The bed was magic, shower was delicious, they had the best breakfast ever, staff were super helpful, the jacuzzi was great and I appreciated the filtered water to fill my water bottle. Great happy hour food and drinks too!

This is our first time in Drury Huntsville. It is 4 minutes drive from U.S. Space and Rocket Center, which is the place we wantes to visit. The hotel room is clean and spacious. We were greeted kindly upon check-in and during our stay. We absolutely love the indoor pool and jacuzzi. And also, they have great selection of free dinner and drinks for hotel guest. Definitely will be our go-to hotel again if we visit Huntsville again someday.

What a great stay! Recently we stayed at the Drury Inn and Suites near the Rocket and Space Center, Huntsville AL. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. I had accidentally reserved the room for the wrong dates, but the front desk went out of their way to find us a room and get us reimbursed for the previous reservations. The hotel is impeccably clean and nicely decorated. The included breakfast and dinner buffet with one complementary adult beverage was perfect. The indoor pool and hot tubs are large and a perfect way to end a long day at work or day on the road. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Space and Rocket Museum (which is must see) and just a short drive to shops and restaurants. After the first day we signed up to be a Drury Hotel and Suites member, and will book only Drury hotels for the remainder of the of our two-week road trip. Self parking is free and there is ample spaces. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. From check-in to check-out everything was awesome. The staff were very friendly. The room was better than expected, very clean, well stocked with everything one could need and had an amazing view of the rockets across the street. The pool and hot tub were clean and in perfect operation. The bed was comfortable and the linens were in great condition and very clean. The breakfast in the morning was great and had many selections available. They even had a snack time in the evening included with our stay. The young lady that was taking care of breakfast had her work cut out for her with so many guests yet she kept everything full and tables cleaned. I could go on and on but there’s no need. The place was simply amazing

Staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy to serve. Room was clean and beautful. Bartender was excellent that evening. Our ONLY complaint was breakfast in the restaurant the next morning. We sat at a table for over 30 minutes, had to flag someone down to get water and coffee, had to flag our waitress down again to order and again to ask for more coffee, which never came. We wound up leaving before our food came. The waitress chased us outside trying to apologize but we just kept walking.

I had somehow booked the wrong date. The gentleman who was at the desk found us another room for the night. He was polite, professional and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient and within walking distance to everything downtown. The restaurant and bar in the lobby had a nice vibe and very good service.They had very good live music.

This is a very nice hotel located downtown near the docks. We chose a corner room with river view and were very pleased with the room and lovely view. The hotel is also located near all the bars, coffee houses, shops and restaurants in what I would call "the reclaimed" part of downtown Mobile. So much to do down there these days. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very efficient. I did have trouble with the room refridgerator as I could not get it to cool. Also, the tub drained very slowly but each of these issues could have been easily remedied had I notified the front desk. We were out of the hotel so much that it wasnt a big deal. Would stay here again!

Our waitstaff were superb. Tonisetta served us dinner with captivating smile, friendly and professional attitude. Semyiah served us breakfast and she was super nice, and was knowledgeable about the different recipes to try since me and my husband are from Ohio. The food was absolutely delicious. I recommend the chicken tenders and beignets. Also the entertainer (sorry I forget his name) singing and playing the guitar made it a romantic evening

I recently stayed at (Renaissance) and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Our 2 bedroom suite was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was very comfortable, great quality TVs and appliances. The balcony was nice to step out for fresh air. Plenty of dresser and cabinet space. The coffee machine in the lobby was great as well. The bathroom lighting was great and the shower pressure was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay. My son had a soccer tournament this weekend. The room was a 2 bedroom apartment and fully furnished with a full kitchen. The location was perfect. The next time I would just see if they had a 2 bed 2 bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly and offered suggestions for food. There is a Walmart and all sorts of restaurants around. You are also close to the interstate. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for our 1 year anniversary and just got engaged! They were so welcoming, kind and the most generous people from any hotel we’ve stayed at. We only stayed one night but it was a very luxurious and comfortable room. When they found out we had gotten engaged at the hotel they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate. It was a perfect stay. Any time we are in Huntsville we will definitely stay again.

Very spacious room with plenty of storage space. New, quiet and clean hallways. Nicely decorated common areas, pool and patios. Near and in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping...right off University Dr./ Hwy 72.

Have stayed here many time. Always squeaky clean and we love the pool and hottub. Breakfast could be better (undercooked eggs, overcooked pancakes, etc) but hey...it's free.

This is a 5 story hotel that is large. Plenty of parking. We arrived late and missed out on drinks and dinner, although we were offered drinks upon arrival. Beds were comfy, room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had just a shower with sliding door, but big. Staff was friendly, smiling, and welcoming. At check in, Lavonda was great! Breakfast had pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and all other bread and cereals, juice and soda. We brought 3 small children and they loved it.

It was New Year’s Eve and the Inn offered a complimentary buffet dinner! It was very good! The lounge/eating area was packed with happy travelers. Each person was also given cards for free beverages in the little bar. This was all totally unexpected and much appreciated! The next morning (New Year’s Day) the breakfast was so fresh and tasty, with many choices available. Cereals, eggs, pastries, waffles, sausages, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee, tea……everything anyone could want!

Location & safe, clean environment. My Mother was visiting Birmingham for a medical procedure the next morning. She has mobility difficulties. We selected this hotel based on the close location to the hospital and good reviews. Room was very clean, easily assessable and comfortable. Bathroom shower fit my Mom’s needs perfectly! Staff was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend and stay there again if needed.

