I'm moving out of my apartment in Mons so stayed in the Van der Valk for a couple of nights, we could only book a business suite, room 426. Very nice large room, jacuzzi bath and a balcony with good views of mons city. We had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar but dined at the ikea in grand pres lol Local knowledge saves money! The centre of town is across the railway line and up the hill. Will be easier to access once the new station opens. Overall i'd recommend the Van der Valk as best hotel in Mons

The Van Der Valk Mons Congress hotel is modern, clean, and has very nice rooms, restaurant, bar, gym, spa, and meeting rooms. The location is great. A huge modern train station is across the street that provides rail connections to anywhere in Europe. On the other side of the train station is historic old downtown Mons with shops, restaurants, and historic buildings to see. And a huge modern shopping mall with nice restaurants and stores is only a 10-minute walk away. It is the best place to stay in Mons.

Spacious room and I appreciate that the toilet was separate from the shower. Shower was large. The room, while standard in decoration, was comfortable with a good bed and all expected amenities. Clean. At a convenient location near the station and at walking distance from the city. I did not try the spa or gym but took a peek at the gym and it looked like a decent one with all basic equipment available. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

Have stayed in a number of Mons hotels whilst i vacated my apartment in the town. This included 2 stays at the van der valk during October 2024. This time in room 103 for a week, nice big clean room, shower only. Very convenient for getting to my apartment and into the centre of town. Didn't use parking or breakfast. IKEA is 10 mins walk away and do a hot breakfast for a few euros. Also 10 mins walk to cafes etc. Van der Valk is easily best hotel in Mons, happy to recommend

I am very glad that this time I chose this Hotel, the best one among others I stayed in Liege. The Hotel is great, very stylish, modern, beautiful and comfortable. It has a very convenient location: in the centre, very close to the bus and train stations and to the historical part of the city, between two rivers and nearby is a beautiful green park to walk or to have jogging. The staff at the reception and in the restaurants are very friendly, polite, attentive and positive, many thanks to them for their kind help. The room is large and clean, beautifully and stylishly furnished, with a small kitchen but there is everything you need, with a large bathroom and necessary accessories, with a nice view at the river. The room is very calm and cozy. The restaurant and the brasserie are very tasty, with fast and good service. Unfortunately, I did not have time to use the services offered by the swimming pool and gym but will certainly do it next time I stay there:)

My wife and I loved everything about the hotel. It feels like a very hip place to be. It has private parking on site, above or underground, at a fee. Our room was on the 10th floor, which was a surprise and we had a view of the city. The room was spacious and had all amenities. Very quiet and comfortable. On our floor was also a rooftop bar with city views. The breakfast was very tasty and had lots of options. Our small dog was also allowed to stay in the hotel and even come to breakfast. There was a restaurant on the ground floor that had great food and fun atmosphere.

Hotel was within walkable distance of the town centre. Staff friendly and food good. Bed very comfortable. There is a sky bar but this is just a bar on the top floor with a view over the river. It has a limited selection of drinks - there is a greater selection of drinks in the bar attached to the restaurant downstairs. Although the spa and pool are open every day, the pool is closed to residents for classes at certain times. Also while we stayed there, our room was not serviced. Probably just an oversight. As we were only staying 2 nights, it didn’t matter but had I been staying longer it would have been a problem

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from city center, with a wonderful view on the river. Rooms are very spacious, super clean and very comfortable. Roof top bar is a must. Restaurant at ground floor is nice, large choice of drinks and dishes for all budgets. Personal is professional and smiling

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with nice decor. Lovely restaurant with good food overlooking the Meuse river. Wellness suite (sadly we didn’t have time to use it before it closed in the evening) looked nice. Very friendly restaurant waiting staff. Some limited car parking adjacent to the hotel which is free of charge (but this appears to get fully occupied quite quickly)

Just returning from a First World War five day tour. This hotel was our base. Nice large room and spacious shower room although you did have to be a bit careful getting out!! Comfortable bed but a bit too soft for me however I still slept well. There were two pillows and of course I chose the soft one in error but switched once I noticed my mistake. Breakfast was copious and good and set you up for the very long days. They do offer evening meals which I believe are prepared off site and just heated up in the hotel kitchen before serving. A very nice choice of courses and very reasonable as well. I had dinner at the hotel on one night and thoroughly enjoyed it with a very nice glass of rose. The hotel is very centrally located and within minutes of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. The hotel lobby and bar area was very clean and well presented. We were welcomed by a gentlemen with a grey white beard who was excellent and very nice. We got a warm welcome! Coffee was amazing. Great value for money. Location was brilliant! vibrant area full of bars, restaurants and shops.

