Our stay at the AC Hotel just across from the Mall of America was exceptional! The hotel was very clean, and the staff were both professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. We loved the open bar available until midnight, the happy hour, and the live music on Thursdays, I believe —it can really add to the experience. The hotel’s aesthetic was very pleasing, and having a restaurant and pizza place next door was incredibly convenient. The restaurant has a great brunch! The 24-hour fitness center was a great bonus, and the snack room with purchasable items was very handy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and a special shoutout to Mike, who was a tremendous help from start to finish. We’re truly grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! It’s amazing and affordable.

Front desk staff were very kind and helpful and provided us with amazing history on the AC Marriott Brand. Great location, the Mall of America and IKEA are less than a block away. Nice and quiet location. Did not use the bar, breakfast, or workout room as we were there for a weekend getaway and was out and about other than to sleep and prepare for the next day. Amazing restaurants nearby. There was plenty of parking in parking garage that was adjacent to the property and as well as parking on the property.. You will have to pay for parking and breakfast. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is nothing short of perfection. It’s within comfortable walking distance of the Mall of America, and it is stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are incredible and comfortable, everything is clean, organized, modern and welcoming. The best part of our stay was the wonderful staff that helped us throughout our stay. Natasha at the front desk was so wonderful and helpful for our checking in. This is truly the best hotel experience that my wife and i have ever had and we will definitely stay here when we visit again!

Seems like the best option near Mall of America. It’s a 5-minute walk from multiple entrances so you can shop until you literally drop 😂 My first stay at an AC Hotel, and it felt very new and modern. Cleanliness was on point. I loved the rainfall shower. They don’t do housekeeping for short stays but of course you can request anything you may need. Price was very affordable for how nice it felt. Full service bar with snacks was in the lobby, but I didn’t utilize it. Gym was huge and nice for a workout. Breakfast is available for a fee. All staff were so genuine, friendly and happy to chat. Checkout is noon and that extra hour is so nice since most hotels are 11. My only thoughts on improving: not much they can do about this, but I could hear some noise from the room above me. They did mention that they were sold out the weekend I was there, but that they aren’t usually that busy, so you may not notice this. And it’d be great if they’d keep the coffee out until noon or after for we late risers 😆 Also: use the train! The station is a few minutes walk and it’s cheap, clean and easy to use. $2 to get to downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul or airport etc. — way cheaper than ride share!

My husband and I travelled here from out of state for a concert. Not ever exploring Minnesota before, we were worried about our stay in the downtown area. Parking was a little confusing, but we received an email letting us know where to park and this was so helpful. When we checked in there was a little mishap, but we got an upgrade to a different room and appreciated this. The room was spacious, very clean. For being downtown, it was very quiet. I enjoyed the bathroom tub and shower, it felt like a spa getaway. We appreciated the walking distance to the options of dining. Staff was helpful, friendly, courteous and kind so this was welcoming. We'd love to come back again and stay here if we ever do travel here. Such a lovely hotel.

We’ve never stayed in a Hyatt Centric so didn’t quite know what to expect. It had a very nice decor in the lobby and in our room. Our room (a double queen) was much more spacious than most hotels we ever stay in regardless of price or how many stars and it was nice and quiet (that said we did face the inside where the view is another set of rooms across the way). The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. And when I requested an extra blanket, I got it right away. It’s in an excellent location downtown right by the hen Gouse Eatery (great for breakfast ) and just a seven minute walk from Target flagship store, Target Center and a bunch of other restaurants. The only thing to know is that valet parking is extra for $52 a night which is higher than I’ve seen at hotels in other cities but there’s a separate garage across the way at $32 per night (which we used). And considering how incredibly affordable the room rate was, the overall hotel stay was still a terrific value even with the garage costs. There’s also something I’ve never seen before… the room had almost too many nightlights. Under either side of the bed (motion detection in the dark), and the clock was very bright. If you are sensitive to this, you may want to find out how to control for this. I wound up putting a small hand towel over the clock.

The hotel staff was fantastic. They were very helpful, polite and always welcoming. They recognized us and greeted us every day. They were helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions around the city. The room was clean and well appointed with plenty of storage space. We loved the luxurious bathrobes, very nice addition. The room service was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel on our first airplane trip with our baby. We picked the hotel for its location and because they offer a free crib on request. The room was spacious, even with the crib set up in the middle of the room (many thanks for setting the crib up before our arrival!). We loved how big the bathroom was, and the bed was very comfortable. Had we stayed longer than 3 nights, I would have spent more time checking out the amenities. The location is great if you're mainly staying downtown. We did a lot of driving to St. Paul and other areas around the Twin Cities, so we liked how easy it was to access the highways from the hotel. The hotel bar/restaurant is very chill, and there are several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. Everything looked upgraded. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Cosy bed, nice crib for my baby. Sheets and towels were very clean too. The staff was great, except Ben who checked us in need help with costumer service. The elevator didn’t work for a whole day. Overall, a nice place to stay. They have done a lot of work on this property. Loved it. The breakfast options were great.

A ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel!!! Friendly staff, super clean, great breakfast, indoor pool (you can enjoy during winter) shuttle service available upon request, the drivers are amazing too! You can visit the Mall of America (shuttle) and spend the day having fun, plenty of things to do there. I love everything about this hotel!! Special thanks to all the cleaning employees that do an amazing job!! I wish I could name them all! Only disappointment I had was that my daughter left a very special bracelet that she had just received as a gift but was never found. I called to speak to a manager but didn’t get the problem resolved.

The hotel very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and they offer to supply missing personal care items that may have been forgotten. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a large variety of breakfast options that were well stocked. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

In general the hotel is clean and the reception staff is welcoming and helpful. What is missing in the room is welcoming water bottles, and paper tissue. I was in room 530 there is some mold in the shower in the edges of shower basin which should be cleaned.

Every single thing was great! From the second we checked to the time we had to leave was amazing. The front desk staff was THE BEST we have ever experienced in the cities. They were helpful with everything and super, fun, friendly and nice. Room was clean, access to parking and getting to our room was safe and clean. The location is perfect for walking to go out, dinner, lunch, site seeing etc

I was in town for a concert at First Ave so the location doesn’t get any better. Shawn provided an exceptional check in experience, he was genuinely friendly and helpful, doing everything in his power to make sure my stay was pleasant. Everyone I interacted with during my stay was friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable, I will definitely stay here again.

The Royal Sonesta was perfect for a quick Minneapolis weekend. The location was perfect for eating downtown and a concert at the Target Center. The hotel and room was amazing for the price. Shawn was great at check in. Over night parking was cheap at $12 on a Friday night. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was perfect.

This was an amazing, relaxing, comfortable hotel. Parking was easy and convenient. Bed was extremely comfortable. Mohamed was amazing at the front desk!

5/7 staff were exceptional, and I wish we had taken names (Reception desk day/night and maid service) The restaurant was fantastic (food and Jacob, our server). The manager was very helpful (he is a huge Prince fan and gave us some ideas for things to do). It was great being just about a mile from the Mighty Mississippi River, and the parks along the river were so pretty. Downtown is pretty, and fun to walk. Our event was just 1 block away. *We were only 2 blocks from 'First Avenue & 7th St Entry' venue* where Prince filmed Purple Rain. And we were around the corner from the Mary Tyler Moore statue.

We had a large family reunion over a weekend at this hotel. The location was perfect - easy free shuttle or light rail trip from the airport. Across the street from MOA for fun activities for all, pool for the kids, fire pit, a good included breakfast, comfortable large rooms and beds - and at a very reasonable rate. But, what really makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to provide truly exceptional customer service. Latanya was completely amazing in helping us plan - she was very friendly, responsive, accommodating, and thorough. During our stay, Pierre and the rest of the front desk staff handled our requests graciously and with a smile. The maintenance, cleaning and shuttle staff were also super friendly and helpful. All-in-all, just great! Thanks to everyone for making our weekend a success!

Absolutely loved this hotel! Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. We were able to check in early with no problems or additional charges. Loved the pool and hot tub , temps. Were perfect in my opinion. Was pleased they had " grab n go " breakfast options starting at 4 a.m! ( most of the time ,you get screwed out of breakfast when you have an extremely early flight) The free airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. I also loved that IHOP and TGI Fridays are attached. Great food and prices at both. ( just an FYI great happy hour at TGI fridays!!) This will be my go to hotel from now on, moving forward , anytime I travel!! Oh, another FYI I stayed 1 night before flying out Oct. 29th to the 30th 2025

We booked a week at Holiday Inn Downtown St. Paul because of our experience with Holiday Inn and the proximity to sites of interest. This is not a luxury hotel, but was very clean, helpful staff, indoor pool/hottub, restaurant and a local shuttle. Ww were very pleased with the friendly staff in the hotel and sports bar restaurant. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and many restaurant options within walking distance. The 54 bus route took us to the airport and the Mall of America. A few blocks away was a light rail station to downtown Minneapolis. We were very pleased with our week's stay at Holidsy Inn downtown and the helpful staff.

We were there for concert at Excel Energy Center and it's right across the street from hotel, so very convenient. But nice they had a restaurant bar that where we had dinner and drinks before concert and also breakfast in the morning. It was not a complimentary breakfast, but nice it's available. Try the parmesan hash browns. Delicious! All personnel we encountered were friendly and accommodating and that is important to me. Room was clean and comfortable.

We had a very lovely stay for one night. We came into town early to beat a snow storm and booked this hotel last minute. I've stayed here before about 10 years ago and it was just as great as before! The rooms were clean and the hotel was fairly quiet. Parking is convenient - ramp is quite close. Friendly front desk staff. The on site restaurant has changed to Wild Bills and was delicious. However, be sure to call down and make sure they are open. Sometimes if it's a quiet day they are closed, even on a Saturday lunch.

