Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Billund

We loved the cosy and super friendly atmosphere of this hotel. It was our first time in Denmark and the receptionist was very polite on the phone explaining the best way to get to the hotel from the airport. We decided to get a taxi in the end as we wanted to check in and go straight to Legoland. The room was ready on arrival (approx 1pm). We had a standard room and the accomodation was very "motel style". We had room 26 which was on a corner of a block of rooms. Although smaller than i imagined, it was perfect for my daughter and I to share for 2 nights. The bed was very comfortable, there was a sofa bed, clean shower room/toilet and the biggest TV ever! Room was clean and warm. We heard a few neighbours returning approx 10pm but otherwise very quiet. Road was also quiet and even though we were close to airport we were not disturbed by aircraft noise. The best part of this hotel was the most amazing selection for breakfast. I'm already missing it! The coffee was really good too. We didn't use the restaurant because I don't think my 9 year old daughter would have eaten the meals, but it did look very good! It was within walking distance to Lalandia (5 mins) and also Legoland (17mins) and Lego House (25mins). We felt very safe walking back to the hotel as two females, even at night. We would love to visit again, Denmark is such a lovely clean country with the kindest people!

The check-in was good, and staff member Jan was helpful, efficient, and professional. The room was clean and well-appointed, but cosy, in a Spartan bungalow style. My bathroom and room seemed newer than some may have described in other reviews. There was some wear on my door jamb, but overall, it was a fine room with clean linens and a view of the back of other units. The breakfast was rich, tasty, and more varied than the one at the Flex Sheraton, Marriott Bonvoy, where I stayed later in my trip in Copenhagen.

We stayed here for two nights in October, as a family of three, when visiting LEGOLAND and LEGO House. The hotel is within walking distance of both attractions and the bus stop from Vijle, it’s about a 20 minute walk. We arrived mid morning to drop our bags off and were delighted to find our room was already available. A lovely airy room with great en-suite, double bed and double sofa bed for our son. All spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pleasant staff and a very warm welcome. The reception and bar area was lovely and the breakfast service provided everything you need to set you up for a full day of Lego fun. The complimentary evening drink was also a really nice touch. Highly recommended if visiting Lego or the area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable beds, the room was apartment-like, spacious, big sleeping couch for our kid, room for more than one charger. Complimentary tea in room. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Very nice breakfast buffet. Super fluffy pancakes, and not only coffee available, also hoy cocoa, tea, etc.

This hotel offers great value for money if you're looking to stay outside the official Lego Hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and cleaning is available upon request if you stay for more than one night. There's no phone in the room, but they have smart TV. You can watch YouTube on the TV. Hairdryer is available. You got a free drink voucher (but for 3-5 PM only), which is useless for me since I am out of the hotel that time. breakfast was pretty good. The nearest bus stop is about a 5–10 minute walk, located near Legoland. If you're driving, that's even more convenient, as getting around by car is easier. The Lego House is a bit far to walk directly, but following the Play Line route through the nearby Sculpture Park makes for a pleasant and enjoyable walk. For groceries or snacks, the closest store is in Lalandia, just a short trip away. Billund is a small but charming city—ideal for families and Lego fans. It’s peaceful, fun, and full of character, and you get to walk a lot.

Nice lodge runned by friendly family. Accommodation was spacious and was equipped well. Good beds. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge etc. Basic spices and for example oil for cooking as well. Breakfast was a good start for a day. Fresh croissants delivered for you, cheese, ham, cereals, jams, coffee, tea. And fresh chicken eggs from farms own chicken. Nice sceneries in the farm area. You can go see the goats, rabbits and chicken. You can hear the rooster in the morning. I would visit again for sure. Good value for the money. Cava in the fridge was also nice welcoming gift. The charming cottage, exclusively ours during the stay, was exceptionally clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and a fridge replenished daily. Everything we could need was there: various types of bread, fresh croissants each morning, delicious homemade butter, cheeses, jams, sweets, and even alcohol! The beds were comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. There were also video games and even Lego bricks! The place had that typical Danish ‘hygge’ feel. The surroundings were beautiful with fresh air, nature, and lovely houses nearby. I highly recommend taking walks in the area! By car, it’s a short distance to the city and Legoland.”

A homey place to stay with plenty of room and friendly hosts. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast items were a lovely touch. Location was good if you have a car, we drove to Billund, Jelling, Vejle and Viborg for daytrips. Plenty of hot water in the shower and shower gel was provided. The kitchen had everything you need if you want to cook and the coffee machine was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house! While the location isn't the most convenient to access via public transport, the host makes up for it by offering a transfer service from the airport to the Lodge, which was very helpful. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The Lodge itself is perfectly situated for anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat. I highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again!

This was a nice country house with a very large full kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious. It was very quiet and the owners responsive and accommodating. Plenty of food and fresh croissants were provided for breakfast, as well as some beer and a bottle of wine for an afternoon or evening refreshment. Very close to Jelling, the birthplace of Denmark!