The parking, the fact that the hotel is off a main road, the pool & jacuzzi, the free nightly "kick back" with food & 3 free drinks & the free breakfast in the morning. Every staff member we saw spoke to us & were friendly! Anytime I need to go to Birmingham for an overnight stay I will seek out the Drury Inn again!

We stay here every time we're in the area. Always friendly and helpful staff. Love the hot kickback dinner with drinks and hot breakfast. Suite is super nice and spacious but two queen room feels a bit tight/small. We had friends and family join us at the hotel for graduation. It's family friendly and welcoming. Lobby has popcorn in afternoon and lots of spaces to work, eat or visit. We saw several people celebrating birthdays in the lobby. They also accommodate dogs and have pet area outside. Pool is combo indoor and outdoor. This is clean safe and quiet location 15 minutes from everywhere in BHM with plenty of parking and restaurant across parking lot.

I have nothing but praise for the staff at this location. Each and every staff member was friendly and very accommodating! A special thank you to Robin ( front desk check in), Danielle (cocktail hour), and Ayana ( front desk check out) for their exceptional service! This hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the food and beverages were great during cocktail hour and breakfast. We had 2 rooms and both were immaculate! We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Birmingham. Kudos to the whole staff!

The room was so nice and comfortable. The bed was so very comfortable, clean, and perfect room temp. The pillows were divine. Loved the shower; it was the best shower I have ever had at any property, regardless of price. Nice towels and linens, appreciated that. TV got all the channels and worked great. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Loved the raisin toast with cream cheese and the fruit both days. Staff so genuinely friendly and hospitable.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Newly updated, ocean front. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Pool bar and hottub outside. We would definitely stay here again!

The Room, Lobby, Coffee & Breakfast area, Fitness Center, all the Bathrooms, the Pool and Pool-Bar area were all very clean. I was very impressed with how clean this place is. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience. The fruit bar is amazing! I especially love the white & milk chocolate chips with my fruit and yogurt. And the omelet the gentleman especially prepared for me was phenomenal! There is something for everyone at this breakfast. The coffee is great! My new favorite place. The best Overall Hospitality experience I've ever had and I've traveled all over the U.S. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Orange Beach.

The pictures had me convinced, but I was even more impressed when I arrived. You definitely get a sense of luxury, cleanliness, friendliness. The staff was all super nice and helpful. The food was top notch, from the breakfast to the homemade pizza. The bar has a great selection with delicious drinks and food to chose from. The rooms were very clean and the views were amazing. This has been the most comfortable hotel we've ever stayed in. Also being directly on the beach was extremely convenient. Will definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Orange Beach!

This was an excellent stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even a maintenance man wished us a good day. Room was super clean. The building was a little too cool to me. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the best I have ever had at a hotel. Lose the crepe bar, the crepes were too small to wrap around the food. Focus on the buffet. Wife's egg on croissant sandwich was excellent. The view of the beach for breakfast is the best I have ever seen at a dining place. The muffins at the lobby desk are outstanding, I had a few. The beach is beautiful. Our room was too cold, I raised the temp and it did not work. I had to turn off the unit to bring the temp up. We loved out stay.

Five-Star Stay for a Special Weekend! We stayed at the Hampton Inn for my husband’s birthday weekend, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The room was spotless and well-kept, with comfortable bedding and a bathroom that was sparkling clean. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well — which was a lifesaver considering we visited during the end of July when Alabama heat is no joke! The staff were all welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast each morning — a good selection and very convenient before heading out for the day. What really made this location perfect was how close it was to all of the venues and attractions we planned to visit. Everything was just a short drive away, which made the weekend feel even more relaxing and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again for another getaway. Highly recommend this location if you're visiting the area!

We highly recommend this hotel! Awesome shower—We got a shower only king bed room. The shower was spacious and immaculate. They touted their water pic shower head and well they should. It was amazing with great water pressure and many settings. The AC is works very well. The bed was sooooo comfortable. We slept great. Front desk guy—sorry I did not get his name—was friendly and accommodating. It was a perfect choice

This is an exceptional hotel. The Front desk staff were helpful and very friendly. The lobby was very clean and had coffee and tea available for us. Great service. The parking lot was super clean and large. Plenty of space. I think this hotel was convenient in all ways. Breakfast had many offerings. A very nice variety and fresh. Excellent.

Seems I've been staying often at this Hampton Inn recently. Been to many, this one is fantastic. Nice area, secure, quiet, clean and well maintained. Good breakfast. I will return soon. All rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable, I've been in many. Plenty of parking.

My husband and I stayed a couple of nights here to celebrate our anniversary and I must say the staff was amazing from the time of checked-in until we checked out. After we checked in, I was waiting in my husband to park the car and I started talking to this nice lady name Wanda Morgan at the front desk. She asked me are we staying for business or we celebrating anything special. I told her we are celebrating our 16th anniversary and she was so sweet about it. As soon as we got to our room, we heard someone pounding on our door, it was Ms. Wanda telling us to come with her, our from has been upgraded. They even gave us a free pass at the bar. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The only things I can say was wrong with our room was that one of the balcony doors would not open but I let them know about it. The breakfast was good and the coffee is great, and the best part is I can’t hear the other guest in their rooms. We will most definitely stay here again.

the staff was friendly. the hotel was exceptionally clean. breakfast was good with hot options like waffles, eggs, sausage, grits. they also had cereal, yogurt, muffins and croissants. the Community Coffee machine was nice so you had more options than just black coffee. the man working the breakfast was very friendly. housekeeping came by daily to take trash and bring clean towels.

