Very comfy location. We got a modern room which had a specific Venetian vibe and really enjoyed it. The jacuzzi was great and we really enjoyed it, especially after a long day of walking all around Venice. The breakfast was also good and tasty.

We had two rooms. Honey moon sweet and a close by room with twin beds for our kids. The jacuzzi on the top floor could be converted to a bed for the kids, easily. That would have been amazing

We got a high floor room with outdoor jacuzzi. The room size is good compared to other Venice hotels. The location is ideal. It's right on the canal with water taxi very close by. You can reach central Venice by foot very easily but the hotel itself is not on the most touristy part of Venice. Ideal location to have quiet sleep and close to get to the central Venice to see all the tourist spots.

We shared we were going to arrive at 1am and Anna provided details of how to enter, room number, WiFi... There are taxis to the local station at the cost of €25. Back to the accommodation, the room was large with a jacuzzi and immaculate. The breakfast was amazing, fresh cooked to order and filling. The credit goes to the hard working staff especially Ilaria, Clarissa and of course Anna. Don't tell anyone but this place is AMAZING.

Do Ciacole in Relais is one of those surprising places you find by accident. We were looking for a place to spend a couple of nights after a multi-day cruise, specifically to spend a bit more time touring Venice. Which we did, but found so much more! To start with, the evening manager (Clarissa) immediately recognized upon our arrival that we had a LOOOONG day. Like some angel from hotel heaven, she helped us from the start to arrange transportation for the next day of touring, ordered pizza for dinner since we arrived after the close of the dining room, and even got beer for us to go with our pizza. Our next day's excursion started just as the hotel restaurant was opening. The day manager (Anna) was also the breakfast bar host, and got us off to a great start with a wonderful breakfast of croissants, juices, and a couple of cups of REALLY good coffee. Our transportation (arranged by Clarissa) arrived five minutes early. The service was prompt and the ride comfortable (and very much affordable!). The beds are comfortable, and the bath was spotless (the shower is as big as a dance hall!). Do Ciacole is a place to put down on your 'Do this again!' list - I want to explore so much more of the farm (which we missed because of our tight schedule).

After 14 days in Italy and 9 hotels later, this turned out to be the best of many good ones. Unfortunately, it was our very first. If only they were all this good. Our receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful in guiding us around when we first arrived. The hotel is actually an updated country house or barn that has been modernly and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had our best sleep there that night. The parking was free and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Again the best one that we had of our entire 2 week trip. My only complaint is that it is quite a distance from anywhere and we had trouble finding it. It is right at the end of a long country road. We had our car but for someone that does not it would be very difficult to get around. But if I had to pick a spot to stay for any length of time it would be this one. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so pleasant.

The hotel is located off a dirt road in a small little village. There is a great restaurant on site and the hotel itself is linked to the restaurant. You can tell the rooms have been remodeled recently and are very spacious and modern with very comfortable beds. It is a very quiet area which we enjoyed after being in Venice. The train station (which has free parking) is about 7 minutes away by car. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

It was right on the water very close to everything. There’s a stop right in front of the door so easy accessible from anywhere in Venice. Staff was Amazon, SO to Fillipe and the fantastic staff behind the bar. The room Was great! I had the suite, clean, big, jacuzzi, what’s not to like?

Big room: we were 2 adults & 2 teenagers and the room was very spacious with the teens separated by a sliding door. Staff is extremely attentive. Marco helped us locate a photographer to document a special occasion. We were extremely satisfied with the handling of the appointment and fees. They made everything so easy for us! It was just perfect. They also handled the transfers to airport so we didn't have to worry about anything. We have very special memories and professional pictures of our time in Venice during Carnival. The room was very confortable with a view of the canal. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The staff also suggested many wonderful shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Carnival Palace. The location was perfect and quiet but within walking distance of many attractions. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Venice

Quiet, clean, peaceful, beautiful, safe. Food was delicious. Bar had good drinks. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful 10/10 would recommend. Also, my daughter has celiac and allergic to gluten they had numerous options for her at breakfast and helped us identity safe places for her to eat and called and made us a reservation.

We loved staying at Enjoy for so many reasons. The location is excellent for getting around the stunning Lake Garda and we explored many areas. The hotel is beautiful, we stayed in a superior room as we have two small children and needed the room. We certainly was not bumping into eack other. The room was very clean and modern, beds were comfortable. My only niggle was that there was no chest of drawers to put smaller clothes in. We are a family of 4 staying fir a week so we needed the storage but I wont mark the hotel down for that! The pool area was lovely and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi area. The staff were amazing and were really helpful lovely people. A credit to the hotel. In all we loved it and will be returning. ❤

The biking team is amazing. They went over and above to ensure all riders had a great ride, at their level. When the weather wasn't good, they found activities that kept us inside and we rode later in the day. The riders and scenery is everything we expected and more. The hotel was also very nice with to five star restaurant food. The chef could easily have his own restaurant. My only complaint was after a long day riding in the cold, a nice hot tub jacuzzi was in our plans. But it was very, very cold water. It was reported to the front desk and hopeful that day 2 would be working but it was not.

Excellent location, just off the most busy streets to be calm, but only a step away from everything. (To be accurate: We stayed in a separate apartment just off the hotel, with its own jacuzzi - it was great value for money)

Gorgeous apartment suite in a great location. Less than 10 mins walk to San Marco or Rialto and Accademia Bridge. On a lovely Piazza. Lovely roomy apartment/suite with Jacuzzi in a separate room. Great nespresso machine and a fridge with a small freezer - handy for storing some food/milk. Two vaporetto stops on the grand canal within 7 mins walk (number 1 and 2 vaporetti) Gondola rides and water taxis available right in the square in front of the suites.

The location is nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked a spacious suite which was clean and elegant. I loved the decorations and the high ceiling . The bed was comfortable too. I also enjoyed the shower and the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was a feast. There were so many delicious options to choose from. Overall, our 2 night stay felt luxurious.

Very atmospheric pallazzo, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and again the staff could not have been more welcoming and quick to serve us. The hotel is located in a quiet square, but within very easy walking distance of the Accademia etc. Extremely good value for money.

An exceptional hotel at the most convenient location if you want to visit Venice. If you travel by car, the spacious parking will be a huge advantage as then you can head to Venice by bus (stop across the street) in 15min. Beautiful garden and delicious breakfast/dinner. The staff was extremely kind and helpful with all our questions about Mestre and Venice. You can also buy tickets for bus an vaporetto at the reception. Finally the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water. Everything perfect, if ever in Venice, I would surely book again!

We had the pleasure of staying at Ai Pini on a recent trip to visit Venice. We drove in and there is ample free parking at the hotel. Our room was modern and clean with a very comfortable bed and a nice size. The breakfast was tasty and a nice selection. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on our day of arrival and it was absolutely delicious. There is a bus stop right out front of the hotel that takes you right into Venice and it's only $1.5 euros. The staff was very helpful. We only spent one day in Venice and that was not enough for us and plan on returning. If you are visiting Venice and are planning on seeing St Mark's be sure to book your tickets ahead of time. We thought we could just walk in and it was sold out on the day we were there. You might want to bring an external phone charger as you will be using your phone a lot trying to navigate your way around Venice. It's fun getting lost in Venice but eventually you'll want to find your way out or back to your hotel. A gorgeous city and Ai Pini is a nice place to stay. We'd stay there again

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and big bathroom with shower. The first evening we had pasta in the restaurant and everything was delicious. Breakfast was not enormous but very good and enough for most people with different taste. Good coffee. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite, giving us directions and tips what to see and do during our visit in the old town. The hotels location is excellent with bus nr 7 direct to Venice old town just across the street. Private ”free of charge” parking with camera surveillance and EV-charging available for only €15.

Spacious room (Junior Suite), with a nice view from the third floor and a large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Excellent breakfast. Fast elevator too.

We've chosen the hotel because of its vicinity to Scrovegni Chapel, which is 15 minutes stroll we did next morning. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse in a spacious patio, the jacuzzi in a large bathroom eased our fatigue.

The place is cozy and elegant, the staff experienced and capable, the breakfast good and varied. We have tried two rooms, one now and one last year: both very comfortable (one also had a jacuzzi!). The location is convenient, at walking distance from both the city center and the train station, near traditional restaurants and bars, and also near some University faculties.

Thank you so much for arrange a room with jacuzzi for us, it is a nice memory! The girl from Moldova is so helpful to heat the meal for us, it is almost 8:00pm, and it is the off-work time, she is so nice, so we can have dinner in the room, thanks a lot! It is really a wonderful place to stay when visit Padova. We recommend it to everyone! And breakfast is good!

Hotel Greif is situated in a quiet little back street moments from the beach. The parking is secure and accessible. It is modern, has a feel of a hotel greater than 3 star. It has stylish decor and unique light fixtures. It backs on to the beautiful gardens of Hotel Casa Bianca. The window view creates a sense of calm, while eating breakfast in the mornings. The variety was fantastic and good value for money, a very extensive and delicious range. The breakfast area is breezy, luxuriously spacious, and well attended. The staff are exceptionally helpful - both hospitality and reception. The room comes with a set of deck chairs on the waterfront. The balcony of room 109 was the best for relaxing in the evenings. The room was kept immaculately clean. The shower was powerful. There was a safe, a small fridge on the wall, and good connectivity (Wifi). The air con works well. The location of this hotel was very convenient and whilst in the centre of a busy town , the little backstreet wasn't noisy. There are free bicycles. We would definitely come back! Thank you!!!

i have to say i was pleasantly surprised (there are so many places that are outdated). the hotel is new/renovated with comfy beds. the staff at the reception and at the breakfast was really nice,always ready to help,even arranged me vegan brioche for breakfast. there are lots of things on the buffet,from fruits through sweets/salty things, so i’m sure everyone finds what they like. hotel is about 2 minute walk to the beach which is super comfy in case you need something from your room :D parking for free (for a deposit in cash which you’ll get back upon check out) is just 2minutes walk and is guarded (also very kind people 😊). the room and bathroom is nice and clean,equipped with everything. maybe the shower is a bit small,but i didn’t mind.you cannot see the sea from the balcony -or at least not from my room,but has two chairs so it’s functional-if you want to sit outside.

The breakfast was fantastic and has exceeded all of our expectations. There was a variety of traditional sweet italian breakfast (at least 10 different options including croissants with pistachio cream), but you could also have scrambled eggs, veggies, fruits, prosciutto, cheese, pizza, granola, you can order any coffee you'd like and even have processo for breakfast. The breakfast lasted from 07:45 till 11:00. The room was very nice and cosy, every day we've got fresh towels and could use the bicycles for free any time. We have used the parking 150 m from the hotel, but whenever we needed to pack/unpack, we just parked right in front of the entrance for that time, so it was totally fine. When we needed to wash our clothes, it was solved in a couple of hours, the staff in general was very friendly and professional above all expectations.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations! The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was beautifully clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the stunning, expansive beach. We will definitely return for another stay. This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Lido di Jesolo!

Location is unbeatable, in the weekends it might overcrowded but your are at some steps from the Arena. Staff was super amicable all the time. Breakfast was a plus, lots of variety, fresh bread, fresh coffee, fresh fruit. The room was comfortable and quiet even when you have a small bar just crossing the street.

The location of this hotel is superb, with one end of the street leading to the main retail area heading towards Via Cappello (for Casa di Giullietta and Piazza Erbe), and the other end just yards from the fabulous Piazza Bra and the Arena. A great place to stay if you're in town for the opera! For some reason the restaurant is operated by different management for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was superb and the staff super helpful (my wife is a coeliac and they never forgot) - good range of pastries and cakes (Verona is famed for cake!), and both continental and cooked dishes available, and proper coffee! At dinner, we found our waiter very attentive and the food pretty good. The gluten-free thing posed a few challenges; although GF options are available. The management made a gift of a bottle of prosecco to hotel guests to celebrate the opening of the opera season, which was most welcome.

The hotel is ideally situated for the sights of Verona with a delightful separately run restaurant with terrace. The staff were very helpful and provided maps and advice. There is a lift which was very helpful. We booked a small double and it was bijou but clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and good.

Very beautiful environment and lovely and spacious room! We booked the Gaudenzia Suite, and I highly recommend splurging on this lovely room. Very comfortable and a wonderful and very spacious bathroom -- especially the large jacuzzi tub, in addition to the shower. The bed was very comfortable as well. The property is lovely - although we did not have so much time to explore as we would have liked since we spent much of our time driving around the lake. I also had a manicure, which was very nice. Before we arrived we contacted the hotel several times with requests and questions and they always answered immediately, which we very much appreciated. We dined outside the property on our first night and they were so gracious to arrange a car to take us to the restaurant, and to wait for us to escort us back. The breakfast is lovely and plenty of food! However, the real treat is their 1-star restaurant -- Osoleta. What an exceptional meal in every way - we particularly enjoyed the water menu! But everything was absolutely amazing. We are just sorry we did not stay one additional night.

Our stay at Villa Cordevigo was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived driving up the long road, we were captivated by the beauty of the property, which perfectly combines historic charm with modern luxury; the gardens are just stunning. The villa itself is surrounded by lush vineyards and offering serene views that make it feel like a true escape away from the hustle and bustle of lake garda. We went in November and could just imagine laying beside the pool in summer enjoy the sun. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. We particularly enjoyed the refreshing bathroom toiletries. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel like we were the only guests there. Really lovely luxury property near Lake Garda with a one michelin star restaurant on site. Upon arrival we were treated beautifully by the staff, after driving up the stunning driveway, they came and got us from the parking in a golf cart to take our bags and selves to check-in. The suite was not ready, but we went to have lunch in the outdoor, more casual restaurant. It was good, some nice dishes and solid wine made on property - I personally enjoyed it a lot, not gourmet - but that was saved for dinner. We were escorted to our room after lunch and it was quite nice, large suite with a beautiful shower and nice tub. We then went swimming a bit later in the afternoon and hat a spritz - what views, it screams Italy! The dinner was splendid and walking back slightly tipsy (or very) to our room was so much better than any other way of getting home after a fancy dinner. I wish we stayed longer, but we have many places to go - next time though I would! However, this stay wasn't without errors. The toilet paper holder in the room was slightly broken, there was no body lotion in the room, and there could have been more water readily provided to the room.

Amazing location in the middle of vineyards which we borrowed the bikes to cycle round. Very beautiful building. Very near - 10 min drive - to lake Garda. Brilliant room - spacious and comfortable. The staff were always very friendly, funny and helpful. The wine was amazing and the breakfast was brilliant - we particularly enjoyed the fresh pear juice.

In one word, just excellent. Staff is very friendly and way above the expectations, they help you with every question or requests. In our case with parking after check out, the manager offers me his place, unbelievable, thanks!!! These small little details create a smile on your face. Room was very clean, on roof jacuzzi, shower and relax zone, We travel without children, but children are very welcome here. Breakfast was excellent and the staff re-filling everything so quickly that I was seriously watching it with an open mouth 😉. Beach is very close and you always get reserved spot with an umbrella, this was just a magical compare with my other experience and I have some. Definitely recommended with six star of five 😁.

Great location and a fabulous breakfast. They even gave us a free room upgrade, so we got a jacuzzi room for the price of a normal room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The storage for the skis very handy and a nice parking place for free. I recommend this property to everyone.

