Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Wisconsin Dells

This hotel was very dated, what's a lot of brown kind of dark. But our room was clean and the bed was comfy and we enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi area! And it was in the vicinity of everything and parking was easy as well! We will come back more pros than cons!😊

We spent 3 nights here while exploring the Dells. The location is convenient to attractions, restaurants, highways, etc. The hotel overall is attractive and modern, and check-in was friendly and efficient. We had a spacious king studio suite on the 3rd floor, where the toilet/shower room was separate from the sink and counter. There's a kitchenette with full fridge, dishwasher, stove top, utensils, and microwave. The bed was very comfortable, although some of the pillows were a bit flat and needed replacing. Most of the time the hotel was fairly quiet, but it was full of families with young kids and teens, and sometimes kids were running down the hallway as late as 9:45pm. Wifi worked well. The reception/breakfast area was used in the evening for appetizers and free drinks for guests, and in the AM for a wonderful breakfast bar with just about anything you could want. Hot and cold items were served with plenty of options. The space was usually crowded but there was plenty of inside and outside seating. The only negatives were the noise from kids on occasion in the halls and the fact that there are only 2 elevators for this huge hotel. The one we used closest to the lobby often had a line of people waiting, was slow moving, and got very crowded. The hotel really needs at least one more elevator. Overall it was a good stay. If every in the area again we might find a less crowded, quieter location.

This was the first time I've booked at the Staybridge Suites in Wisconsin Dells. The Martial Arts federation I train in had their annual Black Belt Exam, and I wanted to stay off site because my family was not with me. The check in process was very easy. The attendant was kind and very helpful. My room was on the second floor, and it was very quiet. I read other reviews regarding the elevators being slow, but I normally take the stairs so that is not an issue. The room was quite large, and had a kitchen. The shower was perfect temperature, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had time before the exam, so I made use of the pool and hot tub. Both were perfect temperature. The only knock I had was breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am. I arrived downstairs at 6:35, and breakfast was nowhere near ready. So I grabbed a cup of coffee, went back upstairs to shower and get ready for the day. When I got downstairs, breakfast was ready, and the person apologized for the delay. The breakfast was fantastic. I used the Television to check out, and was able to go on about my day. Next time, I will definitely stay here with my family, and bring the dog as well.

This is the best hotel in the dells, by far! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the staff behind the desk. Super friendly and helpful! I didn't catch the woman's name, but she was great! She gave us suggestions about the restaurant we were heading to for dinner. Such a sweetheart. The room itself was amazing. So clean! You can tell the staff really cares about keeping this place nice. The bed was super comfortable, but the pillows were not my favorite. The only other critique we really could give was that there is no fan in the bathroom. It got super steamy in there after showering. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Staff helping here were great, as well. The hotel is dog friendly. We didn't hear any animals or people throughout the night, even with being on the second floor. Another perk was that it was directly across from the outlet mall. The dells definitely has an abundance of hotels; the majority, unfortunately, are subpar. This hotel, however, is top notch! We will definitely stay here again while back in the dells!

Hotel was modern and both common areas and room were super clean and comfortable. Our very spacious room with 2 queen beds had a full kitchen, enormous bath and wonderful beds and bed linens. “Snacks” and wine and beer were complimentary during early evening and breakfast was complimentary next morning. Nothing exceptional but quite a nice touch. In fact, the breakfast was superior to the $15 per person buffet breakfast at Custer State Park (in South Dakota) which is one of the places we were before heading home thru the Dells to our Michigan cottages. All 3 of us liked the hotel very much.

Loved that we got Noah’s Ark water park passes each day. Beds were so comfortable!! The breakfast was so good. My kids and I enjoyed making fresh waffles and pancakes each day. The pool being open late was a great thing and loved the jacuzzi.

