional👌🏻right in the heart of Torino and within walking distance of key attractions, restaurants, and transport. Silvia🥰the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, attentive, and assisted us with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved everything about this apartment, it's in a great location. It's just a few minutes walk from the station but it's in a quiet street with lots of fashionable boutiques and some decent restaurants nearby. It is also walkable to some of the museums and landmarks such as the Musei Reali and La Mole Antoneliana. The apartment was really comfortable and stylish, with lovely artworks and furniture. It was a nice touch to have complimentary coffee and breakfast brioches in the communal kitchen which you are able to access.

The apartment was a dream! Very spacious, elegant and fully renovated while keeping the charme of Turin's buildings. The location is wonderful, right in the heart of the historic center of the city and facing a quiet square with cafes and restaurants. Elisabeth was a perfect host and it was extremely easy to coordinate the check in and check out. The perfect place to stay in beautiful Torino!

Excellent location really helpful and attentive host very surprising considering we never met in person everything was contacted via WhatsApp but very easy to contact and the host always wanted to check if we were ok. It’s nice having a kitchen because Turin isn’t super cheap so having breakfast in the morning was nice. We stayed in the double room for 5 nights and the suite for 1 night. The double is far more spacious than expected I will say the suite had a much nicer bed and bathroom with a great hot tub and lovely view.

Very quick check-in. Kind and competent staff. We needed a replacement robe and it took all of 5 minutes after phoning the reception for a very nice gentleman to bring it to the room. The room was spotlessly clean. Perfect view out the window. The bathroom was bigger than my first domicile in the city - bathtub + shower. There were more towels in the room than the number of the towels I've ever owned throughout my lifetime combined. Even though most people who can afford €500+ a night probably wouldn't mind being robbed at the minibar, the prices there were more reasonable than in many run-of-the-mill chain hotels. The breakfast buffet had as many items as a small Esselunga, all fresh and high-quality items. You don't even have to work a machine for coffee - you order it and they bring it to your table.

After a disappointing stay, we were asked by the Director to give the hotel a second chance. We were once again welcomed by the friendly door staff. The receptionist was efficient and courtious, the check-in went swiftly. We received an upgrade, always a welcome attention. The accommodation was amazing. Comfortable and spotless. So far so good, but then we went for dinner to the terrace restaurant were we were we had a wonderful meal, excellent service from a Spanish speeking waiter. But best of all there was life music and the atmosphere and ambience was truly amazing and we spent a glorious evening. We were sorry it ended . . . . Next morning breakfast was served in our room and was flawless. The softboiled eggs were perfect something that doesn't happen very often in hotels. All in all this stay was spectacular and quoting Arnold schwarzenegger 'well be back'!

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. The service was exceptional. We were upgraded to a jr. suite upon our arrival. The staff was able to book our Turin tourist pass and offered great recommendations. We were given a late check-out that fit in with our plans nicely. The breakfast buffet that was included in our stay was delicious and had so many offerings, including wonderful local cheese and meats, pastries, and fruits, along with American offerings of eggs and bacon. It even offered a Sicilian granita and brioche bar. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The location was perfect - close enough to the train station and in walking distance to museums. It rained for most of our stay, but it did not hamper our visit to Torino!

Look no further for your stay in Turin. This perfectly located hotel was only a short walk from train station. Our junior suite was large & very quiet with good airconditioning,great bed & pillows & blockout curtains. Large bathroom & shower & everything in perfect condition. The spa pool was excellent & perfect temperature. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choice, & the chocolate bowl at reception was a nice touch. Overall could not fault this wonderful hotel.

If you’re travelling by train, it’s ideal - a five minute walk. It’s close to major landmarks - ten minutes from the Egyptian Museum, three from Via Roma for shopping. Friendly and helpful staff, with excellent English, happy to order a taxi, offer a restaurant recommendation, directions, a spare heater for an unwell guest. If you’re travelling with seniors, it’s perfect. Working lifts, rooms closest to the elevators have accessibility features, ramps are available to access the breakfast room, good signage. Excellent buffet breakfast - greet choice of savory/sweet options.