Checkin was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great, and we had a nice night’s sleep. While having a drink at the adjacent bar, we even watched the staff remove a non-guest (polite word for vagrant) from the hotel as he tried to access the upper floors of the hotel. Parking was a bit expensive, but convenient, although it was not owned by the hotel making for a little hassle. We went to the hockey game at the Excel, across the street, which makes the hotel a great place to stay for events there. All in all, highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and efficient in both the check in and check out processes. They explained what was included in my booming, which ended up being both my parking and our breakfasts. The restaurant staff was amazing as well, super nice and very attentive to the guests. Room was 78 degrees when we entered, so I adjusted to our desired temp. Room was clean and organized well. The location could not have been any better in regard to the distance to the xcel energy center. Parking ramp seemed to fill up quickly, however they had a sign saying ramp full, reserved for hotel guests and reservations only. Easy access to restaurants, which there are many choices within walking distance.

Clean fresh room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, great complimentary breakfast, pillows were not feathered (as I requested because I'm allergic), complimentary tea and coffee in room, microwave and fridge in room. Loved the amenities. Especially since COVID, other more bougie hotels that I have stayed at do not have all these amenities. It was refreshing to enjoy these things and especially the breakfast.

The location was convenient to the convention center. The hotel was very clean and quiet (no noise through the walls) the staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was so good and hot and the attendant treated everyone well. I will wish every hotel was this one.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, modern and had a good bed. Bathroom facilities including soap and shampoo were helpful for light travel. Simple but fine breakfast with all the expected 'basic' options for an American hotel breakfast.

Shower pressure was amazing, dove products in shower, comfortable bed, nice pool, great hot tub, breakfast was a great warm meal, convenient snacks & drinks in front. Great experience. I would stay here again & recommend!

I really loved this property. There were a few flaws but through out the flaws I would still give this place 5+ stars. The ac was broken but they accommodated with a fan and the shuttle was late but they ordered a Lyft for us to get to the airport. They accommodated for the inconveniences which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was so good and they have an omelette station. They serve hot breakfast eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, toast, and bagels. they have a restaurant on site and an indoor pool and jacuzzi that is open till 11pm. The staff is friendly and respectful. I have so much more positive things to say about this place, I would definitely recommend the embassy suites to all!

Very convenient location, closer to the airport. Big spacious suites. Clean and well maintained. They gave us coupons for snacks and a drink during happy hour that we unfortunately couldn’t use as we were out during the time frame. Restaurant was so nice. I called and asked for some plates and cutlery as we had food in our room that we had bought. They accommodated my request very graciously. Possibly the best free breakfast we’ve had to-date offered by a hotel (and we travel quite a bit and have stayed at many hotels). Outside of the regular breakfast items like scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc, they had an omelette station that made you what you asked for. And the food was fresh (not stale or dry like most hotels) and tasted great. The dining area was well maintained and clean. Shoutout to Riley the busboy who was extremely sweet, polite, and did a wonderful job during breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was on time (every half an hour) and the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you don’t want to rent a car. It’s across the street from the metro station near Mall of the Americas. You can hop on metro at airport or take shuttle to hotel. We took the metro all the way to downtown. The property is lovely with a light filled atrium where the breakfast buffet is served, adjoined by a nice pool and fitness center as well. The staff are excellent, with a shout out to Phillip at front of house, who is charming, professional, helpful and hilarious. Phillip rocks! We had a late snack at Wooley’s Restaurant off the atrium. Try the mini cheeseburgers - perfect for two people. Rooms were quiet for an airport location, beds and bathroom were comfy. This is a wonderful Hilton property. Thank you!

The staff are truly great, from the chefs in the morning to front staff and everyone who has to clean that giant hotel are amazing. The room was super comfortable for a family with small kids. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a HUGE perk/ savings. Also the restaurant attached to this specific location is DELICIOUS, we thought we’d only want to eat at the mall but honestly came back to this restaurant twice. Definitely will be staying at embassy suites from now on.

I stayed here for one night to send my nephew off to college in Minneapolis. The place is close to the airport but it was quiet. The rooms are clean and huge. The staff are very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. You can even get it made fresh. I had some free time so I explored the Minnesota valley wild life Refugee, which is only a few minutes away. I enjoyed my hike. Definitely recommend!

Rand Tower Hotel is a perfect blend of classic and contemporary, making it an unforgettable place to stay. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to return!

everything was perfect, we were able to find street parking across the street from the hotel. I believe around 2 bucks an hour that you pay via phone app, then parking is free 10pm-8am. the hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL! I felt like I was living in the great Gatsby. check in only took about five minutes and the receptionist was extremely friendly. valet was friendly as well! they held the door open for me every time i left and returned. the rooms, AMAZING. they are absolutely luxurious and the beds are the most comfortable, fluffy, cooling and elegant ever. my husband is obsessed with the pillows he's never had one so perfectly plush. the atmosphere was nice and quiet and the bar area was quiet as well which was nice since we were all about relaxing.we were in town for the Kendrick Lamar concert and we were able to walk to the US bank stadium on 15 minutes one way.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for my birthday and I have to say this hotel has been added to one of my favorite hotels and I will be back very soon. The atmosphere of this hotel is very quiet. It feels safe yet. It’s a luxurious and elegant and very grand The views on the 13th floor from my room were amazing. The silhouette gives at night is extremely peaceful. Let me start on my sleeping experience. Everything was clean and the mattress was so comfortable. I looked on the website to see if they had it available. I wasn’t too keen on the food, but that’s just because my taste buds are still growing. It is very sophisticated. I recommend this hotel to anyone just wanting to get away.