Went on an organised coach trip Bed and breakfast. The rooms are big and clean and the beds are so comfy! Best nights sleep ever in a hotel. Breakfast area small but enough tables and good restocked when asked staff. Good selection of continental breakfast and also bacon scrambled eggs and beans. The bread was freshly baked and delicious. Had a drink in the bar ( which is also the restaurant) reasonably priced. 2 Belgium beers 9euro. Set near the pretty town square we had the added bonus of their small Christmas market. Lovely stay

Excellent hotel for Leger Battlefields tour trip.We stayed for three nights and the whole experience was wonderful. Easy check in, lovely clean room,comfortable beds and a great hot and cold buffet breakfast. We even had tea coffee and a kettle supplied in the room. Easy walk in to town to bars and restaurants.

Outstanding hotel - don't be put off by the exterior! Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The room was beautiful - everything you could wish for was provided and the decor was stunning. Breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you request and was absolutely wonderful. Parking was free (roadside, but perfectly safe). Walking distance to town centre (10 mins) where there are lots of bars & restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at ONIRO as a base when going to the rugby in Lille. Not only was it hugely better value than staying in Lille itself the rooms were beautiful, luxurious and spotless. Everything has been thought of and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was also great. The people running ONIRO went above and beyond to help us with everything including shuttle rides to the station, organising a taxi home from Lille for us and a last minute restaurant booking at Le Greco (run by the same people as the hotel) on a busy Saturday night where the food was brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you to you all.

The fact that you could prepare a packed lunch for the day. Their place is amazing. Spacious rooms, great shower/bath, great quality choice of furniture/decoration, a garden of Eden, where you can easily lose some time. You can see that they put a lot of thought in the way they organised it and in what way they want to live a life in their place together with guests. Lovely nights out on a terrace, nice chats, candles, possibility for a fire, a plunge in the jacuzzi, with a fully stocked bar within reach, there wasn't anything that we would have possibly wanted more, or maybe only just a little better weather 😀 but then again the Ardennes smell so nice in the rain!

This is truly an exceptional experience. The owners are very welcoming, the room is spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the bath is just true luxury. There is a bar in the basement, so it is nice to enjoy a cold beer in the evening on the terrace with a beautiful view. The breakfast is amazing. You can see that the owners really care about the guests, and everything is organised with this in mind. Just 15 out of 10, really.

Steven and Lieve are a lovely couple open to receive you with a warm hospitality. The house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and well located. There are five rooms available. Some rooms offer a very nice view of the green fields behind the property. Beds are quite big and super comfy. There's also a bar downstairs. This place on Summer must be even more special. I super recommend their breakfast – it's fantastic. Dank u wel, Steven and Lieve, en tot straks!

We can definitely recommend this beautiful B&B. It's located in a lovely area. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. We only stayed for 1 night, but it was very enjoyable. The owner made restaurant recommendations and even booked a table for us. Breakfast was delicious! Thanks again!

we especially liked the host, who made you feel very welcome and at ease to use all the facilities. The accommodation is new, modern and yet cosy and integrates perfectly into the nature. the highlight was the dinner we booked! our boys (age 4) did get a special menu which we highly appreciated. it was an overall perfect culinary experience in combination with wellness and and a comfortable stay. we will be back.

The shower in the room was amazing. We also loved relaxing in the wellness room and the staff were kind and helpful.

So friendly and welcoming! And the rooms were exceptional! The whole way they take care of you is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay, rooms were lovely & clean, food was amazing, & lots of it, so much choice for breakfast. We were staying here for 2 nights as my son was getting married nearby, staff were really helpful & accommodating. Rooms have everything you need, tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries. There isn't a lot around, shops etc but that didn't matter as we were only there a short time.

Charming rural hotel/restaurant/spa in a quaint village next to a Chateaux. Historic building with a lovely patio/garden. The owners are very friendly and obliging, helped us with every little request we had. The best thing was the food in the restaurant - delicious!! Nice walks around the village, the river and the castle nearby.

Everything! It’s a beautiful building & the restoration is astonishing. The finish is exceptional. Our room (3) was light, airy, comfortable, spacious & welcoming. We also had an open air (but private) hot tub in a small outside space. It was lovely to listen to the birds from there. The bed was the comfiest we slept in on our three week European adventure. Superb quality shower. Breakfast was great, local breads, cheeses, meats with a variety of jams & spreads. There were also boiled eggs & omelettes available with pancakes on our first morning. We had a lovely time watching the chickens & goats in the field at the front of the property. Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The farm has been beautifully done: the bedroom was extremely comfortable and cosy, the breakfast deliciously fresh and organic, the spa very relaxing, and everything topped off by morning strokes with the goats and highland cows! We will certainly be back - thanks so much for a brilliant stay.

Staff spoke dutch and was very friendly and helpful. Room was top, very luxourious and clean. Soft beds, airco, spacious bathroom. Our breakfast had a very wide and tastefull selection. Fantastic restaurant, don't forget to make a reservation.

I arrived after reception had closed but the staff in the restaurant were happy to check me in. They let me know the kitchen would be closing shortly but I had time to order food, which was some of the best food I had during my trip. The decor was lovely, very modern but classy. The bed was large and comfy with nice pillows. The bathroom was spacious. There was a well stocked minibar if I wished to use it. There was plenty of parking availablr too.

