We visited family in Pullman over Christmas and the Holiday Inn Express was the most convenient location. We were very pleased! First, the staff at the hotel was terrific! Santina, the breakfast attendant, was extremly friendly and helpful and made everyone feel very welcome. The housekeeping staff was flawless and we enjoyed the Keurig coffee pot in the room plus the fact the heating system worked very well! I loved spending time in the pool and jacuzzi with my granddaughter. Our only complaint might be the overripe breakfast bananas without many fruit options.

This hotel was perfect for us. We visited in Aug 2021 andJan 2022. We loved visiting at both times of the year. We had a standard room and one bedroom with a fireplace. It is a spacious room for a family of 3 or 4. I love that there is free breakfast, indoor pool and jacuzzi, gym, outdoor area for kids to play, bbq grills, nice patio, and free parking. The location is close to walmart, safeway, other eateries, and wsu. This is our go to spot in Pullman!

Great location and very close to the WSU campus. We were very comfortable here and the hotel is well maintained. Checking in and out was super quick and friendly. The lobby area was well kept, and we enjoyed the pool area. It was a good-sized pool and hot tub, and not too busy. They provided fresh cookies nightly which was a hit. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Everything was stocked well in the bathroom. We had a mini fridge, but it took a good day to get real cold. It had a very small freezer section as well. Did have to ask for extra pillows. No safe in the room. TV was big. It was very quiet as well. The breakfast offered was nice but nothing special. Disappointed in the eggs and pancakes but there was a variety of items to choose from so usually I just stick with the cereals, breads and fruit. Juice and coffee were good and their cinnamon rolls are awesome. There was a constant staff presence keeping everything stocked and wiped down. Always a good experience at the Holiday Inn for us so would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel clean and well located. It was very quiet. Breakfast was the typical premade buffet and is the only meal service available at the hotel. There is no bar or restaurant. Good parking and located near some other services including restaurants. We had some trouble with our air conditioning and the engineer was there in moments to fix it for us. Downsides: no safe in the rooms and no make-up mirror in the bathrooms.

As with our last two visits, the staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. We ate in the Crimson Bar this trip. I had the chicken skewers with peanut sauce and my son had the bacon burger. Both were good and the bartender was friendly and chatty. Our room was on the first floor by an outside door this time. There was a several degree temp difference between our room and the hall - which wasn't bad, just interesting (we kept our room between 64 and 68 degrees). Our room was very quiet and clean, held the temp well, but it was a little stuffy during the day. Once I found that the window opened a few inches, the air felt better. The room was very quiet. There were children and dogs on our hall. If I hadn't seen them, I wouldn't have known they were there. The bathroom is roomy and I love that there is a night light! The water was warm, but the pressure wasn't very strong. I seem to remember more water pressure the last two times we visited. We did have a clogged toilet on our second day. Housekeeping came quickly. The young woman who took care of it was very kind. We will definitely stay at the Pullman Hampton Inn again.

The room was very clean and included a large, stand-up shower and a 2 person jacuzzi tub. The complimentary breakfast was great and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Located downtown, easy walk to all the shops and restaurants.

The bed was sooo comfy, plenty of room for two of us and the spa bath was lovely! Riverside location was beautiful and relaxing, we loved having the balcony to overlook the snowy woods and river after a nice hot jacuzzi soak. The hotel's strudel was amazing too!

Loved our room, King with Jacuzzi tub. Very comfortable bed and our room was top floor with a great view from the balcony. It is so close to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was exactly what I had hoped for. We wanted a room with a jacuzzi tub, and Obertal did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly. We hope to make this a yearly splurge!

Overall our stay was nice, the property was clean, in a safe area, and walkable to downtown. I purposely booked a room with a balcony and city view (it was extra to do this) and upon check in was given a ground floor room behind bushes. When I went back to the front desk and brought this up her reply was ‘Well you’re on the city view side and you have a patio’. I told her I booked a balcony on purpose and multiple times she told me I had a patio instead and there were no other rooms available. It wasn’t until I asked what the purpose of paying more for a balcony was if they just assign you as they want. Then she said she could switch me with someone who hadn’t checked in yet as long as we hadn’t touched anything in the room and had left it resellable and that she would have to check it. She did eventually move us to the 3rd floor with a balcony but I don’t understand why we weren’t assigned that in the beginning since the reservation clearly said balcony room. The front desk lady was not necessarily rude but was clearly annoyed I was asking for the room I paid for. It was a decent breakfast and we might stay there again but I’m hesitant after our check in issue. The kids were excited to finally stay on the ‘castle on the hill’ and LOVED the balcony. The city view was very nice at night as well.

This hotel was an easy Uber ride from airport and then no car needed. We walked to restaurants, church, dollar store, cookies and soccer stadium as well as beautiful river area. Gonzaga U is VERY close! The front desk person Paul was so friendly and welcoming! He was an excellent advisor to everything we wanted to see and do. The local restaurants are so good and the downtown charm is pleasant. The hotel looks like a Harry Potter painting at night! The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean. Spent a lot of time in the spacious lobby and the accommodating outdoor seating. The breakfast is plentiful and very delicious! There are warm cookies and cold milk every evening!! You won’t be disappointed if staying here! Every staff member we encountered in our three days was pleasant and accommodating!

Staff was exceptional - friendly, helpful, and it felt like they were genuinely happy to see us. The small dinner (only offered MTW) was a welcome surprise. Joliet (I think that was her name) in the dinner & breakfast room was a joy to interact with and made us smile each time we saw her. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We walked to downtown over the river from the hotel. If we come back to Spokane, we will definitely stay here again.

