Very clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms had up to date technology. Exceptionally clean hotel!! The premises too were very clean. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially those at the breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. My boys looked forward to breakfast every morning :) WE will stay here again, whenever in that area.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, especially a gentleman who worked the front desk in the evenings. I didnt get his name but he went out of his way to interact with the kids at the hotel, which was very nice. The hotel rooms themselves were very modern and comfortable. I was surprised to see a laundry facility and the pool area was clean and inviting. We typically dont use the hotel pools because they dont look very clean but this hotels pool was very clean! Everything in our room worked and the ambient lighting was very nice with all the different ways to light the room. We moved a chase in the room and even had room for my infant daughters pack and play so she could sleep safely with us in the room, without having to bed share. The fridge in the room was very spacious and the small amenities, such as the coffee maker, were very convenient. The location was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to busch gardens and water country USA. Busch gardens was less then a mile away and water country was only 2 miles away! We also had to make a target run at one point (5 mins away!) and the dining options around the area were also excellent. Wawa was frequented daily and Maurizios in the shopping center next to the hotel has some of the best italian food we have had in a while!

Beds were so comfortable and clean along with the entire room and bathroom!! Loved the Dove products too!! Smell so fresh!! The breakfast had so many choices!! Liked the fresh scrabbled eggs batter then the omelet the next day. The sausage, bagels with cream cheese, fresh fruit, oj, apple juice and coffee all hit the spot!! Chen at the front desk was so nice and helpful!! Thank You for a great stay!!

Everything was very clean, extra concessions were reasonably priced, the breakfast was great, the staff was very polite. Promise was our check in person at the desk and she was very polite and very sweet and chatted with me and my wife about our vacation. She was wonderful and wonderful representative for the hotel. Our room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and everything was perfect. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Busch Gardens.

We stayed for 3 nights while vacationing in Busch Gardens. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with Busch Gardens being just a little way down the road. There was a buffet breakfast on site which was a nice time saver so we didn't have to venture out in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfort Suites was an excellent hotel. Its modern clean beds were very comfortable. Hotel has an amazing selection for the complimentary breakfast! Our kids loved the game room pool jacuzzi and fitness room. Would highly recommend!!!!

We stayed at the Williamsburg Hampton Inn-Central for 4 nights in an ADA accessible room. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff we encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our check in was fast and efficient. The front desk staff cheerfully greeted us each time we entered the hotel. The grounds and common areas were clean with nicely manicured landscape. We enjoyed sitting outside to relax and have a drink after a day of sightseeing. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The night light in the bathroom was a nice plus. The breakfast area was clean and spacious with typical free hotel breakfast buffet items. My husband is a full-time wheelchair user. He is able to take care of his personal needs when in an environment that is wheelchair accessible. We have been traveling together for over 40 years. My comments on accessibility are for information only in hopes that it may be of help to others. Our room was wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. The shower controls and handheld shower were on the wall opposite the shower bench. The shower controls and hand held shower could not be reached when seated on the shower bench. The shower curtain was a foot off the ground. This makes it impossible to for an able-bodied companion to take a shower without soaking the bathroom floor. We enjoyed our stay at the Williamsburg Hampton Inn–Central and will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Hotel is convenient to most things we could want to experience. Check in was a breeze. Pet area large and clean and equipped with 'bags' and trash can. Staff very warm and friendly..and helpful. Room was clean, no unpleasant odors. Hot breakfast each morning open right @ 7 and we enjoyed coffee available 24/7. We enjoyed nearby Jose Tequillas, Jersey Mikes and Anna's Brick oven for meals that were very good and not too expensive. Waller Mill Park 2 miles away with walking and hiking trails and a dog park!

All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The best part for us was being able to bring our little dog with us to the hotel. Thank you so much for allowing pets!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, most importantly they were friendly with our dogs. The facilities are very nice and well designed. Very large area for dogs to do their business and everything needed to keep the area clean is provided. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the indoor breakfast area was very large and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location was everything to me .When I booked the room I had a option to include breakfast.The buffet at the Bistro was not bad at all, It is a great option to add on if you like a breakfast with multiple choices.The hotel was very clean with a nice pool , hottub and exercise room

The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The hotel was very clean with a nice pool, hottub and exercise room. The room was huge, clean. The bed was very comfortable but a little bit too high. A refrigerator and a microwave served for our comfort. I loved all the full-size Dove products in the bathroom. A car is needed in the area. We enjoyed exploring Williamsburg, Norfolk, Busch Gardens and returning to this hotel each night. This hotel offers a hot breakfast (omelet, sausage etc.). Other options are also available (fruits, juice, cereals, yogurt, jam, toast, bagels, etc.).

This Holiday Inn is particularly beautiful, located near several restaurants and a few minutes from Historic Williamsburg and William & Mary. The lobby is gorgeous, has an unassuming bar and a small restaurant. The gym is surprisingly well-outfitted, and there is an indoor pool and very clean hot tub. The room was a double queen, and was very nice. Larger-than-average in-room fridge, comfortable beds and bedding, working A/C that responded to controls, TV. Free WiFi. Dove products in the bathroom. Ice machine on the floor. The breakfast is not free, but is AMAZING and 100% worth the $16/pp ($10/pp if you book with your room.) Even trying to be nit picky, the only negatives were that the pool is not heated and was quite cold when we went in (but the hot tub was right there, so no biggie) and the pool towels are hand-towel size. Really, this hotel is clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, the food is delicious, the service was super polite and professional, and it has everything you need for a short hotel stay. Perfect place, and decent price for Williamsburg.