Great welcome for a second time at the Hotel Florentin. The rooms are clean & comfortable + the breakfast is delicious. On top, the staff is very helpful and polite even sent back my shoes (which I forgot) back to the Netherlands.

Florenville as such is not so interesting, except church with beautiful view on the Semois and the Gaume area from tower. From this place you can easily reach all nearby locations: Bouillon, Orval, parc de la Gaume,... In front of the hotel is a 'salaisons' factory with a store on the main square. You can buy local products.

Great location, we’ll definitely stay here again. Really lovely modern hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good & efficient. Bathroom and bedroom were very spacious but are very dark (black interior). Room was very quiet. The only issue we encountered was that despite it being mid/late May and the town being busy, the Wagyu restaurant and hotel Bar were closed on one of the two nights we were there. It seems a lot of places in Durbuy only open certain days of the week. But there was no mention of this anywhere. Breakfast we felt was very expensive €32 per person per day.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. We stayed in the annex which was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. Had a meal in Brasserie Fred which was delicious and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with translating menus etc. Lovely town and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

All-in-one place including an excellent gastronomical dinner and great breakfast buffet, modern room and bathroom, and complete Spa/wellness center set in a lovely medieval city. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway.

Nice hotel, great location in Durbuy. room was ok, clean but a bit in need of an update. Slightly over priced for the room but it did include the Sunday brunch which was expensive but quite nice. Didn't use the spa facility. Dinner in the Brasserie Fred was great. Pre dinner drinks in front of hotel very pleasant and didn't even notice the rain!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered is incredibly versatile, with everything being freshly made. This is undoubtedly one of my top choices.

Interesting modern design, quirky with very large gardens to relax Staff could not have been more helpful when we arrived early and with all of our queries. Highly recommend.

Great clamping location. We loved the provided food for dinner and breakfast which you could prepare yourself over the BBQ. A proper adventure for my boys. The staff was very friendly and our clamping tent wry cosy.

Although small, the pool is beautiful and good for kids. The room isn’t big but is just fine for a family of 5. The idea is to spend time out of the room anyways. All clean and the communal areas are very cosy and relaxed. It is a beautiful building and the green areas are well maintained. We definitely recommend it for a family with kids.

We loved this hotel. It's so interesting! Beautifully renovated, decor is lovely, even down to the details of the cups, bowls and plates used in the breakfast room. Attention to high spec detail has gone in here. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed huge and comfortable. If I'm being fussy, the pillows were not great, but that's not a reason not to experience this lovely hotel. We had a sauna in our bathroom after all!! We didn't eat an evening meal in the restaurants as we didn't book in time unfortunately. However Namur has so many amazing places to eat it didn't matter. Breakfast was really good.. a mix of hot food and continental buffet. Fresh orange juice, good coffee. And the ladies looking after breakfast are a delight. Namur is lovely, if we come again, this hotel is at the top of the list to stay. Make it known if you struggle with stairs, there are lifts but not everywhere.

Les Tanneurs is located a short walk from Namurs shopping centre. It has very limited parking facilities but I requested a space in advance and was a bit surprised to see a spot reserved for me right outside the front door. There is paid parking on the street near the hotel and an underground car park a 5 minute walk away. The hotel has an old facade but is very modern inside. The room we were assigned (201) was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom came with a walk-in shower which I'd also requested in advance. We ate dinner in the hotels Grill Restaurant the night we arrived and chose the Tante Jeanne menu. It was excellent and at €38 a head not expensive. The restaurant service was perfect. We chose not to eat breakfast but make a visit to the shops before we had to check out. Maison Saint Aubain can be recommended for cheese lovers. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely stay again if and when in Namur next.

Wonderful hotel in an old building, very comfortable and beautiful. We had very specious and well equipped room with a small kitchen, perfect for us as a family. Breakfast was great, all peple at the reception, breakfast and facilities and restaurant were we’re family friendly! We had a dinner at the grill restaurant, the vegetarian and children’s Menü were great as well. The place is perfectly located

Tucked away in a quiet part of the town but within easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Unfortunately, our room smelled of stale smoke which we were unhappy about. This was dealt with immediately and the member of staff was quick to find us an alternative room. Our room was spacious and had a wonderfully large shower. The breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of choice.