Great Location . Perfect. Rooms Spacious , clean etc. Staff very friendly and very helpful especially the porter . Will visit again when in Turin. Very good breakfast with a vast selection of items. Well done and keep it up. Hope to see you again.

It's my forth time in that hotel. The reviews about dirthiness of that place are absurd. The room is impecable clean. The shower is great with good preassure and a lot of amenities. Bathrobes are provided. The breakfast is of great variaty. The location is in unbeatable: 5-7 minute walk from Egipt museum, 3 minute- to Porta Nuova station. Last but not least. The personell is extreemely helpful and kind. The kept the parcel for us and upgraded the room. Such things are never forgotten. Can't recomment enough!

Fir those who want to stay within walking distance from attractions like Piazza San Carlo, Porta Nuova (around 200m away) and Piazza Castello, this hotel is perfect. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very good.

Our stay at Hotel Genova as a family of five was amazing! The hotel’s location was perfect, and centrally located making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They gave us great recommendations. The hotel’s amenities were perfect for families an we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Hotel Genova to any family looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is near the train station but the area is quiet.Everything was spotlessly clean, very comfy, clean white towels and bedsheets amazing staff, good and tasty breakfast with lots of choices, good coffee, tasty cakes. I highly recommend it!

Welcoming, friendly staff, helped us with suggestions of places to eat. Had a lovely dinner at a Piedmontese restaurant La Conca. Comfortable beds in quad room. The couch beds were very comfortable, bathroom was luxurious. Breakfast had so much choice, from eggs and meats and fruit to cakes and local fruit flans and croissants.

We had a pleasant stay. The property has a more traditional charm, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent , directly across the road from the station which made things so easy with our luggage . It was also a straight forward walk into the city centre. Breakfast was fine , nothing fancy but plenty of choice to start the day . The only downside was that the air conditioning could have been better but overall a convenient and comfortable choice for a short stay with helpful staff and good location

The Hotel is Genova is far grander than the price point suggests! Our room, for four, was a suite! Very spacious, with a enormous double shower bathroom! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Free parking is available on the side road outside the hotel, although the staff suggested we park at the station, as there had been some break-ins, which we did (at €50!! 😢😢). The spa area looked nice, €30 for two hours access. The gym was mostly cardio, but empty. The big let down was breakfast. Breakfast is served in the basement - so no daylight. We went at 9am and it was VERY busy, with little space to jostle to the food. It was all a bit lack lustre for such a lovely hotel. But ultimately, it did the job. The hotel is in a good location for walking into the city, and has a decent selection of restaurants nearby.

The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. The location is very nice: close to Porta NOva Train station, the historical center, Valentino park, and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Super convenient as next to train station. Staff super attentive, especially Steffan who brought us a kettle to the room. Excelent breakfast, coffee really good albeit from a vending machine. Honey was served on a dish with chunks of raw honey from the hive, a very classy touch. Absolutely Loved the shower tiles with forest patterns. Would recommend!

Wonderful front desk staff. In particular , Danilo was so helpful and especially with parking for us in a new city. The breakfast was quite fine with all the cappuccino /espresso you wanted! Room was cleaned daily. Very walkable area with many food and shopping choices. We walked to Lavazza museo and had a great experience there.

