The best hotel we have ever been to! The level of service is amazing and the staff are so lovely. A really big thank you to Ramiro who looked after us really well in the Glass Bar - you are a credit to the hotel and it was a pleasure to meet you! :) The rooms were lovely, really spacious, and so clean with great facilities. The spa was also a really nice addition to our stay and very relaxing. The gym is also great - immaculate and spacious, by far the best hotel gym we have been to. It was very quiet when we stayed (it's certainly set up for the winter ski season) so going in the summer months is great to really relax. The included breakfast was also lovely - a big choice in a buffet and options to pick from the menu - perfect.

Perfect location just in front of the ski lift.Soldeu is very quiet and great for families. Not enough restaurants selection like in pas de la casa. The breakfast is o.k. good selection but they never change it. Coffee machines are very slow and the Coffee is not good. This hotel is not cheap at all, and you pay mostly for the location. The staff are helpful and kind.

I normally don't give 10s for reviews, but I really have to give this hotel one. Super-friendly staff. Great, spacious, quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Really nice gym. Great location with amazing views.

We love the comfort of our room and how room service kept it tidy throughout the day and the little goodies we got every day. The facilities in general were fantastic, from the spa/wellness area to the bar/restaurants. Breakfast was made up of fresh quality produces which I don't usually enjoy in most hotels even when they are 5 stars. I will definitely return for a few days of relaxation in a luxury yet cosy environment

Lovely hotel. Great room with wonderful view. The best spa I have ever experienced. We had dinner in the sushi restaurant which was excellent. On our second night we had dinner in their one star Michelin restaurant which was one of the best meals of this type we have ever had. The food was inventive, beautiful and tasty. We would highly recommend it.

The location is very convenient - in the city center on a pedestrian street. The room is spacious and comfortable. Parking is convenient and bright, with access via the elevator directly to the reception. The staff is friendly. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel! I’ve never seen such a huge bed anywhere else — it was incredibly comfortable to sleep on! The view of the city and the mountains from the window was amazing. The staff were very polite. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional — truly beyond praise. Everything was perfect!

The room was very spacious, clean, modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. Exceptionally friendly and professional service at the reception. Delicious breakfast. 100% satisfied!

The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast was great with some choice, free parking, spa access is amazing. It is also quite area. The use of the kitchen is with deposit of 10.5euro. The view is also amazing!

Everything, indoor and outdoor hot tub, mini gym, spa. Restaurant, bar great breakfast included. We ordered pizza for the evening which was made on-site and brought to our room. Tea and coffee and smart tv. Everything that we wanted. Perfect

Beautiful setting for a lovely hotel and spa. The 2 bedroom layout was perfect for us traveling with grown son. Bar and pizza offering was convenient and good! Breakfast was plentiful.

Breakfast is excellent with an omelette station and fresh produce and great bread. Parking is available on request. The spa has a large sized pool, separate jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room. The El Canillo ski lift is just 5 minutes' drive, down the hill, from the hotel. The staff is very polite and accommodating.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The staff are among the most courteous and kind I have ever encountered. From reception to the bar and restaurant, everyone is always ready to help, greeting you with genuine smiles. The terrace offers breathtaking views, while the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Breakfast is wonderfully varied and absolutely delicious.

The location and views were fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and even decorated my room for my birthday 😀 The food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the bar with its pool table and other games. Great value for money and reasonable wine prices at dinner. All in all we loved this hotel, would recommend and would go back again.

I've been hosted We stayed in a quadruple room at Yomo Mola Park and had an excellent experience. The room was very spacious, perfect for our family, with an impeccable bathroom and very comfortable beds. The sofa-bed was also great for the kids. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to everything we needed and very convenient for exploring Andorra. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the breakfast — absolutely spectacular, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, space, and a great location!

Extremely convenient if you are using the Caldea Spa (it's next to it!). It is still close enough to the popular area of the city. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and pleasant, there was a fridge and safety deposit box, enough towels and other amenities (shower cap, hair brush etc.). The hotel has a nice dinner offer.

Great hotel with amazing staff who were always willing to help. Having a hotel with a sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi was a real bonus on a ski holiday and the free/frequent bus up to the Funicamp cablecar was great. We also liked the very large games room and hotel bar to relax in. We were also there for the Carnival which was brilliant and a truly unique experience. And who doesn't like 6am fireworks on a Sunday :)

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was high quality. It has an in-house restaurant/bar that was convenient for our first night and for pre-dinner drinks; basic but tasty and good value.