Won’t give our money again to eat on chemical plates & harm the earth. Could also use half and half at coffee service — only had flavored sweet creamer. Headed to Starbucks…

Room was clean, comfortable beds, nice towels, in-room coffee/tea maker, microwave, mini fridge and darkening curtains. I would change to shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers (secured & sealed) - instead of tiny bottles. I have long hair and with three people the tiny bottles are not enough. The manager, Dawn, was great. She was very attentive, reactive, customer oriented and was a good role model for her employees. All the employees stay busy and keep the hotel, pool/water park area, breakfast room very clean and they are always organizing and cleaning. Coffee/espresso, various teas, hot cocoa are in the lobby 24/7 which I enjoyed. If you’re like me you like teas at night and espresso/coffee in the AM. It’s available. The pool, hot tub and indoor water park (12 & under) are a perk - my 5 year old granddaughter was playing from AM to close. It’s a great place for kids and adults. Will return when in Wis Dells.

Every aspect of the facility and staff were excellent! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was big, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool & hot tub open 24 hours for adults were fantastic. The breakfast had an amazing selection and was delicious. And the room cost was one of the most affordable available. This is the place to stay in the Dells!

We stayed here with a 5 and 7 year old. We picked this hotel because we wanted the pool and waterslide experience but we were planning on doing so much outside of the hotel, that we didn't want to pay the "resort" prices for not being there all the time. Check in was great and we got a $10 gift card to the outlet mall and a 3 hour ride tickets to knuckle heads. The room was normal size and clean. Its always convenient when there is a fridge and microwave. The pool areas were clean and perfect for our kids. They preferred the indoor area as the weather was cooler but it was perfect size for my husband and I to keep an eye on them and relax ourselves. My son loved the waterslide and probably went down it at least 100 times. The breakfast was perfect to start our day out, and those kitchen employees worked so hard keeping everything stocked and clean. Was very happy with our experience.

Hotel was comfortable and clean for a great night sleep. The pool was very fun with waterslides both inside and outside and a waterfall outside. The breakfast we were served was delicious and they have a nice variety for the family to choose from. The staff maintaining the breakfast buffet kept the area clean. The location is great and nearby for a visit to Noah’s Ark Waterpark.

We were here for three nights. Property was in good condition. Our room was nice (double queen bed) with microwave, Keurig coffee maker, fridge and a safe. Beds were a little stiff, yet comfortable. This may seem trivial to some, but we also appreciated the laminated tv channel guide. Breakfast choices were great and varied each day. Indoor and outdoor pools were all clean and large in size. My biggest compliment would be for the staff. The front desk ladies and housekeeping were great. Requested more towels and someone arrived with them in less than five minutes. In another embarrassing instance, we needed a plunger. Staff was there in only three minutes. The hotel is located right across the street from many restaurant choices. It is also very close to Kalahari, The Outlet Stores and Aquavia Lumina. We would certainly stay here again.

Room was very nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to us. Breakfast was hot and fresh and very clean. No safety concerns and our keys worked our entire stay. Very quiet and clean. We will definitely come back and stay here. Only sad thing is we didn't have time to go swimming.

Great hotel! Husband & I brought our 2 grandkids ages 11 and 91. We all had a great time. The pools are very nice & clean. And pretty big too. 2 outside & 2 inside. We did a lot of swimming and going down water slides. Some booking sites were saying that pools closed during week, but was not the case. I called ahead to verify also Rooms & hotel in general were very clean. Beds comfortable and each person has a firm and soft pillow. Comforter on bed was very soft Breakfast was good. Your pretty normal breakfast of eggs, potatoes, yogurts, cereal, ect and you could make your own pancakes or waffles Very fair price for this hotel Only con was don't waste your time at knuckelheads unless you are only taking small kids on rides for free. Trampoline park and arcade games just not worth the cost at all And towels in bathroom are a little scratchy as in many hotels I would definitely recommend respect if you are not planning on going to any large water parks

Loved how it was tucked right around the corner from the main strips of the Dells. Loved the coziness of the room. The king size bed was extremely comfortable! The jacuzzi tub was great!