We stayed here for two nights, we weren't too sure what to expect as city centre hotels can be hit and miss but we were blown away by this little gem. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the breakfast selection was small yet varied with fresh scrambled eggs available. The beds, even the sofa bed were really comfy. However, what has exceeded my expectation was the restaurant. Food was simply devine and the portions were very generous. On the evenings when we couldn't dine in the restaurant because it was fully booked, we could still enjoy some delicious nibbles by the fireplace. Great breakfast with everything we needed, and really good coffee (try the single or double Ristretto, very rare to have that option in a coffee machine!). A very positive zen atmosphere everywhere, from the personnel to the music on the terace, the grass yard or the wallpaper in the room. Very prompt, hospitable and warm host! Also many thanks for the Lady In Red (do not know her name but was there on Thursday and Sunday dressed in red and has been very prompt and inviting, helping us get our breakfast on the terrace in the morning when the weather was beautiful as opposed to inside the restaurant where our table was normally set up). The location was also excellent, (extremely) quiet, green, hilly but easily reachable by car. And all room windows had insect screens, which is so awesome and so rare in our experience :) Not to mention the huge flat TV which is also rather rare.

The rooms are very clean and location is fantastic. Very central if you want to go for a hike or walk to Durbuy, or other activities. Food in the restaurant is really delicious, you don't need to go anywhere else and owners and personnel are very friendly, can provide a lot of nice recommendations.

Everything was lovely - great sized room, fabulous garden with kids playground, outdoor and indoor restaurant/bar. The restaurant really deserves special mention because the food is farm-to-table, and really high-end. The owners and staff were super accommodating and helpful! We will definitely stay again.

Family Suite was large, had a box kitchen, a huge king bed and a single bed. Perfect for a family of 3. Breakfast was fantastic, with every hot delicious breakfast food you can imagine! Rooms were very clean, and the ambiance of the Belgium decorations added to a cool vibe.

The reception at Martin's Dream Hotel was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. A special mention goes to Oliver, who went above and beyond to assist us with a room change after we had some concerns about our initial room. The hotel is perfectly located in Mons, making it convenient for exploring the city. It's clean, offers on-site parking, and the unique setting in a converted old chapel adds a fascinating charm, with some rooms featuring beautiful old ornaments. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, offering a great selection and variety of food and drinks. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Mons and highly recommend it to others.

We were there to visit the Battle of Waterloo site. Its not close to the hotel of course but since we have a car it was convenient. Hotel looks newly renovated. Really classy, very spacious and very clean. Love the breakfast. Friendly staff.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She answered our numerous questions and offered us a welcoming drink. The room was very comfortable and well outfitted. Despite being on the main street in the city, the room was very quiet. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and both were excellent. Parking is in a public lot directly across the street from the hotel, which was very convenient. Parking was free from 5:00 PM until 9:00 AM, and very reasonably priced at other hours. Tourist Information Center is located at the end of that public parking lot.

OK. Group of 11, with 11 motorbikes - included two couples, all friends. Booking was confirmed as all ground floor rooms, two with double beds, all with secure parking for the bikes. None of that happened. "Secure" parking was rented out to other businesses or used as storage. We were directed to a gravel carpark at rear overlooked by a camera. Awful surface, but we provided our own security locking bikes together en-masse. A later phone call to the named booker "about your upcoming ground floor bookings" (which they clearly didn't have) when we'd been there a couple of nights resulted in them hanging up saying they'd hit the wrong number. Our double room was basic but clean with 3 single beds. Aircon didn't work and neither did the fridge, which was locked and hot to the touch. Particularly tricky with having meds that needed fridge. Disappointed not to have any kettle/drinks making facility. All this was overlooked as we weren't in rooms much, the shower worked well, room sizes were good for all our gear, cleaning was daily and beds extremely comfortable- we all slept well for 4 nights. The restaurant was closed for the first two days, but no matter - central for all the friendly bars and restaurants. Central to shops, amenities and rideouts across Belgium into Germany, Luxembourg, Spa etc. Priced for what we got. Would we go back? Erm... no.

My number 1 criterion is location. If luxury is important, this hotel may not be able to accommodate your needs. The top floor/loft room accommodates 3 people (one queen and one single) The location was perfect for "walking" into the heart of Bastogne. Parking is available and is located behind the hotel. Shopping, restaurants, historic sites, and museums are within a few minutes of the hotel. The hotel's restaurant has a great menu. It is popular with the locals and visitors. The breakfast buffet serves as a fine example of what is delicious about French food. I did not partake in lunch or dinner.

This was the top hotel of our recent two week trip to Europe. We would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location right on the main square in Bastogne and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The hotel also has its own Michelin 5 Star restaurant as well as a bistro. The rooms were spacious by European standards and quite modern. All public spaces were clean. The included breakfast was quite extensive. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

In October 2024, members of the American Women Club of Brussels (AWCB) took an historical tour of The Battle of the Bulge and we all stayed at the Léo Hotel which is a landmark very well situated in the very center of Bastogne (from Brussels about 2 hours away by car) We choose an overnight weekend Léo Hotel package which included a superior double room, delicious dinner, copious self-service breakfast and pre-paid War Museums tickets (clever idea to avoid long lines). Everything was perfect in this third generation family hotel: impeccable modern rooms, variety of quality food, professional friendly service, English fluency and free private parking. Owners and reception personnel went beyond expectations to assist and provided I.T. logistics to support our Club desire to pay respect to WW2 heroes during this special year of the 80th Commemorations of the Battle of the Bulge. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Hotel Van der Valk Nivelles-Sud. My daughter enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the breakfast, which had a great variety of options. The room cleaning staff was also very friendly and kind. Our stay was perfect. There is also a shopping mall with some restaurants near the hotel.