I stayed at this hotel two months ago and was genuinely impressed. While I considered trying the Hilton, I find it hard to resist returning here. The reception staff is professional, proactive, and attentive, making everything run smoothly. However, housekeeping could improve by replenishing the coffee machine with water. Overall, the room was clean, and I enjoyed the hotel amenities, especially the Aromatherapy Associates products. When I checked in, I requested room 710 instead of 1610, and the front desk staff took the time to accommodate my request. I also had a wonderful brunch at La Blondette—the omelette was delicious! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and service.

Kind staff, very helpful. Fast elevators, rooms were amazing. Shower was great, very clean and water was nice and hot. Parking ramp offers early bird special in the morning time and that was very nice. Work out room very clean and modern. Ice machines were easy to locate.

Clean, comfortable hotel. I had a room away from the main street (7th) so there wasn’t much outside noise. I’ve stayed in the street-side rooms. It’s a busy street and can get noisy. No noise from the adjoining rooms, so walls must be well insulated. Blackout curtains. I believe there’s a fridge in every room but you’ll have to get a suite to get a microwave (come on Hilton. Step up your game!). Otherwise you’ll have to hike down to the lobby to heat your leftovers or make popcorn. Breakfast is standard Hampton fake eggs, razor thin bacon, waffles and cereal. Staff is super nice and helpful when needed. Cielo (sp?) was exceptionally nice and very professional. Valet parking only, and it’s pricey. So, park in the public ramp and walk to the hotel if you’re on a budget. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Cossetta’s is my fave. Awesome Italian deli (cafeteria style food line), and a great sit-down restaurant upstairs. There’s an amazing bakery/gelato/candy shop and a small Italian grocery in there as well. Small, clean workout room. Small indoor pool. No hot tub. Decent TV channel selection and 2 HBO channels. Overall, it’s a solid Hampton. I’ve stayed here for business a dozen times, and would recommend it.

I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn! The front desk attendant Michelle was extremely friendly and helpful when I checked in and even checked in with me to ensure I had everything I needed in my room and didn't have questions. The bed was unquestionably comfortable, now over-used sections. Pillows fantastic. Overall very very very clean. The front desk at check out I didn't catch their name but they were also very friendly and attentive. The valet service was also outstanding - friendly, respectful and helpful. Rico especially went over and above to deliver excellent valet service. I would unquestioningly stay here again!

The Hawley Nugget Volleyball team stayed at this hotel during the MN State Volleyball tournament that was held at the Excel Energy Center. The staff was so accommodating, finding ways to make our stay especially comfortable. Silas was amazing when it came to finding a solution to our parking situation, as our coaches had to drive a short minibus to the hotel. The front desk was exceptionally helpful, finding a meeting room for us to eat, gather and go over film. Housekeeping adapted schedules and were so good about making our stay comfortable. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the overall experience we had was memorable.

The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a refrigerator. We stayed for 4 nights. If you plan to go to events at the Xcel Energy Center, this location is wonderful! It was a 20-minute ride from MSP airport (about $35 by cab) and a short walk across the road to the X (we went to 2 hockey games during our stay). The hotel has on-site valet parking (for a fee) but we didn't need a car. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to tourist attractions: the science museum (5 minute walk), the Cathedral and MN History Center (about a 15 minute walk). Breakfast was included with our room and offered hot and cold options: eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit and muffins.

It’s a great choice if attending an event at the Excel Center which is right across the street. The front desk and valet staff were all very friendly and helpful even though it was busy. Our first floor room was exceptionally clean and updated. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and the breakfast/lounge area was well designed and inviting. Would absolutely stay here again!

The food was absolutely delicious. Basic bistro menu but done very very well. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt truly like they'd do anything for me. Bed was so comfy, rooms were quiet, shower hot, pool area clean and open for ages. Everywhere was really clean and tidy. Metro line was really close. Rooms were a comfortable temperature.

A very safe environment--everyone masked, elevator use restricted to one party, clean. We stayed overnight while visiting some colleges in the area. Close to the U and to Augsburg. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice view, no matter which direction you face. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking ramp convenient and easy to use.

Folks at this location were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Use caution when turning the shower on - the shower head was pointed right at me when I reached in to turn it on and the jets were turned to hard pulsate so my face got pummeled. Other than that super clean and comfortable.

Bit of a confusing location to get to. Parking garage was convenient and easy to use. Close to alot of bars and restaurants and a pretty quick walk to US bank stadium. Hotel and room with both clean and fairly modern. The beds were comfy and spacious. Staff were pleasent!

My room was spotless and impeccably clean, which instantly put me at ease. The bed was incredibly comfortable—plush, cozy, and perfect after a long day. And the bathroom? Absolutely amazing. Spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, with a fantastic shower that felt spa-like. If you’re looking for a polished, relaxing, and upscale place to stay in Minneapolis, this hotel absolutely delivers. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I unfortunately had my vehicle towed from downtown during a show, and the Hyatt was the closest hotel to the impound lot that I could walk from. So it was the obvious choice, not to mention for the price point within the city limits. The wonderful women at the front desk who assisted me upon my arrival and departure were absolutely lovely, personable, friendly, relatable, empathetic, etc. Shout out to Hayat and Akayli! The room was perfect, clean, comfortable, all of the above for what I needed for one night, shout out to the house keeping staff! Thank you for everything! The Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis is just lovely. It has a great coffee shop and great restaurant. But Anita is the best part- she just made our day. So friendly and helpful! We just flew in from Italy and she was so welcoming and even chatted in Italian. Hyatt- you have a true gem there!