Came here for about a week for our honeymoon. It was one of the best times I’ve ever had the jacuzzi was clean and nice. It was a very quiet and enjoyable stay, I would recommend this resort to anyone! We will be back in the summer when the resort is fully open and every year for our wedding anniversary. Thanks to the staff at aloha beach resort for a very fun and memorable honeymoon.

Have stayed in the dells numerous times, but never before at Aloha Beach. This place is a hidden gem. Private beach on Lake Delton, with floating rafts on site. Beach was very clean and plenty of chairs. Outdoor pool was a little small, but wasn’t overcrowded. Room was a little dated, but clean. Jacuzzi in room, but didn’t use. And the small balcony was nice to sit on while the sun was setting. Price was in line with other stays in the Dells area. If you’re looking for a place off the main stretch in the Dells area, this is a place to check out.

My husband & I had a great time. We stayed Friday night - Sunday morning. We had a blast! Close to shopping, dining & bars. We stayed in one night using the pool and Hottub. Well maintained indoor pool area! The juccuzi in the room was a great add on! Big, spacious rooms. Loved the balcony option! Can’t wait to come back this summer.

LOVED the hotel. Super clean, very quiet, very comfortable. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Very kind staff! We used the workout room and it was very spacious. Only wish there was sanitizing products of some kind for the workout equipment and a fan in the workout room is needed.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, quiet hotel even with multiple tournaments going on locally and being a packed house. Bathroom had all the full size bottles of product i needed. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap all by Dove. The continental breakfast was amazing. Lots of hot, and cold breakfast items to choose from.

We were really happy with our stay. It was super clean. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds. We used the fitness facility, which was nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious options. I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind all the staff was.

The Holiday Inn Express was very clean, both inside and outside our room. The free breakfast buffet was exceptional, with both healthy items and "the good stuff." We only had two problems while we were there: 1) The heating system was noisy, so it was hard to fall asleep quickly, but only a minor delay. 2) Our key cards failed to work the second night of our stay. The person at the desk gave us new ones as soon as we asked. The hotel is outside of downtown Reedsburg but very close to restaurants along Highway 23.

We stayed for 5 days as a group of 4. Hotel was clean and had good breakfast. The lady that took care of breakfast was prudent in her job. She was quick to replenish/refill items as and when it needs to be done. They had quite a good menu for breakfast (only missing item was Bread). Otherwise, its a quite good breakfast. Hotel is close to all the major Wisconsin Dells attractions. Its walkable to some good dining options. Also, very close to gas station in case you need some quick items during your trip (We flew in and didn't have car, so it helped to have things in walkable distance). Overall, a great place to stay for the price. I compared few other hotel options and this one was economical and served the purpose. I would recommend.

Upgraded to a large, handicapped room, as it was the only King bed room left on the property upon our check-in. Room was spacious, clean. Bathroom was clean, plenty of towels. Hallways had a musky, almost smoky aroma, which was not pleasant, however, our room smelled fresh and clean. Signed up for text message advising when our room was ready for check-in. However, didn't get the text until we walked into the room. Very odd Staff was polite. Only downside to our stay -- someone triggered fire alarm, causing the hotel to empty at 12:30am for a false alarm (management thought someone tried smoking in their room??) That was very unpleasant.

Check in was super fast. Every single member of the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was definitely better than the usual continental breakfast. Pool was nothing fancy, but heated very well. Entire hotel was super clean. Room was huge with a divided area with a desk and large sofa sleeper.

the property was clean, good breakfast, nice gym facilities, convenient location at a good cost. Most of the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. We stayed 5 days and only had one day where the room was properly cleaned. I asked at the front desk if there was cleaning everyday since it is different since Covid. I finally got an answer to a yes or no question. The cleaning staff came after 4:00 PM to clean our room. We did ask at the desk, to one of the very friendly staff, if we could have the room cleaned earlier as we like to go out for several hours, come back to rest and get ready for dinner. The room was cleaned on that day only. I just think 4:00 and after is late to have a room cleaned. It is a good size hotel but not huge. the room was comfortable; beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything worked well. The time of cleaning was my only issue.

