Incredibly stylish and beautiful hotel, very well made. Perhaps the best spa we have ever visited! The restaurant and the food was amazing, fantastic taste while buffet also served in moderation, unlike the usual waste of food. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

Great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was very kind especially Maria who was one of the waitresses. We went for 2 days and decided to stay for 2 more. The spa facilities were very nice, great pools and brunch. We liked the lobby and the cigar bar downstairs. The hotel was overall very cozy and nicely built. We liked the therme fun park and the option for atv and other activities.

Great spa center with amazing pools, spacious apartment room, exceptionally clean, very kids-friendly. There is food buffet which is available until 2pm even though during the week we did not feel very welcome in the lounge and the restaurant at that time.

The hotel architecture and internal design create the WOW effect upon arrival. The all-inclusive concept is implemented so well, and it fits perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere. The quiet music during the day allows for chilling, while the DJ in the evening adds energy and makes it perfect for swimming in the hot mineral water outside. Many pools, saunas, and relaxing areas can accommodate guests without making them feel crowded. The staff is polite, the service exceptional, and the facility maintenance is doing their job in the best possible way. And more, the food's quality and variety are surprisingly outstanding. It is a very high bar to continue to hold. I hope they will...

Location is perfect, close enough to everywhere you need. Rooms are nice and big enough. The balcony views, the jacuzzi and the pool were just what I needed for disconnecting and enjoying some ME time. I would definitely be back.

Had a great time at Kap House - the room was cosy and nicely furnished, the sauna and jacuzzi were great and the staff were all kind and attentive. I booked a room there mostly for the location - as it was close to the ski lift, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was!

Great breakfast, great temperature inside the hotel, family run business, super-fun sauna jacuzzi and pool. Parking was small but they went out of their way to find a spot for us. We found litterally every shop immaginable in a 200m radius. Super cool town.

The SPA is fantastic. You have access to pool, sauna and Jacuzzi Breakfast was medium. The location of the hotel is amazing, it’s in the city centre, closed to main gondola.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas. We arrived on December 25th and were pleasantly surprised to learn that a festive dinner with traditional music was included in the price. This added to the joyful holiday atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very warm. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally polite. We also dined at the restaurant, and the food was both tasty and fairly priced. The lounge area had plenty of tables where we could play cards and board games. The only downside was a particular staff member at the lounge bar who, for no clear reason, occasionally required a table reservation. However, we don’t want this to reflect negatively on the rest of the staff, who were working hard during the holiday season, away from their families. The spa, massage areas, and sauna were spotless, and the towels were fresh and clean. If we visit Bansko again, this hotel will definitely be high on our list of preferences, provided there is availability.

Room: Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, with ample storage, a balcony, and great views. Daily impeccable cleaning included fresh towels and even folded pajamas. Breakfast and Dinner (we had half-board): Very good and diverse food options Facilities: On-site minimarket, play areas for kids (including a pool table, ping pong, and arcade games and a separate room for little kids to play), and a cozy bar area in the lobby near the reception (as pictured). Spa: Nice spa area with three saunas (aroma, Finnish, wet), a good-temperature pool, and massage services available (extra cost). Ski/Snowboard rental shop also available at the hotel. All the staff we interacted with was very nice and knew english at a good level. Very good position of the hotel. You can quickly reach the paid parking lot (at the end of the gondola). Gondola is near as well and the offer regular shuttle to and from. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Bansko with minor areas for improvement!

Location is great, outside of the town but within walking distance. Friendly stuff, simple but fresh and tasty food for breakfast and dinner.

Everything was very good. The breakfast offered meals for different tastes. The room was big enough, and all the facilities were in very good conditions. We were really nicely surprised to see to separate sinks. The terrace had a nice view to the mountain. The spa was more than satisfactory. The location is in a quiet a quiet place.

The place and the hotel are wonderful. It combines the nature with a really nice stay. The buffet of the breakfast and the dinner were nice and tasty. Every spot was clean. We totally recommend it !

We had an apartament and the bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower.

Pirin Golf Complex was fantastic! The location is so peaceful, surrounded by nature, with gorgeous views of Pirin Mountain. It’s super close to Bansko Ski Resort, and the hotel offers a shuttle to the ski zone, which made everything so easy. The spa was just what we needed to relax, and our apartment was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were amazing—always friendly, attentive, and happy to help and the food we had at breakfast was great too. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and will be back the next time we’re in Bansko!

