A very quiet hotel in a peaceful setting. It had a good breakfast with a variety of options. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had a number of interesting channels. And while it is located a bit further out, you can easily get to the city center and major sights in about 30 minutes.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view from the window. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return!"

First of all I am extremely grateful for the room upgrade! The room we got was INSANE. I fell in love with how much space we got as well as a little welcome gift! It was very very kind of the hotel! Everything was as amazing as I remember, cozy rooms, carpeted floors and stunning view through every window! Wifi works very well! The door locks worked perfectly now, that's amazing! The AC was so helpful on early morning wakings (I was very cold, but when adjusted the AC and the room warmed up!) There was some music to be heard, but it was the weekend and that is to be expected. I did not feel interrupted at all and slept very well regardless! Decorative pillows are a very nice addition as well! Staff is very helpful (Very grateful for the iron! Thank You again!) Truly my favorite hotel and I will be coming back, as usual!😊

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel looks nice and stylish. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Maybe at some points needs a bit of light refurbishment, but other than that everything was great. Also breakfast was included which was superb! Everything fresh, tasty and a lot of food variety to choose from. Overall very happy with the experience.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were brilliant- always helpful and accommodating. They found us a kettle (it's more of a coffee than tea country!) and gave us fresh milk whenever we asked so we could make a proper brew in our room (we took our own tea bags). Breakfast was lovely - large selection. We tried the 'breakfast sausage' - turned out to be hot dogs which was a suprise! Pastries were amazing - we think they come from the bakery next door. Location is great - right in the centre of the old town, but not right next to louder cafes and bars. The building itself has a lot of character - not a modern, glass and steel place. So expect low ceilings, dark wood and old furniture. Room was large, clean and bed was comfy.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the enchanting streets of Vilnius, or simply relaxing with a book and savoring Lithuanian cuisine at the cozy Stikliai Tavern or their Michelin-starred restaurant. We travel often, but this hidden gem stands out as one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Perfect location, central and walkable to sights and restaurants. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room, beautiful spacious, comfortable, quite warm, probably didn't work airconditioning correctly! mattress maybe time to be replaced! Breakfast, delicious, wonderful variety, superb service and setting. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, would return.

Perfect location. The personnel were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome, and they were so kind as to upgrade my room to a better category during check-in. The decor might seem like an overkill in photos but is absolutely lovely and super cozy in reality. The room service was attentive but not intrusive. The breakfasts were delicious (especially eggs benedict), though I would definitely recommend a la carte over buffet. The Tavern is directly adjacent to the hotel and offers tasty meals at quite reasonable prices. Great wi-fi connection. Couldn't visit the main restaurant or the SPA, but I'm sure they are likewise great. And the overall impression would probably be even better during a warmer season, with the inner garden still green.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully refurbished, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that looks like a sauna (with the wooden). The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, all of them from the porter to the reception to the breakfast. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff helping at the breakfast were very lovely and attentive. I really loved the brand selected for the bathroom amenities. In terms of pricing, I found the hotel very affordable for the level of service and facilities they offer. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and if I am lucky enough to go back to Vilnius, I will not look elsewhere.

The Narutis Hotel was truly a gem of a hotel. It was the favorite of our hotels throughout our 2 week trip. We absolutely loved our stay. It was luxurious, fancy, quaint, and special. My father wants to revisit Lithuania again just to stay at that hotel. We selected the Family Room option with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. My parents had a standard room with a queen bed. The rate included free breakfast, free WiFi, and free parking. My parents’ room no. 224 had a wood ceiling and a adorable little cubby area with a small table and two chairs with a gorgeous drape behind it. Our room no. 313 had two large windows facing the Vilnius University with a couch. Both rooms were decorated beautifully. They were so fancy and lovely. Our room had a chandelier. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and grand. Everything was immaculate. It was spectacular. The hotel provided a pack n play for our baby, which made traveling with a baby a breeze. My parents enjoyed dinner at the hotel. They said it was their favorite meal of the trip. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the special cellar room. It was unique and fun. My son loved just being downstairs in the cellar. The Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the Palace of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania, 5 minutes from the Cathedral Square, 4 minutes from St. Anne's Church, 11 minute walk from the Bastion of Vilnius City Wall, and 15 minute walk to the Gates of Dawn. The location was perfect. We hope to return.

