PSKS is an amazing place. Lots of nature, birds and of course koalas. The breakfast is excellent, great variety and also offers vegetarian/vegan options. There is a pool and jacuzzi as well. Great place to stay and to enjoy Port Stephens.

A lovely place to stay amongst the trees. A warm pool and jacuzzi added to the enjoyment. Samurai beach is close by, but it is a hard walk through the sand.

I fell in love the Trees. They are huge, diverse, beautiful and surround you. No wonder it's called Treescape. I love nature and I was living right amongst it all. The walk along the Samurai Beach dunes at sunrise and sunset were magic. I stayed in a standard room which was spacious & clean with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was large, and there was a large mini bar sized fridge, kettle & microwave and dishes. On site there is a large communal kitchen with 2 separate stoves and sinks and of course, lots of tables. Plenty of room to cook and mostly enough pans etc. The bedroom block has a patio in front of it to enjoy sitting and quietly enjoying yourself. So enjoyable! The rooms and patios are right next to each other with no divide, so to be respectful you need to keep your conversations quiet - which is perfectly fine as you soak up the atmosphere. Keep in mind, if you are smoker, your smoke drifts in to other people's room windows or right on your neighbour, if sitting on the patio, so do the right thing and move away from the building. You're on acreage so you can use it freely. The pool area is clean, large and of an excellent design - plenty of space to swim or to relax on one of the many ledges within the pool. They also have a hot tub that seems to be a magnet for kids. There are 5 comfy outdoor lounge chairs there too. The staff are SO friendly, helpful & happy. And any minor concerns I had were immediately addressed. They aim to please!

Staff was welcoming from arrival to departure,they were always helpful. Our cabin was clean & modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Contential Breakfast was great 1 litre of milk, Juice, fresh bread, choices of jams & Vegemite, tea, coffee, hot chocolate cereal, and apples. Pool & spa, a few BBQ'S around. Walking track to the beach. Included in the stay a guided tour of the sanctuary & of course see the koala's. Our stay was quite and relaxing.Would stay again, good location.

You could tell everything was thought off for the comfort of guests. Staff were really helpful and here for guests for anything required. The guided tour was interesting, fun and guide was super lovely. Facilities such as barbecues were clean, well kept, and worked well. The grounds are well maintained and really peaceful.One little comment is the difference in height/ edge between the kitchen and the bathroom is quite dangerous and should be look at as could lead to someone tripping or falling or breaking a toe. Everything else was perfect and well above expectation. All the utensils and plate, the breakfast, the shampoo, etc. Perfect!

Check in was smooth, friendly and professional. We were shown where to park our car, walked to our room and shown how to use the keypad. The room was very clean as was the spa. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed for our overnight stay and would definetly stay again when in Bright. The grounds were well maintained and the glass safety fencing around the spa was sooo clean, we didnt really know it was there. Well done and thankyou

Facility is pretty new, room is very clean. Welcoming staff. Room space is nice and comfortable. Kitchenette is handy. Heating is good. Secure access to own room with our own passcode, no need to carry key around. Outdoor has a central kitchen and dining area. Location is pretty good, very quick drive into town centre. Overall nice and comfortable environment to stay.

Lovely room, with a private courtyard and clean spa, super comfy bed, little kitchenette with microwave. Everything was neat as a pin, there was even a freezer and washer / Dryer for use. loved our stay, and host Suzie was amazing, super friendly and so helpful. great location too, on main street.

Great location with the mountains in the background and close enough to walk to the supermarket, restaurants and main street.

The room was lovely and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All modern and fresh. Perfect location, easy walking distance to town. The spa was fantastic after a busy day. It had everything we needed and we will be back!

The jacuzzi was amazing!! The whole chalet was absolutely beautiful. The bird feeder and wildlife spotting was wonderful - we even had the unexpected experience of watching a possum give birth on our balcony!!

