We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very clean and spacious with a walk in shower and a jaccuzi bath. The bed was very comfortable. We had access to the spa which was great, sauna, steamroom, pool and gym. The roof terrace bar has amazing views over the city.The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always smiling. The best part was the amazing breakfast, what a spread! Well done!

The Wyndham Old Town is a large yet cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is a delicious buffet with all you can imagine being available. There are two coffee stations so the wait for a latte is short even at the busiest of times. The hotel is central so walking to the major sights is easy and quick. We enjoyed our many walks about the city and if we needed a break, the hotel was close. If you are very lucky, Viktoryia will be on the reservation desk when you contact them. Viktoryia was incredibly helpful in getting us a good deal, in providing advice and tips for Wroclaw as well as other cities we're visiting. She was kind and friendly as well as the consumate professional. The Wyndham, and Viktoryia deserve at least 10 stars but I can only give five. We'll be back.

Everything was perfect: the room was extremely spacious and well appointed. It was so clean it seemed new. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect: on the old market square and a short walk to a large tram terninus

The staff could not do enough for us . Lovely 'retro' place delicious food ! Fab place for us while visiting familly living near by. We later stayed in Rynek in a 5* hotel which we knew what to expect . But Hotel Roza was over expectations x100 if you look at the value vs price.

Great place for the money. I expected less, but it was just perfect. Big, clean, well equipped and decorated room. The dishwasher didn’t work, but I didn’t really need it. Check in was super smooth. Very nice staff. Will book again when next time in Wrocław.

Everything was great, the apartment was clean, easy check in using the reception downstairs, good value for money, we had everything there we needed, very comfy and big bed, great location.

Poor directions from booking.com as to the location. Hotel itself was perfect with excellent staff who were very helpful

The place was really easy to find, walking distance to most tourist attractions, really comfortable and clean.

The hotel is great. The team and service are very good. The standard double room is small, cozy, and very clean. The windows are soundproof, and you hardly hear anything from outside. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the main market square in Wrocław. Breakfast was good, with a selection ranging from muesli to salads, cold cuts, and cheese. A small but tasty buffet. The seating area is lovely. You can look straight into the garden while having breakfast and enjoy your coffee under the trees. Shady, with a breeze – perfect for relaxing. Drinks are expensive. We paid €6 for a beer. Coffee and water are free all day. All in all, a wonderful hotel! Thanks for your service! A Smile. Sandra and Michael 😎

My husband and I loved our 6 nights at the Puro Stare Miasto. We came for a friend's wedding: the reception was held in the hotel. Our room was a double Classic Plus. The food was exceptional, especially the breakfasts - best quantity, quality and range of any hotel I have stayed in! The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping kept our room super clean. The reception was delightful, held in the courtyard extension, and staff were very attentive. The location was great, only minutes from the market square, and with restaurants close by. The courtyard, which looks out over a pleasant promenade, and with views of a moat, was quiet and peaceful. Our only negative was that our room could have been bigger, it is a bit snug! However, we only spent a little of our tme there so it was not a problem.

Just home from 3 night stay at Puro Wrockaw Hotel. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel. Location was perfect for a short walk into the main square. Everywhere was kept spotless. Rooms modern. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Free hot drinks in reception area 24/7. Staff very friendly and helpful. A tip for us Brits who like milk in their tea, machine doesn't have milk but ask at the bar and they will gladly give you some. Would certainly stay here again if we visit the area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere overall was peaceful. We had a one-bedroom apartment with loads of wardrobe & storage space, a separate lounge area, spacious bathroom with washing machine & a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, utensils, microwave oven, dishwasher & a refrigerator. Sadly missing were cutlery & dishcloths for wiping the kitchen bench. There was not even a teaspoon available to make coffee with. The apartment is centrally located to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, KFC & McDonald's. Service staff were all helpful & friendly. A most comfortable stay!! The Apartments comprise of 2 separate blocks. Whilst we were in the block where Reception was, our friends were allocated shared apartments across the road. Their complaints were the remote, dark & quiet location; & the inability to transport suitcases up the spiral staircase in the apartment. So, it pays to check & confirm where you would be allocated.

We stayed here 23rd nov to 26th nov for the Christmas markets , it’s literally 5 min walk around back of hotel , the hotel is fabulous so modern and warm and welcoming , we had a double deluxe apartment which was modern and immaculate ! So much space for a family with a new baby and cot was supplied, kitchen has everything you need and bathroom a walk in shower ! Rooms are warm and airy there is a lift up to each floor ! Downstairs is a host of lovely staff more than happy to help and there is a bar /coffee shop that is charming , Wroclaw is one of the best city’s I have ever visited so much history so much to do and see ! I honestly can’t recommend this hotel or Wroclaw enough especially at Christmas time and I can’t wait to return ! Definitely 10 out of 10 , please visit this hotel and Wroclaw thank-you Christina and family ❤️

We drove in from Mainz; luckily it was a nice day and the roads were clear- but its a long way and we were pleased to arrive at the hotel . It was a very comfortable and relaxing space; one felt at home immediately. I particularly liked the location and the views; I liked to see the trams moving around, and life on the river. In the evening and in the morning the light on the river was beautiful ; I think the visuals were the best bit but the chairs were comfortable and I slept well; and I enjoyed the tv and we cooked some fine food.

