Typically I do not leave reviews. Location: directly across from the metro, capital One building, 15 min walk to Tyson Mall and Tyson II and so much more...15 min from DC literally right off 495. Lobby/restaurant: amazing, really made me feel like I stepped into a retreat that I could curl up sit by the fire and read a book an enjoy a glass of wine. Room/Hallway; nothing like the smell of a new and clean hotel. Carpet in the hallway on the second floor was spot free and clean. The King Room was very spacious and clean. Loved the wall paper. The bathroom spacious and clean. I'd give this place a 10 out of 10.

This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in! Quiet... So clean... The bed was amazing!! Cutest slippers, comfy robe and delish espresso in my room, along with locally made caramels and bottles of Fuji waters on my table! Very good restaurant and the most friendly folks working!! It will be my go to and the one I will recommend to others!!

We booked this hotel for 3 nights to attend a family event nearby. We loved the design, the cleanliness, location. Well designed small room. Bed, headboard and pillows were great. Bedside lamps easy to use and plenty of places to charge devices. Nespresso coffee maker made us feel like home. Small refrigerator was nice but we did not use it. Shower was easy to step into, with lots of space. Especially liked that the shower controls were easy to reach from the outside of the shower so that temperature of water could adjust before stepping in. Robe and slippers were nice touch that we did not use. Products were pleasantly scented. Very large framed full length mirror with outlet next to it. Light in closet went on when door was opened and off when door closed. Hooks for coats next to door, with umbrella if we needed it. Restaurant and bar were pleasant and spacious. Only valet parking, which got busy one night but was generally good. I will stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at the Archer Tysons Hotel after our evening at Wolf Traps. The drive is under 10 minutes to the hotel from the venue. I decided to stay at a 'new to me' hotel instead of the usual hotels (Marriott, Hyatt, etc) and I was not disappointed. This hotel had security at the front door and in the elevators. There is a valet parking and service was great. The decor has a modern ambiance with an industrial (high ceilings) flair. There is a bar and restaurant on one side of the lobby. We had breakfast the next morning of our stay and it was delicious. Our check out time was 11am which I appreciated the extra time to pack; we were not on a schedule. The room was very clean; great sheets; nice rain shower head and ample towels. I would stay here again.

My second time at the Archer and another 5 star experience. The suite was the perfect quiet sanctuary to get deep strategic planning for my business done. My husband met me for dinner in the restaurant and it was as delicious as the first time that I went with my sister. Love that they have Nespresso and the local art on the walls blend perfectly with the modern lighting and decor. Such a well appointed boutique hotel with a pleasant and genuine staff. From valet to check out each experience was professional.

The staff at this Hyatt Place is terrific. The hotel is clean, quiet and orderly. Rooms normal for the chain--very nice beds. Desk clerk friendly and available. But the breakfast offerings made our stay. In town for a family visit and have stayed at most of the usual places including this one over >20 years. The b'fast layout has always been fine here, but this trip was really a pleasure. The young woman in charge of it obviously cares. One of us has a dairy allergy and often has very few choices as there is milk in powdered scrambled eggs, (at some other chains) no non-dairy creamer or "milk" available, e.g. But here, this time, there were both almond and oat "milks" next to the cow's milk, simple oatmeal, cold cereals, good sausages, and a lovely array of cut fresh fruit, berries and hand fruit. So all of us could enjoy a big breakfast. Coffee was good too. Best choice in Blacksburg.

The Hyatt Place Blacksburg/University is always a great stay. The rooms are clean and nothing is broken. The breakfast is good and the area around the breakfast is clean. It's a very convenient location to restaurants and stores just steps away. The staff is professional and pleasant. We always stay here when we're in Blacksburg.

My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay very much. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast and dining area was clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh.

We stayed for 3 evenings. The Hyatt had an amazing breakfast bar with tons of fruit and many options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very close to VA Tech with lots of sidewalks and just a short walk to Main street. Quite a few restaurants in the area to choose for lunch and dinner and a CVS very near by.

I enjoyed the free happy hour and the breakfast. Nice decor, clean, modern, good customer service. Great Hotel! The pool and jacuzzi were great. I didn’t get a chance to check out the gym, but it looked nice from the outside. Parking and checkin was seamless.

It was a very nice experience. I really love the mingle and drink experience. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the employees were all nice and helping. Stay in the suite with the jacuzzi you won’t regret it.

My family and I decided to spend the night after a day of shopping out of town at Short Pump Town Center and the surrounding shops. I chose this hotel from the great reviews on line.The hotel is very clean with an up to date decor and has upgrades you would not see in other hotels for the same price point. There was a large indoor and outdoor pool, heated, with a very large jacuzzi that we enjoyed during our stay. There is an exercise room for your convenience. They have coffee, soda's and other beverages at designated times throughout the day with no added charge. Also complimentary popcorn later in the day too. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a very large variety of hot and cold foods, beverages and a large waffle maker. They also serve a complimentary dinner from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm with a limited choice of 2 entries, multiple sides, and drinks that we took advantage of that evening as we were tired from enjoying shopping that day. They also have a dinner menu for purchase with burgers, wraps, pizza etc. with extended dining times. We did purchase some deserts afterwards which were delicious! They also have a bar onsite for purchase and a complimentary limited choice of 3 alcoholic beverages per room per day during your stay if you so choose. What a value and savings if you choose to partake of all the complimentary food, beverages, snacks! The staff was very friendly, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was perfect, clean, nice bedding and lots of lighting and usb plug options. Coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator were a nice addition. In many hotels, there’s always something wrong in the bathroom. Not here, lots of towel hooks, extremely clean, modern walk in shower etc. The breakfast buffet was huge and hot items were hot and very good. Lots of cold selections too as well as both pancakes and waffles. The staff were very attentive to keeping it clean. We didn’t partake in the evening buffet offerings, but they looked good. And for free! I also liked the proximity to all Short Pump shops and restaurants. I’ll be back.