It is a short walk from the train station. The lobby area is spacious and well lit. The staff is very warmth and friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at La Luna e i Falò! The place is exceptional, cosy and it was obvious that the people in charge of this In do their job with love and care! The staff was very polite and helpful, they provided me with all the possible information I might need about Torino. The room was beautiful, very comfortable mattress, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was rich and delicious! I will definitely come back to stay at Luna e i Falò again! A beautiful B&B situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Crocetta full of baroque charm. Extremely comfortable room, spotlessly clean as was my bathroom. Delicious breakfast served in the elegant dining room. Staff so kind and welcoming. Loved the connection to the famous Italian writer, Cesare Pavese. Will happily stay here again. Thank you!

the street is quiet but the noise of the entry door on the downstairs for the car is loud, doesn’t matter midnight or early morning if some car gets inside or goes outside. it sounds like someone is doing the construction inside of the building. it’s a very annoying mechanical noise. And the heater doesn’t work. We stayed there in spring so sometimes it is cold even we turn on the air conditioner. Especially the midnight, we can’t turn it on all night. the air is too dry. Room is very clean but the water of shower shower is easy to go outside of shower room from the space between the wall and ground.

The apartment was warm, elegant and cozy, very clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Martina who was very friendly and accommodating (we arrived very early in the morning and we were able to drop off our bags and we were given the keys.) The balcony gave a nice view of the street and we enjoyed street watching. Very central location for shops, restaurants and close to the most important museums like the Egyptian museum, the Mole (cinema museum), the Royal museum. Walkable distance to the train stations and also near many buses and tram stops to get you anywhere in the city. There's also a taxi area in a nearby square which we took to go up the hill for a sunset view of the city.

Super friendly and helpful welcome to the property, and Turin. The apartment is as described very cute once you get over the 3 keys to get into the complex. Fully equipped kitchen, and very clean. Comfy main bedroom but the spare sofa bed is the inly downside, not very comfy, bit the room is lovely. Superb location, excellent restaurants within walk distance and everything else including a taxi rank and main attractions are close by.

Martina has a beautiful Appartement. It is very clean and quiet location located in a beautiful house typical for Turin. It has a lift and a balcony which can be entered from all rooms. Martina is extremely nice and helpful. We look forward to our next stay at her house!

It's very nice to have 2 separate bedrooms, and a long balcony. The kitchen was nicely set up. The location is superb, and the elevator is incredibly convenient. All feather free bedding was helpful, and the bed was soft enough for me, a plus.

The property is within a classic Torino mid/late 1800s building, and was tastefully decorated, well maintained and exceptionally clean. It has more than sufficient space for three to four people. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The property is located on the first floor and accessed by elevators or stairs. It has views into the street. We were very happy for the convenience of essential supplies (eg, washing-up liquid, tea, etc) so that we didn’t need to repeatedly visit the Lidl supermarket around the corner (130 metres walk). There are places/spaces to hang clothes and store suitcases; crockery/cutlery/glasses/mugs; electric kettle, hotplates, oven, pans & pots; microwave; dishwasher; washing machine and drying rack. The apartment is conveniently located within the central shopping area, and is an easy and pleasant walk to the historic centre (750 metres), or the river (1 km). There are a myriad of restaurants nearby. The property’s photos accurately reflect the property. Communication with the property was exceptional and detailed, including where to park, ZTL information, and restaurant recommendations.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Turin, perfect for wandering around, with great squares on the doorstep with their cafes, restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to many of the sights such as Palazzo Reale and also very close to main train station Porta Nuova for trips. Very big comfy bed and good shower/bath, plus good kitchen. Surprisingly quiet at night with windows closed. Friendly and helpful host, so easy communications and check-in/check-out.

Monikapsa is a large, stylish and comfortable first floor apartment (with lift) within walking distance of the Porta Nuova station, the historic centre and major sights. The bed was comfortable and there were generous supplies of coffee and tea on-hand and nearby stores to buy other supplies and fresh ready- made meals. I appreciated having a washing machine as I had been travelling for 3 weeks. I tried three of the restaurants on Gianluca’s list and all were good, especially the fish at La Lampara, He was responsive when I mucked up the entry process.

In our month of travels throughout Italy, this was one of our favorite stays. This modern and spacious apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable and a great value. The hosts were very communicative and supportive with excellent restaurant suggestions (three of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed). We confidently recommend Monikapsa very highly.