Love this location and property. Springbrook Mountain Chalet is close to several Springbrook waterfalls. Every morning you get a friendly visit from the King Parrot’s and there’s also a bird feeder - we got to experience feeding them which was so cool! We stayed in Chalet #5 and we enjoyed the fireplace and made use of the jacuzzi as much as possible. Such a lovely weekend away, we definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Was so cozy, clean, bed was comfortable.Had everything you needed to cook a meal.Chalet 5 had an amazing spa and the fireplace kept us nice and toasty..Host even had birdseed for us to put out for the parrots 🦜 outside on the beautiful verandah. We had issues with our car, Paul our host with no hesitation helped us to maintain the problem at least to have our car reliable for us to attend our 5 year anniversary dinner that night.Paul you are amazing and selfless human being.We had the best relaxing time.Thank you⭐️🌿

These are really nice apartments in a great location just across the road from the water. Our apartment had partial ocean views and a huge balcony, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining, lounge, laundry facilities and nice comfortable furnishings. Our flight from Brisbane to Hervey Bay was cancelled by Qantas so we arrived late (by bus). Anne was so helpful bringing extra milk and coffee pods to the apartment before we arrived so we would have something for the morning before our 7.20am pickup for a whale watching tour. The apartment had everything we needed and was a great home away from home. The TV had Foxtel and WiFi was good, beds were nice and comfy. It's in a secure complex with token required to get in the doors, up the lifts, and thru the gates to the street front. There's a nice pool and a tennis court also. There are several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the Beach House hotel with bottle-shop nearby. We would definitely stay at The Bay Apartments again if we are back in Hervey Bay, highly recommended.

Beautiful spacious, clean apartment with every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Apartment is very modern and really liked the decor. Big balcony with a lovely ocean view right opposite a beautiful beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay which we booked immediately.

2 br and 2 bath Apartment was huge with 2 living areas. Main living area was exceptionally large and led straight out onto the pool area. Apartment decor was modern, clean and had everything we needed for meals at home. Great location, Just a walk over the road to the beach (easy way to catch sunset and sunrise). Great safe beach too for kids. Pool area was clean, had lots of chairs and loungers and very well maintained, we were lucky and had it to ourselves. Hot tub is the perfect temperature and rewarding after a full day exploring K’Gari. Great value for money.

This apartment is stunning. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and super comfortable. Perfect for two couples sharing without feeling like you are tripping over each other. The view from the balcony and the rooftop deck is superb. The beds and pillows were great and there was plenty of storage for clothes, suitcases, etc. The location is fantastic, with both Urangan and Torquay shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, The Italian restaurant out the front is excellent, but is popular so you'll need to book. The beach opposite is beautiful, calm and wasn't crowded. Finally, all of the staff we interacted with were so friendly, welcoming and helpful.

This may be one of the best places we've stayed!!! We got upgraded to a swim up pool apartment and it was incredible. The kids loved going straight into the pool from our giant courtyard. The pool was absolutely beautiful and warm. The apartment was enormous and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the staff always had a big smile on their face. They were really helpful and friendly. We loved the location right across the road from the beach and a lovely Italian restaurant next door. Amazing coffee from a little Italian bakery on the corner too. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Will definitely be back!

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Ceiling fans and aircon makes it very comfortable. Foxtel was available which was fantastic. Balcony has a great view of the ocean. Parking space was included which was great. Location of the property is perfect and in walking distance to lots of the essentials. The pool is great and is heated which was lovely. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Place was great to stay at, receptionists were helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile for us. It was our anniversary and had two young kids, they setup a cot for us and provided us with complimentary champagne. Great restaurants within walking distance. Their pool is to die for, very large, warm and clean you can swim without getting cold. The place is also very clean and maintained. The only improvement I would suggest is their showers whilst not dirty definitely require a deep scrub/clean, visible mold and yellowing tiles which makes it feel a bit gross. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hervey Bay

Great for a family holiday. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Good choice at breakfast. Good activities for kids during holidays. Not walking distance to beach but actually that wasn't an issue. There is an half hourly RACV shuttle that takes you to city centre.

