Super nice staff, nice hearty food for all meals. Clean, with nice views. We were lazy and did not explore around, just enjoyed the hotel. Happy and will go back :-)

The owner and staff are nice and friendly people, verry helpfull

The chalet is a dream, great place to disconnect y re connect with nature. They have few ponies and small donkeys roaming around which was the highlight for me. You can make small hikes to the river or small stream close by

The property is very clean with beautiful landscape. It’s very tranquil and zen for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and bathroom is modern. We did experience a lot of ants in the bathroom area. However, overall our experience was great. The staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was included in our booking and was delicious and plentiful. The hotel has an onsite restaurant which the food and prices were fantastic! I highly recommend Lombok for any future stays. I would definitely return!

The hotel was wonderful! A beautiful big traditional house in the middle of the mountain and a coffee plantation! The hotel had everything we needed, a pool, nice landscape, food, games... Al the employes were also really friendly

All the rooms are really colorful and clean. The environment fresh and natural.

Short walking tour of the finca and animals included, patio area with candles and music in the evening. Nice pool but the water was too cold for us. Nice breakfast included. Very nice gardens and flowers. Small game room for kids was fun.

The food was delicious and at a reasonable price. The staff were incredibly accommodating. They were happy to go the extra mile to help us.

The customer service by the host was one of the best I have ever encountered! He did his utmost to help in any way. The views from the room towards the mountains were simply spectacular. Beautiful old building, great location right at the main square, generous breakfast and helpful staff.

I really liked the location. The pubs around the hotel were friendly and exciting (some people were watching soccer matchs). The ambient was interesting, similar to a museum, there were a lot of things to see and ask liked the sewweing machines, the paintings, etc.

Good location,freindly staff,hammocks.Building has a lot of character.
