The shuttle to the airport and everything thing you ask, you can get. We had the room with the jacuzzi. Beds are very comfy and very nice staff.

The hotel is located conveniently near Zagreb Airport and they offer an excellent free shuttle service to and from the hotel. Our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until after 1AM, but Hotel Dream still collected us at this late time. The room, shower and jacuzzi (!) were all very clean and modern-looking. Having a kettle in the room was a great bonus. The area is very quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Breakfast cost 9 euros each, which I thought was a little too much, especially as my ten year old only eats a small bowl of cereal and has a glass of juice for breakfast. Other than that, Hotel Dream impressed.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible service we received during our stay at your property on September 10th. The staff was truly the best – everyone was beyond helpful and friendly, making our experience unforgettable! The restaurant on the ground level is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with wine, and chatting with Snezana, along with her staff and other guests until late at night - it was a perfect way to end our vacation in Croatia. Our room was clean, safe and comfortable, and the airport shuttle service is such a huge plus, also being so close to the airport. Overall experience was exceptional - thank you once again for making us feel so welcomed. We will definitely be back again! Zonar Zagreb is a very modern hotel built in a former Communist-era, later abandoned hotel. It has been completely transformed and modernized in the most modern way possible! The rooms are very minimalist, with no artwork or anything on the walls except gray sparkly paint. There are fun, touches throughout, such as the calorie count painted on each step in the stairwell. On the roof is an incredible view of Zagreb, and a beautiful infinity pool as well as a nice modern bar. The restaurant serves delicious food and an extensive buffet for breakfast and dinner as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

I spent 2 nights here , a very modern hotel , on the ground floor is the biggest TV screen I have ever seen in a hotel , great for watching football. I had a room on the 1st floor , the room was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, there was a kettle, some coffee and tea bags. The shower was great , plenty of hot water . The light switches took a bit of working out , but not a problem. The breakfast was superb , something for everyone, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very innovative and unusual hotel.

The infinity pool is amazing. At the top floor, not too small and paranomic views of the neighbourhood, what a sight. Decent gym facilities with relatively new equipment. A big thumbs up. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was superb. Wide spread with lots local offering. Rooms - get the higher floors. It comes with a high chair, all rooms for a good view of the environment. Like sitting in a bar. Not far from town though not too close to walk.

The room was beautifully furnished and very clean. We especially enjoyed the view from the 14th floor – it really added to the overall experience. On the rooftop, there’s a pool with a stunning panoramic view over Zagreb – a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – probably one of the best we’ve ever had. It included just about everything you can think of… even sparkling wine! We also appreciated the secure parking lot right behind the hotel. The location is quite close to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring. Highly recommended!

The Zonar Hotel in Zagreb is large, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options while also being delicious. The hotel has a unique character and remains pleasantly cool during the summer months. The pool is spacious enough, though it tends to get quite crowded in the afternoon.

You can book it for the time you want and it also was very clean. The breakfast was really good with many options for everyone. Also great bar area- it could easily be a bar I would go for my drink. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the centre as it is only a short walk away.

We stayed for two nights on our way back from Dubrovnik and Split. Nice, spacious room with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. Bathroom was clean and a good size with decent shower pressure. The location was convenient in a nice, quiet area slightly away from the central noise but within walking distance of all the attractions. Staff were friendly and available to help.

We walked to the hotel from the train station at night. It took us about 15 minutes and always felt safe. Greeted with a smile by check in clerk, who was impeccably presented and professional. Given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a very nice surprise. The room was extremely spacious and very comfortable, along with a large bathroom with everything you could need, plus dressing gowns and slippers. The gym is accessible 24 hours, which was much appreciated after we arrived late in the evening but still wished to utilise it. Breakfast was both buffet and a la carte, you could do either (or both!). The variety and quality of the food and beverages was a 10 out of 10. The white-glove wearing waiting staff at breakfast were young, yet outstanding too - compliments to them. Excellent value for money - a 5 star stay at 3 to 4 star prices. Would most definitely look to book with this hotel if staying in Zagreb again.

This hotel is just PERFECT. It was so clean and the staff was amazing! Rooms were big and bathroom brand new and spotless. The SPA was free and it was amazing to wind down with a sauna and steam bath after a long day exploring. Loads of restaurants and things to to nearby - the location is perfect. Couldn't be happier with our stay here.