Hotel was fun for the kids, and comfortable for the adults too! Rooms are comfortable, with legos to play with, and things are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel features play areas, playgrounds, a small shop of snacks and souvenirs, as well as an onsite restaurant buffet. The buffet was good, with plenty of options for everyone. The bar also serves drinks with dinner or in the lounge, which is near the kids Lego play area so you can enjoy a drink while kids play for hours. The walk to legoland was very close, and took only a couple minutes. Even after the whole day my youngest could walk back in under 5 minutes, and he was so tired from the day!

Its a theme hotel and perfect for kids. Really its just perfect. They have lego everywhere and there is a playground outside. Its safe and clean. For parents its easy to go here as there are plenty of activities and the breakfast is very kid friendly. Rooms are also kid friendly with lego and separate tv for the kids.

We stayed in the wizard hotel, which we would recommend if you have a daughter. The room was spacious and clean, so was the rest of the hotel. The hotel looks amazing, the kids will love the decorations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have activities for kids, like competitions with prizes to build something out of Lego, there is a treasure hunt also a small puzzle that they can solve and get a prize that is locked in the room. The breakfast was great, there was a lot of variety and it was plentiful. Food was not missing on the table. there is a lot of activities in the breakfast room for the kids so you can relax. The playgrounds around the hotel are great too.

Wow our boys had the absolute BEST time in this hotel (We had lots of tears of the day we needed to check out). Some core memories have definitely been made here. The room was brilliant, we stayed in the knights room, lots of fun elements for the kids to enjoy. The staff are all EXCELLENT! So friendly and helpful, our son was very overwhelmed and emotional at times and they were so kind and lovely to him. There is Lego everywhere, in the bedrooms, in the hallways, and it was my son's dream come true! Breakfast and food was pretty decent, (we were a bit sick of it by the end as it was the same everyday, but it was consistently good and very convenient) Excellent close location near to Legoland, la Landia and about 25/30 mins walk to Lego house. The hotel has good sound proofing and we couldn't hear much of the planes from the airport when windows were closed. It has aircon too. Play areas outside were excellent. Everything very well maintained and clean. I think we will definitely be back again very soon!

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great space. Very clean. Food was refilled promptly. Tables cleared promptly. Little black bins are a great idea. Bedrooms were very cool. Very clean. Spacious for 4. Well equipped. Loved having a fridge to store water.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff. The slides at the swimming pool are soooo much fun and the sauna and jacuzzi are a plus!

The cottage was excellent and very comfortable, the four-bedroom layout spacious and perfect for two families traveling together. The cottage had its own sauna and jacuzzi tub. Best part was the perk of free entry to the Aquadome each day, including the whole day of check-out. We also enjoyed the amazing playgrounds everywhere.

The staff were very helpful always, especially when I contacted them in advance to arrange linens because we would be checking in late. The onsite supermarket is well stocked and reasonably priced. Our house was clean and comfortable and convenient and everything is very handy to access using the shuttle or walking. The only trouble we had was in finding the service centre, which is inside the large main activity building. The house addresses are the street names you should use to navigate. Lots of fun at the Aquadome and wonderful playgrounds in every “neighbourhood”! Legoland walkable from the main building which is accessible via a train run by the resort.

Just had an amazing few days in Billund. Legoland, Lego House, Lalandia. Everywhere is walking distance. All the staff were amazing, so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The Lego House is a great day out. The prices in Denmark/Billund are about the same as the UK for food and drinks. The supermarket in Lalandia is fantastic. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The Italian Pizza in the Plaza at Lalandia is fantastic. All freshly made to order. Billund is flat and we found it very disabled friendly for wheelchairs. I wish I had found this place when before :) Great for a mini break.

The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean. It has all the facilities we needed. It is close to Legoland as well and gives a very good option to combine both Legoland experience and have fun in Lalandia water park. The whole copmlex is amazing - lots of activities for both kids and adults, shops, supermarket, restaurant.

I couldn't wait to write this review and tell you how great everything was. The room is small but cozy, the bathroom is large. Perfect for 2 persons. Very comfortable beds, great pillows. Quiet in the night. The pool is open long hours, until 10 pm, and I think it's heated, because the water was really warm enough. Both in the room and in the pool showers, you will find natural Danish cosmetics that are suitable for children. There are many swimming equipment for children in the pool. There is a small warm pool for babies. The games room is large: there is a separate room for playing football, large chess, table football, table tennis, and also a ball pool for toddlers. You will find toys and of course Lego for building. The gym is modern, new and tidy. The gym equipment is new, wooden, authentic, beautiful and stylish. You can take great photos for Instagram :) Breakfast is worth a separate post: all products are of very high quality. Although the food is the same every morning, when it is good and tasty, let it be repeated :) Authenticity and sustainability are felt everywhere. That was impressed. The hotel's location is perfect: next to Legoland and Lalandia parks. You can reach Lego house through a beautiful sculpture park, about 15 minutes on foot. It was an ideal short break while visiting Legoland with a child. I would definitely come back again.

