The deluxe apartments were beautiful, clean, spacious enough and comfortable. The rooftop spa is a nice addition, our teenagers enjoyed the jacuzzi. Breakfast was good, too, and the staff helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic hotel. I stayed twice here on my way in and out of Budapest and both times were excellent. Friendly/helpful staff, immaculately clean rooms, good design, amazing amenities (rooftop jacuzzi & sauna!) and excellent breakfast. I would gladly come back here the next time I am in Budapest.

Hotel was very nice. We had a family/apartment type of room. Big and clean accommodation and bathroom, nice little kitchen with everything you need. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Staff gave us really good recommendations for excellent Hungarian restaurants within walking distance. Jacuzzi and sauna on top had great views of the city.

Everything was picture perfect, verynice helpful staff, welcome Drink, elevator, very elegant stylish abd clean suite with comfortable double bed, air conditioning, breathtaking view of HeroesSquare and the Museum of Fine Arts as well as rhe Buda mountin and the Castle from our rooftop terrace, especially at nigt with a large jacuzzi illuminated, a sauna box, a memorable amazing experience with comfortable terrace furniture, blankets. We had our dinner there. On the ground floor there is a nice restaurant, their pizzai is very delicious. On the groznd floor there is a Dr chen medical centre with various Chines treatment and remedies available in their shop there. Széchenyi bath is a five- minute walk, the House of Music, the Zoo are must see in the safe Varosliget Park with little restaurants around , highly recommended. recommended. You can see many othere thingas there within walking distance.

Such a wonderful experience, Ariena and David was very helpful in assistance with places to eat and tours. Ariena was attentive on aiding me and my boyfriend with all the hotel has to offer especially with the (Tea set) even though we were unable to receive them due to no inventory at the moment. One of the best hotels yet and its all because of the amazing people that assist in such a wonderful place. Not to mention how very clean it was to. Breakfast was great consistent with flavor and verity every day. Also very clean as well. Have to check out the shop the have right in the hotel lobby amazing place. We are looking forward to returning due to how polite, professional this place is

The Hotel I well located next to a couple of sights and also a famous spa. The Hotel itself is nice, the staff is very helpful and 24/7available. Breakfast could have more options and the orange juice is just water! The room was really nice. Huge balcony, a big comfy bed and the room had a decent sice ...... Amazing was that we needed to leave at 4am and they prepared breakfast for takeaway which we found amazing. Overall the city is spectacular when you are interested in architectural buildings and this hotel is a very good place to stay!

Edita on reception was AMAZING! she was so helpful&gave us so much information about where to go/what to see. She gave us lots of hints&tips and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The hotel upgraded us to room 401 for my husbands 50th birthday...champers&hot tub, own terrace....perfect. thank you so much.

In general the staffs are very friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff is great and efficient, just at the time we were having breakfast downstairs, they noticed the tidy my room card and already get everything nicely cleaned up. The bed is wide and comfortable to stay on. The central air conditioning is great too, which we get good control of the wind and temperature. There’s water boiler, which is essentially for freezing cold winter. Breakfast is decent. Very great location, only half a minute walk away from Metro or bus stations.

I have done my fair share of travelling europe and this hotel, by far, is the best I have stayed in. The hotel itself is remarkable, modern, stylish and impeccably clean. We stayed in the standard twin room, I am fussy about the twin beds pushed together but it did not feel like 2 twins at all! The bed was so comftorable to the choice of pillow. Oh my the bathroom was exceptional, after a long day of exploring the city, coming back to a relaxing bath was the best thing. The staff were brilliant, even before we arrived, always ensuring you had everything you need and more. The restruant was lovely and had an elegant vibe, with the beautiful staircase through the hotel. We enjoyed a few hours in the spa, a long warm pool divided with a long jacuzzi/ hot tub. Defintley recommend using the spa on your stay. Everything was 10/10 from beginning to end and we were so sad to go home!

Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa truly impressed us. The atmosphere is one of quiet luxury—elegant, calm, and tasteful. We were kindly upgraded to a better room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff , its set in a beautiful building and the whole place has a calm and relaxing atmosphere , all the furnishings in this property are of very high quality and maintained to the highest standards , the rooms are lovely , high ceilings big bathrooms with extremely comfortable seating, the restaurant serves excellent food and the breakfast also has a la carte as well as buffet . This hotel has some very nice personal touches that sets it apart from many similar Rated hotels , I.e a call to the room checking everything ok upon arrival , a knock on the door asking if more water required , all in all the perfect luxury stay in Budapest.