The bungalows are nice, smaller place but perfect for two couples. The jacuzzi was nice the only thing I was missing were the instructions on how to use it but we still figured it out. There is a nice path for walking. The place was clean and the staff was nice.

Parking on site Very clean room Good facility: air conditioner and Water kettle (this is obviously rare in European hotels. For a Chinese person who always drinks warm water, this is a big plus. Saved me a lot of hassle of asking the bar staff to get hot water for me) Restaurant: very good chef and professional n nice waiter. We had dinner and breakfast. Happy with both. Very impressed by the ribs(super tender) and house salad (best fetta cheese, so fresh)

We had a fantastic time at Villa Madison. The staff have been amazing, very attentive and extremely helpful with our requests to support our family and to make our stay more comfortable. The swimming pool and facilities were excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed them. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, and the beds were comfortable. We were even presented with snacks upon arrival. Quick and efficient communication all the way through. The highlight for us was definitely the staff, such a fantastic team!

I was initially a little worried after booking and checking the directions on Google maps - hotel didn't look great... but I was very, very pleasantly surprised! The hotel was 5 star! Friendly staff, absolutely stunning room (with a lounge, a queen bed, a massage shower & a jacuzzi tub, bath robes & slippers), free parking & good breakfast. We arrived early, parked our car & bought an all day tram pass and went exploring. €4 for an all day ticket, payable in cash to the driver. Tram stop is 50/90m from the hotel.

We’ve stayed at the hotel over the weekend. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Very friendly and helpful, especially Allan in the reception, who spoke perfect English and offered lots of helpful information about local restaurants, how to get to the centre, etc. Staff went above and beyond to assist the guests (not only us). It’s worth paying extra for breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious. Choices for vegetarians and vegans. The hotel is located around 20-30 min drive from the airport (traffic) dependant, and 15 min tram ride to centre of Zagreb (tram stop is just outside the hotel). If you rent the car, there is small free parking attached to the hotel. Even though from outside the hotel did not look like anything special, once you walk in, meet the staff and see the facilities you’ll enjoy your stay.

Our suite at Residence Hotel was comfortable and well-appointed, with a particularly nice bed that ensured good rest during our stay. The food served at the hotel was tasty and enjoyable. The staff appeared friendly, though we didn’t have much opportunity to interact with them beyond basic exchanges. One area for improvement would be the bathroom - there was noticeable limescale on the shower fixtures that could do with replacing or a thorough clean. I’d also suggest adding coffee and tea facilities in the room, as this would be a welcome convenience for guests. Overall, it was a decent stay with good fundamentals, but a few small touches could elevate the experience.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We initially booked the king suite with sauna and jacuzzi and arrived there well after 20. We jumped into the jacuzzi immediately after getting in the room and realised very late that the apartment has no windows to open. It got really stuffy. As my husband has allergy issues, it was very hard for him to breathe afterwards. We asked for a change of the room and they enabled it for us very quickly and free of charge. The next room was very clean, beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our stay fully.

The hotel is very clean, in fact immaculate and well maintained (everything is in working order ; it has been renovated, fresh paint on the walls). We slept wonderfully, due to the comfortable beds and quiet area. Breakfast was made to order, delicious eggs (recommend scrambled) with charcuterie, cheese and home made bread. The hotel seems to cater to overnight travellers like us and workers who stay at the hotel for longer periods. Great location; we had travelled all over the coast of Croatia and wanted to be close to the airport. I would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel Review: A Convenient and Comfortable Stay My recent stay at this hotel was great, offering both convenience and comfort. The availability of parking in both the front and back of the hotel made arrival and departure incredibly easy, which is a huge plus. The rooms were not only big but also clean, providing a very comfortable and pleasant environment. The spaciousness was a welcome change and made it easy to relax. A special mention goes to the friendly staff. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel provides a great stay with its convenient parking, large and clean rooms, and friendly service. I'd highly recommend it.

Very spacious rooms that were very clean and comfortable. The staff was most helpful recommending places to eat in the vicinity. The breakfast in the morning was delicious.

We arrived at the hotel after a long combined journey with both planes and cars during the trip. We were very tired and desperately needed a comfy place where to have rest. We rented 2 connected rooms -a family ensuite with 2 restrooms for the parents and for the kids. Rooms were spacious, beds - comfy, at night it was quiet, so we got great rest after which we were ready to proceed the trip. Price was reasonable, so I will definitely book again the same hotel if I need a place to stay close to the airport.

