This is a nice property to stay at. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is clean and modern and has garage parking. The restaurant had a great selection of food and everything we had was very good. Included breakfast was great, including individually prepared dishes. The staff were great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help.

We have enjoyed our stay. Amazing on all levels, guest services, comfort and quality, great breakfast. Amazing & Breathtaking views and location. All Staff are particularly helpful and friendly! We will definitely going to be back again .

Booked here for 5 nights in August and amazing experience; very clean, well maintained and the owners are personally around ensuring all guests are taken care off well. Will stay here again but will go for 4 or 5 bedroom lodges which has amazing view and garden. Thank you Susanne Fischer and Family 👏🏻👍🏻

Location is fantastic, view to the river is amazing, but if you are looking for a nice view ask for 4 bed room chalet and above

Absolutely clean and cozy! Enjoyed the well equipped three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, comfortable dining area, and a nice kitchenette. The manager was super friendly and helpful. We liked the quiet location, yet easy walk to the downtown and the Gondola station. There is a supermarket 600 meters nearby. The fire oven is really nice in the mornings and evenings. So nearly perfect for a Kitzsteinhorn-Kaprun ski week for a family of group of 6 under one roof.

We are a family of four (2 boys; 15 & 13 years old) and we were looking for a nice, clean, original apartment / chalet near the Kitzsteinhorn cable car. All this we found at Dorfchalets Kaprun. On top of that, Nina was extremely helpful and anxious to give us the best service possible. Thank you so much for that! The chalet itself is nicely done and with perfectly enough space for all four of us. The bathroom was spacious and separating toilet from shower is a good move to reduce 'waiting time' in front of the bathroom. Having a fireplace in the chalet is a nice add-on. We even had wood and lighter ready to go. Perfect.

really cosy apartment in a central location in Kaprun with super friendly host. Great, well equipped kitchen, modern furnishing and great view from the appartment Waldi to the valley. Would consider coming back again if we were going to stay in the area!

Excellent communication with Andi (10/10), nice suggestions regarding local sightseeing and places to eat (Pizzeria Il Capriccio, Piesendorf was amazing!) Perfectly located property: by car, the Kitzsteinhorn cable car is 4 mins & Tauern Spa is 5 mins away. Clean chalet & fully-quipped kitchen. Fire-place within the chalet added the feels for me & my wife ❤️ Also a nice Dorfchalet cup & 2x bandana as farewell gift 🤗.

For Rosengarten apartment. The owner (Michael) was very friendly, the apartment is perfect for family size 4-6, modern finishing with good size seating & dining area. Modern finishing for bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped, very nice & dedicated backyard. Very good wifi, No car parking issue. The surrounding area is quit.

Very beautiful property in a great location close to train (Pinzgau lokalbahn) and bus stops, with local shops nearby. Apartment very nicely furnished with high quality appliances and beautiful views from balcony. Friendly hosts, lovely playground for the kids in garden and everything Zell am see has to offer , I would definitely return to Gästehaus Trixl.

My children 5 and 9 really liked the place. There is a private playground next to the building and soccer goal, trampoline and swings. Although not in the heart of Zelamsee. It’s less than 5 min drive from the main services groceries, restaurants, fastfood, and gas stations. They provide zee Lam see summer card which saved us a lot. Free car parking. Laundry. Terrace are a plus. The host is responsive. Her husband was helpful to bring the luggage upstairs. They have different apartments to accommodate groups of 4 to 8 people.

Spatial and well equipped (for 5 people there was plenty of space, 2 more would still fit in), Nice views over the window. Pretty quiet. Summer card was a great advantage - was really helpful. It was quite clean.
