Great Hotel, right on the beach. Some nice bars and restaurants within walking distance. Supermarket just around the corner. Nice pool area with jacuzzi baths and eggs chairs to also relax. Great selection of foods for breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

-Very clean! The hotel was very clean ( room, pool area, terasse, sunbeds, everything). -The staff very nice -The area around the pool is very nice . You have a small terrace where you can eat/drink - away from the sun. The pool very nice . And another terrace sea view . At all this you add 2 amazing jacuzzi with sea view. - you always find a spot to stay by the pool because people are not allowed to put the towel early in the morning and then not to show up all day! -location is perfect ( not far away from alghero, bus station, supermarket, beach restaurants ) We really enjoyed our stay with all the facilities that the hotel is offering

Everything about this hotel is superb. The staff at the reception(day/night) were so friendly helpful and professional Rooms were clean (cleaning staff so friendly ) and spacious (we booked a sea view/pool view room)bed are so comfortable. Breakfast were delish loads of options all fresh and tasty. There is a gym too with shower facilities where you can store your bags after checked out and still can enjoy the breakfast and the pool and bar until your flight. Pool is good size clean,sunloungers always cleaned after when ppl left it throughout the day by the lifeguard Bar staff friendly and food were nice(not to much choice but enough for small lunches) Beachfront hotel and a beach bar is like 5 min walk not even. City center around 20 min walk on the promenade We had an amazing miniMoon we already planning to coming back in September. Thank you so much to the staff at Hotel Florida for making our holiday amazing.

The staff are fabulous. So friendly, cheerful and helpful. They are a credit to themselves and the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a map of the area and shown some useful or interesting places to visit. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless. Our room was small but had everything we needed, including a safe and a little fridge. There was air conditioning and our balcony had a lovely view of the sea. Beds were comfy too. Towels are provided and it's also possible to rent beach towels from reception, at a cost of €3 per towel. The breakfast included in our rate was good; warm options included scrambled eggs, bacon and mini frankfurter sausages. There was a wide selection of pastries, yogurts, meats and cheese, fruit and salad as well as good coffee. The hotel has a pool bar which serves cocktails, drinks and some snack/lunch options. The pool area was again clean and well maintained. It's worth noting that it is very deep at one end and the depths weren't noted at the side, so just to take care. The hotel also has a gym which was a good selection of equipment. Location wise, there are a couple of supermarket, restaurant and bar options within a 5 min walk, with the main town being approx 15-20 min walk from the hotel. We used electric scooters to get around during our stay - there are a variety of providers and you can pay as you go. I would definitely return to Hotel Florida if I were to visit Alghero again.

Amazing stay at Hotel dei Pini for 4 nights in October with variety of activities to do and many options in the restaurant. Seaview/beach access room: clean and organized well, good lighting and a lovely patio with easy access to the beach. Quiet throughout the night. Restaurant: Breakfast buffets available daily with a decent amount of suitable options. Dinner was great with many options, as well as a Mediterranean buffet on Monday. We skipped lunch, but enjoyed some drinks at the bar in the afternoons. Beach side: the beach is beautiful and has clear water, with mostly soft sand and some rocky terrain around. Recliner beach chaise (chairs) were available often, even though some other guests would sometimes put towels to hold them up. Great view of the sunrise. Water activities available beach side: -Kayaking: available for single and doubles. This was fun with many views around the coast and great for any beginner! -Motorized Boat: fits 3 people well, up to 4 comfortably. We rented the boat for 4 hours and traveled around the coast to the Capo Caccia and Isola di Foradada. We were instructed on how to operate the boat and all safety measures prior to leaving. Plenty of time to sightsee, as well as to take a dip in the waters. Pool: clean waters and not so busy because most guests rather go to the beach. Great view of the sunset. Poolside drinks/snacks available to order. Overall, amazing experience and well worth every minute of it! 5/5 would recommend!

Hotel dei Pini is located in a picturesque area with a beautiful private beach. We booked a sea view room on the second floor and it was very well appointed, clean and modern. Beautiful walk-in shower with excellent hot water and rain-head fixture. One beach restaurant for more casual eating and one formal restaurant on a terrace overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was a buffet with the same options of antipasti, croissants, sweets, and cereals. Lunch and dinner changed every day at the formal restaurant and was good but expensive. The reserved lounge chairs and crystal clear waters on the white sandy beach were the best part of our stay and we would not hesitate to go back again. This was the last stop of our three-week vacation in Italy and it was exactly what was needed - rest and relaxation in paradise. Thank you, Hotel dei Pini. Ciao ciao!

We can’t recommend this hotel enough! Located just 15 minutes from the airport, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation right on the beach. The stunning views and easy access to the water made every moment feel like a vacation. The hotel restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. There are also charming little restaurants within walking distance along the beach, perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. The staff truly made our experience exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us set up a catamaran tour, making our trip even more memorable. With a beautiful pool, ample parking, and all the amenities you could ask for, this hotel has it all. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Alghero, which is a fantastic bonus. Overall, this stay was a delightful blend of comfort and service, and we can't wait to return!

the place itself is incredible! very picturesque view from the restaurant terrace! beach is just a few steps from the restaurant. very tasty food for the dinner. wide choice of food for the breakfast. Hotel dei Pini was in a lovely, somewhat remote, part of Alghero. Rooms were as expected- similar to others in the region you have to place your key card in for AC, lights etc. we found the AC wasn’t very strong but it could be because they pride themselves on being eco friendly. They take it very seriously- I stay in tons of hotels that say they won’t replace towels if you hang them but then do it anyway and this place did not- we went to the beach and could have used some fresh ones but we called and they brought them up quickly. I wished they had been more excited to share a little about the area or recommend something besides the on property restaurant. Like many European restaurants, restaurant timings are limited. The food at the Panorama restaurant was very good but would have wanted to explore more local areas. Breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing particularly standout. The beach on the property was amazing and they have activities for a fee - very reasonable ($10/hr for kayaks) Advice: have a rental car to get around. We took the city bus which was OK but would have been nicer to drive and stop and the many agroturismo/farms and explore other beaches Sea view rooms are the only way to go! Ask about special nights at the restaurant- one night we got lucky and had roasted suckling pig that the area is known for Bring your own water/snacks if you want to save a bit!

Great hotel; stayed 6 nights (June) & we would definitely stay here again. Pros: friendly staff, very clean and bright hotel, amazing infinity pool, well-kept grounds. Great breakfast spread & gorgeous terrace views. The restaurant was delicious (a little pricey for the area, but worth it). Two min drive to beautiful beaches, quick ten minute drive to downtown Alghero & the quaint 'centro storico' (historic center) by the harbor (amazing restaurants here as well). Cons: The beach is not as pictured (apparently due to a storm that washed away the beautiful white sand in May. It would have been nice to be notified of this as we booked primarily for the private white sandy beach (which is not white sand or private). The water was still clear and they were making daily efforts to clean up seaweed and algae. Initially we were put in a very tiny room on the ground floor looking at the parking lot and couldn't use the terrace (or open the doors) since people in the parking lot could see in despite having paid quite a lot for our room ($350/night). We ended up speaking to reception that night and were upgraded to a sea view room for an additional $50 per night which we felt should have been complimentary based on the price we paid (friends of ours joined us there and booked last minute - they got a sea view room for $130 per night LESS than what we paid. NOTE: The sea view is worth it! Overall had a great stay.

10 minutes drive from Alghero Airport. There is a bus, about every hour, from the Airport to Fertilia and then it is a 10 minute walk from there. Alternatively, taxi fare to/from the Airport fairly reasonable. Easy to access and easy to locate.The hotel is away from the main road, protected by trees and millions of very loud crickets, so no issues with the noise from the traffic. One reasonably sized main swimming pool (with a baby pool attached), an infinity pool with a beautiful view, tennis court and a private beach which is right by a public beach and is therefore not very secluded. There is a sewage smell on the beach which is attributed to the seaweeds. It might be a seasonal issue. Unlike many other places there are ample sun beds and towels. There is a bar and a restaurant. Lots of information about tours and activities at reception. Room spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. Airconditioning. Large comfortable bed. Very clean and adequately sized ensuite. A good sized balcony. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food is exquisite at this place! We had breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and everything was truly exceptional. Shame about the service. With the exception of breakfasts, which were self service, on every single occasion we had a meal or a snack or a drink; something was forgotten including a whole course one evening. Reception staff very competent and helpful. Fluent in English. Restaurant staff; forgetful and negligent on the verge of rude.

Lovely view from sea view rooms - amazing. Room was spotless and comfortable - bedding and towels changed daily so always fresh. The bathroom was great and water always hot. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice and staff really helpful. Both pools were lovely - big enough to swim in and really well kept with comfy loungers - hotel provides beach towels which is handy. Really convenient for the bus to Alghero centre from Fertilia which is a pleasant 10 minute stroll away. The beach by the hotel was seaweedy but as the season was just starting I am guessing they probably clear it. Really enjoyed our stay here with 2 teenagers - would go back again anytime!!