We booked two apartments for our city break - unfortunately we could not be accommodated near each other - after chatting with reception they offered us a bigger apartment to stay together. Apartment was fantastic - modern clean and well equipped with fabulous city views...close to the main square with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Staff were lovely and would definitely recommend - very comfortable and safe.

When booking we were looking for apartment style accommodation and this apartment was found to be almost ideal. It was easy to locate after a 15 minute walk from the train station, the check-in procedure was easy and the apartment was in a very safe location in a block with 24 hour service. The flat overlooked the river and the main street but was on the 5th floor so no street noise was heard. The flat was relatively new with modern appliances and plenty of room. The old town was about 5 minutes walk away. There was a large supermarket across the road with plenty of food options for catering. The only criticisms are that there was bad smell occasionally from the shower drain and there was two high stools at the breakfast bar which were unsteady due to loose and missing screws in their construction. These faults were brought to the notice of the reception when we left. Overall a very good property and good value for the money.

Stayed at this hotel over Christmas. The hotel is well situated just off the main square and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. For anything further away, the tram line is right outside the hotel. The room was bright, spacious and immaculately clean. Huge bathroom too. Breakfast was a buffet with choices to cater for all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there are no opening windows to let a bit of fresh air into your room. Yes, there is heating and/or air conditioning but I like a few minutes of fresh air, even in cold December! My fault, I should have checked beforehand. Also, a lack of communal lobby meant we had to wait in reception by the door after check out until our pick up arrived, not a huge issue but sparse seating for hotel guests. The bar was closed when we visited but no doubt that was due to it being the Christmas period. Not an issue as there are plenty of bars in the town. A nightcap back at your hotel is sometimes nice to have, but sadly not during our stay.

The perfect hotel to stay in, to enjoy and explore Wroclaw. Great location close to the main square, cafes and restaurants. Very professional staff... Adam, on reception, was fantastic and very helpful. Our room was large, very modern, clean and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The location was very close to all of the main squares and the tram to the train station. The room and beds were very warm and comfortable and we liked the addition of a fridge and safe. Sandra, the receptionist, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful, informative, and so nice! The restaurant staff were also helpful. There is a bakery connected to the hotel that is a fantastic place to have a coffee/tea with excellent sandwiches and cakes. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. Excellent!!!

We really loved the room! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable — a perfect place for a stay with a child. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the toys provided for our little one — a small touch, but a very thoughtful gesture. Everything was well thought out, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely come back!

The location is really good, and a public underground parking is very close to the hotel. The pool with a jacuzzi and a few saunas are great.

Lovely relaxing stay, we made use of all the spa facilities - pool, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi (although note the steam room and sauna are only available in the evening). Small but well equipped gym overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great, lots of buffet choice and breakfast to order as required. Rooms spacious and light. Beds big and comfortable, although I would question the mattress toppers, a bit lumpy :-)

This must be the best hotel in Wroclaw if not even in whole Poland. Wonderful property, great restaurant with delicious food, kids menu and a lovely kids corner so you can be sure to eat your meal in peace while little one is enjoying their time too. The hotel was beautiful. The room was comfy and the bathroom was lovely and big. The location was quiet and the breakfast was exceptional. The spa facilities were so clean and we found our stay super relaxing. Perfect!

The place was great, but surroundings just amazing! A museum very close. A place to have a walk. A place to have some pizza and a playground for kids. Place to rent a kayak. The best breakfast I have ever had in any European hotel. Great coffee. On top of a large, creative variety, they also offer a choice of freshly made eggs (in any style), sausages, waffles, pancakes etc. On checkout day I had to leave before breakfast time, so upon request a lunch package was prepared for me. Not only tasty but enough to be breakfast and lunch. Staff was very friendly as well. Kettle in the room available. Everything was very clean, except for the carpet a little maybe but that is just because the concept of carpets in hotels is wrong.

The location of the hotel is amazing, 10 min walk from the center of town and there is a tram station just in front of the hotel. We found a parking just near the hotel on the street, so didn't use the hotel parking (I assume the parking is way cheaper on the street). The staf was soo soo nice - we asked for help to organize a surprise for our douhter who had a birthday when we stayed at the hotel and they were very helpful and even surprized her with a complimentary cupcakes! Just across the hotel, there is an amazing restaurant for breakfast, very cheap and amazing variety.

Food at the restaurant was invariably great, lovet the schnitzel and pulled pork sandwich. Equally impressive was the breakfast, haivng loads of fruit, vegetables, different meats, eggs etc. I was positively surprised of the food and ingredient quality. Breakfast staff was often just one person, and she did work hard! Still, even with hard work, it was hard for her to keep up with the demand of food at the peak hours. This lady deserves applause also, as even when very busy, the breakfast still worked OK. Also the housekeeping was fast and unintrusive, very good staff overall!

This is the best Ibis hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are modern, well-maintained and comfortable. We were pleased to see that in-room tea and coffee facilities were available. The breakfast was great - lots of variety and it was quickly replenished. At the weekend it is also possible to have eggs and omelettes cooked to order at no extra charge by Maciej who did a great job. Guests are even given cookies to take away! The staff were friendly and welcoming - in particular Bartosz at breakfast. The location is also very convenient being a ten minute walk from the main railway station and the old town and in the other direction Aldi is also a ten minute walk. Wroclaw is a lovely city. We had a great stay, Thanks to all the staff who worked hard to make sure that our stay was enjoyable.