The apartment was cosy and clean. It came with towels, bedding, toiletries, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen (including cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and some condiments). The WiFi generally worked well and the apartment building was quiet. The host sent clear instructions for self-check in and we got in with no problems. They were lovely throughout our stay and answered all of our questions. Location is also great as it's a short walk from a tram stop and a Lidl is nearby for groceries. We had a great stay! 😊

Nice and quiet place, in safe area with parking place for two cars. We reserved this place for one night stay as a halfway to Vodice. It was also good for late night arrival. There is bakery and caffe 10 mins from apartment, so you can buy nice breakfast there.

Very nice and friendly hosts. Very big apartment, nicely equipped with everything you need and a hot tub. The beds are very very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. One room with a double bed and a single bed, another room with a double bed, and a living room with sofa.

Great setup and very spacious. A great place to stay with small children. Located a short bus trip to city centre. The staff were very kind and friendly, we would gladly stay again.

Everything was great! Apartment is huge and comfortable. We didn't use jacuzzi, but we have used sauna what has been a perfect bonus ti relax. It is great to have underground parking which is safe, it is only few minutes walking. Old town is quite close around 40 minutes walking. BUT the most the biggest THANK YOU we would like to say to the host! We had problem during our trip, and owner made everything to help us!!! Thank you so much, we do appreciate your help!!! Owner is such nice good person who provides nice apartment and exceptional care of his guests! ❤️

Everything was amazing from the welcome of the hosts to the apartment to the location. A short walk to the tram and few mins on the tram to the main square. The apartment had everything to cook, chill and to relax. The beds were comfortable, the shower was so lovely and refreshing.the fridge was great as we could visit the local market and shops and stock up for the week..the supermarket is nearby with a great choice of food. There are a few cafes nearby and lovely bakeries. You must stay here. It is quiet, relaxing where you can chill watch TV too. The host gave us some nice treats and made us so welcome. The sauna and hot tub were amazing. It was just a wonderful family holiday together.

We loved Villa Vino & Grad. The apartment we had was bright and felt brand new. It had the best shower and most comfortable bed we have had on our long trip at 8 other places. Careful if you have kids though--that water can get HOT! The kitchen had everything we needed as well. The location was quiet and convenient to downtown Zagreb--30 min walk or quick 3-stop tram ride. We also loved that it was dog-friendly and had private, gated parking. The best feature though was the host: Rosemary! She was so kind, so accommodating, and hilarious! We won't stay anywhere else when we return.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Vino & Grad, the bed was incredibly comfortable; we had a wonderful view of the garden and trees making the room peaceful and the wifi was fast and unfaltering. Our hostess Rosemary was superb! She provided us information on the town and where is best to eat and assisted us with our laundry. Absolutely would stay again.

There's nothing not to like about this place as it has the old scool beauty with the modern approach. The host is exceptional and very helpful. Helped us get food on the night we arrive and bus tickets for the following days which was very helpful to go through the city.

We had the kindest host ever. Communication was so easy and our host was super helpful and friendly. We even got a little welcome brandy. The place was really clean and comfortable. It had everything how it is described on the platform. We would definately Stay here again. Thank you!

Nice location just outside center, near supermarket and very good restaurant (Batak rudeš) and of course jacuzzi+ owner (who we did not meet) but even though he had car accident was only worried if we needed anything

Whole apartment is so nicely done! The lights are such a nice touch. I don't think I need to say anything about the jacuzzi. Location is amazing! Everything you could possibly need is within reach and it's actually a pretty quiet neighboorhood. The host gave us excellent instructions about getting into the apartment and where to park. All in all our stay was amazing!

The Apartment has an AC, the bed was big and clean & the jacuzzi is a separate room. There is LED lighting, which you can control with a remote, as well as normal lighting. The Host is very kind and accommodating. We were provided with a Phone to give us WiFi and there is a TV in front of the bed with all kinds of entertainment, including Netflix. The Property isn't all too far from the city center and is well accessible via public transport.

It was clean, spacious, comfy and relaxing and the host was easy to contact and very helpful.

DIVA house is perfect for families. It’s spacious, comfortable, and has great facilities for children like a playground, kickers table, and a jacuzzi for the adults. The peaceful, green surroundings with views of Sljeme make it special. Ivana’s warm hospitality ensures every guest feels at home. A truly wonderful place to stay - we can absolutely recommend it :)

The hosts were very friendly. We had a problem with the jacuzzi and within 5 minutes they came to help us. The house is clean, comfortable and has an airconditioning on the top floor (where the bedrooms are). The garden is very quiet and has nice views from the terrace. We highly recommend the house.