We had the privilege of staying at Ambra for 3 nights at the beginning & end of our multi day hike through the Dolomites. They kept our bags while we were away & had them ready in our room when we arrived again - lovely! We loved having multiple windows &/or balcony doors to open to allow fresh air & views to surround us. The staff were always friendly & helpful! The breakfast every morning was AMAZING & the ambience so quaint & cozy! The food was delicious & atmosphere ideal - we looked forward to breakfast every day! The location was perfect, centrally located allowing us to walk everywhere. The only slight negative was that the wifi connection in one of our rooms was quite poor & essentially was useless (our first room had a great wifi connection) which was disappointing. The wifi issue, however, did not take away from our experience at Ambra & if we were fortunate to find our way to Cortina again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was by far the best stop we had on our honeymoon through Italy! The hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a better room with mountain views and a beautiful balcony. The room had duel shower heads which was perfect for our honeymoon trip! Staff were lovely and the breakfast was a delicious. Only disappointment was that we weren't made aware of the breakfast menu on the first day and as such didn't know we could order eggs or fresh orange juice, we made up for it on the second day. The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel will definitely be back!

Location was perfect, super central! The room was spacious with a view of the canal and the bed was very comfy. The coffee machine and spacious fridge were a nice touch. The lookout onto the canal was amazing and the host was wonderful and very helpful.

We stayed here for just two days, to visit the Biennale. Stefano, our Host was really friendly and the communication between us was fast, which we like! The Room was comfortable, we slept really good and it was perfect for the short stay. The area was nice and you were really fast by good restaurants and bars. The room was clean and we felt comfortable. Thank you very much for that warm and cozy stay ! We will visit again for sure

Excellent location. 5 minutes, walk from Rialto Bridge. 100m to St Mark's Square. 20 restaurants within 2 minutes, walk. Very quite location, but right on a lovely canal. We stayed in a Junior Suite, with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Big bed for parents and a bunk bed for teens. And we had enough room, in fact, for Venice we though our suite was very large. Recently renovated, large bathroom. Good coffee machine too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Grabbed a gokdola ride right outside the hotel. Lovely little bar just across the way for Campari spritz and coffee.

Rooms were very clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. Amenities were perfect. Hotel is very well located, with views of the canals. Hotel offers washer and dryer service and luggage storage. Location was perfect. Very secure area. Would definitely stay here again.

Max, the bartender, truly elevated our evenings—his cocktails were incredible, and he had great dinner recommendations that never missed. He’s not just mixing drinks; he’s creating experiences. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes—plenty of variety and everything was top quality. The hotel staff went above and beyond, helping us book local tours and securing dinner reservations, which made our stay so much smoother and more enjoyable. A 10 out of 10 stay. This was a return visit to this hotel after first staying there approx 12 years ago. Great professional and always helpful staff at all levels. Our Superior Double bed room was spotlessly clean, large for Europe and very comfortable. The mattress was firm which is very much to our liking and the std pillows supplied were the best of 4 weeks travelling across Europe; because they were also firm and thus practical. The in room air con was a god send when mid Sept outside temp maxs were still 25 – 28 C. The in room fridge though struggled to get down to 8 C which was just suitable for my medication. Best to not open a window as there were lots of mosquitoes out and about outside with the odd one getting into the room from the corridor. Breakfast was pleasing with yoghurt and fresh fruits and some pre-cooked items + salads. Always a shame though in a 4 star stay that the pre-cooked food is not kept food safe warm. The location is perfect as it is way less busy than central Venice but there is still good ferry access and the railway station is a 10-20 min walk away. At approx $530 AUD / night by booking direct it is a good price for Venice. Their city tax is then extra on that price. The little canal side restaurant close by called "Very Good" is highly recommended especially for its freshly made pasta. We ate there all 3 nights of our stay. Friendly efficient staff there too.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Carnival Palace. The hotel is perfectly located in Cannaregio—our favorite area of Venice—just an easy 8-minute walk from the train station. The property itself is stunning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom was huge with a smart, modern layout. Breakfast at the Carnival Palace truly exceeded our expectations—it felt more like dining at a fine restaurant than a hotel buffet. Another highlight was the hotel’s proximity to Fondamenta della Misericordia, a lively street filled with fantastic dining options. We found ourselves returning there again and again during our trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Marco, who made our stay especially memorable. He was warm, personable, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On our very first day, he arranged a special dinner at a beautiful waterside restaurant, where we were greeted by the staff and seated at the perfect table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and an evening my wife and I will cherish for years to come. Thank you, Marco, and thank you Carnival Palace for such a wonderful stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

Excellent place to stay in Venice, especially if, like me you do not like being at a hotel that is right in the midst of all the crowds and tourists. This hotel is perfect as it was very convenient to the water taxis, and easy enough to walk. It was also very convenient to get to the train station walking with our luggage. They do have a breakfast available for an additional fee. Prior to our stay, they had the best communication with me and giving us suggestions on how to arrive there, couple offers of assistance. The hotel was very clean and neat. We did not utilize the restaurant/bar that was connected to the hotel. There was one there. The perfect location right near the Jewish ghetto and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Comfortable and clean! Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in Venice.

The room was large and comfortable and also had a balcony. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the dinner is superb. There are well-maintained pools, but we didn't use them at all as the sea beach is only a few steps away.

Fantastic food at the breakfasts and dinners. Great and helpful personnel. Cleaning personnel works regularly and makes up the room really well. We had room with balcony on the 4th floor with view at the sea. The beach is sandy and clean, easy to access. No problem with finding free space in the underground garage. We were really satisfied with the stay and will recommend this hotel to anybody willing to get rest and enjoy visiting surroundings of Venice.

This boutique hotel in Malo is truly a hidden gem. I was especially impressed by the restaurant—the ambiance, service, and food were all exceptional. A heartfelt kudos to the chef and staff for delivering such an exquisite dining experience. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, with staff clearly communicating all the essential details. The room itself was a perfect blend of comfort and modernity, featuring smart technology, a well-stocked minibar, lovely balconies, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. One downside was that the washbasin, bidet, and toilet were quite low, which affected comfort slightly. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to consider offering curated activities for guests, especially since the local area has limited attractions. Adding a swimming pool or a thermal pool would also elevate the overall experience to another level.

We love this landmark hotel. It is an institution in Venice and we don't think anywhere compares to it. It is five minutes and a world away from the heat and hustle of the main island which means seeing the sites of the city couldn't be easier but when you want some downtime you can stay by the hotel's beautiful pool to relax and keep cool. The Dior pop up cocktail bar overlooking St Mark's Square is the perfect spot for a sundowner and the Cips restaurant serves the most delicious food on the lagoon's edge with Venice as a backdrop. The staff are super friendly and efficient. The concierge team were extremely helpful and organised. However........ the interiors of the rooms are tired and dated. The housekeeping team keep them spotlessly clean and there are comfy beds and beautiful linen but the rest of the renovations planned for this year can't come soon enough. However, don't let this put you off. it is still the bee's knees!

Visited Venice for the first time and was told we could see it in three days. They were right. But we learned that we wanted far more time at the Cipriani. I would literally go back just to stay here. It is an elegant hotel in every way. The private water shuttle sets the tone. The staff are professional and very, very good. The views from the various restaurants are incredible. I have to point out a dinner we had at Cip's Club was perfect. Do not miss this restaurant. The hotel is a very short boat ride away from the crowds of Venice, but feels like another city it is so peaceful. I cannot wait to return.

The hotel surpassed all of our expectations. It was spotless with beautiful rooms and the best service we’ve had anywhere. Dinner at Cip’s was fantastic, again with perfect service - attentive but managing to make you feel welcome and relaxed at the same time. We were upgraded on arrival as it was my husband’s 40th and everything has been considered, including birthday breakfast cake and champagne! We can’t wait to visit our next Belmond hotel but the team at the Cipriani have set the bar very high! Thank you so much!

Wonderful property, we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beyond beautiful. Bathroom details were amazing and the products they give for use are great! Loved the saltwater pool, amazing pool bar service; dining at Cip’s for dinner was divine and has a great view of the sunset. Great breakfast offerings. Impressive how they have falconers patrolling the dining areas with hawks, to keep the pigeons from bothering by the diners. A pricey stay but SO special.

Fabulous room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. The views and scenery ( gardens, Olympic pool area etc) were stunning. Had the best fish meal ( turbot and asparagus) I’d ever tasted in a restaurant (and it was only the bar restaurant). The chocolates they gave us in the room on arrival were divine. Breakfast was lavish. We felt pampered the whole time and had a wonderful romantic holiday.

We were suitably compensated so happy with the end result. We were upgraded to a twin balcony room with jacuzzi. We didn't need the jacuzzi and the walls of the terrace block any available view.

This hotel has the initial wow feeling as you enter. Located in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the grand canal area but a short water bus ride to everything you need. Our room was on the top floor with an outside jacuzzi. It was labelled as panoramic view, which was disappointing of scaffolding and aerials. I thought because of the price point the room would have been larger, so disappointing especially as no chairs in the room or wardrobe space just an exposed rail. Bed was ok had to ask for additional pillows these should be left in the room as standard so guests have a choice. Bathroom was big and spacious although walls in the shower could have done with a proper clean. Along with walls at the side of the bed which were heavily stained (this was said in a previous review too). My husband enjoyed the outside bath although the first night it leaked all over the patio floor. This was repaired quickly the following day but really should be checked before guests arrive. The breakfast although not included in the ridiculous price was relatively cheap at €10 each and offered a fantastic choice definitely value for money. The staff at breakfast were exceptional, always friendly and welcoming attentive and offering whatever you want, definitely the stars of the hotel. When booking the room through Expedia a number of the photos were digital images instead of real photos especially of the outside terrace and bath area. I felt these were misleading!

Perfect visit to Venice I hesitated to write the review because I want to come back and find the hotel available and the board walk as spacious. However, I can’t keep a gem to myself. End of May early June 25 th anniversary. Brought our two kids along. 19/16 girl boy - adult size. Book and communicated seamlessly with hotel months before. Train to Venice and from the station a porter (20 euro) took out bags and walked us 5 m to water taxi (90 euro) to our hotel for our stay in Venice. The hotel Palazzo Venezanio is situated on a very wide and less crowded and beautiful boardwalk. This boardwalk is the home of private docks for yachts 3-14 dys including Tatasu estimated at 15-50 million (no one knows bc no one has seen inside). From the hotel you walk 15-30 m to the main canals, tourist shops, high end shops passing 5 beautiful churches. The hotel gives perfect directions. The hotel has black and gold interior. The lobby is comfortable like a library with a small bar and designer fragrances to sample. The staff speak exceptional English and are extremely helpful and give the stay high end attention. Our two rooms include a beautiful room with two twins and high end shower with Vegas style LED lights. The suite we had was a large comfortable bed with a sunken level with high end jacuzzi. Each morning we ate breakfast down stairs included. Rivera Venezia and grocer 100 feet away.

Excellent location 5 minutes away from the train station. Our room was very clean with a nice terrace looking over the city and the river at the far end and most important very quite and comfy beds. All staff were very gentle and helpful Breakfast was great and the serving staff were nice especially Maria who took care of all our needs professionally with a smile. In few simple words, a nice decent Hotel, I recommend it.

Location of the hotel was superb (at least for us ,husband and wife age 61 and 58 respectively ) " minutes walk to train /bus station ,5-10 minutes walk to Treviso town centre .Bed not very comfy +very basic rooms but very clean .Breakfast was ok,typical continental breakfast (scrambled,not boiled eggs eggs which I am always suspicious about average ),some fruit ,the usual hot drinks.Reception Staff is lovely and helpful.

The room was pretty spacious and clean, we had everyhing we needed. The breakfast was rich and delicous, all dishes was refilled and even at the end of the breakfast interval we had everything we needed. Location was very good, close (10 minutes walk) to the old town and also next to the beach.

We stayed in the Hotel Bologna for our first trip to Verona and we were delighted with our choice. The hotel is so central, right beside Piazzia Bra, the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and the shower is fab. Breakfast is buffet style in the restaurant attached and there is so much to choose from, they offer room service too at a small extra cost, if you prefer. We were in room 346 and there is a bar right across the narrow street, it is noisy but the windows are soundproofed and we had no issues getting to sleep. I can highly recommend Hotel Bologna and we will be back. Special note that Allessandro and M. Luisa on reception were absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

We had the absolute best time away in Hotel Bologna. The terrace suite 624 is worth the extra money if you want - taste of luxury. The hot tub on a cold winters day was just lush, the views amazing. Rooms very clean and daily turnovers excellent. Staff on reception, in particular Allesandro and Rosa were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast team know how to put on a wonderful spread and know how to make a decent cappuccino! The location is so central and convenient. We parked at Cittadella car park and it’s a 5 min walk to the hotel (as no parking at the hotel) it cost €20 per day which for city centre is standard. Verona is beautiful and when your base camp is Hotel Bologna it take the whole experience to another level.

Great central location at edge of Piazza Bra a few steps from the Roman arena. Pleasant, quick check in. My “deluxe” double room was spacious with a spacious shower room. My room was at the back of the hotel - no view but pleasantly quiet away from street noise. Bring your own slippers (hard floors) and bathrobe. Low point of this hotel is the painfully slow wifi which also drops out all the time. High point is the extensive breakfast buffet - delicious.

Brilliant location close to the Roman Arena, very comfortable bed and exceptional staff who were very kind, patient and helpful when I had a minor medical emergency. A narrow shower fitted in the corner was a bit of a squash - only around 40cm front to back!!! Though wide as the bathroom. (Would have preferred bigger shower and no bidet). No breakfast available for early check-out before 7.30am but they kindly got me fresh coffee. And looked after my bags when I arrived before check-in so I could look round the sights.

Highly recommended. Great central location at edge of Piazza Bra next to the Roman arena. Lovely hotel, smart decor, very clean. My deluxe double was spacious, with big shower room (great shower!). No view except next rooftop. Breakfast is a real treat with huge choice on buffet and nice staff.

We highly recommend this hotel. We were really surprised with the hotel design, room size, quality of furniture and materials in the bathrooms. We were so impressed with the outdoor pool in the room and sauna with jacuzzi and swing on the balcony! So comfortable rooms, beds with the variants of pillows. Never slept like in this hotel :). Room service also very good. All necessary equipment was every time in the room. Food in the restaurant is also without any words ), everything was perfect. Service in the restaurant, quality and the taste of food! everything so delicious, big variety of wine list and cocktails. You can totally relax in this hotel at any time of the year with its perfect spa and pool. that was sooo relaxing. Stylish and clean. And you can go by foot for about 30 min to the historical town with the castle - Lazise. We saw the taxi from the hotel, but prefer to have walk. And the hotel has very good placement. To any interesting place about 20-30 min by car. To the beautiful Sermione is about 20 min. We are highly recommend this hotel!

Staff couldn’t do enough for us - every single one was so pleasant, polite and helpful! The room was lovely and the pool and spa were very relaxing and well maintained. The private transport and pickup from Lazise was an added bonus. Manager even checked in at dinner to make sure everything was ok.

Apartment suite was very comfortable and the pool complex is beautiful! Sadly, obligations didn’t allow us to enjoy them so we will be back and you need more than 2 days here!! Staff was great at the reception desk, in the restaurant, bar, etc!!