Went for 3 nights bed and breakfast with my children. Lovely clean hotel with absolutely fab pools (not heated so water was cold), very friendly staff especially Antonio. Location of hotel excellent as beachfront. Breakfast was limited as occupancy of hotel was low however upgraded by management to sea view because of this and the view from balcony/room was amazing!! Ask for sea view room. A bit tricky to find hotel if using bus. Unable to use beaches on Island because of algae - advised by locals to go June onwards when beaches will be algae free. Shame we went for beach holiday but couldn't use beaches - would definately love to go again in season.

Second, this is a great hotel at a great price. It lacks nothing, but doesn't have the glitz and glamour of a luxury hotel, but it has everything needed for a great holiday. The pool and surrounding areas are fantastic, the games are popular with guests, but they never interfere with just relaxing by the pool. Breakfast was good, a great range, but the same every morning. The bacon is unsuitable for breakfast, too fatty. Full fat plain yoghurt would also be an improvement. Coffee was very good, very good barista staff. We had dinner at the hotel once. It was passable. Alghero has many great restaurants, this hotel isn't one of them. Of course the best thing about Oasis is that it is right across the road from Maria Pia, a great beach. Room was great, clean, plenty of room, with bidet, hairdryer, safe and plenty of drawers and wardrobe space. Good size balcony too.

From the moment I arrived, the warm staff made me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was thoroughly impressed by how professional and attentive everyone was. The rooms were clean, spacious, providing comfort. I particularly enjoyed breakfast in restaurant, lunch in the bar restaurant by pool. The breakfast was exceptional, offering delicious dishes with good service. The ambiance throughout the hotel created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, allowing me to fully unwind during my stay. What stood out the most was the level of customer service. Your staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs, and their kindness truly made my experience special. our room was spacious and clean. bathroom (shower) was the same spacious and clean. breakfast has lots of choices and we loved that someone was making our coffee, has both hot and cold food. a/c was working. the location was also great: 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. and short drive to restaurants and centro storico. we also enjoyed the table tennis close to the pool. the hotel has mini market that was convenient. what we didn't like the hard bed and only 1 pillow for each of us.

The swimming pool was absolutely lovely—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the courtesy room provided after check-out. Since we had to check out at 10 a.m. and our flight wasn’t until late in the evening, having access to a clean and comfortable space to freshen up and shower made a big difference. It was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture that added real value to our experience. Little touches like this show the hotel’s attention to guest comfort, and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely setting with mature planting,definitely deserving of its name as it was an oasis. The location was ideal for a good walk into the old town and access to the beautiful beach across the road. The food was amazing and we chose to book dinner in addition to our breakfast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the hotel, although now a little dated, was impeccably clean and well presented. The pool area was clean, bright and beautifully planted, providing ample shade in addition to the sun loungers. All in all a very relaxing environment.

Loved this hotel right across the street from the walking / bicycle path along the water. Our sea view room had a great view of the Med from our balcony. Squeaky clean and comfortable room, strong air conditioning, and comfortable beds. Shower had good pressure, lots of hot water and a rain shower. Breakfast was good, eggs and meats along with sweets. Safe and secure bicycle parking in their courtyard. Very friendly and helpful staff! I would love to return and highly recommend!

The spacious bedroom with balcony and sea view was exceptionally well equipped with every little thing you might need and which is so often missing eg long hanging space, easy to operate safe, shelves for suitcases, conveniently positioned sockets, window shutters, a full length mirror, bedside tables with a drawer and shelf, a fridge, spare pillows and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a good shower, good lighting, a shaving mirror, hooks on the wall, towel rails, shower caps, conditioner, a good hairdryer and plentiful large towels. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the housekeeping staff were very efficient. We loved the shady terrace area at the front of the hotel, a very pleasant spot to relax with a book or enjoy an evening drink.

We had a rocky start our flight was delayed arriving to the island at 1.30am not a taxi around rang hotel and Elena couldn't do enough for us we arrived to be met by a smile of the night porter again who couldn't do enough for us .this set the bar for an amazing stay Breakfast was plentiful and fresh again the staff were warm and welcoming El Balear you should be proud of your team who are a credit to Italian hospitality Our room was clean and comfortable with a view of the garden so peaceful Keep up the good work

The hotel is a solid, clean, well designed place. It's a great base for Alghero with good people running it and working there. Super clean hotel. You feel that is a brand new hotel. All the areas are clean and well maintained. The personnel is very helpful. You have everything you need. You feel safe and it is quiet. The access is very easy and compare with the price it is very cheap for Sardinia. It is easy to go to the city of Alghero which is very close. The system they have to open the rooms and gate is easy. We booked based on location close to the airport, as our flight was scheduled to land late in the evening. The hotel has a great system of checking in at any time, and opening the gate and doors automatically via an app, very simple and efficient. Clean, quiet and comfortable, great breakfast, beautiful garden and pool that we sadly didn't get to enjoy as we only booked one night. Especially thankful to the lady who was there in the morning of oct 11, i didn't get her name, but she was very nice and helpful. All in all, the location is absolutely beautiful and worth a longer stay if you want tranquility and beautiful scenery.

The hotel itself is really nice. The garden is well taken care of, there is a big swimming pool that was very clean. It is surrounded by nature so there was no noise. It was still very well located (if you are coming by car), very close to Maria Pia beach and Alghero itself. I would recommend to anyone who comes with a car and wants to enjoy a bit of a calm surroundings but in a very approachable distance to all the nice spots in the surroundings. It is also very close to the airport. The rooms were clean, well-equipped and comfy. The is a plenty of space to park the car in the hotel´s area. My family liked the hotel very much!

Amazing hotel, the location is just perfect (close enough to City Center to reach by walking but still very quiet area), not to mention the view and the terrace! Also the pool area was nice and Alghero is a really good point to explore the island from. But what impressed us most was the food (lots of variety and fresh at breakfast, amazing quality for dinner) and the staff - never had such friendly and warm-hearted staff, always available and welcoming. Especially Claudio & Alberto from the F&B team and Alberto at the reception gave us an amazing experience with their professional yet friendly & funny ways, which had us always enjoy breakfast and dinner time. We never felt as “just guests” but everything was always at ease and enjoyable!

Amazing Honeymoon Experience: The hotel upgraded our room to an ocean view since they knew we were on our honeymoon, which was a wonderful surprise. Stunning Sunset Views from the Room: The sunset from our room was absolutely perfect, making it one of the best parts of our stay. We didn’t feel the need to go anywhere else to watch it. Beautiful Pool: The pool is large and perfect for swimming, especially in the afternoon when it catches the sunlight. The pool area was one of our favorite spots. Very Comfortable Room: The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with a great bed and a lovely bathroom. The shower was fantastic, making it a relaxing experience overall. Quick and Polite Service: The room service was quick, and the staff were always very polite and helpful. Great Location: The hotel is close to the old town, and we could easily walk there, which was very convenient for exploring. Good Drinks at Reasonable Prices: The drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and good. The restaurant prices were also similar to those in the city, offering good value.

This hotel was fabulous! It is in such a great location, a 15 min easy walk to the main centre. The view outside the hotel is breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they all spoke great English. The pool was very clean and well maintained, the pool atmosphere was quiet and relaxing with many lounge chair/beds always available. The room was lovely with new and modern, clean furniture. The bed was comfy and the room was serviced perfectly each day. Lots of counter space in the bathroom and a big shower with great pressure and luxurious toiletries. The aircon was exceptional, extremely impressed with it! I would definitely stay here again.

The location and the setting of the Hotel was outstanding - Alghero is a really fabulous town and this hotel is a 10 min walk to the edge of the old town Porto Sulis - So 20 mins from the port. The view from our room was so lovely - we never tired of looking at it. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed with a large balcony. Victoria, who looked after the cleaning, did a fantastic job every day - water was placed in our fridge, and tea/coffee replaced daily. The whole hotel was spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and full of tasty choices, and the chef cooked our eggs - it was a great start to our day. We ate in the restaurant and the bar - the food was so tasty and reasonably priced for a 5* establishment. The staff were very welcoming and friendly - we highly commend all of them, especially Victoria and the chefs - thank you all for a wonderful stay in your Hotel.