Just a few minuted walk into the town with bars/restaurants closer - near the station and a supermarket almost across the road. The hotel is a combined Ibis/Novotel as the Ibis Reception area appears to be closed and it has all been merged into one - with different floors per brand. The rooms had a caraffe with a water machine on each floor which was really convenient. The room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff were efficient. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast offering - plenty of choice such as pancakes/toasted sandwhiches and it was a calm environment. I felt the evening restaurant menu had quite a limited selection with mainly korean dishes. There is some building work going on directly opposite the hotel but this is beyond their control. Overall it was good value for money. I am currently an Accor Silver member and never had any issues with any of their establishments.

Extremely friendly staff, always ready to help when asked. The facilities were lovely and clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent too. We had an evening meal which was well prepared and the presentation was excellent, good value for money. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and of a very high standard, great selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Very pleasant, definitely recommended when in Wroclaw. Our room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of storage space. There was a separate living room and a small kitchenette which made our stay enjoyable. The bathroom was wonderful and big enough to feel comfortable (big shower, plenty of shelves, and big mirrors). Great location - 2 minutes walk to the Old Market Square. The only downside was the noise (our room was facing the street). Please note that the reception is not open 24h. Late check-in (after 10 p.m.) needs some arrangements. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definitely come back again.

This was a very authentic, old style hotel with lots of character. There was a lift to the bedrooms. It was ideally situated within just a few minutes walk for the main squares or the tram. The room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom. We had a nice quiet room at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. We were offered a warm option of pancakes or eggs. Then the most amazing buffet of fish, meats, cheeses, and so many interesting salads, pickles, chutneys etc. then there was fresh fruit salad, cereals, yoghurts and a choice of breads and croissants.

I had a fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Wroclaw Centrum! The staff were absolutely lovely, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and stylish, with an unbeatable location—right by a bus stop where the airport bus drops you off, and the ticket cost less than £1! I stayed in Room 501, and it was amazing—huge, with vast windows offering incredible city views. The bathroom was lovely, the TV was great, and the bed was super comfy, but the real star? The pillows! Honestly, the best I have ever slept on—I need to find out what they are so I can buy them! The location is perfect, with easy access to the city and Old Town, just a 2-minute walk to transport and about 15 minutes into the center. Breakfast had plenty of options and a spacious dining area, but I felt it could have been better. There was no toaster for making toast, which would have been a nice addition, and the baked beans were only lukewarm both days. Not the best buffet I’ve had, but definitely not the worst either. If you like Thai food, I highly recommend Fod Chai Thai—absolutely amazing food, and my 20-minute Uber ride only cost around £4, which is incredible value! Overall, a spotless, well-run hotel with fantastic staff. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

NOVOTEL WROCLAW CENTRUM HOTEL is a nice and affordable 4-Star hotel not far from the center of the city (Market Square) and in walking distance from Wroclaw Glowny (the main railway station) of Wroclaw (former Breslau). The hotel room was spacious without balcony, the service of the front office was really outstanding (helpful, attentive and informative) and the value for money was really good. On the same building (the first floors) is in operation the IBIS WROCLAW CENTRUM HOTEL and you can save more money staying at this hotel (in the same building) if you like The offered services of the hotel are quite extensive (e.g. sauna room and fitness center) and this makes your stay more enjoyable. There are three things I liked most at this hotel (i) the extensive choices you have for the welcome drinks (includes all cocktails and alcoholic drinks e.g. whiskeys) which is unusual to other hotels, (ii) the device for the free purified water in the corridor and (iii) the “skip the clean, go green” initiative for environment. Summing up my experience with this hotel was very positive and certainly I suggest this hotel for a short stay in Wroclaw

It also happened to be my birthday, and I was touched by the thoughtful gesture from the team and the manager—a lovely card and a bowl of fresh fruit. Much appreciated! Breakfast was fantastic, with a delicious omelette, a great selection of Polish meats, cheeses, pâté, salmon, and various egg options. The homemade Polish cake was also a delightful treat. I love the hotel’s location—slightly tucked away from the busyness of the Main Square, yet right next to the river, perfect for a scenic walk or a visit to Panorama Racławicka. Radisson Wrocław truly values guest loyalty through the Radisson Rewards program, which makes each stay even more special. I can’t wait for my next trip to Poland! Thank you! We stayed for three nights on the sixth floor of the hotel, and it was very quiet and peaceful. The street near the hotel is not too crowded, which adds to the calming atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located close to the river and many restaurants. Parking is spacious and comfortable, costing around 100 zloty per day. the room was large; however, the shower was less than ideal, as it consists of a narrow bathtub that isn't very safe for entering and exiting. The staff in the dining room could be more helpful when it comes to refilling missing dishes or drinks, but overall, breakfast was good, and we had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