I stayed here to run the Spartan race and the location is just a five minute walk from the start point and finish line, right in the center of the action. The hotel has a lovely vibe and truly makes you feel you’re in the Pyrenees. The room was very spacious, the views were amazing, and the facilities made my trip extra special. Breakfast was superb and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Staff was very helpful. The facilities were in perfect conditions, everything worked and looked as advertised. It was comfortable to stay with pets, you're provided with a bed and plates for your dog in the room. Pets aren't allowed inside the restaurant, but there's a terrace outside with great views so you can still have dinner or breakfast without problems. The breakfast at the restaurant had a wide variety of food, with most of it tasting great.

Everything. This was a wonderful hotel. Very comfortable room and beds, staff were attentive, efficient and professional and the food was delicious (we were half-board). The view from our room and balcony was breathtaking.

i liked the size of the room which had a terrace over the square, a jacuzzi and and it was in a brilliant location.

I stayed over for 2 nights whilst enroute to Barcelona. On arrival I was unable to use their carpark however there's a secured underground carpark opposite for the same rates 28 euros per 24 hours. Hotel location is central to restaurants, bars and shopping. The solarium spa is 24 euros and really worth a visit. The room is comfortable with smart TV, fridge, free safe, walk in shower & deep bath, air conditioning and tea making facilities. Breakfast is first class with a selection of hot and cold foods. Highly recommended

The location is very good, close to everything and has available parking for 23€ per day which is very nice. Staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is good, and the restaurant/bar/cafe on the ground floor has a lovely terrace on the square. Very good coffee too!

The hotel was right in the centre, with a big room and window showing the hills of Andorra. The hotel had lots of space and very friendly staff. It was easy to park and had valet service. The room was clean, shower and bath amazing! Lovely toiletries, and very comfortable bed. Good air conditioning.

Room was very nice, comfy bed though we had 2 x single beds instead of double requested. Breakfast was very good, all the staff were very attentive. Bar was nice and had log fire which made it very cosy.

Elegant hotel in the middle of La Massana, just across the road from the cable car (we didn’t go up as we had other purpose for visiting Andorra). Comfortable rooms, bed especially, bathroom with bathtub, very much appreciated. Very helpful for us was the fact that they accept pets❤️. The breakfast was excellent and at a very good value. We could park on the hotel reserved spots just outside, and for free, which is a big bonus in Andorra. We didn’t try the spa, maybe next time. For sure we’ll stay again when in Andorra.

Location is very good, just by the ski lift. There is a supermarket downstairs and bunch of cafes, bars and restaurants around. The apartment is good, rooms are separated and spacious enough, big bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, check in was easy. Free parking 200-300 meters away. If i ever be in Andorra again, i most probably will stay here.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly with perfect English and all smiling! We had a late check in, which they were incredibly helpful with and everything was organised very efficiently with easy to understand instructions for us. We stayed as a couple in one of the smaller apartments, but it had plenty of space and everything we needed to self cater for our stay. The supermarket and ski gear room we could use were super close and handy as was the gondola. We would definitely return here.

2 Adults, 1 Teen. Great communication before we arrived. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Had enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal if you wanted. Easy access with a key card. Arinsal has a good assortment of restaurants, cafes and shops. Good bus service too, if you want to explore. Definitely recommend!

Apartment was very nice and well equiped. We could use heating and it worked well, bed was comfortable, spacious bathroom. Kitchen well equiped, so we were able to cook some basic meals. Staff was very helpful with everything. Thanks a lot

The hotel is very well run with a staff who couldn't be more helpful, on arrival we were issued with guide books and maps of the area so we were able to plan our days activities. The spa situated in the basement was well equipped with sauna, steam and gym facilities while the jacuzzi and pool were a welcome area of relaxation. The restaurant had a extensive menu with the food both cooked and presented to a very high standard. Only criticism would be a lack of room tea and coffee making facilities and an instruction book on the room and hotel.

Stayed for a few nights and we couldn't have made a better choice in Grau. Locations is amazing, on the marina but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Hotel is very well laid out and the rokns well appointed. All I would ask for would be a spa pool, hot tub or jacuzzi bath. Otherwise a lovely hotel.

