This was our second time staying at Hotel Jade. Location: The hotel is in a great location, close to excellent shopping malls. Dining: The hotel restaurant serves an excellent breakfast and also features a high-quality steakhouse for lunch and dinner. Pool Area: The pool area is well-designed and meticulously maintained. The largest pool is heated, and everything was always clean and ready for use. Service: The staff, including reception, maintenance, and housekeeping, went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Rooms & Comfort: The beds are large and comfortable. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the rooms we stayed in were well-equipped with a privileged view. However, the bathrooms were quite small and had limited ventilation, which could be improved. Overall Experience: Despite the small bathrooms, Hotel Jade offers outstanding quality for those looking for a great place to stay in Brasília.

This was easily one of the best places we stayed during our time in Brazil. The bungalow pool side room was stunning and well-equipped. It had plenty of space, and just out the sliding back door we were right in the pool. Pool-side service was excellent. We even enjoyed the onsite restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I was very impressed with the offerings, and the risotto was one of the best I tried during our trip. And the caiparinhas were absolutely delicious! We are already looking forward to our next trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I did not believe a 3-star hotel could be so clean and nice. I was expecting something normal. It was a clean, nice, organized and modern hotel. I loved everything. The breakfast was not fabulous but it was a nice breakfast which is enough and practical. The location is also good, not in the center but maybe 15 minutes to the center by car. For a city like Brasilia, the hotel is more than acceptable.

The swimming pool is clearly worth enjoying! If you like doing some laps, it is a warm, covered 25m swimming pool! Other than that, employees are gentle, breakfast is good, rooms are cozy, clean with new furniture, and the hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to a shopping mall. In particular, we got a room with a balcony with astonishing sunrise views.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included with the room is excellent. The hotel and my room were always very clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed the heated pool and was nice they were doing by schedule making sure people are safe during COVID. The gym was also nice and the breakfast was really good as well. Rooms were conformable, but the window in our room was cracked. We called and asked was told it was double film so we would be safe. We were there briefly, but staff was friendly.

The check-in took a while, as they couldnt find my reservation. After a few minutes, they finally found it. They provided an upgrade (as the available rooms were only single beds) to a room with a bathtub. Overall, a good stay. Breakfast was amazing, with staff very attentive and courteous.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful service and breakfast, also ate lunch and dinner once during our stay. Convenient location. Safe. We will stay again, if we get back to Brasília.

I was very happy with my stay at Casa do Lago. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable and quiet. My host, Marcella, was helpful and friendly. The house is located in a quiet area in the embassy district and the city centre was easily accessible by Uber or taxi (about 10 minutes). I would be glad to say here again.

It is well located, by the lake in the more affluent area of Brasilia. The rooms have air conditioner, and my room was very spacious and had a mini kitchen. The kids were able to enjoy a day in the pool, too, and when I left, one of the staff members did a quick look in my room while I was walking out and found two things I was leaving behind. There are some shops nearby too, and though there are other guests in the property, they were few as it is a house, so it felt quite private and homely.

Motel Colorado was a great place to stay itself. The room had its own garage, jacuzzi, eating alcove, and balcony in addition to standard shower stall. It was all very clean and modern. There was a sizeable LED flat screen TV, an air conditioner, and the balcony offered a great view of Brasilia in the distance. The trouble was brasilia was in the distance. Each cab ride from SHN in Brasilia to Motel Colorado cost R50. However, the hotel does offer complimentary private car service into Brasilia. The staff had a English translator on hand 24 hrs (both I met were very friendly), but I'm not sure if that was just for World Cup times. There's a little shopping center next to the hotel, but since the location was right next to the highway, we didn't venture out.

Queríamos uma noite de relaxamento e spa particular, só nossa, de sexta pra sábado, e conseguimos! Reservamos a Suíte Presidencial. Muito aconchegante, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Ficamos receosos, em reservar, por conta de algumas avaliações negativas, mas ligamos no atendimento do motel e eles esclareceram cada detalhe e inclusive nos apresentaram fotos e vídeos recentes da suíte, e com mais detalhes por WhatsApp. O atendimento é excelente. Estavam fazendo uma festinha particular e bem barulhenta, na madrugada, em alguma suíte próxima, mas não nos incomodou, pq a acústica do quarto é muito boa. A comida também é maravilhosa! Queríamos dar os parabéns à Chef pela gastronomia e harmonia perfeita! No jantar pedimos um Parmegiana, que tem um molho maravilhoso, uma Picanha Grill, suculenta e no ponto certo que pedimos. Bastante comida. E um preço justo. E o café da manhã também, muito completo! Amamos tudo, uma experiência incrível! A vista é maravilhosa e faz um frio muito gostoso! Vamos voltar muitas vezes pra conhecer outras suítes. Mas essa suíte em que ficamos será nosso refúgio. Obrigada pela experiência incrível!

Tive muito receio de ir após ler algumas avaliações aqui, mas ainda bem que fui. A experiência foi perfeita do início ao fim: check-in rápido, quanto limpo e cheiroso, banheira bem grande e com água quente, vista impecável, refeições gostosas e com preços justos. Enfim, foi perfeito. Pretendo voltar mais vezes!

Vista do quarto maravilhosa e uma varandinha com mesa e cadeira muito agradável. Quarto com ótima aparência. Espaçoso. Café da manhã bem servido e preços do cardápio justos. A limpeza poderia ser ainda mais cuidadosa. Encontramos fios de cabelo e o chão com poeira que ficava no pé ao andar descalço.

Atendimento excelente, funcionários educados, quarto bem agradável com uma vista incrível. O sim era um pouco antigo, o que foi resolvido conectando o celular na tv para escutar música, no mais tudo excelente, café da manhã ótimo e bem servido para duas pessoas

We used the hotel to nap after a red-eye flight since we couldn't get into our reserved hotel until 3pm. We were able to gain access in the early morning by booking for the night before. Very private and clean.