Good choice for our visit to Lego House. We were there for just one night and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was plentiful in the morning, and more abundant than a typical European hotel breakfast. 2 things to note: there is no restaurant on property for dinner (we had a late arrival and didn’t expect that), and while I had searched and saw a previous review that they had self-service laundry, they do not. You can send laundry out but if you’re just staying one night like we were, that’s not possible. Overall, if you don’t want a Lego-themed hotel, I think this is a great option in Billund!

Amazing stay. Very clean, warm, comfortable and the breakfast was very impressive. The staff were so welcoming and polite. The parking is included in your stay and it's less than a 10 mins walk to Legoland. It is also near the town which features LegoHouse/Mini Chef. The walk there is probably about 20 mins at a quick pace and through a sculpture park. The pool facilities were great and had tonnes of floats out for the kids. There is an outdoor play area as well as a basement with a ball pit, games, toys, gym, mini football pitch. Honestly this place is amazing and we would 100% recommend and stay again!

The location was excellent—just a 5-minute drive to LEGOLAND and a 15-minute walk to both the LEGO House and Billund city center. The room was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities for both adults and children, including a swimming pool, games, and other fun activities. While the bathrooms in the rooms could use a small renovation, overall it was a very nice hotel and a great place to stay! The breakfast options were very large and delicious, with something for everyone to enjoy.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, next to the park and a few minutes walk from Legoland. Everything was perfect. The rooms are large, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is very varied, with very good quality products. If you are planning a visit to Billund, The Lodge is definitely the best hotel in the area!

I have stayed at the Refborg before, and have found it to be continually comfortable and convenient. Keep in mind that you must be able to use stairs to reach your room, though there is an easier flight of stairs at the back of the property if the curved stairway seems daunting. There is help available if you need assistance with your luggage. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with radiator heat the is self adjustable, windows which open for fresh air, plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower, a cozy comforter for each bed, and plenty of pillows. Each room also has a small TV, an electric teapot with a selection of teas, and instant coffee. There is a community room with a refrigerator if you require a place for food items, or more room for relaxing. Room layouts vary depending on what you book. Some have two areas for bedroom and the other for a couch, table and desk area. All have well equipped bathrooms and roomy dresser drawers and an area for hanging coats, and other clothing. I for one appreciate that the rooms are not cluttered up with too much decor. The clean simplicity made my stay restful and easy. Thank you Refborg. I will return!

The communication between myself and the hotel was excellent as I was travelling with three children on my own for the first time. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was nice and clean. There was a wide choice for breakfast both hot and continental choices. One concern I had was arriving after reception had closed. The hotel said they would leave a key. They did exactly what they said they would do so reduced the stress of worrying we wouldn't be able to access our room. There were no problems from the beginning of the booking to the checking out process. The hotel are happy to keep valuables like passports if needed. There is shampoo and body wash in the room along with a hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities. The shampoo/bodywash smells really nice. If you want breakfast teabags maybe bring some of your own. Breakfast tea is available at breakfast but in our room there were speciality teas although you can take some from breakfast time back to your room. I also heard someone at the airport mention they had bought their own teabags for their accommodation. Location is great for Billund itself and Legoland. Its a 20 minute walk to Legoland and 2 minutes to Lego House. The hotel is also a pick up point for the hourly shuttle bus around Billund and to the airport which is free during July and August. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was my second stay at the Refborg. The quality of the accommodations and service is still top notch. It wonderfully located in the heart of Billund, next to ABC grocery for convenience of shopping. It is also walkable to The LEGO House, the Billund Bakery, and a handful of dining options. The Refborg itself has a wonderful restaurant, with at least one vegetarian/vegan option. They can also adapt to your needs and diet restrictions. The breakfast, which comes with your stay, is a lovely spread of local breads, rolls, pastries, meats, cheese, fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs, bacon, coffee, tea, hot water, and a selection of milk, including lactose free and soy milk as options. The beds are quite comfortable, the shower is wonderfully hot with great water pressure. The rooms are cozy, some larger than others, with windows that easily open for fresh air. The staff members are all very kind and happy to provide information to make your stay quite comfortable. I am glad to have returned, and will again, next time I am in Billund. Thank you Refborg!

Very nice hotel: somewhat smaller and more cosy compared to bigger hotels. Very informal and friendly atmosphere, good restaurant and breakfast service, comfortable and clean rooms. 5 min from Legoland. Very friendly and helpful lady who runs the hotel.

Located across the road from Lego House and a short distance to Legoland this hotel is in an ideal location. Just be aware that if you have any mobility issues/ a lot of luggage this hotel requires you to walk up stairs that become quite narrow at the top. All rooms are on the first floor with the shop/ restaurant on the ground level. Free parking directly out the front of the hotel. Breakfast was nice with pastries/ yogurt/ bacon/eggs/ cheese/ coffee etc. For the black tea drinkers from abroad there is no normal tea just flavored so back some tea bags if you like a morning tea. Room Good size Double bed was two joined together so they have a gap in the middle with two mattress toppers so can become uncomfortable. Tea/sugar/coffee/kettle /creamer in room No fridge Plenty of towels Clean Just shampoo in the shower N Hand wash /lotion in dispensers near sink no body wash or soap so pack some. Radiators for heating no air con but likely not needed in this area. Draws if you want to unpack. Rooms are similar to a motel style basic furnishings but clean. Staff were friendly Drinks and food are fairly high but that will be due to the tourist area it is in. 250dk average for a main meal. Food did smell nice and dining room is nice. Hotel shop has the basics and there is a supermarket right next door open till 7pm. Not a lot of hotels in this area apart from Legoland ones so this is a good option for short stays in the area. In all a great visit.