Clean - constant cleaning. Well-staffed - wow...there are people to answer phones, help, greet, serve breakfast (and cookies at night!) and there are often a few cleaning or working in the lobby (which is fairly large and has lots of natural light - was a great place to work). Friendly staff. Nice views. This is an older hotel - not brand new, but the room was recently redone and it's clear that the building and interiors were built well and with quality in mind. It's not one of the newer "throw away" hotels of the usual Hampton/Fairfield/Express ilk where when it's new, it looks good for a few years and then looks like crap because the franchisee spent as little as possible to turn a buck. Nice lobby. Good breakfast (with a few options for gluten free and sugar free - something I find lacking at other hotels of this variety). We got a balcony room for about $10 extra per night and I thought it was worth it to open the door and enjoy the fresh air / look at the view. The noise from the main road is sometimes loud if a sportscar/Harley revving goes by, but did not hear normal traffic on the 3rd floor. We also used the fitness room which was well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, and had a filtering water machine to fill bottles. It's clear that the owners are proud of their facility and keep it in good repair and take care of the customer. I wish more in this price range were like this one. We will stay here again if in the area.

Staff was friendly, answered questions and check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. City view was lovely. The late night cookies and access to 24/7 coffee in the lobby was nice. There is also a little store in the lobby for snacks. Lobby is inviting and has plenty of places inside and outside to hang out. Free parking was a must for me. No hidden fees beyond what I booked. The room has a small refrigerator, miceowave, shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Full size shower head. Can ask for other toiletries if needed. The breaksfast (6:30am-9:30am) had variety (fresh pancakes, biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, muffins, juices, cereal and milk, bagels, etc). Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I was happy with this! No complaints and very positive experience. Would consider staying again or referring friends if they visit the area.

I recently stayed at this beautiful Marriott property and while the hotel itself was impressive—with its clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an incredible rooftop bar offering the perfect view and ambience—the true standout of my stay was an employee named Lieu. Lieu went above and beyond in every interaction. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful at all times. Whether it was offering assistance with directions, handling a request with ease, or simply making sure I was comfortable, Lieu consistently delivered service that far exceeded expectations. He is the very definition of hospitality and professionalism. This is the level of service I expect from a Marriott, and Lieu is a shining example of that standard. He made my stay truly memorable, and for that, I give him a 10 out of 10. Marriott is lucky to have him on their team. Thank you, Lieu!

We had an incredible experience at the Astra Hotel in Seattle, and it truly made our Mother’s Day getaway special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from Lieu, Ana, and Courtney. Their kindness and thoughtful conversation made us feel less like hotel guests and more like we were being welcomed into a home. It’s rare to find such authentic service, and they made a lasting impression. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy some time away from the kids. The bed was cozy, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall design of the hotel had a chic, urban vibe that we really appreciated. We also loved the dining options on-site. The food was fresh and flavorful, and service in the restaurant was just as excellent as at the front desk. Every detail of our stay—from check-in to check-out—was handled smoothly. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in Seattle with top-tier service and a welcoming environment, Astra Hotel is the place. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed at the Astra Hotel for five nights for our daughter's wedding. We were completely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is new, with rooms that are cheerful, clean, have a Scandinavian sensibility, and are very quiet. We reserved the Luna Room for a breakfast for the final day of the weekend, for 35 guests. Cole helped us plan this part of the festivities, and we are very satisfied with the advice he gave us. Cole was easy to reach, very professional, and was happy to take the time to discuss the various options for the menu. The Luna Room is a clean and light and friendly space. Danelle and Carrie did a wonderful job preparing the food and keeping the buffet stocked. Everyone who attended was well fed and the quality of the food was excellent. The other guests at the wedding also had positive experiences at the Astra Hotel. All of our encounters with the front desk staff were very positive. They are friendly and helpful.

Upon hearing of my special weekend plans with my wife, who had never been to Seattle, Fatima from the Astra Hotel made our experience one to remember. She help secure a wonderful room with a view of the Space Needle out our enormous room window. I was even impressed with the motorized screen and blackout shade options, providing a private view or dark conditions as needed. We were even greeted with some other special treats in our room upon arrival. The atmosphere in the hotel is extremely clean, modern, and is within walking distance of area attractions and dining options. We also took advantage of some short Lyft rides to the iconic Pike Place Market, as well as a quaint ice cream shop (Molly Moon's) nestled nicely in a nearby neighborhood. Even Johnny, our server at the Astra Hotel rooftop bar/restaurant, was fun and engaging. The next time we're back in Seattle downtown, the Astra Hotel is definitely the place we'll stay again! Thanks, Fatima, and the entire team, for such a memorable experience!

The hotel was very clean and well kept. It was in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and a Starbucks and Victriola coffee within one block. The hotel cafe was decent but expensive. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the rooftop bar had a great view of the Space Needle. The front desk people were very helpful, and there were always at least two people there, even on the third shift. They even brought us a microwave after midnight. We didn't valet, but the valet guys greeted us every time we walked in.

Staffs are great. We love the sauna, pool and jacuzzi. I wish the replenished some of the toiletries that were used up like the cotton pads. There were no slippers provided.

Enjoyed my stay here and the spa was incredible. I do wish their jacuzzi packed more punch with the jets but it was incredibly spacious! Their pillows definitely need changing, they were extremely flat so if you have neck problems, bring your own pillow. Other than that, it was a lovely experience. Will definitely be back!!

