The location is the best, not only the beach is just near the bar but you will have very good restaurants close to the hotel. They include the breakfast and the prices for the bar are very good. The rooms are being renovated and are very confortable.

Beach, pool and bar were great. Rooms were basic but good value for the location and had everything you needed but certainly weren't luxury. Internet worked well and nice poeple at the hotel. Not noisy at night and AC was good. Near everything you need, best to hire a car.

location can’t be better, food is delicious and the rooms are comfy.

As always service was excellent. This is our 3rd time staying at Marbelo. The staff are always on point and very helpful.

The front desk staff was very attentive and helped us whenever we had a request (we arrived late at night and there was only 1 guy at the front desk and he was very busy, but he however managed to provide a great service). We even had an issue with the booking (the hotel record and ours did not match), but the hotel respected what we had in our record. When looking for hotels in the area, I don't remember having seen another one with breakfast included... And the breakfast was great :). The room we stayed in was spacious for our party size (6) and the beds were comfy enough... It is great value for money!

I enjoyed the stay in Hotel Kevins . The rooms are simple and conferable . The staff is nice and helpful . Breakfast was nice and the place has a restuarant for lunch and dinner. 2 blocks from the beach .

The service is the shining star here, Paula and her cousin run the place together and deliver exceptional service. Paula in particular is friendly, warm and always available to let you in and out of the property. AC works well, theres a lovely little kitten and a reasonably well equipped kitchen. For the price you get more than quality and service!

Paola was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The air con was super!

I did not have breakfast on the property as I left early for the islands.

Hotel con acceso directo a la playa, bien ubicado y aseado, piscinas siempre en buen estado, por mejorar la atención en el restaurante ya que no se le puede llamar buffet al estilo de servir la comida la cual no es variada (tres días el mismo desayuno) y el personal de esa área no es muy atento. En general una estadía tranquila y cómoda. Gracias

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand von Coveñas. Alle Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ebenso wie die Cocktails sind sehr gut und auch günstig. Das Zimmer in dem ich untergebracht war, war sehr einfach ausgestattet, es fehlt an Ablagemöglichkeiten und auch das Bad bedarf einer Modernisierung, jedoch war alles sehr sauber.

Linda las instalaciones, la piscina, la zona de descanso, el desayuno. La atención del personal de recepción no es buena. Se supone que si hago una reserva directamente con el hotel la tarifa mejora queria quedarme dos noches mas, me fui para el hotel del lado.

Buen dias, esperiencia muy satisfactoria, muy buen lugar para descanso. Soli me queda una inquietud, reservamos abitacion para 4, personas con cuatro camas, inicialmente se hospedaban 2 personas por la semana del 1 al 8 octubre, las dos ultias noches ingresamos los otros dos, se genero un recargo favorable. La duda es si se reserva para 4 personas es coerrecto el cobro adicional?

This hotel is not big or modern but it's clean. Friendly staff and right on the beach. Which was almost like a private beach when we stayed as there were hardly any other people. The water was warm and clean. A negative is that our room 67 shower had hardly any water coming out of it which made it hard to rinse the soap off. And it would be nice to have a soap for the hand sink and one for the shower. The beds were comfortable and it wasn't noisy so was able to get a good nights sleep. I would return to this hotel in Covenas.

The place I chose was Coveñas / Colombia, it is a very nice, quiet beach and I go there every year or every time I have holidays in June or December. This year I was there during Semana Santa (April - 2021) with friends and family. Here you can relax, ride jet skis, play volleyball, football, play in the tourist attractions, walk on the beach and so on. What I liked most about the place was the attention offered by the workers, always ready to help and to make sure you didn't miss anything and the hammocks to rest, the food was very delicious, here you could find all kinds of food and at a good price. The place is really nice, away from the noise and allows you to find yourself. I would come back because it is a place that makes me feel happy and I disconnect from everything and have time for myself.

The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are comfortable and all equipped with A/C. The rooms are all held in plane white, with a bed and tv. Not more. I was missing some storage space to organise our things a little better. The service and hospitality was nice, they were all friendly. We had an issue with noisy neighbours and they took excellent care of us by changing to another room immediately. All in all it is nothing fancy, rather simple but that we knew and we enjoyed it very much and would definetly come back.