Our family stay at Hovborg Kro every summer while we visit Legoland and Lego House. We just love this place. Not only is it very family friendly but it’s also a great place to experience traditional Danish food and hospitality culture. The staff is friendly, rooms clean and functional, the food is tasty and the breakfast buffet is huge. No one leaves hungry here! Kids love the playground, garden and cosy corners where they can build Lego.

Quiet, nice room with a terrace, comfy beds. Free parking on the spot. Some 20km to Legoland which was our goal. But nice surroundings for walking and enjoying the nature. Restaurant, dinner, was very good, gourmet with danish pure food. Also the breakfast was good with some typical danish options.

I stayed for a night when visiting neighbor area in March. The hotel was conveniently located and has Tesla destination charging, which was why I chose to stay here. The staff is very professional and very helpful, answering emails very fast. My room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable and breakfast in the morning was very good with many choices. All in all it was a very nice stay and I would stay here again.

My mum and I had a quick dinner at Hovborg Inn. The restaurant has lovely old-fashioned décor. The dish of the day was salmon with vegetables and potatoes and it was very tasty. The waiter was attentive and charming. I can highly recommend dinner at Hovborg Kro.

This is an excellent inn for those who want to have a good time near Billund. The location is extremely accessible, the staff is nice and helpful and there’s a lot of peace and quiet everywhere. The food at the restaurant is amazing! I would recommend this location to all those who need some time away from busy cities.

We stayed over the Christmas holidays for 2 nights as a family of 4 in a Pirate room. We loved the design of the room, of course as the cheapest room, it was very small, not at all sound proof & some wear and tear eg lots of condensation on windows. But for the excellent price we paid we cannot complain! The children received a festive lego set gift & some sweets in the room. There was a kettle with drinks, a fridge & a hairdryer in the room. The hotel itself is beautifully designed & exciting, with lots of indoor activities, lego & gaming areas. They run 3 competitions daily which are worth entering with the chance of winning a Lego prize. The festive decor added to the charm. In the Christmas holidays, the only restaurant open was the Panaroma restaurant. This is a gorgeous restaurant with delicious food but dinner is a very expensive buffet! The food I think is reasonable but the drinks were ridiculously priced & the waiters upsell “rainbow cocktails” for the kids for about £8 each-totally unnecessary. They also charge £5 for a jug of tap water!! In the brick bar, you can order food up until 5pm (kids chicken nuggets & Lego chips are 99Kr/£11 ish). Breakfast was included in the room price we paid & was excellent! The hotel is literally opposite legoland & there is a special entrance. Note entrance to legoland is not included in the standard room price. Legoland is small to walk around but packed full of rides & looked beautiful at Christmas time.

Bought a pirates room for a family with child. Activities: * What we liked most, just after we enter the room there were little presents from lego and snacks for a kid, that were lying on kid's bed. * LEGO is everywhere in the hotel. On every step there are a lot of spaces and activity corners, where children can play. * There is also a shop at the hotel with good variety of LEGO choice, branded cloths, snacks etc. Restaurant: * Breakfast was the same every day, however there is a good variety of choice. Lactose free / organic milk is present. Scrambled eggs were great! * Ordered dinner buffet at restaurant twice in the evenings. Not so cheap, but everything is tasty, again great variety, kid's menu is present. Staff attitude * Check-in went smoothly, all questions were answered. Self check-in is also possible. Everyone is smiling, helpful, kid's friendly. * Also I was surprised, that after a fool day at Legoland, when we left a nameplate "Do not disturb", we found a pack with clean towels and a toilet paper just near our doors. Other: * Fitness room is well-equipped. * The hotel has a direct Connection to Legoland and discount for entering for 1 or 2 days (the last even more discounted). * Possible to leave the baggage for a day. But the storage room is almost always opened and says: "storage at your own risk".

Well sized rooms with wifi and friendly and helpful staff. Offer a safe and secure luggage storage service. If you get a room nearer the restaurant or play area may get some noise to your room. Well equipped gym on site for guests. Breakfast selection at the hotel restaurant is diverse and offers plenty of variety and good quality. Well located with direct access to LEGOLand from within the hotel and a short walk into town if you’re seeing anything else or popping down for a meal. As well as a bus stop right outside which connects to the airport.