Everything was great. Very spacious, located in Pirin 1 and with a big terrace. Very quiet and very close to one of the pools. There was a big fridge and all sorts of kitchen appliances if you want to make simple meals or breakfast. The restaurants offered different meals and breakfast, there are also bakeries and supermarkets. Amazing views and plenty of space for sports and walks.

We really liked it. But what impressed us the most was the cosy atmosphere throughout the hotel, especially in the restaurant where meals were served. How can I describe it – carpeted floors, wooden décor everywhere (natural wood), fresh flowers, fireplaces, perfectly dimmed lighting, soft music, and friendly staff who were more than sufficient in number. The SPA center is excellent, with warm water in the pools, allowing you to swim in the outdoor pools even in the middle of winter. Everything is clean and there are plenty of loungers for the guests. Of course, all types of saunas are available, as well as ice and cold water placed exactly where they should be. Moving through the hotel premises and facilities is possible with your electronic card, so no one can go where they are not allowed, ensuring security is at a high level – unauthorised individuals cannot enter the complex. Fast check-in and check-out. The hotel is essentially a small town with shops, bars, restaurants and a small square. There are parks and playgrounds, a small pond, and for golf lovers, excellent courses on a large area.

We stayed here for 4 nights as we were skiing in Bansko. The hotel itself is very aesthetic and has a number of good facilities like sauna, jacuzzi and two heated pools. It also has a decent but expensive restaurant. Staff were very helpful with whatever I needed - in particular Hasan and Boris had fantastic service!

The hotel reception and bar area you can see has been recently refurbished as it’s very modern and beautiful. Staff were lovely - pre arranged balloon and cake for my partners birthday in the room upon arrival. We also got there very late in the night and missed dinner so they left a snack plate in the room which was considerate of them. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean (albeit a bit dated compared to the recent refurbishment of the downstairs). We were half board so had breakfast and dinner included. Food was decent and had a lot of choice. The spa was also great, we had a couples massage on our last day which was relaxing. Loved the outdoor thermal pool as well! Hotel definitely was more luxurious than many in the area. Ski shop is right next door so we got everything we needed from there which was handy then the shuttle bus takes you to the gondola every 15 mins until 12pm and collects from 3-5pm

The suite was spacious and comfortable, with spotless cleanliness throughout. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner offered a tasty variety of dishes. The shuttle service to the gondola was frequent and reliable. I appreciated the hotel’s charming vintage ambiance. The spa was exceptional—a perfect way to relax after a day exploring the stunning Pirin Mountains.

The staff were all extremely polite and very service-oriented. I especially loved the breakfast (very varied and offers food for every mood), and the hotel's restaurant. We ate dinner and lunch there and it was extraordinary! Very very fresh food, very tasty and not so pricy. If I may, I would like to suggest adding pizza to the menu :) Also, it would be amazing if breakfast had bannitsa in the options of pastries, since we could barely find one in Bansko.

It's a nice hotel. Rooms are nice, and the food is good, too. Spa is nice. Only they need separate jacuzzi from the pool. The lobby is exceptional. Overall its good experience. We will go again.

The most amazing service (for Bulgaria) we have ever received! Perfect green area, well maintained and clean facilities and perfect location. The food was delicious + the coffee for breakfast was espresso type. The swimming pool and SPA are decent and the play room for kids is totally fine. We were amazingly happy to have most of the Jazz Festival in front of our balcony (as it was situated in the nearby park ). I truly recommend this hotel for people who are warm hearted and not that picky, as this place accommodates great times with beloved ones, not only bodies ;) See you again for Christmas! The location is on the city center. The receptionist was warm and understanding lady. The room was very big and cozy. The view from the balcony was to the Pirin hill. The spa center was my favorite place - hot sauna and steam bath, swimming pool suitable for kids and a relax zone. The bathroom and the bathtub were perfectly clean. I recommend it 100%.

The location is great and there is a separate parking available. The hotel seems a bit older, but is nicely preserved and clean. It literally smelled fresh and clean. The breakfast was really good, buffet type, with a lot of savory and sweet choices.

Everything was amazing, the apartment was spacious and clean, beautiful view of the mountains, spa was great and clean, the gym is equiped, breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly, they try to speak English for you and that is so kind. Parking is free. They are pet friendly. Spa is included in the price.

It was clean, the food was really good and the staff was really of a great help. Would definitely recommend this place as the spa is great, also it is a bit far from the city centre but you get a really lovely view and the staff is always ready to give you a ride somewhere if it’s during the day. The food in the restaurant, apart from the breakfast was excellent as well, big portions, okay prices and amazing taste, tho the menu is not really big you still have a great choice.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Wonderful swimming pool. Amazing room. Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. It was just a wonderful experience to stay there. I totally recommend it. Away from the noise and crowds in Bankso. Amazing value for money. Actually didn't want to leave.