The breakfast bar was very good. The food was fresh and there was a wide variety. The hotel was spotless and within walking distance of so many great spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and safe. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our stay at this Hampton was unplanned, but developed into the most positive hotel experience! Due to vehicle issues and the need for a mechanic, we found this Hampton. The Hampton is extremely clean, offers a nice variety for breakfast and is pet friendly! The entire staff was friendly and willing to assist us in any way. Our one night stay developed into a 5 night stay because of historic weather conditions in the south, but if we had to be in one location for an extended stay, this hotel checked all the boxes. Great workout room, spacious bedroom suites, bar with lounge, large pet exercise area, and walking distance to numerous restaurants. A special shout out to Beth, who was over the top in making sure our stay was nothing than positive! I would give this hotel 100 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gym had new equipment that was well taken care of. The breakfast had lots of options and was kept tidy. The vast majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. The public parking garage they utilize for guests is right next door, with a connecting pathway to one of the main entrances. The hotel itself is located in a prime location to walk to all the beautiful areas, shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown.

Overall great stay - fast, friendly check-in, clean & spacious room, comfortable beds, nice outdoor pool - convenient distance to beach; Hotel is not technically beachfront but is across the street & there are a few condo complexes that may block some of the view. Breakfast is ok. Nothing spectacular but a nice free option with several different choices & saved my family of 5 some money. Housekeeping provided service & fresh towels daily during our stay.

Room was very clean, beds comfortable and breakfast was good. Breakfast bar had eggs, sausage, toast, waffles (2 flavors) pastries, fruit, juice, coffee and a few other things. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only negative thing I would say is parking is limited at the side of the hotel, but had extra parking in back across street in a gravel area

This was our second time staying. Once again we were very happy with our choice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was very clean.

The property was in a great location. You literally walked across the street and were at the beach. There was also a safe crosswalk at the red light. The property was also right around the corner from the State Park. There seemed to always be someone cleaning the floors of the entry and by the elevators due to sand and water being brought in constantly. The facility was very clean. Condos are very expensive especially for just two people. We booked the King Suite with a balcony and it met our expectations and more. It’s also nice to have clean linens, your bed made up and the sand swept daily. It’s nearly impossible to keep sand out. The pool area was very nice. It was spacious with pretty flowers and nice outdoor furniture. And what’s not to love about an included breakfast. There were a ton of options from coffee, three different juices, milk, single boxes cereals, sausage Patties, sausage links, scrambled eggs, small egg and cheese omelettes, packaged oatmeal and grits, whole apples and oranges, Greek yogurt, yoplait yogurt, muffins, toast, bagels, English muffins and waffles. The staff promptly met all needs at anytime. We had no issue with any staffing.

The breakfast was really delicious I do wish they had a bigger variety of food for breakfast but it was overall good. The location was in a very great spot of town. It was a great area to walk around and sight-see if you're visiting and you'll get a good walk in for sure! The shower was amazingly hot. The balcony was also a great vibe and view. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the fact that the room consisted a microwave and fridge. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our stay and we will return.

Check in was breeze. Tiffany at the front desk was AMAZING! The hotel was CLEAN, or room was CLEAN. The breakfast was very good.. I appreciated the large batch of oatmeal that was already made. The last place we went to had oatmeal packets.. eww. Staff were all so friendly! When we go back to Montgomery we’ll stay here again. I was nervous at first after looking at the photos, but the photos do this facility no justice. (There is a section on the website that says newly renovated or something like that) Very quiet once In our room. Beds were super comfy. This hotel is a little more expensive than others in the area but you get what you pay for, and I’ll pay the extra for a clean facility, wonderful staff and good food!

The property was easily accessible to the interstate and nearby stores and restaurants. Also, I appreciated that the hotel was surrounded by a gate, well-lit at night and the front door only accessible via a key card. Every part of the hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. There was a good breakfast selection, and everything was delicious and the 5:30 kickback was an added bonus. All employees were great, but I must give special mention to an elderly hostess who greeted guests during breakfast on 9/25/25. She's something special. And I must not forget to give high praises for Katrina Harris. You have a real gem in her. She was super helpful and what a wonderful personality she has. I would stay at this hotel again when in Montgomery or another Drury. This was my first time at a Drury hotel, and I give you guys a 10 out of 10!

This hotel had everything I look for when traveling plus a few delightful extras. My king bed room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had ample counter space at the sink and a walk-in shower with plenty of towels. The thermostat was easy to use and accurate. I made use of the evening happy hour - a nice selection of up to 3 free drinks from 5:30 to 7:00pm. The breakfast buffet was roomy and the staff kept the food restocked at all times. Oh, and free popcorn in the lobby. I stayed for 5 nights visiting the terrific museums and sites in the Montgomery/Selma area. The Drury was a welcoming retreat at the end of each full day. On top of that the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, interested in making each guest's stay a positive one.

I was a little wary of this hotel after reading how others were being harassed by local transients, but we did not encounter that at all. Located right next to a Sam’s Club, it’s not like the views are breathtaking, but it was clean, well maintained, quiet, and super comfortable. I’m 7 months pregnant, and I slept very well here. It was definitely one of the nicest hotels of our trip (5 different ones total), and the staff was super nice and helpful. I felt safe here, and I appreciated how close it was to different restaurants and such. Definitely would stay here again!

