Wow! Loved this hotel. Exceptionally clean, modern, stunning hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Upgraded to spa suite. Huge balcony, overlooking street. Could shut out any noise when you shut the balcony doors. Good sound proofing. Bathroom wonderful. Bed so comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant. Cafe staff took order and we could have what we wanted. Loved the cafe downstairs and ate there at other times. Food great and wait staff lovely. Highly recommend this hotel

Loved the no-touch screens which we used to operate the lights, aircon, blinds etc. Loved the big, glassed-in terrace that we enjoyed a drink on in the evening while watching people do the passagiata on the main shopping street below. Beautiful linen, nice toiletries, big fluffy towels, a safe, a well-stocked mini-bar, great communication before and during our stay. Breakfast was in the cafe connected to the hotel downstairs, called Facula. Orders from a menu were taken by a charming waitress (of course!) There was a huge choice of pastries, hot foods, yoghurt, and so on. Fabulous. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

I cannot say enough positive things about Popula. Everything about my stay was outstanding. The rooms are stylish, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The location cannot be beat, in the heart of the city with access to everything. Don't miss their beach club for sunset and dinner. They take you over in a shuttle and the food was delicious. Cafe for breakfast downstairs is also great for a bite to eat all day and evening. Most importantly, the staff is beyond kind and helpful. They are so professional and patiently answered all of my questions and ensured I had a great great stay. I can't recommend highly enough and will certainly return.

Lovely room with balcony and view of the pool. Pool facilities were great, comfortable loungers and pool bar available. Staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Yummy breakfast with nice coffee, fresh fruit and pastries.

Everything...the grounds,the pool ,the staff were all amazing. The Antico is exceptional...it was tranquil ,peaceful and full of charm.The grounds were so gorgeous and the pool area was divine.The evening dinner we had was the best food of our trip.Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff.Anything I asked for was sorted for me. A special shout out to Luca,Frederica and Abigail who were like friends at the end of our 2 week stay but equally all the staff from housekeeping to the desk were so lovely to us . If you are staying more than a couple of nights you definitely need transport which we had so it was for us the perfect base to explore the region and we found the nearby town of Mesagne so lovely with great restaurants and bars and charming little streets without being touristy or busy. We loved our stay ❤️

Wonderful Masseria if looking to really escape and relax this place is perfect, will be coming back for sure. Our room was very spacious and quiet, the staff couldn't have done more for us. Breakfast was plentiful, cold buffet and hot both were healthy and treat options. Is a perfect location to explore local towns.

If you want to relax and enjoy a good stay it's the perfect place! Fantastic place with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's not many times I give top grades but here, what else can I do!? Go and enjoy, for a night or weekend.

The breakfast was a level above an ordinary Continental breakfast. Lots of everything, and you could order fresh made omelets, which were delicious. Staff were OUTSTANDING! Friendly, and eager to help you with whatever you needed.

Best room I've ever stayed in. Huge bed and jacuzzi, sky TV. Private entrance to the spa lounge. Really nice breakfast. Eggs cooked freshly to order. Easy walk to Lecce center. Parking was easy to find and good value. Hotel was loud at night due to private functions. these functions had us confined to our rooms a bit because there was no other areas available.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is an old 15th century fort & you can go into the tower & look at the original frescoes. The public areas are amazing, with a beautiful central courtyard with huge palm trees in it.The décor is tasteful throughout, with great attention to detail. We had one of the more basic rooms, but it was beautiful. It was up a set of stairs from the courtyard and there were only 2 rooms in this area, with a lovely terrace just outside which became our own private outdoor space as the occupants of the other room were mostly out.The room had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, & a lovely bathroom. The hotel does a lot of functions & there was a wedding or party pretty much every night we were there. It was lovely to see the wedding parties, & more than once, when we arrived back from dinner late at night, we were given a glass of wine & even desert by the revellers or staff. Despite our room overlooking the courtyard where the parties were, there was no noise due to excellent double glazed windows (which we didn't need to leave open at night due to very efficient air conditioning in the room). The staff were super friendly, giving us recommendations for local restaurants (try DaMarios, just around the corner). I must make special mention of Vinay, who was really friendly, helpful & attentive to our needs, & also to the lady who served breakfast (didn't get her name) who was lovely. Breakfast was super-yummy. And fab massage in the hotel spa!