You could keep access to the patio 24/7 for us smokers 😉 because yes, we are the bad guys and need it 😁 We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back! My wife and I recently travelled to Poland, We always stay at the Radisson Blu hotels. The are consistently good with clean, spacious rooms, knowledgeable and courteous staff and, a breakfast buffet that ranges from very good to excellent. A very consistent 4 star raring. This hotel however, is an exception rating 5 stars. After travelling for 48 hours driving and including an 8 hour ferry ride with one brief overnight stay my wife and I were ready for some respite. This Radisson blu was it. We arrived in the early afternoon and asked if early checkin was available. It was and we asked for and received an upgrade to Business Class . We then asked about local attractions and the front desk recommended Cathedral Island which was just a short walk away over the hill behind the hotel. The room was overlooking this hill that had battlement ruins and a park. The front of the hotel faces an unusual museum in the shape of a crown. The Panorama Racławicka. There is a enclosed courtyard shared with a school filled with comfortable furnishings and an amazing collection of artwork. More on the wonderful staff. Our car GPS was not working in Poland so the staff printed out some maps for us on how to get back to the highway to proceed to Krakow. Unfortunately, My wife forgot her phone in our room and upon calling the hotel they said they would keep it and we could have it mailed back to us or pick it up on the way back. This hotel is truly a gem.

Our room was excellent - exceptionally clean and well equipped, with a lovely view of the park. The staff were amazing, so very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all. The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere/everything you want to go and see in Wroclaw. The bar was open late and had a lovely vibe and the food was very good indeed. It was also quite reasonably priced too for a 5 star hotel. They even have early check in which was essential for us, so that was great.

Our 4 night stay was perfect, we went for a birthday celebration, check in was quick and friendly, room was on 2nd floor on the corner overlooking the main road and shopping mall and was quiet. Extra pillows were provided as requested and they had left us some birthday nibbles and cakes with a card which was extremely attentive and a special touch. Room was big with kettle and a coffee machine and gowns, fridge, safe and housekeeping serviced room daily, and 2 bottles of water. 2 vouchers for a free drink in hotel bar given to us and the bar was lovely ambience. Breakfast is super, staff very attentive topping up and clearing tables and a very relaxing experience with good choice of hot & cold food. A chef will cook eggs to order too. Hotel is located about 10-15 mins walk from main square and big shopping mall across the road making it an excellent location. I would recommend the hotel, I loved it here, all the staff are so helpful and happy and spotless clean.

We have just come back from the most fabulous 3 days in Wroclaw staying at the Double Tree and we cannot stop raving about the hotel and team! It was my birthday weekend and they really made the whole experience feel extra special! The team at reception were warm, welcoming and so friendly! Our room was a King Executive and we loved it, it was so comfortable and had everything we needed, thank you to housekeeping for keeping it well refreshed each day. We were very appreciative of exec lounge access and enjoyed relaxing there after long days exploring. The restaurant was an absolute highlight and the food here is some of the best we’ve had in all our hotel travels! You can see a lot of passion is put into the menu and food. It’s top notch quality with excellent service. Highly highly recommend. We ate a total of 5 meals and every one of them was spot on. Breakfast in the mornings was fantastic, plenty to choose from and I left obsessed with getting a juicer to make fresh juice! Whilst all the staff were excellent, I have to give a special mention to Igor who looked after us at dinner and Melina who looked after us at breakfast and lunch - you guys are something special and made us feel so special too! An absolute credit to the hotel. Wroclaw is an amazing city and the hotel is perfectly located to explore - we walked everywhere! We can’t wait to visit again and without doubt we will stay the Double Tree! Thank you so much!

I loved how central this hotel was to the city. I found the staff were extremely helpful. I found the staff to have a good understanding of English which made our stay easier. This hotel is comfortable, clean and relaxing. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of food and drinks. We also had lunch in the restaurant, it was very enjoyable.

I did like almost everything. The location is perfect - near the Old Town and the University. There are many restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The apartment is fully equipped for a longer stay (I spent just 1 night, but there is even a washing machine ;-)) The hosts were very friendly, even though I haven't met them personally. They sent me all info that was needed to get to the room.

The location is very good (only we had a problem with leaving car on a parking, it was almost full everywhere). Reception lady was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the room - was clean and comfy, just a little too small for 4 adults, too tiny.

Overall it's a great place to stay. The flat is in the old town, close to restaurants and cafes. It was clean and modern. Nothing to complain about.

We were able to park our car in the underground parking with an elevator to the hotel. Our room was very quiet and the air conditioning worked very well. The room was very clean and we would definitely stay again, when we come back. Breakfast was excellent (my husband loved the Scandinavian breakfast foods with what i think was herring. We loved the city and enjoyed walking through the beautiful streets. We were lucky to have found an excellent restaurant, The Cork. We didn't have reservations, but were early enough to get a table outside. I highly recommend it.

The hotel staff are very polite and will come to help you as soon as you need. Łukasz was helping with our breakfast and was a very good example of the good quality staff. Breakfast was delicious and very well organised, all the food was fresh and delicious. We had just had our flight and arrived at 2am, the person at the reception was very kind and quickly showed us everything we needed to know. They also helped us quickly check in. In the end all the staff are polite and informative, good quality food and the room was clean and spacious.

We managed to get the parking for free as we had booked a family room but due to a flooding in the family rooms we were given two double rooms instead so the complimentary parking was as an apology for the room change. Good location to the tram stop which is 5-10mins walk. It takes you straight to the centre...about 30mins tram ride. There was a complimentary water station to fill up water bottles with three types of water....room temperature, cold water and fizzy water.

