Very clean room! My sister loved all the pillows and the beds were super comfy. It's close to Biltmore, the Blue Ridge Parkway and a lot of restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful with our questions about the area, particularly Robin. They have fresh coffee all day and a bar in the evenings. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices.

Our stay (daughters and grandchildren with me) was perfect for our midway stop to the beach. Robin was most helpful when helping me make reservations with my family in mind. Hotel room and guest areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for kids to help themselves, and those in charge were quick to help. Though we were there for just an evening, I would recommend for those with a longer stay in the Asheville area.

We just love this hotel. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The hotel staff is just the best and super friendly. And last but not least, the breakfast is full of variety and options. All delicious! Thank you for the amazing hospitality - 10/10 recommend!!

This is by far the best Hampton Inn and Suites we have ever seen. We were thrilled to book a low nightly rate, but couldn't get over that low rate even more once we arrived, since the quality here is so super! Amenities were pristine, including small indoor pool, workout gym, and a bar open from 4 to 10 p.m. (see the desk clerk when you need service there). We got a 6th floor room that has a wonderful view of the mountains. Comfy beds and everything in the bathroom super sharp--it feels like a very new hotel. Breakfast served a great variety of hot and cold food, and coffee, tea, or cocoa is available in the lobby throughout the whole day. We chose to forego room cleaning while here, but there were already plenty of towels in the bathroom. It has the Tanger Outlet just across the street, a grocery store a couple doors down, and several super restaurants near. Just a couple miles up the road is the NC Arboretum, and a short drive to Biltmore. So happy to have found this as a home base for our mini-vacay!

They provided good quality shower products so I didn’t need my own while there. They made the beds and replaced the towels during the day while we were gone. They have a washer and dryer BUT you need quarters to use them. I enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and the indoor pool. They have a decent snack area with reasonable pricing. The breakfast was what I expected and there was decent variety. I loved the balcony at the back; I went out there just to read and it was nice. They have nice parking for guests and you’re very close to many restaurants and stores. The pillows were so comfortable! I would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely everything! This was the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in I think by far. The staff was amazing and so kind. The room was perfect and comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was delicious and had healthy options. The breakfast attendant was so nice and really “on it” with being helpful to everyone. I think* she said her name was Beatrice. She was wondering. The breakfast area was awesome. The pool was great except the hot tub jets didn’t work. It was a really cool and unique pool design being half outside and half inside.

Very quiet, quick short drive to downtown, free parking, included free hot breakfast with delicious coffee (eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast). Comfortable bed with in room fridge, microwave & coffee maker and good size bathroom. Very friendly staff~Small outdoor and indoor pool available. Walkable distance from grocery store, gas station, fast food and sit down restaurants~

This has to be the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed at. No dust, no mold in the shower, Shower water pressure was a 10+. Can be a bit hard to find since the property is back off the main street. Only complaints are that the breakfast is exactly the same hot offerings every day. The so NOT serve the always delicious cinnamon rolls (the breakfast help informed me that they cannot get them from the local food provider) or hard boiled eggs (same reasoning) and that they clean the floors by the breakfast area while the breakfast area is open. The solution is so strong (someone should check the potency of the mop cleaning solutio0n) that some people has to leave the area. So strong that the odor carried over through out the day. Hotel is close to many tourist attractions. Did not use the pool or fitness area.

The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Every part of the hotel that we experienced was very clean (lobby, elevator, room, indoor pool area, and breakfast area.) Showers were clean and up to date (that's a big one for me). Also, I absolutely loved the outdoor breakfast area. It was lovely, watching birds care for a nearby nest while having a tasty breakfast and coffee.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and all staff were very pleasant and helpful. Easy parking not free. Within walking distance to good restaurants. There is a rooftop restaurant. The food was ok..they were out of a few dishes. Breakfast buffet was nice and on weekend eggs made to order. Very good. Buffet not free. No laundry room. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Rooftop bar amazing with lovely staff. Room comfortable and clean outdoor seating area with fire pit was perfect. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet all the food was cold including the coffee. Gave it a try twice incase 1st time was a fluke! Cold on both occasions had to ask them to microwave… I was not the only one asking

Our 3rd floor room was great: clean, comfortable beds and a nice street view. Employees we had contact with were helpful and friendly. The location is super convenient for walking to shops, breweries and restaurants and always felt perfectly safe. Would be our first choice to stay in Asheville on a return trip.