The jacuzzi met our expectations and we made full use of it. First it was the kids turn and I wish it would fill up quicker, but still they enjoyed even the filling up process. THe playground with real fine sand resembling a beach bar was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent.

I booked this hotel for my clients from London for a hiking trip in the High Fence and they absolutely loved it. I am from the region but moved to London in the early 2000s and did not know this hotel, to be fair I do not know much about the region anymore. The staff are great, very helpful and have a very good level of English. check in was easy, the rooms are large and clean and the booking process was easy. We did not eat but the restaurant was full on the first day so book in advance if you want a table. Nice bar area, ambiance and the pool was closed but a nice addition to the hotel. Also about 10 minutes walk from the train station downward, so you don’t need a taxi to reach there. It is located next to a great chocolatier(Darcy) and the main shopping centre so the location cannot be more perfect. Really a good discovery. I had to wait a couple of times for my clients at reception and they were very nice and easy about it. I had a glass of rose wine at the bar, great choice and only 4 euro 50. It is a busy restaurant and bar and yet it was quiet. And on the top of that it was a famous cycling race that weekend and most of the hotel was booked for the cyclists and it was still neat and quiet. I will definitely come back in a few months with other clients and some of those who would like to come back 🙂

We stay here every year in November while visiting the Thermes of Spa. We noticed a great change in the hotel since it became a Van der Valk Hotel. The Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a great atmosphere in the bar/lounge and the decor was lovely. The breakfast was incredible! The staff were lovely and replenished everything very regularly. The choice was amazing. I particularly loved the fresh smoked salmon. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Our stay was really great! The highlights were the welcoming staff, our room, which was spacious, quiet (despite being next to an elevator) and had a nice view to Spa centre, possibility to go to the Thermes in a bathrobe provided by the hotel, absolutely stunning breakfast.

This is really the kind of place I adore, full of history with its more than 250 years existence run by the same family, 9th generation in a row, with its homely dining room and heartwarming bar with its old piano. I even was allowed to prepare for my piano class playing with candlelight! My heartfelt gratitude to the people who give this place a soul and turn a stay with them in a wonderful experience.

Location was very good. Walks and hikes could start at the hotel. The caves - which were worthwhile - were just around the corner. Breakfast was good, not abundant, but everything you needed was there. I liked the nice lady that attended breakfast 🙂. Dinner was very good, the restaurant was very stylish. We enjoyed a drink on the nice terrace, after our walk. Although our room was at the back (no view), it was very quiet because you did not have the streetnoise. The room was very clean and everything was there that you needed. Good beds. We loved the well kept unique character of the house. Even the toilets on the ground floor were still maintained in the old style, so nice. The owners were very nice.

The breakfast offers delicious coffee and a surprising variety of freshly squeezed vegetable juices. You’ll find everything you could possibly crave—and more! Hotel Sanglier also features a lovely wellness area, and massages are available with prior reservation. The massage was wonderful—just like our entire stay. There is also a private parking area available for €25 per night. A big thank-you to all the staff for their dedication and attentive care toward their guests. I highly recommend Hotel Saint-Amour and I would gladly come back here again.

Everything was very good here. The staff helped me at any time and with everything. The room is a typical hotel room that has what you need. I freaked out with the LED lights in the shower head. You can shower with LED lights changing automatically!!!!. I would have loved to shower only with those lights but as long as you turned the main lights of the bathroom off, the LED also turned off :(

Overall, it was a very nice experience, the stuff was helpful and the hotel is modern and comfortable, the room was above expectations. Gluten-free bread and fresh juice and smoothies for breakfast.

The location in the Hautes Fagnes is an area of natural beauty, cooler than Brussels (nice on a hot summer day) and close to the highest point in Belgium. The hotel has professional staff. The wellness center is nice if not so big: indoor pool, nice places to lay outside, outdoor hot tub, two saunas outside; one sauna, one hammam, and one hot tub inside. It is good for a 3-hour session. The room had a sitting room in addition to the bedroom, which gave it a spacious feel. The breakfast has various options and is nice space and you can even take your coffee outside with standing tables. The hotel offers a lot of massages and other wellness activities. There are even alpacas available for taking a hike and other activities. It was nice to see that the hotel has moved to be sustainable with a solar PV facility.

It’s super nice and Cozy with awesome wellness facilities . Perfect for a couple/family retreat to spend a quiet time !

We booked for family visiting from Japan. Beautiful house with great spacious rooms. Host made sure that we had two joined rooms. The rooms are superb with beautiful decoration. A big lounge and a beautiful garden is available to guests. The host was very friendly and helpful. The Guest house is walking distance from the town centre and its lively bars and restaurants. We will surely return.