The facilities at the property were amazing. The kids loved the jacuzzi on the roof. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms, not to mention space for everyone. The pool and games room were a hit with the kids and gave us some free time to relax. The shuttle to town was very convenient and the drivers and staff in general were very helpful.

This resort offers a fantastic stay with great amenities and service, though a few minor areas could use improvement. Pros: • Room Quality – Lovely setup with a separate bedroom and well-appointed bathroom. • Balcony – A great addition for fresh air, the view and relaxation. • Storage Space – Plenty of room to store belongings, making the stay more convenient. • Heated Swimming Pools & Spa Pool – Excellent facilities for relaxation and comfort. • On-Site Bar & Dining – Well-priced and good food, adding to the experience. • Location – Convenient and accessible. • Service – Friendly and efficient, enhancing the stay. • Parking – Easy and hassle-free. • Shuttle Bus – Helpful transport service to town and the beach. • Quiet Atmosphere – Peaceful setting for a restful getaway. Cons: • Breakfast Quality – Basic and uninspiring, could use more variety. • Blinds Maintenance – Some issues with blinds coming unclipped, needing attention. • Laundry Facility – Advertised but did not exist, which was disappointing. Overall, this resort provides a relaxing and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities and great service. While there are minor areas that could be improved, the positives outweigh the negatives, making it a great choice. Would recommend with expectations for small improvements!

From the moment we walked through the front door at the reception, we were greeted with a warm welcome a beautiful reception area, leading up to the pool through the bar/restaurant. All the information at check-in was thorough. Access to the room was easy, which was absolutely spotless, everything appeared new, well maintained and most of all super clean. The kitchen was well equipped and was refreshing to see that all utensils, crockery, etc was of excellent quality and not old and stained. Bathrooms was spotless, beds were comfy, clean and room servicing was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool, the pool attendant was pleasant and chatty, made us and our little boy feel welcome and we also enjoying walking around the clean and quiet grounds. The chef and staff at Dazza's bar / restaurant were really friendly and the service was good. We felt very welcome and even on checkout we were made to feel special to have stayed at RACV Noosa.

We stayed at the the resort recently and had the best time! Our family stayed in a sanctuary apartment with a roof top spa which was amazing! The apartment was massive and very clean with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pools were fantastic and at a great temperature. Our daughter loved playing in all the pools especially the splash pool and low pool with sand. You can get drinks and food delivered to you while you sit and relax by the pool which made it even more enjoyable! The buffet breakfast was so good - lots of variety and very fresh! We also took advantage of the in room dining for dinner which was delivered to our door very quickly. The games room and playground for the kids is a great addition too! Overall, we had such a fantastic experience at RACV Noosa resort and would definitely come back again. It’s a perfect resort for families and the staff are very welcoming. Thanks so much for a great stay and we hope to come back soon :)

We had a wonderful stay in a 2-bedroom swim-out apartment, which was perfect for our family. The space was thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage, and the beds were super comfortable. It’s a little further out of town, but we appreciated the quiet, peaceful surroundings. The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. A real highlight was the excellent café just a short walk away, serving delicious breakfast and lunch with beautiful river views—we went every day. We also loved relaxing on our patio each afternoon and stepping straight into the pool.

Our family had the BEST time. We stayed for a week mid Aug and the weather was great. Heather and the team were amazing and so helpful with giving us all the local knowledge. Our kids (6 & 9) had the best time, mainly spent in the pool. For us adults, the pool was a bit fresh to start with but once you got in, we spent the whole day in there. We also found that the later in the day, the pool was nice a refreshing. The pool in the main area is that big, that you can swim, splash around without annoying others or you could make friends. We stayed in one of the rooms with the swim up balcony and it was perfect because the kids would swim around whilst we sat on the sun lounges and watched on. We also hired a car which you would need, as you are about 6mins to the main part of Port Douglas where all the restaurants are. There is a little cafe about 2mins from the resort that does great coffee and breakfast and if you are lucky, you might spot the baby crocodile in the water near the golf course. The beach isn’t too far away and is great for your morning walks and you might even catch the sunrise if you are an early riser. Sunsets are best viewed on a clear day down at Anzac Park which you would need to drive to as it’s in the main part of town. We highly recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed the pool. Well set up kitchen. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Good collection of games, books and beach toys, which meant we didn't need to bring these with us. Cafe around the corner is lovely, as is the ramada restaurant and day spa across the road. Playground and beach 10 min walk. All very clean and modern. Quiet at night and lovely mountain location makes it feel quote secluded despite being a big resort.