Our room was big & spacious, the bed and the pillows were great! Nice bathroom with a large tub. Hotel grounds were clean and well kept. Inside was immaculate with a very friendly staff at check in. Nice clean hot tub and pool. There was a restaurant & bar on site. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious as was our dinner. Our barmaid was Kerri Ann and she was a hoot! Super friendly, joking and she was right on it if you needed a drink! Super sweet girl, even came out from behind the bar and gave us a hug when we left! From the way we were treated, we will definitely be back to stay and hopefully see Kerri Ann again!

Williamsburg Holiday Inn Express Review Our stay at the Williamsburg Holiday Inn Express was simply wonderful! DJ, the manager of house keeping has assembled a highly trained and professional cleaning crew that provided us with a very clean room upon arrival, that also smelled great, AMAZING!!!! The complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty and very well tended to. The indoor, salt water pool was clean and quite refreshing, and a great back up plan when the weather turned wet. The HVAC unit in the room would have done an eskimo proud and comfy. We were only 6 minutes from the Colonial Williamsburg living museum and centrally located to a plethora of amenities and restaurants. This was one of our best hotel stays that I can remember and highly recommend li to those looking for a great place to stay at a very reasonable rate. The property is very nice. The shower in our room needed some cleaning in the corners. There was not a working ice machine on the first and second floors. An ice machine was installed on the first floor during our stay. The common area was nice. The room was very clean with exception of the shower. The continental breakfast which offered fresh fruit everyday (apples, bananas, oranges) and 24/7 fresh brewed coffee was very good. The hotel is conveniently located in Williamsburg, VA with easy access to dining and shopping. The salt water pool was a hit with my grandson. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

My family spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was CLEAN and bright and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We had asked for a handicapped room/shower and we had a lovely room on the first floor with a large walk in shower. ONLY issue with the shower was the water pressure was VERY low and the hand held shower head was not placed in a convenient LOCATION in the shower itself, when placed in it's holder, HOWEVER IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND WORKED WELL once you got the hang of how to use it. Clean towels. Clean sink. A bit worn but clean. Food in the restaurant was OK. Only ate there once. WE LOVED our visit to Williamsburg and Yorktown. It was BEAUTIFUL AND CONVENIENT AND SO INTERESTING. EVERYTHING around TOWN was clearly marked and parking was very easy. We got a wheelchair for me from the Visitors Ctr and that WAS SOOOO HELPFUL. Wonderful vacation !!!!! I do look forward to returning !!!! Very very interesting good vacation and nice hotel for our visit!

I loved how clean the hotel smelled upon entrance. I loved the amenities the pool and gym was awesome! Clean rooms! The breakfast was excellent! Bed was always done when I came back from amusement park which was 3 minutes away. very convenient next to gas station and fast food restaurants. Alot of parking spaces and clean sheets . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERR ELSE IF ITS NOT A DOUBLETREE OR HILTON ! You get what you pay for

We had a great one night stay here after a day at Busch Gardens. The hotel is about a mile from the park, so location was super convenient. Perks were the indoor/outdoor heated pool,the arcade, in-house restaurant and bar. The property was quiet and clean, staff was friendly. We'll definitely stay here again.

This DoubleTree was well apportioned, with a spacious lobby, great amenities downstairs and a cool indoor outdoor pool, but we didn't use it because it was Christmas. The staff was great and very accommodating. The room was fine and very clean. I would love to see this property in another time of year but they do a great job around Christmas. We also checked out their marketplace restaurant for brunch and coffee and that was great as well.

The pillows E the fluffiest, and bed was so comfortable. The staff were welcoming and the hot cookie was everything 😍 The pool was so much fun. The grounds were clean. Parking was good eventhough we had to pay each day. I felt safe and secure. Grateful 🙏

Wife and I stopped for a quick overnight on our way to our vacation destination. The staff at check in was very pleasant an helpful both at check in and when leaving. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a restful evening. They do charge 14 dollars for breakfast but it was very good. They offer cook to order or a buffet. The omelets are amazing, my compliments to the chef. (Do not remember his name). Delphina, the breakfast attendant was very pleasant and very helpful. One thing I missed was a real cup for my coffee, but that was not the end of the world. We did not have time to use the pool, but over all pleased with our short stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Room was clean and breakfast was amazing. Breakfast includes made to order items like eggs, omelets, pancakes and waffles. Not included in room price, but I booked with breakfast to be included. Staff very friendly, especially ladies working breakfast tables.