The setting on top of a hill 10 minutes' walk out of Nivelles is brilliant. Sylvie and Pierre's magnificent house doubles as a comfortable bed and breakfast. My room had a balcony overlooking their beautiful garden. Breakfast, which Sylvie serves in the dining room, is well worth paying extra for.

The place is very nice, the hosts are very friendly, the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, everything was impeccable and they have an adorable little dog.

The room was very big and so nice the style. A great view on the garden and the river. The Hotel is beautiful, super quiet garden on the river, nice bar and great breakfast. 5 min to the center of Fleurenville for a dinner and 10 min to Orval Abbey. We will come back for sure!

Friendly place, definitely very quiet. Super restaurant. However the room had a strange layout for us. No privacy for the toilet, shower or jacuzzi. As a matter of ffact we felt the bathroom area was a bit of a fishbowl .

We stayed for two nights whilst exploring Dinant and had a lovely stay, so we would recommend the hotel. Main advantages: - Lovely, new and modern facilities (we stayed in the Diane suite). The room was well designed with plenty of storage and everything we needed. - Dinant was just 10 minutes away by car, but the location was quiet and rural which was perfect for us. - The room was very spacious, and a jacuzzi was a lovely touch. - Breakfast was lovely, although some fresh berries and more variety of cheese would be welcome.

Amazing stay! Very comfortable and modern rooms. Staff was very friendly and the location is so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend! Breakfast was also very good! Only wish restaurant was open during our stay.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond. The location was easy to find yet in a very quiet, wooded location. I was delighted to learn that we would be in one of the amazing, one-of-a-kind suites they built on site. Each building was a completely different, unexpected design and was modern, comfortable, and placed to take advantage of the view into endless woods. Kudos go especially to Lynda at the front desk who went out of her way to not only straighten out our arrival reservation but, when we did not have a reservation for dinner,- it turns out it was a special festival weekend in town and most places were booked - spent a loooong time on the phone calling local restaurants to find a lovely area restaurant for our party of four. The grounds of the hotel were designed to take advantage of the wooded location, with fish ponds around the property. There were tables and benches in public areas outside where one could spend quiet, private time - I used my computer one afternoon, enjoying the sunshine outside while drinking a cold beer. I would definitely stay here again and encourage my friends to stay here, too.

That was a modern hotel with chalet in unique modern design. That was a pleasure to stay in one of the chalet with windows looking to the autumn forest and be awake with birds whistles. Restaurant has a nice interior and tasty menu. Breakfast was good as well. Bread was fresh and warm.

The rooms were both of good size. Clean, comfortable, good bed size. Mattresses were a bit on the soft side for our personal preferences but OK for a couple of nights. On site breakfast was OK, not a huge variety but good enough for a breakfast before spending the day out. We went in late October, so the surrounding forest was already in autumn mode, all quite nice a beautiful but I am sure some of the other hotel facilities can be better enjoyed in summer. Our main reason to go there was to visit the Paira Daiza zoo, this hotel was in a perfect location to do so. Plus for me was the small gym, it had good enough basic equipment to clock a couple of workouts.

Die Anlage ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail im Western Style eingerichtet. Großartig! Es hat etwas von Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof. Unser Apartment war gößer als erwartet und mit einer vollwertigen Küche gut eingerichtet. Man hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Es gab viel zu entdecken. Der Empfang war etwas holprig, aber schon bald wurden wir an die richtige Person weitergeleitet, die uns auf Französisch alles erklärt hat. Das Zimmer war im Juli sehr warm und stickig. Leider konnte man nicht lüften, ohne dass sofort unzählige Fliegen reinkamen. Beim Balkon mussten wir sehr darauf achten, dass unser Kind nicht durch die breiten Abstände des Geländers fiel. Ein Frühstück mussten wir uns anderweitig organisieren. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und außergewöhnliches Hotel, dass man nirgendwo anders findet.

This place is incredible. It is so authentic that even the dream catcher is placed right over the bed. Beautiful music is provided to play in the background. It is also therapeutic to see all of the horses when you walk outside. Sleep is heavenly. Wish I could move in! I cannot wait to get back.

Le cadre est super sympa, on se croirait dans un vieux western à l'extérieur, tout y est jusqu'aux chevaux, et dans la chambre thème "années 60 - route 66 - Johnny". On ne venait pas du tout pour ça mais on a beaucoup apprécié. Notre fille encore plus ! Les hôtes sont également très accueillants, bref, on recommande

Echt geweldig. Mooie locatie, rustig, het is net een themapark. Wij hadden de monument valley kamer met een geweldig bubbelbad. We hebben genoten van de picknicktafels buiten, van de paarden, de rust. De gastvrouw was ook heel vriendelijk en deed goed haar best. Absoluut een 10

Très agréable séjour, le studio est super bien équipé vaisselle, essuie cuisine, produits entretien....et la propreté excellente. De plus les propriétaires sont charmants . Petit séjour bien dépaysant. Je recommande cet endroit aux personnes qui aiment la tranquillité tout en étant près de Liège.