First of all, the location is amazing. We could walk everywhere very easily. Delicious food all around! The area is extremely clean and safe. Now for the best part - the staff. this hotel has the most incredible team working. Everyone was so kind, so helpful, I truly haven’t experienced service like this in a long time. I loved the breakfast every morning, very healthy and fresh food. The pool and sauna were clean and very fun after a long day of walking. Thank you Narutis - I will see you next year!

We had a very nice stay in hotel Narutis. The hotel is very central right on Pilies street with tons of restaurants and cafes available in walking distance. Location was very handy to watch the New Year's celebration, which took place only 5 mins from the hotel. On arrival we were told we were upgraded to the Suite (room 134) which was very nice and spacious. One thing to note is that this Suite has no view as it ovelooks the parking lot and the rubbish bins and was a bit claustrophobic. If you're after views and natural light, I would avoid this room. We asked if we can transfer to a room at the front, but this wasn't possible as the hotel was full. Pipework is also quite noisy, but that's understandable as it's an old building. SPA area was clean and not too busy, so we enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast is good, but gets really busy around 9:30, so you will struggle to find seating for more than 2 people.

Beautiful hotel. Very kind reception staff. Clean, comfortable and stylish space. Lovely, relaxing spa. Nice products. Beautifully clean rooms. The housekeeper was very sweet. The only thing we didn’t like was breakfast. We didn’t enjoy the food very much. It was basic and not tasty. The staff never came to ask if we wanted tea or coffee. We needed to really try to get their attention. They would walk off halfway through our order. They seemed almost cross that they had to make it for us.

My wife and I stayed in the Narutis (Superior Room) for two nights in June 2024. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. I was surprised how quiet it was, given the hotel’s great location in the old town (the city was very crowded when we were there). The complimentary breakfast was very good, and we also appreciated the free parking at the back of the hotel. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we would strongly recommend this beautiful hotel in the center of Vilnius.

Stayed with a group to visit Vingis parkrun which is about 2 miles away. Hotel is in a good location, walkable to old town & castle. Rooms were clean & comfortable, powerful shower & a proper hairdryer (nothing worse than trying to dry long hair with a travel hairdryer!) Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice & bonus finished at 11 so plenty of time to get back from parkrun :)

The bed in the room was really comfy - hard and straight. We loved it. And the size of the room itself was perfect for two of us and our luggage. Breakfast was perfect for us as well. Holiday inn never upsets.

Ideal spot to stay with an easy walk into the main center and the lovely Vingis Park. Very welcoming staff and very comfortable room. If you need a snack the Cheese Croquet's from the bar are amazing.

く Location. The location of the hotel is great! It's off the main high street by only 3 mins walk. Which helps with noise. It is next to a three lane road which can get busy but the double glazing stops the noise. It's great for getting picked up with Taxi etc. if you hire a care there is a car park 1 min walk away. I noticed it was $1.60 per hour but didn't get the 24 hour price. CLEANLINESS. Absolutely spotless! The reception, lifts, hallways, rooms were all immaculate clean. BREAKFAST is avail there I did not have the breakfast but it looked well presented and fresh. I only had coffee so I can't comment. BEDROOM very comfortable bed, big flat screen TV, I had room with bath tub. Amenities (shower gel etc) were basic, I went to a store and bought better. Housekeeping clean and make the beds and tidy bathroom perfectly! Kettle and mini bar with average priced products inside. Safe is avail in wardrobe. I did not see the bar area open at all in 5 days for a coffee or a beer at any time. It was only avail/open for breakfast. But the shops are only 3 mins walk away. The Reception area on arrival is really pretty and the staff friendly and helpful - especially Gabriel who helped us with dinner reservation, local info etc. We had room 315 for 2 nights - it was a good size, spotlessly clean, quiet - had a comfy bed, lovely shower and good suplies ie tea, coffee, toiletries etc. There is a fridge in the room with a chargeable mini bar. The location is excellent - easily accessible from the airport by bus and within walking distance to local attractions ie the Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Old Town etc. Breakfast was an additional €15 pppn which we didn't include - there are plenty of coffee shops etc nearby which we used instead. Would recommend.

