For breakfast rotational variety of typical local dishes for main courses. Reasonable complementary buffet options. Lovely fresh fruits, good range of yogurts and hot drinks i.e. coffee, hot chocolate, hot milk and tea infusions. The same restaurant, which is located in a nice roof top terrace, offers a fair price good variety of a la carte dishes for dinner and set menus for lunch. Staff friendliness, specially in the restaurant, from miss Valentina.

The staff at reception helped with very early arrival. Offered breakfast to help at very reasonable price. Restaurant staff kind and helpful, substantial, lots of choice. We speak poor/little spainish. Pool was helpful for my wife, small, clean but functional. Comfortable bed.

Clean facility with an incredibly polite friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool. Rate includes a breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. Convenient location just a half block of Carrera 33. Highly Recommend

The Hotel Buena Vista is well located and within an easy walk to many restaurants and shopping. Our room faced the street but the building was quiet. The rooftop pool is refreshing and offers views of the surrounding area. Front desk staff were very welcoming.

Stayed one night - late booking due to flight cancellation. Very large room with a separate bedroom and kitchette - more like a mini suite. Lot of space for the price. Decor was a bit tired. Bed was comfortable but pillows rather firm and lumpy. Shower had warm rather than hot water. Resonable air con. Breakfast was OK. Small rooftop pool and gym although we didn't use. Surrounded by noisy bars although once bedroom door was shut didnt bother us too much. Was fine for short stay but probably wouldn't choose for longer term.

A truly excellent place beautifully clean and on the main Street in the centre of Bucaramanga, so everything ( restaurants, shops, taxis, buses etcetc) are just a few steps away. Being the main street makes it very busy in the day but inside, the hotel is quiet and no noise from the cars. All the staff are really excellent and super helpful from the moment we arrived till the time we left at 4am the following morning, The kitchen was closed but they made us coffee when we arrived and also coffee and a sandwich breakfast to take away when we left at 4am the following morning. The rooms are beautifully clean with en suite bathroom, air con, TV etc ... Also if you have forgotten something , in the bathroom there are extra antiperspirant,tooth brush, toothpaste razors , shaving foam and I the room a tray of nuts , crisps biscuits and chocolates, on a fridge with beers and soft drinks inside and ( These items you pay for but the prices are not much more than the shops so are really really handy if you need anything)

The room and the bed were comfortable. The breakfast was continental and filling. There was a different fruit each day. The location of the hotel was quite central, which made it convenient for walking. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and cooperative but only one male server spoke some English. We speak a little Spanish but found their speaking speed very fast. Hurray for Google Translate!

The room was excellent, comfortable and very clean. The staff, as always, was really helpful and accommodating. They make sure you have everything you need. And the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

Close to lots of shopping and restaurants, easy to get a cab, easy to get anywhere in the city by cab, staff was highly professional, room was clean and they timed the cleaning for when I was out, AC worked well, plenty of hot water, mini-fridge, fresh towels daily, inexpensive laundry service with clothing left folded in my room (on time) when I was out, straightforward and honest dealing, breakfast was very good.

The staff were very attentive and courteous. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. Location was very central and access to many businesses.

The Hotel is situated just outside Giron, rooms arranged across the resort which is quite large and spread-out, not much noise from the main road when inside the room. Rooms are well equipped, clean and functional, beds, and bathroom in excellent condition, staff very helpful, sprayed room too for mosquitos which is an occupational hazard in Colombia, the pool is really huge for a hotel resort, also very clean, but also very deep at deep end. Large open air bar and restaurant, food is reasonable, breakfast is a little limited but adequate. Good price.

Decent hotel but the restaurant food sucks. I ordered a Pad Thai and they gave me spaghetti with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. What? The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean. The included breakfast was good. Their airport shuttle was convenient and the same price of a taxi.

The staff was really nice, they were really kind and helpful. The room was clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. We liked the buffet breakfast, some of the dishes were really tasty.