Right from my arrival everything was absolutely amazing. We got upgraded to a much nicer room on the top floor. It was such a nice experience to be staying in such a great place . The receptionist, I believe her name was Marietta but I could make a mistake (sorry) can't remember, she was so unbelievably helpful and recommended restaurants neer by. Great view from the terrace and the tower. Unbelievable gardens especially at night time . The breakfast was very good with 4 different choices from 4 different parts of the country or the Greek one. It was delicious. Our Lady that served us breakfast was so lovely and warm. It was a truly wonderful time . Thank you all for such a wonderful time. I wished I stayed much longer than just one night . For sure I will be back in the future.

This hotel was beautiful, in a historic building. The rooms are super large, very high ceilings. The bathrooms are very spacious in overall the rooms are very clean. The hotel is very clean. It makes you feel like you have entered a building from the past overall, the experience was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful. The staff is very friendly, super friendly and helpful. Similarly the services regarding breakfast in the morning was superb top-notch breakfast and recommendations to restaurants and areas to go and visit from the staff were right on point overall a fantastic day I would recommend this hotel to anybody who is visiting Lecce and I may come back and stay there too

Beautifully maintained property with comfortable outdoor spaces for breakfast and relaxing. Seating areas and succulent plants bring the 15th century structure to life. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help. Spacious and lovely room, modern bathroom. Great breakfast. The hotel is just outside the old city walls, which makes it easy and inexpensive to park in the nearby “blue line” areas and also a quick walk into the old city. Highly recommend a visit to Lecce and a stay at Torre del Parco.

We had the expensive room with jacuzzi. That was nice. Staff are helpful. Breakfast has good spread.

The property was exquisite - run by a hotelier family and it feels very intimate. The staff is attentive to any need. Above all we loved the design which was low key chic. We had an amazing meal at their restaurant - with the freshest and well prepared fish. Take advantage of the spa which provides excellent facial and massage. The relaxing room, sauna and jacuzzi is also well designed and peaceful. Highly recommend and wish we stayed for longer.

My partner and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at this hotel, always smiling and welcoming; from front of desk through to the cleaners. They made our stay here just perfect, nothing is too much trouble. They food was good and catered for my gluten free diet with ease. Our room was lovely complete with outside area and jacuzzi. There are lots of places to eat nearby but personally a car is a must to get around and about.

We spent 4 nights at Canne Bianca’s with our two young adult daughters. The hotel is beautiful - elegant but comfortable. The rooms have private patios and one of our rooms had a private jacuzzi. The room decor is understated and elegant. I was impressed that every traveller need was anticipated in the rooms from clothing steamer and drying rack to high quality magnifying mirror mounted at the correct height. Little touches like slippers, fresh baked cookies and welcome drink/tour add to the feeling of investment in guest experience. The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the staff and service. They are uniformly happy, friendly, welcoming and kind. Present but not overbearing, they make you feel that ensuring your stay is perfect gives them joy. Honestly is the best service I have experienced. They know your name, remember your preferences and work hard to make your stay perfect. We noted the hotel owner there each day taking time to chat with individual staff - clearly a family run hotel invested in staff and visitor experience. The breakfast is delicious, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner. There is also a snack menu 3-7. The pool area is beautiful. I would love to go back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The cleanliness of the room stood out immediately — everything was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help with any questions or requests. Their warm and professional attitude really added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Another highlight was the food — every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the dishes were consistently impressive. Lastly, the location is fantastic, perfectly situated for both exploring the local area and accessing nearby attractions. It was convenient, scenic, and made getting around easy and enjoyable.

We were upgraded to a suite room in a separate building and it was a blessing! Sort of appartment equipped with kitchen and jacuzzi. Very spacious, with every necessary feature for a traveller and coffee lover. It was our relief on a very hot day in Brindisi. Hotel staff was more than helpful and arranged our "travel breakfast" for the next day, when we had to depart at the barbaric hour of 5:30 a.m. Taxi was also arranged. Definitely THE place to stay in Brindisi!

Good value for the central location to explore Brindisi, just a short stroll to the Port. Lovely welcoming and helpful staff. All the facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room was spacious (we had a suite, though) and very clean. Comfortable bed and a quiet and restful sleep. Nice buffet breakfast (apart from the coffee).

The hotel is located on one of the main streets in Brindisi, a few minutes walk to the waterfront and a 10 minute walk to the rail station. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices were tasty and varied. But the best bit about the hotel are the staff, who are all so friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. We loved our stay at this hotel and Brindisi is a perfect location to use as a base to explore Puglia.