Very friendly host that looks like really enjoys to host people and is paying attention to small details. Clean, looked much better than on the photos, two comfortable double beds, quiet, very nice jacuzzi (even with 13 degrees rainy weather it was great as it was a kind of a tent). Also kid-friendly, had small bathtub for kids. Only 30 minutes drive from Zagreb old town.

We really loved ❤️ to stay here. The location is beautiful and with a great views 🌅 The jacuzzi was great for us to relax after the long trip. What we really enjoyed was the welcome from Mr Gunther. Lovely private place overlooking a valley with a jacuzzi on the terrace. Couldn't wish for more. Igor was a great host with lots of tips about things to do or where to eat. Can not recommend this place enough.

Nice and warm welcome from Igor and Hachiko (his amazing and lovely dog!!). Igor (including the surrounding neighbours) were amazing and helpful. Offered tomatoes from their garden and cleaned the wheels of my car (after a storm). This made the whole stay much more "human" and friendly. The apartment has a nice jacuzzi with view on the surrounding hills. The beds are really comfortable and the quality of sleep, due to the quite surroundings, is priceless. Overall a very good experience and highly recommended.

Igor, the owner is absolutely a great guy. He is very welcoming and has everything we need to survive in the first days. Like food, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, egs, milk, even wine. Shampoo, gel bath, toiltel paper, towels very comfy, first aid box, very well prepared with utensils for cooking, loads of wood for BBQ, huge outside garden and also small vegetable garden, etc. He deserves all the stars! The jacuzzi and the "outdoor" area is absolutely insane, the led lights and the hot bath makes everything perfect, with an excellent view to enjoy and relax. I definitely recommend.

The jacuzzi was amazing. Igor was super nice and already preheaded it up for us when we arrived. After a long journey of travelling, that was just the thing we needed. As the apartment is a little bit secluded in a serene neighbourhood, there are not many food options, so Igor was kind enough to order pizza and salad for us (it was very good). The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend only if you have a car though ;-) but then a 100%! Thank you Igor for your kindness and hospitality 😊

Very beautiful apartment and really clean. The sauna and the jacuzzi were the cherry on top. I recommend of you come to Zagreb to stay here.

Everything in the apartment was great. You don't share the jacuzzi and the sauna with the other apartment and that was the most important thing for us.

Large, clean room. It's in a quiet residential area. There's nothing of interest to tourists in the area but there is tram stop five-minute walk away. It takes 30 minutes to get to the centre. Good WiFi - 43mbps. There's a local shop 2 minutes walk away and a big Lidl 5 minutes wlk away.

A really nice, spacious apartment, almost like a bungalow. Really clean and homely. The owner was helpful with check-in and was even able to check in early.

We really liked the place. Our stay was really pleasant, and the host always answered really fast to our questions. The setup of the apartment upon arrival was really romantic. The kitchen was complete and with good amenities. The view from the terrace of the sunset is also really beautiful and we also could find nice things to use. Really nice for a couple getaway. We really enjoyed the sauna and the jacuzzi.

The owner was very friendly and useful in answering any and all questions at any time. Upon entering the apartment we were greeted by nice background music, teas and coffee on display, as well as a package of candles, a nicely made bed and towels, the bathroom had all the scents of shampoo which we found kinda funny but thoughtful. The jacuzzi was warm and the colors could be adjusted. The apartment is very nicely decorated and we liked the attention to detail such as the color coordination of the design - the wall colors are matching the picture frames and the pictures themselves and everything is beautifully designed. Unfortunately we did not use the sauna, but we liked that the wood inside was very smooth and well polished unlike some saunas.

Very nice and modern apartment. Perfect for couples. Host is very helpful. I recommend for sure!

The hot tub was really good - the apartment had a nice touch to it. Sauna was not used, but seemed clean and good nick. Location was good... cafe's and lidl 2 mins away for food (although they close early) and tram to centre 5 min walk.