Overall a great property and excellent service. Rooms are very modern and well maintained clean comfortable and quiet. The front desk was extremely helpful. The included breakfast buffet is quite nice. There’s a charge for hot items but there’s so much available there was no need to get anti my in the menu. Prosecco included for the free buffet. It's little bit of a walk to the downtown area but they do provide a golf cart shuttle in the evening. They have off site parking and will valet it for you. Nice beach access and their umbrella tables have a lockbox you can use with a RFID bracelet from the front desk. Great to keep your phone and water safe while you’re in the water. Nice pool sky bar pool on the 6th floor roof. Only complaint is we had guests over. buying drinks chilling in the pool but after a while the bar manager said our guests could continue to drink there but couldn’t be in the pool. While the pool isn’t very big was a little silly that you would let people drink at the bar but not use the pool.

We spent an amazing vacation at this hotel, there's nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back. The hotel is newly built and very modern. It is located right on the beach, where they provide complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town along the promenade. So, you can enjoy the tranquility at the end of the promenade or go to the city center anytime for some fun. We had a room with a sea view, which had a beautiful spacious terrace equipped with sunbeds and a private hot tub. Everything in the room is electronically controlled, including the curtains. The hotel also offers the option to use an infinity pool on the rooftop with an amazing view and a bar where you can order food as well. The breakfast at the hotel was unique, with a large variety of different fruits, sweet and savory items, and made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and crepes. We had the chance to dine at the restaurant several times, and we were impressed with the service and the food. The staff is very attentive, and the head chef even came to introduce himself to us. Furthermore, the hotel provides complimentary bicycles, and there's also an indoor pool with a sauna and steam room. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Unico has the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had! Their chef is fun and creative. The hotel is new, very clean and has a number of high tech aspects. The staff is attentive, kind and helpful. The free bicycles were super fun and useful to access the village and surrounding areas. There is a beautiful beach with shallow water so great for families. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were treated so well on arrival and throughout our stay. We love that we were taken to our room and the staff were so helpful and friendly! I work in this industry and know good customer service when I see it! The hotel looked after us when it was my partners birthday and even made cake for him upon request. We had a complimentary bottle of fizz in our room and the housekeeper checked in on us to make sure we were happy. The massage we had in the spa was out of this world and probably the best I've ever had, you must go! The one and only thing I did not like was the jacuzzi in the spa was cold water but this did not ruin our stay at all!

The staff were also friendly & helpful. Especially the maids who understood the clutter of our teenager. WiFi wasn’t great according to our son However it encouraged him to be more involved & active which was amazing. After all we didn’t go there to be connected to WiFi we wanted to connect as a family. Dinner in the restaurant was very good & well priced. Roof top bar a must to watch the sun set. Breakfast was well catered, one could order omelette etc or choose from buffet or both,alongside complimentary prosecco. Spa is very relaxing & spotlessly clean. Spa managers amazing , best pedicure I’ve had. Will most definitely return to this fabulous hotel.

We stayed one day at Park Hotel Germano Suites attending our friends’ wedding which took place at the property. Pros: 1) Delicious breakfast buffet which has made to order pancakes and eggs 2) Lunch and dinner at the restaurant on the property are delicious and priced reasonably 3) Helpful staff (could develop their hospitality skills in some areas) 4) Property is well maintained 5) Free Parking 6) Complimentary water and fruits 7) Beautiful views from restaurant area Cons: 1) Noticed insects and bugs in our room. Every room on the property seems to have a Patio but we did not even open the sliding doors leading to the patio. Still, we saw bugs and insects in the bedroom. I understand they could have come in when previous guests used the room, but I would not stay here again. We did not complain as we have spent most of the evening and night at our friends’ wedding and we checked out around 10 am the following day. 2) free low speed wifi asks for facebook login. And you have to pay for highspeed wifi. So, did not use wifi. Our mobile internet was a bit spotty in our room.

Really good hotel. We were happy that we felt we had chosen the best hotel in Bardolino for our budget. I don't think the hotel website does it justice either in words or pictures. We were amazed at the size and quality of appointment of our "economy suites". Everything worked well. Air con was efficient. They kindly left us a basket of fruit and complimentary water every day. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. I don't think there is any mention of the second pool (or pics) but this was deliberately a much more "natural" environment and seemed a relaxing space Facilities are good. Breakfast is good but repetitive after a few days. Also we felt that allowing dogs into the restaurant wasn't great We did visit the restaurant one evening and that was disappointing - not food-wise as that was really good - but because they started preparing the restaurant for breakfast as we sat eating. They are trying to create a "fine dining" experience but this let it down. Gym - small and hot. Only one treadmill and that was a 1980's model better suited for home use Main Pool - really nice, lots of sunbeds around it. Water very cold! Service - usually good - we visited somewhat towards the end of the season so they seemed to have plenty of time for us Location - 10 mins to Bardolino centre and about 1/2 hour walk to Garda We would definitely go back and would definitely recommend

Andreas and Anna were very accommodating and pleasant . The facilities are clean and is suitable to families. The pool was heated, well kempt and is good size. Pool water is very soft with no smell of chlorine and was never crowded. There are available facilities like tennis court, bbq area, pingpong, card games and most of all the Jacuzzi that provides great view of the lake at night. The garden is very relaxing with lots of sunbeds where you can enjoy reading a book under an olive tree. The main Lazise centre is only 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation. The location was very relaxing and provides a great view of the lake and city at night. This accommodation is NOT the type which will squeeze every penny for any facility or service . This is the type of stay that will entice you to come back again. We had a lovely time in this place . Thank you Andreas and Anna.

Our stay at Holidays Residence was truly 'piacevole'. The room, along with its balcony, was generously spacious, and the overall maintenance was commendable. The service was exceptional, Andrea, Edson and Anna were not only very friendly but also excelled in their roles. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I believe that the addition of some small amenities would enhance the experience. For instance, it would be wonderful to find basic supplies like salt, sugar, coffee/tea, and a sponge + washup in the kitchen. Overall, our time at Holidays Residence was great! We appreciate the efforts of the entire team. Thank you all for a fantastic experience!

My wife and I loved our stay at Hotel Royal, the staff we so friendly and helpful, 10/10 customer service! Vanessa was able to help us with all our needs, suggested fantastic things to do and was so welcoming and happy everyday. The breakfast was great, lots of fresh and yummy options. The whole hotel was beautifully clean and our room service was exceptional. Our room was perfect with a lovely view of the mountains and the town bell tower. We will return again! We stayed at the end of May and it was the low season so many places in the town were closed which was fine for us as it was very quite. However mid June would be the best time to visit as the weather is better, shops are open and the public transport is all running.

This hotel is centrally located. The breakfast was adequate. There is enough to eat. There are no hot items. They do jave hard boiled eggs though.Cold cuts,toast varieties, croissants, yogurt, cereals,fruit and coffee. You are a few steps to Corso Italia and 100yards from the bell tower. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Bring a international power converter. They have them at the desk typically, however they had no U.S. converters left. I bought one at the local electronic store for €10.00 There is a bus stop for skiing 50 yards out the door as well. The only problem was a bar next door which did get very loud typically on saturday night. This went on until 3 am. I did read that on trip advisor though so I wasnt surprised. Overall it was a very nice experience and worth the visit.

Good central location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only comments to add to previous reviews are (1) car parking is very limited and cost 10 Euros per day (which is not bad for central Cortina, but not free as listed on hotels.com), and (2) breakfast is served in-room (as Covid-related measure); it’s a good breakfast but bizarre that if staying multiple nights, you are requested to select menu & breakfast time at check-in and this cannot be changed throughout your stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, bang in the middle of town making restaurants and bars easily accessible. We parked on site which was great too. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Rooms are hi tech with electric blinds and jacuzzi, which was much appreciated after a long day of walking. Also the fact that bus 11 to the centre stopped just 1min walk away made it convenient even tho the property is quite out of the centre (good 30m walk to arena for.example)

We did not see the part about reserving the spa ahead of time. The night we stayed was fully booked and we could not use the spa. However, the staff was amazing and allowed us to use the jacuzzi in the morning.

A great hotel for the business traveller or tourist. Close to the airport and train station. Room I stayed in was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. Huge bathroom with spa bath and shower. No view from the bedroom but this wasnt an issue at all. With in easy walking distance of the city centre in about 20 mins and to wide selection of bars and restaurants in about 10 mins. A good gym in the basement with small indoor pool, all very clean and well maintained. Reasonable sized outdoor pool. So great place to relax in. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights 19-22 June in this lovely hotel in an ideal situation - just 10 minutes walk from the lake in Lazise and all the restaurants. We stayed in a lovely large room with very comfortable bed and choice of pillows and spacious bathroom. All very clean. After walking by the lake in the morning in the heat, it was lovely to then come back to the hotel and relax by the lovely pool, with no concerns about getting sunbeds. Towels were provided. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast delicious. We would return if visiting Lake Garda again.

This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Lazise between the beach and castle. The staff are simply lovely - so helpful and friendly. The rooms were well stocked and the pool and spa area is better than many 5* hotels where i have stayed. The breakfast has a lot of choice. Quality across the board is top notch.

The hot tub in the room was romantic, and simply fantastic for a relaxing and memorable stay. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and we loved the quirky details throughout the room. The shower is in the bathroom, but there’s a window that opens from the main room into the shower area, creating a fun and distinctive layout. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the historical center. It’s just steps away from all the main attractions, picturesque streets, and incredible restaurants serving fantastic food. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The property was easy to find, and the value for money was outstanding. Despite the size of the room, it was warm and the heating is good. We absolutely loved our stay, the room was a dream—thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The Palazzo location is very convenient - just inside the old city walls a few minutes stroll to the Arena in one direction or Piazza Bar in another. Arrival was well organised with codes to get through the gate, the main door to the building and then into our room. The room was very spacious with comfortable furniture including the bed. The bathroom was well appointed, clean and worked well. Housekeeping was great. The host was in touch in the lead up to our visit and throughout our stay and was very friendly and helpful - she even took us to the taxi rank and called a cab for our journey to the airport. We would have no hesitation in returning to both Verona and the Palazzo Negri - thank you!

The location is the highlight of this accommodation, right in the historic center yet quiet and very accessible. Easy bus ride from the train station and walkable to Verona’s famous landmarks, surrounded by a wide array of cafes, restaurants and gelaterias! Maestral3 where we stayed was very clean and spacious, had its own entrance and most special - a balcony looking into the courtyard with a beautiful garden, offering a ‘Juliet photo opp’. The apartment has a washing machine which we appreciated. A complete kitchen as well and quite a thoughtful host to provide a brand new dishwashing kit, packaged with fresh sponge, dishwashing detergent and reusable wipe cloths.

Great location with small balcony overlooking the street. Located just inside Porta Borsari in the pedestrianised part of the old town. Only 1 mile from train and bus station. Regular bus service to within 50 metres of Porta Borsari. 5 minutes from colosseum arena. Although we looked out on the street we were not disturbed by noise. Our host was very helpful and informative. We found a tiny Italian coffee shop - Caffe Borsari - on our street selling coffee croissants and orange juice which was ideal for breakfast. The restaurant just outside the Borsari Gate on the left heading out, served simple but very tasty food. Both were reasonably priced.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants Every detail in the apartment seemed thoughtfully planned, from the cozy bedding to the equipped kitchen. Our host Pietro was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect location next to the river, close to many restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely views from the apartment. The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious, perfect for a family of four. Short walk to the train station, bus stop and harbour where you could get a ferry to visit other towns. Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Balcony was looking through the canal and waking up to that picturesque view was amazing for a relaxing weekend getaway. It was really clean. They also gave a guide, and discount on the breakfast of the bar on the ground floor. Plus, really close to a free parking space

The apartment was just as pictured, from the rooms, to the view off the patio (top floor). Spacious , clean and comfortable. The location could not have been better. A short walk from the ferry, a few more minutes’ walk to the train (both very easy). Easy walk to restaurants and shops, but it was quiet in the room.

The location was exceptional, we had a very nice view and the room was modern and clean. The communication with the host was fast and friendly! You also get 20% off for the breakfast place downstairs, which was very good! I would go there back anytime!

Beautiful outlook surrounded by vines and open space. This was a perfect get away from some of the more crowded city centres / surrounding. We had the tasting menu for dinner one night with paired wines and it was delicious. So relaxing and comfortable in the rooms, and great to get some sun beside the pool. Would definitely rebook this place!

Small scale accomodation so not crowded and always a spot at the pool! Degustation menu at the restaurant was amazing - definitely recommend eating there!

Very clean, spacious flat with everything we needed on our first trip with our new baby. We live abroad and went to Padova to see family, which means of course that I know the city very well. The location is amazing, so central, it allowed us to enjoy Padova as never before. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you may need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom and shower were very clean and modern. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the baby cot was perfect for our little one. We appreciated the entry system with codes without keys to keep track of. We had a few questions that were answered promptly. We had a flat with windows on the courtyard, so not the pedrocchi view which is probably stunning, however we didn’t mind to be on the quiet side. There is a very nice supermarket downstairs (PAM) and it’s very convenient. It also has an Amazon delivery point. The tram is a couple of minutes away as well as the taxi line in Piazza Garibaldi. We’d be happy to stay again whenever we come back to see my family. Thank you very much 🙂

The location is perfect - in the city center where all the shops, restaurants and main squares with the markets are. There is also a supermarket right downstairs which is very convenient. 15 minute walk from the train station. The studio was spacious and clean, equipped with a strong AC to have a good night’s sleep during the heat. Our studio was on the back side of the building, so it was quiet. Simply decorated, maybe some art on the wall in the room/hallway would give it some character! Check-in is through a machine at the entrance, easy and straightforward. It is great that you can leave your bags before check-in and after check-out in a separate room (lockers with key).

Everything was perfect. Suite 18 was roomy, super clean, and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and very big. There was even a small walk-in closet. The location is exceptional, basically in front of the famous Caffè Pedrocchi. Recommended for conference at the University, it is next to Palazzo Bo.

Damaranto is a delightful little hotel inside the walls of the tiny medieval town of Soave. Signor Martino was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and there was a good choice for breakfast, which included fresh fruit, yogurt and good coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Soave.

A very stylish renovated old house with very beautiful garden. Big room with high ceiling, bathtubs, designer bath equipment, soft towels. Elevator was a very good surprise. Location in very heart of Soave. Breakfast also nice, local food, good coffee. Don’t look for anything else near Verona. We hope that restaurant from Michelin guide will recover after COVID lack of tourists soon and also be opened!

We loved this little gem in Soave. Clean, neat and Martino and the two ladies (I unfortunately didn't get their names), were very polite and helpful. Perfect location to walk around the town and free parking very close by. Breakfast was basic but very satisfactory for us. We enjoyed our stay there and will return when we in the area again.

Centrally located in Soave, with a nice view on the Castello. The premises are nicely decorated, clean, the kitchen fresh and of high quality, the personnel helpful and very pleasant.

Very comfortable room, great continental breakfast, and most of all very gentle and atent personal, would of give an extra star for the restaurant staff. Highly recommend!