From the moment we pulled up to the Fairmont, we knew we were in for something special. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—elegant and inviting from the very first impression. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and gracious, setting the tone for a stay that felt both luxurious and personal. We stayed in a junior suite, which was perfect for our family of three. The space was thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable pull-out couch for our son and all the details that make traveling with a child feel seamless and enjoyable. Dinner at Shuckers, the hotel restaurant, was a highlight. The cocktails were exceptional, and the service was top-notch—not just for us as adults, but for our son as well. The staff treated him like a regular, attentive and kind in a way that made him feel truly special. He hasn’t stopped talking about his dinner—and especially the dessert! The most heartwarming touch came at the end of the night. When we returned to our room, the staff had laid out a junior-sized terry cloth robe just for him. His face lit up with delight—it was such a sweet and memorable moment, and one of those little details that turns a great stay into a magical one. The Fairmont Seattle is a beautiful, welcoming place on its own—but the thoughtfulness and care extended to every member of our family made it unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel is beautiful and has character. Staff provides the highest level of client service. Cocktails were on point and delicious. Shuckers restaurant has the best oysters and cocktails. The cafe staff are very hospitable and serve a quick, delicious breakfast for those get up and go site seeing days. The George restaurant offers an amazing menu for brunch and dinner. Full service Spa and salon is available. We had a very much needed and wonderful couples massage. We will be back to stay!!

We stayed for 3 nights in an 8th floor suite which was really spacious, good tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable beds (but I bit high for me - I’m 5ft 3 and had to climb up) powerful over the bath shower. We used the gym which was pretty good but rather busy and the pool and hot tub once which was really nice. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t say what that was like. We ate at Shuckers once which was really nice, our waiter was very friendly and efficient and we were seated at a nice table by the window. We both had the battered halibut and chips which was really tasty but the fish was tiny and pretty expensive. We tried one evening to sit in the bar but there were no seats free so we went elsewhere. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. It’s an old style hotel in a good location, nothing particularly stood out as wow but zero complaints either.

An absolutely perfect stay! Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms including very modern nice bathrooms and comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, including upgrading my room and then moving me to a quieter area and bigger room when the room next to me had a dog that would not stop barking. There was no street noise at night and the hotel is in a perfect area - safe, by the waterfront, surrounded by cute shops/restaurants, and walking distance to the Pike Place Market and other attractions. I even walked to the space needle and back from the hotel. The bookstore bar/restaurant downstairs serves breakfast and dinner and has fun decor. An overall perfect stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will stay here again next time I am in Seattle.

Absolutely phenomenal. Dascha at the front desk was so attentive and some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. The hotel is stunning with local art and beautiful modern decorations. My room was beautiful with spectacular views of the Puget Sound & a little city view. The bathtub and the shower were sooo nice, I was actually able to stretch in the tub which is rare due to my height. The bed was insanely cozy and conveniently angled so when you wake up you looked right outside towards to water. A/C & heat system was amazing. They provided cold water 24/7 in the lobby, valet was very nice though it’s a tad expensive. I would’ve liked some hooks in the shower for washcloths or loofahs.. the water temp could get a littttle hotter in the shower.. was a little disappointed there was no microwave and the fridge was filled with stuff for purchase so couldn’t really store much in there, it didn’t get very cold either. Other than that, I had such a nice stay. I can’t wait to be back. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

The front desk staff were very friendly, and there are beautiful touches all over the hotel. There are 2 gyms, one on the 3rd and one on the 4th floor. Both are (small but) awesome, one is more dedicated to cardio but also has foam rollers and dumbbells, and the other has a rock wall, monkey bars, plyo boxes, air bike, dumbbells and kettlebells. Location was perfect- 1st Ave is lined with shops, cafes, galleries and restaurants, and you’re about 2 blocks from the waterfront park area. We stayed in the king suite which was gorgeous. Large dining table, comfortable sectional couch, and separate bedroom. The 2 things that made this hotel less than a perfect 5 stars- the shower was just inconvenient and thoughtlessly designed. Definitely went for aesthetic over function. The half glass is nice looking but water gets everywhere, but more importantly, there isn’t a single ledge to put your own items on, and it’s just a shower (not a tub) so if you’re using any sort of product outside of their shampoo/conditioner/soap, like perhaps face wash or a razor, you’re putting it on the shower floor. The other thing was the wifi was a bit spotty. With that said, I’d stay here again and highly recommend!

Such an amazing hotel! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Brandon was such an awesome staff member!! He was so kind and upgraded me and my husband for our anniversary trip!! Brandon and Scott both were so amazing!! Such a wonderful hotel very clean and super nice!! Will definitely be coming back for the environment and hospitality. My husband and I stayed in October 2025 and were upgraded for our anniversary to a spa suite with an amazing hot tub and complimentary champagne! The service was friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect. The onsite restaurant is also a fantastic spot for an even nightcap. The hotel is also a very easy walk to the stadiums past many other bars and restaurants. 10/10 will stay again!

Cute pineapple details, a plushy Husky that we adopted, jacuzzi and Pineapple cafe. Hotel’s attention to details is incredible! We loved this whole pineapple design, pineapple cookies and a little cute plush Husky, that we adopted! Oh, and they even have complimentary bikes and helmets to explore beautiful Seattle.