I picked the hotel at random. The corner suite with a terrace and a jacuzzi convinced me. It was our 40th wedding anniversary! My wife was bowled over by the high standard. The view over the local park and marketplace was great. Breakfast: The choice was just as good, fresh fruit, cheese, and a cooked alternative. The selection of bread was excellent, which was a pity (as it's my downfall), lol. Location: The hotel was 4 minutes from the metro and 2 minutes from the local tram stop. The ruin bar area is a 20-minute walk away. The castle, city centre, etc., are 25-minute walks and tram rides away. Finally, the staff: 5/5

Hotel is cozy, clean. Located at walking distance to major attractions. We took a hop-on/off bus too. There is also a park and a small market with fresh fruit and vegetables. Appreciated most the quiet area, sufficiently far from pubs, restaurants. Staff (all) are nice and welcoming - all reception staff (Ede in particular), cleaning staff, bartender, the chef! Very responsive to requests. If you travel for leisure, you can get all the help from the reception - tickets to tours, maps, etc. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Nice TV. AC works perfectly. Breakfast is excellent with very good choices of food and drinks. Big appreciation to the chef! If you want to enjoy a good quality cocktail, don’t go out, go to the hotel bar.

Up Hotel is in a fantastic location. Everywhere we wanted to go on the Pest side of Budapest was within walking distance. There are some fantastic restaurants and bars nearby, and a lovely park, market and coffee shop / bar right opposite the hotel. The room was very spacious and modern, with a Nespresso machine which was great for a morning coffee. The hotel breakfast was also really good - lots of hot and cold options. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. There was a minor issue with the tap in our room and it was fixed within 10 minutes of us reporting it.

Brilliant hotel! - Staff were helpful and welcoming - Room was spacious, clean with a comfy bed. AC was brill and needed after a long hot day of exploring! The view from my 4th floor room overlooking the park was a lovely bonus - Excellent buffet breakfast. - Great location. Situated in a quiet area just off Andrássy Avenue, its within walking distance of most of the main attractions (15-30 mins max). Public transport connections are very close by too if needed. Just outside the hotel is a lovely little park, where the hotel also has an outside terrace bar.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest — whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning!

We loved everything about this hotel. The welcome we received was incredible from HIYA and VINCENT. There is complimentary coffee, snacks and sweets that can be enjoyed at reception for the duration of your stay. We received a complimentary bottle of champagne in our suite as we were celebrating my wife’s 50th Birthday. We stayed in the King Suite and it exceeded our expectations. A beautifully decorated suite with a jacuzzi bath, sauna and limitless options in the minibar. The bed was so comfortable and the room had everything one could ask for. The breakfast and dining area was picturesque, with real trees and plants throughout! The small bar to the front of the hotel was quirky and romantic. On our departure from the hotel, we were offered a complimentary taxi to the airport. The staff in this hotel could simply not do enough for us. Thank you so much HIYA and VINCENT and to the other staff we came across. We have travelled to many destinations in Europe and this hotel was by far the best.

The stories hotel is excellent from the concierge desk through to cleaning staff,on the inside there’s an amazing looking restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, just ask at reception and you’ll get a table, reception has complimentary drinks 24/7 we had a deluxe room that has the bed on a mezzanine floor, the room and bed was very nice clean tidy and comfortable, very nice bathroom with large shower, excellent rainfall shower with a hand held shower within, there’s always plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. There’s a minibar not complementary and large tv with chairs, breakfast was excellent! Diner was really good but the menu choices at dinner was limited, but an excellent ambiance, our ONLY issue was the metal staircase up to the mezzanine floor was very noisy and some other hotel guests are very heavy footed and it echoes through! But having said that good ear plugs mostly sorted that. The hotel is very well place for walking to all sightseeing places or if you’d prefer, the tram

Great location, great service, great concept, great breakfast. We opted for a junior suite as we were staying for a week and this suited us well. The record player was a fun addition! And the shower was very good. The service from all hotel staff was very good with strong communication throughout our stay and nice extras. Restaurant 26 is a destination restaurant, popular from morning to night, in a beautiful green space, so you’ll probably need to book. Do opt for the included breakfasts, a great way to start the day. There is also a cocktail bar. And be sure to check out the new Budapest Time Machine experience housed in the same building. The location is perfect for bars and restaurants and easily getting to all the sights, especially as it is near a main transport hub.