The property is right in the centre and not far from the public parking, about a 7 min walk. We parked for 2 nights and it cost €18 euros. Very realistic price. The room was large with two large beds attached together. The wardrobe was very flimsy. There was tea and coffee facilities but no instructions on how to use and only 2 coffee pods the whole stay and no milk. There was a mini fridge with free water. The bathroom was great with complimentary products. We had use of the Spa in the cost of our room for 90 mins. This was exclusively for us and we had a very relaxing time. It would have been nice to have had some music during this experience but there was none. Not normal for a Spa? Breakfast was good, but the lady Martine did hover and kinda watched whilst you had breakfast. This was off putting being the only diner for breakfast and the feeling of being watched. Coffee was delicious but you had to ask each time you needed a top up. There was a facility to use a bag store if the room wasn’t ready. Which on our visit it wasn’t and we were advised we had to wait. I’m sure it could have been released to us early but they kept strictly to the 3pm! 🙄

The location was perfect, right in the city center. The hotel itself and the rooms were modern, clean, and very well maintained. Breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of coffee options and plenty of sweet pastries and croissants. The staff was very friendly, and there was a secure luggage room available if you wanted to explore the city after checking out. The in-room minibar was complimentary, stocked with two bottles of water (one still and one sparkling), a can of Coke, and two pastries. It was a thoughtful and appreciated touch.

What a great location…right on the Main Street through the old town. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a gorgeous shower room. Breakfast was a varied buffet and the breakfast room was bright and airy.

Great location 15 mins walk from the train station, easy to locate, we were in family room with 4 beds, the room was very spacious, great size bathroom with lovely shower. Lots of toiletries ! Breakfast was again in a lovely room , looked compact but there was ample choice of warm and cold buffet. Pleasant lady served coffee on request. Wi-Fi worked well.

This is a beautiful place worth staying and using their spa services. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Tatiana (thank you for helping me get a taxi!) and the girl who spoke Spanish. The breakfast was very varied and delicious.

Wonderful venue with great food and beautiful peaceful grounds. The room was large and newly built. Everything was very clean with calming modern decor.

Stylish and modern. Service exceptionally polite despite my appearance after an off-road motorcycle trip. I felt exceptional. It was great that they offered me an underground garage where I safely left all my equipment. Professionalism in every inch. :)

This place is amazing! It has so much history and character but recently renovated interior with elegant and modern updates. We thought about staying on the Grand Canal, but I wanted something a little off the main path but not so far that it felt remote. This the was perfect combination. Our room had the gondola view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and people pass by. Valentina is a gem!!! Our train was running late, and she helped me stay in contact with new arrival info. She even arranged a water taxi for us so the driver knew exactly the correct location. My kids loved arriving by boat and stepping into the hotel through that entrance. Honestly, that saved us from so much frustration trying to find the hotel. It may be a little pricey but after a long day traveling, it was perfect. Valentina gave us some restaurant recommendations along with sightseeing suggestions. All were spot on!

If you are a do it yourself, no glitz no glamour this is your spot. Property is clean, but I saw no one. I had the canal view and the noise starts at 0430a until approximately 9p. Location is walkable for sure to all stores, restaurants, San Marco piazza and waterfront, however after 9p it is very quiet and dark and I was alone. I suggest perfect for a simple no frills couple or anyone that fees safe alone. Check in and out were easy peezy!!! I emailed for trash to be picked up and new towels and they were there immediately. Thank you

We had an amazing stay! Our room was absolutely gorgeous with the balconies overlooking the river with all the gondolas going by. We got a serenade and it was amazing! The property was beautiful, very clean and the location the best!! It was very close to walk either to Piazza San Marco or to Rialto bridge. The coffee machine and the water in the room was great! The correspondence prior and during the stay was immediate. We were able to leave our bags after checking out at a locker downstairs on the first floor, which is extremely helpful. They even had toilets in the lobby prior to leaving back to the train station.We hope to return soon and really recommend it!

Beautiful hotel to stay at with my partner and amazing view of the canal. Room service was not an issue since there were restaurants/bars nearby. Also, the central closet in hallway had all the needs for the room when we ran out of toilet paper, so it was convenient.

Room was very spacious and clean. It was a renovated room. Laundry was in common area which was helpful. AC was perfect. Canal view was spectacular from window. Everything was with 5 minutes work. Overall a great stay.

Great Location, by the beach, close to all shopping area, restaurants, etc and the place is well maintained, The property has a very nice restaurant by the beach, perfect to watch sunset too :) It's worth of money and it was a great experience too.

the owner of this hotel was very kind, she prepared breakfast, honestly I have never eaten such a good breakfast with very fresh products.

Really friendly and helpful staff in reception. Mobile home was very clean. Several areas for recycling - bins were emptied frequently. Able to book a transfer to station when we left which made things so much easier

Fiori was an accidental gem I found in Booking.com. Ive seen a lot of good reviews about this place so I think its worth giving it a try since its price is not so bad, and its half-way to all the places I want to go. Let me just say, the reviews don’t lie - the place is amazing!! First, it wasn’t hard to find and you wont miss it. Parking is mostly available (glad we went there on a not too busy season). The hotel is clean and smells fresh all the time. Check.in was fast and front desk explained everything well. The room view is spectacular! We initially got the room the side but got moved to another room (due to minor issue with room locks) and got the most amazing view of dolomites up close. The room itself is super good that i thought i was on a 5-star hotel. It is huge, clean and well maintained. As for the facilities, I am impressed that they have a spa, which we took advantage of, after a long day of driving, for a minimal fee. Also, it has a bar resto below, and a grocery just right beside it which was perfect. Also, the breakfast is insanely good and come with room price (dont skip this part) + take advantage of the afternoon snack they serve at 3pm, absolutely free of charge. Is it value for money? Hell yea, I would come back in a heart beat and stay even longer this time!

We loved everything at this hotel. The staff were amazing - very courteous, helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The hotel grounds, bar, eating areas and our rooms were very clean. The room was cosy and had a spacious bathroom. Breakfast had many choices - eggs, bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, cured meats, cheeses, croissants and various sweets. They also offer an afternoon snack which consisted of small sandwiches, cakes and cookies. The bar is well stocked with many different wines, gins, vodka, and other liquors. The staff is very helpful and can help plan your itinerary for the day. They will also pack you a lunch (at extra cost) if you are planning a day of hiking.

Excellent little boutique hotel. Real low-key luxurious experience, from super kind and professional check-in by Diego recommending amazing restaurants in the area and all relevant info about the hotel, to the amazing Tea-time with in-house pastries served every day from 15.30-18h, which was really enjoyable after a sporty day in the slopes (and complimentary). Beds are really comfy, well isolated and the decoration of the hotel is extremely well done, REAL attention to detail. I would say it is in fact a genuine boutique hotel, a great option to be nearby Cortina. Rooms and the hotel in general are Japanese clean...spotless! Breakfast is very generous and good quality. Free parking is also available, which is a peace of mind, being in the center of the village. I would totally recommend it!

If I have the option to give 6 stars, I would! I think this is by far my favorite hotel. First, the room, clean and comfortable. They provide Dyson fan but we never actually used it. We booked mountain view and it’s literally in front of the beautiful mountain with closer view. Second, the food. I cannot exalt enough how delicious their pastries are. Everything is just amazing. Breakfast option is also great. Wellness only cost you 15€ per person. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. This place is located in San Vito di Cadore which is 15 min drive to Cortina, regardless the town is pretty small and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

All the staff ,especially Camilla , were personable, efficient and accommodating. The Villa was beautifully furnished with charm and character, yet modern and immaculately clean with nice products for shower and bath. The pool area and gardens are a pleasure,are well presented and the outdoor jacuzzi is a nice addition. The tastefully added toilet and shower room adjacent to the pool is handy.You can order light meals or snacks and dining inside or on the terrace is equally comfortable. They have a healthy selection for breakfast,with dairy alternative milk etc and a good selection of wines as you'd expect.

An unforgettable stay! Villa Zoppi is spotless throughout, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Our room was luxurious and quiet, with great A/C, a comfy bed, and strong water pressure. The staff were really warm and kind, breakfast was delicious (don’t miss the pistachio croissants!), and the peaceful location was ideal for day trips to cities like Venice and Verona. Truly felt like a fairytale escape. I feel blessed to have stumbled upon a gem like this. Will undoubtedly return because a piece of my heart was left here!

Very welcoming hotel. Greeted with glass of Prosecco and tour of room. Room was extremely clean and a good size with balcony overlooking the pool with Lake Garda in the background. Good choice of pillows and lovely pool area although the jacuzzi could have done with a clean. Excellent choice of breakfast and food was excellent although it all comes at once. Borrowed the eBikes which were good fun and value. There is a free shuttle bus to lake but it is only a 10 minute walk, excellent location. We ate at the hotel each night and the food was good.

Perfect location for us, small intimate hotel, perfect for couples Lovely outside space/pool and jacuzzi Vast Varied breakfast you can order as little or as much as you would like Downside is you have to order this the day before - and you don't always know what you are going to fancy or how hungry you might be!!

Staff were so attentive from waiting staff to reception and cleaning all had the same could not do enough attitude . One back office staff went out of her way to buy a European adapter for phone charger . Food fantastic and free bikes to borrow to take in the beauty of the lake and the town of Garda . Swimming pool and jacuzzi area clean and always well serviced by staff with towels and drinks . I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for couples and groups alike and wedding parties which we were.

This is the hotel for which weve been looking for years It isnt Classic old Italian style With small terrible rooms Rooftop bar, restaurant, breakfast, views are eonderfull. Rooms are very beautiful and really big. Staff and service is on 5* level.

Extraordinary accommodation. The pool and bar on the roof is a real nice setup for relaxing with a view. The stuff is nice, attentive and motivated.

Location to venice airport was only 45 min drive, this luxury stay is definitely a hidden treasure with outstanding service, breakfast buffet. I only wish I had stayed longer than 3 days

A lovely hotel just a few minutes walk into town. It was in a quieter part of the town which we preferred yet a few minutes walk into town for food or just a stroll. The staff were particularly exceptional in accommodating requests and giving pointers for hikes nearby. My kids loved having private access to the wellness center with jacuzzi and sauna. The apartment itself was well equipped and had a beautiful view.

We spent one night at the hotel and everything was just perfect! Hotel is located in a very nice area just few minutes from the centre. Staff is very polite and friendly . Check-in as well as check-out were quick without any complications, we were given all necessary information . Also absolutely no problem with parking. Room as well as the whole hotel was nice and clean just like in the pictures. We booked room with the lake view and we were not dissapointed, the view was stunning! Also the room was well equipped and balcony big enough. Next morning we enjoyed our breakfast at he restaurant terrace with the view of the lake. Breakfast was tasty with variety of dishes, fruits and cakes and restaurant staff was very nice and attentive. Overall we had very pleasant stay at this hotel and we felt welcomed and comfortable. We definitely recommend this accomodation and for sure we will come back in the near future.

Perfect location , only short walk to the town centre but quiet at night and stunning views over the Lake . Rooms were comfortable and spotless . All the staff were friendly , professional and attentive . You can tell it’s a family hotel and not a chain. You can feel the warmth and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh and lots of variety. Restaurant with a great view of the lake. Secure parking . Pool , gym and spa.

People were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the sideview room on the 1st floor and had a beautiful garden in front. The breakfast/dinner area has a panorama view from the other side of the lake, which was so beautiful at any time and in any weather of the day. The breakfast was always fresh and had excellent quality. The hotel had a different dinner menu every day (except Tuesdays), and the food was very elegant and delicious. I strongly recommend the daily course meal at Hotel Capri.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were spacious very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The views from our balcony, the dining room and pool area were stunning. All the staff were friendly and professional and the food was delicious. The hotel was a short walk from the centre of Malcesine, were there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The fact that we could park, utilize the beach service, the pool, and use the bicycles, before, and after check in and check out was exceptional! It made our one night stay extremely memorable! Everyone was incredibly kind, the breakfast buffet was on point, the room was comfortable, and when we needed assistance, the staff was prompt. We will definitely be back!

Very good hotel with nice pool. We preferred to stay at hotel pool instead of on the beach. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The room is clean and quiet even though a road passes next to it. We didn't feel crowded by the pool and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Med det samme vi trådte ind ad døren, var der en enorm venlighed og imødekommenhed. Personalet tog godt imod os og var positivt opmærksomme på os igennem hele opholdet. Vi havde en lille hund med og det var på intet tidspunkt en udfordring. Han var tilmed velkommen i restauranten, hvor der blev tilbudt at servere mad lavet kun til ham. Beliggenheden var for os helt perfekt, roligt område, med gå afstand til centrum. Skønt poolområde, med mulighed for voksenområde. Hyggelig bar og dejlig restaurant, med utrolig lækker mad til aften. Den største morgenmads-buffet vi har oplevet noget sted, med alt hvad man kunne ønske sig. Der var mulighed for at låne cykler og opladning af el-bil, til en fornuftig pris. Vi har haft en helt igennem fantastisk oplevelse.

We would like to make a special mention of the restaurant and the hotel manager. We didn't make reservations in advance because we arrived a little late, and the hotel manager did everything possible to accommodate us . About Bistrot Al Vas - the quality of the local products and the wine recommendation made our dinner an unforgettable evening and the best we had during our trip around Garda Lake .

The hotel room was quite small but clean and everything necessary was at hand ... Breakfasts were rich, fresh and delicious ... Hotel garden with two pools with salt water and olive trees is a great place to relax or enjoy your drink ... Also wellness or gourmet dinner served on the romantic wooden pier above the lake were great experience for us ... The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help ... You can lend paddle boards, paddle boat or bikes to make a beautiful trip along the lake ... Private hotel beach and private car park are also available ... Many beautiful restaurants and coffee bars are in reach of a short walk ... Many attractive places of interest can be easily reached by car within a few hours - Limone sul Garda, Verona, Modena, Bologna or Milano ... It was really pleasure for us to spend our holiday in this hotel and we can fully and honestly recommend it ... I hope we will have opportunity to come back soon !

If you are visiting Lake Garda you must spend at least one night at this amazing Hotel! The venue is right in front of the Lake, with a lovely and peaceful atmosphere all around. The Hotel personnel was super welcoming and kind, they made our stay very special. The reception staff was very nice and helpful during the whole time, as well as the restaurant and bar staff. All the hotel rooms have a theme and you can choose yours, which I find it very nice. Our room was very well designed and super clean and the view was outstanding. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the waitress were always there to assist us. We enjoyed every detail, and had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back again.

Big pool that was perfectly heated (mid September) the hotel is next to the beach and promenade so perfect for doing nice (beach) walks, we had 2 spacious rooms with perfect sea view (the sea view is absolutely worth the little extra money), big terrace at the room, rooms very clean, mini bar in the room, housekeeping staff very friendly, actually all staff were VERY friendly and helpful, you can use free bikes at the hotel so you can easily go to the centre (Via Bafile for shopping that is about 3 km with the bikes), area around the hotel also has many nice restaurants ... breakfast is very well served with many choices, all kinds of eggs, juices, delicious fresh fruits, pancakes, very wide choice and having breakfast outside at the pool area is perfect start of the day! we hope to stay again at hotel Mariver

The room was cosy and very clean. Comfy bed and a great shutter which keeps the light out if you prefer a dark room to sleep in. I booked a partial sea view but would recommend booking a full sea view if available, as our balcony faced the street. Very friendly and helpful staff. They organised a taxi to collect us from the airport (80 euros) and allowed us to check-in late on Sunday night. The staff also gave advice regarding public transport back to the airport. The heated pool is great but you have to pay to use the sun loungers at the pool. The sun loungers on the beach are free and I was impressed by the safe on the parasol. The beach and the sea were clean. Although there are a lot of sun loungers on the beach it didn't feel too crowded. The hotel is a short walk from some lovely restaurants. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but based on the breakfast I would expect it to be good. Getting public transport to Venice was easy despite having to take 2 buses and 1 boat. It took approx 1hour 45mins to get there.