I had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. I love that this hotel had a restaurant, bar and store/cafe. The amenities were awesome! The pool was relaxing and fun. There were no long waits for elevators. The staff were friendly and hospitable. It was a great stay!

Stayed her in October to attend a conference at the convention center. Hotel is attached via a skywalk that made it convenient to access the convention. Room was comfy with standard amenities. Housekeeping sucked!!! If you tell them to come back later , they don’t return at all 🙄 The Bell staff in the lobby were friendly & very helpful with local transportation, restaurants & places to visit . The serving staff in the lobby restaurant were equally friendly, helpful & accommodating !

Having travelled from another US city where our hotel (part of a different large chain) was a bit of a disappointment, the Hilton Minneapolis was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is big and busy, and obviously hosts events and conventions, however the level of service is excellent and we felt very much at home during our 3-night stay. Our room was great; very clean and well-presented. Each member of staff we dealt with was friendly and efficient, and whenever we asked a question it was answered straight away. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was very good. The buffet has a wide range of hot and cold foods, and the a la carte menu is also good. There is a Starbucks on-site if you want breakfast, a sandwich or a snack to-go. There are plenty of places dotted around the hotel to sit and chat / chill out. We enjoyed finishing off our evening with a drink from the bar.

This was my first time in Minneapolis, and since I had never been to a big city before, I was very over-whelmed with everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shortly after arriving, I was able to calm down and actually enjoy my surroundings. Everything was so clean, and I really liked the decor. The food was really good, and the restaurant staff was very welcoming and fun to talk to. Everyone here made us feel right at home.

We went to watch a concert, and hotel is walkable to US Bank stadium. Our room was quiet, clean and the view from our room was awesome. Hotel's breakfast buffet was great and Nima our server was so nice and made sure that we are well taken care of.

We've stayed here every year for MMEA conference for the last 20 years. There are reasons we keep coming back. Easy distance to convention center and restaurants. Comfortable bed, nice city view, quiet. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

Disabled room option kept clean Breakfast, wonderful selection of options, clean lobby Elevators Exercise room, equipment terrific, and room clean Respectful staff and helpful, answered questions, especially at lobby desk, breakfast staff helpful and kept area clean, and room cleaning employees very trustworthy and very competent in cleaning room. One incident, when traveler came to breakfast not wearing shirt, and making loud argumentative attention seeking noise, when staff told him to wear proper clothing in lobby area. All travelers eating breakfast, from what we saw at the time, appreciated the lobby staff desk in asking the traveler, who left the breakfast area, to dress properly.

I hesitate to write this because I don’t want it to become too popular and I won’t be able to get a room! We stay in the Twin Cities quite often, and feel like the Hyatt Place is a hidden gem. The room was spacious, we love that there is a separate sitting area from the bed and a work station. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Service by staff was excellent, very friendly. It was our first time staying there but we were welcomed as though we were regular guests. I wasn’t expecting much from the free breakfast and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of breakfast offerings. We will be coming back!

The breakfast was really good and the coffee was even BETTER!! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is truly centrally located around EVERYTHING! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the overall room was absolutely cozy and made it hard to leave.

Clean, quiet, w/o smoke residue, decent water pressure in the shower and they actually clean the room daily. Good variety for breakfast buffet as well. Thank you Hyatt.

The hotel location was excellent with eateries and shopping on a walking distance. Hotel was very well kept and clean. It is a bit old but clean. The breakfast was good, they had eggs and some meat either ham or chicken/cheese mini taco, I loved the min tacos. The break selection was decent, coffee was good. Although they keep the coffee the whole day but other than breakfast time the coffee was not fresh or even hot. If I get a cup of coffee in the afternoon, I had to heat it in the microwave and taste was bitter due to old.

A purely outstanding staff, cheerful, engaging and helpful from start to finish. The property is quite clean, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the rates are exceptional. Any reservations I have (the scrambled eggs were badly overcooked and dry, the coffee looked like tar, the shower temp fluctuated) were really minor. I've stayed here before and will do so again.

The room was compact but clean and comfortable. The upholstery on the chair was a little worn but everything else seemed to be in good condition. Breakfast was a standard breakfast buffet and the staff kept it well stocked. The fitness room, though small, was in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This property is within minutes from MSP Terminal 1 via a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms. Full service restaurant that serves a wide selection of healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The hotel is right across the street from the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge—a true refuge for tired and weary travelers.

Arrived late night. Quick visit. Lobby and restaurant more modern than room. Sheets had a funny smell. Restaurant staff friendly - breakfast time. Near airport. Complimentary shuttle was very convenient and driver’s friendly.