The staff (waiters, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk) was always so accomodating and very kind from day one. My spa bath room was very comfortable with lots of lighting. The tub was large and very nice. The breakfast bar was wonderful with an assortment of fruits, bread and eggs. There are two bars; near the pool (assortment of beers & other non alcoholic beverages) which made it very convienient while at the pool. The bartender was very attentive. The bar inside the restaurant makes a very tasty lychee martini. The restaurant food is amazing. I don't eat meat so my seafood (salmon & shrimp tempura salad) was amazing. Although my second tempura salad was not as tasty, I was offered another one. However, I had eaten all of the first one not to be wasteful, so my waiter brought me a delicous brownie with a cream sauce and a cup of hot coffee. The tears built up inside of me as he walked away and I began to cry just from his act of kindness. I have been in Colombia for over a year and that is my first time experiencing this. The repairs to the elevators and the wifi was the only reason my stay here was cut short due to my work demands. The staff, food and atmosphere is the reason for the excellent score. I would definitely return.

Wonderful property. Would stay here again. I have stayed in five star white glove hotels in South America and the breakfast buffet here was excellent. The restaurant is on the 16th floor and is marvelous in the morning. The staff were very helpful. Christian in the restaurant knew I was trying to learn Spanish and made a point to converse with me. The lobby is spacious and open. Easy walk to wonderful shopping and in a very safe area. I didn’t have a car so can’t comment on parking. In my opinion this is not like the typical Holiday Inn in the USA where I am from. And those are fine too. I’m merely saying this property is much better. Very happy with my stay here. I believe there is a pool and a spa but I didn’t use those so can’t comment on those amenities. Wonderful views from the rooms on the upper floors. And despite being in the heart of everything it was quiet in the room at night.

I always stay here when I visit Bucaramanga. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff are attentive and polite. I love the view of the city at all times of the day. The location is ideal as it is connected to the very large Cacique shopping mall which has great shops, restaurants and a later food plaza. Perfect to kill time. The hotel restaurant is a lovely place for breakfast. There is a SkyBar with a pool which offers amazing views of the city and is one of the highest buildings I suspect.

The staff at this location is superb! Very friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean! I highly recommend the rooftop, it has an amazing view and great drinks! The staff is amazing here. Dont miss the chance to have breakfast… fantastic!

Reception lady Lesly quickly organised for us to have early access to our room which was brilliant. Room was clean, bed super-comfortable, bathroom / shower perfect. Air-con just right. Breakfast was superb. Outdoor pool is heated which made it comfortable to use up to the 6.30pm closing time.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Bucaramanga. The location is unbeatable—everything you need is just steps away, including banks, pharmacies, clinics, shopping stores, and a great variety of restaurants. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The customer service was excellent, with staff who were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, which made the stay feel comfortable and safe. Speaking of safety, the secure entry system added an extra layer of peace of mind. One of the highlights was the breakfast—delicious, varied, and well-prepared, a perfect way to start the day.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Located right in central core amongst many restaurants and cafes with a beautiful park just outside the front doors. The rooms are very nice and updated with comfortable beds. The gym is not over the top but it is all you need to work up a good sweat. I should mention they have an excellent rooftop patio to take in the views. The entire staff at this hotel are all very pleasant and greet you with a genuine smile. The service is fantastic in the restaurant area and the breakfast has a good variety of choices and accommodated my wife without hesitation due to allergies. A very special shoutout to Martha. She was our waitress however; apparently she is the supervisor of housekeeping and she was just helping out in the dining room. It was absolutely a delight to be served by her. Greeted us in the mornings and talking with her made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you again Martha and because of you, we will only stay at this hotel when visiting our children in Bucaramanga.