The hotel is in an amazing location, right in the city center, close to everything — shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The hotel and room were very clean, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the near future! ☺️

Quiet but Convenient location, traditional Trulli with modern interior, nice jacuzzi and garden, delicious breakfast with lots of choices, friendly and cheerful staff.

We had our own trulli with a lot of space, a nice garden and a twin jacuzzi we used twice despite it being mid November. Staff were friendly Nd helpful A unique experience and one we enjoyed and can recommend

The trullo is an amazing mix of old and new, it’s spectacular, while the outside jacuzzi is a very nice add-on you can’t find easily in this area.

Unbelievable Trulli, very large with a nice garden and private jacuzzi. The staff was ever so friendly. We were sad that we stayed only for 2 nights

Amazing location. A pleasant option to use the hotel transfer to the beach. The hotel has a dedicated section on the beach with umbrellas for hotel guests. The pool at the hotel is very large and clean. The food is absolutely amazing. For breakfast there is a great selection of delicious and fresh food, great cakes and pastries. Even the staff will fix you a fresh coffee at the bar in the morning. I recommend ordering with half board, dinner was served 4 course menu. Excellent choice of Apulia cuisine. Every night we tasted a bit of southern Italy. We had an amazing time staying here

Beautifully situated, spacious bedrooms with balcony, large well maintained swimming pool, very good breakfast with lots to choose from. We ate in the hotel restaurant for two nights,the daily menu gave three choices for each course, excellent quality with attentive staff. A great shuttle service to a local beach with all amenities well worth a visit.

We upgraded the room to include a balcony. It was worth doing as it was a quiet room too. Modern Décor, comfortable bed, excellent food, wine and friendly staff. Location is good as it was only a ten minute walk to the old town. We arrived early and were able to check in early. This was really appreciated and made for a very good start to our holiday.

My first impressions were that this is a well- appointed and sophisticated resort. The design is beautiful, but be aware that the entire resort is terraced off into multiple levels, so there is lots of stairs. However, there are some strategically located elevators for those that have trouble navigating flights of stairs. My stay was during the first weekend of October 2024 and little did I know, that this is already considered the “off-season“. While that means more affordable lodging rates, it also means a muted vibe and a reduced level of services I’d expect in a 4-star resort. Moreover, the resort is situated outside of town and a visit to the seafront, restaurants , and shops meant a 15 to 20 minute walk. While the resort does have a shuttle van, it was not in operation to transport guests to/from the seafront or the train station (I walked a mile/1.6 km with luggage from the station on check-in day). Uber was not available and no local buses were running in October. The on-site restaurant was mediocre, with the exception of the breakfast which was great! There are 2 tiny bars, but a full-service lounge is needed. But despite these criticisms for the resort as a whole, I must say that ALL of the staff I interacted with during my stay was friendly, professional and accommodating. They exhibited pride in what they did for guests. Overall, I would still recommend a stay here. But be sure to ask a lot of questions about seasonal services before you book or visit.

Luxury Resort style hotel with spacious property and plenty of free parking. Room was large, clean, well furnished, and had access to private balcony overlooking the property. The hotel grounds and exterior pool were attractive and well maintained Room appeared recently renovated and well furnished. Washroom was modern clean, and spacious. Very comfortable new bedding. Hotel Staff was courteous and polite. On site restaurant was nicely decorated and clean, and serves a wide choice of food and beverages. Food was of very good quality overall and serving staff were engaged and polite. Very comfortable and relaxed stay at this property.

We were given the room that we booked with a nice balcony ( 2 chairs and small table ) and had a nice view of San Giovanni di Ritondo ( Padre Pio - now San Pio ) , 2 Single beds - room a little small but still had a fridge and work space and considering the price with breakfast included was great value for money . Some people have complained about the Reception but I found them to be correct and diligent - you dont expect someone to be holding up a Welcome Banner at a large hotel like this with many Tour Groups . Supplied us with extra pillows when requested and perfect on check out , including later check out at 11.45 am .

It has a gym even though not well equipped, but for some reason gym is not available in many hotels in southern part of Italy! The hotel also has a pool to relax and many comfy sofas in the lobby which is perfect for reading. The room is clean with all needed amenities. The toothbrush saved us a trip to the pharmacy.