This hotel was great, the rooms are your traditional hotel room set up. However the facility is well taken care of and well managed. Very friendly and helpful staff The 8th floor view of the river was fantastic!! There is no ice machine, however there are free bags of ice down in the pantry. This was great to fill the cooler with for our weekend of baseball. There was a thermostat to adjust the a.c. settings. It was 90 degrees outside and our room was a little warm when we arrived. I turned it down and the room was comfortable for the weekend. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Second time staying. The highlight among so many was the front desk employee, Jennifer! She attended to our every need and whim. My husband and I will return for her professional level of service alone! The room was clean and way above average. The hotel lobby restaurant was delightful for both dinner and breakfast. 5 Stars!

Room was great, pool and jacuzzi(s) were great, everything very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff members were helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the earlier check-in time and later check-in times (by industry standards). Underground parking on-site was easy, $30 flat rate for the night- 7ft height limit and very tight though, so our F-150 pick-up truck was a little difficult to navigate, but we made it work. There were alot of great areas to hang out, lounge, get some work done, etc. Great views of the city, great accessibility to US Bank stadium, the Armory, and many bars & restaurants. Free breakfast looked fine- we did not partake, but definitely an added value for those who did.

The hotel is centrally located, modern, well maintained, has great interior visual appeal, and is connected to the Skyway system. The included breakfast had many tasty selections and was decent. The coffee was of good quality and Rainforest Alliance certified. The kitchen has green practices in place. The double queen room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was well insulated and quiet. We received our request of a room away from the elevators.

Very spacious and comfortable room, clean, well stocked with toiletry items and such as well as an excellent view of the stadium and surrounding buildings. Delicious complementary breakfast, many dishes and choices to choose from with hot and cold food available. One slight downside I have to say of the experience was the $30 parking. There was a public parking across the street for less than $12 a day but depending on how long you stay it might work better paying the $30. In any case, the price seemed a bit high seeing I am staying at the hotel, not just using the parking lot exclusively. Given all the amenities, views and availability with dining options you’re still getting amazing value for the price. Will definitely be coming back soon! This is a convient hotel near the concert venue and river! I had come to stay near the Armory, and it was convenient for me to be able to go back to my hotel for things while I was watching the lines. The area is nice, people are friendly, and the staff at the hotel were very helpful. I was able to take a walk along the river and eat at the local restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and they provided towels for every night. Thank you for a great stay!

We moved here from another nearby hotel that was awful. This hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, had all amenities and all were working. The breakfast included was a large buffet with lots of options and was very good. The gym and pool/hot tubs were also amazing. It was connected to the skyway walkway which was super convenient for getting to the convention center. And, it was cheaper than the awful hotel we left. 100% will stay here again!

Joy at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in reserving a 2nd night stay for me that I was unable to do previously. She was super helpful and told us about the shuttle to the mall. Jenny was absolutely amazing the next day as well! Jenny was as helpful as Joy and helped us secure the shuttle to and from the mall. Both ladies and the rest of the staff were so friendly. The breakfast was delicious! our room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back! Staff was so beyond friendly! Easy check-in and check-out! They also gave me a paper of popular restaurants nearby that I could order food to be delivered (with recommendations of menu items!). Room was super clean and chic! Bed was firm but not uncomfortable! Comfy pillows as well! I didn’t have breakfast but heard its great! Literally only “downside” is no microwave in my room, but that really isn’t a problem; I didn’t need one. Parking was pretty good! Just overall a really great stay!

I've stayed here twice, and I have loved it both times. It's very comfortable, clean, spacious, and convenient. This was an especially good place to stay as I was coming in from up north and had an early morning flight. Even the shuttle service was incredibly convenient and helpful (just make sure to reserve it the night before).

We didn’t swim because it was too cold and we visited GWL…however the pool look nice.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great! We had breakfast two mornings. The Breakfast area was clean and plenty off food for all. From the front desk, breakfast staff to those cleaning the rooms, the staff were all very helpful and so nice. We also enjoyed the pool area. Clean and plenty of room for guest to relax and play.

We had such a great experience staying here! The rooms were spotless and felt really comfortable! The location is amazing, there's so much to do nearby, and we found a really fun park just a short walk away that had a splash pad style area my 1.5 year old loved!! It is also only about 20 minutes from Mall of America, which was perfect for a day trip. On top of that, the view of the city from our room was absolutely beautiful, especially at night! The staff were al incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything so much easier. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

An obvious choice if you need the conference center. It's a three minutes walk door to door. The hotel is clean and efficient, the room is spacious and quiet, and the staff is most friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good value for money and saves time (and weather exposure). There was a mix-up with my reservation which couldn't be found when I arrived at midnight. The front desk person, a Mr. Omar, showed exceptional care and initiative and solved the problem in the best possible way. I would definitely come back for the next conference. The location is also OK for much of downtown (~10 minutes walk)

The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful, smiling and make you feel welcome. The room was very quiet. Everything was great. The location was not the best but do-able. There is a valet, but parking garage is two blocks away. We chose to walk everywhere and keep the car in the parking garage. A shout out to Jody, Alona, and Linh at the front desk, and Amari and Margarite,who worked in food service. I very nice breakfast buffet is offered in the morning and a restaurant is open at night. Very good food.