The hotel is conveniently close to Line 1, making it easy to get around. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I loved how peaceful the neighborhood was — super quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the afternoon treat, especially the pineapple cookies — I absolutely loved them! I just wish there were more… I couldn’t get one on my second day 😢. I also really appreciated that they had a smart TV, so I could watch YouTube without needing to connect my own device — such a nice touch! If breakfast had been included, it would’ve made the stay even better. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Overall, my care client and I had a great experience (I am a caregiver). The service was professional, yet down to earth and friendly. The lobby area was very attractive and comfortable, as was our room. The room was clean and had wonderful beds and was very peaceful. The only issues we had were that the bathroom had only one hook to hang towels and other items from and it was about three feet off the floor, and the fold-out handicap shower bench seemed flimsy. Also, a small table near the toilet to put phones or books on would have been a nice touch. While the price seemed steep to us, it was a very pleasant experience (we rarely travel and our price expectations are probably outdated). It is important to end this review with this: We were very impressed when, upon submitting our concerns to the Watertown, the general manager immediately contacted us and assured us that our concerns would be addressed -- that was a very classy touch! Thank you! By the way, their water -- still and sparkling -- were delicious! Oh yeah - the parking garage was extremely convenient.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. So easy to check in and out. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was nice and shower was great, the removable shower head is a nice touch. The location was perfect for our concert at the Neptune Theatre.

Absolutely perfect from reservations to exit. Rooms are amazingly comfortable, quiet, super clean and the amenities are wonderful. Robes, unlimited coffee via the Keurig, yummy shampoo and lotion, microwave, refer, safe...black out shades. Staff listened to our needs and request. We were there for a medical trip at UW, and this stay made our trip much less stressful and we felt at home, safe. Thank you so much. We will be back. Rebecca, son Frank

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Seattle from July 27–31 for a work conference, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city during downtime. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches and stunning city views that made it feel like more than just a work trip. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and cozy lobby spaces perfect for both relaxing and getting a bit of work done between conference sessions. Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Seattle whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay! Everyone was so kind and friendly, really nice at check in and upgraded our room even though we are only discoverist. The room seemed very clean and spacious and was very quiet. Views of the bay were gorgeous! We had club access and I think the food was above average with very friendly attendants. It was my niece’s birthday and they made it extra special for her. Everyone we saw was always very friendly, helped us hail a cab. Location was ideal with Pike’s Market and pier within walking distance as well as a nearby HMart, Target, Walgreens etc. We tried the hot pot restaurant in the lobby and it was authentic and delicious. Highly recommend and would love to come stay again!

We had a quick one night layover stay before our international flight. While our stay was short, we definitely enjoyed our well appointed corner suite! It was very comfortable, spacious and had great skyline views. Staff here is very professional, friendly and always ready to help! Location is also very central to shopping, Pikes Market and many restaurants. What a great way to start our trip!

If you are going to a multiple day convention in Seattle, this is one of the best choices yo can make to stay at the Grand Hyatt. It is close to either of the 2 Seattle convention center buildings, with only a short walk, depending on which exit you take. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the views of the City Skyline and water are always great. Rooms are quiet, but often yo can still hear doors slam and sometimes the elevators. Staff are helpful, welcoming, and if you need anything ask they will do what they can to accommadate you. Normal rates are quite pricing here, so if you can get convention pricing to save a little it is worth it. Parking is great, but we always use the valet service to save time, parking and valet fees will be added to hotel bill, instead of separate charges. Overall this is my Go To Hotel when in town for events/conventions.

A beautiful hotel suite - large, spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was to die for - again very spacious, separate shower unit and finished to high quality. We were on the 22nd floor, with views over the city and glimpses of the water between tower blocks. Check-in and out were smooth and seamless, with knowledgeable staff on hand to help us navigate this new city. Well situated for Pike Place Market and local attractions. Bar staff were also friendly. A great choice of hotel, which I would highly recommend.

Hotel is very nice. We ate at Daniel’s Broiler (=expensive but the service was great & the food delicious! Our room was small but cozy & clean. It had everything we needed (comfy king size bed, XL flatscreen t.v. hung on the wall at the foot of the bed). Appreciated the fridge, safe, in-room k-cup coffee maker. We also enjoyed the large walk-in shower and single use toiletries on the vanity for us to use (cotton swabs, cotton facial rounds, shower cap). The only issue we had was incorrect info on the dining option flyer we received upon check in to the hotel. The flyer clearly says Market on the 2nd floor is open for breakfast (until 11am Friday-Sunday). Well, we checked out of our room on FRIDAY and arrived at the Market counter at 10:22am. As we walked up a worker told us we could no longer order breakfast as they were turning over their stations to all day menu items. I then showed them the flyer that we had received upon checking into the hotel the night before and the Market employee said, “Yeah, I don’t know why they keep handing that out at the checkin desk, that info is wrong”. The Market manager overheard me talking with the employee and said she was sorry for the mixup and told the worker to let us order breakfast still. Most annoying thing though was we arrived at 10:22am, so there was still 8-minutes to order. Front desk should cross out the wrong time on flyers and verbally tell guests that the breakfast till 11am Friday-Sunday is no longer a thing.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Seattle with my sister and two nieces. My room has two queen beds. It was for four of us. Before arrival, I was a little bit worried about the bed size but the beds were actually pretty big and I had no issue sharing it with my niece who is a teenager. The room was also very spacious and clean. The staff were also very helpful and kind. It is also located in downtown which is very convenient to go to anywhere including Seattle's major tourist attractions. And they also placed specialty coffee pods from Boon Boona which seems to be well known in Seattle and I tried it out in the room. It was really nice. I loved the taste of the coffee and their attention to detail which lifts the guests' experience to another level. The room was also very clean and very well maintained. My room was on the 35th floor and the view was really nice. We could see the ocean from the room window and we even didn't have to go anywhere for the night view as the room had an excellent view. We're all really satisfied with all the aspects of the hotel and we're highly likely to stay here again when we come back to Seattle. Thank you for the great experience!