We have stayed here before. It is on Richmond Rd. close to a few of the restaurants we like and not far from Colonial Williamsburg. Our room was very clean and nice. We did have a problem with our key cards. It took 3 times to get them both to work. Breakfast buffet is $14.99 a person. As Hilton Honors members, we got $20 a day towards food. So our breakfasts wound up costing $8. The guy who made the omlets/eggs was wonderful. I have never had such a big omlet in my life. He said he knows that people don't want to pay for breakfast so he makes the best her can to try and keep them happy. You can put whatever you want in them. The usual biscuits, bread, muffins, oatmeal, potatoes and bacon or sausage. There are putting in a bar in the lobby across from the breakfast area. People were very nice.

Lovely, clean, attractive property. Centrally located and convenient. Rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. Plenty of towels and fully stocked personal care products. Many other amenities to point to, like in hotel bar, pool, hot tub and fitness center. Friendly and accommodating staff. Area seems safe and properly grounds are impeccable. Also, a nice dog walking area stocked with waste bags and plenty of light in the parking lot.

Nice property, good staff and service. Clean room, plenty of parking. Bar and restaurant were good. I do get perturbed at Hilton not giving Diamond members enough credit to cover the breakfast charge, usually a few $ more than the credit. Also, AC was a bit of an issue but somewhat resolved. This property was low key Williamsburg best kept secret. I am not a tourist. I live 25 mins from the heart of James City Co. We stayed her while my kids were on spring break and went to Busch Gardens. Breakfast was hot and cold buffet style. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, waffle station, really cool coffee machine, muffins and fruit. The pool was pretty big and clean. They provide pool towels. Room was clean and updated. I had a view of the wall of a building next door, which was fine with me. You dont come for the scenic view, you come for the cleanliness, included beeakfast and good price. Staff was scarce but was also quiet and nice. Peaceful environment. Has clean updated workout room. A solid choice.

Great price, easy check in, location was perfect for the places we needed to go.. The lobby was very clean.. Based on our experience the room we had was really clean, beds were very comfortable, linens were clean, plenty of towels, dove products in the shower which was nice and they were all full.. The staff that we dealt with was professional and friendly.. The breakfast they have wasn't bad at all for being free (eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, juice).

I love the breakfast!! Whoever oversees the breakfast items and service deserves a promotion. The eggs are fresh the sausages are fresh. I have been to other places that service complete breakfast and this is by far the best. Keep up the good work. I want to mention I only eat breakfast when I travel. I am not a breakfast person.

Room was clean. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size and was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge and microwave in room worked and were clean. A/C worked very well. I had to turn it down because it worked so well. Price was really good. It was a very good hotel for our length of stay. Hotel is in an excellent location. Premium location to most all attractions, shopping and dining.

Delightful hotel, small enough that you can get familiar but big enough that you don't feel cramped. All of the staff was welcoming and accommodating from the front desk to maintenance personnel encountered in the hallways. The breakfast staff person, Ling, was very warm, friendly and eager to ensure guests were able to have a good breakfast. I booked a king suite type room but switched to regular king as I wanted to be on the first floor. Fortunately they had availability and easily made the switch. The room was comfortable, clean, roomy. The bed was very firm; just to my liking. This is an older hotel with some renovations. It was more than acceptable for my 3 days spent here. The local buses have a stop right outside the hotel which can get you to most parts of Williamsburg area; easily accessible through the side door. I enjoy taking local buses when not using rideshare as I can see more sites of the areas that I can visit later. Also lots of restaurants, stores and a movie theatre within walking distance of this hotel. I would stay here again.

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at this hotel. As before, the staff was friendly and efficient. The public spaces and the rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfy. We didn’t eat breakfast this time but did grab coffee as we headed out. The breakfast area is well kept and seemed to have a nice selection of breakfast items. It’s close to William & Mary which is where we needed to be. Overall very good stay.

The breakfast bar was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, but did i mention? The breakfast bar was phenomenal!

The staff was kind and responsive to minor concerns. Central to everything in Williamsburg. Everything was literally within a 10 minute drive. Lobby always smelled good, and breakfast buffet was very well kept. Shout out to the breakfast buffet attendant, Ling! Wow, what a star. Super kind, friendly and welcoming. Every time I saw her she was working hard with a smile on her face. It’s beautiful to see someone put so much effort and love into their work. Also great water pressure and hot water! Only reason I say 4 but not 5 stars, is because the hotel needs to be updated. Walls, carpet, and facilities could use an update. Overall, this hotel was a great place to rest during our vacation.

I always stay at any Fairfield Inn. They’re usually perfect with everything. However, the air conditioner in the room needs attention. It could not cool the room at all. The breakfast was perfect. Everything was hot, tasty, and the server was very, very friendly. The room was very clean and well kept and everything smelt fresh.

We stayed for two nights to do Busch Gardens. This hotel is about a 15min drive to the park, tons of restaurants right near by. It was a bit worn down in general, but very clean. The employees were super friendly and prompt with service. Every time we left our room, someone asked us how we were and if they could get us anything. Breakfast was fine, no complaints! Pool is small and dated but clean. The whole place was super quiet, couldn’t hear much in the other rooms expect for people opening and closing their doors. In short: this hotel provides a clean and quiet place to sleep with a decent breakfast and a pool. It’s a bare-bones place, nothing fancy, but it is good where it really counts.