The staff were very hospitable. I stayed a month. so I was on a first name basis with most of them which made it more enjoyable. and they celebrated my birthday which was also quite nice and memorable.. the location is also great. traffic will suck no matter where in Colombia you are. roads are being expanded so that’ll help when it’s done. but Bucaramanga has its gems and this place puts you near them in a quieter area

Pros: The hotel was great, front desk and the rest of the staff were super friendly, the rooms are very well kept, the bathrooms were nice and the water pressure in the shower i enjoyed. I always felt safe in this hotel. And whenever i left the hotel and came back the room was cleaned and new sheets were made. Negs: there wasnt alot of options for morning breakfast, and its very easy to hear lots of things outside your room. But overall very very great service and will recommend. 10/10

The service of Marcela on the rooftop terrace was the best I've had. She was so smiley and pleasant. But also all staff were great. Perfect location, great food and lovely swimming pool terrace area. Super clean and great air con rooms also. I had to stay until 10pm and they were very accomodating 10 stars.

I think the hotel nice; the front desk staff was friendly. The room was simple, clean but nice. The hotel on its own was clean and nice. For the price it's all good. The restaurant on top was nice and relatively good. BUT today they don't have beef, tomorrow they don't have shrimps every day there is something they don't have. :) The Shrimp Ceviche with mango sauce is good.....yes GOOD. too bad I tried it too late and when I wanted more, no more shrimps.

The restaurant was suprisingly good for lunch and dinner. I enjoyed the steam room and pool. Water pressure in the shower was good and the bed and room were comfortable. 2 blocks away was a bustling centro comercial selling everything very inexpensively. Staff was great.

Great value. Only thing that would have made it better was a real pool with possible a Jacuzzi. The description of hotel says roof pool but it’s more like a lap pool and the roof the referred you was the Malls roof and not the actual hotels roof. Other that that it was a great value.

Great rooms with everything working well, which is unusual in Colombia. Furthermore beds were extremely comfortable and water pressure was excellent. Staff are great and very professional. They are always there to help. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety and quality products. There was a long queue at breakfast on the first day. The access to the car park was too small for a large 4WD. The pool was more like a large bathtub than a real pool.

A tiny bit more mosquitoes than Medellin, but hardly any compared to most tropical places. The weather is perfect, of course, no rain, 18 to 29° each day. The country club is mecca, an oasis, all encompassing luxury experience. The fine dining is unlike what I've experienced in paris, new york, toronto, Vancouver, other big cities. Unbelievably extraordinary quality and flavors of food. The service impeccable. The gym world class. The golf course amazing. The squash courts, oh my god!. The tennis courts were the best of the best, 14 red clay courts with a cadre of professionals to cater to your every need, ball boys, referees, instructors, professionals. Unbelievable. The room overlooked the golf course. Super quiet. And you cannot spend more than $200 Canadian dollars per day. The resort cost with the all you can eat buffet breakfast was $147 canadian. The massage 30 canadian. A latte $2.50 canadian. A bottle of wine, a reserve bottle, $30 canadian. Like I said, this place is more than half the price of Medellin, and three to four times cheaper than anything you'll find in the Caribbean or america. This place is golden. I will be living here for the next few years for between 1 and 2 months per year.

This is a really good hotel. It has all the accommodations of a 4 or 5 stars hotel and additional all the benefits of a country club. It is located in a huge campus. Surrounded by a 18 holes golf course, pools, and tennis courts. This place is just amazing to stay in. If you stay in the hotel you can enjoy all the areas of the club. Pools are amazing, diving boards, small beach and now the club is opening a kids pool with games. Also, you can enjoy the men or female spas with wet areas, massages and full bar inside. The golf course is just great, located in a manicured garden with huge trees and small lakes. Tennis courts are the best I have been. All the 18 courts are illuminated to play at night. If you are coming to Bucaramanga, this is the best place to stay.

We love staying at the Club Campestre when visiting Bucaramanga. My wife and I spent one week in January and one week in March. The staff in all areas of the club, front desk, restaurants, swimming pool, spa, gym, etc. is very friendly, polite, and helpful. We like the country atmosphere, and lush surroundings of the club. The facilities in general are great. The swimming pool is big and very clean; the brand new gym is super modern; the spa areas, especially the steam and sauna rooms are first class. I am a golfer, and really like its 18-hole golf course. I also enjoyed playing tennis in its very nice clay courts. I definitively recommend the Club Campestre to anyone visiting Bucaramanga.