This hotel is top notch. Friendly, helpful front desk, transportation to and from Crystal Grand venue which I've utilized often for rock concerts, rooms have very comfy beds and pillows, fridge, microwave, bathrooms are bright and airy, showers are clean and big with waterfall showerhead. I look for Fairfields when I travel as the experience is the same regardless of location. Check out BJs restaurant right down the road for a delicious breakfast.

Beautiful property. Close to many attractions. Easy check-in. The room was clean, bed comfortable, many TV options. Breakfast delicious. In other words: perfect. Will definitely stay there again when I visit Wisconsin Dells.

Nice, quiet, clean place to stay. It was convenient for our drive to dinner and the Crystal Grand. Breakfast was good. Pool & gym looked nice, but we didn’t use.

Pleasant and accommodating staff. At check-in, we asked for a room away from noisy families or large groups. The room we received was perfect. Rooms are large and clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and pool. It was too cool to try the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, but the area looked nice. Breakfast was good, too. I liked that they had protein soy milk and yogurt in addition to the eggs, sausage, waffles, mini donuts, juice, etc. There was a staff member who kept the area stocked and clean.

Great place and the fact they offer various room sizes is the bonus here. We typically stay in another hotel when going to the Dells, but our daughter wanted two of her friends to go on the trip this time. Therefore, we needed a place that accommodated five people. Best Western was just the place. The fact that it also included an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and jacuzzi were bonuses. What's better is the free passes to Noah's Ark water park for up to five. We did have to purchase an additional pass but the front desk took care of it. Great breakfast and it was stocked often.

Clean hotel in all areas, the days we stayed we got towels and toilet paper. I loved the free breakfast bar because they had a variety of food. Even if you decided to get breakfast an hour before they stop serving breakfast you will still find food. The staff was amazing, friendly and always smiling. I checked in on Friday 05/24 around 6pm or 7pm and a tall African guy (forgot his name) was incredible. Love his attitude! Can’t forget that I love that they provide free tickets to Noah’s Ark.

This hotel has very friendly staff and very well taken care rooms. The indoor and outdoor pool is absolutely wonderful for kids and adults, and also it is very clean. This property is very convenient to the restaurant. It located in a quite area. One more positive thing about this hotel is their breakfast in the morning, which has lots of different choices of food for early birds! We definitely will come back!

As usual we had an excellent experience at the Best Western Ambassador Inn. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold food options. Have stayed here many many times over the years and don't see a reason to look elsewhere.

We were upgraded because I booked a jacuzzi room with a balcony. The balcony rooms were filled, so we got upgraded to a suite for our anniversary. Loved it! Felt super special!

Got an 8 person room for 2. Would be perfect for a family! Spacious and really nice! Jacuzzi topped it off and the deck was nice! King bed was super comfortable.

Location was close to all attractions. Jacuzzi was excellent, the pool was great, and WiFi worked great as well. No one was loud or rude so far one of the best experiences that I’ve had in Wisconsin Dells area.

I love the location. It was clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was when I called for room service to pick up some of the old towels in my room they said they don’t “fo that anymore.” Whatever that means. Aside from that, had a very nice stay! Love the pool with jacuzzi and kiddie pool on the 4th floor! It’s PERFECT for families with children!! Best indoor hotel pool if you ask me!

New renovations and the best jacuzzi in the world

We called ahead and asked if we could check in early. They said 2:00. We got there at 2:30 and they said our room wont be ready til 4. We wouldve waited to leave. Then in order to get our room key, we had to listen to some time share presentation. Since we couldn’t get in early, we were in a hurry for a reservation. It was extremely annoying. The room was clean. Pillows werw horrible but bed was pretty comfortable. The pool was nice and warm and the hottub was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok. The bread/muffin rack was empty and they kept running out of things. The coffee maker didnt work for a short time either. It was so busy we never got a chance to make waffles since it ends at 9am. Seems a bit early for a breakfast time to end. Theres was so much garbage laying around the entire outside of the property. Even the woods we could see off the balcony. Needs some clean up for sure. Overall if was an ok stay. I miss the old ambiance of a log cabin feel. The price was fitting for the overall experience.