EVERYTHING! Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean Staff is so welcoming & friendly Great decor, room and bedding is wonderful. Amenities above anything I’ve had any where else. Free breakfast buffet, and dinner buffet including a drink card for free cocktails. The food was delicious and large variety. There is also a little shop with food items for sale. There is also a Bar & Kitchen restaurant. Didn’t go to the pool or gym, but they looked wonderful and clean. I have been to a lot of hotels and traveled a lot, this hotel is really impressive, felt like I was on a cruise! In my future travels I will always seek out a Durary Plaza !

We stayed at this Hampton for my daughter's orientation at VT. From check-in to the beautiful and extremely clean rooms, as well as a wonderful breakfast, this hotel was perfect! Even the next morning heading to breakfast we were asked by friendly staff if we needed our room cleaned or fresh towels. This was an extremely busy hotel, but the entire hotel was spotless. Also, the front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly every time we left and came back . Even the pool area was beautiful. It is also in a great location by many restaurants and stores in both Blacksburg and Christiansburg. Gorgeous area! I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to be back when visiting!

This is one of the most exceptional standard hotels I've stayed at. The location isn't close to the center of things, but it's just off a highway and convenient to quite a lot of good places to eat. The layout is convenient, and the room and everything in it, as well as the halls and the workout room are spotlessly clean. Bathroom amenities are great. The best two features: 1. It's *quiet!! 2. Staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating, clearly glad to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

This is a great place to stay in the Christiansburg/Blacksburg area. Room was immaculately clean, bed very comfortable, shower toiletries great, WiFi dependable and lots of outlets for electronics. And the place is *quiet*, despite being convenient to main arteries and places to eat from early morning till fairly late. Above all, staff is unusually helpful and friendly.

The property is convenient for our reasons for staying. It is convenient to restaurants and stores. What we didn't like: The coffee, even the dark roast was very weak even after bringing it to the staff's attention. I'm not big on pets staying in the hotels and I certainly I'm against pets being allowed into the breakfast and restaurant area's which we experienced. Breakfast food items were very limited and for $200 per night, we expect a hardy breakfast to start our day and continued travels.

Jason was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Lots of choices. The towels and washcloths were very soft. The bed was comfy. I like the color of the room very relaxing.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was lovely and warm, the elliptical machine in top condition. The dining room on the 4th floor had a great menu. The food was delicious. You could get draft beer, wine and food in the lobby and at the restaurant at reasonable prices. There were a number of nice, cosy common areas indoors and out with fireplaces, pillows, great art on the walls. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. They even had sourdough bread! It was clean and quiet and had everything one could want for a pleasant stay.

This hotel was excellent, the staff was amazing! Nice friendly kind and incredibly interesting and amazing conversationist (if that is even a word). So many people have lost the ability, interest, in having a conversation with people—everyone we encountered where fantastic! From the overnight guy—when we checked in at 1am, to the 2 staff we spoke to the next day. They where open, friendly and kind. They where genuinely interested in what we had to say…amazing! The hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic!! Our family is keto and the foods for us was abundant and delicious!! No powdered eggs or cheap sausage! Wish the rest of our trip was a fantastic as this hotel!!!!

All the facilities were well taken care of and clean, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff are exceptional. Breakfast was always pretty good and clean with plenty of food and selections. Sitting areas are all top notch with plenty of seating and spread out enough to always feel reasonably semi-private and relaxing with amazing amenities such as fire places and pits, fountains and beautiful lighting.

Beautiful hotel. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from the Desk/Reception Assistant. Everything looked clean and very well maintained. The room was equally clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was practically perfect. Best breakfast buffet I have ever seen.Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Everything was so clean and comfortable, the gym was super well equipped! I was so impressed by it , the pool is quite small but very comfortable , amazing rooms , they have hardwood floor so it’s super clean and the breakfast was so tasty and had good variety

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this property. We were greeted by Ayden at check in. He was exceptional!! Very friendly and informative. He made our stay extra special. Ayden had also texted later in the evening asking if we needed anything. The property itself was super clean and was better than my expectations. Our room was very clean, providing surplus of amenities, the bed and pillows gave us a great night sleep. The property was quiet, and restful. We were able to enjoy their indoor pool. It was heated, but not too hot. Once again, perfect!! Breakfast was excellent in the morning. There were so many options to choose from. Have stayed at this Hampton Inn 4 times visiting family. As a long-time Hilton Honors member and business traveler can say that this property is one of the best. Very clean and very welcoming. From the desk to the breakfast staff. And the free breakfast is well stocked with nice variety and also very clean. The staff offering to take dishes and checking on guests. Looks newly built but they say not so likely renovated. Suites are well appointed and regular rooms are relatively spacious especially the bathroom with long vanity. Well located to restaurants, Town Center and airport. As long as family is in the Reston area, this property will continue to be our first choice.

Very friendly staff who recognized hotel loyalty membership/status despite having booked through hotels.com. Room was large and clean. Appears to be recently renovated or new based on condition of the hotel/room. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Cold cereals and milk, fresh fruit (apples, oranges, bananas, and sliced cantaloupe, pineapple, and blueberries), premade egg white omelettes, bacon, and tater tots, breads/pastries, yogurt, make your own waffles, with coffee and juices.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk person was kind and efficient. The pool was warm and the area was clean. The bed was comfortable. I really like the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion in the bathroom. The room darkening shade was amazing. The breakfast options were better than your standard continental breakfast. It was quiet at night. Self checkout for snacks in the lobby was easy.

Nice modern hotel; extremely clean spacious rooms with nice layout. Great features in room included large flat screen TV, very comfortable bed with cozy bedding, tiled bathroom with spacious shower and all essentials toiletries available. Very quiet heating and cooling with thermostat control. The affordable priced room included a complimentary breakfast with a wide selection of choices. Although we did not use, amenities also include indoor heated pool and fitness room.

We chose two Q beds plus sofa bed, as grown son was joining us to clean up property in Monterey. Work stay. Room was comfortable, bath spacious enough and private inc vanity, toilet shower. Good water pressure. Fairly quiet, GREAT breakfast! We used computer center, one was broken. Set off freeway, hwy entrances, so good. Staff were ALL helpful, friendly!