I made my reservation using the IHG app. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and recognized as a rewards member. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I found that my king room was clean and well attended. The bed was well made and very comfortable. I really liked that my room featured large pillows rather than the small flimsy pillows that some hotels have gone to in recent years. There was one drawback. My room did not have any USB ports, so be sure to bring electric charging blocks if you want to charge cameras, phones and other electronics. The Wi-Fi was strong, dependable and worked well throughout my stay. The breakfast area was adequate and comfortable, and I did not feel crowded. Breakfast featured the usual eggs, meat, gravy, biscuits along with oatmeal and cereals. Yes, the popular Pancake Roller was working, the large parking lot was well lit and can accommodate passenger cars, vans and a few larger vehicles. Overall, this Holiday Inn Met my needs, it was clean, the bed comfortable, and the employees polite and professional. I will stay here again when I am in the Williamsburg, Area.

The hotel was a bit tricky to find, but parking and check-in were pretty easy. Due to my tier status, I was able to get an upgraded room. The hostess who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and well-appointed. The soap dispensers seemed a bit close and bumped into them a few times while I was in the shower. Additionally, the tub nonstick was kinda worn down. The water pressure in the shower was on point. The beds were great, and I wish I could’ve used them more. The plugs and the fridge both worked well. The internet was mostly good unless I was trying to watch an anime. Breakfast was very good, with a decent spread, unfortunately, the pancake machine wasn’t working during my stay. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. Keep in mind that there are no sidewalks around the hotel so you will be either driving to get food or walking in the street. All in all not a bad place to stay.

Overall great stay. Room was clean, nice, well maintained. Pool was large and a comfortable 85 degrees, and not at all busy. Provided toiletries were dove brand and smelled amazing. Staff was friendly and efficient. Fair variety for breakfast.

We stayed at the Williamsburg Lodge in June for a quick family vacation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is truly unbeatable—just a short walk to Colonial Williamsburg and downtown, where there’s no shortage of historic charm, great food, and fun activities for all ages. The hotel itself is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection and has a beautiful balance of classic colonial style with modern comfort. The property was clean, welcoming, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing overnight stay with family. Whether you’re exploring the cobblestone streets of Colonial Williamsburg or grabbing a bite nearby, the Lodge makes everything easily accessible without ever needing to get in the car. It’s a great home base for anyone wanting to soak up the history, shopping, and dining of the area. We only stayed one night but would absolutely return—highly recommend it for couples, families, or anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay in Williamsburg.

The location of the hotel is a short walk to Colonial Williamsburg and there is ample parking. The check in staff were friendly and Frederick and Marcus on the concierge team were marvellous and very helpful. Our room was enormous and the bathroom was lovely and all was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a really peaceful two nights with no external noise or from other guests. There was a good selection of things to eat for breakfast and the servers were friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel one night and there was a good selection of items on the menu. On the night we arrived the hotel restaurant was closed but the receoption staff found us,a restaurant that was open and Frederick drove us there and back. The hotel has a number of facilities that we did not use. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Williamsburg.

This is a gem of a property located in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but the access and the hospitality level is worth it. We stayed in the Tyler House and it was perfect. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. Yes, the hallways and some of the public areas could be rebooted a bit, but that did not dampen our stay one bit. Our maid came like clockwork every day and was excellent. We ate in the hotel restaurant and had drinks there and we were extremely impressed with the food quality and the service. In fact, everyone on this property was always courteous, friendly, helpful, and just plain nice. The fitness center was spotless, and all machines in perfect working order. Loved just walking around, there is beautiful landscaping throughout. The main building was well kept spotless, and even though there are alot of guests there for conferences, we never once felt put out, or intruded upon. I was admittedly apprehensive coming here after reading some reviews, but this is our truth and we hope it will help anyone who may be cautious about booking a stay.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel while visiting the historic area of Williamsburg. The Lodge is in a great location, just a block from the historic sites. It's easy to walk to the sites as well as restaurants. All of the staff are very helpful. Check in was fairly easy but they initially gave us the wrong keys. It was easily fixed. We like the junior suites in the main building as they are spacious, offering a separate bedroom. Our room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is provided daily, which we appreciate. When we arrived, the safe was not functioning. I reported this when we left for dinner but it was not repaired until the following day. We had stayed in the same room on a prior visit and I did notice that the shower head, which was loose the first time, remains in a similar condition. It seems like this should have been repaired. Parking on the property is $30 per day, which seems a little excessive since it used to be included in the room rate. Overall, we enjoy this property and recommend it.

First off I want to thank manager Miss Coffee, (her first name) for her professionalism, patience, and understanding. The Lodge is beautiful, well run and convenient to attractions in the area. Breakfast at Traditions Restaurant was delicious and Althea was great in her career. The room we stayed in was a double queen, which was spacious enough for a desk, chair and small table, with a first floor patio outside. The decor was nice and I absolutely loved the floor tile and black granite in the bathroom. The shower and bath had plenty of hot water, and the spa products were a nice touch. Enjoy the bus from the Lodge to take you to all the area attractions and if you are able, leave the car and walk. The mattress in the room is very firm for our taste, as we are use to a memory foam mattress, however upon return, my plan is to inquire on adding an eggshell topper. Stop by the gift shop and get you some of their lovely soap, and toiletries, room sprays and candle. We had a lovely time, we look forward to returning to this property.