The apartment's location was perfect - in the city centre, with many cafes and shops. The apartment is very big and well equipped - you can find there everything you need (even the iron, kitchen tools etc.). The host was very welcoming and helped us a lot - he send us a list of nice restaurants and helped us to get a taxi to the airport. Thank you for the stay!

This hotel is outstanding in every way. The staff in all areas, from housekeeping to reception, to the breakfast service to the hotel lobby bar were all incredibly helpful, professional, friendly and all took pride in delivering outstanding service. Because we were booking the hotel in January, we wanted somewhere cozy, inviting, warm and comfortable. This hotel is truly all that and more. It's beautiful and elegant, and in a great location. It is literally across from one of the two main train stations and you'd never know it. We faced the station on the 5th floor and didn't hear the trams or traffic going by, ever. When we booked, our room was described as a "large double" but it turned out to be a king. Not sure if we were upgraded or that's how they describe a King but we were very pleasantly surprised. Best aperol spritz I've ever had was at the hotel lobby bar. Served with nuts, crackers and olives (free of charge) every evening. And the breakfast is included and was the best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel, ever. From pastries to bacon and eggs, salmon, yogurt, meats, fresh fruit, cheeses, pancakes: it had it all. You won't be disappointed!

The room was lovely, quite spacious, very clean & comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, clean & everything we needed was provided. We had a desk, small table & chairs, kettle for tea & coffee and a comfortable bed. The restaurant was lovely, great service & beautiful food. We really enjoyed the bar. The barmen were very friendly, helpful & efficient. It was a lovely area to sit & relax in.

I travel extensively for work and stay at upscale hotels a lot, so when it came time to visit Turin with my daughter, I spent a long time researching a place to stay. Turin Palace Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and always so helpful. Our room was massive (we got the room with the balcony) and so comfortable. The breakfast selection every morning was expansive and delicious. I took advantage of the wellness spa and enjoyed 1.5 hours of hot tubs, saunas and cold plunges all to myself. The wellness spa is usually 20 euros for 1.5 hours but mine was complimentary with my room, however, I would've paid twice that to do it - so peaceful! The hotel is right across from the main train station so there was always a taxi just feet away which was so convenient. The rooftop terrace was "closed" for the season but you could still go up there and enjoy the view of the city and the Alps. I caught the sunrise every morning :) If you are looking for a perfect hotel for your visit to Turin, then don't hesitate in booking this wonderful little gem.

I highly recommend staying at Turin Palace Hotel. It is a 10 star hotel with exceptional customer service. The location is perfect, across the street from the Porto nova train station walking distance to Piazza Castello,Piazza San Carlos, Po River and city Center. I stayed at Turin Palace the week of FISM 2025. The staff were so polite, courteous, and so accommodating to my family needs, helping with the taxis, restaurant reservations, and directions to the historical sites, palaces and museums. I appreciated the smiling faces and happy greetings every morning from the hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, pastries, croissants, cheeses, eggs, sausage, prosciutto bacon, yogurt, fresh juice, coffee, and cappuccino - excellent. I felt welcome and comfortable at Turin Palace and would definitely return. It was the best hotel that I stayed at during my nine day visit in Italy.

Huge, delicious breakfast buffet. freshly painted and decorated hotel. Room large, comfortable, clean with great bathroom and walk-in closet. Roof top bar/restaurant. We loved our stay at the Turin Palace Hotel Turin itself was a traveler’s surprise. Large, historic, clean, great food and chocolates, not touristy. A real bonus to our travel itinerary

An incredibly spacious, immaculate apartment with a wrap around balcony, fitted out to a very high standard. It oozed elegant charm. Fantastic feast of a breakfast served in the restaurant next door. Homemade bread and granola, every kind accompaniment. Great coffee. Superb location. Within a 10 minute stroll of all the sights I wanted to see along with some great cafes, parks and restaurants. Very helpful and courteous staff. Great pillows and toiletries. Having a safe with an internal light that was big enough for laptops was also a very nice touch. Loved the whole experience.