Stopped here for the night during a long road trip. The hotel is very convenient off 81. I I booked on line about an hour before arriving. The lobby is very welcoming. Front desk was fantastic. He was friendly, alert and attentive which was great at 11pm. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast is very small but it was perfect for us to eat quickly and get back on the road. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive and the morning front desk staff was friendly as well. Great experience for a quick in and out.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room arrangement was optimal. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with appropriate toiletries, specifically, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. The shower was spacious and safe, with a non-slip floor and grab bar. The beds were very comfortable. The location was central to many activities. Breakfast was available for 3 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends, which I found extremely flexible.

Clean comfortable bed, strong shower water flow, room also smell fresh and clean. I like the shower room very much as it has several hooks which allows hanging both clean and dirty clothes during shower. The soap dispensers on the walls make the bathroom organized and spacious. The shelf above the sink is a plus where I can access my facial care products easily without getting them wet nor have to move then in and out of the bathroom.

We were in Christiansburg for the Virginia Tech football game. This hotel is just off the interstate, next to a Cracker Barrel. Easy 15 minute drive to the campus. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly, especially during breakfast when they were mingling with the guests and refreshing the breakfast bar. The food for breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, sausage, and various breads. They have automatic pancake machines, and the pancakes were delicious! The rooms are smaller, but we never felt cramped. Very Clean! We enjoyed our stay.

First time staying at a Tru by Hilton. We were trying to make it home to PA, but were too tired to continue. This gas stop became a hotel overnight stop and the Tru was nearby. Open rooms were found and our group of four got four rooms. Interesting decor made this an interesting, to me, hotel. Have not seen a pool table in a hotel lobby in a long time! Rooms were clean and comfortable, with fridge, but no microwave. Not a big deal to me for overnight, but maybe a concern to others. Breakfast was good with a number of choices including hot items. Coffee was available at all hours. The young lady named Trinity that checked us in was very friendly and cheerful, got us checked in quickly, and suggested the diner across the road for dinner. Good choice too. If all Tru by Hilton hotels are like this one, definitely on my short list for places to stay while away from home.

Different type of hotel setup. Family run place, show unique care of place for years with memorable history. Rooms so great with layouts, wallpapering great tastes. so very clean. Jacuzzi bathtubs so terrific to have in a hotel room. We have been coming here for years when we would be traveling bet. our places in CT & FL & then ME & FL. Brought our pets with so much great space for walking & exploring the property. Enjoyed the golf putting green. The breakfast buffets were something to look forward & enjoy! Food & people. I think we may miss tomorrow. Sun. ? breakfast- not doing? What happens to the local people coming after or before church?

The quiet surroundings were a refreshing change from typical highway hotels, and catching both sunrise & sunset from the property was an added bonus. Convenience & comfort all in one. Parking right at my door made coming and going a breeze, and the hotel’s location strikes the perfect balance—easy access with a remote feel. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape or a longer stay, this is the perfect home base. It’s clear this family pours their heart into every detail, making this hotel something truly special. I loved it so much—I’ve already booked my return!

Our check-in was very easy and welcomed by a nice receptionist. The area had welcoming lemonade and coffee. As soon as you walk into your room, there is a good vibe of warm welcoming homeyness that you do not see in chain hotels. This atmosphere helped us to relax well after a busy day. The room was very spacious and you can see a beautiful and open golden grass area (winter). The deck with 2 chairs might be enjoyed when it gets a bit warmer. Everything was clean and functional with a huge closet, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, a hairdryer, a desk and a chair, and some sitting area. The entire premise was clean, too. This is a pet-friendly hotel, and yet the room did not smell at all. This place is a winner. To us, this hotel was much better than some of the hotel chains we stayed at. A buffet-style breakfast is served which had quite a lot of people at the restaurant. We did not eat there because we just don't eat a large enough breakfast for the price, but it seems like it is popular. It has been a long while since I have seen details that scream "Warm welcome" and "Value guests" like this one. I will definitely come back and stay. Super happy traveler here!

Fantastic hotel. Modern and clean and comfortable. The glass art gallery of 2 floors is phenomenal. We had cocktails at the bar which were very creative and super friendly bartenders. Also had dinner at the restaurant which was fantastic. Interesting menu choices and really tasty. We will definitely return for dinner and a stay over. The menu was also gluten free friendly.

Positives: The room was clean and comfortable. The shower head/wand combo was nice. The attached gallery and miscellaneous pieces throughout were beautiful and a major plus. Everything was clean and seemed to be well maintained. Very good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Parking in the garage next door (though this isn't free). I don't travel a ton, so maybe this isn't a big deal, but the TV having Max for free and being able to log in to Netflix was nice for when we were just hanging out in the room. I didn't get anything from the restaurant or bar, but it looked good and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Negatives: As mentioned, parking isn't free - it's $19 per day. But the biggest issue for me was the bathroom. First of all, the shower was separated from the main area by frosted glass that still allowed a lot to be seen. I was with my wife, so this was not that big a deal, but if I was with a friend or co-worker or something it could have been very awkward. Second, the bathroom door was a sliding barn door, and there was no fan. So even the slightest noise was very audible, which again could be very uncomfortable. I don't particularly like to be heard in the bathroom. The walls in general were pretty thin - we could definitely hear another couple either above us or on one of the sides. Not sure which direction, but it was noticeable.