Comfortable hotel room and lovely beds! Our room was clean and ready when they said it would be. Lots of space for storing luggage, shoes, and whatever else you are bringing with you. The small fridge and microwave are nice! We requested a rollaway bed since our kids are 14 and 9 and don't sleep well together anymore. It wasn't the most comfortable but to be expected. The pool area was great and the hot tub was a super nice size and HOT! We took full advantage of the free Noah's Ark wristbands and enjoyed an afternoon there before we even checked into our room. Just showed up at the hotel and got the bands! The one area for improvement would be breakfast. The food itself was decent, a typical hotel breakfast but the area to eat is too small for the number of people who wanted to eat. Maybe some additional tables could be put into the game room during breakfast time?! Also, there didn't seem to be a staff person really attending to breakfast. Items were out of stock for way too long. Staff can be hard to come by, I understand this, but there were a few people just hanging out behind the front desk that could have assisted the one hotel staff member that was trying her best to keep up with the garbage, need for more food, need for coffee cups, keeping tables clean, etc. We would definitely stay here again but I'll opt to go have breakfast out if we have time.

We (DD & I) loved this hotel!!! The location was great; close to many family restaurants & downtown. The staff were very helpful & friendly. They even gave my daughter a couple extra chocolate muffins to go home with when we checked out. The pool area was exactly what we were looking for! We loved the hot tub, splash pad and pool with basketballs. Breakfast was your normal hotel-like breakfast; hot & tasty. Even though it was super busy on Saturday with tournaments in town; by 10pm, the hotel was quiet and we felt safe. The beds are comfy and we slept well. Our room was huge & the heater worked great. No problems with the TV either. (We've stayed @ places where the TV channels either didn't have volume or were in Spanish). We will definitely stay here again! For the price & location, this hotel is a gem!

We stayed at the AmericInn Wisconsin Dells for a volleyball tournament at Woodside Dome. It was a very convenient location that bypasses a lot of the traffic on the strip. There was a Starbucks and another local coffee shop nearby as well as a Kwik Trip. PALS Brewing is right next door. The hotel was set up nicely for our teenager and her team. The pool area was spacious and they enjoyed the options of the two pools and the hot tub. Breakfast was adequate for a quick bite before heading off to matches. The lobby area was also perfect for socializing in the evening. Ice machines are convenient. Room was big enough for us...nothing fancy but clean and the beds were comfortable. Amle parking. Overall good value for the price.

We had a perfect, spacious suite. Great value for the money. Clean, two sinks so multiple people can get ready. Shower was fully loaded with body wash, shampoo and conditioner with pumps. AC worked great, we had two! That’s a plus in the middle of August. The town itself has so many places to eat, shop and visit so location was perfect. Within minutes of the Dells was a great bonus. The staff were so friendly and the room was clean, beds were VERY, comfortable. Our stay was fabulous and we will definitely be back! Don’t forget check out the rooftop patio!

Staff was super friendly, rooms were very modern and clean. And the pool was super clean as well. Breakfast was good, there were many choices. The on-site restaurant was the best part, the staff are amazing, food was excellent, and I will come back just because of how convenient it is.

Our family loved this place. The pool was perfect, you could walk right in. Both the hot tub and sauna were nice and hot. The breakfast was amazing!!! Let me say that again, THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! I spent time in front of the fireplace in the lobby going through my phone and it was very quiet and relaxing.

A great hotel to spend a few nights. Good breakfast, I liked the restaurant where you can have a nice time in the evening. I liked the pool on the 4th floor and the SPA. Comfortable beds, quite spacious room.

Rooms were clean. Pillows were great and the mattress was comfortable. The sheets were so soft that I want a set of them!!! Breakfast was good and the coffee was good and hot!