The Lego hotel was bright and clean and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. There were lots of lego character models dotted around the hotel and in the rooms. My boys delighted in finding them all in the bedroom and in the bathroom. In the hotel there were areas to build with lego and a play area with a foosball table and 4 Nintendo switches. In the dining area there was also an area for kids to build with Lego and 3 more Nintendo Switches to keep kids and adults entertained. Outside there was a shared castle themed park which my boys made use of and enjoyed. What stood out for us was that the Lego hotel was directly connected to the Legoland theme park and you could enter the park from the hotel, rather than walking to the main entrance. This was definitely a benefit of this hotel, compared to the pricier Castle themed hotel. The Lego house was only a 15 minute pleasant walk away, situated in the centre of Billund. This is also where the supermarkets are located, so if you need supplies bear this in mind, as the offerings in the hotel shop are limited and are pricier. The breakfast was good, with a wide range of hot and cold choices, as well as fresh fruit. As an English person I would advise you pack some tea bags. The on-site staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. If any of them are wearing a mini figure on their name badge, they may trade it with you if you ask. This also goes for any staff in the theme park and Lego house.

As a big LEGO fan, I absolutely loved staying at Legoland Hotel! The room was amazing, decorated with LEGO bricks all around. It was so much fun to see everything made from LEGO brick. Even though the hotel was under renovation, I didn’t hear any noise from my room, so it was really quiet. We joined a game organized by the hotel and were lucky to win some LEGO sets. On top of that, a free LEGO pack and some Hasbro sweets in the room, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was great, with lots of options, including hot dishes. The hotel is full of fun games for kids, making it a perfect place for families.

Good location in an interesting small town full of art, close to many places (e.g. Billund, Jelling, Ribe, Aarhus etc.). Our room looked over the parking lot, but it was very peaceful. We enjoyed the little terrace in the evenings. The room was clean and comfortable, the wifi worked well, breakfast was delicious (try the bacon!), parking was very convenient in front of the building. Altogether it was a good choice for 5 nights.

We liked that it was so central and easily accessible from the train station. Also, the market was in the same street and the most important thing was that there was a restaurant available for our dinner on the ground floor. The food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and quite helpful, too!

stopped on the off chance of getting a room. owner was very friendly and accommodating. Had a twin room with a shower. very clean and tidy. Free Wifi and continental breakfast included in the price. Only 20 mins drive from Billund Airport, and Legoland, Hotel in situated in a quiet well kept village.

Excellent location with fantastic public transport connections (if you are not having your own transport). We regret that why we did not stay the entire trip here as it connects to almost all the major cities. 2-5 min walk to “Give station, which connects to all the major cities. Taxis are ridiculously expensive in Denmark. Bus number 219 will take you to LEGO land, LEGO house, Billund airport, Zoo and many more for absolutely free of charge (please note : it’s is not frequent but you can work around) We arrived earlier than check in time, without any hesitation they checked us in plus upgraded without any cost. We were given amazing entire appointment. Hotel is breakfast is amazing. Amazing staffs

It was a fantastic experience to stay at this hotel which is located at a small quiet town. For the visitors from Asia like us, it is a pure European town!! Also, the breakfast is quite satisfactory. I really like the homemade bread. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Location is perfect! Only a few minutes walk to the airport terminal. The same distance as the airport parking lot, aka could not be closer! Clean, comfortable, quiet. Has a small restaurant, bar, and hangout area so you can grab a drink or bite before getting some sleep before your flight. You can also play Legos! (Billund is the home of the Lego company). Friendly staff. Rooms are small but you're only going to sleep there so it's perfect. Lots of bunk bed options to have a whole family stay in one room inexpensively. Everything you want in an airport hotel. Pro tip - there are no USB ports so make sure you have a box to plug in your USB cords. And if you're from the USA, make sure you have a converter to be able to plug into the European electrical outlets.

-Great location near the main Billund Airport terminal (5 mins to the Terminal by foot) which is also bus terminal and offers many directions (from 5 min connection bus to Legoland or Billund center to regular buses to i.e. Vejle) -Also walking distance to Legoland (but no direct sidewalk, hence I recommend taking a bus) -Breakfasts (185 DKK per person) was fresh, tasty, and clearly prepared with care. Although the selection was relatively simple, everything that was offered was of high quality and very satisfying. (Many plant based options, fresh fruits, danish butter and bread spreads) -Lovely staff, as well on the front desk as during breakfast, helpful and polite -Option of contactless check-in and check-out -Restaurant working 24/7 which was huge plus

If you have any allergies, inform staff. They dont have it out. *Breakfasts was around £22 pp extra Not the best breakfast for the money, but it was adequate. * Considering it's practically on the runway, you couldn't hear anything

Very clean, comfortable, close to the airport but not noisy at all. Exciting and rarely to see airplanes so close, taking off or landing. However, no noise is heard inside the hotel or in the room. Breakfast very good and tasty.

Is a very nice place and localisation to visit Legoland.. especially for families with kids, will find playground on the field and large playing field by the school nearby. Rooms are clean in good size and small kitchen equipped with the most necessary utensils to make some breakfast or dinner. Coffee, tee and sugar is available for guests. Very recommended. Family friendly. Quiet location and only a short drive to Lego places. Quaint, small hotel. Shared kitchen and dining facilities perfect for families having breakfast and prepping lunches to pack for Lego adventures. Great to have wifi. A pedestal fan was a bonus as it providing some air flow.