The hotel location is great, within walking distance of many restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had an excellent, clean corner room with great light, a comfortable bed, a large TV where I could stream Netflix, etc., a mini-fridge and lovely decor. The shower was also very nice and more modern than I expected. The hairdryer did not work and housekeeping immediately replaced it with a new one, but then determined that the outlet near the sink was the issue (non-functional), so I used another one in the room. The sink drained very slowly, but was functional. There are no ice machines but you can request a bucket of ice anytime, and it is quickly delivered. Water was available on the floor, which was a nice perk. The glass art gallery attached and the glass throughout the hotel was an interesting and unique amenity. I appreciated the double blinds on the windows, allowing light screening or blackout for sleep. Good security locks on the door and felt very safe traveling alone. The bar area is super noisy but they allow you to take beverages to your room without issue. I would stay here again, despite the minor issues; overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay for a work trip,

My husband and I had a great stay. We were in a corner room that was spacious and so clean. Everyone we encountered on our five day stay was so kind and always had a smile. You get breakfast in the restaurant with a $15/person credit for platinum and above and everything on the menu was delicious. We had dinner there too and I highly recommend it! It’s within walking distance to everything so it’s easy to venture out for food and there’s a Starbucks pretty much next door if you don’t want the free coffee in the lobby. Parking at $19 a day was in a parking garage directly behind the hotel. We found it completely safe for our rental. We have family here and will be staying here for all our trips going forward.

Amazing glass collection on display behind the lobby. The glass artists were world class. There was exceptional 2D artwork throughout the hotel as well. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The restaurant was one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel, with a menu that offers variety and depth. The bar offerings were creative and delicious. Great service from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. The spaces within the hotel were genius from architectural details to creature comforts.

We booked these rooms for a family vacation to see historical sites. It was located perfectly for the places we wanted to visit and also had additional area's close by to accommodate a change in plans if needed. We arrived and were greeted by a very nice young man at the front desk and was checked into both our rooms rather quickly. Our rooms were lovely and exactly as pictured when I booked them. We stayed 5 nights and during our entire stay the common areas including the elevators and public bathrooms were spotless and smelled fresh and clean. Housekeeping and maintenance were always hard at work to maintain the cleanliness and it really showed. The breakfast area was very well maintained and the 2 women providing the breakfast service during our stay, were extremely helpful and attentive and the food was terrific. Every morning we were greeted by the woman at the front desk with a smile and good morning. The pool area was really clean as was the exercise room. We were so happy with our stay and the professional and hospitable staff really made it wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a very reasonable price.

The staff were very hospitable, the room slept comfy and quiet. We switched to this hotel at the last minute because we found out the one we were supposed to stay at didn't have their indoor pool in service. I called and was told the pool worked and rooms were available. When we arrived, the lady I had spoken with remembered my call and was so friendly. We found the pool very clean and the lights were fun! My kids had a great time. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It was well stocked, clean, and my kids loved the pancake maker. The coffee options were amazing.

Clean, friendly staff, and good value. We stayed here to rest on our 9+ hour drive to the beach with our toddler and we ended up staying here on the way home, too, because of how great it was! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was perfect for us!

Indoor heated pool with big windows to watch the snow falling was the best experience. Big comfy King bed and the pillows are the fluffiest ever! Clean and quiet. Yummy breakfast served in the morning with fresh coffee available as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool was very clean, as we're the towels that were provided at the pool. Be careful around the pool area though, those tiles are very slippery!

The hotel was clean and neat---staff was very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was perfect---checkout was fast and easy and very accomodating....everything was just perfect. The pool was relaxing and very clean and refreshing!!

Breakfast was basic but the attendant was lovely - friendly and efficient. Coffee was surprisingly good for a hotel! Grounds were nice and clean and room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I had stayed there years ago and it was not good but based on current reviews decided to try again. I did, however, make the mistake of ordering dinner from the attached Denny's - won't do that again! Desk clerk at check in was really great.

The front desk and breakfast staff are so nice! They are very customer friendly and welcoming, you feel safe here. Its clean, with comfy beds, great breakfast in the morning and nice outdoor areas for my little dog. I stay here pretty much everytime i travel, it's the perfect overnight stop for me and my family.

The hotel was amazingly helpful. Due to our travel schedule, we requested an early check-in. They were able to accommodate without issue. The rooms were extremely clean and the service at the front desk was exceptional. We felt extremely welcome from the second we walked in the door. Parking situation is great and the continental breakfast that is provided is very good compared to a lot of other places I have stayed. The rooms were very clean and well maintained by the housekeeping department. I would recommend using this hotel for a stay anytime.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Harrisburg. One of the highlights was the heated pool—it was the perfect way to relax after a long day. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The convenient location also made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Exceptionally comfortable beds except for being so tall that there was actually a stool placed in the room for climbing onto the bed. Very clean, and I am super picky about clean bathrooms- it was sparkling clean!! Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best I have had recently- and we travel a lot! Fresh cheese omelets, sauteed veggies, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit- good coffee!

All of the Staff were engaging and friendly. Ian at front desk was great to recommend nearby restaurants. The Breakfast was really good and well attended. Clean 🫧 and comfortable. The in room Samsung TV's seemed Xtra Large. I saw the Front desk woman in the morning cleaning up in the breakfast area. Seems like everyone I saw multi tasked and took pride in their work. This location seemed like it was renewed but more industrial modern and simple decor. The Plus at this Best Western is definitely the Staff 👍👍

The room and facilities were all very clean, organized, and modern! The bathroom was very spacious, the TV was large, and the "kitchenette" was nice. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of foods and beverages. Customer service was excellent, as all the staff we interacted with were attentive and kind.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms had up to date technology. Exceptionally clean hotel!! The premises too were very clean. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially those at the breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. My boys looked forward to breakfast every morning :) WE will stay here again, whenever in that area.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, especially a gentleman who worked the front desk in the evenings. I didnt get his name but he went out of his way to interact with the kids at the hotel, which was very nice. The hotel rooms themselves were very modern and comfortable. I was surprised to see a laundry facility and the pool area was clean and inviting. We typically dont use the hotel pools because they dont look very clean but this hotels pool was very clean! Everything in our room worked and the ambient lighting was very nice with all the different ways to light the room. We moved a chase in the room and even had room for my infant daughters pack and play so she could sleep safely with us in the room, without having to bed share. The fridge in the room was very spacious and the small amenities, such as the coffee maker, were very convenient. The location was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to busch gardens and water country USA. Busch gardens was less then a mile away and water country was only 2 miles away! We also had to make a target run at one point (5 mins away!) and the dining options around the area were also excellent. Wawa was frequented daily and Maurizios in the shopping center next to the hotel has some of the best italian food we have had in a while!