We just recently held a military reunion at this location. We had an amazing time and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very professional as well as very accommodating, and really attentive to our needs. I was afraid that with the amount of people we had, they wouldn't be able to accommodate some of the activities/events we had planned. However, we commandeered the breakfast area on a daily basis and things worked out perfectly. I couldn't have asked for better. All the clerks were so helpful. Special shout out to Rhonda, she was so energetic and funny, she took great pride in her work. Mikayla was very helpful with check-in as 3 out of 4 rooms checked in early; which helped out a lot with early travelers having a place to drop their bags. Last but not least, LaKeisha did an amazing job getting those rooms ready on the 4th floor and keeping the rooms clean and full of towels. Thank you Ms. Beverly for checking on us. Thank you mangers for your providing this excellent staff and for your patience as I know we ate more than our share of ice cream and snacks. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid-out. It was in the perfect location for Williamsburg. I liked that the big-screen TV could connect to my Netflix and Prime accounts so I could watch whatever I wanted in addition to HBO. The dining area was well stocked for breakfast and snacks (including bottled water and ice cream bars!). The brewed coffee was surprisingly good, far better than that garbage Keurig stuff you find in some hotels. Some reviewers are dinging the hotel for room service, and they were having staffing problems for a few days when we stayed (over the Christmas holiday), but that's not why you stay in a Residence Inn anyway: you're there for the long haul and all you really need are extra towels and sheets and stuff, which are readily available from the friendly staff, and you don't want the staff coming into the room if you have a pet. And they have a laundry room for doing your own laundry. The in-suite kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishwasher soap, which saved a ton on restaurants during our two-week stay.

From arrival to departure and in between, the stay was fabulous. The hotel’s esthetics are wonderful. Amenities are very convenient and comfortable. Front desk listened to our needs and had a great attitude doing it. Respectful, helpful, kind, friendly! Our Suite was beautiful and clean. The hotel was a bit expensive so we can not afford to come back often for daddy daughter stays but Thank you for a wonderful time. The breakfast was also great and my daughter loved the afternoon ice-cream.

My husband & I have been with the Marriott Brand & have top status. This location is amazing! It starts with amazing customer service both Elena & Chad are top notch. The two of them made us feel very welcome. Both very professional & very accommodating. Management Tae & Shondell both went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast is great. Variety of choices. The room was very clean & the bed is comfortable. Great location. They even offer ice cream in the evenings for free!

What was not to like?! Every amenity, Room Size, Cleanliness of the Hotel, Pool and hot tub use at the end of September was a Huge Perk! The quality of the Breakfast, Exceptional Customer Service, Staff Friendliness was Amazing! We could not believe how beautiful the hotel was kept with it being pet friendly, our dog was so comfortable and calm at this hotel!! The location was perfect for our leisure and sightseeing!

Greensprings offers spacious apartments that are both quiet and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a larger group. The tub in our master bath was amazing. I am already planning my next visit. Giventhe reasonable prices, I hVe no need to stay anywhere else.

Resort is nice and clean. So many activities to choose. It’s quiet, safe as gate community and very isolated. Not many restaurants near by. However plenty of restaurants 5 miles away. Over all, very nice resort and we enjoyed the place very much. Thanks.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I don’t understand why one must pay the activity fee if only staying one day so we couldn’t participate in activities but still had to pay.

Overall I thought the hotel was good. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast was good and they had hot breakfast(sausage, eggs, waffles, etc). The hotel has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, but no hot tub even though it says they do. I was underwhelmed by the pool and didn't go in as there were no stairs which I need, only a ladder. There was a storm and the closest elevator went out and wasn't repaired during the 2 nights I was there, but they had a back elevator so it was ok. The desk staff was really nice. They have a restaurant called Jolene's which was pretty good for a dive bar and grill. They had live music one of the nights I was there! I would stay here again.

We booked three rooms for only one night to break up our trip to the Outer Banks. I loved the size of the rooms and the fact that there were no carpets due to dust mite allergy. The breakfast had a great assortment of choices for everyone. The staff is friendly, professional and took pride in their work. I would definitely stay there again.

I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel is going a good job at their updating and renovation project. The room was clean. Refrigerator microwave. Hopefully a coffee machine soon. The grounds of the Williamsburg Winery are gorgeous. Each room is unique and themed. Charming idea in concept but this average hotel could be phenomenal with some much needed TLC. We stayed in room 12, Killarney, so our review reflects the condition of this room only. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The in room coffee maker made a nice cup of coffee and the toiletries were very nice. The historic theme has been taken a bit too far into actual neglect. Our room had visible water damage to the ceiling beams and cracked/ peeling paint on the walls. There were paint chips on the floor behind the night table that were never vacuumed. The oriental rug was in severe need of a professional cleaning. We found the room layout odd and not very functional. The armoire holds the television but the doors do not stay open and because the room is too tight, collide with the bathroom door making it loud at night and quite possible to wake your partner up. The bathroom layout was also strange. The shower did not fit in the space. The shower door cannot fullly open. The music from the breakfast area plays 24 hours a day and can be heard in the bathroom at night. Fortunately, it’s nice music and therefore less creepy. The wood floors and trim need a good polishing and routine cleaning. There were stains on the floor in addition to wear. The breakfast was decent. Barbara was delightful. More protein choices would be nice, perhaps a yogurt or scrambled egg. 🍳

We only ate there once, we decided to eat elsewhere our second morning. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, bagels, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, pastries, spinach quiche, and biscuits & gravy. Coffee, tea, and juices. There was an option to purchase espresso or latte. The room was quiet, and relaxing, there were no clocks in our room, the free wine flights at the winery was an added bonus!!! The free flight of wine for next door at the Williamsburg Winery was truly an appreciated bonus! There was a journal to leave comments, enjoyed reading other's entries. The accommodations are secluded, gorgeous, and well worth the drive. Everyone we met were very very nice, polite, and friendly. So much history on display Look forward to going back.