The room featured comfortable bedding, bespoke modern furniture, and a modern, spacious bathroom. Super clean!!! The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the center. What truly sets HOH apart is the impeccable service. Every member of the staff exuded warmth and professionalism. Lavinija went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, attending to every detail with a level of care and attentiveness that is rare to find. The breakfast was included and was delicious, introducing us to some of the specialities of Croatian food. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like more than just a guest – when we told Lavinija we are traveling by road, the hotel packed us sandwiches, water and fruit for our journey… who does that :) We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable, relaxing experience and a warm introduction to Croatia, its people and their hospitality.

The hotel is modern and new - made with quality and modern materials. Very good breakfast - with good choice of food. The hotel is located up on the hill above the central area of Zagreb, the view from the terrace is amazing, at the same time it's just a short walk away from the central street where a lot of different restaurants located, on a few streets, close to each other. Parking possible on street and it costs 20 EUR, this is a municipal fee in central Zagreb. What is unusual, that you get parking ticket on windscreen in the morning, which is not a fine but an invoice to pay for 1 day of parking, it can be paid at the hotel reception.

I had an amazing start to my trip in Croatia by staying at this accommodation. The location is perfect, situated right on the edge of the city center. It's incredibly close to all the main attractions yet still quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was the best I've had in Croatia. The terrace view was stunning, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to visit again. Thank you, Lavinija, and see you next time!

Small new boutique hotel located in a beautiful building with a stately entrance (you wouldn't expect it from the outside) this in a quiet area at the beginning of the old upper town. Beautiful stylish designer room, super nice designer bathroom. Everything has been thought of from a very comfortable bed, soft bed linen, more than enough soft towels (including even a make-up towel which is very cleverly thought out), dressing gowns and slippers, plenty of wardrobe space, coffee machine, kettle and even nice wine glasses! The breakfast area both inside and outside is simply sublime. The choice is huge, all fresh and equally tasty. If you have the weather gods with you definitely take your breakfast outside on the cosy terrace. Next time we visit Zagreb we will definitely book again.

The staff is very friendly and the reception works 24 hours. They take the requests of the guests very serious. The location is good for "Gorni grad" And you can reach the city center easily using stairs (which may be difficult for old/ somehow disabled people). The rooms are cozy, decorated with taste and very clean. Cleaing lady comes every day. The hotel and Zagreb in genral is very safe. We enjoyed the breakfast, it has a lot healthy stuff and fruits. Also it was cooked every morning and you can literaly observe how it is prepared. Also I think you can order something by your own taste, The balcony is amazing, gardenlike and with view. It was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much,

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment in Zagreb for one night, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The apartment was immaculate, boasting a modern and stylish design. The cleanliness of the space was remarkable, and the location of the apartment was also ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood that offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city center, yet still with the ease of access to public transportation. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by the host. Their friendliness and genuine interest in making my stay enjoyable left a lasting impression. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of three. The owner was incredibly kind and courteous, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was equipped with a TV that had access to Netflix, which was perfect for relaxing evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring we all had a great night’s sleep. Although I only stayed here one night for an early flight, I wish I would have stayed here a few days beforehand it was so nice. The place was completely spotless, had everything one would need, stores near the location to get what one might need, and the owner is beyond amazing. Tea/coffee making facilities in room, refrigerator, table and chairs, and all the space in the room are also highlights. Very quiet and relaxing stay. Very comfortable and hotel was in a very quiet area. Owner gave me a ride to the airport at 4:30AM too, how kind! Needless to say, this is my new hotel of choice when flying to and from the Franjo Tuđman Airport. May even stay a few days before or after (whatever the case may be) my flights as it was such a great environment to stay at.

This apartment was perfect for our stay the night before our flight. The facility itself is tucked off the main road, with parking right in front. The host met us as we got out of our car, and check in took 2 minutes. He was also very helpful in helping us find a restaurant open on New Year's day. The apartment itself was sparklingly clean, and had one of the nicest rainfall showers we've ever enjoyed. The kitchen looked well equipped, although we only used it for coffee. We enjoyed a great night's sleep here, with rolladens and the separate duvet covers we have come to enjoy here in Europe. I'm so glad we found this place and I can recommmend it highly.

I like everything! It is near to Zagreb airport, it takes only 10 min to get there by taxi. Very comfortable, very clean, very quite place, very comfortable bed, hot shower with everything you might need for taking it, variaty of tea, and of course, the great hospitality of the owner, Tomislav, it is not possible not to mention him and his delicate care about his guests. I like absolutly everything about Ke-To Zagreb. It is also worth mentioning a nice small local restaurant located there, at the same street, just 100 meteres away from the apartment. I forgot the name, Tomislav recommended it, he surely knows) Thank you so much, Tomislav!