The hotel is very clean and they are always cleaning. Our room was a good size for a family of 4, although I felt the shower was small but very roomy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We drank at the rooftop bar, which is a fun setting. Drinks are expensive as usual for a bar. The pool is small but clean. Very walkable to downtown. We never used the shuttle. Only 1 elevator was working during our stay, and the hotel was busy. Luckily, we stayed on the 2nd floor, so we used the stairs a lot.

My husband and I LOVED this location. The room was CLEAN and spacious with pretty views is the surrounding mountains. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooftop bar was spectacular! This location also had an excellent workout facility, and Keurig cups were available in the lobby for convenient use in your own room at any time of day. They also offered fresh baked cookies in afternoon, but due to celiac disease, I was unable to enjoy them. (They looked good though!)Throughout the hotel, there was visually stunning art that suited the town’s vibe.

The hotel looked great on the website and didn't disappoint in person. It was very easy to find, just outside of central Asheville with plenty of restaurant options closeby. As soon as you enter the hotel,you know it's different to the ones you've previously visited. It's bright,modern and a bit quirky with great decor. Check in was quick and easy and the room was great with the softest beds we've ever slept in. It was like lying on a big marshmallow 😀 And the bathroom was the only place on our three week trip that had a proper walk in shower , rather than a bath and shower curtain combi in most hotels so that was a nice touch. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice of both hot and cold foods including oats,cereal,eggs,bacon,pancakes etc. There is plenty of free parking and it even had a gas fired fire pit in front of the hotel that was nice to sit around when we came back from dinner. They also have a great indoor swimming pool that was so warm, it was like swimming in a bath 😃 This hotel was definitely our favourite of the trip. It's a notch above the general hotels of this price bracket and we felt like we'd arrived at a much more expensive hotel than we'd paid for. They have set the bar high. Other chains need to follow 👍

Clean updated room. Nice new bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Free wifi was appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included. Nice extra amenities (gas fire pit in front gave me an outside place to relax for a bit. Nice value for families through Asheville needing a clean place to stay with pool and breakfast.

Since your lovely, modern hotel is within 3 to 4 miles to Harrah's Cherokee venue, we appreciated the ease of location. Your hotel is so close to the charming shops and restaurants; it is exceptionally well located. Squeaky clean room, comfy beds and pillows greeted us after the concert! Toiletries were abundant and really great convenience for hair and body! Nice indoor pool and parking was perfect, nearby to entrance and safe! Breakfast was a casual assortment of old favorites. Check in and out simplified. Thanks for being there❣️

this hotel is very clean, quiet and has very good amenities such as a well equipped fitness room, indoor pool and the availability of a good sized pool next door at the sister Best Western hotel. I like to swim laps and it is big enough to get some exercise in it even with a family with 2 kids in the shallow end. Staff there will let you in and has special pool towels. Breakfast included a wide variety of healthy food choices. The dining staff person ,Christina wiped the tables and cleared away any debris as soon as guests left. She was cheerful and friendly. The cleaner, Tatiana, was friendly and cheerful also and very thorough with the room. The room is modern , comfortable beds, and has good hanging and storage spece plus a very useful desk work area. I also appreciated the suitcase dollies as I had a lot of luggage to bring in by myself.