All staff amazing and friendly from check into to cleaning service, Amazing girls, and the overnight staff who prepared breakfast everyone so friendly and helpful, only thing i would change is pending charge to credit card for incidentals since i prepayed my stay ahead of time when i booked and unawhere I would have to charge the 100.00 and then wait for credit to appere back on credit card

Free Noah’s ark tickets with stay! If u stay 1 night u get 2 and if you stay 2 nights you get 4! The wristbands are good for 4 consecutive days. Great breakfast! Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways need a little fresh paint, but safe and comfortable!

The hot tub in my room was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool wasn't packed and the room was spacious and quiet. Overall I had a pleasant experience.

We have stayed here multiple times in the cabins and they are always clean. Staff are always friendly, pool is nice and clean and is typically open until midnight which is nice. Very family friendly enviroment for little kids but seems so quiet if you are looking to stay somewhere quiet as well compared to other lodging. I will always return.

The property management was great we were supposed to be in a room on the 2nd floor, but the owner realized I was disabled and changed us to a cabin which was clean and comfortable without a change in our billing. The only thing I was disappointed in was the spa was only at minimum for services. overall, I would stay there again it was a clean, quiet, and friendly staff.

We came midweek and had the place mostly to ourselves. It was quiet, room was clean and owner was welcoming and friendly.

Interesting and quirky motel. Lots and lots of flower pictures and flower arrangements in our rooms! It was very quiet and clean. It is about three or four blocks off the main street so it was very little traffic. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The rooms were large and a little dated but were a good place to sleep. We get the absolute most out of our day so we are not looking for a whole lot out of our hotel other than it is clean, cool, and quiet.

We are so happy we booked here. Our cabin was very clean it's quite. The pool is wonderful. Any staff we've asked of anything (something for the room wifi etc) has been so pleasant we used the one of the grills tonight and it was excellent. Gazebo in back. Plenty of lounge chairs in front and around the pool. Very close to the down town "strip" area with all the shopping and restaurants. The IGA is only a few blocks from here as well. We don't live very far from here but just wanted to get away and we will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this place

I had a great experience at the Avid Hotel in Wisconsin Dells. The entire place felt fresh, clean, and modern—from the lobby to the rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout shades, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and quick. I also loved the grab-and-go breakfast options in the morning—simple, fresh, and convenient. The location is perfect—right off the highway and close to major attractions like Kalahari and the outlet mall. It was the perfect home base for our trip to the Dells. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The check in was professional,friendly, and fast. The rooms were clean, comfortable,quiet. Breakfast had healthy choices, coffee was made from fresh coffee bean’s everyday, and seating was comfortable. Roof top was comfortable and safe. Price point was affordable. Plan to return next time in Wisconsin.

Very clean, and friendly staff. Lots of pets- no smells or stains though. We happened to be put into a disability access room which was very spacious and had many aids- removable shower seat, high counters, good space for wheelchair access, multiple shower railings, double shower head, one of which was adjustable. Breakfast was grab and go but fine: yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, granola bars, hot premade breakfast sandwiches, coffee, a juice, etc. Appears to be a new facility. Next to a Dunkin Donuts and the Mac n cheese restaurant as well as Cracker Barrel.

From staying at a lower class yet more expensive hotel on the beginning part of my trip Avis hotel was a relief that it was inexpensive and super clean and nice! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that was that brand new feeling before! The staff was super friendly and helpful to accommodate me and my dog that was with me! Oh and I was so happy they were pet friendly! Which I was scared about at first but the woman on the phone assured me that they accommodate to my needs!! Also for being pet friendly the staff does an amazing job at cleaning! I wouldn’t even have been able to tell you that it was a pet friendly hotel! The floors were SPOTLESS!! 10/10 definitely plan to stay here again!! From the friendliness to the overall safety of the hotel I loved my stay!!

Everything was clean, new and comfortable. The room was not much larger than the king sized bed. Hard floor, not carpet(cleaner than carpet though). No closet, just coat hooks on the wall. Large TV, but coulden't get casting to work. Motion sensor bathroom light will leave you in the dark if your shower is too long. Reheated Jimmy Dean's biscuits and individually wrapped egg white veggie omelets(over cooked, but tasty)with other prepacked cookies, muffins, granola bars etc.along with really good coffee for breakfast. Staff is friendly, the place is really nice, just not what I expected.