Staff friendly. Rooms clean spacious, we had a balcony. Air con excellent which was needed as very hot. We didn't have breakfast but smelt lovely and was busy with other guests. Mini fridge so we could do shopping. Close to the beach less than 5 mins. The pool was clean and didn't get too busy. Lovely shower plenty of hot water. Didn't hear any of the neighbours from the rooms next door. Wifi good. Lots of local restaurants, we visit different ones each night.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were politely, always happy to help and greet you morning and night. Room size was perfect, plenty of space and storage room. Two balconies, swimming pool was clean not too busy. Air con was great really needed when returning to the room. A little overpriced for what you get, considering I paid less for a different hotel last time, which was 4 stars. Plus you have to pay a city tax, which is common practice for all hotels. We didn't stay for breakfast as you can find a good deal along the beach each morning. But this was just preferrence for us. Walk was less than 5 mins walk. And you get a good stretch of beach and many restaurants, cafes, and bars. There is an area of the beech that is smelly towards the old town. It's not rubbish it just where they gather the seaweed and dry it out before disposing of it. This didn't have an impact on the great beach experience. You can hire chairs and umbrellas for half a day or full they range from 15 -30 euros do shop around.

The hotel in a great location, it was clean maybe a little dated but the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee very good. The pool is very quiet, maybe a little road noise but generally we had it to ourselves. The beach is a two minute walk away with golden sands and shallow sea great for kids. There are some nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket ten minutes walk away. Overall we had a smashing time

We had a fantastic experience at Villa Piras in Alghero. We chose a room with a front sea view, and it was absolutely worth it — spending the evenings on the terrace, listening to the waves, was unforgettable. The rooftop terrace is also a great spot, especially at sunset. The staff were excellent. Maximiliano at reception was incredibly kind and helpful — he gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches, printed useful information, and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety, and the ladies there were very attentive to details. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We will definitely retur

This hotel was perfect for us, the room was clean and spacious and the roof top had lovely views. The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. It wasnt too far of a walk into the main town of Alghero and had lovely scenic views along the way.

The receptionist lady, Serena is a fantastic hotelier, makes checking in to a real pleasure and providing all necesary info with enthuiasm and lot of smile. The room is simpla, but spacious, clean and providing the promised seaview from the balcony. The rooftop terrace is huge and exvellent to relax there a bit on the sunbeds provided. The old town is 10-15 mins walk at the waterfront. Restaurant is next door and it is good. Parking is easy around the hotel and free of charge. We didn't try the breakfast, but seen the offer it looked pretty average, so we took breakfast elswhere.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and helped us reserve a table at a restaurant even after closing hours. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

The town beach across the road, only a few steps away.The beautiful Maria Pia beach is a ten-minute walk away.The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and big supermarcet is just around the corner.The hotel is clean and the beds are extremely comfortable.I didn't use the pool, but I saw that it is cleaned every day and there are always enough free sunbeds around the pool.Breakfast is average. Not a big selection, but enough to start the day. You have to wait a little longer for the coffee because the machine is slow and that might need to be fixed.

Excellent location within a short walking distance to the old town and all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The view from our room out to the sea was fantastic. The balcony was nice. There was a thin sheet, an extra cover and a blanket, which was adequate and good for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was good and what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. The view from the breakfast room over the bay was simply breathtaking. All the staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady was lovely and the level of cleaning was good. The spa has a nice heated pool with jacuzzi section and a possibility to swim. But it is 40 € / 2 persons private use for 1 hour with only the pool and 65 € for 1 hour with pool and Turkish bath. 1 hour seems short and rushed for both the pool and steam room, and the experience would have been better with 90 minutes time for the pool + Turkish bath experience. This is the only small minus I can think of and the reason why I can't give this experience a full 5. Grazie a tutti!

Great location just off the Old Town, spotless with lovely housekeeping staff. Reception and bar staff were excellent. The top floor area is beautiful and a great place to relax and take in the spectacular views of the sea and Alghero.. the bar downstairs is beautiful and bright. We stayed for 4 nights.. rooms clean, great shower and the beds with fresh linen and towels every day. the spa area down stairs is lovely and quiet. Great pool. I would 100% stay here again.

Off season. I booked this hotel primarily for the garden terrace on the roof. It was closed. But I made sure to get a balcony room 4th floor with a decent sea view. And it was. The room was modern and sparsely furnished; bathroom shower reminiscent of cruise ship size. Very pleasant breakfast with view on 5th floor ( 8 Euro). Very well situated and easy walk to the sea and the old town and restaurants. Street parking virtually impossible so prepare to pony up another 10 Euro/night for a space in the “garage” soi disant around the corner- maneuvering down the ramp and into a tiny slot is not for the faint hearted but it is possible. Overall, pretty decent stay.

The room was perfect and spacious. The balcony had a lovely view and it provided 2 chairs to sit outside on. The breakfasts were great and we visited the bar in the evening. All the staff were lovely and helpful. We went to the Spa which was fantastic. The hotel was in a great area for the Old Town and the restaurants. We would highly recommend.

The first day, I had an issue where my door wouldn't lock and the reception was kind enough to let me move to another one. Location is just perfect ! Close to the beach, beach bus , supermarket and restaurants. The staff were all so nice.

Only stayed there for one night but will be saved for future stays in Alghero. Great location, beach at 10 minutes walk, fair size room and very clean. All staff I dealt with were friendly and professional.

All staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. We booked a side sea view room lovely view. Bedroom was large & very clean, bedding & towels were excellent, comfortable bed. Wi-Fi excellent. Hotel in great location on the sea front & short walk into town. Found plenty of street parking at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from omelettes we're excellent. Hotel is great value for money. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative hot water was intermittent most of the time luke warm/cold. Hotel is a little dated. Shower cubicles are very small & uncomfortable to use.

The location is excellent on the beach front with parking space along the road and hotel. Staff was excellent, very kind and helpful at all times. Hotel room was very clean, towels changed daily and room cleaned daily too. Room had a side view of the beach as described when booking. Hotel offers a very good buffet breakfast and also has a pizzeria and restaurant for dinner.

The location is excellent, right on the seafront with lovely views and just a short walk to Maria Pia beach and the old town. We booked a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, which was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was a nice surprise – good quality food, popular with locals, and open late, which was perfect when we arrived late in the evening.

The location of the hotel is great i.e. beachfront. It is also very close to supermarkets, beachbars and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was quite satisfying. The room was spacious, and it was cleaned every day. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed an upgraded suite at the El Faro. It was spacious, clean, quiet, well appointed, with an outstanding balcony with view of the sea and the Capo Caccia. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was spectacular buffet in a breakfast room overlooking the water. It was an amazing way to start each day ! A few notes to know: WiFi was provided but we found it inconsistent and only worked on our balcony. The issue was reported but not addressed during our stay. Also, there is a paid minibar provided in the room but no coffee/tea maker. The only way to get coffee or tea is from room service.

We loved the seclusion of this genteel sea front hotel. Rooms were immaculately clean with beautiful sea views. With regard to the beach/sea, we prefer private rocky coves with clear water over crowded sandy beaches and El Faro delivered! There were always plenty of loungers and shady spots if you wanted to get out of the sun. The entrance to the sea could be difficult for small children or those with mobility issues, but there are two swimming pools. Outstanding service at every level. Compliments to the staff and their professionalism. The breakfast buffet was ample and some additional items were available for a modest fee. The only complaint we have was the horrible coffee. We tried ordering espresso and cappuccino, but they were just as bad as the American coffee. Finally we resorted to hot tea, but the water was never really hot enough. A small thing to some, but for those of us who can’t wait for that first sip of a good hot cup of coffee in the morning, it was disappointing. We ate two lunches and several dinners at the hotel and were pleased with everything we ordered. One evening we drove into Alghero for dinner, but traffic, parking and the town were a circus. We quickly realized that we preferred to stay at the resort to enjoy a good, relaxing meal with great service and a stunning view. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend and return.

I had a great experience at Hotel El Faro. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The outdoor area was beautiful, with lots of nature and a rocky beach that made the place feel special. I really enjoyed the quiet, private sunbeds and the view of the sea from my room. The hotel is simple but very well maintained. The staff were kind and welcoming. Breakfast had fewer options than expected, but everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing stay — I would definitely come back!

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The surrounding scenery was stunning. We rented the hotel car, which was an easy process and a reasonable price and great to have the freedom to explore as there wasnt a great deal nearby. We didnt use the spa, but the two outside pools were lovely and the sunbeds were great quality and comfortable. We ate at the a la carte restaurant once and it was absolutely lovely food with great service and matched the slightly higher price. The only negative we had of our stay was the lunch at the pool bar on one of the days. We both ordered ceaser salad, which was expensive and basically consisted of a pile of iceburg lettuce, one cherry tomato, a drizzle of dressing and then some thin sliced chicken and cheese. We also two cocktails (10 euros each) which were very basic and not the best - strangest mojito we'd ever seen! The lunch aside, could not reccommend this hotel more. Clean, beautiful, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. A+ !! Would come back again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic location; the view across the bay was beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Good quality hangers which made a change from the motley collection one usually finds. Breakfast options must have covered most choices. Staff were very helpful and friendly; the head waiter exceptionally so. Downside? The hotel is away from the town, so if you do not want to eat in the restaurant every night (good food but static menu), you need to be able to drive. There is a mini bar in the room but if like me, you drink a lot of tea throughout the day, it has be be requested through either the bar or room service.