Loved everything about The Pool Resort. Great location in quiet streets, 5 min scooter/drive into Port Douglas. Very spacious 3 bed plunge apartment perfect for a family of 5 with 2 bathrooms and very large living dining kitchen open plan. Very long wide hallway from front entrance past bedrooms and bathrooms. Great decor, very clean, plenty of lounge/dining chairs etc for the whole family without being on top of each other. Our apartment overlooked golf course, very relaxing and quiet with little outdoor area to sit. Plunge pool was small but handy having at your door. Main pool went forever, the biggest I've ever seen anywhere, plenty of space so you can lounge around. Very clean apartment and all facilities maintained well. Awesome to have scooters available on site, easy cruise around local area and into PD. Cannot fault anything about this place and would recommend to anyone visiting PD.

Spacious, modern property that was perfect for our family of five. The 3 bedroom apartment with plunge pool was a great size with plenty of space. The lounge furniture was a little worn and only accommodated 4 people comfortably, not enough space for the 5 of us. A larger couch for a 3 bedroom apartment would be more practical if accommodating up to 6 people.. The property is approx a 40 minute flat walk into the main street of Port Douglas. Alternatively, you can pay a shuttle service to take you there and back if you don't like walking or don't have a car. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay The large pool area was clean and well maintained. A very enjoyable stay overall!

Stunning idyllic location. Beautiful place. Loved the villa. So clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi was very clean and worked very well. Great facilities. Villa fully equipped. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The perfect place to relax, unwind and switch off.

The friendly atmosphere and animals made for a very inviting and comfortable stay. The jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the lake was a great way to relax at the end of a day of exploring the property and nearby walking trails and brewery.

Upon entering the property our jaws dropped - the property is absolutely breathtaking. We loved being greeted by the animals - dogs (we have a soft spot for Leah), chickens, ducks & horses. Our chalet was perfect, bed was comfy, loved the fireplace & jacuzzi! Cosy & quiet. And the staff we all so kind and helpful and would stop for a chat. Was exactly what we needed for some R&R. There’s a brewery down the road (walkable) and is close to town. Such an amazing & memorable place - highly recommend Thankyou guys!

Charming treetop apartment with beautiful view and jacuzzi on balcony. Apartment had lots of amenities particularly in the kitchen. The property was exceptionally maintained throughout including pool, bbq area, tennis court and games room.

Loved this tree house accomodation. Tucked up high in the trees with a view over toward the water. Out of the rat race of Byron Bay, you will need to drive into the town. Quiet location with great pool, bbq and tennis court. Loved the jacuzzi on the balcony

Superb location with a beautiful short walk through the national park to get a beautiful beach with hardly any people. The treetop house is spacious, very comfortable, quiet, and private. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court are ideal for families with kids. It's a short drive into town or a 30min walk. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed at Riverglen (or, is it the 5th), and it’s been the same: quiet, calm, relaxing in the middle of the Margaret River forests within walking distance of the town centre. As per our past stays here, the chalet very clean, well presented, well-equipped and we were also provided with enough firewood for us to make cozy fires in the living room fireplace. And I love that the staff who greeted us upon our check-in was helpful and friendly.

Well above what we expected, location is amazing. 1km out of the main street but in the thick of the bush, a nice walk. Clean is an understatement, our chalet was meticulously clean and clearly very well maintained. The bed was amazing and comfy, chalet was nice and warm and everything perfect - so pleased we chose Riverglen Chalets, we'll be back and are highly recommending to everyone.