This hotel is slap bang in the middle of where you’d want to be staying. Central enough to walk down to the river but also be around the bars and restaurants that you’re most likely going to want to visit. The staff are extremely helpful - we needed a travel cot which was provided with extra towels and bedding. And we also left our bags with them before check in as we were early - on return to the hotel they’d already put them in the room. They were more than accommodating for us. When we checked in they were also offering complimentary massages outside our rooms which were great! We had a delux room and there was plenty of space over two floors. The shower was powerful, bed was comfy, minibar was a lovely touch. It’s not the most “silent / soundproof” hotel but it wasn’t anything that kept you awake and is to be expected when staying so central. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

Really lovely boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff on reception and at breakfast. The decor was modern and quite plush with a nod to the past. Room was a decent size, very clean and comfortable with a nice shower. Breakfast was a good selection of cold buffet and freshly cooked options, with some options including a glass of bubbles, all very tasty. Location was a short walk to the main shopping streets with lots of restaurants to choose from and an Irish pub 100 yards away. There is a good bakery/coffee shop next door selling the very popular chimney cake which is open quite late. The river is a 5 mins or so walk with the Chain Bridge a further 10 mins along. The Basilica and ruin bars are also within around a 10 mins walk or less and there are bus stops covering many destinations just a short walk up the main road, including the Hop On, Hop Off bus. Really enjoyed our stay and the location, would definitely go back. For great views and photos we recommend the evening dining river cruise on the River Diva if you can. Lovely food and drink, (lots of it), entertainment and a fabulous boat. Also, the Liz and Chain Skybar on the Marriott, must book, is a lovely spot to watch the sun set over the castle.

This is a nice traditional authentic hotel in a central location. The room was comfortable, well decorated and plenty of amenities: coffee pod, kettle, fridge, decent hairdryer. Bathroom small but roomy and shower good. Toiletries provided. The reception staff and breakfast staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Fresh towels every day. The breakfasts were very good. Consisted of a menu with a number of dishes, all well presented and tasty. In addition a buffet and unlimited tea, coffee and juices. We had a room adjacent to the busy road and earplugs were provided so we anticipated noise. However, we were not disturbed. You could hear traffic and sirens but it did not bother us We would stay again.

The Noble Hotel is a gem. absolutely loved the quirky decor of the hotel. Our room was fabulous and the toilet/shower was so modern. Room cleaned and fresh towels daily. The breakfast was amazing, with great choice and menu for hot food served to table. We could not have had a better location, all attractions within walking distance, and the river a few mins walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. The staff throughout the hotel are all very welcoming, helpful and especially the reception staff so professional and so willing to help. We will most certainly stay in The Noble again, and highly recommend it for a stay in Pest.

Staff at this hotel were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for exploring downtown sites and Buda. The hotel has lovely decoration in the public areas and rooms. The bedroom was extremely quiet (apart from very occasional gentle gurgling from the plumbing - it is after all quite and old building, which gives the benefits of solid walls!). Bed was super comfy with nice clean sheets. Bathroom was good - clean shower etc. Storage space was a bit limited. Tea, coffee, water and safe provided in room. Housekeeping did a good job of making room up everyday, but a few small bits of cleaning missed (e.g floor not fully swept one day)

Everything was extremely nice. I would definitely stay again here. The location is perfect, any direction you take from the hotel, you are in the city center, very close to the river. The room was very clean, with a very beautiful, elegant design, looking exactly like in pictures. The bathroom was big, clean, with enough counters and hangers to leave your stuff. (It had a very pretty and confortable step-in shower and really nice shower gel & shampoo) The air conditioner in the room was doing a very good job. The bed was confortable and the room was cleaned in the second day of our stay (we spent 2nights). There was also a coffee machine in the room, besides the kettle and the minibar. The hotel was also quiet. Overall, it was a great experience.

I am not one to leave reviews but I had to for this Beautiful hotel! It was super clean , lovely staff and stunning rooms with so much character! The pictures do it no justice ... The jacuzzi was such a nice touch . The location was fantastic and everything was so close by honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at… thank you for the amazing hospitality .

The atmosphere of this hotel is amazing. Very historical and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much and the breakfast was really good as well. The breakfast is served in a restaurant which is very spacious so you can start your day in peaceful environment. The staff was really friendly, too. Also, the fridge in the hotel room was really efficient. We bought sparkling wine and it was cold very quickly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked out before breakfast on our last day, so they ordered our taxi and packed us a takeaway breakfast. The room was newly redecorated so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everywhere was walkable from the hotel, although it is situated on quite a quiet street.

We had a very nice stay at this themed boutique hotel. The building is lovely. We stayed in their suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and set out in the beautiful basement. The old atmospheric jazz club/cinema room on the same floor is worth taking a look at. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate our needs, such as supplying a kettle so that we could make tea as and when we wished. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived quite late because of train delays but the staff were on call and the check in was quick and efficient. The room was really quite lovely - spacious with a comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, air-con and a good-sized bathroom. It was also very quiet and kept scrupulously clean. The hotel is quite well located, about a 15-minute walk to the city centre/riverside and near to metro, tram and bus routes and only a few hundred metres from Nyugati railway station. There are several bars, cafes and rerstaurants with a few minutes walk. The breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice including cereal, fruit, meat and cheese and a selction of hot food such as scrambled egg and toast. The entire experience was really pleasant and I'd happily stay there again.