We spent one night here on the way home. It is a huge hotel with 100 rooms. A palatial building but quite a modern build. Our room - no. 101 - was spacious with a high ceiling and a jacuzzi! The bed was giant sized and quite soft and so comfortable. We could sleep in as breakfast was served until 11.00. Then it was a bit like "into the fray". The two small coffee machines had broken down so had to be fixed first. Bread had run out, no scrambled eggs either. So patience was required. But in spite of this, the breakfast was not bad at all once we got everything we needed. I think I'd book here again just for the comfortable bed.

Very unique room with the bed up in the loft. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and filled with amenities (safe; frig with soda, beer and water; toiletries; tub; towel warmer; room service; luggage trolley). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially in the restaurant. Outdoor parking was free and accommodated our large SUV. Location is convenient also- walking distance to a strip mall and a chocolate museum, the Val Dieu Abbey and brasserie are a short drive away. Some areas of improvement: the room wifi was extremely weak or non-existent; with the bed upstairs and heat rising, the bedroom was a little uncomfortably warm even in late September, and the automatic window and shutter would not remain open; over all the bed was a little too soft. Also, it was a little noisy from the street noise. It would be nice to have a tv downstairs to watch the news while eating breakfast or just to watch without being in bed. Also, it would give the person sleeping downstairs something to watch. Please add a toilet brush and garbage can to the toilet; having a separate toilet room was nice though. The tub stopper did not keep the water from draining while taking a bath, so that may need to be checked. Also, we had to reset our door key twice during the weekend stay. Overall, though, really liked the room set-up and enjoyed our stay. May return for New Year's Eve.

Came here on a business trip with 2 colleagues. We initially thought we were in the wrong place as we had got ourselves such a good bargain on Hotels.com. Open plan lounge downstairs very comfortable and great choice of drinks at the bar. Bar menu very varied and of a high standard. Service was excellent too. Lovely 4 night stay, room 109 is lovely although beds too soft for our liking. Stayed here last year too. Restaurant, bar & cocktail bar have a great welcoming atmosphere and are very pleasant to eat or drink in.

The hotel was very nice. It is well located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different type of rooms. The first (cheapest) was larger than the second for the dining and office space. The bed is upstairs and give a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is a bit smaller, the shower is in the tub. The second room (middle price) has less space for the office but the bathroom has a hot-tub and a separate shower. The only bad point is that there was a lot of noise until late in the night from a large dance area in the parking lot. It draws a rough crowd from the community. It is located in a temporary structure, but people come in the hallways drunk.

Wonderful location for a visit to Spa-Francorchamps. Modern rooms, with private badroom/shower/toilet. A wonderful breakfast is included and there is an offering of coffee and local Belgian beers. Nice and quiet as well, with great views. My preferred spot if I am going to Spa-Francorchamps.

We had a perfect stay! The room and bed were so comfortable, with a great view across the hills from our bedroom. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and our communication with the host was perfect!

Perfect stay. Beautiful property. Safe, off-street parking. Five minutes from Spa Francorchamps circuit. Amazing breakfast from an amazing host. Comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Highly recommended; would stay again.

The location of the property is amazing, overlooking the beautiful countryside. The building is modern, clean, and cozy. We have stayed at dozens of places across the European countryside the past few weeks, this one is one of the best values.

The hosts were wonderful, everything feels very home-like. The location is beautiful and the breakfast with home-grown berries and eggs from their own chickens was lovely. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day walking.

We visited during a bike trip (Stoneman) and were greeted by the very open, friendly hosts and other travelers. The place has an amazing atmosphere. Drinks can be taken from the bar and payed on a trust basis. A major highlight were the heated pool and Whirlpool, something we did not except in such a lovely little town! Breakfast was amazing and made with eggs from their own hen house. Very much recommended!

Warm welcome from friendly hosts, clean outdoor pool, great shower, comfortable bed and a superb breakfast.

Beautiful B&b,room was beautiful, lovely & Clean,had everything you needed in (coffee & tea)hair dryer etc, use of lovely swimming pool,jacuzzi, sauna if you want. Lots of sun-beds. Great all rounder. Would Definitely come back.

Host very friendly,helpful and accomodating, we had everything we needed for our short stay with toddler and small pet, feel like home facilities, outside hottub and pool, great garden.