Just returned from a great 4 night stay at the Carlos V. We had an Executive Garden View Room - large room with balcony and ensuite with bath and shower, large sink area, robes, slippers and toiletries. Enough storage for two, minibar which included free soft drinks replenished daily plus kettle, broad tea and coffee selection. Bed was huge as was two singles connected together as is often standard - no an issue for us. Nice firm mattresses and extra pillows. Aircon controllable in the room and working perfectly. Breakfast was a wide buffet selection of cooked and continental - fruit, meats and cheeses, pastries, bread, pancakes, omelette station - you name it they had it. Coffee's made to order (the espresso was nice and strong!) and efficient service. The pool is a saltwater pool which was always a great temperature - cool enough for a refreshing dip but never cold. Manned all the time, pool towels provided on exchange of towel tokens. Loads of sunloungers and parasols and there were always beds available. Pool bar was great - drinks reasonable and wide selection. Nice lounge furniture and great views. Didn't try any of the restaurants apart from breakfast. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stayed for 16 nights in an executive sea view room. Suited us as we were looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday and this hotel provided it. Not up to the 5 star hotels we've stayed at elsewhere, but not an issue for us. Suitable for couples and families with young children, but probably not those with teenagers. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view from the 4th floor. Maid service was generally good, aircon excellent and very quiet. Free soft drinks and water restocked every day. Wifi slow at times, particularly late afternoon and early evening. TV had limited English language programmes (mainly news). Pool was very good with efficient attendants. Peak season, so difficult to find a spot with umbrella around the pool if you turned up after about 11am, but the staff were very good in helping. Didn't try the restaurant in the evening, although others said it was very good. So many restaurants in the town to try and the 10 to 15 minute walk in the evening into town was a nice way to end the day. Breakfast was very good - we had plenty of choice, so didn't get bored with the same food over 16 nights - just make sure to ask the staff for coffee and avoid the coffee on display. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would be very happy to stay at this hotel and revisit Alghero again.

When we were driving towards the hotel we were admiring this lovely building on the coast overlooking the cliff and soon realised it was actually our hotel and were so pleased! We arrived at 10.30 and check in was very quick and easy. Our room was extremely spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom. We were slightly disappointed that there were no options for late night food as we had been travelling but this wasn't an issue. Breakfast was incredible and looked just like the pictures. Omelette bar, croissants, English breakfast, fresh pancakes and more! We didn't spend much time at the pool but on the day we did we ordered drinks which were brought to us poolside with a selection of complimentary savoury pastries which were delicious. For my coeliac boyfriend he was disappointed as all the lunch time snacks were sandwiches etc and so there wasn't anything for him. Definitely something which can be improved. Slightly disappointing but again as we weren't often at the pool, it wasn't really a problem for us. Our return flight wasn't until 10pm. We checked out early and the hotel allowed us to leave our bags in a storage room and they also allowed us to book a room for 6pm to shower and get ready after our day out free of charge. This was so helpful and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our last day and get refreshed before our flight. Amazing hotel with great staff!! Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

I had a room at the side of the hotel overlooking the garden and the sea . The room was very spacious with a very large , comfortable bed. The bathroom was surprisingly small but it did had a nice , powerful shower area. There was , however , no bath. Clean , large white towels were changed daily . Free soft drinks were also provided. The breakfast was excellent in both quality and choices provided- fresh fruit , great variety of cooked choices , cereals , cakes etc !! The staff in the restaurant were professional and polite . The reception staff were friendly and willing to answer questions and help . Buses to/ from the town run from outside the hotel but frequency of buses was not brilliant - ( in June ) more buses run from July 1st . .

Stayed at this Hotel 3 years ago for the first time and had such a good experience that went back this year on a short break. Drove 300 km up north just to stay at Fertilia and have dinner at Da Bruno. It was worth the drive and Alghero is such a beutifull city... Everyone is really friendly and the rooms are spacious and Clean. My favorite thing about this Hotel is definitely the Restaurant Da Bruno specialized in Game meat. Real good and not pricey at all. I am looking forward to my next holiday in Sardinia to possibly enjoy another gorgeous meal at Da Bruno.

The staff is friendly. The hotel has a large yard and a beautiful area with a pine forest. The location is excellent, near beautiful beaches. The rooms are clean. Restaurant BRUNO is grat, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. We felt at home. All in all, a great experience. The only recommendation is to get around Sardinia by car.

We stayed at the hotel for just a night as we had a late flight. Staff were very helpful and communicate effectively with us. Rooms were clean . And a nice breakfast. Recommended!

Bread, cheese, cereals, croissants, cakes, fresh fruits. Dinner - We were expecting a buffet but surprisingly, the A-la carte was superb. We had different vegetarian options on all the 4 nights which we wouldn’t have been able to get if we had gone to a restaurant by ourselves. Also, the guest are allocated a fixed table in the restaurant everyday for breakfast and dinner which I think is a genius idea.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Portoconte — truly one of our best holidays, and we hope to return! The location is excellent, with a beautiful sandy beach and a great pool. The water is crystal clear, calm, and shallow — ideal for swimming. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-renovated, with excellent noise isolation and air conditioning. Housekeeping was exceptional. It's a perfect spot for relaxation: far enough from nightlife to be peaceful, but close enough to Alghero for a short trip out. There were always enough sunbeds and umbrellas available. A small gym would be a nice addition.

Magnificent views, soft sand, and crystal-clear waters. All rooms are just a 2-minute walk from the pool or beach. Although the pool is small, it’s rarely crowded as most guests prefer the beach. However, beach sun loungers tend to be fully booked by 8 AM since there are only two rows available (front rows cost €20 per day). The private beach is beautiful but short, about half a kilometer wide with private properties on one side and rocky areas on the other. Breakfast is simple but adequate, cereals, a variety of pastries, meats, and cheeses. Very spacious and clean rooms. Small shop about 10 minute walk away. Alghero town is beautiful with cobbled streets and lots of choices of restaurants.

Good location with a bus stop right outside the hotel, which makes getting to Alghero easy. The staff were friendly and helpful for the most part, although some didn’t speak English, but communication was still manageable. I opted for half-board. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but it could use more healthy options. Dinner was a bit hit or miss. Sometimes you’d get tasty Italian dishes, but other times the “grilled fish with vegetables” would turn out to be frozen fish fillet served with peas. Desserts were underwhelming, though still a nice inclusion. Drinks and even water at dinner come at an extra charge, which isn’t ideal. The private beach was lovely, but it would be great if all rows of sunbeds were free rather than charging for the first row. As it is, guests often leave towels on the second row, which can make finding an available space tricky. The view from the room was beautiful and definitely a highlight of the stay.

lovely position, perfect beach, lovely swimming pool. Free sun loungers! but is was late September. Room usual standard hotel. Bathroom small and door into it blocked it worse, nice size shower. Sea view balcony 2 chairs but no table shame. washing line to dry swimming costumes which was good . We had half board. Breakfast was good and the selection of cakes were to die for, Sadly the fruit juice was horrible artificial bit like rise water. Dinners were good value and the wine was not over priced. Also they kept any left wine in bottle over for next dinner which was nice, touch. Staff where very efficient and pleasant considering the size of the dining room. Plenty of parking under pine trees.

We stayed at the Vacanze hotel at the end of October 2019 and could not fault this hotel at all. Our stay was comfortable and we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the hotel considering how cheap the price was for staying. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the marina where there are lots of restaurants and shops to look around. Also great for going on the boat trip (or getting the bus) to Neptune’s Cave. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport using the €1.50 airport shuttle bus which stops on the main road and is a 2 minute walk to the hotel. We were extremely impressed with the hotel staff who were very helpful and catered to a couple of requests (for an iron and extra pillows!) Please make sure to visit the restaurant which is next door, the food was delicious (see picture), the house wine was lovely and staff again are extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore Alghero!

We stayed at the City Hotel for 2 nights as we had to travel onwards for a wedding. After our first day here and in Alghero we wanted to spend our entire holiday here. Rooms are extremely clean, we had lots of space with a huge bathroom. Although the view wasn't the best, it was still pleasant. Air con was spot on. Gianni (sp) on the desk was extremely helpful as we tried to organise our journey to the middle of the island (top tip - you need a car if you intend to travel around this mountainous island!) - he went out of his way to ensure we made it. Also, for a cheap and tasty Pizza, make sure you stop in on the restaurant before heading out to sample the numerous bars and gelaterias in the old city.