We stayed in a junior suite which gave us a larger room with lots of space for the two of us. We paid extra for this and to get a balcony with a river view. We certainly got this but with a very high step up to get onto the balcony and no furniture on it so we were unable to sit outside to admire the river view - very disappointing. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was quite good with excellent service.

I stay in this hotel when visit Vilnius since 2016. And now when I stayed here after renovation I recommend that place even more. Comfortable and functional room. Modern shower facilities. Unbeatable location: in the very center, but quite at the same time. Good breakfast. And last but not least: amazing people at the reception. I am sorry that I do not remember the name of that guy ( I remember only earings: in his ears)), but he was very helpful, imformative and friendly. Thank you for the perfect stay!

I stayed 5 nights in the Congress Hotel. It was very comfortable and everything worked well! Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, and I could control the room temperature. I had a balcony off my room which was great for taking photos of the beautiful sunsets, impending storm clouds, and fireworks! The hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to answer my questions. The restaurant served delicious breakfast buffets and included authentic Lithuanian foods on their dinner menu. The food was plated beautifully.

The rooms are spacious, quiet and has comfortable bed. The view was great and the lake and walks by it were very nice. The food at the restaurant is tasty, though more flexibility would be appreciated as some food was too dry and a souse would have helped to fix it but the kitchen refused to give it even when money was offered. The waiter was nice and said that she will pass it to the management, so let's hope the management will find a way to fix it and make it great. The saunas are great as they are properly heated.

I paid for the highest apartment in the guesthouse, i.e. the attic. There was a warning before I had booked, that the ceiling is slanted, so people higher then 180 cm might feel uncomfortable. I am 185 cm and ineed had to bend down a bit in the bathroom's shower. I did not find it particularly uncomfortable. The apartment had a huge verandah, cosy cauch, lots of light points to choose from, refrigerator, TV, working heating plus many cupboards and drawers. It was clean and comfy. Common kitchen on the 1st floor is very well equipped. I was using mainly Bolt or Uber to commute (Bolt works much better there) and paid on average 5 to 8 € to get to various points in the City Centre or Old Town. Nearby I could find a nice grill restaurant (2 min walk). Walking distance from the city centre is about 15 min, more to Old Town. I did not try public transport. I am very happy: for the price I paid for 5 days, I would be able to spend a day and a half in a hotel in much-much smaller room and with less facilities. I recommend this place for both solo travellers and couples.

The location is conveniently close to the city centre, with excellent public transport connections, and there’s a large supermarket nearby. The host was kind and very helpful.

We enjoyed staying at House Marija. Our room was big, comfortable and quiet. The garden was beautiful and Marija was a very attentive host. The house is very close to supermarkets and bus stop. The walk to the city center takes about 20 minutes and goes along a small street with old picturesque tree houses.

It is an amazing apartment in a perfect location in the city. It is spacious, light, clean and has anything you might need during the stay. The photos represent the apartment very well and still when we arrived it exceeded our expectations. We were 5 persons, but there was enough space for all. All was clean, beds comfortable. And if you want to reach a city center and the best places - it is a walking distance. Also many places to eat just around the corner. All given instructions how to find an apartment, the keys and etc was very clear, when we had questions, the owner was friendly and helped immediately.

Very spacious room and clean. The room has nice style and with full furnitures with a big tv and a full equipped kitchen and very nice view to the woods. Nice to have the breakfast already in the room (the breakfast was made of: a fruit, a brownie, two sandwiches and coffee or tea).

Room was much bigger than I expected and looked quite fancy. The view through the window was a pine forest. Breakfast was a sandwich in the refrigerator and an apple. Did not try those as I had my own with me.

The room was superb, even luxurious! Easy parking. Placed at a mall with shops and sports amenities around. A very good value for money stay. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast.

Great location, in the downtown, all main attractions are close by. Very quiet inner yard, has a balcony, would be great in the wormer months. Nice little studio, clean, nice details, it felt very cozy. I will definitely stay again if needed.

It was a very comfortable, beautiful and clean apartment in the middle of the old town. The kitchen was well equipped and also the bathroom with the bathtub was quite nice. Our highlight was the indoorswing :)