We had an absolutely amazing experience here! The service was outstanding – the team works together seamlessly, and everything in the restaurant ran like clockwork. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive; not once did we feel like anyone was annoyed, tired, or overwhelmed. It’s clear that everyone genuinely wants guests to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant holiday. We decided to add lunch and dinner on site – and we’re so glad we did! The food was excellent, a real gourmet experience. The bar was just as impressive. Even though the team is quite young, the service was exceptionally professional. Classic cocktails were taken to another level – honestly, we’ve never had better drinks. I also want to highlight the housekeeping and other services, which are often overlooked but just as important. The housekeeping staff came to our room even multiple times a day, paying attention to small details that made the experience truly special.

This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location with a fantastic array of restaurants, bars and shops and of course St Mark’s Square literally footsteps away. Our room was very spacious and absolutely spotless with a view of the Bridge of Sighs and the canal. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff were welcoming and really helpful, as was the porter who showed us to our room. The breakfast staff were fantastic and the breakfast buffet was delicious, well presented and had everything that we wanted. The bar was quiet but that suited us and has a friendly barman who makes an excellent amaretto sour. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting with our drinks watching the Gondolas go by. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and quickly replied to questions before arrival such as how to get to the hotel once arriving on the Venice mainland, restaurant suggestions and even making reservations for us. Our executive suite matched the online description of it. The roof terrace, for our exclusive use, provided a wonderful view over the City. To use the hot tub you just need to call the Front Desk an hour before wanting to use it. Someone will come and remove the cover and start the water to fill it up. It's very old but still functional, however the next morning the tub was empty so does not hold water. Buffet breakfast was pretty much the same each day except maybe a different hot vegetable but more than adequate. Their "bar" is not much of a bar. When we were there, no one was in the tiny space and the sole bartender was either taking drinks to two tables on the balcony off the breakfast room and down a flight to several tables on the outdoor terrace. The bar itself consists of maybe 3 barstools and 2 cafe tables. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is very conveniently placed. Near St. Mark’s Square but down a small quiet calle backing on to a canal.A good hub for walking to every district & to vaporetto stations. Despite its proximity to some of Venice’s major tourist spots ( the city was still jam packed in mid October)our room was quiet & adequate for our needs. It is quite small and functional with no public spaces apart from a breakfast room, bar & downstairs garden- but for us that wasn’t a problem.There are many good( and some poor) restaurants within a few minutes walk. Housekeeping was excellent with fresh bedlinen and towels as required. An issue with the shower was sorted quickly once reported. The usual gripe about insufficient hangers for 2 people but plenty of shelves and drawers. The breakfast buffet was fine; fresh fruit and breads and pastries & some cooked items ‘though these tended to sit in a ‘hot’plate and weren’t always hot.Service was quick if you wanted to get out, or accommodating if you wanted to relax & dawdle. Staff were friendly & helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was huge, with a magnificent balcony overlooking the vineyards, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a giant, very comfortable bed — we were truly surprised by the quality! The hotel’s restaurant was the best we experienced during our entire stay in Italy — incredible views, friendly staff, delicious food, and great value for the quality. The pool was also very comfortable, there was a playground that our children absolutely loved, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely want to come back!

I have booked a room to get ready for my wedding (that was placed in the restaurant of the Hotel). They were flexible with the checkin, all the staff received us with a lot of attention and care, placed us in a large room with amazing view! The bedroom was perfectly clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and smelling good. Everything was perfect! The hotel is located in a hill, it's quite and beautiful, has an amazing restaurant that I highly recomend!

Quaint, rustic hotel on a hill surrounded by vineyards, halfway between Verona and Vicenza. Beautiful outdoor pool above the hotel with sweeping view; peach and quiet. Swim-up bar! The restaurant serves wonderful handmade food (buckwheat pasta!) and is clearly popular with the locals. The room had high ceilings and wood beams, plus a beautfiul view. The hotel also has an indoor pool and spa -- great for winter. We live in Milan and have now decided to come here as often as possible! We have just booked our next stay 2 weeks after the first one. Breakfast is modest but sufficient; plate of cold cuts/cheese for protein. Wifi is available for purchase. Located in a small village near the town of Soave (white wine), where there is a beautiful castle.

Breakfast was simple and sufficient , but the restaurant was perfect, delicious food and very beautiful view. Even got 2 liquors afterwards for free to taste. We had appartement no 6 and the view was just breathtaking.

This is beautifully designed hotel. Everything is part of the deco scheme. Staff are friendly, rooms are large and have every amenity, including jacuzzi. There is turndown service and a very good breakfast. The location is perfect for visiting Venice--two vaporetto stops just steps from the hotel, on different canals, with frequent service. The neighborhood is relatively quiet (stay in Dorsoduro, not San Marco, which is overrun at all hours!), there are good restaurants (try Ai Cugnai), and travel to other parts of Venice is easy. This hotel is a real find. Stay here.

We had an amazing stay in this superb hotel. I was celebrating my birthday there and the staff did everything to make it extra special - they helped us with booking a restaurant, and surprised us by upgrading our room to a suite and leaving a complimentary bottle of prosecco in the room. The staff were all so helpful, lovely and thoughtful, really exceptional service. The room was fab - huge comfy bed and large bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Loved the gorgeous art deco features and antiques around the hotel. Location wise it was perfect, away from the busy centre in laid back Dorsoduro, but only a couple of minutes from the Accademia bridge across to San Marco and there are two vaporetto stops nearby. Thanks so much for making it an unforgettable trip to Venice, would happily stay again.

Beautifully decorated in an art deco style. Well maintained despite being not particularly new. In a reasonably central location but also not too busy area. Two or three minute walk from different two main water taxi stops giving access to different routes and directions with reasonably level walking from each. Hotel staff were friendly and helped us with planning out our day and choosing between some alternative ideas. They also gave some good restaurant suggestions. There may be better breakfast options nearby if you don’t mind walking a few minutes. We had a canal view which may not be worth paying a premium for, but the rooms themselves were pleasantly designed and sufficiently spacious. Good in room coffee and black out shades.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a large bed and sufficient space to lay out two luggages. Table space was also adequate. They provided free champagne too. Bathroom was very spacious and had a premium feel with the interesting rain & side shower. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well with fast beverage service and promptly replenished food. Front desk concierge was impeccable - the water bus didn't arrive at all on the morning of our train out of Venice and we scrambled to find a water taxi. The concierge was very helpful even though we'd already checked out, and got us a water taxi on very short notice. We made it to our train in the end with 1 minute to spare.

Zimmer super sauber, voll ausgestattet mit TV, Telefon und Minibar. Bad wunderschön mit Dusche und Bidet, Fön und Schminkspiegel. Fantastisch ist die Dachterasse mit Rund-um-Blick, Jacuzzi, Liegen und Windschutz. Strand ist über die Promenade nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Im Sommer gibt es Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm. Es wurde liebevoll an alles gedacht um einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The location was excellent - near lots of high quality restaurants and with direct access to a very nice beach. All of the staff were really very friendly and helpful. Anything you asked them for was looked after efficiently and without any hesitation. The breakfast was a high quality continental breakfast - not the huge range of cheap options you get in some hotels but a good selection of fresh and high quality salads, fruit, breads and pastries. The coffee and hot chocolate was very good too.

We had a wonderful stay! The wellness area is new and really nice. The beach is directly in front of the hotel, breakfast is on the sunny terrace with beach view. The hotel provides bikes for free to go to the center of Caorle.

Everything was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Huge variety of food for breakfast. Hotel is located just at the private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can borrow bicycles for free and go to the centre. The centre is 5 mins walking. Parking is also 5 mins walking and for free:)

I booked this stay for one night; the organization of flowers and prosecco for our arrival went flawlessly. The staff was very friendly, and we had no waiting time for check-in or check-out. If you want to have an early check-in or check-out, ask in advance. We decided to have dinner there. The restaurant is very cozy, especially the small garden in the back. A lot of greens and trees, which makes for a very calm atmosphere with romantic tables for two, perfect for couples. They specialize in fresh fish, which was amazing and is a must-try. Great choice of wine as well.. The Room: We had the King room, which was very nice, very clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The shower was huge, and the lighting was awesome and could be controlled by a tablet in the room (colors and scenes). Parking was good and right in front of the hotel entry, but there was no underground parking, although the parking space was covered by trees. The hotel is located next to some cute cocktail bars and oyster bars, which provide perfect opportunities for a great aperitivo. The breakfast buffet was a bit sparse; I was missing salmon (since they focus on fish) and fresh orange juice. The pastries are mostly made in-house and are very tasty. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

We had a beautiful 5 nights stay in August 2024, we reserved through booking, but I recommend you reserve directly with the hotel. The room was very nice, clean, high quality furniture and bed, with comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom was clean, modern, functional. If you want towels to be taken there are instructions saying to leave them on the floor. The shampoo/shower gel & hand soap are good quality, we even bought a shower gel for 10€. The breakfast was delicious, a wide range of options and it costs 10€ / person / day (a fair price) You could choose from: omelette, ham, cheese, mozzarella, croissants (with butter and with cream/fruit fillings or pistachio filling), various fresh juice options, boiled eggs, bruschete, pancakes with various jam options or Nutella. Also, there were different cakes to choose from, freshly cut fruit, au gratin vegetables, etc. The receptionists were very helpful, giving all the necessary information to get around. A very special thanks to Denise who I could speak Dutch with, you made our stay very good, but also to all of the staff! Definitely a good option for next summer if they keep their good practices and prices.

We stayed here after landing at the Venice airport and heading east to Croatia We arrived late to a friendly and cheerful person who showed us to our room. The room was a suite so the kids had their own room and adults another - the rate for our large room was very reasonable and included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The location of the hotel is perfect - we walked around the town a bit and found the market to buy fruit and snack for our trip. This was a great way to start our vacation, get relaxed and begin to get in the flow with the culture. So fun! Great hotel, in a great location!

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years. I can notice there are always some new things that they introduce to complete the stay of their guests and make it more pleasant. Everything was excellent, starting from the reception, communication with the staff, comfortable bed, impeccably clean room and ending with delicious breakfast and quick check-out. I especially want to praise the young waiters who served dinner. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. ☆☆☆☆☆

Fantastic stay in Venice! We booked Imperial suite for our 40th wedding anniversary and had a ball! Nice view of the Grand Canal, close to St Mark’s square and Academia. Room was great, terrific bed, excellent breakfast with Grand Canal view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Book a room with a view and you won’t regret! Jacuzzi was perfect addition too!

My husband and I stayed at the Ego Boutique hotel for 2 nights as part of us celebrating his 50th birthday. The hotel is located next to the Rialto bridge with water taxis and ferries also outside. It’s around 12-14 minutes away from Saint Marks square still location was excellent. The service from staff in this hotel was exceptional and they were so friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our trip. We stayed in room 5 - romance & it truly was stunning. The round bed was a little strange! But everything within the room was of a high quality. Water, a kettle & a coffee machine were also in the room. The bathroom was spacious with a separate bath and shower. Slippers & dressings gowns also provided. We decided to have breakfast in the breakfast room on both morning, you can also choose to have it delivered to your room. Both days the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time and the pancakes were the best I have ever tasted! Simply divine! We had pre booked water taxis for arrival and departure and we were dropped off and picked up directly outside the hotel, which was very convenient. There are a range of restaurants, , cafes and icecream shops on the same side or over the bridge from the hotel - which we used and were good value and good quality. I had high expectations for our trip to Venice & this hotel certainly helped those expectations come true. Truly amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel for service, staff and sheer luxury of it.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is amazing and we felt as if we were staying in a Venetian palace. Our room was very quiet, comfortable and clean (we didn't have a view but it didn't matter) and our highlight was having a delicious breakfast overlooking the Grand Canal watching the Venetians go about their business. Very memorable. Thank you.

Perfection!! Very nice and helpful staff!! Beautiful hotel. Very nice clean, modern and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the complementary water bottle and toiletries ! The breakfast buffet was incredibly complete and varied. We really enjoyed the local cheeses, the self serve juicer ( carrots, fennel, ginger, curcuma roots, multiple fresh fruits and other juicing greens etc..). There were eggs served in 3 ways, cold cuts, jams, breakfast Pastries, breads….. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. The outdoor bar and and patio were also nice and relaxing. They offered us complementary Prosecco and other drinks for the kids. The two restaurants were 4 to 5 star grade in terms of food quality and service!! The seafood and pasta dishes were very good! We mostly ate at the Brasserie because we had kids. Everything we ate was delicious and very well prepared with high quality ingredients. The Venitian was even more fine dining. We got the impression this place attracted the locals and other tourists looking for a fine dining experience. It’s like having the local fine dining restaurants of the area right in your hotel. We reserved at the sweet hotel as a “pied-à-terre” for day trips to other surrounding cities such as: Vicenza, Bassano, Padua, Venice etc… It was really nice to be able to relax at the pool after a hot day of sightseeing!

Property is nice and clean. Restaurants are great and most staff service is amazing. The property is well kept. Housekeeping, for the most part, was very good. Opportunities - for persons whose first time to Italy, like myself, more information is needed. Had to figure out logistics about the room (how to keep lights on, etc) because none of it was explained. Also there wasn’t a lot of information given about transport as this property is a little far from the train stations or even bus lines. For a first time traveler, having more information on how to get around would have been helpful. Other than that, the restaurants and cafe was amazing. With the exception of one or two staff, most staff were very helpful and friendly despite the language barriers.

A very nice hotel. Clean and fresh. It has a great restaurant for dinner full of locals. There is a nice and plentiful breakfast. Staff very attentive and pleasant. I will stay here again. Wi-Fi could be improved. If dislike town clocks dinging in the night you may wish to get a room around the back of the hotel.

What a gem! This hotel is designed for comfort. It was meticulously clean. Easy check in, friendly staff, gorgeous, modern accommodations. The restaurant was amazing too. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for visiting Marostica and shopping in Nove, visiting Vicenza and just an hour from the Venice airport. We absolutely loved this hotel!

The property has a great layout with two fantastic restaurants, a bar that’s fun to hang out in and a swimming pool The rooms are beautiful and spotless and the staff members are 5 star. A special shout out to Riccardo and Jacopo at Cafe del Mar (Schiavon’s best bartenders) And to Bruna whom always greeted me with a warm welcome in the breakfast room where there is an array of items to choose from. Thank you Luigi for creating this little piece of Paradise, your hotel is by far my favourite.

Next time, I would take a room with balcony facing the pool and garden - and also stay longer than 1 night to explore Verona. Staff is super friendly. The car parking (1 outside and 2 underground) is very convenient. Dinner at Signorvino was the highlight of our short stopover. Breakfast was good with large buffet selection.

Room was clean and comfortable, cool and quiet with large shower. Dinner in restaurant was excellent, good service in a delightful setting. All staff at reception, in restaurant, bar and pool bar were friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was timely and efficient on departure with very short journey to airport.