Marina and her husband were the best. They were so helpful and friendly with all of our requests and then some. This was my wife's birthday and they made sure to have flowers in the room, a bottle of wine, and helpful suggestions of where to go and what to do. I chose to give my wife and myself a full body massage which we both agreed was very heavenly. The room was very large and had a great view of the mountains nearby. The beds were really nice and we were very comfortable. Now to the breakfasts. Prepare to be amazed at the size and the choices on the menu. All of our choices were amazing in taste and we could not finish our meals. Great value for the best breakfasts we've ever had. Included was coffee, juice, and a Bulgarian yoghurt drink. You could get a normal eggs and bacon breakfast to more traditional Bulgarian breakfasts... all were amazing.

Momini Dvori is perfect !! Guesthouse in traditional bulgarian style with big rooms, comfy and big beds, fridge, heating. Reception very friendly and uncomplicated. All waiters very friendly, every wish was done in seconds. Very tasty and fresh made breakfast, exceptionally good. Everyday another choice. Every day fresh baked bread with homemade jam, always a different jam ! Restauarant was the best in town. In Bulgaria fortunatelly all cov restrictions are canceled - and we was so happy b/o nobody bother us.

The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, keeping that traditional feel while still offering everything for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help—truly going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner was absolutely fabulous—home-style flavors with a touch of local magic. Definitely a place worth staying, and even more, a place I’d happily return to. Location is perfect very central. Had a car with no trouble for parking. Room was clean and smelled nice too. The restaurant below had very good food. Breakfast was awesome loved it. Room was spacious and always clean. Definitely worth the money

A lovely hotel with a peaceful atmosphere and right in the centre of the town.But not noisy as not on a main road so little traffic. Traditional style of decor with a lot of wood carvings and wood furniture in rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful and many speak English. The room was very spacious and airy with good hot shower and cleaned every day. Good selection of food on the menu and you could also choose from the tavern menu and get a 10% discount. Very good portions and all prepared fresh for you when you ordered. Traditional Bulgarian food as well as European and catered for lacto-vegetarians. Wine and beer local and very good. Suitable for couples and families. No lift all stairs though. Sauna and massage available on request, pay extra. We would stay there again and recommend it to others

Thank you for your professional 5-star service. It was a pleasure to come to your hotel, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It has been a pleasure and if we can come again, we will. We loved the food - especially the chicken paste, we loved the spa, steam room, jacuzzi, and the rooms. When we left and then came back the room was spottles. We would also like to tell you that you are very lucky to have a waiter like this. He is thoughtful and extremely kind, he stood out. He is probably the kindest and calmest person I have ever met in my whole life. His name is George also known as Giorgi. He is the best waiter ever in the world. 6/5 stars

This is a cozy and quiet hotel with a great location near the Gondola. The SPA area is comfortable and nice. Good breakfast and dinner. Great staff, you feel like at your friends' there.

Room was very quite spacious and bathroom was very good. We had two terraces even. Breakfast was perfect! Everyday there was some variety of breakfast items. Gondola was few minutes away, so you will be near the ski area. Hot bath and sauna are a plus as well.

Great location. Very clean and spacious room. It was very warm. We used the fireplace for atmosphere. There was a bathtub. New year's dinner was superb! There was limited parking on the street as the hotel doesn't have parking, but there was a lawn nearby where we found free parking.

A nice hotel with large, comfortable rooms, a heated pool, and a jacuzzi. The breakfast, however, was a bit below the expected standard.

Nice view of the mountains and golf courses. A hotel with a very good SPA is just the thing after a hike in the mountains! Hammam, sauna, swimming pool, Jacuzzi - everything is very decent. A large and pleasant lobby area where breakfasts and dinners are held, as well as you can just sit and relax. Comfortable mattress and clean bed linen.

The place is very close to the Pirin mountain and Bansko. Room - amazing view from wide windows, the bed is very comfortable with soft pillows, the air condition works perfectly, our room was very warm. The bathtub was wide and water always hot. Provided hairdryer, kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and plates. Spa - the pool is wide enough for swimming and water in the jacuzzi very hot. We chose the time right after the breakfast, so we had the spa only for ourselves around the noon. Food - the breakfast was sufficient with selection of the local specialties. We did not stay for dinner or lunch as we went out but close by is amazing fish restaurant with farm, which is worth of visit. Common spaces - the lobby bar and restaurant were very stylish and cozy, with fireplace in the middle.