The staff at Hotel Montecarlo was very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are modest, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning, some with refrigerators and some ocean front. The front side terrace is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. We will return !

Quiet hotel/pizzeria half a block from the beach, 30 minutes walk to buses, if you can take the heat (or around US$2 for a tuk tuk). Friendly, helpful staff (arranged a tuk tuk back to the bus terminal for us when leaving). Very clean. Front gate locked at night, own key to room. Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout, streaming services (eg Netflix) available on TV. Restaurant on site, pizza, pasta, burgers, dogs. Had better, but not bad and reasonably priced, on your doorstep. They are proud they don't play music, and it's a very pleasant change to enjoy a meal while being able to hold a conversation. Fridge to use for chilling drinks. Lovely open front area, with loads of plants and a covered plunge pool to cool off in. Very hot, but rooms have air-conditioning and fans. They claim they recycle, and there are reminders to switch off appliances when not in use. Rooms cleaned on request. Large bedroom, plenty of storage (shelves). Bedside cabinet and bedside light switch. Good lighting in moderate sized bathroom.

Doña Claudia, the host was super helpful finding information for us. The hotel is very relaxing and the only sound was the mangoes falling from the mango trees. The room was very clean and the bathroom was comfortable and convenient to use. I highly recommend this hotel, it is like feeling at home, something few hotels can achieve, regardless of the the number of stars.

Our room was really nice and comfortable, as well as super clean. It was a perfect location, with some really useful amenities such as the restaurant which is really reasonably priced.

The staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Meals offered at the hotel were convenient and inexpensive.

It is a great hotel, we spent just a night but enough to enjoy the facilities. The room was spacious, super clean and out of mosquitos that are very common in the area. The staff was gentle and helpful all the time, they even helped us with our luggage when we arrived before check -in and finding transportation for us. If you want to rest, this is the place to stay.

We enjoyed Colombian appetizers one night and there were really good. Had plantains with chicken, plantain with hogao and arepa with shrimp. It was delicious. Recommend the restaurant - I have not stayed at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. The service was okay but not great

The place serves breakfast , lunch and dinner , which were the best choice around ...and good cost . My best recommendation is to bring with you from the city center water and some groceries , because you don't want to go ups and downs to the city center, while you are close to the beach ⛱️ 😉. There is a kitchen to use for small cooking and food storage👌

It truly was an Oasis, away from all the sound and chaos in Tolú town there is this oasis. So nice 😊 The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable, nice view over the pool area. The staff are so helpful and lovely. The pool area is big, and includes a jacuzzi. The breakfast was a nice Colombian breakfast with fruits, bread, eggs, juice, coffee. I would definitely recommend this great hotel to anyone visiting Tolú.

This is a little gem of a hotel, centrally located in Tolu, yet feels very quiet and private. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, with good air conditioning and warm showers, great pool with a bar to chill out at the end of the day. Hotel’s biggest asset is its great staff who make you feel very welcome and are very helpful and skilled in organising whatever you may need. Very professional and kind team. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

A very relaxing place to stay, an oasis for sure. Beautiful gardens and very helpful owners/partners who couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was good but other meals you have to order in or go out and experience Tolu restaurants on the Malecon.

The hotel was really clean and beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great quiet location on the beach. Staff were friendly and the owners also live on the property which gives it a nice family feel. The private room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The food portions are great and well-priced. They made me a really great salad that I was really happy with. There are local tours to the mangroves, and you can go into Tolu to go see the Islands.

Very peaceful laid back place, especially weekdays I was the only guest at times. Swimming is great in the morning; after midday the wind gets up, so sea is more choppy but its a welcome breeze. Private, covered beachfront area with loungers + hammocks. It's a very friendly place, garden, small kitchen for guests, fridge etc. This is my third or fourth time here, so that says it all 😊 P.S. Don't miss the canoe through the mangroves trip with Valentin, it's beautiful 😍. He'll also take you offshore for some fishing from the canoe, for a small fee + bait.

New facilities. Great buffet breakfast and nice beach area with dedicated bar.

Location was great. The beach is probably the best in Coveñas, super clean and without any debris. Staff was super nice.

Very good service. We were travel long with our pet. Was welcome in every space of the hotel. Service in the private beach 100/10… excellent