The hotel is super convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway which we were traveling along. The room was very clean, updated, comfy and well-lit. Bathroom was really great--modern with long vanity, great lighting, relaxing shower, Dove products included. Bed was comfortable with nice pillow assortment. Breakfast was included with usual choices. Staff were friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Our room was right by the elevator and ice machine and after a 10+ hour drive I was thinking great I’m not going to get any sleep it’s going to be noisy. Hotel was booked for the nearly holiday weekend. To much surprise it was amazingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I woke up feeling great. Then the best part I took a shower the water pressure very strong and hot! Heading down for the free breakfast and I was shocked to find 16u and 18u Girls Softball Players everywhere. Couldn’t believe how quiet the halls were at that hotel. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary. I will say the Cinnamon Rolls were delicious. Wow! Best hotel we’ve stayed at and there have been many!

The beds were comfortable. The pool area outside was nice with extra seating and gazebo with tables for outdoor eating. The hot tub was nice. Breakfast was amazing! There were so many delicious choices such as: omelets, sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereals, muffins, yogurts, bagels, pancakes, juices, milk, coffee, etc. Many restaurants around deliver as well for dinner options.

Property is well maintained, clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is always very nicely prepared.

The entire staff, Housekepers, breakfast lady and Friday-Sunday front desk are the best of the hotel. The hotel has the best of all, closer to everything, elevator, very quiet and comfortable, pool and jacuzzi, great for families.

Our room was a King Suite, and I think the only difference was that we had a jacuzzi tub. The room space itself was enough to move comfortably. The breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from and it was manned by a very attentive employee!

The rooms were dated but clean. We took our grandson there for his 9th birthday and he and his 4yo brother loved the swimming pool and hottub. I would go again.

I stayed 1 week. My room had a jacuzzi and I left like I was in a studio apartment. I truly enjoyed my stay. Very clean, and spacious.

I liked how clean it was and the Jacuzzi but the hot water does not stay hot enough and it takes forever to heat back up

Breakfast was superb with biscuits, gravy, sausage, yogurt machine with fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, fruit, milk, and they offer coffee 24/7. Rooms were super clean (looked like they had just been redone) and the bed was really comfortable. Pool was very clean and the staff were very helpful with parking our truck and trailer. Cameras all over facility which made you feel safe.

Staff was very helpful providing information about local restaurants and other info. Our room was very modern with nice furniture and fixtures. It was quite comfortable and relaxing. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent breakfast.

Check-in was easy, parking was right in front of the room in a well lit lot that made me feel comfortable. Room was very clean, good reading lights by comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Breakfast included eggs, potatoes, sausages, biscuits (refilled regularly), fresh fruit, yoghurt, oatmeal and dry cereal, waffles, juice and very decent coffee. Nice touch to provide jams from local restaurant Bisquit Head..Overall a very good value. Only disappointment was that pool didn't open til 10 am....for those of us who swim early before getting on the road that would be a real service. Pool looked nice.

The decor of the lobby was beautiful; the room was quiet and comfortable - really nice!; the staff was superb! friendly, helpful; the free hot cookie was a nice perk; the breakfast, which I had one day, was good. Hotel not downtown but an under $10 LYFT ride away - easy peasy and a well-priced hotel; and convenient to the Biltmore Estate.

I’ll start with all the good: for starters Ms.Carla at the front desk- thank you lady for GREAT insight, recommended safe, family friendly day trip to Pisgah National Park, other front desk staff friendly. Grounds, pool and gym were very clean. Responsive to needs. We were .3 miles from Biltmore entrance, eating options close by, only 2 miles from artsy-city area with more restaurants and galleries. Less than hour from Pisgah National Park. The not great- beds were small, I had a double suite overlooking courtyard- had two beds- and pull out sofa. The beds barely fit my husband and me, like we fit, but just felt way small, the rooms were big enough for at least queens, these really felt like full size. Just something to think bout if you’re booking with family. But really all else was perfect for the 3 nights we were there.