My husband and I both loved the early check-in, convenient and spacious parking, breakfast & dinner (kickoff) & cocktails included in the room price. The desk staff couldn't have been friendlier and more accommodating. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious enough for two. We had a great time staying at Drury's Inn and will stay with this chain again.

Was clean, quiet, and worked for us. Our room was clean. The bedding was good. Everything seemed newish and no complaints. Breakfast was hot but was served through a window (rather than the buffet that is pictured). Commenting on prior posts, they did seem to be doing some things to control humidity. I hate moving the car for dinner. There were a few mid-range places to eat dinner within easy walking distance, which is a plus for me. Not at the airport, but not that far either, There is a back roads way to get there that didn't take too long. Passed two or three gas stations so it wasn't hard to fill up the rental car.

Stayed here in a king suite for 1 night. Room was clean and comfortable with a great-sleeping bed and room to hang out in the sitting area. TV was amazing - you can Bluetooth your music through it! Bathroom was excellent with a huge shower. The breakfast was great with lots of choices, but the pancake maker was my favorite. Pool looked inviting but we didn't have time to try it out. Every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff running the breakfast area were very friendly, keeping everything well stocked and clean. The pool was clean and fun. The hotel receptionist helped change my room for the remainder of my stay and extended my stay for an extra night.

I had a good stay and am including information I believe might be beneficial for others reading reviews. Hotel pluses include a complimentary breakfast with a good selection of choices. It’s the same time all 7 days, 6 am - 10 am. The rooms are descent sized with a comfortable chaise. I had a king room. There is good desk space for business or school work. The lighting is good and fantastic in the bathroom. The room safe is a good size, probably large enough for a standard laptop. There is a place to hang wash cloths in the bathroom (small pet peeve of mine in so many hotels) and serviceable shelves in the shower for any personal toiletries. The gym was good for an away from home workout. The only negatives were having to get room keys reactivated a couple of times due to their sensitivity and one area of our room could have used a little extra vacuuming. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. My mother traveled with me and just loved the kindness and dedication of the breakfast staff.

Everything!!!! The location was perfect for our son's College Move in Day! The hotel was right across the street! The hotel was very clean!!!!! Our room was spacious and super clean! The free breakfast was DELICIOUS! The Staff was par excellent!!!! We will be staying here every time we are in Mobile!!! Worth every dime!

Our room was big, we especially liked the two TVS. The shower water pressure was excellent. Even though its very close to the interstate and a busy shopping center and restaurants our room was quiet and we were able to rest! This was a one night stay on our way to our vacation. We typically stay in Greenville. But we have found our new stop over!! This place is EXCEPTIONAL!! The rooms, the staff, the beds, the linens, etc. Especially Ms. Mona or mama Mona!! She's simply precious! She kept the breakfast area spotless and refreshed all morning while carrying on conversation. She just made you feel like we were right at home!! What a tremendous asset she is to this facility!! You keep on being you, sweet Mama Mona! Can't wait til next vacation and our chance to chat with her! Such a great little ray of sunshine 🌞 she certainly is! I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was close to family we were visiting. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of thing to choose from and different options on different days. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The staff was so polite and friendly. We loved staying here and will pick this hotel again when we visit family again. We visited over Thanksgiving weekend and the hotel was decorated for Christmas already. It felt very festive.

We arrived on Apr 20/ Easter Sunday. Room was fine info on how to work the TV would have helped, but we managed to make it work? Breakfast was outstanding, staff was kind, helpful, & courteous. Breakfast area was spacious & clean. Food was more than we expected & very good. We checked out before we ate. My sister-in-law forgot a gold chain & metal in our room. I went back to our room, housekeeper Isela had found the gold chain & turned it in at the front desk. I was able to pick up her chain & commend Isela for her honesty & service with small present. We visit Montgomery twice a year and this is our go-to place to stay. The staff are pleasant, friendly and eager to help. You are greeted with a smile and a greeting by most and if a problem occurs, they are quick to fix it or offer you another room. The breakfast bar has a wide variety of fresh foods, coffee, teas, juices, milks, etc. PLUS they bake cookies for your enjoyment during the week (but not on the weekend)! We love it here and I am already planning our next trip in April 2025 which will naturally include Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery-East Chase.

There were a ton of likes! The jacuzzi and pool are awesome And stay open till 11 on weekends! The breakfast was great with alot of choices and great servers. There's always coffee out for visitors coming in. Everyone is AWESOME!!! such friendly staff!!! We were there from 9/6/24 to checkout on 9/9/24.

We arrived late staff was friendly and check in was quick. Room was great clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great the hostess was very good friendly and on top of things made you feel very welcome. Great place to stay.Saturday breakfast was the best,and lady was early wit it so had time to sit and have coffee too. Loved you could get fresh coffee in lobby even at night. Keep up good work.

Literally one of the BEST stays we've had in Foley/Gulf Shores. The hotel was clean, staff was not only friendly and attentive, they also went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfy. Room was phenomenal, pool was so refreshing, and breakfast was absolutely DELICIOUS! Perfect location walking distance to restaurants, shopping center and the grocery. The beach is about a 15 minute drive give or take. We will be back

We stayed here 1 night while traveling. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, the grounds were so clean, staff was super nice and accommodating. Right across the street from the Foley outlet stores. Very convenient to every thing. Tons of good restaurants very close and a short drive to the beach. We did not hear noise from other rooms and slept soundly. The pool was large and clean. We will stay here again if we are in the area. Area also appeared very safe.