The hotel exceeded my expectation: I picked it because of the proximity with the airport, the free shuttle service, the large swimming pool, and the restaurant with a great selection of beers and wines. It is wide and very well renovated from an old mansion (a little labyrinthian somehow, but not an issue), the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff was nice, professional, and very helpful with our check out, and in finding us a cab for Verona: it is a short trip, but not so easy to find an available car. The drivers of the shuttle were both very patient and nice, our experience was great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, soundproof, full of nice amenities. Breakfast was great, various choices and tasty! An hour at the pool after a very hot morning downtown was a great plus for recharging us before our following trip. We will definitely be back to this hotel next time we fly to Verona!

We needed to be near the airport before our flight home following a road trip of northern Italy. so to spend the day before leaving at this lovely hotel was perfect.The pool was ideal for everyone from serious swimmer to child - the room was very comfortable, the main restaurant was excellent but above all the staff were friendly, helpful and totally professional.

Great mini resort! Amazing rooms, even better staff that is fluent in english. Breakfast was amazing pretty much any kind of breakfast food you can imagine. Free garage parking was great an spacious. Room was big, nice and extremely clean. Restoraunt in the hotel had one the best food we ate in Italy! Spa and welness was nice! Loved this place!

To go to the lake you need to cross the street (can be very scary) & go down steep steps but once you're at the lake you can walk to town - gorgeous scenery. Prices by the pool & drinks for dinner were high. Breakfast was too much of the same thing every morning. Dinner was hit & miss - some nights the food was exceptional some were just awful. (Our guess is they had 2 chefs 1 good 1 not so good?!) Our waiter Fabrizio was exceptional. Our room - we'd requested a balcony - bit disappointed as we got more of a little side terrace & it was on the main road spot so we heard traffic. It was clean but it exceptionally clean (under bed was dusty) white linens - loved that. Room 200 private entrance cave like but very quaint. Fab window view of lake. Lovely large bathroom but shower soaked the floor each time as it leaked. No big deal. A couple of compliants - 1 is we couldn't turn air con off or on or adjust. The 2nd was the wi if in our room was rubbish, we literally had to stand in a corner & wait to upload, discovered the wi fi by the pool bar area was good which saved us. We need excellent wi fi. Our friends came to visit us & the staff said it was fine they spend the afternoon with us we thought that was tremendous & very kind of the hotel management. We'd stay again as views just outway any problems.

Pretty much everything. Our room with a balcony and lake view was fantastic. The pool side was stunning and the bar staff friendly and helpful. The waiters at breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. There was a good range and the cappucino was divine. The location offered stunning views and it was a peaceful and relaxing stay.

This hotel is a really lovely, typically Italian hotel. The staff are all polite, friendly and very helpful. It is set up on the hill above the lake; there are around 130 steps up/down to the lake side, which are not lit at night, no handrail and a bit haphazard in places. I would recommend taking a torch when going up and down in the evenings. It is about a 20 minute walk into Malcesince - good exercise though. We'd requested a lake view room, however, unfortunately our view was largely obscured by 3 very large conifer trees. We feel that the trees have outgrown their position and should be felled. Our room was quite small and nothing like any of the pictures on the website, etc. It had a double bed and desk, a large cupboard with shelves and drawers behind the door offering plenty of space for clothes storage, an en suite shower room and a balcony with a little table and chairs on it. The bed was uncomfortable due to large dips on either side where previous guests had slept. The mattresses need replacing desperately. The pillows were also quite flat and lacking 'bounce', again these need to be replaced. The food in the hotel was fantastic, well cooked and presented. Breakfast offered a good selection of items to choose from including hot and cold selections. The drinks at the bar are a bit pricey compared to bars/restaurants in Malcesine. The facilities at the hotel are good with free wifi, free bike hire, free spa access and an infinity pool.

My wife and I stayed here for a week, 14th – 20th September - it and was our third visit, 1997, 2010 and 2019. The quality and high standard set by the owner/manager has been maintained over all those years and is a credit to him and to the staff that interpret it. I have run a four-star hotel so understand the challenges and know when I find a good one! This hotel is just perfect and in a stunning location with amazing lake views from the hotel and the beautifully designed garden - at nights the grounds are beautiful lit creating a magical atmosphere, certainly one of the best we’ve ever visited and one of our favourites! A beautiful place in which you can have every attention! Everything is here with no need to move far unless you want to, the perfect place to relax and reflect. The staff are friendly polite and expert taking a pride in all they do, nothing was too much trouble, to mention any one of them by name would be unfair to the others – some we did not see but felt their presence with their attention to detail from the cleaner to the chef. All the meals were presented with style and creativity in the delightful restaurant or on the terrace as you choose, managed expertly by the Restaurant Manager and his staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all that you would expect. Its difficult to drag yourself away at the end of your holiday which assures a return again before too long.

Hotel is in a stunning location and is well laid out with great attention to detail. There is a feeling of spaciousness and a relaxed atmosphere, whether sitting by the pool, having a drink in the garden, or eating in the restaurant - all with amazing views of Lake Garda. Staff are very friendly and always helpful with any requests. Our room and balcony, again with views of the lake, was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday and excellent base from which to explore the lake area and surrounding countryside.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel 2 nights in May 2017. Everything was near perfect. The hotel is true 5* beautiful, very clean and comfortable. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. It is surrounded by a very beautiful garden. The lobby, the restaurants, the room, the bathroom were so-o-o beautiful! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was perfect, the high quality linen were clean. It was so quiet, we slept very well. The room was very spacious, with beautiful wall to wall carpets, equipped with high quality furniture with safety box in the wardrobe. This hotel has three beautiful swimming pools and SPA. A pair of slippers and 2 bathrobes for each one of us was there - a white one to be used in the room and a light blue one for the pool and SPA. There was a minibar and a flat TV. The wireless internet worked very well. We had our breakfast in a beautiful restaurant with great choice of meals. There were several kinds of cheese, ham, and vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, some yogurts, muesli, cornflakes and three kinds of juice. A cook made scrambled eggs with additions according to our choice with ham, cheese, mushrooms, onion or tomatoes. They serve coffee or cappuccino according to client's choice. For the dessert there was a great choice of fruits, several kinds of pies, cookies, jams. The only improvements I would like to see is a coffee machine in the room. In short, amazing hotel, we recommend it by all means. We'd definitely stay there again.

The service was great, during the busy season and winter holidays the staff went beyond our expectations to make sure our stay is pleasant, they were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, classic design. Not to far from Venice Airport, perfect location if you decide to walk around to many beautiful restaurants or bars. I recently stayed at the Abano Grand Hotel, and i had a mixed experience. The reception area, where I was assisted by Alexandra, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I have to say that the breakfast and the breakfast area left something to be desired. The food quality and variety of choices could use some improvement. I expected a bit more in terms of the morning meal experience. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Alexandra ( Alexandra the Great) at the reception. I'm considering coming back at the same time of the year, but I hope to see some enhancements in the breakfast offerings by then.I’m

super hotel for service and comfort. Hotel is comfortable and warm with large rooms. We had originally booked the sister hotel but were moved a few days before we were due to arrive. Its location wasnt great for our purpose as we were there to attend the Vicenza Fiera and the hotel didnt provide a shuttle service like their sister hotel but fortunately we arranged transport with other business customers we knew. If you were there for holiday purpose im sure the location is great. The thermal pool is wonderful and all the spa facilities. Restaurant buffet was very good and the bar was great to relax in every evening. Highly recommend .

Location was excellent (I took advice from a friend on location, some places are far and difficult with cases, others can be €100 taxi), room was bigger than expected, room had a jacuzzi bath and separate. shower

Great location (near the train station and right on the Grand Canal). Gorgeous gardens - being able to sit there for breakfast or enjoy an evening drink was fantastic. The building itself was a beautiful old property. Standard room had a huge, comfortable bed, plus bathroom with large jacuzzi bath. Staff were lovely.

This lovely hotel on the Grand Canal, looks like something out of The Secret Garden. It has its own private pier! The breakfast is lovely, spectacular coffee and croissants. Our room was incredible large and beautiful, with a sitting area, two large closets, and a roomy bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was enormous by European standards. We found the lighting was finicky, especially in the bathroom. It was difficult for my husband to shave, and for me to apply makeup. Our one recommendation would be a safety mat in the tub/shower. It is a step-in tub and very high. The bottom was slippery so we kept a small towel in there. Staff was gracious and always ready to help!

A fantastic few days in Venice!! From the moment we walked in through the door we were welcomed and made to feel at home. All staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. We absolutely loved the beautiful rose garden and loved eating our breakfast out there while watching the morning traffic on the Grand Canal. ( breakfast was excellent! A wide choice of hot and cold buffet and the cappuccinos were particularly good!) We loved having an evening drink in the rose garden too. The staff made excellent aperol spritz and Hugo spritz! Always served with a friendly smile and a chat. Our deluxe room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. We even had a rose garden view and a canal view as we were on the corner in a ground floor room. ( room number 15) The location of the hotel was perfect. We had the Grand Canal outside and were within easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants. We cannot recommend the Ca' Nigra Hotel highly enough. We absolutely loved it there and look forward to staying there again soon. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect!

Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. Breakfast you can have outside in the park with fresh foods and cappuccino. The property itself is taken care of very good. Basically you stay in the palace and get to feel all the beauty of Italian style Villa. Will come back.

Villa dei cedri Is a unique Place. A thermal water lake located in the middle of a park Is a very peaceful spot to relax while kids enjoy a swim in One of the lakes. Very quiet and great apartments with a private Jacuzzi. We had a great time -only challenge was the heat (unexpected in April) and the a/c was not strong enough to cool the apartment but still pleasant. I wouldnt recommend to stay in the height of Summer though. Apart from that, staff really kind and helpful with our family. Definitely Will try to go back in Winter!

The hotel has a great pool area and an excellent gym. The staff could not have been more helpful. Only one suggestion for improvement: a shuttle to and from Verona 3-4 times per day would have been really helpful- the taxi fare is c.€35 each way. Highly recommended hotel for a quiet escape.

My partner and I stayed at Villa Quaranta as part of a larger group, for a wedding in the local area. We would not normally book a stay at a spa-type hotel, so this was a new experience for us (we normally book active city breaks). It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience to sit beside the lovely pool, enjoying pool-side snacks, afternoon snoozes, and delicious food in the restaurant. The staff at VQ could not have been more welcoming and friendly - always available but not "in your face". We stayed in the more modern part of the hotel and our room was light and airy, with a lovely bathroom/shower. There was plenty of hanging space for clothes. We did not have a car for our stay and so were limited in being able to explore the local area (taxis were incredibly expensive) so if you plan to spend time away from the hotel then a car is quite essential. If you are happy to just relax and make the most of the hotel facilities then you wouldn't be disappointed. Sadly the indoor pools were closed for maintenance during our stay, but the outdoor pool was more than enough for our four day stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Verona area.

The hotel was absolutely perfect, unique, and stunning. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary drink and snacks. Our bags were promptly taken to our room, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, something we had never experienced before. Venice has always been a dream destination for me, so this made our stay even more special. Thank you immensely. The location is very safe and conveniently close to all the main attractions in Venice. The water taxis nearby offer fantastic views and a unique experience, perfect for a more relaxed day. There are also fantastic restaurants in the area. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious (note that there is a service charge for breakfast in the room). Our bed was made fresh every day, and the fridge was always restocked. We will definitely return to visit again. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us. The entire team was incredibly kind and lovely. You would truly be missing out if you didn't choose to stay here.

Staff is very friendly. It was our wedding anniversary and hotel upgraded our room free of charge. We've been welcomed by staff with glass of prosecco and little pizza bites. Room was beautifully decorated and spotless clean. We had everything we were needed in our room and had complimentary water in the fridge. Prior to our visit I asked staff to give us a recommendations for nice restaurant for our anniversary dinner and kindly received list to choose from. TBO fish restaurant that been recommended was absolutely stunning and food was fresh and delicious. Hotel grounds are well kept with beautiful big garden, where residence can have a rest. Hotel staff organised for us a taxi boat to Murano glass factory, have to say we only a gave a very short notice (two hours), but boat arrived on time as agreed, and was free of charge. Shame we never had a chance to use a spa facilities.

From my emails before until I checked out everything with this hotel was amazing. I had the pleasure of staying in a lake front living suite as well as the whirlpool suite. The living suite was large and had a walk out patio. It was quiet with an area with sparkling water and coffee outside the rooms. The whirlpool suite was smaller and noisier as it was right on the beach front but the view and jacuzzi tub were amazing. Breakfast buffet was huge. Dinner was fantastic. Housekeeping kept the room spotless. I even asked for help with a salami I purchased and they took it and cut it up for me. The location can’t be beat - on the lake and also in the heart of the village area. But quite all the same. I loved everything about this hotel.

We have recently returned from our ninth visit to the wonderful Castello - Lake Front Hotel & Living Suite. We love everything about the hotel and would not stay anywhere else on Lake Garda. It has a perfect, peaceful position directly on the lake front and yet it is only a few minutes walk to the medieval town of Malcesine with its pictuesque, narrow, cobbled streets, castle and harbour. Malcesine also has many shops, bars, cafes and restuarants to visit. The view from the hotel accross the lake towards Limone and the mountains beyond is stunning. The hotel is family owned. expertly managed and they are willing to help with any problem or advice. The whole of the hotel is spotlessly clean and well organised. All the staff are hardworking,friendly and helpful to guests. The breakfast hot and cold buffet is truly amazing and has everything anyone could possibly require including eggs. omelettes and pancakes freshly made to order. The hotel's restaurant is excellent and expertly serves delicious local cuisine with the most fabulous view of the lake and mountains from your table. We cannot wait to return.

Amazing hotel and we had the most fabulous room with amazing views over the stunning Lake Garda. The location is perfect, right on the lake, below the castle and a short walk into the town. The breakfast is superb, I have never seen a hotel breakfast like it. There is so much choice, including freshly made omelettes, pancakes, large selection of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and pastries. Bar area is nice to sit and enjoy a cocktail, glass of wine or coffee. Reception staff and managers welcoming and friendly.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the beautiful Lake Garda and the castle. The parking was spacious and convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Malcesine.

We stayed 3 nights in the Living Suite building and wished we stayed a week. Perfect, walkable location in central Malcesine, right on the lake, below the castle. The living suite rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. Breakfast was an excellent buffet, and the restaurant terrace is also a great place for lunch or dinner with excellent food and reasonable prices (hotel guests get a 10% discount). We will be back.

This hotel is in a perfect Belluno location. You're within walking distance of the bus station and then right outside the town plaza. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after being on Alta Via 1 for a week and there was a spa available on the lower levels. Breakfast was easy and of restaurant quality. You just filled out a form on arrival and the next morning sat down to a waited meal.

We spent two nights in the top floor suite, which is exactly what I had requested. The views were wonderful! We had a car, parked in public parking, and then checked in and an employee guided us to the underground parking. It was perfect. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We walked around Belluno and enjoyed it very much. We opted for dinner in our room both evenings. The restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly, and the food was brought up to the room hot and delicious! The ONLY thing I might mention, is that you ask if there will be music in the bar the nights you are staying. Our second night it was quite loud, but didn't go on too late. ;).

Astor Hotel has an excellent location in the historic centre of Belluno. It is a very contemporary hotel with remarkable views and underground parking (best to reserve parking in advance). Rooms are very modern and comfortable. The restaurant and bar share an amazing deck that is a lively gathering place in town because of its sunset views over the river valley. Service is good. Breakfast is OK. Wi-Fi is not only slow, but does not stay connected.