Visiting the Biltmore has been on my wife's and mine bucket list for years we decided to celebrate our 19th anniversary by visiting the estate. Our hotel choice was DoubleTree by Biltmore. The facility is quite large with all facilities you would expect from this brand. We were greeted by the southern hospitality of Carla at the front desk. Throughout our three day stay we had an opportunity to speak with many front desk and restaurant staff and all of them displayed southern charm which we greatly miss living in Delaware. Our room was clean and spacious and breakfast served on site was well prepared and plentiful. Its location is extremely close the Biltmore gate and there are plenty of food establishments nearby including many within walking distance. If we decide to return we will definitely book again at this hotel.

As a lifetime diamond member, I stay at several Hilton properties when on business every month. This property is my number one choice when visiting the Asheville area, I’ve been staying here for over 15 years. I want to especially recognize Carla at the front desk. She goes out of her way to ensure that I have everything I need ensuring I have everything I need and always has a positive attitude with her amazing smile. (Give Carla a raise!) I also want to recognize the restaurant when I have breakfast, hats off to Alex and Cedric for their great service as well as the chef in the kitchen that makes the best omelette with feta cheese in town bar none. I highly recommend this property when visiting Asheville, you will not be disappointed.

I came here for a wedding in the area. This staff was so warm and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we drove off. The areas antique and hometown energy was reflected in the hotel experience. And there was plenty to do all within walking distance. I often have to travel in major metropolitan areas for work and after all of that experience, I was still thoroughly impressed with the CLEANLINESS of our room and the overall hotel. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. The beautiful courtyard was so pleasant and the attached restaurant was very convenient for post wedding snacking. And of course, as always the double tree cookies were delicious. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.

Check in was simple, staff was really nice. The lobby and hallways were extremely clean. Our room was perfect with a great view. Also very clean. We decided to eat in the lobby restaurant. It was excellent, simple menu, simple food, and great staff there as well. Cocktails on the patio with gas fire pits. Relaxing, clean and quiet. Six stars

LOVE the outdoor space. We stayed here (paying a little more) because of the firepits. Multiple firepits and conversation spots; Music; A little road noise, but overall pretty peaceful for being right next to the interstate. I enjoyed relaxing there in the evening and the early morning with a cup of coffee. Rooms were clean. Obviously, this is an older hotel that was renovated, so while the rooms aren't huge, the use of space is excellent. Beds were comfy. There's a little road noise, but not terrible. We were too tired to go out, so we ate at the on-site restaurant. Food was good -- not fancy, but quick, good and hit the spot. Proximity to Biltmore Estate is very good and gives easy access. Moose Cafe is close by and excellent for a Southern breakfast.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located off highway. Was pleasantly surprised by the amazing breakfast/eat-in area and bar that stays open til 10:00pm. We didn’t get to use the pool area as we had an early flight. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was delicious! Portion sizes were more than expected! Service was great as well! The hotel was clean, pool and jacuzzi were clean. We interacted with Dana several times during our stay and she is genuinely so kind. We appreciate her hospitality. Every one we interacted with was extremely kind to us as well.

We were driving home from Myrtle Beach when heavy traffic led us to take a detour—and we’re so glad we did! The Hilton Ashview Baltimore BILTMORE Park hotel is tucked away in a scenic, peaceful area that immediately felt like a retreat. The building is new, tastefully decorated, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. We were warmly greeted by Dana at the front desk, who was incredibly accommodating and quickly found us a room. Traveling with a disability can be challenging, but the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Our room was fantastic—spacious, thoughtfully designed for accessibility, and offered a beautiful city view. The location is a bonus: you can easily walk to several charming restaurants and enjoy the area’s nostalgic, small-town charm. It truly felt like stepping back in time in the best possible way. Highly recommended for anyone passing through or just looking for a relaxing getaway. Exceptional service, beautiful setting, and wonderful accessibility.