Loved everything about the Hyatt Regency Seattle. My room was spacious and very clean. Great view. It was sooo quiet at night. Please keep the quiet hours! Comfortable beds. Great size TV. Multiple outlets. Great lighting (night light is clever; activates on movement). Well designed bathroom. Had everything I needed. I was sooo comfortable. Housekeeping is impeccable. Even with a large conference, the hotel didn't seem overwhelmed. I hung out at the "Andare" bar most evenings. Kind and attentive staff. Great pasta dishes. Fair prices. Their Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned was amazing. Location is fantastic. Close to everything. 10 min by foot to light rail to airport ($3). Shopping, restaurants, Starbucks all in walking distance. I was able to check in 2h before check in. Thank you!! Highly recommend!

My recent stay at the Seattle Hyatt Regency was exceptional in every way. The property is impeccably maintained, with spotless rooms and common areas that reflect a high standard of cleanliness and care. The staff truly stood out—professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Service in the restaurant was prompt and attentive, adding to the overall quality of the experience. The hotel’s location is convenient for both business and leisure travelers, and the amenities provided ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Great location near the convention center. Perfect walking distance to Pike Market area. Lots of shops and cafes in the area. Staff members were amazing. Room request were quickly fulfilled. Great restaurants in the building. Parking was safe and convenient. Lobby was beautiful. We had a king city view room. It was spacious and clean. We would stay here again in the future!

I had the most outstanding experience while staying at this hotel for two nights. The hotel is extremely clean and decorated beautifully. My room had everything I needed plus some special extras. The bed was comfortable in the shower, luxurious. Best part was the exceptional service I received from the moment. I got there until the moment I left. Jordan the valet was friendly and helpful. Alivia at the bar/restaurant delightful and knowledgeable. Forest at Table 13 provided the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. And I appreciated the extra care and assistance from Jacob and Amanda at the front desk. I can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you, Davenport Grand!

We had drinks at the whiskey bar our first night. We were kind of tired, but then we came across the most amazing bartender that we have ever had in any of our travels. Her name was Crystal and she took great care of us and made the best drinks we've ever had. Martinis, old fashions, other delicious cocktails, and her attentive nature And fantastic personality made the experience so good for us. We found out she was working the next night at the main bar in the lobby and we had to come despite having already had a full day we went and had more drinks that were just as amazing as the night before. She is a tremendous bartender and a very nice person, and I can't recommend her enough.

I made a late reservation just before NYE and asked if we could get a room with a view of Riverfront park to watch the fireworks display. They were so kind to acknowledge the request in a pre-check in email and said it would be addressed at check in. When we checked in, the young lady was so kind personable and polite the service was amazing. She said she did get us a room with a view of the park so we could watch the fireworks display. My wife was super excited with the floor we were on and our view. The fireworks were amazing. The room was amazing. She (we) were so pleased we likely will make it a tradition for us going forward to stay at the Davenport Grand on NYE to watch the fireworks display.

The hotel was clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very quiet room with beautiful views of the river, city and mountains beyond. The bed was very comfortable.

Restaurant experience after our evening show of Jo Koy. Your Hostess was gracious enough to not only continue to greet and seat partons .. she took our table and provided excellent service. There was a light level of personnel available, she took initiative. (I like that) Our room was spacious, like the walk in shower, overlooked Riverfront Park. I needed to construct a purchase offer for my Buyer ... not a huge fan of laptops or utilizing my phone for this task. Went down to the Business Center, made my ability to provide for my client while on the road, less worrisome. Big plus, we purchased coffee and breakfast items from your coffee shop ... the blueberry muffins had one of my family members turning over a new leaf. Not normally a fan of blueberry muffins, this one would change their mind!!!! *I may have to pry the secret recipe away from your bakers! lol* Unless you deliver??!!! On a whim of researching for amenities near First Interstate Center for the Arts, your hotel came to the top of my list. Without hesitation, reserved a room for our evening in Spokane. Our overall experience was delightful and beyond expectations!

My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for our son's 7on7 football tournament. We were warmly welcomed, given complimentary bottles of water and quickly provided with our room keys. When we got to our room on the 5th floor, our cards weren't working so my husband went back down to the lobby. Turned out she wrote the wrong room number down. A little inconvenience, but it was a small mistake that she quickly rectified. Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious. We had everything we needed except an in room safe. Considering we were travelling with passports and cash, this would have come in handy. There was a rather obvious stain on the floor beside the bed that was a little unseemly but the beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable that I've ever experienced in a hotel. We both slept great the two nights we stayed. The breakfast was okay. The first morning, we went down a bit later and it seemed like they were hesitant to make more food so they didn't have to throw anything away. It wasn't fresh and we had to scrape the dishes clean. It wasn't busy. The second morning, we went down earlier and things seemed fresher and more full. Overall, friendly service, super comfortable beds and a great location. Would stay again!