I stayed with my wife for only one night (unfortunately) last Friday. Check in was very good, Antonello was helpful and polite. The impression we got was that everyone is quite laid-back and we loved it. Rooms very modern and the view was amazing. The WOW was the restaurant. We were served by a gentleman (sorry did not catch his name) who was very professional, helpful with choice of wine. The food was great! Raw of Baccalà was very delicate and tasty, Pluma of Pork was unbelievably good and very tender, rabbit with potatoes was also not bad at all. Our compliments to the chef. Belluno is a real gem, full of history. Glad we stopped here for the night.

The room was spacious and modern. Good bed and plenty of sockets around the room. Bathroom was also modern with powerful shower. The hotel's location is good and have excellent views from the bar balcony.

The rooms are clean and you can tell that all the staff take attention to detail seriously. There is a free car park on site and limited restaurants around the hotel, although Memphis Belle is a brilliant bar with food to match. The bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious. The bar onsite is available to residents. We don't usually use the Wi-Fi as we find 4g and 5g more quicker, However the Wi-Fi here is fast and faultless. There is an indoor pool that is perfect for families and a large outdoor pool (Which was not open during our stay) that looks amazing. Tennis Courts on-site and a golf driving range. European breakfast was great and I'm sure the team there would be willing to get you anything that you request. A fantastic place to stay away from Expensive Venice and being around 35mins drive away from Piazzale Roma, we were comforted to be able to return to a clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming hotel. Thank you all for making our family stay memorable.

Big warm welcome when we arrived, even though we were early. Room upgraded and were booked in early as we had arrived on a hot day on a motorbike. The motorbike was allowed to be parked under the reception canopy and it was made clear to us it was a biker friendly hotel. The room was extremely clean with toiletries in the bathroom, water in the fridge and a very large comfortable double bed. Outside there was a large swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and parasols, lovely staff, good snack bar, tennis courts and a golf course. We ate there and it was barbecue night with a couple of singers, making it a nice atmosphere with good food, vegetables from their own garden. Breakfast buffet style and there was a good choice with nice coffee All staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly on reception and the lady working on the inside bar. Highly recommend a stay here if you’re en route to Slovenia/Croatia as we were.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic family-run hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the pool area was very inviting. The hotel offers plenty of activities like paddle, golf, and tennis, with entertainment throughout the day and evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options including fruit, pastries, eggs, and good coffee. The hotel restaurant served great food, and there’s also an amazing pizza place nearby—Le Delizie—just a short walk away. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel!

Breakfast was great with a large selection of fresh food constantly refreshed during service and a nice outdoor seating area for that full holiday breakfast experience. Pools were great, amazingly clean and very well maintained. Will definitely return.

We are a couple, stayed in this hotel for one night before we had to leave Italy by plane taking off from Marco Polo air port in Venice. It was a very nice hotel, it was very clean, comfortable and modern. Our room was very quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful, with modern furniture in very good condition, with very good and beautiful bathroom with shower. The hotel is located in the middle of a beautiful park and our room had a nice balcony overlooking the park. The hotel has free parking with plenty of parking space. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The only negative experience was unstable Internet in our room. We connected to the WIFI, but the Internet was unstable, it worked part of the time, but from time to time it did not work. I hope it was a temporary issue, and if not, it is an issue for the hotel's staff to take care off. Overall we liked this hotel very much and consider staying in it for longer period next time we visit Venice.

When I was researching were I wanted to stay near Venice I diligently read hundreds of reviews and there were several mediocre or bad reviews about this hotel. Still, it clearly stated that it was in a more rural location, which is what I wanted. It stated that there were a couple of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and the description and information clearly provided convinced me that this was exactly where I wanted to stay. After spending 4 nights there I am truly baffled that anyone could have anything bad to say about this hotel. The country setting is just beautiful. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in standard double rooms, very basic but extremely comfortable. Our walks to the restaurants and supermarkets were thoroughly enjoyable. We rented bicycles for half a day and rode around the Sile River, the experience was amazing. We walked the 30 minutes to the train station a few times but there is a shuttle provided by the hotel for a low cost, we took advantage of that after arriving back at the train station one evening and feeling too tired for the walk, we called the hotel and even though we had not pre-booked, they still came and got us. The tranquility of this hotel was wonderful. If you're looking for a peaceful place to lay your head at night then this is were you should stay. There isn't anything bad I could say about this hotel. Highly recommend.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was top-notch! The staff was very professional, very friendly and helpful (gave us a lot of extra information, as we had plenty of questions), the room was very large, very clean, with a beautiful balcony, it had very comfortable beds, a superb bathroom (loved the shower)! The hotel also has a huge private garden, with a beautiful lawn, lots of flowers, places to relax... it even had peacocks! The private parking was included and it was VERY nice, with lots of shade for the cars. Another thing that was great for us: the hotel had a private charger for electric vehicles, and we could charge our EV overnight with no extra costs! And finally: the breakfast was excellent too! Among others: best coffee machine with lots of extra options, great juice dispenser, lots of fruit and plenty sweets for dessert. We just loved this hotel!!!

It is truly a lovely hotel! If you are looking for a quiet and tranquil place to stay, book here. We stayed two nights at this hotel. Arrived at around 6 pm after a long day driving and the check in was fast, lots of parking right in front of the hotel and the room was spacious and very clean. We managed to get a bit of time in at the pool. Don’t expect much, it is like your backyard pool at home size but in a lovely setting. Surrounded by trees and open grassy areas. The hotel itself offers food until 7 pm, after that you have the option to walk over to Odino’s which is like 3 minutes walk, at the entrance of the property. It is a nice seafood mainly restaurant. Other options are a 3 minute drive away, we had dinner at a Pizzeria and it was awesome to experience a busy local Italian restaurant vibe. We took the train into Venice the next day. The train station is 5 minutes drive and there is free parking. Train ride cost is 16 Euros for two of us round trip. 25 minutes to get to Venice! I highly recommend doing this. Breakfast at the hotel is great! Excellent selection and very attentive staff. Very elegant décor throughout the hotel and love that there are peacocks everywhere! Great value for the price we paid. I would love to return and highly recommend to others.

Since the arrival, everything and everyone was very nice and helpful! Our room was spacious and cozy. The bathtub was used every day after all the walking around Venice. The breakfast is well served and they have the best coffee ever. The shuttle service was very helpful and the staff took us to the train station anytime we wanted. Overall our experience was wonderful, thanks to the staff for treating us so nicely and being so helpful.

We were just passing thru and wanted a 1 night stay - found this fantastic property just off the freeway. Secure underground parking. Welcoming & friendly staff - not to mention one of the absolute best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. This Corporate / Business hotel features very large, clean, comfortable rooms. Very quiet at night with very large and comfortable beds. The A/C worked perfectly. A suprisingly excellent stay and a great value for the price. We will definitelyreturn!

The location was good and our suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good as was the Italian coffees they were happy to make for us. Dinner in the restaurant was also good. The parking was easy and was underground with direct lift access into the hotel. The bowl of candy at reception was a big hit with our two young children.

Comfortable and quiet room, perfectly clean, good airco. Friendly and professional receptionists. In reality the room looks better than in the pictures.

The staff were very friendly and professional, it felt they went out of their way to help (we had some questions about transport etc). We didn't have any complaints so I don't know how they would've dealt with it. We didn't eat in the restaurant etc so don't know about those. The only shame was that the hotel didn't have an outside swimming pool as the sun was beautiful outside and it would've been lovely to go for a bit of water fun before leaving. For the purpose (a quick stop over) this hotel was perfect. Would def stay there again and even for longer, and recommend it. Great quality, with a touch of Italian class and friendliness. Very nice Best Western! Our flight arrived late to Treviso airport and our car rental agency was closed, so we had to find a hotel for the night. This was close and had good ratings. I was surprised to find such a nice hotel as a Best Western. (In the US, Best Westerns are not that good.) But this was very nice and more luxurious than I expected. It appears to host a lot of business travelers, and there was a conference going on in the morning. Everything was clean and the beds super comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. We had a late dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good.

Nice hotel near the airport, in a pleasant and quiet location, several restaurants nearby. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed. Free public parking in front of the hotel and garage and private hotel garage for a fee. I recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff. Beautiful view! Large, lush property, lots of terraces and seating options. The delicious breakfast buffet was one of a kind. The rooms are cozy and a great fusion of vintage charisma and modern elements. We came in off season and it was very quiet (however I see the place is set up to host many more guests). I would love to come back and absolutely recommend that place.

The location was excellent. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 12 minute walk to the city centre (amphitheatre). The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. We were provided with a clean room, bedding, and towels each day. The water pressure was very good, with large bathrooms and hot water. Electric heating was comfy, and the towel heater in the bathroom was great. Breakfast was pretty good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and Italian meat and cheese plates. Also, fruit and crosaint/toast/pastry. Juice bar and machine coffee with multiple (10+) coffee types. You can also kindly ask the barista for a capuchino. You can also purchase an omelette or speciality breakfast. The elevators (2) were new, working, and quick, although it was during the off-peak time of the year (Dec 20-24).

The location is perfect, 10 minutes from the train station one way and 10 minutes from the centre of Verona the other way. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and spacious with a really comfortable bed and a waterfall shower. Good choice and breakfast and the food was tasty. Quiet with little road noise or noise from outside the room. Luggage storage option if you arrive early or have a later flight back home. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

I likes that i was made to feel welcome and as it was the first time travelling alone I felt safe in my hotel room and the surrounding area. The staff at the front was very helpful by giving me a map and showing me places to visit and eat . My breakfast was amazing and the ladies looking after this section was wonderful . I sat in the bar to have drinks and read my book and the bar men were helpful. The general manager took the time to introduce himself and we chatted and laugh about things. Amazing.

The junior suite has an amazing lake view, comfortable bed (best of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy), large spa tub, and is very spacious. The property is beautiful and well maintained and truly takes you out of the city. There’s an awesome terrace on the roof with a comfortable hot tub. The breakfast buffet is also very expansive and there were some great dinner options too. The restaurant also overlooks the lake. My only recommendation for those considering to stay here are ensuring you have reliable transportation (e.g, renting a car). With the hotel’s somewhat remote location, it would not be reasonable to walk there from the nearest bus stop with luggage and there is not an abundance of taxis. The taxis available cost 20 euros each way. We walked from the hotel to the town two days and found the downhill hikes a bit challenging (40 minutes) due to how steep the hills are.

All of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and completely at your disposal. We loved them all. Incredible choice at breakfast, with gluten free options available for all meals. Rooms were lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Shower was fab! Views were amazing! I can still see them now. Wonderful base to visit the beautiful towns and villages on the lake. We would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful location with a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning, stunning views, everything very clean. The staff were all so kind and helpful – the brother and sister working as waiters and the barman were always smiling and welcoming. Delicious food as well! At the end of our stay we received a lovely surprise from the hosts – a beautiful calendar for next year with stunning photos of Malcesine and Lake Garda. Truly a wonderful gesture! We highly recommend visiting this place.

The breakfast was amazing - everyday they changed the finger food options, freshly made eggs in various kinds, the breakfast spot was a long table where everyone gathered, so it was easy to talk to other hotel guests. Our room had that amazing XXXXL shower with a view onto the lake. The balcony was directed to the lake and even though there were people on the streets and near the lake, the balcony was our favorite spot as you could easily relax. The location was just perfect - right at the lake, quiet, 10 minutes from the crowded downtown of Bardolino. We were extremely happy with our choice of staying in this modern and fancy hotel and would come back any time!

An excellent hotel situated just 25 metres from the water’s edge & an easy 10 minute stroll along the boardwalk to the ferry pier & the centre of Bardolino. Rooms at the front of the hotel have a full-on lake view. It is an ideal starting point for a pleasant 30 minute lakeside walk – either north to Garda, or South to Lazise via Cisano. Bicycles are also available. The hotel was quiet, clean & tidy, with some distinctly modern features. Free wi-fi, free water bottles, & free coffee making facilities are available. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful, with eggs cooked to order, coffee on tap, & lots of delightful home-made delicacies. Staff spoke Italian, German, & English. They were very welcoming, helpful & friendly, regarding guests as part of the family. Our enjoyment of the lovely Lake Garda was enhanced by our stay at MaisonMe. We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend it to you.

The location is truly one of the best in Bardolino, offering a stunning view directly over the lake. The hotel is small and cozy, with thoughtful details that create a special and inviting atmosphere. Everything is impeccably clean, and the interior design is both stylish and unique. On top of that, the staff is not only friendly but also exceptionally professional and welcoming. Breakfast is simple yet elegant, perfectly balanced and never overwhelming. Maisonme is a fabulous boutique hotel, clean, modern and perfectly located with amazing panoramic views over the lake and a short 5 minute walk to the town where you'll find an abundance of restaurants, bars, gelateries and shops. The staff were all wonderful, cheery and helpful, the breakfasts were a work of art and delicious nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning in the future and will also recommend to family and friends.

We had a room with a balcony facing the lake. The ambiance was stylish and the room was quiet, the beds very comfy and the balcony was great to enjoy a beautiful sunset. We also liked the walking distance to the town center along the lake. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the different fruit selection, the small bites (smoked salmon, skewers of prosciutto, grapes and mozzarella). Staff prepared hot drinks and scrambled eggs for us. The receptionist was very kind (and patient) in letting me practice my Italian.

The Hotel Aries is in an industrial park without outside venues to eat. Monday through Thursday they provide a very nice buffet (15.00€ per person) with two pastas, a meat, a nice salad bar, water and wine (both red and white) on tap, and fresh fruit for dessert. The weekend choice (Friday through Sunday) is limited to Anata - an Asian fusion restaurt, which is popular, pricey and not stellar. The rooms are spacious, but lack any drawers or space of larger suitcases. The bathroom is clean, but tight with a nice shower, toilette, sink and bidet. Because of the small bathroom, the bathroom door must be closed in order to get into the shower. Staff is very good about making sure that amenities are restocked each day (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.) Clean, fresh towels are plentiful and replaced daily. Beds don't have box springs, which can make them noisy. Internet access can range from very good to extremely spotty - making it necessary to check connections every few minutes. TV is mostly Italian with only one English channel - CNN. Most visitors are Italian workers or tourists in big buses. Very few options if you don't have a car - no public transportation nearby. The staff is pleasant. They speak excellent English.

We loved that they were able to accomodate us by putting our children's room right next to ours (connecting rooms would have been even more amazing). Everyone was so nice and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plenty of variety available. The facilities and our room were very clean and the water pressure in the showers was heavenly. We also appreciated being able to ventilate our rooms with safe open windows on days with lovely weather. Overall a truly great experience, and excellent central location to visit all the stops on our weekend get-away!!

I stayed at Hotel Carpenada recently and was genuinely impressed. The villa is stunning — full of history, beautifully maintained, and set in a peaceful location just a few minutes from Belluno. My room was spacious, clean, and full of character, with wooden beams and views of the mountains. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was fresh and generous, and the restaurant in the evening was a real highlight — excellent local dishes, beautifully presented. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed. Quiet, elegant, and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Belluno area.

In its heyday this must have been a wonderful hotel to stay at and it’s still really good although a little tired. My room was large, clean, and had everything I needed plus a great view. There’s an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Sundays so I wasn’t able to sample that. However, the bar food that was available was fine. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely with a good choice and fresh coffee brought to your table. All the staff were very helpful and made me feel welcome.