We stayed in alghero vacanze for a week at hotel end of July. 2 adults 1 teenager. After reading some reviews we were a bit sceptical but it was a lovely hotel. I wouldn't say it's a 4 star but its spotless, rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels. Beds are so big and comfortable . Air conditioning was amazing. Walls a bit thin but we slept great. It's was very hot in alghero and sometimes the showers were luke warm but that suited us. Staff were friendly enough. Our fridge didn't work but they changed it the next day. We had a small balcony ( looked over fire escspe) but again still nice to sit on .The location is the best part of this hotel. 1 minute and your in the heart of everything. We didn't eat there so can't comment on food. But I would go back to this hotel for sure . Great value for money.

Clean, very well maintained hotel for the area. Great value for money. Was pleasantly surprised by how modern and tastefully furnished the rooms were. The continental breakfast was perfect. Huge spread from cake and croissants to cereal, meats and cooked breakfast! The only thing to mention was the surrounding area - on a dark side street and did feel a little isolated at night. Easy access to the heart of Alghero though - just a 3 minute walk to the bus stop to the airport and centro storico.

We had a great 2-week holiday. On arrival, we were told we’d been upgraded to a “balcony” room, but most rooms have them so it wasn’t a big change. Rooms are small with very limited shower space, but clean and tidied daily. Breakfast is continental and, if arriving late (30-45 minutes before end) food isn’t restocked. The pool area is spotless, with a lifeguard from 9–12:30 and 3–7, though his loud phone volume was a bit disruptive. Lunch (advertised 12:30–13:45) was overpriced and stopped early at 13:15. The “specials” never changed always being gnocchi or chicken skewers with potatoes. Staff, especially reception, were very helpful, and the location is excellent, supermarket, restaurant, and gelato nearby. Maria Pia beach (15 min walk) is nicer than the local one. The beach bus is good but can be late or full however they send a second one moments after it. The airport bus left us waiting 40 minutes, so go early. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel despite a few small drawbacks.

We had a lovely two week relaxing stay at this hotel 1-15 September and the location is ideal. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and a five minute walk takes you to one of the many beaches in Algherro. The old town is a 25 minute walk away or you can take the bus for 1.50 Euros and they run frequently. The rooms are a little dated and the shower cubicle is very small but the rooms are spotlessly clean and the towels are replaced daily. The staff are attentive especially Gino and Emma in the restaurant and the food is very nice with a varied menu and a special mention for Pepe the night porter who was very friendly and we enjoyed many chats with him. Carlos the manager was extremely helpful and is a credit to the hotel and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Only downside was the plastic sunbeds which were very uncomfortable.

We loved our stay here. Everything so comfortable and well-run. The complimentary breakfast was incredible. None of your stale croissants here!! 😁 The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English, which helped, as our Italian is rudimentary at best! There is a fantastic supermarket across the road if you need any supplies. Easy jump into downtown Alghero, and our room had a view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms clean. Breakfast was included, and there was a very good supply to choose from. Staff were helpful and polite. Procedures were explained. You could book to have meals during the day and evening, again lots to have and we'll worth the money, if you didn't want to eat out. They is a local supermarket next door where you can stock up. The hotel is 5 mins walk away from beach. The swimming pool was lovely, never busy, possibly because the beach was so close.

The location was great, only 10 min drive from the centre, 5 min from Lidl, but very quiet. The apartments were cool, very good moskito proofed, clean and comfy. Amazing pool bar staff,very smily and helpful. The pool was clean, cool, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Great check-in/out times. You can arrive early unpack and chill in the pool before going to spend the evening in the town. Also, there is no need to get up very early.

The location was ok, close to Alghero . But the reception in the hotel and the rooms are far away from each other. You need to drive like two kilometres. Breakfast served nicely but not so much choice, but I a way it’s good because you don’t eat too much, keep me on diet. Tasty coffee, lovely staff. Rooms with air conditioners. Swimming pools nice with beautiful views around

The hotel was excellent, a very nice swimming pool with minibar. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy. We had en excellent stay, until the last morning. When our rental car had issues on the morning of our leave, Emanuel (staff) helped us out big time, drove us to buy oil, contacted the rental company for us, and eventually arranged for the rental company to pick us up and bring us a new car! On top of that we were encouraged to use the pool and other facilities until the new car arrived. Without his help we would have struggled to get all this fixed. We are very grateful and would recommend this hotel and its staff to everyone!

I really like it! People used to complain about the distance but if you are renting a car there’s no problem about everything! The breakfast is amazing, the pool also! So for me it was perfect

This was a most beautiful place to stay, the surroundings are so beautiful and it was such a treat to stay in a vinyard with the wonderful facilities offered in Casa Villamarina. The decor is so beautiful, understated yet luxurious. Our room was large and very comfortable with a fabulous modern bathroom. We also went for a lovely cycle around the vinyard on the bikes provided. We would definitely recommend doing the wine tour and tasting as it was of an extremely high standard, both in the tour and the delicious wine tasting, with local specialities to accompany the wine. Also, it is absolutely essential to stay for dinner in the beautiful restaurant- the food was amazing and the staff are so nice and friendly, it really is a must- do to really appreciate the wonderful experience at Sella &Mosca winery. We would highly recommend a stay here, and we would come back at the earliest opportunity.

The villa was set in the grounds of the Sella & Mosca winery. According to the staff the winery was established in 1899 and was a little village in itself - our villa was a converted house for the vineyard workers and the restaurant was converted from a school. There was a little church next to our villa. The rooms were spacious and elegantly decorated, and the bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. It was very clean.. A buffet breakfast was served daily and we ate in the restaurant in the evenings. The 5 and 7 course tasting menus were popular with guests but we opted to eat an entree and main course with a bottle of wine. The wines were excellent and available for purchase in the wine shop. There was an opportunity to go on a wine tour. There was plenty of free parking in the vineyard. The staff were charming and very helpful.

Casa Villamarina was the highlight of my trip to Sardinia with my friend. The location is absolutely gorgeous and serene. Surrounded by vineyards, nature and the friendliest staff ever. The wine bar is a big plus and they just introduced dinner on the hotel which was also delicious (also had wine pairings which were recommended by the helpful sommelier). The rooms are absolute perfection. Clean, spacious and comfy. In hotels like these, it’s the details that make the difference. The smell of the entire hotel, the careful choice of the toiletries, the service. An absolute gem in Sardinia, away from the buzzing towns for a proper peaceful retreat. The hotel offers incredible value, as for the entire time being there you feel as if you’re living in an Italian retreat dream. If I ever come to Sardinia again, I am absolutely visiting Casa Villamarina again. Grazie mille!

Set in the middle of the Sella & Mosca vineyards , it’s a very peaceful and tranquil place decorated in style . The wine bar is truly gorgeous. Staff at both the hotel and wine bar are very friendly and helpful with anything that you need . It a quick 15 minutes drive to town . Dinner at the wine bar was amazing as well .

Excellent coffee!! I especially liked that I could make myself a cup of coffee before breakfast which I enjoyed on our private patio.

Excellent accommodations with everything well thought out to make guests comfortable. Access to a fridge, coffee and tea, dishes, private patio, and even wine which Alessandro puts out for his guests! Very clean and comfortable room and walkable location for hiking and beaches. Fantastic breakfast with homemade cakes as well as plenty of protein and fruit choices. Great!!! Alessandro is a very attentive, warm and thoughtful host who obviously takes great pride in his home of Sardinia which he is happy to be able to share. Thank you again!!

For the price this is an amazing B&B. The owners are super nice and hospitable and the rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped. Yes, the location is definitely one thing that's not good, but if you're booking this B&B you probably know that and are either here with a car or, like us, here to go diving at one of the many diving places about 10-20 minutes walk away. All in all, great bang for the buck with great services and great location for divers. Oh, and the breakfast was great too--lots of choices of food!

Alessandro and Stephania are caring and attentive hosts they excell in making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Their BNB property is very spacious and has a cool vibe . We always look for attention to detail in our surroundings and they have provided this in many ways . The breakfast is wonderful. The outdoor sitting area in a lovely garden is a relaxing place to sip away the wine that the hosts gift to you on your arrival. The wine is produced from their own vines . The Restaurant close by is also fantastic.Good local wine. Very Rustic ,great service ,great music, Excellent staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff (even with an eye infection problem). You will welcomed with a wite wine. The room is maybe a little smal but large enough and very clean!!. In both (room and bathroom) you can find everyting you need, super. Also the breakfast was super and more, more, more then enough. You can use the fridge in the common room and your own room has open doors to the garden or to the font so that you can sit outside and enjoy your coffee. At night it was quiet! Private parking places enough. Thanks Casa Bianca!