Beautiful resort. Very comfortable and luxurious. Impressive service and the room was more than I thought it would be with a huge jacuzzi tub and a real coffee maker ...even a toaster and washer / dryer in the room.

The location was great ! It was just a beautiful location. The property was upscale and the room was lovely and spacious. I would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for quick trip away. Our room faced new construction being done but it was not really noisy inside the room and they did not start too early or finish too late. I would rent the same room again. Large, spacious and nicely furnished with a very comfortable king bed. Great XL jacuzzi tub too ! The Marriott employees were extremely friendly and just kind ! Easy check in process also .

I stayed in the Jamestown commons. It was located a little away from the main building and since it was winter when I came, I had to use my car to get there. It would have been helpful if vending machines were located inside each villa building or floor. The only way to get any kind of snacks was to go to the main building and it was very overpriced. Other than this minor issue, our stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and accommodating any needs. The 1 bedroom villa we stayed in was very clean and came equipped with everything we needed! The jacuzzi tub was amazing! We ate at the on-site restaurant, bistro1609 twice and both times the food was excellent (especially the pizza and flatbreads). The indoor pool was heated and we enjoyed that very much! I definitely plan on coming again!

I really liked everything about this property. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were polite and welcoming at check-in. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and I appreciated the bracelets provided for access. Overall, it felt very well maintained and relaxing.

We stayed there for 5 nights, this was our 2nd time in less than a month. The room size in the family suite and deluxe are large and very comfortable. Kitchen is supplied well. Room was clean. Towels, bedding, pillows were very nice and clean. Pool was clean and nice. Great location. Walkable to restaurants, grocery store, and a movie theater is next door. Front staff friendly and helpful.

Clean room, fresh linens, comfortable bed. We loved the tiled bathroom and large shower. The kitchenette made keeping food and drinks convenient. Being able to cook saved money. We enjoyed the privacy of the second bedroom and bathroom. Our stay was quiet and restful. Location was close to attractions and restaurants. We highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel! I've stayed here twice and both times met or exceeded my expectations. Rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. Staff are professional and helpful. The property manager came out and chatted with me for a few minutes when I checked in and it was a wonderful experience. Allie, who checked me in on both occasions, was excellent as well as Brandi who checked me out. Joe, the maintenance man, helped point out my room and asked me if I needed anything else. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and the room was quiet at night. I will happily stay here again!

The rooms, the pool and jacuzzi, the decor, and the mini golf were excellent. The rooms were impeccable. The Crabtree & Evelyn was a nice touch, as was the electric fire place, and the rainforest showers.

Buyer beware when it comes to paying extra for "breakfast included": it's not like a typical hotel with a breakfast buffet. Instead, IF you remember to ask at check-in, they will give you and your guests get a daily voucher for EITHER a breakfast biscuit (egg, cheese, and bacon or sausage) or french toast, plus juice or coffee. THAT'S IT. If you or your kids wanted anything else instead of or with that breakfast, you'll be paying for it on top of the breakfast you already paid for. I would definitely not have opted for breakfast included had I known these limitations.

Beautiful landscaping, lots of activities (swimming, family movie time, arts and crafts, grilling, playground for the kids, etc). The unit we had was absolutely amazing 🤩! It was Clean, spacious, comfortable quiet, full kitchen, and it even had a dvd player! The food from the kitchen was awesome . It took about 45 minutes to get it, but it was delicious 🤤. We have booked for another weekend coming up.

I LOVE the pools! They were so beautiful and spacious. The kids' pool was so helpful with a toddler. The restaurant on site was really fun and the waiter was very attentive. I took walks every morning, and it was so peaceful and the views were so beautiful. I honestly can not wait to come back!

The property was well maintained, quiet and convenient to local restaurants and shopping. The historic coffee grounds coffee shop is a MUST for your daily cup of coffee.

The customer service of the front desk staff is very good. They were all friendly and professional. The person who helped me check in and out, Mert, is very courteous. He communicated information about the hotel very well. When you see him in the lobby and hallways he was always friendly to guests. In addition, Mert is very helpful and dependable. I was very tired when I got to the hotel after traveling for the entire day. I left my credit card at the front desk after I checked in. But Mert was alert to recover it and kind enough to personally deliver my card to me. A consummate professional. The lady who prepared breakfast for the guests is also very nice. She greeted or responded to me with a pleasant hello or good morning every time. She timely replenished all breakfast items like clock work and kept the place clean. Breakfast ends at 10 a.m. but in my observation she never rushed anyone and made sure you have an opportunity to get what you need. The housekeeping staff does a good job keeping the place clean and they always give you a pleasant greeting when you encounter them in the hallway. The pillows and sheets in my room were outstanding.