It's wonderful apartment nextdoor to the historical centre with a big jacuzzi and balconies. Absolutely kind and helpful host. Extraordinary good design of the room, very clean and the bottle of prosecco was a pleasant surprise.

Perfect location in down town Lecce. The boss and staff are kind. And the interior design is marvelous with delicate detail by the boss’s idea. Definitely worth to take a double bathroom suite with jacuzzi.

Perfect location on edge of historic centre and also close to station. Luca welcomed us and gave us lots of useful information. The apartment is amazing. 2 bathrooms and jacuzzi. Having a fridge and tea and coffee facilities also a bonus. Breakfast plentiful and delicious pastries. Francesco very helpful and friendly. Great sleep in comfortable bed and room very quiet and spacious. All in all a 5 star accommodation.We hope to return.

Definitely 10/10 hospitality, thanks to Luca and Francesco - very kind and polite attitude Came for my mom's birthday and got a great gift - a possibility to use a spa for the night. Our room was exceptionally clean, jacuzzi worked great and filled fast. Toiletries are on a high level. The location is great, very close to the centre and train station.

The private spa was awesome. The wifi was excellent and the host was very friendly and helpful. He showed us how to park our car for free. The room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast delicious.

After a complete restauration with a lot of style and taste, this hotel is a dream. Large, modern and clean rooms, equipped with modern technique. Fast internet and all things like AC, TV, music programes and stores controlled by an i-pad. This all is highlighted by the view. Perfect breakfast in the cave, including salmon and champagne. Dinner in the cave is an excellent experience, we had a very good four course menu, good red wines from Puglia and as a surprise a perfect sax player. All the staff of the hotel and the restaurant is well trained, friendly and helpful. It was an unforgettable experience, highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at the Grotta Palazzese. We had an incredible room with a sea view. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was very upscale. Of course we had dinner at the restaurant inside the cave. It was a memory that we will never forget. We can cross it off the bucket list. The restaurant was as gorgeous as expected. The food was delicious also. The view of course is unbeatable. Although it was very costly staying at the hotel and eating at the restaurant, it is worth it. It is that good. Many thanks to Roberto, Enza, and Ilenia for making our stay perfect and unforgettable.

Stayed for 2 nights in one of the suites with a balcony and direct view of the water. Everything in the suite was clean and super comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious, and you are seated in the beautiful cave restaurant. They also have a shuttle that takes you to a private beach that is part of their other nearby hotel. The view itself was worth the money for the 2 night stay.

Bucket list…Grotto Palazzese-hotel and restaurant in the cave ✅ What an amazing 2 days 😍 the hotel is by far the most luxurious, comfortable and well appointed hotel we have ever stayed in. The service was exceptional…It was just beautiful. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and what an amazing night, the restaurant was simply spectacular. Recent reviews had me a bit worried but they must have had a very different experience to us. It was almost faultless. Service 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 Food 15/10! 😆😋 If you are super foodies put it on your bucket list!

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical about spending a lot of money on something I was unsure about. As it had been on my list for some time, we bit the bullet and went. I’m so glad we did. The location speaks for itself. The food was beautiful, it wasn’t a lot, but very tasty and enjoyable. After the third course I felt satisfied. The staff were very friendly, explaining foods and wines to us. My husband ended up with a complimentary dessert which was nice. I emailed ahead of our visit and asked if we could have one of the prime positions. We did get it and I was in total awe of the view all night. Nice live music playing in the background. We never felt like we were being rushed out the door. If you think you would enjoy it, go for it.

My husband and I stayed at Rocco Forte in Puglia and really enjoyed our stay. It is a slow pace environment surrounded by nature. It is a great place to go and relax, enjoy the spa, your room/ patio. Walk the property, play a little golf, relax by the pool and enjoy some cocktails. The food is great, there is a delicious buffet in the mornings with views of the garden. It would be lovely if they added a water fountain to add a soothing effect in the mornings. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place. The only issue we had was the cocktails at the beach club were not good. Stick to a bottle of wine. The beach club is not much of a beach club, it’s nice and the food is amazing but very slow. We still had an amazing time. Also , the rooftop at Rocco Forte where you could go and enjoy drinks should be set up with furniture/ seating, and a bar up there with music playing. I think it would really elevate the experience there. Overall we had a good time, we left relaxed and with good memories.