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni’s apartment in Alghero with my husband. From the start, everything was smooth – we were even able to check in earlier than expected, which was a big plus. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. Breakfast was a lovely surprise each morning, with a wide variety of options, refreshing drinks, and delicious coffee. Giovanni was an exceptionally prepared and thoughtful host. After check-in, he sent us a detailed information package via WhatsApp with recommendations for restaurants, activities, and even the local bus schedules – super helpful! They even provided beach equipment like umbrellas and chairs, which we could take with us to the beach – such a great touch.

Luigi and elena were the loveliest hosts, so helpful and kind. The room was incredibly clean and had all required amenities and more! The location was fantastic, super close to both the old town and the beach for which they also provided a beach umbrella and beach mats! They also provided us with a car spot in their garage whixh was super handy. Breakfast was also beyond our expectations, with daily cakes, sandwiches, fresh fruit and more! We can't thank Luigi and elena enough and would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to beautiful alghero. Grazie mille !!

Super friendly host who greeted us upon arrival. The room is nice and the bathroom is big and fresh. All the amenities we needed, even beach matts and umberellas. Location is good, parking was easy right infront of the building. The biggest plus comes from breakfast! Compared to the italian breakfast you get in most places (just a cup of coffee and a pastry) here you could choose from many options and have as much coffee, juice, etc as you wish.

Luigi was an excellent host! Very attentive and very helpful. He provided us with all the information we needed and he was extremely hospitable. The bnb is perfectly clean and newly decorated. The room was cleaned and beds changed every day. Drinking water supplied daily in rooms , tea, coffee etc. Luigi 's Mom, Rita, and his sister help with the cleaning ...they are lovely people. Rita makes fresh cakes for breakfast every day ...gorgeous! Tutto era perfetto! Grazie! I highly recommend Don Giovanni!

The room is clean, there's water, tea and coffee available, breakfast has a bit of everything for all the tastes. Service is amazing, Helena and Luigi provided the best service we ever had at a stay. Location is perfect, the beach within max 5 min walk from the b&b is gorgeous and they provide chairs and parasols, everything to make your life easier. Definitely going back to Alghero and back to don Giovani. Grazie mille!

A cute little hotel in the heart of Alghero! Location was great around 10 minute walk into the old town, shops and cafes near by and free parking was easy to find near the B&B. Raffaele was a very welcoming host he helped us carry the luggage up and offered some good bars to try out during our stay he was kind, friendly and very helpful. The room was cosy, stylish and clean, it had all the essentials! Loved the little balcony too! Breakfast had simple but lovely selections of pastries, fruit yogurt, fresh fruit, cured meats and cheese and a coffee machine.

We fell in love with Raffaele's B&B from the very first moment we got there. Cosy, bright, impecable clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice, open view over the park. Modern, new, well equiped kitchen. Rich italian breakfast with multiple choices. Helpful host, with lots of usefull recomandations and tips for restaurants and not only, really doing a lot to make you feel wellcome. Short walking distance to the old city and sea. Overall, a perfect place to stay. Mille grazie, Raffaele!

Clean and nice and cool with the air con. Delicious breakfast. Coffee machine available with good coffee (not just at breakfast). Wonderful breakfast options of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, meat and jams with bread, crackers and muffins. Super helpful host.

Everything was just perfect! Raffaele is a great person, a real pleasure to meet him! The room was very clean, the bed is really comfy, the internet worked perfectly, the AC is very silent and can be used either for hot and cold days in Alghero. The breakfast is very good (specific Italian) with a lot of sweets and cookies, one of the best coffees I have ever had which can be personally configured for your own taste, natural juice, cereals and yoghurts. The apartment is situated just 5-7 minutes of normal-slow walk from the Old City where all the restaurants and bars are located, and even if I read on some other comments that the area is a little bit noisy, in my opinion it is not true, for me it was just perfect, I couldn’t hear even one car or siren during the period (4 days) which I’ve stayed in this Apart-hotel. The host Raffael was very nice and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room had private access to a cute balcony where we could take breakfast. They also offered all towels and amenities. The best was the breakfast. The idea was that we could take anything from the fridge and the kitchen, making our own breakfast and enjoying it on the balcony/patio. This way, we only ate what we wanted and didn’t waste anything. Plus they had all the bins for recycling and filtered tap water. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

We had a warm and welcoming reception and the host gave us snacks and a welcome drink which was a nice touch. Super comfy bed and pillows and great shower. Room was spotless. There was a good spread out in the morning for breakfast and a relief to have some non sweet bread included along with nice pastries. Location is a good quiet area and about 15-20 minutes walk to main town.

Room was quite spacious and modern. Owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with several options. Walking distance to city center and beach.

The host sent me a lot of information for our arrival when I contacted him. He was friendly and helpful. Also shared a lot of useful links for activities in the city and some stores/restaurants/sightseeing. We enjoyed the breakfast - there were sweet and savory options, fresh fruit every day and delicious cakes. Also coffee, juice and tea were available. The room was nice and we also loved the balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. (There was also a coffee machine in the room and an electric kettle to make tea) We appreciate the beach mats, chairs and a sun umbrella. Also there were small shower gels available. We also found a big bottle of mineral water prepared in the room.

We stayed for a short vacation for 4 nights in April. The appartement is located in a quite street, its within block of flat. The owner is very friendly and helpful also before we arrived he answerred my questions. We arrived earlier and there was no problem to come and have coffe and cake till our room gets ready. The kitchen stayed open all the time so in case you would like to have coffee or piece of cake/fruit there was no problem. Either the coffee machine is also directly in appartement. The breakfast was good, every room had its table marked with names. The choice of food was ok. Every morning freshly prepared by owners mum 😀 Selection of meat, cheese, bread, yoghurts, fruits, muesli... The choice of cakes was perfect, but the best piece for us was a cheescake (thatqas heaven 😀). The room is big enough well equied. We had a small balcony, too with a very limited sea view. But the sea is in 2 minutes walking distance.

Luigi and his family were really nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean. The breakfast was good and delicious. The beach was 5 minute away, as the bus station. There were many restaurants and a big Supermarket (Conad).

Excellent Location close to the Centre, Old town and the Beach. Comfortable modern clean apartment, loved having the balcony, highly recommend this apartment for a 3 night stay. Lots of lovely restaurants close by.

Antonio was there waiting for us when we arrived a bit earlier than expected and was very welcoming and helpful . The appartment is situated an easy walk into the old town either along the seafront or thru the town and the room is clean and comfortable and opens onto a terrace . Breakfast is simple but Patrizia will make you a great cappuccino ! She is lovely and friendly and always a smile on her face! We needed safe parking for our campervan and scooter and this facility was great with a gated large courtyard and designated park place. It was a relaxing couple of nights stay for us at Blu&Blu , excellent value for money and we would stay again if visiting Alghero

Antonio and Patrizia were wonderful hosts. Antonio picked us up from the airport for free and helped us to rent a car without which we would not have been able to enjoy the wonders offered by the northwest coast of Sardinia. Very clean, quiet and well equipped room, comfortable bed, big balcony with a nice view. Close to the centre, shops, restaurants, pharmacy around the house. Nice (sweet) breakfast, free mineral water and juice in the fridge. We will definitely come back, thank you for everything!

Location excellent. Antonio and Patricia were very friendly and attentive and they provided everything we needed. Antonio even picked us up from the airport. The property was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed complimentary breakfasts on our private terrace. (Fantastic coffee). We would be happy to return.

It is very convenient pension just in the very centre of the city, very near to Alghero old town. Private parking place just by the building and behind the gate is really a great advantage! The room is big enough and bathroom also quite spacious with spacious shower. Host is very friendly and helpful. It is very good base for exploring Alghero and its surroundings.

Great central location, walking distance to everything. Value for money. Clean, comfortable. Patricia our host was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this property to friends. We even had free parking on the property. It was also very safe and quiet.

We had 4 nights at the Flowery Villa at the start of our holiday in Alghero. I booked the airport transfer with Ben as we had a very early flight and knew we would be tired. Ben was there to meet us and drive us to the apartment. He was so welcoming and helpful. Our apartment was ready and we were able to check in early which meant a lot to us. The welcome continued with some lovely Sardinian products to eat and drink available in the apartment. It is a very nice gesture. There are bikes available if you want. It is a great way, maybe the best way, to get around Alghero. There are bike paths in the centre of town. You can walk to the old town in 15 minutes from the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Good size bedroom and very comfortable bed. We met a lovely family from Bologna who had the apartment next to us and they shared dinner with us. Lovely guests, lovely hosts. Thank you Ben.

The patios;bicycles (not that we used them); the gardens; walking proximity to a grocery store, espresso bar, and good restaurants; quiet; and parking was sufficient. The weather cooperated.