Grau Roig Hotel is located directly next to the slope. The rooms are really nice alpine style and it was nice to have the fresh mountain air after a few really hot days. The spa area and indoor pool is a bit small but the outdoor jacuzzi with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains make up for it. The restaurant is split in two parts; one specialized in fondue and typical winter dishes (that guests also seem to order in Summer) and the other part of the restaurant has an open kitchen with local and international dishes. Service was super friendly and great. Most of the staff speak English, French and Spanish. Due to Covid the breakfast is served a la carte and very nice. Only comment is that check-in took a bit long. I appreciate it when the staff takes time to explain the hotel on arrival but when there are three other guests waiting to check-in its a bit annoying. We had a really nice stay and when we return to Andorra we will certainly come back!

The hotel staff were all very kind. The restaurant is phenomenal. The copper bar is super fun. The hiking and trekking is beautiful. Everything felt safe and comfortable and clean. My wife and I had a standard room. There was a small balcony with a nice view of the mountain and nature. The room was spacious enough but not overly large. There was no coffee maker, which was a big flaw in my opinion. The safe just barely (and I mean just barely) fit a 13” MacBook Pro. Some of the design in the room was not great. The bathroom had a sliding door to enter, and then another sliding door that moved positions to cover the shower or toilet area. However, the sliding door was not measured properly and left a 2” gap for the toilet area...not ideal. The lighting was comfortable, but not practical to see well in the bathroom. The rooms have Bluetooth speaks installed, which was nice. However, the guests next to us were enjoying loudly until 3am when we had to complain. The bed was extremely soft with springs...not my preference. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is pet friendly, and we brought our 55 pound dog. The cost is 30 euros per night. That price was not advertised on Hotels.com or the hotel’s website and felt it was overly expensive. There are several cute and small towns near by within 30 minutes. Oh, Hotels.com stated that we would get one free service at the spa. However, that was not correct.

A very beautiful hotel in the mountains. We really enjoyed our weekend away in the seclusion of Grau Roig. The suite we had was wonderful, a great view, a superb sleep in a very comfortable bed and wonderful facilities. The spa was very much enjoyed, it’s upgraded facilities were great. The food is amazing, we dined in the tasting room one evening and in the La Fromagerie on our second night, both dinners were delicious. Breakfast was also delicious with a great selection available. I have to mention our sommelier Thomas, great cocktails, very knowledgeable about the wines and a very welcoming host. The overall experience about this hotel is made fantastic by the staff, everyone is welcoming and friendly and you’re made to feel at home from the minute you arrive. We’ll definitely be back and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing room and amazing hotel. No complaints about this hotel at all. Room was fantastic. Big comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom with extra large shower, with massaging shower heads down the spine and a rainfall shower head, a jacuzzi bath tub, and a view of the mountains. There were maybe 9 pillows on the bed so you could choose the one(s) you liked. I will definitely stay here if/when I make it back to Andorra!!

Super location, walk through the hotel garden and through a multi story car park to the lifts of a large shopping centre. Once at zero, you're at street level for more shops, bars and restaurants. Staff keep their distance in typical 5 star style therefore they don't appear to be very friendly. There was a cigarette burn on the sofa of room 105, disappointing. The location and comfort of the rooms here is fantastic, lovely jacuzzi bath. This was our 5th visit in 18 months, our relaxing hideaway.

We had all we need to rest a beautiful view nice staff we had the pleasure to use the hammam the swimming pool the gym and the tennis breakfast was perfect we had to find the elevator that bring right to shopping and restaurant area the restaurant of the hotel is high class so we like to have more local food in town most of the time but we found also good restaurant in town very good relaxing stay for all of us

We had a great stay here, the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the centre but just one street away from the main roads so it is a bit quieter. The room had everything that we needed and was very spacious, possibly the linen and curtains could be updated to make it look really modern. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices, unfortunately the cooked breakfast was a little cold even at 8am. Overall this was a great stay and we would come back if we visit Andorra again.

The place is amazing, clean ,quite and safe . The staff are amazing and helpful. The hotel is close to everything. For the poeple who would like to go just use the lift to go down to the street (its in the parking ). The only things that struggled me is that they don't have choices of vegetarian food...they are not friendly on this point.