Property exceeded our expectations. It’s as good as any 5 star hotel if not better! walking distance there is an authentic restaurant called Hayat Bar & Grill. We highly recommend eating there. The food was amazing and cheap. We also highly highly recommend this property. Super clean, spacious, attention to detail, actually dont have enough words to say just how wonderful it was!

Everything was more than perfect the room exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing in a big square right infront of a train station so you have accessibility to the whole town. The walkable area around you has everything you’d need from shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. As for the room it was exactly like the pictures spacious and clean and had everything you’d want. The girls preparing our breakfast were very nice and the breakfast was very delicious. We’d definitely come back again if we ever visited Zagreb.

This B and B might seem a little hard to find and looks like its in an abandoned old bank building. But the directions to find it are excellent and once you get inside its like an oasis right on the square a the bottom of the Upper town and the end of the famous cafe street. We took tram number 6 from the car hire company whihc dropped us right on the square in front of the hotel building.The location is perfect, the room is spacious and modern with comfortable bedding, a mini bar , TV, tea and coffee making in the breakfast room, big bathroom , aircon and its very quiet. In the morning there is a continental and cooked breakfast included. Would stay here again and it was probably our best night's sleep of our 3 weeks in Croatia.

Location is perfect, directly next to the central place, with amazing view. Easy access via codes, makes coming an going simple. Breakfast buffet is really good, lost of options and really nice staff that makes coffee and eggs as you wish. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious.

The B&B is in a perfect, central location overlooking the main square. It was very easy to explore both the old and new towns. Our room was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with many good options and the hostess will prepare your choice of eggs (scrambled, omelette, etc) for you. She is very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

My stay at Artotel Zagreb was simply excellent. The location of the hotel is unbeatable – central and perfect for exploring all the attractions on foot. The room was superbly equipped, spacious, modern, and left nothing to be desired. The bathroom was a particular highlight: large, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. A special thanks goes to Luka with glasses – he was absolutely professional, helpful, and incredibly friendly. His attentiveness and dedication made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good, although the selection was slightly smaller than expected. There were items available both from the buffet and à la carte, but at times, we had to wait longer as the staff seemed very busy. Additionally, the breakfast area was relatively small, which sometimes resulted in waiting for a free table. This could be an issue for guests with a tight schedule. Nevertheless, the entire stay was exceptional. The quality of the service and the outstanding location make Artotel Zagreb a top choice. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely return!

I love this hotel - As a female solo traveler, I prefer to stay in places I feel safe. This hotel is amazing, the sauna/pool/gym situation is fantastic. The breakfast at the restaurant is fresh. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Espresso machine and tea in the room is great - the blackout curtains on the room also really help if you're jetlagged and need some extra rest. Very convenient location - close to lots of bars, restaurants, and downtown area of Zagreb. I've stayed here 3 times now on my travels to Croatia. Wouldn't stay anywhere else! Also, it is a close 20-30 min ride to the airport from the hotel. Staff assist with arranging taxis so all in all very convenient and has everything you need for a restful, wonderful stay.

Everything about our stay at art'otel was perfect! The hotel itself feels luxurious, is tastefully decorated with an artistic touch (as the name implies), and our room was both very clean and very comfortable. We didn't have time to use many of the amenities, but the spa/pool looked very nice and the rooftop bar seemed like a great spot for an evening drink. The hotel is in a great location, super walkable and just a block from the main square (Ban Jelačić). But best of all was the very kind, welcoming, and helpful staff at the hotel - from check-in through check-out, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to help us recover some items that had been left behind in the room. Very highly recommend art'otel!

The staff were incredibly friendly and my stay was peaceful. The hotel is within walking distance of the main Zagreb bus station which was my reason for choosing this location to be convenient for my arrival, and the hotel was happy to store my luggage before check-in time.