Beds were so comfortable and clean along with the entire room and bathroom!! Loved the Dove products too!! Smell so fresh!! The breakfast had so many choices!! Liked the fresh scrabbled eggs batter then the omelet the next day. The sausage, bagels with cream cheese, fresh fruit, oj, apple juice and coffee all hit the spot!! Chen at the front desk was so nice and helpful!! Thank You for a great stay!!

Everything was very clean, extra concessions were reasonably priced, the breakfast was great, the staff was very polite. Promise was our check in person at the desk and she was very polite and very sweet and chatted with me and my wife about our vacation. She was wonderful and wonderful representative for the hotel. Our room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and everything was perfect. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Busch Gardens.

We stayed for 3 nights while vacationing in Busch Gardens. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with Busch Gardens being just a little way down the road. There was a buffet breakfast on site which was a nice time saver so we didn't have to venture out in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

A good hotel to stay in whilst visiting the area. We used the fitness centre, pool and jacuzzi which were an added bonus. A good buffet breakfast with plenty of seating.

We had a very nice stay here! The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and attractive, and the breakfast is really good, especially those biscuits!! Hats off to Patrice - she was friendly and made sure breakfast was organized and well-stocked. There are plenty of places to sit, and the lobby itself is nice and was spotless. I also want to call out Mary at the front desk - her welcoming personality and smile are the best! She also checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Smaller hotels can be challenging with getting elevators, so I often use the stairs. It was a pleasant surprise that they were clean and newly carpeted. There is a pool, hot tub (we were advised by Mary and there was also a sign that it was not working while we were, but no loss), and a nice outdoor patio area with tables and chairs and a firepit that 8 people can easily sit around. We enjoyed sitting out there with our BYO wine. There is also a 24/7 WAWA right across the driveway for your convenience. All in all, a very nice stay, and close to all the fun of downtown Charlottesville! We will be back!

I have been coming to Charlottesville for years and have stayed in many hotels and resorts. I must say that this is the most pleasant stay I have ever had in the area. The hotel is in a great location, close to so much (yet in a very peaceful area). The whole place is so clean. The room was amazing, bathroom was nice, beds were so comfy, and the dark out shades were amazing. What impressed us the most was the staff....All were so nice and professional....One that really stood out was Patrice (the young lady who checked us in). She was so friendly, professional, and made us feel at home! Our search is over for the best place to stay in Charlottesville....We will be back again and again....Thanks!

I rarely if ever leave reviews but for the price I must say this hotel was amazing! Everything was super clean and new. The rooms were very spacious, especially the bathroom. The indoor pool was clean and very relaxing with a great scenic view. The people at the front desk were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great. We are planning to stay here again the next time we visit Charlottesville.

Julianna the receptionist was outstanding!! She was soft spoken and professional, and friendly and had a very welcoming, patient, and calming presence. Do NOT ever let go of her. Michelle was exactly the same and is friendly, obliging, and professional with a good sense of humor. The “Bold” coffee is TERRIBLE—-it was EXACTLY the same as the Fairfield Marriott in Winchester which we stayed at on the way up to New York! I vowed never to stay there again because of how bad the coffee was. I learned that the coffee at both the Fairfield and Springhill Marriotts are dictated by corporate. This is ridiculous. If you label coffee as “bold” it had better be BOLD!! We as travelers know our food, coffee, and amenities very well. You can’t fool us. Nevertheless, we will stay at the Springhill Marriott again because the staff is GREAT!!! Just don’t serve us coffee that is weak and “see through”. It was like drinking dishwater.

We had a really positive experience at this hotel! Our check-in experience was very pleasant and easy. We were impressed by how clean and fresh the lobby was. Our room was very spacious and very, very clean. The bathroom was spacious. We really liked the area. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was a very quick drive to downtown Winchester, which had amazing restaurants and so much character. We extended our stay for another night and had the same associate check us in. She remembered us from the day before and put us in the same room. Once again, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. This will be my go-to spot when in this neck of the woods!

Great front desk staff who were friendly and very helpful. The room was very nice, clean, spacious, very new and modern decorated with all the amenities. We had a king bed which was very comfortable. The smart TV was a nice size, a probably 42”, mini bar, walk in shower and queen size sofa bed. It is just off the I81 and conveniently located to a mall and some shopping and restaurants.

Great overnight stay. The room was new, spotlessly clean and the bathroom lighting was amazing. Breakfast bar was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the location was convenient to restaurants for our late arrival. An excellent hotel for a stop on our road trip. My only complaint was that the lighting in the room itself was terrible, very dim lamps only lit small nearby spaces. Very difficult to read or navigate as we arrived after dark.

I selected this hotel due to its central location, which provides easy access to numerous stores and restaurants. The hotel staff was both friendly and professional, and the premises were well-maintained and modern. The room was comfortable and equipped with a convenient temperature control system. The hotel’s amenities were impressive. Coffee and tea were readily available, and a delightful serving bowl by the entrance offered a glimpse of the sweet treats offered to guests. While the complimentary breakfast was not entirely satisfactory, the pancake machine that prepared them in front of the guests was a quick, easy, and entertaining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for future visits to Lynchburg. I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Tru is a clean and modern hotel and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. I love the laminate flooring in the room. The hotel smelled clean and fresh. Free breakfast, coffee and tea. The staff was friendly. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping. There is free parking on site however, the only suggestion is to add more spaces for parking (there should be at least 1 space per room).

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were fantastic, especially the receptionist who checked us in that evening and the lady at the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was super clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the mattress was unbelievably comfy. I’d definitely stay here again!