Everything was perfect during my stay at Novotel Wrocław City. The service was excellent and the atmosphere very welcoming. The hotel is very big and modern overlooking the river. There are not too many restaurants close by so best to head for Stare Miasto. My room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom had a tub and there were tea & coffee making facilities, safe and mini bar provided but no free water. However I was supplied with a voucher for a free drink. Breakfast was good with a large selection of hot and cold comestibles. I particularly liked the scrambled egg and the cakes. The bar was also decent and reasonably priced. I paid around £300 for two nights with breakfast. A little expensive by Polish standards but I’m guessing it was due to the football final taking place in Wroclaw.

Rooms are quiet which is important considering rather central location. We slept well for the whole stay. Overall no complaints about the room. There was a minibar which is not always a standard nowadays. Staff was friendly, helpful, no complaints. Excellent breakfast, with fresh waffles, pancakes and good selection of savory options, including local products. We stayed in the hotel for the 3rd time already and will choose it again given a chance.

Most of all I felt safe staying here. Everything was very clean and staff very kind, helpful and respectful. I recommend dining out at the restaurant and trying the duck. There is small gym on site and spa services. I feel like everyone cares about me when I am there. Sometimes I would get vouchers for a coffee or a drink, or discounts at the restaurant which made me feel appreciated and valued. It’s my home away from home.

I liked river view, location and overall stay was comfortable. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs, bar is opened till 12am. Front desk staff is nice. Checkout time is 12pm - that's nice!

Everything about our stay at Mercure was fantastic. Amazing room, great size, breathtaking view with super comfy beds. Perfect. Kids had little beds and loved them too. The coffee machine in the room was a very nice touch. Loved the smell of the hand wash and shower gel. The hotel provides water machines on each floor so it is really easy to refill bottles with sparkling or still water. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but had some local wine at the bar, which was very good. Kuba was ready to recommend it! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic too. Wide selection of hot and cold food and plenty of choice for coffee lovers! Breakfast team was very nice too. Andrzej, Grzegorz, Gabriela and the most pleasant lady at the welcome desk made our day on both mornings of our stay. All in all probably one of the best hotels we stayed in.

Stayed here for six nights and enjoyed it thoroughly from beginning to end. Location is excellent, minutes walk from the main square, shops and restaurants. Staff were all so helpful and friendly in the hotel, always polite. Bedroom was spacious and spotless. Ate in the bar on one night and the food was very nice. Had good fun with the girls in the bar, unfortunately we didn't get any names. Definitely recommend the hotel for anyone visiting. The airport is approx 25 minutes away also.

Perfect location, attentive attitude, spacious room, clean. Breakfast is simply fabulous (see picture). We chose this hotel for another reason - it was very convenient to return a Europcar' rental car here, but it reveals that it is an excellent hotel for all other points. An additional point I'd like to mention is the restaurant that is very good - you don't expect such a good kitchen in a small hotel restaurant.

Perfect hotel near the Wroclaw City Center. Everything was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. We got an upgrade to a room on the 5th floor with easy access to the top terrace. The breakfast is extremely varied (you could also make yourself waffles) and tasty food. The access to the parking and in the hotel was great extremely easy. They offer recyclable bottles that you can fill on the hallway but we would have preferred to have the minibar full (even if we know that this has been a problem in almost every hotel after Covid).

The hotel is very comfortably located to visit the town center. Its closed car park provides a good parking location with easy access to the hotel. The rooms are spacey, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff is always a pleasure to interact with, they are courteous and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, varied, with lots and lots of options. I half-remembered the espresso machine from my previous visits to provide mediocre coffee - however, this time it was much better. What's even more amazing is that they provide V60 equipment, so you can brew your own quality coffee if you are into this.

Perfect location - central yet quiet, with fantastic views towards the cathedral and botanical gardens. Watching a couple of birds swooping around cathedral towers at dawn was beautiful. Reception & breakfast room staff were great: polite, helpful and upbeat. Good quality bedding, towels and lovely smelling shower gel / hand wash from a range not harmful to environment or skin. Good shower and effective ventilation (we take long showers and it didn't get steamy). Very nice breakfast, with a varied selection including delicious pancakes & baked apples. Interesting architecture with a generous lobby / atrium space and galleries leading to rooms, nice quality doors which seemed real hardwood. An Easter treat left in our room on arrival was a kind gesture.

An amazing hotel in a beautiful historic part of the city right next to the botanical garden, which you can see from the hotel restaurant during breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff (we had a language problem with the parking machine, the man from the reception came and solved it). Quality breakfast in a pleasant environment, very quiet and well-equipped room with nice view ( partly botanical garden / partly the Church of the Holy Cross and Saint Bartholomew)

We liked the hotel very much. The location was great for us since we traveled by A4 highway. The room was spacy and well-equipped - there was even a bathtub. The breakfast was fabulous. The Korean restaurant next door is a thing of itself.

I've been to many hotels over the years, but this one has an excellent breakfast for the price paid. Should I pass this again, I will definitely stay here. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept clean and tidy.