My family stay 4 nights. The rooms are modern, new, clean, and spacious. The Breakfast is excellent. Our view was lovely. The big window looks like if you are looking at a painting. Always try the "empanadas". You have so many attractions for all the family. I really like that the hotel is seclude but very close to the "Cañaveral (the city) that you can walk to the mall and find infinity of stores. Colombia has the mos exquisite bread in the world. I recommend to the hotel to place Kleenex in each room. There are no English language TV channels which should be a must in this type of hotel. Also, i consider the mattress were very hard. Nevertheless, an excellent place to stay.

The hotel is good comfy rooms, nice view, golf course, swimming pool and very quiet ambience. The food is good, staff is friendly but do not expect high speed wifi, it barely reaches 1.5Mb, if you expect to connect with friends or relatives using Skype it will be difficult. Is located between the airport and the downtown, it will take a while to get from here to business places.

This hotel is all you need to get a good night rest, good services, good food, clean and spacious rooms, work out facilities, spa, and swimming pool. Centrally located and near good dining and shopping. Good hotel for families and business people. The hotel is relatively modern with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, vanity room inside bathroom with separate shower room with its own door for added privacy and simultaneous use of the restroom. You can't get better accommodations for the money spent at this hotel. You'll love the food and ambiance in the restaurant/ bar. The breakfast buffet is included in the price and all the touristic information is available at the reception area for your convenience.

What was unique about the property is that the front lobby was entirely open to the fresh air and so was the restaurant. I liked the relaxed, friendly and helpful staff. The food was healthy and delicious. The music in the restaurant was soft and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean with laundry service and bar fridge available. I have been very happy here.

I give this hotel a Very good rating , the breakfast was fantastic , a variety of fresh fruit and juices, not the kind that comes in a can ,, local pastries, scrambled and boiled eggs with nice trimmings , cereal ,different cheeses desserts ,even soup ,and not to forget good coffee and hot chocolate, lets just say bring your appetite , the staff was very pleasant and welcoming , frim the receptionist to the guard at the entrance , the hotel parking was very secure ,the room was good ,nice and clean spacious and ample hot water ,the bathroom was nicely organized separating the toilet and shower from the vanity area ,the room was relatively quiet considering the amount of festivities going on ,the pool was fine ,there was a movie playing on a giant screen every night at the poolside , there was a mini fridge in the room but no coffee maker ,the TV was adequate , but all is in Spanish .the gym was adequate to keep up your exercise routine and there is also a spa, overall me and my family had a very pleasant experience.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Affordable, rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I stayed 4 days there and loved the buffet breakfast (included in rate) which had different options every day, fresh fruit and delicious coffee. I enjoyed sitting by the pool while working on emails in the morning. One of the best features about this hotel is the Seafood restaurant located in the main lobby: what a treat! This is a "must try" restaurant in the city, even if you are not staying at the hotel. Overall a great experience!

We only spent one night here on our journey north, but had no complaints. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast excellent, although we didn't have much time to enjoy it as we were heading out to get the early bus to Santa Marta. Not impressed with the city itself, but we didn't have much time to explore. It doesn't seem to be a tourist destination. The hotel has two restaurants but we went to one across the road which was good.

Spent 4 nights on business at the hotel. Had an excellent corner suite at a high floor with a nice view over the city. Rooms are in progress of renovation. Non-renovated rooms are of considerably lower standard. Both restaurants are very good and with attentive service; Doña Petronas (fish and seafood) is specialized for birthday parties, giving it a party ambiente. The pool is small and the fitness area not very inviting. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous. Decided to stay longer and to leave a review to thank 'em. Incredible staff: had timely solutions to every request, can-do attitude and very appropriate manners. Rooms are spacious, comfy, daily cleaned and cooled. Amenities are spot on: smart TV, reliable WIFI, pool, decent daily breakfast buffet and 24/7 parking. I stayed with my fiancee here and booked the honeymoon package. we had a nice suite with champaign and breakfast included. There was a nice view of the city and we got a suite at an excellent price. The staff was attentive and the room was comfortable. We were very happy with the cleanliness and the hotel overall. There are many services within the hotel and I reccomend it highly. It is in a good neighborhood compared with other hotels. It would make a very good choice for families or couples and has food and entertainment within the hotel itself.