The property is very close to all the attractions in Williamsburg, a place that is so charming by itself. We booked 2 rooms and 1 room was upgraded to a suite, with a king size bed, kitchen and a living area. It was such a nice gesture! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and while they provided daily cleaning, I opted not to as there was no need for it. There were enough towels and bathroom amenities for 2 adults, as well. Our stay came with free breakfast and while there was not a lot of variety like what the hotels in Dubai generally offer, the breakfast was sufficient. We got waffles, yogurt, muffins and of course, coffee and orange juice. Lastly, the staffs were very friendly. We were checked- in by Reyna and she was very helpful and efficient esp when my card used during booking did not go through for some reason. We have to use another card, as a result. All in all, a great value for money. I will stay here again next time I come visit.

It was very convenient to the Williamsburg Visitor Center, which was our destination. In addition, there were excellent restaurants only minutes away, and the staff made helpful recommendations and gave us directions. Staff were friendly. The hotel is lovely and very clean. Breakfast was delicious!

After staying in too many "post covid" hotels that have seemed to take a dive, we were very pleasantly surprised with this particular Hampton Inn. The property is well kept and clean, and employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and everything was as expected. The breakfast had the usual Hampton Inn offerings, but the area was kept stocked and clean. Nearby restaurants "Food For Thought" and "Guiseppe's Italian Restaurant" are also recommended. We are planning another trip to Williamsburg, and will definitely stay here again.

Anees at the front desk was very courteous and pleasant There was a bit of a musty smell when entering the room but it dissipated after the air conditioning kicked in. Our room was clean and basic, with a fridge, microwave and single cup coffee maker. Everything was in working order. A few minor cosmetic issues that didn't effect the quality of our stay. There was also coffee available in the lobby. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean. The beds were very comfortable.  Breakfast had a good variety of choices, including bacon, scrambled eggs and waffles. Breakfast staff very pleasant. We would stay here again.

Williamsburg Woodlands was a great choice for our family's brief stop in Williamsburg. The room was quiet, with 2 full size beds and a single chair pull-out bed. We liked the old-fashioned feel of toille wallpaper. We also liked the separated bathroom sink from the toilet's shower area and a real bathroom door that closes. The room came with 2 tickets to view Colonial Williamsburg and discounts on our children's 2 tickets and 15% off a dinner at a tavern. We also enjoyed the complimentary mini golf. We saw the shuffle board and ping pong tables, which looked fun if we'd had more time. There was a large fire in the lobby fireplace. Included breakfast was Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich type with Yoplait yogurt and coffee, tea, juice, milk, toast variety, toastable waffles, Spunkmeyer muffins, fruit, cereal etc. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Having visited, we might be splurgy next time and try the Williamsburg Inn, but this was perfect for our first trip and budget, and we were glad to be so close to Colonial Williamsburg.

I visited with our 10 yr old granddaughter. Our stay was perfect from check-in to checkout. Check-in was easy and quick. All of the staff was very friendly. The pool was great, especially in the evenings after a day of exploring during the hottest week of the year. It’s bigger than other hotels we have stayed at and is open until 10 pm. The room was clean and comfortable. I took a room spray (I always do no matter where we stay) in case of the musty smell that was noted in other reviews but this was not an issue in our room. The ac was fine but I like a colder room so I called the front desk and asked for a box fan. Staff bought it to our room within 5 minutes. We did not try the breakfast other than getting some juice. We have our favorite restaurants in the area we like to go to for breakfast so I’m not sure how it was but it was always busy. You can’t beat the location. It’s so convenient being right beside the visitor center and shuttles. One of the parking lots is right there beside the entrance. You also get a 25% discount at the visitor center for your tickets. There was a $130 deposit held on my card at checking. No big deal and lower than most places. Price for 4 days was very reasonable and affordable. Overall our stay was perfect with no issues at all. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

We stumbled onto the Woodlands by chance and BOY WHAT A PERFECT PLACE from which to enjoy Colonial Williamsburg! The room (2, really) was huge with leather sofa and wingback chair, desk, king bed and a TV for each room. Shower was great. Staff were exceptionally helpful and upbeat. It was a beautiful walk into the village. Breakfast was almost all packaged and overrun with junior high and high school kids on spring break tours, but the food was tasty, the coffee hot and tasty and staff kept it coming. The laundry was large, bright and efficient.

Woodlands is slighly more expensive compared to other hotels on our two-month Road Trip. But we wanted something more comfortable after friends had unknowingly exposed us to COVID a few days before. If infected, we wanted to quarantine in more comfortable surroundings. Turns out we are extremely happy with Woodlands. Best breakfast, Big comfy room, great WiFi, friendly staff, central location, etc. Plus you are just a few steps away from Colonial Williamsburg.

This was a lovely property: clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable, welcoming with easy access to Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center and transportation. Great for singles or families. Really good variety of breakfast choices with breakfast staying available past mid-morning for those who need to catch up on a bit of sleep, so thoughtful.