The hotel is a very nice hotel located in a great area with loads of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is dog friendly which was great for us since we were traveling with our golden. He was welcomed everywhere in the hotel including the restaurant which was a nice surprise to have excellent food. We had dinner there and breakfast as well. We were upgraded to a very nice corner suite which was very clean and comfortable for us all and would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

The area is very nice and the property itself is lovely. It is conveniently located to shopping, food, and entertainment. Clean, professional yet welcoming. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was decently comfortable for a hotel bed. Overall a nice stay.

Stayed here two nights and had a good experience. The staff was excellent, especially the woman working the front desk. She even remembered my name as my stay continued. I felt very welcomed. Lovely room. Everything was in great condition, and the decor was stylish. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Great water pressure. Free and fast internet. Also appreciated the gestures in the room indicative of a full-service property like robes and slippers--too many places have not returned those items since COVID. I had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed it. Great soup and a really tasty salad with chicken. Reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant, too. The housekeeping on the first night of my stay could have been more thorough--a dirty towel wasn't cleared and clean towels were just placed on the basin instead of properly placed. The bed was barely made. Small thing, but was the only part of the stay that wasn't outstanding. Hotel's location was excellent. It's in a nice shopping complex and an easy walk to a few restaurants, a Barnes and Noble, and some shops. Would not hesitate to return when again in the area.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to the airport and an abundance of restaurants within walking or driving distance. Rachel at the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and situated. Also has a small restaurant with coffee bar and mixed drinks.

Stayed here 3/1/25. The property is well kept, the lobby is nice. Smooth checkin early afternoon from a smiling young woman. The room was spacious, everything in good shape, very clean including my bathroom. I forgot to pack a small toiletry item so I went downstairs to buy one. The desk staff, a young man and young woman, helped me find it for purchase, which I was willing to do, but then the young woman gave me one of her own from her own supply. I REALLY appreciated that! The coffee service in the AM was good and friendly. Worth noting that although my room overlooked the interstate, it was very quiet. I really could hear nothing when the heat or AC was running. Nice view of the mountains too. I'll be back and recommend this hotel.

A wonderful night. We had a room facing the airport/26. And it was quiet except for maybe a couple larger planes and the one F-16. Nice view of the mountains. Close to restaurants and services. Super clean and comfortable room and property. No complimentary breakfast but it’s right next to a Cracker Barrel. And a nice fire pit to hang out at the end of the night. Sierra Nevada Brewing is a quick drive away. I would definitely stay again.

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming—genuinely friendly, not just “hospitality smile” friendly. My room was spotless and well-appointed, with just the right balance of comfort and modern design. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I’m still dreaming about the water pressure in that shower—perfection.

The food at the bistro was delicious! The farm bowl was filling and tasty. The homemade French toast was a hit with my son. The service from Charlene was friendly and kind. Breakfast at the Bistro is a must! The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The gym provided an excellent workout space when away from home.

Positives: - the staff; in particular, Natalia in Housekeeping who did an exceptional job, Tywon at breakfast who served with a smile and worked very diligetnry to keep eerything clean and stocked, and Tina at the front desk who was friendly and accomodating - room was clean - check in was very easy, staff was hospitable Negatives: - some of the fresh fruit available was not the best quality (soft bananas and holes in apples, etc) - orange juice at breakfast tasted expired - fresh fruit served at breafkast also was not good at all - the central air/heat was very noisy and was unable to turn the fan off; this made it very hard to sleep

Amazing hotel!! So clean! Comfy beds!! This is now my go to when flying out of Asheville! My flight left early so I didn’t get to eat breakfast. Left at 5 am and there was hot fresh coffee! This was the best Hampton I ever stayed at. Kudos to the staff and management. Great job!!

The location is extremely close to the airport. The room was clean and quiet. The lobby was extremely clean and the staff was amazing. Kevin at the front desk was super helpful and attentive to my questions and needs.