We stayed for just one night, but everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional — we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. High-quality materials throughout, with every detail carefully thought out to maximize comfort. The bed was super comfy, and the modern bathroom was a real highlight. The hotel is also ideally located — close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. All in all, a short stay that turned into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This hotel is simply fantastic - everything was perfect from start to finish. The mattresses and beds were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well! Everything was spotless clean and the modern design made the room feel fresh and cozy. It’s located in a quiet area, and the atmosphere is peaceful - no city noise at all. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist and explain anything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding: a wide selection and everything was delicious. Truly above expectations! There’s a supermarket nearby and a tram stop within walking distance, making it very easy to reach the city center. You can buy tickets either at a nearby kiosk or directly on the tram. Zagreb itself is a magical and heartwarming city, full of charm and places to explore. The hotel is also very easy to find: close to the main road and the highway, which makes it convenient for those continuing their journey by car. There’s a lovely covered parking area, which was a great bonus. The hotel provides bathrobes, towels, and a very practical safe - big enough to even fit a laptop for those who need it.

The Room was clean and the beds were already made for us to sleep in ( 1 big double bed and 1 sofa bed). The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to step in if needed. We travelled with our 2 children (5 and 8 years old), the sofa bed was very comfortable for the kids to sleep on! The bathroom was also very clean. The double bed was comfortable and we woke up energised and ready to carry on with our trip. The breakfast was delicious and could satisfy every one of us! The parking was pretty full at our arrival late at night but we could find a good and safe solution with the help of the staff. Thank you also for that! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience at your Hotel, we will see you again next summer for sure!

We stayed at Hotel Jarun for one night in each direction during our road trip, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—just what we needed after a long drive. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The hotel is set in a peaceful neighborhood, and the free parking was a big plus. It truly offers excellent value for money, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was absolutely great – cozy yet modern, very comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of Zagreb, with amazing restaurants just next door and all major attractions within a short and easy walk. Communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning. He was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to help, even arranging a taxi for me in the early hours of the morning to get to the airport, which I truly appreciated. We also booked an additional room for a family member, and the owner was just as attentive and helpful in making sure everything was perfect for them as well. The combination of a superb location, comfortable and modern rooms, and such thoughtful hospitality made our stay outstanding. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zagreb!

Interaction was excellent prior to our arrival. Instructions to get to the hotel were simple and clear. It is one of those renovated floors with hotel rooms within normal apartment buildings. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, very tidy, with a wonderful shower. Marko and the staff were incredibly welcoming and nice, very attentive to our needs (so much that our flight to leave was really early in the morning and they provided a take-away breakfast the night before - this was awesome!!!), they gave us good recommendations to make our stay more enjoyable, including having lunch or dinner at the restaurants in the 1st floor of the building (a very fancy one and a typical Croatian one - food was incredible in both!!!). If I ever go back to Zagreb, I would book again undoubtfully.

Great accommodations, location, staff, breakfast, and overall experience! The room was clean, neat, modern, and comfortable. Bathroom was impecable (which is very important for us). They provided a pocket wifi device (game changer), which we were able to take around with us and connect to internet whenever/wherever. Breakfast was a feast and as fresh as it can be; it included everything from eggs, homemade bread, fresh cold cuts, yogurt, you name it. Staff was super attentive and provided guidance regarding things to do, restaurants to visit, and taxi service. It is located 2-3 minute walk from the Cathedral and 2-3 minute walk to the main square. Overall, we had a great experience and recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Zagreb.

I had an absolutely amazing stay and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more! Whether it was recommendations, directions, they were always there and really made a difference in my experience. The location is just perfect, practically in the center of the city, with everything within walking distance. Restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions were all just around the corner, which made exploring super easy and enjoyable. The room itself exceeded all my expectations. It was not only spotlessly clean, but also beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You can tell that great care is taken with the details from the design to the cleanliness to the atmosphere. I felt relaxed and just like at home right away. Honestly, this stay was above and beyond what I expected, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great hosts. Check in was excellent. Well detailed instructions along with photos which were super important since we arrived late in the evening. It was very reassuring. The apartment looks like it was right out of Architectural Digest. It was elegant, clean and had quality furniture that was comfortable. There were nightstands on both sides of the bed with electrical. Coffee and tea were also provided. Kitchen was fully equipped and included beautiful wine and champagne glasses, as well as a wine carafe. Excellent location. Very close to restaurants, bars, museums, transportation, the central market and shopping. Staff, including housekeeping were super responsive and friendly. Great natural light, as well as plenty of interior lighting. Shower was roomy and water pressure great. Plenty of wardrobe spaces. Also, they provided Netflix and toiletries. Would definitely come back for another five-night stay.

I had an amazing stay at this studio! The design is stylish, classy, and very well thought out. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center, close to everything. The studio was spotless, cosy, and very quiet, which made it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the city. Communication with the host was professional, friendly, and always prompt, which made the whole experience even smoother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and if I return, I will definitely book here again!