We only spent on night at Tru on our travels back up north from Florida, but would have gladly stayed longer. We were greeted on our arrival by Rocky who was so nice and helpful. You would have thought the hotel had just opened, the rooms were so beautiful and clean, for this price point it is EXCEPTIONAL. it was close enough to a mall with many restaurants that we were able to walk to get dinner, so we didn’t have to get back in the car after our long drive. breakfast in the morning was pretty good. definitely stay here

All of the staff was very friendly. The lady working the desk when we checked in was welcoming, nice, and helpful. The ladies working the breakfast Sunday morning were all friendly and cleanly. The lady working the desk when we checked out was also very friendly and asked if I needed a printed receipt which I feel is overlooked at hotels now days. My fiancé and I even ran into a housekeeper in the hall who was very pleasant, maybe it's the area, but it was a nice change from other hotel experiences I have had.

Stayed 2 nights, business travel. Newer hotel, clean, safe. Fridge, microwave, in room coffee maker. Big clean bathroom. Nice privacy/blackout curtain. 5 minutes from downtown. No dinner options nearby except fast food, recommend dinner downtown. Nice breakfast, usual emphasis on throw away eating utensils. Happy with my stay.

Best Holiday Inn I've stayed at in years. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, well appointed. Secure. Breakfast is so so, but everything is clean. I loved this hotel. Also plenty of different services near this location, like restaurants, post office, shopping, etc.

I was there for two nights for a work trip. The property is bright, modern and clean. The breakfast both mornings was on point. The room was clean and well appointed and I loved the control I had of the room temperature. I stay at this property every year for the same conference and look forward to staying here. It’s centrally located to downtown-though not (easily) walkable from the property due to the busy roads. There is a Starbucks next door if you need something more than they keep in the lobby or at breakfast.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. My room was spotless, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the common areas were equally tidy. The attention to detail made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who values a clean and welcoming environment.

 Our trip purpose was to help our college son get settled into a summer internship in DC. Our room was a king bedroom with separate area including: kitchen, eating area, desk, and pull out couch/TV Service: o Front desk gal when checking in was friendly and helpful: helped me to get set up to obtain credit with the Marriott Rewards program without my asking.  Parking: o Convenient underground parking: safe/ close access  Room: o Very clean, updated, well appointed  Work out room o Very well appointed o Clean, bright  Breakfast (included) o Considering it was very busy when we were there, the staff kept the food well stocked: fresh cooked (scrambled) eggs; large variety of items  Location: o Area seemed safe, not congested around the hotel, for it being DC o Relatively close proximity to the Capitol and all DC attractions Downsides: This isn't really a big issue, but the lobby was small, but this was mainly due to the location which had a limited footprint: most of the hotel was above the lobby. This is typical for an urban hotel in a congested area. Overall, a very pleasant and quality stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The Residence Inn Arlington Capital View was a wonderful hotel for our 3 night stay in Washington D.C. The hotel is located minutes from the airport and offers a free shuttle to and from that runs every half hour. We had a junior suite that included two king beds and a small kitchenette. I've never had a room with two kings, and our group of four loved that. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much but if our stay had been longer we may have. The hotel offers a large complimentary breakfast as well. This hotel property is connected to a sister property that includes a bar/restaurant and small coffee shop. One thing that I found disappointing was that their free shuttle to the nearest metro stop, was not reliable. We waited for the shuttle many times and it didn't show at the time expected. One time the front desk tried to tell me it had been there and we missed it, but we were waiting outside at the stop for over a half hour and it never came. We utilized the nearest bus stop (about a city block away) to get to and from the metro train station when the shuttle wasn't on time. The walk was too far to walk to the nearest train station (about 20+ minutes) for our elderly group member. The free shuttle was a quick 5 minute ride. I would and will recommend this hotel to others visiting the area as it was a short 20 minute train ride to the heart of D.C. where most of the sights were located.

From check in to check out and in between, this was the best place to stay in the Alexandria area. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast options were great. The metro shuttle was convenient. I have stayed at several other hotels but this is my favorite by far. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The hotel was super comfortable and clean. I loved the setup of the room and accommodations itself. (Kitchen, Laundry room) It was very comfortable for staying for a week. I also loved the free breakfast! It was always hot, delicious, and a perfect way to start off the day! The free shuttle to and from the airport and the free shuttle to and from the Metro station (the Metro station is about 1 mile from the hotel) were very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

First time in Arlington, the property was clean and well taken care of. The shuttle service was fantastic. Loved how they dropped off at the metro and airport. Would have been great if they would drop off in Old town Arlington. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Would like a medium coffee choice. Snacks were expensive. $4 for a snickers bar but it was good.

it was clean and comfortable, super friendly staff, It’s connected to the mail which makes shopping and dining very convenient. The on-site restaurant is very good, attentive staff and delicious food and drinks, they’re a step ahead to make you jelly and comfortable.

My adult daughter, 6-year-old granddaughter and I stayed for the weekend. I purchased the American Doll stay package. The package is simply a small doll bed, a bean bag chair and a step stool left in the room. Not much, but, the look of surprise on my granddaughter's face when she saw the doll's bed was priceless. This hotel was clean and the room furnishings were very comfortable. The room appointments were slanted towards European style. The toilets had bedets and the beds had down comforters inside duvet covers with no top sheet. The mattress was outstanding in my opinion, but, i did miss having a top sheet. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating. There seemed to be no limits to the amount of water bottles they were willing to give us. The location of this hotel is phenomenal for shopping, restaurants and movies. Everything is within easy walking distance and you don't need to go outside. There is, however, a beautiful courtyard with a playground for nice weather days. I was disappointed that we couldn't eat at the restaurant because there was a long wait time. They seemed disorganized most of the time and we gave up and ate elsewhere. Finally, we had a great view from the non-courtyard side. Don't pay extra for a courtyard view. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to the DC attractions from this hotel.

My daughter and I visited the hotel specifically for the American Girl Package on her fourth birthday. The room was set up to be fun for her to play with her new doll. There was a doll bed, a set of doll pajamas, and an AG book for her to take home, and a bean bag and stool for her to use in the hotel room. It was very fun and she was thrilled to see it all set up upon our arrival. The staff went above and beyond to make her birthday special, including delivering her a surprise slice of birthday cake to the room. The hotel itself was very clean and in good repair. The shower was amazing with great water pressure and some of the hottest water I've ever experienced. We went to Barrel and Bushel for brunch and it was absolutely delicious with plenty of vegetarian options and a children's menu.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway. Tysons Corner has so many fun things to do & great restaurants. After an evening on the plaza & dinner we got to stay in the most beautiful & comfortable room ever! Such a win-win & I highly recommend this place! FYI, next time we will probably buy the breakfast option they offer on the 5th floor for Hyatt members. You don't have to be a member and you can pay in advance or pay at check-in.