Upmarket hotel, all wood and polished marble. Staff were very helpful. Great location with mountain views and a large lawn terrace. My single bed was a king single, very comfortable. Huge bathroom, very clean. I had an excellent meal in the hotel dining room. Breakfast was very comprehensive too. Attentive service by waiters for both meals. The wifi was good enough to watch live TV. It’s the best place I have ever stayed. I wish I could rate it undici.

Restaurant staff were amazing! Firendly and helpfull on whatever we needed their assistance for - unlike the reception staff. The hotel is amazing, the rooms are classic and in style. Restaurant is perfect for the money spent. Very friendly and helpful staff in restaurant - they even solved our language problems with other local businesses.

The location is great, just outside the city with a great view. Free parking. Beautiful historical building, furnished with taste and style, yet equipped with all modern amenities. Very quiet and dark at night for great sleep! Clean room and common areas. Very spacious bedroom and bath. Incredibly friendly staff, always available, smiling and with useful suggestions about itineraries. Scrumptious breakfast with everything you can wish for, both warm/salty and cold/ sweet options.

this property is a modernised belle epoque “Grand” hotel right in the middle of Abano Terme but because it is in the pedestrian zone it is very quiet. aWe stayed in a junior suite which is really a very large room with comfortable bed , armchairs etc and a good bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle . We had a balcony with table and chairs overlooking a pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with good cooked options and the usual buffet . There is outdoor space for breakfast which is pleasant too. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service . There is a half board option available which we had not taken but it does seem possible to est there each evening without being bored .We also used the spa for mud and massage treatments and these were really excellent too. All the hotel pools are filled with thermal spa water and they are set in plesanalty manicured grounds. We were there for a long weekend and didn’t feel much need to leave the hotel but when we did we were very conveniently located for the town centre .Shops there are surprisingly nice for a small town. All in all we would recommend this hotel and town.

We stayed here to be near our children on a concert tour. It proved a good base to visit Venice, Verona, Padua and Lake Garda by car. The staff were very attentive and helpful, with the exception of trying to check out, at which point there were about 6 staff who kept passing us on to someone else. The evening meal we had on the first night was very good, with a set price menu of 4 courses. There were also breads, salads and fruits as a buffet, all of which were fresh. There is a pleasant pedestrianised area with lots of high end shops and some eating places. The hotel was generally clean except for our room on one night of four. The breakfast was a decent continental affair, though would have been better with more cooked items. There are numerous pools and lots of spa facilities, but we did not have a chance to try these. The pools did look very enticing, however, and were set in pleasant gardens.

This was our second stay at this hotel. This hotel is a classic Italian charm. The staff is incredible helpful and polite. Our room(junior suite) was perfect in size, always cleaned, staked with fresh towels, including towels for the pool. Breakfast served in the restaurant , variety of hot/cold choices you can order. Pools are clean , with the thermal water that satisfies your preference for the day from cold to hot. Treatments are very good! Nighttime live music , is a lovely touch to complete your day of a whole relaxation. Looking forward to visit this hotel again and again.

Personal was excellent. Well-trained (respect to the manager), friendly, attentive, and polite. Everything is next to perfect. Two friendly suggestions. Wifi needs to be improved. It is below the world standard. Breakfast promised pickled fish (salmon) in meny but it was absent. Generally, I will return next year!!!

We love this hotel - stayed in it two years in a row. Hotel consists a historical Belle Epoque building and 2 more modern buildings. Rooms are spacious and well equipped (of course different price categories), reach breakfast buffet.Ffull board meal offer is the great value, staff is very professional and pleasant. Another advantage is the mud-therapy (Respect to Marjan and Tatyana). Thermal pools with the different temperature (warm and a bit chill) are inside and outside. Great experience and we will return next time!

Stayed three nights at the Chalet/Albergo Lago Antorno. Was kindly upgraded by the owner Mario to a junior suite' on the recently renovated second floor. Four rooms have had an incredible 'make over' on the second floor and you feel as if you are stepping into a luxury Swiss or Scandinavian hotel room. Simple but luxurious. Walk in shower stall with two distinct shower functions 'rain shower' or 'waterfall'. The hotel is very relaxed. Had dinner one night which was good but not outstanding. About par for the course in relation to the cuisine found in many of the more upmarket restaurants in this, the better value end of the Trentino Dolomites. Wonderful snow covered walking paths outside the door of the hotel. Transport on 'half tracks' to the nearby Malga Rin Bianco mountain hut restaurant. Or snow mobile rides to the base of the Tre Cimme. This is my first time staying here but I will be back later this spring and again, hopefully in the summer. The hotel closes at the end of March and reopens in June.

Breathtaking view from the window of the lake surrounded by mountains. The balcony has a comfortable chair and a rocking lounger with soft cushions — perfect for enjoying the scenery. Very comfortable mattress, pillows, and soft blanket. We slept really well. Breakfast is self-service and includes fresh orange juice. The hotel’s interior is beautifully designed. It’s located close to Tre Cime — about 6 km away; if you're in good shape, you can hike there, or take a bus. On the way back from trekking, many people stop at the hotel restaurant for a snack — we had the tiramisu, and it was excellent. Convenient parking next to the hotel, no reservation needed. Around 6–7 AM, other tourists start arriving and park across from the hotel, where there’s a sign indicating parking from 08:00 to 20:00. Based on previous reviews, people used to park randomly in the "field," but now there are concrete blocks and everything is more organized.

We choose the room with view to the lake, and it was perfect size and feature. We have well equipped balkon with view to the lake. The ambience of the room was amazing and great because of the lake, forest view. The room temperature is perfect in the freezing weather. The shower was spacious, and the water temperature and pressure were good.

Misurina is a very small town. Basically this inn is a restaurant with a few rooms above. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant shuts down at 830PM so it gets very quiet. We ate dinner their, not a lot of options on the menu but it was fine and reasonable. The breakfast included with the room rate was basic pastries, cold cuts and breads. Conveniently located a few miles from Tre Cime di Lavaredo entrance, our destination the next morning

Fantastic stay at Palazzo Stern. Terrace directly on the Grand Canal. Immediately adjacent to a water taxi stop with their own water drop off for quick transfer from airport. We shipped several bags from the the US in advance and they kindly stored luggage free of charge for several days prior to our arrival. If you book directly through the hotel breakfast is included. Fantastic a la carte breakfast menu (not a buffet) with very attentive staff. Pancakes, eggs, french toast, coffee etc. Very kid friendly. We were a family of four and stayed in the family suite front of the hotel with view overlooking the Grand Canal. It is very difficult to find family rooms to accommodate 4 or more persons in European hotels so this suite was perfect. Front desk concierges Sabina and Giulia answered multiple e-mails in advance and arranged arrival transfer from airport to hotel and hotel to train station upon our departure. These seamless transfers are crucial when traveling with children and the front staff took care of everything. Room service was flawless with room clean up daily without fail and turn down service nightly. Other boutique hotels frequently omit a daily room clean now and again. Not Palazzo Stern. Every day without fail the room was tidied and straightened. Requests to the front desk were taken care of immediately. Within minutes. Just a wonderful hotel and staff. If your travels take you to Venice especially as a family I recommend the Palazzo Stern without reservation.

Always dreamed of staying in Italian splendor in Venice, and the Palazzo Stern made my wishes come true. It is so beautiful and far away from the tourist trap area. There is a water taxi drop off right at the door and a much cheaper water bus stop just steps away. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The cleaning and restaurant staff were exceptional and always had a friendly greeting and great service. Since we booked so late, we were separated from the rest of the family who stayed in the touristy area. Lucky for us. No music keeping us up at night. We had complimentary breakfast on the terrace on the canal. The food and view were exceptional. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A hotel full of history, character and charm. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. Very comfy bed. The staff are brilliant. From the ladies who did our room to reception and bar staff...amazing. Sitting on the outdoor front terrace for breakfast or evening drinks overlooling the Grand Canal was incredible. 30 yds from a water bus stop. Great location and wonderful hotel. Thank you to the amazing people who made our 3 night stay so memorable.

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The views amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is perfect. We loved having a cappuccino on the patio and watching the boats go by on the grand canal. I will stay at this hotel if I ever get to visit Venice again.

Service from the hotel staff from when we arrived to departure was outstanding. Svalka on reception was both incredibly patient and helpful being it was our first time in Lake Garda. Facilities are excellent and always staff cleaning and ever so polite, nothing was ever too much trouble.for them when asked. The room was amazing and views to die for overlooking Garda and the lake, we had upgraded to lake view rooms and they were always well cleaned every day with fresh towels if needed and complimentary robes and slippers which we loved using. Food was of a good standard, the breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The bar menu was nice and evening meals had plenty of choice and were well cooked. Do take the speed ferry over to Sirmione, it's a beautiful place and boat trips around the locals hotspots are offered there too. Overall, we came for a relaxing weekend to unwind, the hotel was superb, a fantastic location, good food and we got exactly that. Garda is a spot on location with bars, restaurants and nice shops to stroll around and access to other parts of the lake are easily accessible. We loved it !

Everything was perfect! Quiet & peaceful. Breathtaking views. The architecture, decor and decor was beautiful! Very clean. Delicious breakfast. The pool were super nice and relaxing. On the top of that, the staff does every thing to make your experience even more wonderfull - everyone is incridibily nice, helpful and very professional!

Everything was spectacular. The staff was kind and polite. Food was perfect. Environment was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room was big, clean, comfortable, renovated. We got a breath taking view. The place was very calm, no loud noises, perfect for relaxing. Over all, perfect hotel. Definitely recommend. Will come back.

The location is superb, sitting above Garda with a lovely view across the Valley to the Lake. The Hotel and facilities are very well designed and laid out, making for a relaxed, peaceful vacation. The food and Catering are of a very high standard. The suite was spacious and well appointed.....and finally a special mention to The Staff! The Staff were exceptional in every respect. Informative, polite, helpful, friendly, engaging, smiling....nothing was too much trouble! It was our Wedding Anniversary and we were really looked after and everyone went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning! Special mention should go to Veronica and the staff at Reception. They were beyond helpful in sending emails to 'Autostrada' to help us with a dispute, and were instrumental in getting us a Eur60 refund! The Family Tonini should be proud of their Staff and the Culture they have created. It was the kind of service you would always expect on a Holiday, but very rarely get. Thank you.

The hotel, views and staff are amazing! The breakfast was incredible, a lot of choice and very fresh! The location was a simple 12 eur taxi to Garda but the restaurants in the local village were better quality food than Garda itself! The hotel was a 5 minute walk from one of the championship golf courses which was a brilliant course to play. The staff in the hotel were also incredibly welcoming, all round an excellent hotel in a special location!

The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a good mattress, big shower, and a mini fridge. The staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Fridda at reception, who kindly checked us in early when we arrived ahead of schedule from the airport – it really made our day! The breakfast exceeded expectations – even my picky nieces found plenty to enjoy. The buffet had everything: fresh homemade produce, cold meats, cakes, fruit, and more. A perfect start to the day. The hotel is in a great location: just a 10-minute walk to the bus stop that connects you directly to Venice and nearby areas. A very convenient option if you want to explore Venice while avoiding the heavy crowds. You’re also close to a lively neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafés, and a shopping centre – ideal for dinner or grabbing snacks. Extra bonus: you can buy your transport tickets for buses and ferries to Venice right at the hotel. Highly recommend for the location, comfort, and outstanding service.

I had an exceptional stay at Al Vivit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the bus, tram and airport bus stations. The hotel is located in a central area with terraces and made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Overall, my experience at Al Vivit was nothing short of perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

I thought I had booked bed & breakfast but turns out it was only bed so, therefore, cannot comment on the breakfast. We were told it would be €12 each per day if we wanted breakfast but we just went to a nearby cafe. The room, on the very top floor, was so lovely. Large comfortable double bed and overall a very clean and tidy room. There was a safe and a small mini fridge. The bathroom was modern with a shower. The only minor downside was because it was an attic room, the roof was sloped so you’d be slightly hunched to get to the toilet. It was a quiet ish room with only the morning bells to be heard which was not in the least off-putting, quite a nice touch in fact. Staff were polite and helpful. Lift was painfully slow but stairs available if in a hurry.

Hotel Al Vivit is placed in a lovely convenient location. All reception staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Considering we were in a room above the main entrance the noise level was minimal and we were not disrupted at all of an evening or morning. The hotel is placed within easy reach of bus stops with easy access to Venice. Breakfast offered plenty of fresh choices. Would definitely recommend as a nice peaceful place to stay after a busy day in beautiful Venice.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre of Mestre, close to the bus and tram station. There is a bar right next to the hotel. It takes around 30 mins to get to Venice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is exceptionally good by Italian standards. The staff in the breafast room are very attentive. When a dish runs out, it is immediately replenished. Rooms are modern, comfy and clean. The mattresses could be a bit softer, though. Walking distance to the car park is around 5 mins.

The setting and history behind the hotel is amazing. The lady at reception (sorry can't remember her name) was so friendly and helpful and gave some great tips on getting around Venice. Her love for the city was very evident and she is a great ambassador for both the hotel and for Venice. Rooms were lovely and quaint, our room opened out onto a small terrace with a table and two chairs. Bathroom was perfect, everything was spotless. The breakfast was served in a lovely room that overlooked the square and the foot was typical continental, self service with coffee, heat etc. Good selection. Very quiet, peaceful and calm feel to the hotel. Would return in a heartbeat!

This is the perfect accommodation to experience Venice. It is located in a small square with a wonderful view. This hotel has very fine rooms and breakfast, it is worth mentioning that his bathroom area is very large, and equipped with high quality personal toiletries. The lobby area of this hotel is full of drama and mystery. Love the dining space for breakfast, which offers a variety of local specialties and you can dine in the sun. One of the surprises of our trip was the hotel's open restaurant, which served delicious Italian cuisine, lobster pasta, and wild fruits from Tuscany, making it one of the most delicious meals we had in Venice. If you are only 15 minutes away on foot from the train station, it is very convenient to visit the famous sights and seaside scenery, as well as the art gallery, the Venetian Theatre, and most of the sights are within walking distance. I am very happy to share such a romantic trip to Venice with my friends.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very easy to find and a short walk from Piazzale Roma bus station. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was immaculate, rain shower was really nice and the water temp easily adjustable to my preference. Bed was comfortable and the room temp was just perfect. The staff were friendly and super helpful. They offered to store our luggage when we checked in early, so we can explore the neighborhood and get something to eat. Also took care of printing our tickets we need for our next destination. Beautiful property with many restaurants. And even though it’s a lively neighborhood, we did not hear any noise in the room; we slept really well. Location was perfect, almost all major tourist spots are within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

This place was in a perfect spot near restaurants and gelato. We were able to walk from the train station to this location and it was safe doing so since we got in when it was dark. Using GPS was perfect and only a 15-20min walk. Checking in was easy but the staff leaves at 10 so you have to make sure you have everything you need before they leave. I wasn't very happy with our room being right next to the lobby desk, literally! The bathroom was across the lobby desk. Having to use the bathroom while people are coming in and out of the lobby was a bit uncomfortable and a bit inconvenient. The room doesn't look like it did on the Expedia website so just be aware. The breakfast wasn't great. The first morning, the breakfast wasn't fresh and it was very basic. Just a few pastries and coffee and some fruit. I did like that we were able to walk almost everywhere without any issues.