We stayed 5 nights at Masseria Torre Maizza just out of season and were really impressed. The facilities were first class and the staff were superb without exception. The rooms are beautiful and have everything (except an ironing board) needed to make a stay comfortable and luxurious. The hotel restaurant is outstanding - great food, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. There's a 9 hole par 3 golf course on site, which looked okay, but if you want golf the San Domenico championship course is 2 minutes away. The pool area has real charm as does the bar area. An excellent hotel in all respects, highly recommended.

We could not rate Masseria Torre Maizza highly enough. All of the staff were exceptional and tended to any and all of our needs. The facilities were fantastic and the food both breakfast (included in our stay) and the meals by the pool, at the beach club and in the main restaurant were superb. Many thanks to all for a great stay!

Such a beautiful place! As on my own I had one of the smaller rooms but it had a huge terrace (with 2 sun loungers and a table and chairs). The bedroom was perfectly designed - practical as well as beautiful - a proper desk, long hanging for a long dress, somewhere good to sit and read a book, a lovely shower room - the list goes on. Everywhere in the hotel was pretty and in a relaxed and homely Italian style. Fun bright fabrics with attention to little details. The shop was amazing -breakfasts fantastic, pool service tremendous .... where does one stop ...?

We absolutely loved this hotel based on the design, views, room comfort and staff. We had two rooms including the master suite which was huge and had an amazing bathroom with the jacuzzi in the middle of it as well as a private patio terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is very professional and arranged a wonderful tasting of wines, meats and cheeses from Puglia as part of our stay. We hope to return soon!

Very friendly and helpful staff . Could not fault any of the people we dealt with. Very clean rooms, linen and comfortable bed. We were upgraded when we arrived which was delightful . The room we were in was large with bed and bath and basin upstairs and bathroom, WC , table and couch downstairs . Cooling system great but we didn’t need it in at night as cooler weather atm. Breakfast was amazing , they had everything and pretty good coffee. We didn’t eat dinner there but it looked nice. We only stayed 2 nights and pre booked some restaurants. We had narrow view all the way to the ocean which was lovely. Parking was organised by the hotel outside the old town for 18€ a day . They kindly shuttled us to the hotel from there and back when we left. There’s a mini bar .

This is a wonderful property on top of hill in Ostuni. views from room were amazing. The staff was fabulous, really top notch from arrival (0pickup via shuttle taxi/ motorbike ) to warm greeting and service throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and airy, with gorgeous views to the oven below. We took advantage of the balconies to get some air and take in the view of the surrounding pool and hotel as well as the amazing view to the water. Breakfast was a delicious spread, and the restaurant was excellent with a Michelin star quality lunch and experience. overall highly recommended.

I booked a stay in Ostuni well in advance of our trip and spoke extensively with the front desk staff with all my questions. Everyone was very helpful. We selected one of the largest rooms with its own private patio that had views of the sea. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there so we couldn’t utilize the patio but it would have been fabulous. Our room had a large whirlpool tub which was nice, given the fact that the weather was not cooperative. The tub does look like it needs some updating, though, as some parts didn’t work properly but it worked well enough for us. We were grateful to have it. The room was spotless and the bed was lovely. The entire property is kept so nicely. I had made to order crepes each morning for breakfast and my husband had omelettes. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had with the property was the lack of a bar. They had a bar but there were not many options for mixers and they had no beer! There was also no beer or liquor in the mini bar in the room. This is not something we would expect from a five star hotel. And it would have been helpful due to the weather, if we had the option of having drinks in our room. Otherwise, everything was great and I would stay there again, without hesitation.

Beautiful historic location with lots of shops and restaurants to walk to nearby-- the streets come alive later into the evening. Excellent breakfast included (loved the bowl of fresh tomatoes, which are not typical) on the rooftop restaurant. Hotel staff very friendly. Prior to my trip I emailed for help with a taxi from the Bari airport (about 45 minutes drive with a little traffic and 70 euros in August 2012) and Letizia was wonderfully responsive. The room was spacious enough, and I liked the little kitchenette. The beds were not that comfortable but not terrible and the linens were very clean. Thermarium/spa was nice, but it's too bad that's not included in the price if you book a spa service-- there's a fee to use the sauna, another fee to use the jacuzzi, etc. even though I booked a massage. I enjoyed the little art gallery near the front desk-- cool glass sculptures! The town felt very safe, and people were very kind. All in all a great location & unique hotel-- I'd love to go back for a longer stay. I thought the hotels.com price was an excellent deal.