We had a nice stay at Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center. The location was great for accessing the metro and the mall. The hotel was clean and in very good condition. Parking was easy in the adjacent parking deck. Nightly charge was $20. Elevators were quick to arrive and seldom crowded. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the safe but otherwise, the room was in very good condition and very comfortable. The hotel is connected to the mall through a pair of doors without having to go outside. To reach the nearby Tysons silver line metro station, it takes about 5-10 minutes to walk across the plaza and along a covered walkway. You don't have to cross any streets or deal with any traffic along the walk.

The hotel was great. We had an accessible room because I used a mobility scooter on this trip. The room was spacious with room for the scooter to be close to an outlet to charge. The bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and microwave and single serve coffee maker. Details missing were a room safe (we used safe deposit box at front desk) and hooks or rings for hand towels in both bathrooms. The room had two bathrooms one had a sink and toilet, the other had a sink and shower/tub. The free breakfast buffet was ok. They offered scrambled eggs, a meat that changed daily ( turkey bacon, pork sausage, chorizo sausage, pork bacon) 3 cold cereals , oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, juices. They did not offer pancakes or waffles or breakfast potatoes. There is a local shuttle (1 mile radius) advertised on the in-room TV but I was advised that it got discontinued for COVID and there are no plans to bring it back. To get into Washington DC you can use Uber/Lyft or the Metro Subway located 1 mile away. The area has a service called Uber WAV (wheelchair accessibility vehicle) but we found it to be unreliable to get back to the hotel in the evening. We had to use the subway and the local metro bus.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Springhill suites with a group of 75 senior citizens, the rooms were clean and the service was great. I want to compliment three of your employees that I feel went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. The first night i arrived earlier than the group so as I sat in the lobby waiting for the group, I heard Shontrell and Kiana check in people and they CONSISTENTLY told every customer every thing the hotel had to offer. They recognized every guest for their marriott bonvoy status. They were professional and polite. I was still in the lobby as the shifts changed and Kiana passed everything on to the audit shift, she walked over to where I was sitting and said goodnight and offered additional service. The next morning when we came down for breakfast the food was good and even for those that came down late the young lady was very attentive and helpful. Everything was full I had the opportunity to work with Katherine the next morning and she was very helpful and pleasant as well. The group also complimented these three ladies and breakfast attendant. Again thank you for making our stay a great experience.

The staff at the front desk, breakfast area and the cleaning staff were VERY nice. Congratulations to management on finding nice people and setting a tone. That takes work. The room was clean and spacious. The king bed was a bit firm for my wife but fine for me. There was light traffic noise but that did not affect sleeping and the room was dark, almost perfect for sleeping. There were a variety of things for breakfast ( yogurt, oatmeal, bagels , an egg dish…good coffee!)The main breakfast dish which changed regularly was sometimes not quite hot enough and underseasoned for our tastes but more than adequate. We would readily stay there again and any slight negatives were exactly that.

Used this hotel for a business trip. Parking was very easy, they provide outside parking and a parking garage which had plenty of space. The room had a king size bed, desk to do work, tv, a separate shower and toilet room. Also a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water with the shower. Walls are pretty thin, so you will hear people in the hall and even upstairs if you are in a lower room. Nice breakfast area and pretty typical breakfast food for a hotel. It was good. Overall, nice stay and a good clean hotel. I would use this location again.

This is a very attractive property. The rooms are well laid out. Beds were comfortable, linens clean, room clean. I was traveling to DC with 3 other adults and we REALLY appreciated the toilet being in a separate room from the shower. Very helpful! For younger families, the doors to bathroom/shower doesnt lock. The closet was a good size. Breakfast was very attractively laid out. Overall an excellent experience. Bravo!

Lovely room overlooking the river (shame about the weather). Comfortable bed in a quiet clean room. Lovely shower with good water flow. Check in was quick and easy and staff were helpful and friendly, as were the valet staff and the concierge staff. The Varia restaurant is superb (including the cabaret singer) for dinner, and our servers - Harrison and Samuel - were delightful and efficient. Breakfast is also in the Varia restaurant and there was a wide selection to choose from. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Norfolk The Main, and my stay there was the best hotel experience that I have had in a very long time. My room was spacious, modern, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens and soft pillows, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the large windows offering great views of the Elizabeth River. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and seamless. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome right away. Throughout my stay, the service was excellent. I would like to commend the hotel staff for making me feel so at home with every need taken care of. Most notably, I would like to thank Leah, front line manager, and her staff for their professional and excellent delivery of service, which was the primary reason I had such an exceptional stay. The hotel is very stylish, well-located, offers excellent services, comfortable accommodation, and a range of amenities, which made my stay a very delightful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Norfolk.

I'm actually a regular and have been a regular there for yrs. And we decided to go to watch the parade and stay the night after. And I must say...Robert went above and beyond for me and my family. Helping remove foldable chairs and such. Dukes and Ed are always highlights when I show up and remember my likes and preferences. Kathleen and Lori are always smiling and cheerfully greet me. Our stay was wonderful. Over the yrs I've gotten to know many of them and can't say enough good things about them. Most times they recognize me the sec I pull up. In Saltine Doug, Caroline, Shaq, Bryan, Sam, Tyrene' are excellent and give amazing service. And I'm not just speaking for that night...But for the 2-3 yrs I've been comming. Doug was actually my waiter before he was moved up to mgmnt. Ok...Now the bad....Since I used to live across the river in a high rise apt...My girl and I would frequent the Sunday Brunch in Grain. It's immensely popular. But in the 5 months since I've moved and revisited...The quality and selection of the brunch has plummeted! Service was good as usual.. BUT the options and overall quality has gone down. Obvious cost cutting measures have started. Sad. In closing...Great hotel...Great rooms. ( Get the one with a river view...Noice). Great Valet...And Great restaurants and Service. Note to GM....Stop being cheap with the Sunday brunch. At the time I was there...Not worth the money at all!