Great centrally located hotel with modern spacious rooms and bathrooms which are well appointed. Friendly and helpful service from reception and porter in trying to explain things in English with my limited Spanish. Buffet breakfast had a range of fruit, cereal, bread, ham/ cheese and hot dishes. Just round the corner from the Collectivo service to the airport as well as 5/10 minute walk to the central markets with its fabulous array of fresh produce and vendors. Problem with hot water for the shower which took about 30 minutes or more to fix. Good value and location.

A smaller hotel that was undergoing remodelling during my stay but the disturbance called was absolutely minimal, no hammering or power tools heard in my room. The rooms are clean and functional with everything that you would need, a desk with multiple power points, free wi-fi, a coffee machine and a modest mini-bar. Air conditioning was effective and quiet. The bathroom was well equipped with a good shower with items like toothbrushes available should you have forgotten yours. Breakfast was local fare but very good and served by friendly efficient staff. Just misses out on excellent as it is in an area of town that may be good for your business requirements but there is no availability of decent restaurants without getting in a taxi and going to Cabicera or Florida Blanca. This is easily achieved and a taxi ride costs no more than about US$5 to get to the Cacique shopping mall.

I had a last-minute reservation but the staff did not mind welcoming me late at night. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful despite my poor spanish. Tje room was big, bright, super clean, comfy, and quiet as it was over the inner yard. Location is convenient. Would stay there again!

this property had hot water which is not typical for a hotel in Colombia. They had free breakfast every morning and if you didn't they would call you to see if you wanted something and they would bring it to your room. They have a laundry and ironing service for a small fee. The location was really great. You could walk to almost everything. They also have a parking lot. They do not offer coffee in the lobby as most American hotels and there is not restaurant or bar inside. There also isn't an elevator. Everything in this hotel was really clean though and I cannot stress the great location enough.

Our stay in this family hotel consisted of two stretches of 4 days. Both stays were equally pleasant, with clean and spacious rooms that however will need some updating in the nearby future. An issue with the availability of an in-room safe was dealt with swift and professional, just like the attitude of the entire staff was swift and professional during our entire stay. It took some time to reveal the mystery of the hot showers,but their presence was much appreciated and enjoyed.

Amazing hostel, big open areas, hammocks to chill, rooftop with a great view. Everything is always very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the environment is comfortable and relaxed, great wifi, and great location next to shops, parks, and a safe area

It also a café, so may have some customers walking through the room.But the coffee is very good. Friendly staffs, and chill vibe. Hostel located in a safe area, close to the bus stop to go to centro or take a colectivo taxi to the terminal. Supermarket, restaurants are close to the hostel as well. The room was clean and comfy, with locker, plugs for lamp and fan. Quiet at night after 23:00. They also have facilities of gym.

Everything is perfect about this hostel. The owner Jose and his wife are super welcoming and eager to share their culture and they speak great English. Eliza the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind as well. The hostel is clean and located in a great neighborhood next to lots of nice restaurants and nightlife. The beds were comfortable as well. Bucaramanga is a great city to check out with lots of cool trips to do around the city like the canyon or Giron.

Lovely property with staff who go above and beyond. I had an issue on my first night and the staff went the extra mile to correct the situation. Lovely courtyard, great coffee shop next door, reliable wifi, hot water showers, free tours available with the staff. Safe location with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The room was super clean and super nice with flat screen TV ,a large bathroom with hot water shower ( just delicious after a day travelling).. Quiet yet close to everything, mall, restaurants, shops and long-term parking directly in front. And not forgetting that Felipe arranges a discounted airport taxi for us in the morning too( after breakfast)

The owners and every single person working at this hostel are extraordinary beautiful people. I had a horrible incident in the streets of Bucaramanga and this lovely people supported and helped me like I could have never expected it. They took care of me like a family – every single one at this hotel. So if you want to meet people with hearts of gold: Go to this place. I cannot express how grateful I am. I will never forget the support they gave me. <3 The room was super clean, calm and with all you can ask for. The roofed terrace in the upper floor is comfy and stylish. The kitchen spacious, clean and friendly. There's also a balcony from where you can watch the street life. Beautiful place!