Wonderful overnight stay at the Cedars Bed and Breakfast! We were greeted by Leroy who showed us around the home and made us feel very welcomed! He provided some great dinner recommendations that were spot on! We stayed on the first floor in the Martha Washington room and George Washington Suite. The suite was perfect for myself and two children as we had a twin bed to use in a separate sitting room. Rooms were clean and very homey feeling. Even being located on the first floor it was quiet and we felt we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast the next morning was great! Unlimited coffee starting at 715 was a plus. The banana bread was fresh and so yummy- if you pleased my kids and parents you did well as they can be picky! We would not hesitate to stay here again and enjoyed the hospitality that went beyond anything we could have imagined! Much better than feeling like just another guest at a chain hotel!

Loved everything! Charming Bed&Breakfast, with cosy rooms, super delicious and varied breakfast prepared fresh every day (the host accommodated the lactose intolerance of my husband), super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We arrived after check-in hours and the host had left an envelope with the key and instructions/tips. Walking distance to historic Williamsburg and to the train station. Highly recommended!

We travelled from the UK and spent three nights at The Cedars as part of our US Road Trip. We visited all the Historic triangle of Jamestown, Williamsburg and Yorktown. The Cedars is perfectly placed to enable an enjoyable 10 minute stroll into Williamsburg and all it's wonderful history, shops and restaurants. The B&B has a lovely character about it and is clean and comfortable. Our host Alex was fantastic he not only supplies a wonderful breakfast he is also on hand to find out about your day, chat with you, offer you any advice on what to visit or where to eat. This is all served up with his wonderful humour and he is a pleasure to talk to. We also enjoyed talking to the other guests at breakfast and this all makes for what is a great ambience and experience at the Cedars. We highly recommend.

I think this was probably the best experience I've had staying in a hotel in many years! It started when we first walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly smile and hello! That goes a long way! The staff was probably the friendliest staff from the front desk workers, to the people wiping tables during breakfast, to the people cleaning rooms that we've ever encountered! The breakfast was amazing better than what you get in a restaurant or at a smorgasbord, the food was hot they had many choices cold or hot. The room was spacious and clean. Also they gave us free ice cream every night between 5:00 and 8:00! Hot cocoa bar, hot tea bar, hot coffee bar whenever you wanted it, and they were always cleaning. A family was staying here with a bunch of kids that were pretty wild in the pool and made a mess with food and one of the staff came in and kept mopping and cleaning it up to keep it nice for the other guests. They worked really hard and they deserve kudos for that! I can't say enough good things and we definitely will come back if we get to Williamsburg again! We are from Pennsylvania near Gettysburg. One of the best experiences we've had and what went a long way and meant a lot to us was the friendliness the enthusiasm and the helpfulness of all the staff that we encountered!

Very clean, very courteous, very friendly and helps when have problems very professional clean rooms, very comfortable bedding and very well staffed great breakfast buffet coffee is good very clean around the buffet I would recommend the show hotel to anyone that is traveling to Williamsburg Virginia. Great parking area even have a shuttle driver.

We had a very pleasant three day stay at Springhill Suites in Williamsburg, VA. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeting by friendly, professional, and efficient front desk staff. Each employee we met was friendly and helpful. The lobby, the hallways, outdoors, and our room was very clean and well kept. The hotel sits off of the highway and is in a quiet location. Our bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the sitting area; work desk, and kitchenette.

They offer breakfast, gym, hot tub and pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to experience those considering we stayed one night but the one night was impeccable. Thank you Spring Hill Suites for an amazing mini vacation!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing after long days touring Williamsburg. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hot breakfast was a bit disappointing - there were typical continental breakfast items - cereal, mini muffins, juice and coffee, and then the hot breakfast had scrambled eggs and two forms of sausages each morning. It would be nice to see more variety, such as other breakfast meats and potatoes. On our last day, we decided not to bother with the breakfast that was included in the price of our room.

Check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. He continued to welcome me back each evening with a warm greeting. Breakfast is expensive with all the options one might expect from a hotel breakfast. (Make your own waffles, cereal, apples, bananas, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, danish, milk, coffee, tea, juices, etc) The breakfast room seats about 30 and can get busy but people were respectful and aware of the space. The staff member running the area was attentive, friendly, and was constantly checking up on, restocking, or cleaning, the area. The room was comfortable, clean, and met or exceeded expectations for the price. Golden Corral is in the same parking lot with a few other restaurants in walking distance.

Excellent stay!! Andre at the desk welcomed us every time we entered the hotel. The hotel was quiet, well managed, well maintained, very clean, very comfortable. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good! The Golden Corral in the parking lot was excellent for breakfast (if you want something different)and dinner! We had no complaints!

Good location. Check-in was easy. Desk clerk, Andre, was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. King bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast bar was good and kept clean. Hot food hot. Mini waffles were delicious.

Decent place and short drive to the college of W&M. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only negative about the room was that the shower only got warm and not hot. I prefer hot showers so this was a negative for me. Breakfast was good. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. Hotel is next to Golden Corral. Hotel is being renovated so there were workers in the hallway and paint cans and drop cloths in the hall and near the elevator that was left out overnight, so be mindful if you have kids.