The staff were great, The room was clean and spacious, loved the amenities that were provided. The sheets in the bed were very clean and comfy. the bathtub was amazing and spacious. the bed was super frim that I had a wonderful sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and our perfectly air-conditioned room welcomed us back each afternoon. Since checking in, we have been grateful for a most attentive staff at the hotel. Josie greeted us warmly upon check-in and set us up with a room with a perfect view of the city and Joseph, from the restaurant, was gracious enough to serve us just before the kitchen was closing. The food was delicious and his kindness and warmth were palpable, especially after a long flight. We were so pleased with the incredible customer service that we ate dinner at the grill a second night. Didn’t disappoint :) Thanks Hilton Minneapolis!

Highly recommend! The perfect place to stay for our group - nice amenities close to lobby (fitness room, pool, tv area, restaurant, bar, fenced in patio). We had a small family reunion and the staff was wonderful to work with! Everyone in our group was impressed, it was a feeling of sophisticated comfort away from the mega conference centers. The things that really stand out…friendly help setting everything up ahead of time, a comfortable and convenient first floor area to meet our needs, and helpful staff to bring it all together during the event. We used a small conference room near the lobby and they catered food right outside the room, and they also arranged for us to use the patio for just a bit when the restaurant was closed (tables with large umbrellas helped in the sun). It was perfect - we had all age groups, families with small kids, folks who didn’t want to walk a long ways...the space is well-designed to allow walking through or mingling, and was also updated a couple years ago so looks and feels like a gem!

The hotel was very nice, clean rooms, comfy beds and a friendly staff. We wished the restaurant had more to offer than only a breakfast buffet for $19, especially when you have children. You can order off a light menu at the bar at lunch or dinner time. Great location and an Outback restaurant next door.

Our room was huge with a balcony. The bed was SO comfy and the natural light was nice. The property is pet friendly also so we were able to bring our boy. The bar and restaurant is awesome. Breakfast isn’t included but worth it to pay as it is buffet style with fresh food.

Visited March 2022, our fourth stay at this hotel. We will be back for our fifth stay the next time we visit Bloomington! Everything is clean and kept up nicely, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. The saltwater pool and pool area are clean, there is ample parking, and it has a great location right off 494 that is close to the Mall of America, MSP Airport, and everything else Bloomington has to offer. We would highly recommend staying here!

The staff couldn't have been more courteous or professional. They offered information about shuttle to airport, saving me on a rideshare fee. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the prepared fresh items were fantastic. It was SO quiet. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping.

We spent 2 nights here. The check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a lot of choices. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel location was great. It was close to the river/parks and restaurants and bars, and the Twins ballpark too.

While this property is dated, they keep it clean, include a decent breakfast, and have great staff. If you’re visiting friends or family in North Loop this is a very convenient location, and it has super easy and abundant parking! There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and the river trail in easy walking distance, as well as a little market across the street and a Whole Foods a few blocks away. If you want style and luxury this isn’t the hotel for you, but if you want a well-run, and well-located comfortable place to stay I highly recommend The North Loop Town Place Suites.

This is a comfortable and conveniently located hotel. The staff is welcoming, parking is available (for a charge) and convenient. The rooms are a bit dated and the bathrooms a bit small, but everything is clean and comfortable. There are many shops and good restaurants in walking distance.

That location is conveniently next to the mall of America in what appears to be a safe area. The room is clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, sanitary, and had multiple options including dairy substitutes. Martha, who oversees the breakfast menu, is a perfect person to see in the morning: joyful, service-oriented, and passionate about her work. She was a ray of sunshine for us. Gracias, Martha!

Nice kichen and large suite with separated room for sofa bed. Appreciated the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. Breakfast was fairly routine fair, but FREE!!! Lovely little pool area, great for quiet start to the day, but wish it was open earlier than 0900. Location is super, nice neighborhood, great shops, restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Will plan a stay here again!

Everything about this hotel was excellent, the rooms were clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable, the breakfast was great, we even ate dinner there one evening and it was great too. The entire staff were friendly and super helpful. They had an airport shuttle and Mall of America shuttle so we didn't have to use Uber or Lyft even one time. Location is great, we even walked from the mall back to the hotel one time without issue. Would stay here again and would highly recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and food in lobby was good and convenient. Stayed with my 2 young children it was perfect with a mini fridge and microwave. The soap smells amazing!

I stayed here last minute because I had an unexpected overnight layover when delta rerouted my flight to Pittsburgh. I was in such a bad mood because of the long day of travel and was not expecting much from this stay. However everyone is so friendly from the front desk to the person who attended me for my breakfast buffet. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the soap smelled good. I’m happy I choose to stay here. If you’re looking for somewhere close to the airport (oh btw they have a free shuttle to take to the airport in the morning.) pick this place!! Thank you to everyone!

Location was near lovely Mill ruins park and stone bridge which made for lovely place to go walking. Trader Joe's and restaurants nearby super convenient. Staff were friendly and speedy. Even with out daily room service, room was super clean. Really liked the updated bathroom w spacious hot shower and the unique decor and art throughout the room and hotel lobby. Felt WAY more comfy than the usual corporate hotel style. Bed was comfy and it was quiet, we slept well. 1 mile walk or short Lyft to downtown area. Overall we felt safe in this area and had a lovely 1st time visit to Minneapolis, would happily stay here again.