The lobby was spacious, the room was clean and spacious, it had a balcony with a great view, I enjoyed the fitness room, the pool was large and it felt like a jacuzzi almost, and the breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel. Highly recommend!!

We had a perfect stay at your hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good and different options each day. I especially enjoyed the hot tea! The pool area is gorgeous. Our room was super comfy, clean and the view from our balcony was beautiful. I spent a lot of time looking out at the water and boats. Seeing the pretty ferris wheel from our room was fun at night. The walk to the Wharf was short and fun to have dining and shopping within walking distance. If we ever come back to Orange Beach I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff here are amazing, friendly, helpful, courteous, and all lead by example. Regardless if you passed a housekeeper or someone serving the breakfast, everyone spoke to you and genuinely seemed to care. The front desk was always well staffed, helpful, remember names, offered suggestions and went above and beyond the service often offered at full service Marriot's. It is obvious that leadership takes care of their team and their team takes care of the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for their staff, cleanliness, location, pricing, service, and the excellent complimentary breakfast daily.

Great location with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within a short walk or drive. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds/pillows. Breakfast is buffet style with variety of choices to satisfy different appetites. My family really enjoyed the pool. The absolute best part is the staff - absolutely wonderful, pleasant, respectful, helpful, and very accommodating. Glad check-out time is 12 noon (so you don't have to rush). Loved our stay! Will definitely be back!

Location was close to Tanger outlets, penty of places to eat nearby. Downtown Foley and Walmart were also close by. Gulf Shores & beaches are a 30minute drive away. The beds were clean & comfortable with a good amount of blankets, room was clean and spacious. Hallways, stairwells, and common areas were clean and we felt safe staying there. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The breakfast was good, lots of options for most, (sausage, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, toast, coffee, tea, etc) and the attendants were very helpful. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. They also had the option for keydrop checkout which was nice for us since we needed to leave early in the morning.

The room was spacious, even with two queens and a sofa bed. In the living room area there was a coffee table, a counter with a microwave, Keurig machine and coffee cups. Underneath was the mini fridge and cabinets for storage. The TV was in front of the beds but it had a swivel on it so you can face it to the living room area as well. There was a closet with a safe, ironing table and iron, a comforter set for the sofa bed, and hangers. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, the sofa bed needs extra cushion, so if you suffer of back pain avoid it. They had Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. At the bathroom counter there was Dove body lotion, hand wash, the hairdryer, tissue paper, and clean towels. The breakfast was great !! They had cheese omelets, turkey sausage, pork sausage, biscuits, cereal, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, toasted bread and spreads(grape and strawberry jelly, peanut butter, reg. butter) fruits, oatmeal, donuts and bagels, orange juice, milk, coffee. Good variety. The pool was right outside of the breakfast area, the lobby was clean and nicely decorated, Front desk was courteous and check in was fast.

The location and price were good. Hotel has a touch of modern with a mix of traditional. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and exceptional pool and hot tub facilities. Staff outstanding, friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend this hotel as it is close to everything and just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and relaxing.

The staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. The lobby, breakfast, and pool area were clean and well kept. The pool area was very well maintained as well as the grounds. The breakfast had a good variety of food, eggs, biscuits were hot as well as the sausage, and gravy.

Clean comfortable and safe! Amazing staff made me feel right at home. Food was convenient and delicious, meeting rooms were clean and spacious, and pool was great in the AL heat. Easy drive to Tuscaloosa was also convenient for UA graduation and game days.

This property exceeded my expectations! It’s in a beautiful, green, lush area of Birmingham and the conditions of the Hotel were excellent. The staff were all very very nice and they have a restaurant/bar onsite as well as a great snack shop. Loved this property and would definitely book again if I’m ever in Birmingham! The hotel is in a quiet area but only 5-10 minutes from “The Summit”, which is where all the restaurants and shops are. Very convenient and safe!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Birmingham is a nice hotel in an area away from the city that is quiet and safe. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. There are areas inside and outside to enjoy if you want to get out of the room.

Had eye surgery and had to spend night for next day checkup. Very comfortable, quiet and restaurant had excellent burger for him & perfect salad with grilled salmon for me. Breakfast was excellent as well. Going to stay there again in a few weeks.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. I had a 1st floor room and it was peaceful. Room was nice and the hot showers were amazing. Breakfast was good, eggs bacon, waffles, breakfast potatoes, sausage with hot coffee etc. Staff were super friendly. The area is very nice with tons of shopping and dining. All around would stay again!

Clean & Comfortable at an "OK" price. Service was friendly, bed was comfortable, AC/Wifi worked well, breakfast was adequate and there are lots of shops & restaurants within 1-3 minutes walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here again, when next in the area.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while in town for a paracycling race. As a blind, disabled veteran, I travel with a service dog and a large tandem bike, which can sometimes make checking in and finding accommodations challenging. However, my experience here was outstanding. I stayed in both a standard two-bed room and a two-bed suite, and both were incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The entire hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth. From check-in to switching rooms, they were accommodating, friendly, and provided that true Southern hospitality you always hear about. There were plenty of areas to walk my service dog, as well as great spots to get in some steps. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and if you have a car, there are even more options just a short drive away. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this hotel. The staff truly made all the difference, and I can’t praise them enough!