1. The location is only 10 minutes by car from Legoland. 2. The owner has contact with ourselves personally. She helped us during the stay and really friendly. 3. The room is big enough for us (2 adults + 2 children). 4. Some lego's are available for our children. 5. The playground is awesome, our children enjoy during the stay and even do not really miss the Legoland. 6. The kitchen is excellent, there are stove, combi oven + microwave. It is perfect to prepare some simple meals for breakfast.

Very nice place to stay, only 10 mins from Legoland by car. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen where you can prepare your meal. The owner Ditte was kind and helpful.

Location was very convenient. It was only a 10-15 mins drive to Legoland Billund. The hotel was very clean, spacious, warm and cosy. The owner was extremely accommodative to allow us an extra 1-2 hrs of time at the time of check out.

It is not good that a hotel does not have a secured wifi. This creates uncertainty among the guests. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, even after cleaning. The bathroom should be checked, it seems that water from the shower is seeping into the wall under the door. This can lead to mold. The breakfast and restaurant buffet were very good. The waiters did an excellent job, and were nice and helpful

We stayed at Vingsted Hotel for two nights because of its proximity to LEGOLAND. The room was clean, very quiet, and came with a great breakfast buffet. Some of the staff was not particularly friendly and seemingly annoyed when asked about the pool (accessible only during certain hours!) and the zip line (out of order). The trampolines were a big hit with our kids though. Overall a good experience. Would stay there again.

Really nice hotel. Amazing grounds! Staff really nice and friendly. Kids loved playing in the grounds with all the sports toys available. Had a lovely walk down by the river. Breakfast really good. Good location for Legoland. We would definitely stay here again.

Over all it was good value for a large family. The pool was good and excellent breakfast. However dinner choices are limited and beds were not comfortable.

The free breakfast was great and had something for everyone! The staff was very helpful and was always quick to help.

We stayed for as a base for a lego house and legoland visit. It was a lovely friendly hotel with all the amenities we required. Breakfast was well set out and provided a wide choice. We had a lovely dinner on our first night. The steak and burger were both tasty and very well presented. Staff attentive, always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, could do with a bit of a tidy up with a lick of paint maybe but otherwise it was very nice and enjoyable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Peaceful yet convenient location for visiting family in Billund, for LEGOLAND and coast. Single level for all amenities very easy for older guests and families. Various play areas for children. Excellent buffet breakfast included. Good public areas. Rooms clean but tired and dated and bathroom especially in need of upgrade. Blinds or nets needed at windows to give privacy from passing guests. Problems with electrics sorted quickly late at night. All staff friendly and helpful.

Perfect location with great access to Lego house and Lego land by bus. The bus stop is a short walk from the hotel with approx 20 / 25 minute journey which made getting around easy. The beds were really comfy and there was a playground on-site, perfect for young families

I needed a hotel close to Billund Airport and the Svanen was only a 15 minute drive and close ( but not too close to the main road. It is really a motel but the restaurant was satisfactory and I had both dinner and breakfast there. Nothing really to complain about and the staff were efficient and helpful.

I chose this hotel because I had a very early flight out of Billund and didn't want to have friends drive me in the early hours. The staff was helpful in suggesting places to eat nearby (although they have a restaurant right there we wanted to eat earlier than they opened for dining), and was also helpful in getting a taxi for me at 4 a.m. and it was right on time. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and I loved the shower.

I had to book a hotel near Billund airport at very short notice and this was the closest I could find at a reasonable price. I was disappointed to find that it was about 16kms away, which cost around £40 by taxi each way, but the disappointment was short-lived once I got there. The hotel itself is unremarkable, but the young man on reception was superb. Could he book a taxi for me at 5:10am? No problem, it was waiting for me. Would I be too early for breakfast? Yes, but he arranged for a packed breakfast to be ade up for me and delivered to my room in a cool bag with ice blocks so it was fresh in the morning. I turned up late at the restaurant (about 8:45pm, having been out for a run) as I didn't realise it closed at 9pm and the kitchen closed earlier. But he said they could do the dish of the day for me which was Salmon fillets and the meal was superb and very good value. In the end I was pleased I had come so far to stay at this very friendly hotel!

We were able to have an early check in, provided a small lunch (not a usual thing,a shower and nap after a long international flight. They gave us directions for a nice walk before dinner. Both lunch and dinner were xceptioal cuisine with very professional service

The facility is going through some renovations which are well done. The reception and dining areas is very nice and the door including the breakfast buffet was terrific. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This turned out to be an accidental great find.

The location is very good to travel around Legoland. It is very easy to park next to the hotel. Nice spacious rooms and a good breakfast. I feel the hotel is very well suited for families. There is a small playground outside.

The owners were welcoming and friendly and the rooms were very clean and cozy. The area was quiet and peaceful. For breakfast, we had a lot of organic and local products, e.g. the eggs were from the owner's chickens and the butter was homemade. The owners also helped us travel into Billund.