The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the location is really nice, and it feels really safe and secure. The breakfast was delicious, and the wifi was really good. They had the most consistent hot water we’ve experienced in 5 weeks in Colombia. Would 100% return!

Perfect location which despite being in the shopping and nightlife area is on a quiet street next to a park. Everything I went to in the city was walkable. The hotel is new with lovely artwork and has two floors and loads of communal space with a large kitchen (for guests and staff) with work areas and balcony and a larger area to sit both on the second floor. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you (especially Carlos who booked a driver for me for the day to go to Chicamocha and told me more about the artwork in the hotel) and there is a laundry service. Breakfast was great and varied a little each day. English is limited so it's worth having a translation app to help.

We had such a great stay at Anauco. Felipe was so welcoming and helped us settle in very quickly. He also gave us great tips on what to do in Bucaramanga. We loved relaxing on the plant covered terrace and drinking Felipe’s coffee there. Great place to stay if you are in Bucaramanga and want to be comfortable and explore the city.

The location of the Hostal Colonial de Santander was excellent! Just on the edge of the historical area, it provided a great launch point to the historical area for a few hours of sightseeing. Just a couple of blocks away from the historical central square and gorgeous church, it was a great place to stay for a night (although probably no need to stay more). The host was very friendly and helpful and although he didn't speak much English, he gave me an overview of the historical district and had some flyers and a map to review. Wifi was great. I was very happy to be able to get a week's worth of laundry done while I was there overnight and it was very affordable. Despite my arrival in the afternoon, it was done that evening and ready by 7:30 AM the next day which was very commendable as I've heard some hostels need 24 hours. Very pleased to have stayed there!

Faultless. Johnathan is incredibly helpful and hospitable. The simple room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. Great value for money. If you don’t like staying in cities, this home makes for a perfect airport/bus station stopover being 15 minutes from both yet within a beautiful historic small town. Johnathan picked us up from the airport for a small fee and arranged a taxi the next day for the bus station. He made our journey exceptionally easy.

Lovely, generous and hospitable hosts with lots of ideal recommendations. Comfortable clean room with a fan and lots of character. Great facilities and beautiful outside area, in a convenient location. I only wish we'd planned to spend longer here and in Girón.

This small Bucaramanga hotel is a gem! The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms, while small, are comfortable enough. It is close to many great restaurants and bars, but quiet. Breakfast was healthy and delicious and served on the rooftop with a nice view of the skyline. The owners arranged my transport from the airport and the driver was very nice and I was able to use him to get to Barichara and back.

Great place to stay with wonderful hospitality. The only minus there I can think of is the wifi, it only exist in the lobby or the terrace.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed and pillow were comfortable, friendly staff.

This is next to a nightclub and you will hear the music pounding! It’s a good value and is about a 10 minute walk to the mall which has lot of restaurants with an average price tag of $5-8 USD for a meal.

En general es un agradable lugar para una estadía corta. el servicio y la limpieza estuvieron muy bien. Chequear que la reserva tenga o no aire acondicionado porque hay habitaciones que no lo tienen. Alrededor existen varios sitios de entretenimiento nocturno por lo que podría haber un poco de ruido, no es fuerte ni molesto pero se escucha.

The staff was very nice. Workers go the extra mile to help you. The restaurant treats you like a vip and breakfast is all included. The neighboorhood is safe and there's shopping malls, pharmacy, casino, supermarkets all walking distance of the hotel. Thank you BGA! Our home away from home.