Very nice and cozy hotel inside. The architecture and decor are top notch. Comfortable, beautiful and very cozy room, quiet, with a large safe and good Wi-Fi. The shower door closes and makes it impossible to wet the bathroom floor. The shelf where the coffee and tea kit is, and the minibar, is very beautiful, with a complete kit, with good options. At the reception, a bar with high quality music, at a volume and time suitable for a hotel. Basic gym OK. Attentive and efficient staff. Excellent lodging option in Minneapolis. If I could give a score greater than 10, I would.

The location was awesome. The hotel restaurant seemed to be “the place to be” on the weekends. One night they had dueling pianos with audience participation and the guys were amazing. So much fun. The room was super comfortable and the air conditioning kept up with our Texas Heat needs - we were even chilly some mornings. The bar drinks were awesome as well, along with bar staff. I would highly recommend this place. A++++++ We will definitely be back again!

The location was awesome! Went to a concert at the armory. We were only a few blocks away. The hotel staff was so friendly. The place was clean. The lofted ceiling rooms on the 6th floor were very Rad! Usually not into the old hotel thing bit this was very retro shiek. The ice machine was on our floor, score! And best of all, after sloshed from Bring Me The Horizon played, we ordered a pizza from Pizza Luce's. 🍕 Pizza was delivered for free, no door dash straight from the restaurant within 15 minutes or so. Super fast. Bruchetta was amazing. Try the potatoe pizza 🍕 😋 amazing! Overall, the telly gets a 12 out of 10! Will be back and we usually only stay in thousand dollar rooms. No need here. Different and different experience. Oh and we looked out our window at US Bank Stadium 🏟 score again.

Everything was so beautiful, clean and cozy. Friendly staff helped with all our questions and the location was so simple to arrive to. Considering it was in the city, we had a very quiet sleep. The bar had great service, i wished we had tried the food! I would 100% stay again.

We had such a great experience at the AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown! From the second we checked in, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole place has a really clean, modern vibe that we loved. I'm horrible with names, but both the person that checked me in and the bellhop were super personable and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable—sleek, minimal design but still really cozy. The bed was great, and we had a nice view of the city from our window. Very nice rainfall shower, also. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Right in downtown Minneapolis, we could walk to so many restaurants, shops, and venues. The Target Center, Target Field and the North Loop (restaurant heaven) were super close by, which made exploring the city really convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. It felt upscale without being stuffy, and the service was top-notch. Definitely recommend staying here—we’ll be back next time we’re in town!

The AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown is a great location for accessing downtown, the Target Center and Target Field. I wouldn't call it the heart of downtown, more the northeast edge of downtown but that's a good thing. Convenient to everything downtown, a Whole Foods nearby, great for Nicollet Mall and walking or jogging along the Mississippi. Easy access to the Skyway as well. The fitness center is well equipped. The bar and social hour is usually busy and fun. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey ($17 with tax) but the food is good with a European style (cold cuts and such in addition to eggs and pastries). Best of all is the staff, the housekeepers and especially the front desk (shout out to Zoey and Brittni - yes that is the right spelling!) are very accommodating and knowledgeable. You may want to know there are quite a bit of homeless (unhoused) in the area. The library is next door and seems to be a good indoor place to spend the day and access computers. We were not bothered or harassed in any way though and felt safe at night. There are several strip clubs across the street but they were quiet. Great restaurants all around and the Puttery indoor putt-putt and bar was fun to visit as was Bad Axe axe throwing...both were easily walkable. Definitely recommend and will be back for our next stay in the area.

Stayed for a night on a very fleeting visit to Minneapolis. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of transport links, shops and restaurants. Check in was quick and my room was modern and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of coffee, good quality toiletries and a spacious sitting area. On the flipside, the bed was a bit hard for my liking (personal preference I know) and there weren't any cups for drinking water. The bar behind the lobby was particularly good- they have a lovely pilsner on draught and the lady working the bar was super friendly. Avoid buying anything from the market at reception though, the prices are extortionate! All in all, a pleasant good value option for Minneapolis. I'm not usually a fan of AC Hotels concept, but this one left me satisfied.

Our stay here was brilliant from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable and the bed was superb. The hotel has a relaxed vibe with comfortable spaces throughout along with refreshments. Our breakfast was tasty with a good selection and quality ingredients.

Honestly this hotel was amazing and the staff lovely. Room was very clean and hotel in general was very clean, beautifully decorated, brand new and calm. We needed the room to be cleaned in the middle of the day and they sent someone in less than 5 minutes who cleaned everything perfectly, changed the sheets, the towels, etc. The breakfast is great too, with a lot of options (croissant, pain au chocolat, all sorts of bread, fruits, eggs, turkey, bacon, yogurt, cereals, all types of milk, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.). There's a ton of restaurants in the neighborhood and we did not need to take a cab during the whole weekend. I will definitely be staying in this hotel again if I'm visiting Minneapolis.