Location couldn’t have been better. The staff were so helpful. I liked the room and the pictures were representative of what I actually was assigned. The bed was comfortable. The bedding was fresh crisp cotton. The pillows were perfect. The shower was small. No getting around that, BUT the water was hot and the pressure wonderful. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were quality. Love the scents. The towels are a reasonable size. And if you’re visiting for a while, the walk-in closet is civilized. The coffee pods were also quality. And I guess that’s the theme here. Simple, tasteful, quality. Oh and…The associated restaurant was fantastic.

The Residenza Dell’ Opera is ideally located in central Turin, only 5 minutes’ walk from the main attractions like the Royal Palace, the Egyptian Museum and the Via Po. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and shopping to match all tastes. Although the Via San Massimo is quite busy, the apartment is quiet. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well appointed: the bed was fabulously comfortable and the shower excellent. The staff could not be more helpful and obliging. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at the Residenza Dell’ Opera and recommend it without any reservation.

Our accomodation was two rooms. One large bedroom and another sitting room. This was exceptionally clean. The room was modern and the bed comfortable. A small fridge, kettle and coffee machine were provided. The property is central, within easy walking distance to attractions with restaurants, grocer and most needs close by. The area is also very quiet at night. I would highly recommend this property.

The location is perfect—it's centrally located to visit all the historical sites. The room was spacious and comfortable. Given the central location, I was expecting a tiny room, but it was a very comfortable space. The staff was friendly, and parking was easy to manage. I haven't tried their breakfast because we were leaving early but it looked lovely.

5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Carlo Felice Boutique Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Carlo Felice Boutique Hotel in Turin, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were immaculate, showcasing a modern design with meticulous attention to cleanliness.  The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated in the heart of Turin, it’s just a short walk from major attractions like Via Roma, Piazza San Carlo, and the Egyptian Museum. Being so close to the Porta Nuova Station made exploring the city and beyond incredibly convenient.   What truly sets this hotel apart is the value it offers. Despite its central location and high-quality amenities, the rates were very reasonable. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day, featuring a variety of options to suit all tastes. In summary, the Carlo Felice Boutique Hotel combines friendly service, pristine accommodations, a prime location, and great value. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Turin and look forward to returning on my next trip!

Perfect little hotel for a short stay in Turin. Very welcoming. Central location but totally quiet. Recently renovated and spotlessly clean. Rooms and beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spacious with great showers. Even though all rooms are on the first floor, it has a lift. We chose it because it offers breakfast (a great one!) and is very near the train station, The attractions in the centre of town are all within walking distance. We would choose it again.

Very convenient for Porta Nuova station. We had a very quiet room overlooking the courtyard. The shower was excellent and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast was first class in choice, quality and service, apart from some rather too salty scrambled eggs. Very friendly reception.

My husband and I just returned from our first trip to Turin and had a fabulous stay at Opera 35. Every aspect of the experience was thoughtful and made the hotel a perfect home-away-from-home for our week in Turin. The location is a dream. None of the main sights in the city—Mole Antonelliana, Palazzo Reale, Museo Egizio—are more than a 25 minute walk. However, being so close to the river and Parco del Valentino means it's also very easy to walk about ten minutes and access beautiful and relaxing green spaces. There are exceptional restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel too. The Google Maps list they have curated is a bonus and led us to several great bites and sips. The room was clean, spacious, well-appointed, and had thoughtful touches to make us comfortable all week long. The hotel common spaces were also beautifully kept. We loved having the option to reserve breakfast downstairs in the mornings. It's not cheap—you can obviously get a coffee and pastry for much less elsewhere—but it's a generous and delicious spread focusing on regional Piedmontese products. It was perfect on mornings we didn't want to feel like we had to rush to shower and get dressed to go out for coffee and a bite. Being able to have snacks and cocktails in the courtyard was lovely too. All of this said though, the absolute highlight of our stay at Opera 35 was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Among the best experiences I've had at ANY property.