It's a beautiful clean nicely laid out hostel right in the square in Giron. My room had aircon and a fan and had a large comfortable bed. The shower had hot water. The open sitting area is large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We chose to stay in Giron instead of Bucaramanga as we were flying to Cartagena the next day and we didn't get disappointed. Giron is a nice place (not that much to do, but fun to walk around for a day/night). Our room in trip monkey was very spacious and clean. The shower was very nice and warm and the staff was very welcoming.

We stayed first night in a small room that is very small and very warm so I recommend to upgrade to bigger one! Family room is huge, 2 large beds, many storage, big hot shower. Big mirrors which is rare in hostels! The all design is too class. They made great job converting old building to modern looking hostel. It was a bit warm but there are fans in each room. Very clean and you can use kitchen. Very nice staff! Highly recommended. I would stay again.

I stayed in this studio apartment in a quiet, modern building in July, 2023. In Google maps, and on the street, this building is called Edificio Strada Suites. The studio unit I stayed in was privately owned by J. McCormick. It looked exactly like the photos advertised, and is perfect for 1-2 people. The apartment A/C and Wi-Fi were excellent. TV had Netflix. King bed was large and flanked by two nightstands with remote-controlled ambience lighting. Tabletop flat-screen TV was set upon a large black bureau. Basic sofa and glass dinette table. Decent sized balcony overlooked the city buildings and hills beyond. Bathroom was adequate and functional. Shower was fine. A few reviewers commented on a lack of hot water, but the unit has its own water heater. It was turned to the lowest cool setting, so I turned it up a tad during my stay, and it was perfect. Kitchen fridge and microwave worked. The building is located on a quiet side street near the business district. There's a 24hr guard station in the lobby, but the area is safe to walk day and night. Communication with the owner was easy via Whatsapp and check in/ out was simple and fast with the desk guard. Building elevators were fast and hardly ever occupied.

The owner sent me an advert for a local exhibition which was a nice gesture. The property feels secure with very hospitable reception. Location is a bit out of the main areas of interest yet it's easy to get around. I was a bit hamstrung by an over protective friend so I can't comment on the immediate area.

It's a great place to stay in Bucamaranga. The staff is friendly. The room was spacious. Everything was clean. You don't have AC, but a fan is all you need in that climate. The location is very convenient and safe.

Cozy rooms and common areas, big bathrooms, very clean, perfect location. I recommend paying a visit to their bar too

Comfy communal area with a good size and functioning kitchen. Clean bathrooms with hot water option for showers. Bedroom was a decent enough size, but could use some more space for clothes (maybe a hanging rail as limited additional space) but for the price and location we didn't need much. Location is one of the reasons we chose the place, it's 10 minutes walk to the central commercial area this side of town and has lots of food and drink options nearby. Perfectly safe to walk around, with some good parks nearby too

We stayed at the hostel 4nights. What I loved the most was the location. There were so many restaurants around the hostal, actually there was a ceviche bar right next to it as well. The place is safe, we had no problem walking to the restaurants at night.

This is a gem of a hotel - it's very clean, quiet, well managed, walking distance to parks and restaurants, centrally located in Bucaramanga and the staff are ALL extremely friendly and helpful. The AC worked great. The shower is luxurious with plenty of hot water. The beds were comfy. The breakfast made to order! We felt like royalty.

Central, close to lively bar but quiet. And good "desayuno"!

Highly recommend. This is a charming little hotel with exceptional service. I have actually stayed here three times already. I left to see other places in the area and kept coming back. The neighborhood is great, a big park is a half block away, there are plenty of stores and a variety of restaurants very nearby. Not too close to el centro, but load the DiDi app on your phone and for $2.00 you can hop on the back of a motorcycle (cars are available too) and be there in ten minutes.

Maria was very helpful and even offered to serve me breakfast outside of the scheduled time.

Nice and friendly staff. They gave us a free coffee when we check in.

Wonderful place to stay. The lady was kind and helpful. Even though they do not have a parking spot, it is one around the corner. Near to downtown. There is a restaurant around the corner, too, called Bistro (totally recommended but takes time to bring the food to the table, but the food was amazing). Great bakery one block from the hotel. Great location.