Riverside Glen Chalets was the perfect place to stay. The location for all the things we wanted to do in Margaret River was perfect. It was so convenient for walking into the shops, restaurants & cafes. Our accommodation was very clean & comfortable with good amenities.

My wife and I had a great visit to Margaret River and our stay at Riverglen Chalets was an important part of it. The cabin had been recently renovated with clean modern Kitchen Bathroom and Bedroom yet it retained its rustic charm. Location was convenient to Margaret River and surrounding areas. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I can highly recommend Riverglen Chalets to fellow traveller.s

very close to MTB trails, restaurants and bars which was a big bonus, although we could hear occasionally cars from nearby Carter Road, the property was surrounded by forest so felt quite secluded and at night it was very quiet so almost felt like being in the middle of a forest, property was clean, nice and cosy and had everything we needed (i.e. breakfast) but not really suited for making any larger meals, bed was comfortable, check-in and out process was quick, efficient contact with the owners via text messages outside of normal hours, if needed

We loved everything! Our apartment was large and spacious, the furniture was comfortable and clean, the laundry was huge, our location was perfect, the buffet breakfast was delicious, the complimentary bus service that ran to the central area and back 3 X a day, the large pump bottles of soap/cond and shower gel and the friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely perfect. Will be back!

This was a beautiful property and we loved staying here. The views from our 3 storey villa were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. There were a few maintenance issues which need addressing such as broken wardrobe drawers and a cover over the access to the workings of the bathroom spa which looked like a drawer and nearly landed on my feet when I tried to open it. One of the 3 bathrooms (master) shower water pressure wasn’t great and the door out of the shower to the outdoor shower balcony wouldn’t open. Also little things like towel hangers which were loose so you couldn’t use them. But the place was so beautiful we overlooked these things. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful, especially those in the breakfast restaurant and the Whispers bar. We would stay here again.

The property is located at very convenient location with great view to sea. The apartment was well maintained and clean. The facilities (lagoon, pool etc.) was also in good condition. Disappointed with breakfast! We've stayed for 6 days and have selected breakfast inclusion during booking however it was disappointing to see that all 6 days it was exactly same buffet menu/items. After discussing with restaurant manager, we learned that restaurant is managed by different business (e.g. sub contractor) and based on commercial arrangements with Mirage, restaurant can only provide same buffet menu. Also, there is no À la carte menu offered for breakfast.

The self-contained apartment my daughter and I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous. It was very well sized, equipped with all the modern necessities of home to make our stay extremely comfortable. Views were lovely, with two balconies overlooking the garden and seafront boardwalk. The Hotel contains two lovely swimming pools, a lovely restaurant 'Whisper' and a gym. The restaurant offers a good variety of drinks and meals, also catering for children. The breakfast buffet at Whispers is also brilliant, offering a wide range of hot and cold breakfast options. Staff were lovely and friendly, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Every morning we were greeted by a local cockatoo the kids loved it Waking up to this view was epic fantastic morning swims and evening jacuzzi such a pleasant surprise to be upgraded to the penthouse when I arrived 🫶😄❤️

The apartment was spacious and bright. The view was amazing and the balcony was a great place to sit and look out over the Coral Sea. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The roof top jacuzzi we had with our apartment was an added bonus. I can definitely recommend Sea Star Apartments.

We had an amazing stay at sea star apartments. The apartments with sea view have an amazing view and lots of space. Fully equipped kitchen and balcony. The pool area is amazing with an infinity pool and beautiful view of Airlie beach. It’s only a 10-15 minute walk into the town. The hill is quite steep so may not be walkable for someone with limited fitness or mobility. However Ubers are only about 10 dollars one way. Special mention to Sharon in reception who made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Sharon went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely very spacious apartment (if just a little dated) with a gorgeous view from the kitchen lounge and bedroom. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Checkin was ok but we weren’t given any information on Airlie or even told where the pool or barbecue areas were.......trivial issues so no big deal on that one. The apartment block is up a very steep road which allows for the stunning views but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that doesn’t like hills or walking As a couple that gym most days this was perfect for us as we used the steep hills as our cardio. The pool spa and bbq area was good although while we were there the spa wasn’t working. A nice 10 minute (if that) walk from the centre of Airlie with amazing views.