Staff were wonderful and rooms very clean. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel though was the advertised pool which I hoped to enjoy after work. This was not to be as its a baby training pool in the evenings. Also unfortunately no restaurant services available at this hotel either. If you are looking for a quiet hotel where you only need the room then this is ideal

I loved the neighbourhood- the famous brewery nearby, petrol station and a small supermarket opened 24hr. Next to the hotel, you can take a walk near the river. The breakfast was great, a lot of to choose from. For me a huge advantage was the ability to take my dog and cat with me!

This is a great hotel. Clean, professional and comfortable. The food is great, particularly the breakfast and unbelievably good value for money. There are comfortable quiet outside spaces to sit, despite being close to a main road. The beds are super comfortable with quality bed linen and blackout blinds for a great sleep.

The hotel was easy to reach by car and was relatively close to the highway. This also saved us from having to deal with city traffic. There was a large free parking area, which we considered safe. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and spoke fluent English. The reception hall was very impressive and the breakfast room was also very nicely decorated. The breakfast itself was very, very tasty. We had a room at the back, which meant it was very quiet. No street noise, no noise in the hallway or from other rooms. The beds were very comfortable. We hadn't slept so well in weeks. The blinds also made the room pleasantly dark. The Wi-Fi left nothing to be desired and the TV program was (as far as we could tell) very extensive. All in all, a clear recommendation for a few days in Wrocław...

The staff are so nice and friendly and the breakfast is absolutely amazing, everything is homemade. Homemade pancakes, homemade marmalade, homemade sauces. The choice for breakfast is unbelievable, yoghurts, cereals, pancakes, cold meats, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber, croissants, pastries (again homemade), choice of eggs, fried, scrambled or boiled, ham, bacon, the list is endless. Anna at breakfast is so welcoming and friendly, loved talking to her and she made a few suggestions for places to visit. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main square, it’s just fantastic. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Wroclaw, you won’t be disappointed and we cannot wait to return.

Lovely 3 night stay at the Granary Suite Hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Had a garden room in the older part where of the hotel which was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Short walk into the town square which meant it was far enough to be nice and quiet in the evening. Didn’t have a chance to eat in for dinner but couldn’t fault the breakfast buffet. Whole place was clean and well presented.

Comfy bed and proper Grohe shower, fridge with mini bar, quiet AC. Breakfast looked very good as we passed (we never have breakfast, we always go out for coffee & croissants!) Staff were absolutely lovely & helped out when needed (eg with luggage storage and lost key cards).

Fantastic location, lovely little ivy covered courtyard to eat breakfast in (breakfast had many options, all fresh and interesting), also connected to a quiet pub, room was super clean and big, lovely newly renovated bathroom, the staff were super helpful. We loved the location...we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel! Our room was bigger than we needed...very spacious, with a beautiful, modern bathroom. A lovely buffet breakfast was included with our room, and we enjoyed it so much...very elegant and beautifully presented. The young man who helped us with our luggage and guided us to the secure parking space and our room was very helpful, polite, and guest-oriented. We appreciated him so much, as he provided a warm welcome and helpful information in a city we had never visited before.

Absolutely loved everything about this place, but if you want a bland, modern, generic hotel, it probably won't be the best for you. There's plenty of beauty and character in the building, lovely helpful staff, warm and cosy bedroom, excellent breakfast, perfect central location... and for such a good price!

I liked location of the hotel. It is situated in front of Wroclaw Glowny railway station and three minutes walk from the public bus stop to the airport. There are many shops and restaurants nearby and Rynek Glowny ( the main market square) is within walking distance ( 30 min). My room ( double budget) was clean and well equiped (eg. kettle, fridge. tv). The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean with fresh towels provided. I had a train to catch early in the morning and the hotel was perfect. I recomend and would stay again.

The hotel itself is beautiful, from the reception area, through the hallways to the room. The decor is very soft and cozy but feels luxurious at the same time. The rooms are very well designed, definitely with the guest in mind. Just enough towel hooks in the bathroom, shelf to put your toiletries, outlets located within reach, relaxing lighting... oh, and this pleasant smell in the hallway just makes you want to stay there longer... The location was also excellent for what we needed: 15min from the city center and 15min from the airport. Straightforward, easy to use (paid) parking. Fast free WiFi.

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, and spoke excellent English. They helped us arrange a taxi for our very early flights home. The hotel was what we needed for our last couple nights in Poland. It was clean, secure, comfortable and not far from the airport. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had nice water pressure. There is also a grocery store across the street.

Having a coffee shop situated within serving light food, cakes and a range of hot and cold beverages is perfect and very convenient. Being a regular guest to this hotel (4+ times a year, minimum), all rooms I've stayed in have been great, clean, well maintained and quiet.

Nice historical hotel only a few minutes walk from the main train station. I especially liked the retro style reception and room furniture and the nice café attached to the hotel. I had asked for a quiet room and received one facing a courtyard which was very quiet. The breakfast buffet offered a vast selection. It took me a while to find everything on the first morning, for example because the bread and bread rolls were covered by a towel. I liked that it was a bit different from the usual buffet you get in most hotels in different countries nowadays. It had a regional touch, for example nice mixed salads which were very tasty, but it still had everything you usually expect like creal and bread.