Holiday Inn is always a great hotel to stay. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms. The bed sheets and towels were clean, the heater/air con always works. Lighting in the bathroom is really good, nice and bright. Room I had was really comfortable, there were trains going by but they stopped after a certain time and it was pretty quiet. When I checked in, Jessica was an absolute joy to work with, friendly, informative, helpful and funny. Glad to have met her!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling in the area and needs a place to stay

The property is really really clean. We rented the room to sleep and it didn't fail. The room is very spacious, the bedroom huge, comfy, clean, fresh and cozy. The bathroom is big and very modern looking. I recommend this hotel 100%

We stayed here a week working a few days and visiting with family a few days. The room setup was clean and comfortable. My husband worked from the room easily. I worked from the lobby which was very comfortable. They had a conference room we used for calls, no charge. Breakfast was adequate as expected. I was sick and they had cut oranges which were great. Fruit juices were not, orange juice came out clear and then dropped an orange blob. I brought my own English muffins as their bagels and and bread choices were stale. Eggs did the job. Lots of yogurt available. The main complaint is the area is not walkable anywhere and doesn’t feel safe.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Check in was super easy and all of the stuff we're so friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable after a long day. It's location is great for whatever you need. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel in a very long time. Everything was so fresh and delicious with a lot of options. I will definitely stay here again.

Like many business travelers, when I am in the tri cities of Washington I always pick this 4.5* Hampton Inn to stay in. While it is not new, management is always upgrading the hotel. The layout gives the feeling of spaciousness. The staff is always friendly and helpful, thanks to an outstanding manager, Melody. The breakfast is typical for a Hampton Inn but fresh fruit, coffee, tea and cookies are available 24/7. The standard rooms are very decent, but for a few dollars more you can be upgraded to a room with a river view of the Columbia river. Watching sunrise over the river is spectacular. In addition, each room has a patio so watching sunset over the river, perhaps with a glass of wine, is quite lovely. Lastly, there is a very nice walkway through the adjacent river park that goes for better than 4 miles. And all of this is at a very competitive price and often less money than lower rated hotels.

We’ve stayed a several Hampton Inns over the years. This was the best one. Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Terrific room with clean, contemporary finishes and furnishings. Terrific view of the river and an adjacent river walk through a beautifully maintained park. Tasty complimentary breakfast.

I travel a lot for work, and this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far. It was 100% designed for the traveler. Small details, like a large, uncluttered table near the front door, to place belongings in as you walk in. The walk-in shower was incredible with soap dispensers, instead of disposable bottles and bars. Instead of just regular plug ins, it actually had usb plug ins so I could charge my phone by the bed. I especially loved the tv tray near the couch. It was the perfect height to eat dinner, before settling in for the night The bed was super comfy, and the room was quiet. Overall, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and designed with the hotel guest in mind. This is now the hotel that I judge all other hotels by.

This is a pretty standard Hampton Inn, in a nice location. It's along the river, in an office park. Not much that is walkable near by, so that's one con. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The elevators were under repair when I was there, so I did have to lug a suitcase up a flight of stairs, which wasn't my favorite. A few other repairs seemed to be going on. Good breakfast selection, in a large, light and airy dining room/lobby area. Still, a comfortable, quiet hotel.

This Hampton Inn was quite nice. The hotel was clean & well maintained. Our river view room was large & comfortable. The bed & pillows were ok, but they could be improved upon. The bathroom itself was large, but the sink area was small & the lights don't do a person any favors. The breakfast was typical Hampton Inn which is adequate for a free breakfast. The desk staff were friendly. Overall, it was a nice place to spend a couple nights.

The jacuzzi was amazing. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The lounging chairs next to the fireplace were super comfy. The continental breakfast was good and it was so nice to sit outside and sip coffee on the patio. Staff was polite and helpful.

The room with jacuzzi, fireplace, and patio access was just perfect; the waterfront was very nicely decorated; and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Warm and welcoming staff and lobby. The jacuzzi room had a lovely view of the channel off our balcony.

Everything about this place is amazing...the location, the water front setting, and the shops nearby! The room itself was incredible, and we enjoyed our jacuzzi tub and balcony!

Very clean. Breakfast was great!! Every hotel should have the pancake maker. Coffee was the best!! Again, every hotel should have a coffee maker that grinds and brews fresh coffee. Staff was also very friendly. I dealt most with Elena. She was very friendly and helpful!

Amazing stay. Check-in was a breeze; room was clean and bright. We were on 2nd floor and close to elevator and ice machine. Very quiet sleep, no disturbances. Parking is plentiful and free, just mention your vehicle make/colour/plate number. Restaurants and factory outlets in proximity.... walking distance even. Korean BBQ just across the parking lot and food is wonderful. Staff at front desk very welcoming and warm.... love this touch from Holiday Inn. Breakfast was plentiful considering is complimentary.... no complaints. Love the automatic coffee machines and lots of seating for everyone. Pool is warm and we enjoyed our swim along with the hot tub. It’s all indoor. Gym facilities are enough to get by over the long weekend. Over a excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.

We had a show at Tulalip Casino and stayed for the weekend. The check in was great friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean...the rooms were clean too. The beds were comfy and seemed fairly new. We needed a corkscrew and the hotel had one available and let us use it for the weekend. The shuttle service to the casino was quick about 8 minutes from when we called and the drivers were fantastic. The breakfasts were fresh and hot and loved that they had the option to take upto the room. We all enjoyed our stay and would do it again! There are stores, cafes and restaurants you can walk to so location was great.

Very clean and quiet. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The king size bed and pillows were super comfortable and the rooms are large and nicely laid out. Close to I-5, shopping, casinos and restaurants. There is a very nice grocery store a block away. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We appreciated and used the underground parking garage. After staying there for 6 nights, this will be where we stay for our annual family visits.

The hotel is centrally, located near Pike market and the light rail. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was very nice and spacious and clean. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi along with the steam room.