What a pleasant, beautiful, and fantastic hotel this is. It started with the welcome from the young man at the reception desk. What a great guy. We arrived early, but that wasn't a problem at all, and—if you want—you're showered with restaurant tips, tips for visiting the beautiful city of Turin, etc. You can park in front of the hotel (if there's space), free for your entire stay. A spacious room (a quadruple with two double beds, one of which was a sofa bed). Comfortable beds, a nice, well-maintained bathroom, everything spotless, a very beautiful building, a delicious breakfast, and a lovely courtyard for sitting outside/having breakfast. Anyway, as you can see, we'd love to go back.

The staff were remarkably friendly and always ready to assist with any request. Their help in arranging transport from the airport was seamless, and I appreciated the immediate access to taxis whenever needed. Breakfast at the hotel was an absolute highlight – an unrivaled selection of delicious local and regional delicacies that made each morning a treat. From the minute we arrived everyone was so friendly and went out of their ways to accommodate my son and I understanding I was travelling alone. They made me feel so safe offering a room at the front knowing I was in the room in the evenings to have a view. it was central and so close to everywhere there was freshwater on arrivals and a few little snacks. The room was stacked with water refreshments and there was also a minibar. The facilities in the bathroom were just beautiful. Everything was so clean so relaxing and accommodating the staff of breakfast were the most friendliest I’ve seen in a long time very personal and got to know everyone that was staying with a good morning and a goodbye checking the table the reception staff always went out of their way to smile and say good morning and good night. Bar was very relaxing and again very accommodating.

Exceptional customer service, from the minute we arrived to the complementary water for our departure and onward journey. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and an excellent size for a family. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. The location was perfect within an easy walk of everything. You need to visit here before they realise they've under priced it!

Modern, luxury hotel in central Turin - perfect for exploring. We had a dog, who was made to feel very welcome - he got a bed and a toy! The terrace was lovely to enjoy a drink on at the end of the day, and the bar had an extensive choice. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely - with the food options varied and all fresh and tasty.

The hotel staff were exceptional. Every person working in the hotel from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the cleaning crew were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Whenever we had a question or needed clarification on travel, the staff were very helpful and followed up with us to ensure that our needs were met. Staff highly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean and located in a central area where most attractions are within walking distance and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were a family of 2 adults & 1 young person, staying in the hotel over Christmas. The family room we stayed in was spacious with a jacuzzi bath which a lovely treat, which we weren’t expecting. I think it had recently been renovated. A portion of the room could closed off, if someone wanted to have their own private space. The bed & pillows were comfy. A wide selection of food was available at the breakfast buffet. Hotel staff were friendly & informative. Location of hotel was situated on a quiet street and transport facilities were within walking distance. We were happy to have stayed here.

Hotel Liberty is a wonderful hotel. My family and I have just returned from a 5 night stay and we all had a fantastic time in Turin. Rodolfo and the team at Hotel Liberty could not have done anymore to have made us feel anymore welcome, and to have looked after us all. Our room was a large family room which included a jacuzzi. The room was spotless and we absolutely loved the period furniture, which is entirely in keeping with the city, which is rich in Art Nouveau (Stile Liberty) buildings, as well as Baroque masterpieces. We paid for the breakfast at the hotel every morning, and again this was very good value for money, with a good choice of foods for everyone. Again, the staff were absolutely superb and nothing was too much trouble. Turin itself is a fantastic place to visit, with world class museums, wonderful shopping, dozens of historic cafes, incredible food and wine. On the second Sunday of every month there is an enormous flea market called Il Gran Balon, which is fantastic to experience, if your visit coincides with this.