Beautiful historic building next to the train station, spacious room with high ceilings. The room is clean, although without air conditioning (I don't know how it is in summer), high ceilings, and a nice view of the street. The furniture is old, but it's sturdy and looks good, has its own vintage charm and style, everything is made of solid wood, I love it! Not a bad breakfast, although next time I probably won't order it, there are many interesting cafes around and great healthy Polish fast food in the Wrocławia shopping mall. But the biggest treasure of this hotel is its staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and ready to help.

Room was classy, comfortable and cool. We liked it and it was what we needed. We slept well and it was as quiet as could be expected with the main train station opposite with the world and trams going by. The aircon worked and you could set the room temperature for your own comfort. The windows offered excellent sound insulation.The shower was good and water was hot with good flow. Bathroom was spotless, and we noticed actual glasses (not plastic or paper) provided for water here and in the room - nice touch. The location was very convenient for us, being opposite the train station and 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop in the next block. It had the old worldy ambiance of an established institution, without being shabby. We really liked that.

I’d seen some bad reviews for this hotel but I certainly would stay again. Its location was good very close walking to everything Wroclaw offers. Checkin was easy with staff ever so helpful. Our room was lovely and warm, very big and bathroom adequate. The shower was small and mighty. We experienced a good quiet nights sleep every night. Everywhere was spotlessly clean as was in the public area of the hotel. Our room felt like it had recently been decorated it was fresh. Pillow felt ok not as flat as others have said. Rooms are not serviced automatically so you can ask at reception for this to be done. Breakfast was a good spread of continental, no toaster. Also one not so good point, we turned up for breakfast on our first morning (Sunday) and the breakfast room was full. We sat in reception to wait for a table to become free and suddenly another twenty guests turned up and jumped the queue as we were not stood in the doorway of the breakfast room. We then opted to go out for breakfast as it looked like a long wait. Our other two mornings were no problem at all. It was Christmas Market season in Wroclaw and so busy. The Lothus was reasonably priced and central which is why we picked it.

A rather austere looking hotel but a very comfortable hotel. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic shower. Facilities were limited but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast was good although there was a queue to get in to the breakfast room on one of the busier days

An easy arrival by tram from the train station. All staff was nice, but especially the young lady at the breakfast bar. Breakfast was nice, I really loved the salad and the spreads. Also warm vegetable was very nice. The location is just perfect, a few steps from a tram stop at a shopping mall, maybe 5 minutes slow walk to the main square, also biedronka maybe 50 meter, zabka just next door, room was clean except the curtains, I really appreciated the electric kettle for tea/coffee - bring some teabags of your favourite tea with! Cups were in the room. I arrived Wednesday evening and the room was quite cold, I also waited for warm water in shower some minutes. At the weekend, there was not this problem as the hotel was full. WLAN was a little busy at night and at the weekend.

Perfectly located in the city centre-10 minutes walk from the train station with many public transport stops, shops and restaurants nearby, 5 minutes walk from the famous city square. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Large restaurant with a rich breakfast and great variety. Very helpful staff, stored our luggage after check-out. Great price for what we got!

The hotel is newly open in 2022 and is good quality, design and location. Location about 7-10 minutes walk from the main market Square (where you find good food and sightseeing) is not in a hectic place with good access by public transport if needed. The sauna steam room and jacuzzi are very good indeed

We booked this hotel expecting a luxurious room and a relaxing wellness stay, but our experience was mixed. The room we were given had windows so high above our heads it felt like a prison cell—not terrible, but certainly not what we anticipated. I asked if we could switch rooms, but unfortunately, there were no alternatives without the same issue. The breakfast, however, was absolutely superb. It offered everything you could want, and the service was attentive. That said, there was one notable issue: when we were seated, a silverfish was crawling on the table. We didn’t sit down and called a waitress to address it. The silverfish was still alive and scurried away before the waitress could grab it with napkins. Rather than offering us a different table, she asked if she should simply change the tablecloth. While I agreed, it was an awkward situation as we stood there watching her clear the table, find the right-sized tablecloth, and reuse the same silverware, which the silverfish had crawled over. That made us a bit uncomfortable. A 5-star hotel should have a better protocol for handling such situations, like immediately relocating guests to a new table. On a brighter note, the breakfast itself was delicious—truly one of the best I’ve had! The spa experience was also a mix. While the amenities were clean and well-maintained, the water in the Jacuzzi was disappointingly not warm enough to relax in. We had to warm up in the sauna instead.

My wife and I stayed at the Altus Palace hotel (double room) for two nights in June 2024. The hotel and the room were absolutely gorgeous, and it has all the attributes of a five-star hotel. The location is perfect as you can walk to the old city. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you could ask for, very spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The room had all the things we usually look for: an electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, blackout curtains, iron and safe. A nice touch was that they provided multiple bottles of complimentary water (still and sparkling). As the hotel is located close to tramlines, we could hear the trams passing every few minutes. We are usually light sleepers, but it didn’t bother us too much. If you are a light sleeper, perhaps ask for a room as far from the tramlines as possible. I am not sure what the terms are for VIP access hotels, but we were not offered a room upgrade. The hotel gave us a voucher for 20 PLN ($5) to use in their restaurant. The room was great though, and we got a very good rate from Hotels.com. Car parking on-site costs 150 PLN/day, even more expensive than our valet parking in Vienna and Prague hotels last year. Overall though, we were very happy with the two-night stay and would stay here again.