The Property Is Extremely Nice And The Staff Very Respectful And Helpful. The Motel Has A Sauna, Jacuzzi, Playground, And Two Pools. All Clean And Easily Accessible. It Also Has A Coin Laundry, A Much Needed Amenity.

I loved everything about Black Hawk Motel and Suites. It was nice and clean, the staff was pleasant, our room was so cozy and the jacuzzi tub was such a great addition. I highly recommend this place. We plan to visit again.

The Black Hawk was a great place to stay. Everything was great! We were amazed at the staff and the work ethic keeping the place so nice and clean. I loved our stay. The jacuzzi in our room was awesome. The location was great. Close enough to get to things but yet far enough not to hear or see all the things going on in the Dells.

This motel was a quaint little setup. I wasn't sure what to expect because it was at the lower end of the cost scale for the time we went, and motels usually don't have the best features. There was no breakfast, but there is a microwave and fridge in the rooms, so you can bring your own foods. The first day I got there to check in, it was very early in the day, and no one was in the building. I waited for about 15 minutes to get checked in, but when someone came, they were friendly and very apologetic. My room happened to be ready, and I was able to get in right away which was very nice! The rooms are a bit older and basic, but cozy. The parking spaces are VERY small. =) The outside pool was closed. The indoor pool was open and heated. There is a jacuzzi and a cute little slide that goes into the pool. It was very clean. There is a small game room which was fun. We received a free passes to visit Timbavali for our stay. (Which, by the way, is NOT worth the entrance fee they charge. Glad we got to visit for free!) Overall, I was very pleased with this motel, and would GLADLY come back and stay. Just enough outside of the main town to be away from the congestion, but still within walking distance to all the shops. AND the price was right! =) Thank you Black Hawk Staff!!

Our stay was great the lady at the desk was super nice the room was clean the jacuzzi was great shower was clean and bed was comfy. Swimming area was great. Overal amazing place to stay. Will be back.

Clean property, friendly staff, good amenities for the price, and allowed for early check-in at no additional cost. The jacuzzi tub made for a relaxing weekend getaway. Had a bit of trouble locating the entrance, as did a delivery driver—be sure to check the street view on Google maps for easier entry. They may benefit from improved signage. Overall, an experience I highly recommend!

We needed an overnight getaway for the whole family and the Marquis won the bid. It was nice to have the two indoor swim options - splash pad with nearby hottub and larger pool area with slides and nearby hottubs. The kids loved it, we loved it. The rooms were clean albeit maybe requiring a little maintenance, but nothing that would stop us from going again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. We had four rooms & all were very clean. We had kids of all ages in our group ( babies, grade schoolers, high schoolers) & everyone had a great time including the adults !!! We were given extra blankets when we asked. Rooms were big enough for pack'n play for babies. Plenty of hot water in rooms. Both pool areas were always kept clean & the pool bathrooms were also always clean. Pools definitely had chlorine in them along with all the hot tubs. We were impressed with how everything was kept clean and tidy for all the kids running around there. Loved the free little coffee area & vending machines.

The property has a very scenic view as it sits on a very quiet section of the Wisconsin river. There is a dock nearby. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms have a few issues, such as Bathroom faucet being very loose. Refrigerators leaked & stopped working, but the staff was quick to address any issues. The website needs to be updated though. We booked a kitchenette and despite website & confirmation indicating two queen beds, the room had a king bed and an uncomfortable sofa sleeper. They were very nice, but the property was booked full so there was nothing that could be done. Overall the location overrules issues. It is a beautiful & quiet.

Beautiful Riverview Lodge room with kitchenette. We lived our room. Stayed on thr 2nd floor with a balcony facing the river. Vaulted wood beam ceilings. This was a 6 person room and huge with a king bed and a double queen bunkbed. Nice kitchenette and dining table and tv and full bathroom. Very cute and cozy. Staff were friendly and even asked if there were any maintenance issues that they should review in the room when we checked out. No issues at all. 10 mins from main dells waterparks. Lodge rooms are a rustic cozy feel with log cabin furniture. We would stay again.