The place is well located 15 20min walk to the center of Alghero. In a quiet street so no noise You can use the free bike at your disposal at the place. There is a garden to chill. You have a shop down the road and a cafe pizzeria. The place is like a bungalow build but very good size, and clean. You have a coffee machine, microwave, fridge /freezer, and hot stove. The bed is big, found the pillows very hard. The owner was very responsive to my text. I didn't meet him. But it was a lovely lady Maria (I think) that made the check in and explained everything. I recommend it to everyone one

the apartment is great. the staff is kind and helpful, Beniamino was excellent he come and pick me up from the airport as it was bank holiday without extra charges. bikes are for free, washing machine available for free and the kitchen has all the utilities. moreover, the apartment has coffee machine and all toiletries. to be honest I loved the stay at the Flowery Inn Villa, I stayed by myself and it was a safe place even coming back late in the evening. Beniamino was wonderful and there to support and help straight away. Honestly, I can’t complain about anything. I will definitely be back next year.

Flowery Inn Villa is a perfect place to stay in Alghero. Beniamino, the host, is very helpful. check in and check out is quick and easy. Our apartment was located in the last floor and it was huge, even for 6 people. All necessary amenities are available and there are even bikes to rent for free to get to the city center. Perfect place in Alghero and we will come back for sure!

Very nice, quiet and relaxing place. Location was perfect, nearby you have a nice clean beach with few good places to eat. Also very close to other attractions to explore (Alghero, Capo Caccia and all places around the bay). The breakfast was good, healthy, especially the homemade cakes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice facility around. Kids can play with cats and dogs and you can fill like you nearly part of the family. Highly recommended.

Arcangelo and Maria were the most hospitable hosts that we have EVER encountered. They went over and above to make sure that we had the best possible stay. From dinner and beach recommendations to supplying extra pillows, they exceeded our expectations. They went so far as to obtain dijon mustard for us for our cold cuts at breakfast when they heard about our love for good mustards. To top all of this off, Archangelo is a well trained pastry chef who’s creations are enjoyed at breakfast! Staying in a place like this, we could all become centenarians. About the room, it was spacious and spotless. The bed was quite comfortable, lighting was great in both the room and bathroom, and the medium sized refrigerator had a little larger freezer than most.

Very beautiful place surrounded by wineyards and amazing countryside! We were so impressed by hospitability of the hosts, delicious breakfast and all recommendations. The localisation is near to everything we wanted to see. We also liked our room (it was very clean and with all conveniences) and the garden with view to have a glass of evening wine.

The studio apartment was by far the best we have ever stayed in ,in Europe.!! It was spotlessly clean, towels changed every 2 days and bed linen every 4 days. Lots of hot water, facilities were exceptional. Microwave,kettle and coffee maker and fridge. A continental breakfast was topped up every 2 days and was perfectly adequate for us. Fresh fruit and bottled water in fridge on arrival a lovely bonus. Large bed very comfortable lovely shower ,very spacious for a studio apartment. Felt very secure and safe in apartment. Key entrance to main door and apartment also fire door. Location is perfect even without a car. In centre of the old town near market shops, restaurents, the bus terminal and the beautifull marina views. Lovely architecture and old buildings, plenty of seating along lovely walkways. We took a ferry to Neptune's grotto which are spectacular caves and we'll worth a visit Ferry takes you up to mouth of caves , the best we have ever seen.!! Buses to and from airport run every hour and only cost 1euro single journey . Bus stop at Via Catalognia only 250 metres from apartment. Tourist information office nearby very helpfull. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting beautifull Alghero.

I will definitely return to Sardinia and I am sure I will stay here. The location - right in the heart of the old town - is perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and the charming streets. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wifi. The bed is comfortable. Emanuele is indescribably friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail when he accompanied me to the apartment, gave me tips on restaurants to go to, events not to miss. He was always available on Whatsapp to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here — the location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Alghero, with everything within easy walking distance. The host was truly friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated the flexibility with late check-in and check-out. He also gave us plenty of great tips on what to see and do in the area, as well as some excellent local restaurant recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, including a small kitchen which was very convenient. The self-served breakfast was a nice touch — it was restocked every two days with fresh items, which we really appreciated. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely return next time we’re in Alghero!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The attention to detail and the level of service provided was truly outstanding. I had a wonderful stay in Alghero. I loved the cozy studio in the heart of the old town. The bed was confortable and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a good breakfast. The lodging is located a 5-minute walk from the airport and beach bus stop, overlooking Piazza Civica surrounded by former palaces. The room was absolutely soundproof even though it looked out over the Piazza. There is an elevator. The host, who speaks perfect English, was very welcoming and communicated on WhatsApp regarding the code to enter the property. The bed was super comfortable, the room is large and has all the necessary amenities. Also a kettle and electrical outlets in all the right places to conveniently charge, one's phone, etc.

Fantastic location in main square of Old Town. Surrounded by shops and Eestaufants but not noisy. Very conformable bed, spacious room. Communal sitting area. 2 minutes walk from Bus Stop to airport ( 1 euro if pay in advance or 1.50 euro on tbe bus). Beach literally begins in Harbour, can walk 4km along Maria Pia Beach

The location is on the main square with restaurant in the old town. Still, it is quiet because the windows do not face the square itself. The room was big enough and it was clean. We had self-checkin and since we arrived late and left very early for our flight, we did not get to see our host. Still, communication with him was very easy.

The ambiance was perfect, location amazing. Fabulous views over the port/marina and right in the old town. Great shopping and restaurants and it was a unique experience to stay in an historic building in Alghero. We appreciated the quirky historic feel of the apartment, the shared spaces, the artworks and amazing ceiling. As a group of three couples travelling together it was perfect.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town, close to restaurants and a great view of the marina from my balcony. The owner allowed me to drop my luggage off early before check-in, which was very kind of her. The property was clean and well equipped.

I loved this place because it had the bones of an old palace with modcons! The massive windows in my room opened up to a view of the picturesque harbor. My room was massive, clean, safe and comfortable. It was centrally located in the heart of the piazza civita. I truly enjoyed the autonomy of staying here; I came and went as I pleased. No staff was visible (or required) but beds were made and ready to eat breakfasts supplies were replenished each morning. Every room had a mini fridge and a dinette. I could not have asked for more. Rates were quite reasonable, given location and quality. I enjoyed this stay a lot!!!!

I liked the view and the fact that was very clean and the host was very nice and helped us with a reservation at a restaurant and recomandation for gelato. Also we had everything that we need in the room starting from fridge to espresso machine.

The owner was amazing! Our flight was delayed and we got in really late, and she came with her car to pick us up from the bus stop. She was so kind and helpful giving us tips regarding where to park for free once we got our hire car, and places to visit. The location was 10/10, right in the old town! The street was so calm, we did not hear any cars, and hardly heard people either. We stayed on the bottom floor and we did not hear anyone else in the block! Every other day people came in to clean and to give us fresh towels and shower stuff. The room also comes with a fridge and complimentary water bottles, as well as coffee, tea and biscuits. The bed was very comfy too which is a bonus.

We are more than satisfied with our stay in the accommodation. The bed was comfortable, the airconditional handy and the room, toilet super clean. The hostess Sonya was exceptionally kind and helpful. She has given us tips, recommendations of restaurants, places to visit, and even let us leave our luggage in her restaurant after the check out. Additionally, we highly suggest a visit to her place, the Focacceria, for the reason that the food is great, they are fast, have amazing coffee, and the staff is very nice too.

Great location, exceptionally clean, modern & well equipped with good facilities within the suite with terrace. The terrace catches the evening sun & is nice & relaxing with a little view of the marina. Located on a quiet street behind the historic walls. Sonya the host is a lovely & very accommodating lady. Will stay again if I visit Alghero in the future.

The location was absolutely amazing. We arrived during the night time and the host met us to bring us directly to the apartment. It was a 3-4 minute walk from the marina and in a quiet part of the old town. Shops, bars and restaurants were all within 5 minutes walking distance and Sonya had amazing recommendations of what to do and where to eat. (Would highly recommend Foccaceria il Milese for amazing sandwiches) Would 100% stay here again when we return to Alghero without a doubt!

Location is perfect, room is clean, modern and spacious. We where for the second time and we are having a amazing stay both times. Is a perfect spot.

Short and cheap bus rides from the best beaches (Bombarde and Maria Pia). Convenient to get to and from the airport. The room was very spacious, check-in and check-out was very convenient. The property manager was speedy in their responses. As someone who only traveled with a small bag, it was very nice to have shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/hairdryer in the bathroom.

The location is very nice! Close to the old town, with plenty of cosy restaurants, cafes and breakfast options. Yet quiet enough in the night to sleep with the window open. The bed was extremely comfortable, and so was the shower. I really appreciate the provision of shampoo, soap, conditioner and lotion. The room was very romantically decorated.. Amazing views of Alghero marina from the balcony. Located right next to the entrance to the old town. Also, close to large parking lot. Really charming room. Balcony doors had exceptional sound proofing and after being closed completely blocked out the sounds from the restaurants, marina and street below.