Charming location, in a medieval setting. Friendly locals. Hotel room functional,and clean, beds firm but comfortable, plumbing bit dated/southern Italian but clean and functioning. Very light and airy breakfast room/terrace at top of hotel overlooking roof tops of the town that doubled as a restaurant at night. Restaurant staff were attentive and friendly (thankyou Giovanni and others)

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable few days and the room was spotless and interesting. The hotel is set in the old part of the town and could not be more central and yet so quiet. The breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant in the evening for dinner should you choose to eat there. All in all, highly recommended and we would definately return.

Great hotel,nicely positioned in the old town.Charmingly renovated It is possible to access the hotel by car, once you have passed the security guard in the town square. The hotel then has a separate car park that you can be escorted to if you want, and taken back the next morning to collect your car.Free service, and better than leaving your car in the town . Nice welcome pack in the room with biscuits and individual welcome note. Roof top terrace a bit disappointing re views etc, and this is where we ate breakfast. Not very good if you have mobility problems. Our room for example could be accessed by lift, but then required an additional flight of steps to get to breakfast. Conversano a bit restricted for a nice restaurant, other than Pizza!!!

Loved my stay at this beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast which included freshly squeezed orange juice, served at the cute restaurant on the rooftop. Friendly and attentive staff. Thank you

We loved having our cosy upper floor balcony. We didn’t bother going to dinner in restaurants during our stay. We would just sit on the balcony, look at the amazing view and nibbled on prosciutto, cheese and drank wine. Nothing better. Breakfast was very good!

Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of disappointments - the balcony had a very high front so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view! The sides were low so very open to neighbours and anyone smoking on their balcony. We had to keep the doors shut at times to keep smoke out of our room.( We were told we couldn’t swap rooms ) Also worth noting that all the balconies were in the shade in the afternoon when we visited in late September.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location. You can jump into the sea directly from your lounge chairs. We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch and Govani was a perfect host for our morning meal. He has kind and very helpful. We will be back again!!

Excellent location, right by the water with deck chairs for hotel guests free of charge. There are sun loungers but it’s €30. There’s beach towels at reception to use too. The hotel must have had a recent refurb as the paint is all fresh and everything in very good condition. Breakfast was all you’d need - pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, meats and cheese. Fresh juice and coffee too. Great view from balcony. There’s a car park that you can reserve a space which is very handy. Otherwise I think parking could be tricky for the area.

Hotel La Roccia is located right in the Marina and on the waterfront. Older style hotel with a few modern additions. Excellent location and views with access to beach chairs/beach club. Room was very spacious and quite basic but good value for money. Staff were always helpful. Walking distance to great swimming spots, cafes and restaurants. You walk to the old hill top town in about 20 minutes or take the tourist train for the uphill walk.

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Not many spoke English but we went very early/just out of season so fewer staff and less guests. We had fun using my little knowledge of Italian and google translate. Pool area was very nice but not very large or deep so nice to take a dip to cool off, not great for swimming. Not much shade. Private beach area nice but nothing open and not allowed in the sea as not in season (no life guard), although website said open in May the hotel staff said June. (A short walk away was a public beach. However, water was freezing so not something we were keen to do!) It was nice and quiet, but towards the end of the week they were doing maintenance getting ready for the season. Spa was lovely, extra money to use as we’d only booked B&B but again staff were lovely and the spa was very nice. We were treated to the private spa experience. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, a lot of pastries but not much fruit on offer. Eggs cooked to order and staff went out of their way to be accommodating. Our hotel room, situated a few steps from the garden, was modern and spacious, with a good sized bathroom with a large shower. Balcony with two chairs & small table and lovely sea view. Only downside was no tea/coffee making facilities or easy chairs in room. Would have been nice to have room for loungers on the balcony. There was a small fridge and a safe. I would stay here again but bring a travel kettle & travel iron.

Beautiful and stunning traditional italian architecture. Nice service, stuff friendly, highlighting the massages in Spa, a must during the stay. Sea view front rooms are modern and you can wake up with ocean view with only ocean noices.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit nettem Service. Leider war es im Zi saukalt (draussen 13 Grad, später wärmer); erst nach Tagen haben sie zu heizen begonnen. In der ebookers Bestätigung stand Haus-Nr 240, welche wir nicht gefunden haben. Per Zufall war am Strassenrand eine grosse Tafel Hotel Principi Haus-Nr 190 … das war nicht zufrieden stellend, absonsten super süsses Hotel.