We had a great stay! We were in town for UAH graduation. We had multiple rooms for family members. We picked this hotel based on price, locations and the convenience of having walkable restaurants right across the street in the Bridge Street Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The Tru hotel is ultra modern, but lacked a swimming pool, a room safe, and a bar/restaurant. They did have games, including a pool table in the lobby. They did have items you could purchase around the desk, but they were very expensive. A 20 ounce bottle of Coke was four dollars. We ended up driving to Walmart to get our stuff. Not much around the area, other than a ballpark, which is out of season right now. There is a Costco down the road and some other shopping. Our sink didn’t drain very well at all, we reported that as we left. The room was clean in the shower worked fine. Breakfast is very basic scrambled eggs, English sausage, I believe it’s called which is like kielbasa, toast, hard boiled eggs, and your juices and coffee. they had cereal-about five kinds I believe, and milk. No bacon, no regular sausage patties, no breakfast potatoes/hashbrowns. It was free, and it was OK, but I really have had much better. I really wanted to go into town to a restaurant, but we were short on time. I would consider staying here again, but I didn’t like having to set up a new Hilton account to get Wi-Fi. I already have a Hilton account and I couldn’t make that one work.

We visited Mobile for just one night and didn't expected much from the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is close to perfection for us. Very clean and very welcoming place where you can rest in a comfortable bed. We even played few games on a pool table in the lobby. The hotel is located where the main shopping area of Mobile is, just 15 minutes from the city's centre. The room was super clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was standard but tasty - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages cereal, fruits, fresh pancakes, etc. with a great variety of products. It is an animal frendly place because we saw a lot of dog people in the morning.

Solid choice for lodging. The hotel is clean. Place has a cool vibe. The staff is friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was easy to connect and was reliable. They have a pretty decent "rescue munchies" selection. Breakfast was included and a very good buffet style service. They had a pool table for guests to use which was pretty cool. Water pressure was good and soap/shampoo was easily dispensed. Floors were vinyl.....so none of the nastiness of hotel carpeting. They provided an iron, ironing board, mini-fridge....no microwave or coffee maker. The hotel has a fitness center that is ok. There is plenty of free parking. There are shopping and restaurant options fairly close by. I would stay here again.

Welcoming, very clean, well maintained, very safe, in an area that is near Costco and is not busy, great breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff. I was traveling through and stopped for a night and was very pleased.

Its fairly new, clean and well maintained. Beds are comfy. AC is great. Breakfast is above average for a free breakfast. Plenty of restaurants within a mile. Its a little secluded so its very quiet. Easy access to I 10 and I 65. Rooms have a mini fridge. Microwave and coffer maker are in the lobby. Overall a very pleasant stay.

A very nice place to stay, close to the freeway. The room was large, the bathroom and the bedroom clean and modern. The free breakfast (in a spotless breakfast area) was typical of that offered by all hotels in this category. The staff we encountered were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. This property is owned by the Wind Creek casino located quite nearby.Near the hotel were only a sprinkling of the typical fast food brands, but the casino provides a free shuttle from and to the hotel to take visitors to the casino for dining and/or gambling. For travelers, the Holiday Inn Express is a comfortable and relaxing place for an overnight stopover.

In our 8 nights on the road, I have to say that this was the best hotel we stayed in. Firstly, Norma Jean at reception made us feel very welcome and was lovely to talk to. Secondly, the room was huge and very clean. Just wow! The beds were comfortable and overall the hotel was very quiet. Absolutely no complaints at all. The breakfast was good, the muffins were amazing. The hotel is in a good convenient location and there are lots of nice restaurants in Atmore. Contactless checkout was quick and convenient - all hotels should do this. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here to attend a nearby concert. The location was convenient and safe. We were told this was a new hotel and we would 10/10 recommend. From the moment we walked in- the staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable bed/pillows. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Breakfast was a bonus. Good selection and one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

The BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Where to start, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the coffee is always available in the lobby and it’s delicious, the whole place smells so good, the lobby, the hallways, the rooms, all smell great! The room was super nice, great TV, awesome shower with great water pressure, more outlets and usb ports than I’ve ever seen in a room. The lobby is bright and colorful and everywhere you sit, there are outlets and usb ports available to you. Now the breakfast, SUPER AWESOME breakfast every morning and they switch it up every day too, they’re are eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, omelets, potatoes, cereal, waffle makers, scones, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, and juices and milk, so good! Tehra did a great job of keeping everything full and tasting great if you like to work out while staying, they have the nicest and most equipped gym I’ve ever seen at a hotel.I don’t have one bad thing to say or complain about, we HIGHLY recommend to stay here!

This appears to be a brand new Hampton. Everything looked new, clean, and spotless. Our room was exceedingly new and clean. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower and not those accident tub shower combinations. Plenty of parking. I would have rated this a 5 star experience except their breakfast buffet was not as good as many other Hampton Inn breakfasts I have had over the years, in many different states.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

The room or suite was very spacious! It included a sitting area and a jacuzzi. Everything was clean, and there were more than enough towels, which is a little unusual, but greatly appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly also. The breakfast was delicious! What a wonderful meal! Hot and tasty too, I was impressed! I also appreciated that I only had to park once. There was no driving around trying to find where to park, no looking around trying to find our room. I was really was happy with our stay.

inside and out the property was very clean and nicely decorated. everyone on staff was especially friendly and helpful. the room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. it had a large entry way, a sitting area with a small sofa, coffee table, and tv. the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and very good quality and the sleeping area had another larger tv. they served a hot breakfast of everything you could want: make your own waffles, hot & cold cereals, eggs, gravy, sausage, hashbrowns, etc. it was all very clean. booking.com offered a very low rate, well below other properties in the area. we highly recommend the best western.