Well equipped and spacious apartment with stunning views from the balcony and swimming pool. Located in a great spot with parking access and within walking distance of town, shops, restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a relaxing stay and would definitely recommend staying at Sea Star Apartments.

Voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley is truly an amazing accommodation. The accommodation grounds is huge. There is this long driveway to enter the hotel. My husband and I even joked “welcome to our home” when we entered. They have good facilities: pool, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, bar. They even have a barn inside with some hogs, chickens and turkeys. The entire stay was good. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff was nice and cleans the whole room and toilet well.

Beautiful property with a lot of facilities (heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis and basketball courts, on site pizzeria) and in close proximity to Hunter valley gardens and various vineyards. Rooms have unobstructed views of the rolling vineyards behind and woke up to see hot air balloons up against the mountains and kangaroos playing in the backyard,

This is our second time here and we really enjoyed our stay. We got a great deal through Qantas Luxury stays which included breakfast, high tea, room upgrade, $100 credit, VIP wine tasting at First Creek and two drinks each at the bar. Our room had a beautiful outlook over the hillside and the bed was very comfortable (to be picky the pillows are quite soft). The breakfast has everything you need including made to order eggs. They have a coffee machine that makes good coffee or you can pay extra for barista made ones. We ate at the bar one night which had woodfire pizza and your typical bar snacks. The service all round was great and the high tea was very lovely - so much food we took some home. I would definitely stay here again - close to some great wineries, easy parking and lovely view. The lobby is so lovely to sit in and relax. Highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway or with kids.

This is a first class hotel. From the minute we checked in we had a superb stay. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious, dinner in the restaurant was fantastic and the bar was a great place to have drinks. We also had pizza there which was delicious. Breakfast was good quality and value for money. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The landscape is stunning providing fabulous views. Highly recommend you stay here.

Saturday night stay in King Valley-View room. Unexpectedly & notably quiet for a weekend night which was very welcome. Character-filled, old-worldy ambience in decor of room. Older bathroom but suited the style & all very clean & practical. I would suggest a wall-mounted vanity mirror be included as mirror area a little dark for shaving/make-up applying. Very comfortable bed & pillows....like sleeping on a cloud. Room was very clean throughout with beautiful views. Unfortunately, we weren't left any slippers with our robes which would have been handy. The verandah partitions are incomplete & so are open to next door's & at one point in the late afternoon, a child walked past a couple of times. Wasn't a big issue but not as private as could be. Overall, a quiet, clean, comfortable stay. The Epoch bar is lovely too with great food & service.

I recently stayed and had a lovely time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The pool was a great way to cool off after a day. The restaurant on-site was convenient and offered beautiful meals. I would definitely recommend Exies Bagtown to others traveling to Griffith.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Alf the Manager was amazing in his hospitality which was shown amongst all his patrons in the bar & restaurant. I will definitely be back again! I also recommend eating one of their amazing steaks cooked up by their Chef’s.

The property is nice , I used to stay here a lot some years ago when frequenting the Riverina for work. The place is somewhat the same but it did change hands some years ago & the restaurant attached to the property is now owned by another party& the restaurant isn’t open on Monday night nor fo they do breakfast. It’s a shame as I know a lot of reps who stayed here for dinner & Breakfast. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a nice place to stay but with out the offer of breakfast I think the prices could come down a little.

Top notch cleanliness during our stay at Exies Bagtown. It was nice and comfy stay. The Toilet was clean and the little kitchenette provided was very handy as well. The Room was also extremely Clean with Air Con and Beds were comfy too. Unlike other hotels, they had provided odorless pest control spray which became very handy :-) Overall, highly recommended. The lady at the reception was very nice and gave us a very good briefing at the check-in.