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Paramount, where we went to see David Byrne. We were met by the valet who was very accomodating of the fact that we left our key to the electric car and he had to use our phone! It has an indoor pool/spa/jacuzzi which was on the website but I overlooked - pool would have been perfect. Long enough to do some laps, no icky pool cloy atmosphere, nice view as well. We had drinks at Tidal and the best oysters - that was a win. Bed was perfect and pillows as well. We had been upgraded to a suite which had great views and a lot of room. However, I found the room to feel a bit sterile with an odd undecorated entrance and uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Bathroom was large with huge soaking tub and great shower. Quiet for being a downtown hotel and super clean.

I loved literally everything! Exceptional attention to detail in everything from comfort (amazing bed and pillows, perfect shower) to location (so walkable, excellent restaurants nearby) to friendly professionalism (incredibly helpful staff) to enjoyment (great lounging areas, fun vibe, wonderful amenities).

Awesome location with food trucks during the week and walking distance to many restaurants parks and shops which was great as I didn’t want to use my car during my stay. Staff recommended 10 hr street parking spots during our stay which was very helpful and loved that they had full bar, coffee and food in the hotel as well. Reception was super helpful and I requested a mini fridge in my room which they brought up right away. Very clean, very comfortable bed, would definitely stay here again

Amazing service from Elijah! The studio style rooms have the basic needs with the option to request additional items. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, trendy lobby and bar, and a nice little welcome gift for my birthday :) Management and staff very attentive and their willingness to assist guests was a big plus. Pleasant but not stuffy - a very cozy cool vibe but luxe. I would recommend this for travelers who travel light and spend a lot of time out on the town or want to enjoy the social space in the lobby.

This hotel was conveniently located near the pier which was close to some nice restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free drink after a long day of traveling. The room was small but very clean and interesting design. My only complaint was not having a coffee pot or at least free coffee in the lobby. And the door to the bathroom has an opaque glass that was too bright during night.

The nicest people were working here! They helped take care of our luggage prior to check in. They recommended a great restaurant. We received a free drink token for the coffee/alcohol bar. The lobby is super comfortable. The rooms are smaller, but definitely not the smallest that we saw in Seattle! It was really comfortable. The shower was great!!

Everything! What's not to like? Rooms are large. The pool and hottub were outstanding. Food is pricey but delicious.

Beautiful views, game room with pool, ping pong, table top shuffle board (I don’t know its official name), fire pit, pool and jacuzzi, bikes, petting zoo, not too far from the quaint town of Winthrop, etc.

The location is fabulous - breath taking views over the mountains. All staff were very friendly and always attentive. Breakfast was lovely - coffee with an amazing view and the choices on the menu great, out favorite was the salmon/pea puree toast, yummy! We also hit the bar a couple of times and burger, brisket & chicken sandwich were excellent - paired with craft beer on tap. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lake nearby where we did stand up paddling. There are numerous hiking trails leaving right from the resort - again, beautiful scenery, all well marked. The room was a standard size, two comfy beds and a completely remodeled, modern bathroom. We stayed in 322 - nice mountain view yet the view on the other side is even better. Winthrop is an idyllic little town with many eclectic boutiques and good restaurant options - our favorite by far was Jupiter. So all in all - highly recommendable to stay at the lodge. There a number of highly critical reviews and we were honestly rather skeptical when driving up to the lodge. We cannot judge what may have went wrong with others, yet from our experience of staying here for days we can give a clear 5 star rating!l

Lovely setting / location. Very comfortable bed. clean and cosy room. Nice balcony. Views would have been lovely from our balcony and the restaurant & bar, but unfortunately the smoke and air quality were bad in the area for the 2 nights we were there so we didn't get the full effect :-(

I'd been on the road for days and my was back was done. I stayed in the room with a jacuzzi and it was perfect. No more pain and so relaxing! The staff was wonderful.

Had a wonderful stay here. Our room was spacious with a nice TV and roomy bathroom. All was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and hot breakfast complete with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, yogurt, etc. with good coffee and real whipped cream. A staff member was available the whole time if assistance was needed. It was also quiet, yet close to the great. Highly recommended.

This property is fantastic! 5 star property across the board! Convenient location, quiet rooms even though the freeway is very near. Excellent pet areas that are clean, safe, well lit, and have courtesy bags provided. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with everything the traveler requires-- refr/freezer, coffee maker, and AC works great! Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was. The breakfast in the morning was incredibly delicious! Totally above and beyond what you would expect to get with a "complimentary" breakfast. Absolutely superb! I had scrambled eggs with cheese, garlic potatoes, sausage links, and biscuits and gravy. My husband had eggs benedict, waffles, and fresh fruit. Best Western Bronco Inn was the last place we stayed before reaching home, and it was the absolute best for last. Thank you so much! We will be back!

This is my favourite hotel in the BW family. I’ve suspect I’ve stayed here no less than six times over the years. The lobby is beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast offering is second to none. The food at breakfast is fresh, tasty and there is a very diverse selection. The breakfast definitely deserve a tip. The rooms are clean, the beds are firm, yet very comfortable. The only negative was the aerator in the bathroom sink in Room # 233. It was awful. Management promised me they would fix it before my next stay. We’ll see as I’ll be back next August.

The best hotel in redmond by far. Very nicely decorated. Good snack shop in lobby. Nice bar with outdoor patio. The room was nice, especially the coffee bar in the room. Napresso was wonderful. I only wish they had a jacuzzi buy the indoor pool area.