Tucked away in the sleeping-beauty town of Waulsort, Belgium on the delightful Meuse River is the romantic and relaxing B&B Windsor. Pascale Lengrand greeted us with smiles the moment we arrived. The place oozes charm: its stylish design touches include cleverly up-cycled antiques (suggesting a modernized Belle Époque) and gorgeous artwork. Etienne Lengrand's portraits and still-life oils are expertly painted in rich but muted palettes – think Vuillard meets Hopper meets contemporary sensibilities – and they are for sale. Our well-appointed room exceeded all expectations for comfort, cleanliness, and charm. It overlooked the garden, the bed was comfortable, and the night quiet. A tranquil stay ensured. The charm of place and our hostess’s warm reception continued into the morning. We could have lingered at the breakfast table all day! We nibbled on delicious homemade bread and homemade gelées, some of beguiling flavors and flavor combinations (I had to try them all!). The coffee and tea were plentiful. Pascale and Etienne Lengrand's postcard-perfect B&B Windsor in Waulsort, Belgium is a place we've already been recommending to friends and family! A return is tempting . . .

We received a warm welcome. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, with view on the garden. The location is excellent, very quiet and not far from Dinant. It was perfect for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed breakfast, which was very elaborate. All in all, we certainly recommend this stay !

Pascale and her husband have put a lot of love and effort in this place. It feels like home away from home. The breakfast is with local products & excellent bread made by Pascale. The location is quiet, lovely and green. Directly from Windsor you can make excellent hikes (for example take the boat to the other side of the Meusse or in Waulsort). I travelled by myself. Perfect for couples (romantic!) or solo travellers like me (quiet!)

A nice quite location tucked away behind the village. New owners delightful as were the last ones. Sadly no evening meals avaliable so we had to find a local restraunt. Room was large, clean and a great on suite shower room. Breakfast was local items and well laid out. Owner was happy to provide cold drinks when we arrived, so sat in the large front garden and enjoyed. delightful stay.

I recommend it 100%. Rooms clean and very well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The jacuzzi was great. A very pleasant place to spend a few moments together. The owners are very nice people.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The shower was fantastic, the bed very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The hosts were very welcoming, guided us to our room, and explained everything in detail. It was also a nice surprise to find Netflix on the TV for a cozy evening. Big breakfast was worth its money, we had it in the room and went for a hike straight after, it was ver convinient. Trooz turned out to be a pleasant discovery. Although the town was heavily affected by the 2021 flood, it’s inspiring to see how the locals are restoring it with optimism. There are great hiking and cycling routes around Trus, and we truly enjoyed exploring them. Everywhere we went, people were kind and helpful. Highly recommended—for both the hotel and the town itself!

Of I could give a 12/10, I would. It was incredible! The host Aprile was amazing, made sure we were ok the whole trip and stayed in contact. We loved the room decoration and it was spotless clean. The room has a classical look, with a modern twist. The Jacuzzi is amazing, it's brand new! The self checkin was great as well. You have a breakfast option, but it's quite close to the center (15 min walk), so very close to restaurants, museums etc. The room is well airconditioned and it has even a smart tv. There is enough parking options around the neighbourhood too. It looks exactly like the pictures and the beds were comfy too!

Positively one of the most beautiful rooms we stayed in. A room like this, at this price, puts most 5 star hotels to shame. The room in a nice building, was gorgeously furnished, with antique looking furniture but maintaining a modern, clean feel. The bed was large with a comfortable mattress and good quality linnen. The bathroom very well laid-out with a large shower, with plenty of hot water available. There were also lots of little touches that make you feel cared for even though the entry to the building is a by code. There is also a large living room and kitchen for communal use. Even though our room was at the front of the building, it was very, very quiet. The communication with the host was fast, accommodating and correct. He also offered suggestions for restaurants. The location is just a few steps outside the historic centre, which has the advantage of has plenty of free parking right in front. I definitely hope to stay here again.

Very charming place, comfortable, modern and very clean. The host is incredibly available, each makes everything much easier. Very good communication and you feel very welcome thanks to Aldo! Morning coffee available is a plus!

The decor is of a very high standard -it is beautifully designed. The room was of a very good size and the facilities are of a very high quality. Great to have access to a sitting room and kitchen. The host, Aldo, is a superstar and was so helpful . The perfect host. The location is very good. A short walk to the city, the possibility of free parking and quiet.

It was very clean, comfortable, and Aldo the host could not have done more to make my stay more enjoyable. Lovely kitchen and salon, and the garden was lovely to sit out in the evening after long days exploring Liège.

The Proprieteress is very friendly and helpful and went to great lengths to order us a pizza when we arrived. The rooms are fine and the facility is nice and just at the edge of the urbanised area. Tournai is a very old city and we stayed only one night but recommend two nights in order to visit the many interesting musea. The optional breakfast is good and if you order an omlet it's outstanding.

The hotel was perfect in terms of cleanness and comfort. We had a room with the view to garden and the little farm. It is a nice place for a short stay (one night) and a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was good but the amount of breakfast was not enough for two persons and it is not a buffet breakfast. So we had to ask for more bread and cheese and it was so nice to be provided with.

This place is located in a quiet location but not far from Durbuy. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. I slept like a pig in this place. The breakfast is nice on a farm-themed table. Staff is very friendly. Would certainly stay here again.

Location is perfect for rest and rejuvenation. The insight garden is an amazing place to relax-peaceful and serene atmosphere. People are very friendly.