We were in Griffith to visit a family member in hospital. This motel was only a short drive away and therefore very convenient. We enjoyed our stay here. We had room 20 which was newly refurbished. What a amazing stay! Perfect location with amazing views over the Airlie Beach and the bay, short walk into town centre. Apartment is very clean and spacious! Host is an amazing women! Absolutely love her! She's really friendly and helpful, we have come back from boat tour with some sun burn and a soon she heard that she given us special gel for sunburn free of charge! I will definitely stay there again and recommend to all my friends! Thank you

As advertised. Ocean view apartment, easy check in and out process. Well equipped kitchen, oven, microwave etc making it easy to cook meals. Washing machine and dryer as well. Balcony was large, with tables/ chairs and cushions for an outdoor meal/drink. Living spaces were comfortable, with air conditioning and fans in the living room and bedroom. Bed was Very comfortable, also a walk In robe attached Bathroom - tub and shutters that can be opened to get a view of the bedroom / ocean from the bathroom. Shower was a little old and the shower pressure could be better. No rails to dry towels.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, well presented, quiet and had a fabulous outlook. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a comfortable apartment that had everything that you could possibly want available to use. Although the weather was hot the apartment remained cool and comfortable.

Booking definitely for views!!! Amazing & definitely sells this place.. we booked a penthouse 3 bedroom, unfortunately we were disappointed it was certainly well used & not clean at all ( I have own cleaning business) the showers were dirty, basins wiped over & felt overall it needed a deep clean. No amenities either on arrival no dish tables only 2, washing liquid was watered down and left in cupboard & no garbage bags. No Netflix or you tube just basic tv channels. Beds were extremely comfortable and had best night sleeping. Spa very good but owner turned up on first night in our apartment while having a spa due to water overflowing think spa may have been filled to high.. but we’re speechless to see him in our apartment living room… checking that tap was turned off… uphill walk, so bring walking shoes. Friendly staff pool hours are a little different 7.30am-7.30pm kids would have loved to have swam longer in evenings. Overall stay was great bcos seriously those views!!! 😁

Jumping pillow for kids was so awesome, as well as the jacuzzi in the villa. Room was clean and spacious. The grounds were lovely as well.

Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be away from the traffic. We really enjoyed our stay in their Jacuzzi Bungalow and we will definitely stay there again. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area were very clean and with a fully equipped kitchen we were able to cook our own meals without any trouble at all. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool and playground to keep the kids and adults alike entertained. This is one of our favourite down south places to stay.

A very friendly, central park, just perfect and the barista made coffee was a bonus. The "little general store" was much appreciated. Overall the cabin was comfortable, clean and good value.

It was close to the beach, cabins were smaller size but completely adequate, Beds and pillows were really comfortable, Cabin had a porch area which would be great to put a small gate on would make it more usable with kids and dog, cabins are clean, kids playground easy accessible, camp kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room, cooking facilities were clean just what we needed, swimming pool although we didn't use as was too cold, would be great in summer

Hotel is so close to the main street shopping and restaurants. I like jacuzzi on the balcony and swimming pool area. Very nice and quiet.

We struggled with the stairs on higher level, and were pleased to pay a little more for a ground level room. The personal outdoor jacuzzi was fabulous. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room overall with plenty of natural light.

Accommodation was fantastic. The superior room with balcony was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Views from the balcony felt like I was in a rain forest. The pool area was great and very clean and we loved the little bar idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was also perfect.

The buffet style breakfast is delicious and good value for money. I wouldve liked some eggs but there was plenty of other food to eat (Also I realise there is an egg shortage at the moment so maybe that was why). Coffee machine was great and easy to use. We stayed in a bungalow and I loved that it seemed new and clean. It had everything you could possibly need and I thought the greenery and foliage around the bungalow made it seem more private. I could hear the birds and it felt like staying in a rainforest. The bbq on the balcony is a nice touch even though we didnt use it. The bodywash products smelled beautiful. I like there was always someone at reception, especially when you're not familiar with the area, and seeing the little budgie everytime we came and went was cute. Having snacks and drinks at reception was handy. The staff were lovely and very accommodating and the location is perfect for walking around the main cbd area, to the waterfront and some of the better restaurants and bars.