A beautiful, spacious room exemplifying the best in hospitality. The bar needs a wider range of wines by the glass and they need to have available a continental breakfast for those who want a light breakfast. The friendly bar tender created a welcoming atmosphere in the late evenings.

Okay, let's talk about this hotel. This was my 4th time in Wrocław and I always like to stay in a central location. I booked the Korona Hotel as it is located in the centre of Rynek. I had the most incredible room on floor 2. The room was huge, spacious, large bathroom, really comfy bed along with a large TV and the usual tea and coffee making facilities. What took me by surprise the most was the three HUGE windows which could be opened fully, perfect for the warm Polish summer air, overlooking the Rynek and Ratusz. Although quite noisy at night due to the location, once the windows were closed it made for a perfect night's sleep. Special mention to all of the hotel team who were all friendly and welcoming. This is a 3 star hotel and there was some reviews on here that reflect that, be your own judge, I typically got for 4/5 star hotels but I will now stay in this hotel everytime I visit Wrocław.

Ideal location, in ped area w sites within easy walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping all convenient. Great sized room, very firm mattress. Train station is short, easy walk. Friendly, helpful staff. Not the best breakfast buffet, poor setup. No decaf coffee or herbal tea served/available. I’m a decaf drinker so was glad to have a Starbucks across the street.

The hotel is located literally in the city center, opposite the majestic old town hall. It is surrounded by a bustling market square with eateries, bars and market stalls. Public transport brings you close by, however the area is pedestrian. Checkin was fast and nice with lovely and correct staff. The room did not have a view (there’s an inner courtyard that’s closed for storage). However it was new, large, bright and very comfortable. Amenities included TV, (empty) fridge, desk, hairdryer, toiletries, blackout curtains. Breakfast was good, in the hotel’s dedicated restaurant. Buffet included sandwich options, some basic hot items (eggs, bacon) but not much sweet. Coffee, tea was from machines while juices were machine but also house-made. The one qualm I have is with the soundproofing. The market square gets super-loud at night and even a room such as mine with no direct access to the square was quite loud, what to think of the outside rooms? The bed comfort compensates somewhat but for those easy sleepers out there it’s important to note. I for one would return: the price/comfort point and convenience of everything being near are hard to beat.

The Hotel was very clean and bright , bedroom was spacious, and shower a double one , ensuite was very clean also. Electric bed was comfortable but we did have a problem with it as we found that the foam mattress made us sweat a lot and the covering did not allow the mattress to breathe. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of food and drinks and staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in perfect location for walking to the main square and the patio is clean and well kept. Room service daily and free fresh water each day. Husband booked a massage and it was very disappointing, as the ambience in the room did not give relaxation feeling and there is only curtain to divide between the massage beds and a lot of loud talking going on, due to this I cancelled my one.

Group of 14 stayed here last week and I must say from the initial booking to our departure the hotel was to class. All members of staff were so friendly and helpful. They answered all emails about booking prior to arrivals and allowed us full acess to check in and print boarding passes for return journey no bother. Rooms were amazing..remote for blinds..button for bed level..i.e. hospital bed..head raise..leg raise. Very very comfy beds. Fridge in room and 2 bottles of water, still and sparkling each day of our stay , also tea and coffe making facilites and biscuits/sweets each day. Breakfast was superb..great choice of all types of food. hot/cold. Cereals, breads, cheeses, meats.Eggs, boiled, scrambled, poached. Mini quiche/salads/tomatoes/breads of different varieties. Fab smoothies. Sweet cakes also.So so much of a variety of everything. You certainly will not go hungry from that breakfast room. Exceptionally clean hotel. Air conditioning/safe/all free. Would highly recommend to anyone as its only 5 minute walk to centre and quiet at night. 5 stars Dikul Centrum.

Spacious rooms and a light and airy feel. The interior is very modern with plenty of tech fitted which was nice.From self opening doors on the ground floor to lifts and specially deigned bathrooms with extra wide sliding doors with moveable shower screens and sensor operated taps this is a perfect place for anyone with slightest mobilty issues. Our bedroom had electric blinds, a safe and air con plus superb wi fi. There was a selection of drinks with the kettle in bedroom together with two types of water plus a fridge as well. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice so the self service works wel as i popped back to try different hot or cold items. The hotel is a five minute walk to the main square but accross the main road and tram route so very quiet at night. This was a really enjoyable stay helped by very friendly and efficient staff.

Located a half block outside old town, this hotel is in a great location for old town visits. It is clean and modern, has a safe, a room fridge, working AC, and a good breakfast that is free. All staff speak English ok and the hotel is comfy. The beds were too hard for me, but hubby was fine. Easy walk to old town, quiet location, quiet rooms. Very large rooms, very large modern clean bath. Highly recommend.

Loved this hotel, great breakfast, big room and comfortable electric beds. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and and cosy. Only shame is no bar, they served wine and drinks in the reception area but not a proper bar

The triple room was modern and fresh , and nice and quiet , the hotel was ideally situated for our visit to see Wroclaw Christmas market . The reception staff were very nice to deal with and very helpful