We made a family trip to Billund to visit Lego House. Assengard B&B is an 11 minute drive to Lego House. The B&B is in a idyllic location off a quiet country road. The property is large and tidy, with green lawns and flowers blooming. There is a beautiful pond. We rented two rooms, which were immaculately clean and well-furnished. The furnishings seemed brand new. The host greeted us when we arrived, and checked what time we would like her homemade breakfast. Breakfast was abundant, and included homemade bread, fresh eggs from her chickens, jams, cheeses, juice, and coffee, among other things. We will absolutely stay here any time we return. We’ve stayed at hotels in Billund before, and this is a much better value and experience.

Candy our host was fabulous. Very helpful, smiley and chatty. She baked every morning amazing buns for us, we had fresh eggs from her coop and she made sure we have everything we need. Location of B&B is perfect for quiet , relaxing time off. Easy access to main roads , close to Legoland , lake nearby with boat and bbq space.

One of the best places we have stayed at. The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious and location perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and Candy made sure we had all we needed. Don’t miss out to go down to the little lake next to the house. Had an amazing evening down there.

Our recent visit to Sdr. Omme Bed & Breakfast was nothing short of magical. Bente and Bjarne truly made our experience unforgettable, with a very warm welcome, cozy accomodation, impeccable surroundings, and local tips. From the moment we arrived, Bente and Bjarne greeted us with genuine warmth. The rooms were immaculate and cozy, with thoughtful touches everywhere. We felt right at home! The kids loved the garden/yard which is maintained to very high standards with cosy furniture and also a common games room. The BBQ, the fire pit, the football net and the trampolines were a nice touch which the kids absolutely loved! There is also the bakery nearby which is super delicious! Each morning felt like a treat :) Bjarne also gave us recommendations for nearby attractions which were spot-on. The accommodation is also central to great locations such as Legoland, Lego House, Wow Park, and Givskud Zoo. All were unforgettable experiences...We can’t wait to return! There was nothing that we disliked there. This was one of the best stays we ever had. Even though the description says that its a family studio, it was a spacious apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom and livingroom together with open kitchen. TV was large and facilitated with youtube, which was perfect to for kids to watch their favourite programs. Unfortunately, we stayed there only for one night, so we couldn't experience much in the surrounding, but its definetly worth it. Whole apartment is newly built and equipped with modern facilities. Beds were super comfy. Legoland was only 20mins away by car. We enjoyed delicious pizza from a restaurent in a walking distance to the facility for very cheap price. Host was really nice and helpful without any delay. We would definetly come here again. Highly recommended for a family with kids who wants ro visit legoland.

The place looks as freshly renovated, with light toned colors, upper flour is very bright with windows allowing natural light to fill the dining room. Very cosy place for family and friends stay and spending time together in a larger group, at the dining table or at the sofas. Comfortable sleeping rooms and bathrooms. The hosts are very kind people. The village is small but nice, local bakery allows fresh breakfasts and coffee. We would defiantly stay there the second time.

A great place to stay with the family if you are visiting Legoland :) Not far from Billund and ease to find (only 20 min). Very tidy and comfortable place. Special thanks for comfortable beds (it is one of the few places where the beds are as comfortable as at home !). Nice and helpful host, it's a pity we didn't have time to visit recommended local bakery and have a coffee (definitely next time :) )

Location was perfect for us, just outside Billund so we could relax in the evenings away from the busy legoland attractions. Being able to use bikes made it very affordable and they were ready on arrival with locks. The welcome was brilliant, Erik is lovely and super helpful. The property was clean and had everything you needed including washing up liquid, toilet rolls and handwash which were super helpful. The beds were really comfy. The views from the room and terrace are super and very relaxing. The play area and trampoline were perfect for the kids to make friends at night and have some time to relax.

This is an excellent place to stay when travelling to Billund. It's outside the town, but very close. The room was very comfortable, spacious, perfectly clean and equipped with everything necessary. The wifi was strong and fast. Comfortable parking right in front of the room. The owner is friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet, just forests and fields around, and two nice ponies :). We stayed here while visiting Legoland.

If I could give more than 10 I would! This is one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed. The location setting is stunning, beautiful forest, flowers, bushes. My room was spotlessly clean. The shared bathroom was spotlessly clean. The communal kitchen was spotlessly clean. I slept really well, the bed was so comfy. The owners were so friendly, my plane got diverted to another Danish airport so I messaged them via Booling.com and they responded quickly telling me not to worry that I would be checking in late. I walked from the airport (I like exercise) but a taxi would probably only take 5 mins. I also easily walked to Legoland and Billund centre, but again, a taxi journey would be short, less than 10 mins. I felt completely at ease as a solo traveller, both at the accommodation and in Billund itself. I didn't get the breakfast (that you can pay extra for) but i saw other families eating it and it looked tasty, varied, and plentiful. Honestly I cannot express how lovely this place was to stay. I will definitely be returning with my son, hopefully next year :)

We wanted to spend a few days exploring the Lego attractions of Billund, but as an adult couple with no children in tow we didn't like the look of any of the themed hotels in the town. Gregersminde was perfect - a peaceful and relaxing property set in woodland just outside the town. We stayed in the Cottage accommodation, which is a small cabin with double bedroom, twin bunk room, living room with kitchenette and private bathroom. The kitchen has two electric rings and a microwave, as well as ample pots, utensils and a frying pan. I would recommend the Coop in Billund for food, beer and wine, and the Billund Bakery for fresh bread and breakfast treats. The centre of Billund is eminently walkable from Gregersminde, but the owners will rent bicycles at a very reasonable rate. After walking the return trip once we rented bikes for the rest of our stay. Like much of that part of Europe the town is made for cycling with lanes everywhere and plenty of bike parking, including right outside both Legoland and the Lego House.