This is a little oasis located perfectly in Darwin. The room was modern, very clean and had a comfy bed. The pool was great including the pool bar. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We had the buffet breakfast one of our morning which was nice, had everything you needed. It’s walking distance from so many things which was very handy. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay at Palms City. The staff were all really helpful and nothing too much trouble. We stayed in one of the rooms in the main buildings, which was quite sizeable with all you need, good air con and nice clean bathroom and a handy outdoor seating area. .The swimming pool and surrounds is a welcome refresher after a day's sightseeing and has a bar too. The location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants and the attractions on Mitchell st, but also quite walkable to the harbour area. Breakfast has loads of choice and if you pre-book very good value at 20 dollars. Overall we were very impressed and pleased with our choice.

We loved our Garden Villa. Nestled amongst glorious tropical greenery, with our our private deck and 1 min walk to the splendid pool, our modern and very well equipped villa was the perfect oasis. Our bed was very comfortable, and the 'kitchen' had a decent sized fridge, microwave, and everything else that you might want. The bathroom and shower were terrific ! Every staff member.. including those on reception and those making cocktails at the pool bar, were cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable . Excellent position,near the gardens and coast.

Got the package that includes valet and late checkout. Free Tram zone only 2 mins walk. Shopping centre nearby if doesn't want to go the CBD. Love the infinity pool and jacuzzi (although it was a bit cold, still loving it). Most facilities were excellent. Staff were nice. We didn't have breakfast there, so I can't comment, but it seems cozy.

Everything was awesome cleaning, service and infinity pool with Jacuzzi was more than great. We spent our anniversary there for 2 days and when reception knew it is our anniversary they gave us a bottle of wine as a gift 🎁 which was really very nice and kind of them. In addition, during checking in you get a glass of champagne as a complimentary which doesn't happen in any of hotels no matter how much you paid 😂. Breakfast was very good with many varieties of food and fruits. Really, thanks for having us for sure gonna go again and again.

Never stayed at this property before but seems my stars aligned with this property. I was booked with another Marriott but for some reasons I was transferred to Marriott Docklands. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I automatically got a room upgrade..which I love. Had some initial issues with the housekeeping but I was looked after well with some freebies. What I really loved was the infinity pool at L15 terrace with a built in jacuzzi. With 5 degrees external temperature, sitting in the warm water jacuzzi with a glass of beer in hand was a memorable moment. The staff was great and made my stay memorable. The hotel is just 3-5 minutes walking distance from the nearest Tram station. Since it’s within free tram zone, just hop on and enjoy. There’s not much activity around here so best is to visit the CBD or the waterfront to enjoy. Will definitely visit again whenever the opportunity comes up.

I upgraded to a superior twin room with breakfast included. Room dining service is ok and love the salmon chop. The infinity pool is heated with 28 degrees and Jacuzzi with 37 degrees temp. Nice view of docklands especially sunset view at 8:45pm. With sauna inside women’s bathroom and gym beside. Facilities are clean. Breakfast is a typical australian buffet with beans mushroom tomato egg sausages bacon etc. staff are attentive and friendly overall recommended for another stay and will book once again. Thanks for the lovely hotel and good to experience the highly sought infinity pool and love that i chose the time that its not crowded so spectacular view has been enjoyed

Absolutely awesome stay at this property. We were offered a champagne on check in and the hotel was so quiet, beds were comfortable and room was lovely. The heated pool and Aperol rooftop bar was the standout feature with a stunning backdrop and perfect temperature. The jacuzzi was also fantastic. My friend and I lost track of time just relaxing in this space and nearly missed our dinner reservation. The pool area also had complimentary sunscreen and chilled water and cups ready to keep hydrated. Parking cost was pricey so we parked nearby for overnight stay for half the price. Perfect overnight stay, would recommend and would definitely return!