Great choice for our stop to Florida and evening at Sierra Nevada. Check in was excellent. We started ourcdtive at 4 AM andcrequested a quiet room. We got a suite so bedroom was the inside room and super quiet. Hampton is not on busy highway so also quiet. Lobby, halls and our room was excellently clean and seemed recently updated. Breakfast was better than expected. And bestbof all every staff member smiked and was kind. This Hikton location should get recognized for all aspects of hospitality. They really represent what Hilton stands for.

I rated this 5 star because of the staff. The hotel is your standard hampton inn. Clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was a nice size. Each person we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful and professional. They play multiple roles it seems at this hotel and it ran smoothly for us. We were there for under a day but very happy with our stay. Their shuttle service was on-demand for us too.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Loved the in-room jacuzzi. The bathroom was nice and it was nice that they had free breakfast.

Hotel was in a great location and had a lot of restaurants near by. The room was a little dated and could have used some sprucing up but overall it was ok. The jacuzzi tub was a big hit and worked out as a good stress relief from all the driving.

So traveling during the days of the covid virus is stressful enough. But staying in a hotel can ratchet up the nerves. After doing a bit of research into hotels in the Asheville area that accept dogs for a reasonable fee, I discovered This Comfort Inn. I could surmise from the reviews that they have been active in upgrading and updating the hotel. So I rolled the dice on a moderate priced place to stay for a day. Wow is what I need to stay. From a wonderful woman at the front desk who was amazing at check in, to an immaculate hotel lobby, I felt like I had chosen well. The elevator worked,,,, well, and the hallways had that WE CARE look and smell, carpets are clean, both to look and smell, The room was great with a nice view of the mountains and sunset. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and neat, no surprises there. I had work to do and the desk and office chair were very comfortable to work at. Did I mention a ton of outlets to plug all our electronics into? with room to spare. I took our small dog on a number of walks and found the grounds to be well maintained. this stay would have been great at even a greater cost. At the cost quoted, along with an extremely modest pet cleaning fee, it was great. easy to find, clean, comfortable with great staff. everything you can ask for. oh yes, I was very impressed to see the owner of the company working and vacuuming himself. As a business owner, that told me a lot..

Clean property with laminate floors in every room. This hotel is modern, clean, and staff friendly. The Breakfast has standard items like waffles, muffins, juice and coffee. Extra effort for the real scrambled eggs and a sausage patty. I made an egg-bagel-sausage sandwich and it was great. Would recommend anytime.

My family of four searched various properties around the Asheville area and ended up choosing Crowne Plaza. There were some reviews that were concerning so before checking in some of us were unsure. I am so excited to share that our experience at Crowne Plaza was AMAZING!! Amenities- We had access to three different pools- 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool. We also played the 9 hole golf course and pickleball at the indoor tennis facility. Another perk was going zip lining at the Adventure Center located adjacent to the hotel. Tons of cool walking and biking trails everywhere. Cleanliness- this was our biggest concern walking in- based on some of the prior reviews. However, our room and all the common areas were very clean. It is an older resort, but has been well maintained. Dining- Kids eat free for the breakfast buffet which was not a standard continental breakfast. Full buffet- omelette and waffle station and they changed it up everyday! Definitely a perk for the kids before we started our mountain adventures everyday! We had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious especially the French fries! Our waitress, Rachel was so kind and top notch! Our children loved the fresh fruit infused water in the lobby which also changed everyday. Location- We really loved this location because you feel like you’re in a resort mountain setting, but you’re less than 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Asheville.

This was my second time staying at this adorable resort over July 4th. My partner and I and our small dog stayed for six nights. I had read some bad reviews leading up to our stay due to the pool being closed. However it was open for our entire stay. Our room was right next to the pool with a patio and easy access to lots of grass and pet relief areas. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was ample sized! The bathroom is small but I prefer this to have a larger room. The best part of our stay was the staff. We love Asheville and we actually live here, but we did a staycation. Joe and Monte at the bar were extremely attentive. Natalie and the lady from NZ at the front desk were extremely efficient. The lobby and bar and restaurant are excellent. It’s lots of fun to watch people zip lining and see the kids on the bike paths. The rooms are well sound proofed and the light blocking curtains were perfect. The only thing we disliked was the fact that on July 4th groups of guests were allowed to bring coolers to the pool and overflowed the trash cans with their beer cans from their cooler. There should be a rule against this. I plan to stay here again.