The location could not have been better - right in the heart of Zagreb, with everything you’d want within a 5-minute walk: cafes, restaurants, and all key spots. Despite being so central and with the lively city just outside, the apartment was peaceful and quiet - absolutely perfect for working from home. The place: cozy, minimalistic, yet with great character. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. A fantastic stay - would definitely return!

The apartment is on a quiet street but it's close to a lot of shops and restaurants. It takes us 15 minutes of walking to get to the center of Upper Town. The apartment is modern and well designed, great shower. The bed is firm and comfortable. The couch and coffee table area is nice. The location of this property is the best one we have ever experienced in our travels. It's very central, honestly it can't get better than this. The property is very well maintained, clean, and cosy. Breakfast is tasty and in a form of a small buffet. Coffee and tea available in the kitchen area 24/7. The room was spacious and I loved the little vanity table area. We usually stay at hotels and this property convinced us to use B&B in the future :)

Nives was welcoming, amazing, and she attended to our needs. She went above and beyond in caring for us, even personally going out to quickly buy GF snd lactose-free breakfast provisions. Nives communicated excellently, and it was our mistake that we forgot her detailed info on parking at a nearby, very reasonably priced garage. The location on the main square was fantastic, and close to everything. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet, given that it was on the main square. The breakfast was excellent, with eggs(!), croissants, espresso, Americano, non-sugar sweeteners, meats and cheeses, toast, and all the fixings. We would stay there again.

At the center of the city. Very cozy lobby/breakfast space, we used the lobby a lot but it may feel small for some people. Good breakfast, it’s sufficient and delicious. Very polite and helpful staff. Spacious room. Clean and modern bathroom. Overall it was very nice. I would recommend it.

The hosts were always helpful and always answered almost immediately when asked a question. In addition they were fantastically nice, positive and polite people. Loved them! The room is exactly as you would imagine, clean smells nice, spacious for what it is. The bathroom is clean and actually pretty big. The location is by far the best you will probably get in Zagreb, without any exaggeration, I mean it. You are close to absolutely everything, and most (not all) things are in walkable distance - 15/20/30min. And we had a very nice view of their Dolac market, which was great in the morning as well. The breakfast is also pretty good, you have most of what you will need to get you started! I recommend this with two thumbs up!

We had one issue with the reservation (not hosts fault) and it was resolved nicely and patiently with us:) city parking (paid some 13€ per night) literally 3 mins walk away. I will recommend the place to my friends.

The apartment is located right in the center, super clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you might need. But what truly made the difference was the host – an incredible woman, kind, respectful, and always ready to help. She made me feel at home from the very first moment. Very nice hotel, very clean and room was big enough so that our three-year old could run and play. Big parking near the hotel, gas pump if you need something to buy (works on Sunday as well) Breakfast was good, there was something for everybody. Big plus is that there was wedding party one night in hotel, and we didn't hear anything, so isolation is very good :) We had lunch in their restaurant and food was very delicious that we came back once more.

We're really happy with our stay in the hotel. The hotel has private parking. The rooms were way more than what we were expecting. We had one room with two beds - but it was way more spacious than some expensive hotels. We actually had two rooms in an apartment with two huge terraces(balconies). Nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant was closed, but they helped us order some food and they allowed us to have our dinner in the restaurant. We were more than happy! We had a nice little stay as we were only for one night but the experience can't be explained in a couple of sentences. The staff was really nice, friendly and super helpful. We had to check out early so we didn't have time for breakfast, but I guess it would've been nice too🙂 We already recommended the hotel to our friends and they're looking to book it. Breakfast was amazing, it was very spacious with a nice terrace outside. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and the view from the balcony was nice. There were also a lot of parking spaces.

Everything was fine here. Big and clean room with very good bed and a standard bathroom that was completely sufficient for two-nights stay along the trip. Friendly staff, secure parking at the courtyard of the house and WiFi worked very well. The location is good for travelers who want to quickly get back to the VERY nearby highway.

Very kind owner, check in was super easy. Check out was at 11:00. They provided 2 sets of fresh towels for the shower and one for face. Neighbourhood very friendly and safe and quiet. We loved the apartment so much.

The host was very friendly and accommodating by allowing us to have a later check-in and check-out. The apartment also has a washer and dryer so it was helpful to wash some clothes mid trip.