Clean sheets, regular towel change, clean bathroom, balcony, apartment location, owner communication. I would like to emphasize the tidiness of the whole building and the location - everything was just a step away, incl. bus stop station which leads to the beach. Also the communication with owner was always fast, easy and very nice & supportive. Thank you, DOMO, it was a great stay and we will book again once in Alghero. Btw, the balcony was also a very nice place for a chill :)).

Room is rather smaller size, but its compensated with very generous balcony. Accommodation has great location for visiting city centre and close by beach. Room was very clean, with comfy bed and mini-fridge. Owners were friendly, actively communicating and were even willing to store our luggage on our last day of stay.

The place offers different type of rooms for rent. We were together with another couple so we booked two double rooms with balconies and were very pleased with our rooms. They were spacious enough with all necessary facilities for your comfortable stay.The location is perfect - close to the old town and the bus station to the airport and island trips. The nearest beach is only 15 minutes away. The host was very kind and communicative via Whatsup. They let us leave our bags after check-out in the block entrance area till our bus to the airport so we could enjoy Alghero for some more hours.

Staying with Lamberto felt as if you were staying with a freind or family member, very welcoming, friendly and always willing to offer assistance; be it restaurant recommendations or the use of beach mat and parasol... The room was clean, cosy and comfortable, and the apartment itself is well located, 5 minutes from the beachfront of Lido beach, as well as the local supermarket, pizzeria, gelataria and many local restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old town of Alghero, but is a nice leisurely stroll. A discounted breakfast could be had at Deliciós, a café 5 minutes away with very friendly staff, but we'd recommend asking for the brunch menu for those who want just that bit more than a strong epresso and a sublime croissant. But above all, Lamberto and his easy going nature just put us at ease to enjoy our stay. Whenever you're next in Galway Lamberto, we'll have a pint!

Guesthouse was in great location close to bus stop, grocery, pharmacy. Breakfast was covered by 5 Euro voucher per person in bistro Delicious, which has really tasty food and this voucher is enough for sufficient breakfast. Owners Natalia and Lamberto are very kind and helpful people who are able to provide everything you need (especially they are willing to lend you anything from their beach accessories). Room and also bathroom were very clean and bed was really comfortable. We also appreciated coffee machine in the room. You can use shared fridge if you need. During our time of stay (end of July) was water in closest beach Lido di Alghero dirty but 15 minutes walk from guesthouse is Beach Maria Pia which is probably nicest beach in the area.

Natalia and Lamberto made us feel home from the very beginning, they were very caring and helpful, they also recommended us a very good restaurant and a gilato. Location is perfect, close to the beach, several restaurants, coffees and beach bars within 5 minutes walk. Also close to the port and the beautiful historical center of Alghero. The room was clean and tidy with everything you need. Breakfast was very good(since it’s in a Bistrot in the neighborhood, you can have breakfast even late and they have very varied choice) We definitely recommend Natalia and Lamberto’s place. To Natalia and Lamberto: thank you guys for everything you are really great hosts hope to see you guys in Munich if you ever decide to come😉

The room is very clean with a very comfortable bed and numerous places to hang clothes and towels to dry. There's also an AC which really helps in the hot Sardinian summer :) The staff is very friendly and helps out with any additional requests one might have. Upon arrival, Federica showed us around the apartments and told us we could use the fridge, the cutlery and plates, and even beach towels and an umbrella free of charge. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely come back! The breakfast is at a bakery nearby that has great diversity of food (both salty and sweet). Everything there is very tasty and you can have a hefty breakfast with the vouchers provided by Acqua Chiara. :) There are several really good restaurants around and perfect Pistachio gelato just 7-8 mins away.

All was very clean and tidy, smells very good, big flat screen with Netflix is a friendly tip during long nights in november. Natalia is lovely, very helpful, if needed gives some tips where to go and what to visit. Bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast in a form of voucher to nearby restaurant, maybe not enough for the very hungry guest 🙉 but restaurant itself serves delicious snacks, cookie's, vsrius croissant, coffee etc, really worth to go.

We had a delightful stay at Dolmen Guest House. This guest house had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was very clean and modern, with well-maintained facilities that made us feel right at home. The location was another highlight, as it was conveniently close to the city center. This made exploring the local attractions easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Dolmen Guest House for its excellent amenities and prime location.

The room was new, very modern and clean. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve encountered in two months of travelling! Parking on the street was a little scarce however patience is a virtue! Check-in was easy and flexible. There was even an honesty system for the drinks in the fridge, something I haven’t seen anywhere else, but much appreciated after arriving tired at the end of a long day’s travel. There is a shutter on the balcony door which makes the room super dark and quiet from the street noise.

Everything was perfect, comfortable and new! The bed, the bathroom, the decoration... The common area was so good and fresh! You had your space ok the fridge to put your stuff and little tables to seat down and eat your meals ... The self check in was really fast, we booked the room when we were entering the plane in Frankfurt and when we landed we already had a response to to the check in online! After that your receive the easy instructions to enter! Perfect really!

Our room was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. There was a shared kitchen which was also always clean and it had everything we needed. The property is a 10 minute walk from the centre. We liked everything :)

This is a great place to stay. It's 10 minute walk along the sea front into the old town of Alghero which is beautiful with lots of bars and restaurants. We had a private terrace and the room was very large, spotlessly clean and a big comfy bed. There is no breakfast included but a kettle and tea and coffee is provided but wehad breakfast in the nearby Monti Bar.Giuseppe, the owner is very friendly and sent us some great restaurants suggestions I would love to stay here again.

Giuseppe was amazing and so helpful. Anything I needed he was available by what's app. A very kind and honest man. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the waterfront and old town. Bus stop right in front. An espresso bar next door where I was treated like family. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. All the comforts of home. I loved my stay and can't wait to return. 10 out of 10!

Guisseppe was a lovely host. He waited for us to check in even though our flight was delayed til after 10pm. This is a family run business so it was wonderful for him to do that. He talked me through a map of the local food, beaches, and areas for us to go to. We went to one of his recommended restaurants and it was DELICIOUS. The bedroom / bathroom was very clean, towels were clean, had air conditioning, and perfect location. Thank you 😊

Very nice place + super nice host with great knowledge of city and whole area. Barbara told us and whatsapp us all the locally proven locations and also restaurants, it was indeed very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfy, fresh and cozy. You can reach the city center by walk (15 min) by the sea. But you get free parking at the street (we had no issue to park in front of the building in August). We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back any time.

From the minute we landed, the host was exceptional. The host Barbra was very helpful and friendly. She provided us with a map and gave us advice on the best places to visit. The hospitality was what we loved most about this property. The room was also very clean and spacious. On arrival we were greeted with snacks and on departure we were also given a surprise. The room was equipped with pillows of different sizes, a safe and multiple towels. We were delighted with our stay.

The hospitality of the owner, Barbara, was amazing. She helped us greatly with advice for nice places to visit, restaurants, car rental, airport transfer. We felt very comfortable and that is thanks to her. The room was nice and cozy and the property is 15-20 mins from the center. You have at the same time the comfort of a quiet area and also you are within walking distance of the main attractions

The structure is sited in a small building, and all the rooms are all on the same floor. All rooms have their private bathroom and everything is freshly renewed. The Host, Barbara, is Great, she is very attentive and welcoming, very prepared and able to guide the guests. The Structure do not offer breakfast, but Barbara let us found some snacks and beverage as welcoming gift, very appreciated.

We wanted apartment out of the city center. We rented a car and we were able to find parking place around the house without any issue. Room was clean and comfortable for the fair price. We loved the room design. Barbara gave us tips for places to visit around. Amazing and helpful host. 🙂 I highly recommend this place.

Super clean, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, we closed the outer blinds and got a good night sleep. There was a coffee machine in the room with 4 capsules together with light breakfast. A cute balcony to sit and drink the coffee.

Stefano was a super friendly and helpful host. He went out of his way to recommend restaurants etc. The room was spotlessy clean, the bathroom so well equipped with a new shower with lots of fun features! We would highly recommend Stefano 's room at Alguest for comfort, convenience and excellent hosts. One very helpful service was the use of a secure garage space in their other accommodation block down the street to store our luggage before and after check in/out.

The room was clean and a good size with a lovely balcony we could sit out on. There were lots of snacks, a kettle and even a coffee machine. Marta was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived and during our stay. She gave us many recommendations of restaurants and things to do which saved us lots of time. Would definitely stay here again.

Central… easily walkable to old city and local beach. If you drive 15 minutes, you will find a nicer fine white sand beach. Property is clean and modern. Beware, its on 3rd floor and no elevator. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours coming and going

I like how quiet the hostel is. I felt like I had a hotel room as it was so peaceful. It’s very clean and spacious and close to the main harbour area. The bed was comfortable and there’s a nice common area. I had my own room during my stay.