Pleasant staff. Especially Olivia (waitress during the breakfast hours at the Overlook restaurant, which is located on the first floor of the hotel) had a lovely bubbly personality. Everyone was professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was comfortable and clean. The facility has pool which looked nice, but we didn’t get a chance to use them

The staff was friendly & welcoming from the receptionist to the staff at Overlook restaurant. Our room was clean, the air filter was clean, it looked almost new. Breakfast was great & dinner was phenomenal. Chef Amy really outdoes herself!

We had a gorgeous view from our balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good. They even have an omelet station. The room was clean. The best part was the amazingly comfortable bed. It was one of the best nights of sleep I have ever had in a hotel.

Best Hilton ever! Lovely landscaping with rocking chairs & amazing staff. Everything looked new & super clean. Nice indoor pool with hot jacuzzi! Just a few minutes from downtown.

Room was spacious, updated, and clean. Bed was comfortable and shower had decent water pressure. Absolutely loved the blackout pull down shade because it worked like a miracle, so much better than those stupid curtains at most hotels. Breakfast was ok, your normal hotel complimentary breakfast. Loved that coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. Pool and hot tub were open and were clean. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend and definitely would stay again.

This hotel was great!! The room, the hallways, and the lobby smelled so good-very fresh and clean. Our room was spotless. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that the kids and I didn’t even make it down to breakfast, but my husband said it was delicious-eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, toast, fruit, waffles, muffins, etc. Every staff member we encountered from Ryan at the front desk to housekeeping to a maintenance person in the lobby was very friendly. The blackout shade in the room and the blissfully cool setting on the a/c made for the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Room was very clean. All staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Dog friendly Breakfast was hot and good. Had clean area to walk my dog. Had lots of free parking. Beds were comfortable. Had coffee in my room. Was not noisy in our room.

Love this place..quiet, great mattresses and bedding, good air conditiining, black out drapes nice room, plenty of hot water, extremely helpful and friendly front desk night reception when we checked in very late. Delicious hot Breakfast Buffett, 24 hour coffee. Cracker Barrel right in front - (walking distance). Close access to Blue Ridge Parkway. Have stayed here several times.

Clean, convenient, wonderful staff! The breakfast was great! The lady in charge of setting up the breakfast always made sure everything was stocked and the areas kept clean. Will certainly stay again and tell my friends with dogs. If you're visiting the Biltmore Estate, this is the perfect hotel for you, your family and your pup!

Stopped for the night due to weather. Quiet , convenient and clean. Fast check in. Breakfast was typical but was fresh and area was clean

Very clean, but oudated hotel. Stayed for two nights for our visit to Biltmore. Check in was easy and smooth. Used the pool both nights we were there. Pool was a little cold but clean. Breakfast was your normal free continental breakfast. Plenty of restaurants near by just a lot of traffic. Would stay again for 1-2 nights.

Very nice staff. Lovely lobby, with nice little bar. Excellent breakfast (only $5 with a voucher through Expedia). Nice little pool and hottub, pleasant sitting area outside. Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. Multiple USB ports available for charging. Nice sized fridge and microwave. Gym was pretty good, but could also use a recumbent bike. Only issue is that there were only two towels in the room, but that is VERY minor. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect stay. The check in was easy, property new looking and very clean, nice bar/restaurant downstairs, beds comfortable, bathroom extremely clean, and shower water pressure amazing. Overall great stay and highly recomnended!