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The public spaces were beautiful. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The coffee bar was wonderful. We ate at Saltine and Grain. Both restaurants served delicious food. We were even fortunate enough to watch fireworks from Grain.

Chose this location based on prior solo stays as well as staycations as a couple and a family. I love the restaurants. Building always has great vibes with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of places to take photos. 3rd floor has conference rooms and great decor. I made special request during the booking- all those request were honored (which hardly ever happens no matter how far in advance I book). Incredibly accommodating front desk staff. Loved the pool. Room was spacious and looked just as advertised. Couch was very dirty though. I refused to sit on it or even put my clothes or suitcase on it. That couch should definitely be removed immediately. We paid for the breakfast that comes as an added fee when booking- I could’ve done without it. It would be better to just pay a la carte when dining in for breakfast. The prices are reasonable and selection is slightly better than what was offered as their continental breakfast. Paying for parking was the only downside. Parking was the standard daily price but I think it’s just too expensive. Definitely paying for convenience and security of your vehicle though. I wouldn’t recommend parking on too many of the streets overnight in the area.

Amazing property . Right off the interstate and close to many dinning options . Quiet but convenient. Amazing staff . The rooms are modern, spacious and very clean . My family of 5 had plenty of room. The pool is wonderful and heated . Easy parking !

We had a wonderful stay from check in to check out! We stayed 4 nights every breakfast was delicious! Very clean accommodations fresh smelling and welcoming! The staff was friendly and helpful! We enjoyed every minute!

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and walk in shower were clean and large. The Keurig in the room was a nice touch. I liked that it was a nice walk around the hotel - like a small clean park. The breakfast food looked good but did not tast that great without the gravy but most of the people were eating lots of it. I only had a small portion.

The room was clean, modern, comfortable with a great shower. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast. Easy access from the interstate.

This was a typical nice clean Holiday Inn express. check in was easy and we were given a room i wanted. The clerk was pleasant. The bed was clean and comfortable. the bath was clean. there was a decent sized TV the hotel was reasonably quiet. breakfast was good. no complaints.

EXCELLENT RESTFUL STAY. Check in was a breeze. We had a quiet , very clean, refreshing, and spacious room for a very excellent restful time after rambling thru town and local towns close by. 3 nights here was a very comfy retreat and near to everything we wanted to go explore. Staff was nice and helpful. Check out was easy. The upkeep of the motel is GREAT. Breakfast offerings were a good variety of hot and cold easy pick up n go or sit down and eat in very clean spacious dining area. Would most surely stay here again if in the area.

Everything!! The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean! Breakfast was amazing with something for everyone! Both the room coffee and breakfast coffee were very good.

I stayed here quite a few times because it’s always clean and convenient. Normally I have probably rated it as a 4, but the room was so new and clean, it deserved more. I’m not sure if the entire hotel has been refreshed, but it appears that at least the fourth floor is completed. The beds and linens are very comfortable and it has a longe type chair, which was quite nice. Great TV, micro wave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a safe. I didn’t have breakfast , as yet, but from past stays it is a cut above most Expresses.

Everything! The front desk staff were amazing and friendly, perfect after being stuck in horrible traffic. The room was huge, clean and comfortable! It is right off the interstate so location is perfect. Breakfast was fantastic!

My wife was raised here so although we are currently visitors, out of towners and tourists we do have a respectful history and understanding of the “intrusion” we could be. VA Beach is slammed in season with well intentioned tourists and the off season is a chance for the locals to relax but here we are. Booked the Hyatt House on Hotels.com, price was fair, has breakfast, indoor heated pool, gym, pet friendly, clean, with beautiful ocean front views. It’s chilly out but still so nice to walk the board walk. Located in a perfect spot with all sorts of gift shops, restaurants, dessert places and more The Hyatt House upon arrival is excellent. Great at the door by 2 valets, I only remember Roberts name and he was great. Informative, cordial and polite. Shook his hand, thanked him and appreciative of his services. As a heads up parking is across the street floors 3-5 in parking garage, get room ticket first. Check in was smooth, seamless and welcoming. Had the pleasure of Rena helping us out, even signed up Hyatt rewards because she was so encouraging. 4th floor room has a great view. I won’t lie we did “sneak” up to the 20th floor to check the view street side… that’s tall and scary for me but cool. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable, inviting and just what we needed. Great balcony view of the ocean. Heads up fridge did not have a freezer. Very nice kitchenette with everything else we needed. Breakfast was delicious, excellent variety, well manned, cleaned and organized.

The staff was warm and friendly. Loved the free breakfast area and access to the beach. The bar and restaurant were in an ideal spot. The room was clean; I had both great views. I had corner 1 bedroom unit in the 5th floor. My unit did not have a balcony but it was okay since I had beautiful views and a large window to sit and look out to. Restaurant staff was amazing. Overall a great experience for me and my family. We will stay again.

Breakfast was great but it was the exact same each day, it was hot and fresh! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Ocean view from any room would be gorgeous! Bathrooms were clean and large. Rooms were a pretty dusty in spots (like thick layer on lamp) but otherwise appeared very clean. Dog friendly & loved petting all the puppies 🐶 Location is perfect to be on boardwalk & few steps away from beach shops & boutiques 📍🛍

Great customer service, very accomidating with my husbands allergy request, and great aesthetic all through out the hotel. H bar restaurant food was delicious and at affordable price. Definitely beats having to walk to a restaurant, as its located in the hotel. Rooms were clean and had a great view of the beach. Breakfast was buffet style and had a good assortment of food. Only con would be the pool area size. It's small for a "resort" but it is heated.

Great room. Beautiful view. Friendly and helpful staff. Was there for business but I enjoyed it so much I will be back for personal travel. The view and ambience was amazing. Tranquil and relaxing. It was a great place to relax. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean.