We stayed 3 nights as a short “getaway” from real life. Our room was cozy, comfy and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows; a strong, hot shower; and a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The room was quiet despite being close to the lobby and breakfast area. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and the rate was exceptionally reasonable. Having the shopping centers and restaurants directly across the street was a huge plus! We will definitely return for another getaway!

From the beginning, Zaida was an amazing welcoming presence. She is the kindest front desk person EVER! Day (I think that was his nickname) was also really sweet and went above and beyond first day. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast very good. Every staff member was kind and friendly. I recommended this place to many others while there. I was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and the rooms were very quiet and very dark. I liked everything about this place except...My only complaint is more constructive for the owner/mgr...please buy plastic cutlery that does not bend when even eating eggs! :-)

We stayed here during Thanksgiving while visiting family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was ideal for visiting both sides of the family, and the overall experience was relaxing and quiet, even though the hotel seemed quite full. The breakfast was exceptional—far above expectations. However, the $16 parking fee per car felt steep, especially since we had two cars and no alternative options. Dining options were limited since the hotel’s restaurant was closed for the holiday. Thankfully, a member of our group found an open restaurant nearby and brought dinner back. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. We’ve already discussed returning for a romantic getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Embassy suites Huntsville. The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms were modern, chic, and clean. Upon arrival the staff greeted us warmly and gave us a bag with two bottles of water and some snacks. The hotel is well managed. There is plenty parking. The breakfast meal was very nice and the gentleman chef was super friendly and kind. The wait staff at breakfast were kind and professional. I highly recommend it and we will be definitely going back there!

The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect — close to everything in downtown Huntsville. The breakfast was a great bonus, and the evening reception was a nice touch. I spent 4 nights in the Embassy Suites last week. The rooms were spacious, and provided plenty of AC and USB outlets for tech. Before I was even fully moved into my room, I had a text message from the duty manager making sure all was in order. He checked in with me daily during my stay. I started every day with a delicious complementary omelet made to order by their very engaging chef. As a tall person, one of my metrics for hotel quality is the height of the shower head. I'm happy to say that it allowed plenty of space for a taller person to get their head wet, as well as a variety of spray settings. The pool is quite spacious and remains open until 11:00 p.m. nightly. It's a great way to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The best thing about the venue is its location. You can literally walk into the expansive Von Braun Center from the second floor without going outside. Likewise, it is adjacent to the Big Spring Park which is a nice focal point for the center of town. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and other places of interest all within a half mile walk. The location is also central to most of the major tourist attractions in the area. It's a $15 or less UBER ride to most of them. I would stay there anytime I was in Huntsville.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I missed happy hour (they give you two free drinks) because I was at a graduation, but the bar and restaurant looked very nice. The next time I book something, I'm going to aim for Embassy Suites by Hilton. I know that all of their properties aren't the same, but I'm taking the chance. I highly recommend staying here!

The pool is saltwater, which is always lovely. The breezeways and balcony areas were clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, hot, well made, well seasoned, and well maintained EVEN THOUGH we came on a weekend when there was a large wedding party. The staff stayed very cool, collected, friendly, and helpful during what must have been an incredibly overwhelming weekend. I didn't get the names of everyone working in the kitchen for breakfast, and I wasn't about to stop them and ask for their names in the midst of the buzz of breakfast time, but they were wonderful. I'm sure they didn't get half of the thanks or credit that they certainly deserved. As for the front desk and bar, I DID get their names as my husband and I were celebrating his birthday before the wedding party moved over to the bar. Chelsea, Megan, and Alicia were absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. They helped with information on check in, drink selection later in the night, and helped us avoid the crowd by telling us when the wedding was ending. (We wanted to be out of the way by then so the wedding crowd could have their space). Upon check out April was sweet as honey, and wished us safe travels. All in all this stay was beyond expectations in every way imaginable. Thank you!

The main house is beautiful and was a lovely place to enjoy breakfast. Breakfast itself was amazing! Food was fresh and delicious. Menu was slightly different each day. We also loved the many outdoor areas available to sit and relax. Our room was spacious and clean. Property was generally quiet which made for a relaxing stay.

Room was spacious, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Large walk in shower that was well appointed with nicely scented pump soap, shampoo/conditioner, and body lotion. Plenty of towels. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water! The bar area in an outbuilding on the property also serves as the registration area. The bartender was doing double duty. Meghan was adorable, engaging and made perfectly mixed martinis. Breakfast was served in the mansion. Everything was fresh and very delicious. Great coffee too.

The breakfast was excellent as well as the service. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom facilities were excellent as well. The WiFi was fast and not a problem. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location was great, and the parking was easy and secure. The decor of the hotel was exceptional and historic. It is a beautifully restored hotel. Built in 1888 in the Gothic Victorian style, its interior is completely updated for one's comfort. Would stay here again.