This hotel got everything right - easy check in/check out, comfy bed, great linens, super nice espresso coffee maker (and all that coffee clutter is hidden in a closet), lovely and functional lighting, towel hooks in the bathroom, an umbrella, complimentary water and caramels, huge clean windows, quiet, lovely & interesting artwork, makeup remover, wonderful bath products (so good that I bought some in the lobby on our last day), an eco friendly toilet with two flush options, great bathroom fixtures including two shower heads - handheld and a rain shower, interesting bedside books, and great location - close to a nice shopping center, Marymoor Park, and walking trails. It’s the hotel I would design if I had that job.

We love the expansive lobby with free coffee and tea (and festive hot chocolate bar in the evening) multiple seating areas suitable for meeting friends and family, the "store" with all the snacks and wine, and the adjacent bar and restaurant. The gym is spacious, full of natural light, and well-equipped. We did not use the pool, which looked clean, accessible, though small for an adult looking to do laps. Across the parking lot is Redmond Town Center (photo included) with shopping and restaurants, and the rest of Redmond's center is a short drive or a leisurely stroll away. Eventually, the Light Rail will connect Redmond to downtown Bellevue and even more eventually, Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. So this location will only get better.

Booked this hotel for second stay. Originally stayed at this hotel a few years ago with my husband and inlaws because it was new and had one large room with two king size beds. Fabulous hotel with boutique feel. Gorgeous reception area with friendly and professional check in. Our room was spacious with two very comfortable king beds and quality bedding. Only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed the buffet brunch that was available prior to our departure. Havent had such a high quality brunch since our stay at the Orologio hotel in Florence Italy. Would very highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern decor. Walk across parking lot to shopping and restaurants at the mall. Love that it’s dog friendly and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Two king size beds is so rare to find in a hotel and made our stay so comfortable. Best deal in Redmond!

What I love best about this hotel is that they have total blackout shades in the rooms. The shades slide down beneath a bar so there’s no way sunshine can pick through on the sides or the top of the shades. The room itself is a typical hotel room with a Keurig Keurig coffee maker, microwave, safe, mini fridge and lots of plug-ins. The coffee set up is with two Keurig pods, two tea bags and the sugar/powdered cream set up. On each side of the bed you have two plug-ins and one USB port. My king room had a spacious shower With soap shampoo and body wash in large bottles on the wall. The bathroom has a lighted mirror but no make up mirror. The water gets very hot and the pressure is adequate. The morning breakfast is OK, offering pre-made omelettes, biscuits and gravy, three types of cereal, Bread, muffins coffee and juice. The daily USA today newspaper is also available. The location is next to a loves truck stop which has a Fast food restaurant in it. There is a Starbucks across the street. The room is quiet and there is no particularly good views from any room. A pool and gym are available.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice and clean. The king room had a very large shower which I liked. Free breakfast is enjoyable with lots of tasty choices. The only criticism is that while there is a nice pool and exercise room, there is no hot tub.

Family flew in from out of town and it was my wife's birthday so I rented a couple of rooms so we could hang out and swim if we wanted. The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff. She was so nice helpful. I would stay again and will definitely recommend to friends and family from out of town.

Room was comfortable and a good size. Bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. Now for what needs some attention: Too few towels, the shower needed descaling/deliming of the threshold, while the shower floor needs a deep clean. Also, the HVAC fan is too loud.

Our room (and the hotel in general) was very clean and the king bed was super comfortable. The temperature and wifi were also great. The breakfast was excellent with hot egg omelets and sausage. Lots of other good choices such as hot oatmeal and numerous cold choices. Everything was kept tidy. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. There is a Starbuck's across a busy road and a Carl's Jr. across the parking lot at the truck stop. Surprisingly, the truck stop was not a noise issue. Although we were at Terra Blanca Vineyard for a wedding, the location is very good for wine country.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel is great with the pool/jacuzzi area being very nice. I had the pool to my self. Nice wind down before bed. Views from the hotel towards Seattle are great.

From check in to check out. 100% satisfied. Rarely do I give a 10 across the board. I can honestly say this is one well deserved. From the check in with Tiki and Paco at the Restaurant. Awesome service. Awesome stay. We truly will be making another stay here. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The dock is awesome. Spectacular sunsets. Drinks. Food. Service!!! The spa is awesome too!!! Sauna and jacuzzi hit the spot. .

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington and overall found it to be a clean, comfortable, and modern hotel. The property itself is lovely, and the views of Lake Washington from both the room and restaurant areas were truly memorable—watching the sunset over the water was a highlight of our visit. I especially appreciated the quiet and organized elevator system that helped prevent crowding, even during busy hours. Our room was well-kept, and the bathroom had a sleek design, though adjusting the shower to a comfortable temperature was more difficult than expected. We did dine at the hotel, but I found the restaurant menu both expensive and limited in appealing options. My husband enjoyed his clam chowder, while I ordered a lentil dish that was good but not memorable. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with modern amenities and unforgettable views, though the dining value and some of the room features left a little to be desired. Would stay again—with plans to explore more nearby dining options.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel to celebrate our kids' birthday, and it was such a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made sure our special request was taken care of before arrival, which we really appreciated. The hotel is super convenient, with stores and restaurants nearby, plus a nice swimming pool. Our kids loved the thoughtful s’mores kit they received! The views from the hotel—both from our room and the outdoor seating area—were stunning. Right next door, a lovely park with a great playground was perfect for walks and playtime. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d happily return and recommend this hotel for a convenient, fun, and memorable stay.