This property is nice with a friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room (king suite). I paid extra for a balcony room, but was disappointed with the view (see pictures). Just a vacant lot and unattractive buildings. The location is convenient, but difficult to get in and out of onto a VERY busy road because there is no traffic light. The entrance is poorly marked, and I drove past it a couple of times. Between the challenging entrance/exit and unattractive views, I’m bringing my rating down from 5 to 4. Otherwise a beautiful property.

Very clean, new hotel. Every employee we interacted with very helpful and friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. The pool are was very clean and nice. Our room was very clean and organized in a way that made it seem roomy. We ordered food to go from the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and promptly made. There are many food options nearby if you want to go somewhere else. Would stay again without a doubt. Look forward to staying here again.

We always stay at the Holiday In Express. This time we stayed at Holiday In. And Suites. It was a very nice hotel but the breakfast was full service. The holiday In express in Asheville had a buffet breakfast, coffee 24/7 and cookie treats. This hotel had nine of that. The breakfast was mediocre and the service was slow even though there were only 2 other tables. It is a shame because a beautiful hotel like this one, should have a full buffet and free coffee.

Enjoyed everything about the hotel and staff!! The bed and shower were very comfortable! The jacuzzi was amazing!! Breakfast was plentiful! Staff(Erica) is very professional and friendly Great customer service!

We were in Asheville to tour the Biltmore. The Grand Bohemian is a minute from the entrance to the property. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The hotel restaurant, The Red Stagg is amazing! Every staff member that we met were friendly and professional! Hope to visit again!

This place is amazing. We only had two negatives: 1. The beds aren’t very comfy 2. The hostess in the restaurant where we ate breakfast didn’t have a very pleasant demeanor, but our waitress made up for their shortfall. She was amazing. Overall well worth the trip and we will be going back!

Daughter and I stayed for a couple nights and LOVED it! The room was impeccable, beds super comfy, a/c perfect (we like to sleep very chilly) and location perfect. Valet fast and nice guys. Front desk staff very friendly and always offered us water, which we greatly appreciated!

Premium bedding. Big bathtub. Wonderful staff. Clean. House car for local transportation. Excellent cuisine for dinner and very good breakfast too. Had a superb oxygen GLO facial in spa with Chloe. Across street from Biltmore Village and entrance to Biltmore Estate.

Everything about the stay was relaxing and wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, all the rooms and facilities were clean, and the decor was spot on with its hunting lodge motif. The food at the red stag was excellent.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets is an absolutely amazing hotel and definite must visit lodging destination in Asheville, North Carolina. In May of 2023, I brought and treated my wife and myself for a week vacation in Asheville, North Carolina and we very much enjoyed our weekly stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets. The hotel’s staff were very polite, welcoming, helpful, and promptly addressed our inquiries and requests. In addition to the great service, both my wife and I found our room to be quite spacious, clean and comfortable!!! We thank the housekeeping for making sure to provide adequate towels and tissues and for doing a great job on tidying our rooms. Other amenities that were great about this hotel is its complementary breakfast, which my wife and I found delicious, its indoor swimming pool and spa, and an available washing machine and dryer. My wife and I also loved the location of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets. The hotel is located near a shopping mall and several restaurants, and is very close to some popular destinations that my wife and I visited, such as the Biltmore Estate, the Biltmore Village & the Blue Ridge Visitor Center. When vacationing in Asheville, North Carolina, we highly recommend that you visit and stay at The Fairfield Inn & Suites Asheville Outlets!!!

Decent room, everything looked pretty updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre but fresh and acceptable. Coffee in the breakfast room was very good, though. I would stay again.

There was a good variety of food and fruit for breakfast. We liked the walk-in shower but the shower door opened into the bathroom quite far so that no one could enter through the regular door if the shower door was open. Also there was not a good seal for the shower door & water leaked onto the floor.

Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is family friendly, clean, offers breakfast and free parking at an awesome rate. We didn’t mind the drives when getting to some places since we enjoyed the beautiful towns and mountains.