An excellent weekend stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile-Downtown Historic District. From arrival to departure, the staff at the hotel was friendly and professional. The front desk representatives were terrific. I talked to several and they were all wonderful. I remember speaking with Jay and she was still in training but was well on her way to being a great representative for the hotel. And the same goes for the staff at the breakfast area--friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and quiet. While I heard some street noise once or twice, but that is not unusual for a hotel located in a downtown area. The room was spacious, clean, and the furnishing were in good shape. The bed was comfortable and lots of plugs in the room to recharge devices. The bathroom was a good size, clean, and in excellent condition. The fitness center was big and the machine I used was in good shape. I will say the equipment was a bit dated compared to what I saw recently in other stays at Hamptons or equivalent properties. But the fitness center was functional. The hotel's location is excellent. It is very convenient to many attractions, restaurants, and bars. Easy walking distance and the area was crowded and seemed safe. I certainly encountered no issues walking in the area near the hotel. This was my first time in Mobile and if I return, I will stay again at the Hampton Inn & Suires Mobile-Downtown Historic District.

My husband and I travel alot so I have many reviews. -This place was SO clean! For the price, no complaints. -Chandler at the front desk was beyond helpful and friendly -great breakfast selection. I saw a review that options were limited. There were plenty!! Not sure what people expect for breakfast. Hot food/pastries/breads/muffins/bagels/waffle area with toppings/Chopani yogurt/cereal, etc. -pool small but nice and quaint. A bit too hot during the day but we did chill out here in the evening -we had third floor room, view not great, but not a big deal. Bed was VERY comfortable and again, CLEAN -loved using the app and cell phone to unlock doors -parking I think $9 a day? Parking is ridiculous in other cities as in $25 up to $60 a day. Yes, we paid $60 in another large city. -could watch the fireworks right from the parking lot -walking distance to Dauphin St, 2 blocks. Not busy at all during the week but my cousin lives in Mobil and said its much more fun on the weekends. -hotel areas were spotless Highly recommend. Staff was so friendly!!

We stayed three nights. The hotel is located downtown Mobile, just one block from the Mardi Gras Park, Colonial Fort Condé and The History Museum of Mobile. A number of good restaurants are also within a short walk. Very good parking is available behind the hotel at USD 9/day. The hotel is not new but seemed to be well maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet and very clean. For some reason the elevator floor seemed less clean than the rest of the hotel. The team members we encountered at the front desk and in the restaurant were all helpful and did a great job. Housekeeping too was excellent. The included breakfast was very good with several hot and cold items of high quality, and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Had a pretty good stay here while in town on business. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The hot breakfast buffet was satisfying. One of the treadmills skipped when I used it, but one of the others worked fine. The location is convenient to many great restaurants and bars in the area.

Room was great nice sized. Had a balcony not a great view but not bad. Had 2 tv's one you had to jiggle the cord to get the Direct tv to work. But it worked after that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. The area was very walkable. That made it nice we walked to Restaurants and to the Maritime Museum. Would stay again for sure!!!

Was on a cross-country roadtrip and had never stopped in Mobile before. This was the last hotel night on my trip and I just wanted somewhere comfy, clean, and safe with a restaurant on-site. Let me tell you, I will stay here again for the restaurant alone! WOW! I splurged and sort of made my own surf and turf. Started my dinner with a half-dozen oysters with a dirty martini. I asked for some time between my oysters and main course b/c the restaurant vibes were so sexy I didn't wanna rush. My entree was a medium-rare filet topped with seared foie gras with a tender lobster tail and perfectly prepared asparagus (could the chef please send me the recipe for that amazing sauce that drizzled the asparagus?!) accompanied with a glass of red. (I think I went with a glass of Cab.) But enough about the dinner. The room! Very quiet and beautifully decorated. A little bit of kitsch was welcomed since I'm used to staying the same old, stuffy Marriott decor. A bottle of sparkling wine waiting for me in the fridge was a wonderful touch. I sank into the bed in the best kind of way. I didn't want to set an alarm to catch up on much needed rest however I had an early morning and a lot of driving to do. The room was dark, quiet, and cool. The perfect sleep conditions. As someone covered in tattoos, I was pleasantly surprised to see the front desk folks with funky hair and piercings. It was a vibe and I'll be back!

Room was perfect. It was clean throughout and had a comfortable bed. We loved the quick breakfast options in the bistro. It is a little hidden behind the lobby's front desk near the elevators. We had coffee, breakfast sandwiches and muffins. The food was convenient and reasonable prices. The bar was a great place to sit and watch the parades and general foot traffic downtown there was lots of seating by the windows and the interior was decorated nicely as well. The staff was friendly each time we had contact with anyone from the front desk to wait staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, very elegant,nice art throughout including the corridors on the room levels. Beds very comfortable, rooms well decorated, clean, great aroma in the room. Delightful front desk clerk name Englund checked me in . I liked that they had liquid creamer in teh rooms for coffee instead of that awful powdered mess. The coffee service in the room was very nice with delicious coffee and bottled water was provided to brew coffee. I would stay here again. My only negative was $50 per night for valet parking unreasonable. The living room/bar was wonderful as was the burger and fries I ordered. The lady bartender was so nice.

The hotel was well appointed and clean. It was in a great location to walk to different shops, restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed a pre dinner swim in the outdoor pool. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and morning coffee/pastries in the hotel cafe. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, like staying in an art museum. Location is perfect in downtown Mobile walking distance to numerous restaurants, venues, and nightlife. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was gorgeous. Everything was meticulously clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