The property is located in a relaxing, cozy area. The room was clean, spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Erik, our host was so friendly and hospitable! We got a very cheap breakfast with good variety and Erik even ordered our taxis to and from the airport for us, and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception whilst we waited for our flight. And we got to see and feed the sweet ponies. The serene area, coupled with the cheap price, cleanliness and great host made this a fantastic holiday.

The breakfast was great and the bread delicious. Gluten free bread was available upon request, and we could get coffee from the good-quality coffee machine at any time. Our host Elisa was super friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at home. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. There was no air conditioning, but it wasn't a problem at all - we just opened the window and got some wonderful, crisp country air. The room also had a small fridge where we could keep our snacks and drinks, and we could use the downstairs breakfast room and the glasses, plates and cutlery there outside the breakfast time, too. The location is idyllic: a short drive away from Billund centre, surrounded by fields with grazing cows. There are a lot of toys indoors and outside, including a lot of Lego and Duplo bricks, of course. We rented a car from the Billund airport, but for a short stay you could absolutely just take a taxi. The airport is close, but far enough so that the noise doesn't bother at all.

The location was great a beautiful site just out of town with big grounds for children to run around in. It was very peaceful after a day out in town. We arrived by train from Germany but this was not a problem as there were plenty of taxis from the station in Vijle. The taxi journey took 1/2 an hour from Vijle , but then to get into Billund it was only about 10 mins. If you were fit and keen you could walk it but not with small children, Most of the other guests had driven there and this would be helpful to explore there surrounding area better. The breakfasts were great. It was a cold buffet and you could help yourself to what you wanted and have as much or as little as you liked .Elisa was always around at breakfast time so could help if you were struggling with the coffee machine. The bread there was the best I have ever had . Most of the people in Billund could speak English and all were really friendly. We took out cash at the train station but found that we needn't have bothered as all shops , taxis etc preferred card payments anyway.

This place is amazing, very peaceful with a lot of space for the children to play. The breakfast was perfect and the breakfast area amazing. Elisa is a great hostess, we definetely recommend it and we will surely come back when visiting Legoland!

Without a doubt, Aargaarden is the most beautiful accomodation I’ve ever stayed. The property is stunning, the apartment was perfect and the location being so close to Legoland and other attractions it was perfect. Elisa was so lovely and was the perfect host. We didn’t want to leave Aargaarden and will surely stay there again if we make it back to Denmark one day. The local Pizza was fantastic and the pizza’s delicious but they were sooooo big, we couldn’t them. If you are heading to Denmark be sure to head to Billund and stay at Aargaarden.

The location was perfect. Reasonable driving distance to Legoland (approximately 10 mins drive) and it's easy to check-in and check-out. The host Rikke was so kind and he even kindly upgraded our room and the flat was so cosy and comfy. You will find everything you need in the room and the room temperature was adjustable, perfect for Danish winter. There is a pizza restaurant and a supermarket nearby. And the pizza was surprisingly delicious. The check-in was super smooth and you just need to enter the code. There is nothing to worry about, and you just feel cozy and comfy.

We appreciate well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher and some extras like cling film, baking paper or coffee filters. Kitchen was spacious and comfortable. We had clean duvet covers and towels. Free parking place was a plus. Close to the shops and restaurants, safe neighbourhood. 2 bathroom were great for a family of 4. 10 min by a car to Billund

We liked that it was a quiet, clean, family-friendly and well-located accommodation. It is right next to a bus stop (with a direct bus to Billund Center, Lego House, Legoland, and Billund Airport). The interior was very pleasant and the flat was very well-equipped. The nights started to get cold during our stay but the flat was warm and cosy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette included apart from a fridge, a hob and a sink even a small oven and a dishwasher, which is great because the last thing you want to do on your holiday is wash dishes:)). The hosts were very responsive - we had some questions and they messaged us back immediately with all the information we needed. They were even so kind to upgrade us to a bigger unit.

Was such easy access, the room was spotless and the beds were so comfy I even had a mid day danger nap! The kitchen was amazing loads of facilities. Little bar in basement a swell with darts and pool. Such friend staff and people. Location is amazing for escapes and getting away from the world! We will be back again!!! The TV in the room was brill we had Spotify/netflix.

I had a great time in this quiet, little but cozy BnB. I was able to easily go travel in the area, Quickly go to Vejle and Billund, work and cook my own meals, without having any issue whatsoever. The customer service is really fast to reply to any query and it has always been kind and helpful. I spent two weeks in this BnB and put it to the test, but it did everything I was expecting from it. Finally, having the parking included and a view on the woods, for those who stay in the containers, makes it really convenient and pleasant to wind down in the evening.