The stay was everything we were hoping for in a weekend getaway. Friendly and quick check in. The view of the Wisconsin river from our private balcony was amazing. Our room was perfect, it had that cabin feel and was very quiet. Definitely will be going back!

The view of the Wisconsin river was amazing from our balcony. Tons of green space with a wonderful beach. A nice relaxing location but still close to all the attractions.

We had a lovely stay here in a Riverview Villa. It was perfect for a little getaway without the kids. It was very clean with great amenities and staff members were helpful and friendly. We saw a bald eagle down by the beach! The location was great for accessing a variety of hiking trails and food options. The only down side was we could hear the neighbors at times walking around upstairs and their loud music through the connecting door where the wall is thinner.

We stayed in the Stable room in a separate building. The suite was great, with a fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. It had a beautiful view of the Wisconsin River. The price was very reasonable, as it was off-season. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The jacuzzi tub was by far the best we have ever used in a private room, and the views from the property were awesome as well. Customer service was excellent. The suite was virtually spotless. Excellent quality for an affordable rate.

We loved the jacuzzi tub. The location is near the sunset dinner cruise dock so it was an easy walk to our reservation. We absolutely loved staying here.

Everything was excellent! From the time we stepped in to the time we left: the cleanliness is top tier especially inside, rooms were clean and neat, up to date with tv, lights, and plugins. Our pipe to the sink just fell Off in the bathroom and maintenance and house keeping replaced it and cleaned up in like 15 minutes! The bar is now, pool inside , jacuzzi inside and outside , just 10/10

We stayed for 5 days in room 309; no balcony FYI and a poor view. I’d avoid this room if you’re looking for these 2 things. Otherwise, it’s a spacious and comfortable room. We didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, but be sure to add it to your stay; it looked delicious! The pool and outdoor jacuzzis are fantastic! The workout facilities looked great. The bar and lobby are comfortable. Parking is ample at this Hilton property. The renovations at this location are fantastic; it looks like a brand new hotel.

We ended up getting to the Dells quite a bit earlier than normal check-in time. The lady at the front desk was polite and got us into a room right away. Plenty of parking available. The outdoor hot tubs were great at the end of a long day! There are also two hot tubs indoors by the pool (one was closed). There is a convenient window to the bar to order drinks inside the pool area. HIGHLY recommend the food at the bar! I had a Cesar salad with steak and my son had a burger and fries. Both were fantastic! The breakfast was just ok. My son wasn't a fan of the French toast but, my daughter said the pancakes were good! They have a continental breakfast for $6.50 that just has the basics; cereal, yogurt, toast, etc. You may also order other food like pancakes, eggs, French toast, omelets, etc; made to order - a bit high priced in my opinion for what you get but it was convenient. The market place with sodas and snacks in the lobby was also convenient - it is self-serve; easy to pay or charge to your room. Advice - if you are looking to check-out late - you have to contact them the morning you are due to check out, not before. Call or visit the front desk early because I waited too long - they are only able to accept 10 late check outs. They already had 10 by the time I went to the front desk at 8:30am. The lady at the front desk did give us an extra half hour. Overall - it was a good experience and this hotel will stay on our list of options when we stay in the Dells.

We stayed here a few years back and we wanted to return because of it's location and what it had to offer. We were greeted by Bryan who was very welcoming and helpful to us. He stated that he was new to the position and to please hold on a few moments, to which I said that was perfectly fine. Our room wasn't ready for an early arrival (which was fine), we went out and enjoyed the "Dells" and came back later in the day. We had been upgraded to a nice King Balcony room on the corner Room 403 and we really enjoyed the room and view. Everyone was great and friendly. We also love the bar that is in the lobby area and if your in the pool area you can get food and drinks too since the have a pool window walk up. We will defintely return.