We were on an EasyJet City break holiday and this was one of the four star hotels on offer. It was the perfect choice for us. Location is everything and it was ideal for us. It is in a quiet street in a central location just round the corner from the Opera House. The Jewish quarters are nearby as it the Deak Fenenec square where a lot of bus stop ,A major transport hub. There are ample restaurants within walking distance in all directions. Our twin bedded room in the hotel were clean and comfortable maybe a shade on the small side,but fine for us .The bathroom was good it had a bath with a shower attachment and a plastic curtain. For us a walk in shower would have been preferable. We cannot speak highly enough of the reception staff, nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Sebastian and Daniele who were exemplary . The breakfast was excellent. A good choice of hot and cold food which was constantly replenished. A self service coffee machine. Yuk!! There is a luggage storage area for early and late departures. If we ever every return to Budapest we would not hesitate to return to this hotel

We had an excellent stay at K+K Hotel in Budapest. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Opera House and other major attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. A special mention to Daniel, who was extremely helpful with suggestions on things to do and even booked our cruise tickets. The hotel’s central location and friendly service made our trip truly enjoyable.

This hotel is in a great position on a quiet side street next to the Opera House and a short walk from, St Stephen's Basilica. The room was spacious and in the newer rear block. It has reasonable hanging space and a safe deposit that is closed/open using a credit card (but is free to use). The bathroom had a walk in shower but the shower head was loose and the spray head was not working properly (noted to reception on leaving so hopefully changed). Breakfast has a good choice of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked options. However, our stay coincided with two large tour parties so the breakfast room was heaving between 0815 and 0915. Outside this time it was fine. The staff worked really hard to keep everything stocked up but when busy they continuously ran out of cups, bowls, spoons etc. Not their fault, just too many people trying to have breakfast at one time. Overall a really good place to stay.

Fantastic location, close to everything: the metro, the attractions, the supermarket and some terrific restaurants. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, gave us advice on currency exchange places, even called in dinner reservations for us. The airport transfer service was excellent and very professional. The breakfast at the hotel is awesome. Great selection of foods for just about every type of diet and taste. The breakfast room staff are very attentive. Great customer service!

Couldn't ask for better! We booked a hotel with British Airways as was a good price. The President Hotel has a grand entrance, leading to reception. We were made to feel welcomed and given vouchers for complimentary drinks at the roof bar. We headed to our room, and ours didn't have an outside view but had a window regardless, looking out on the hallway/foyer, which had a skylight. The roof bar has some stunning views, I believe you can eat up there too, just a shame you can't go up there first thing in the morning. They have a restaurant on the ground floor and breakfast in the basement. The breakfast was a buffet style offering hot and cold, and the toaster took forever. Staff were really friendly. The location was great too, metro was close plus river in easy walking distance. The Wifi was good. They also had a gym.

The hotel is located in a nice district, just in front of the bank. Grocery shops and pharmacy just around the corner. Clean and soundproof rooms with a small balcony, the rooms were always squeaky clean. Additionally there was a coffee mashine and Julius Meinl coffee capsules in the room that were constantly added. Access to the water in the lobby was very convenient. I am thankful for the staff hospitality as I was given a breakfast box on my way to the airport, as I missed the breakfast opening times. Additionally, there was an option to organise a pick up concierge serviss as well as regular taxi.

Full buffet breakfast included was excellent. I would stay here again.

It’s a beautiful artdeco hotel, they maintain it very well, nice spacious rooms. 3. Room-service food was tasty. 4. Excellent pool and SPA. 5. Easily walkable (for me) to all main attractions of Budapest. 6. Helpful concierge service. 7. The area around the hotel is safe and nice during the day. However! It turns into a madhouse during the night with clubs and bars open through the night. A lot of drunk people+homeless and addicts in the area at night. Be careful. I saw street fights and other things that you probably won’t enjoy. The hotel itself is perfectly safe with several guards on watch 24/7. 8. My room was quite with no street noice or disturbances even with window open during the night.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. I was traveling in a group of three so the third bed actually being a bed and not a sofa bed was great. The hotel room also had a kitchen, that was clean and fairly good equipped. The bathroom was also quite and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in was smooth and fast as was the check out. They also offered to store our luggage the next day and ordered us a taxi that was waiting for us when we arrived.

Fantastic location so near to so many attractions, easy booking and check in. Really helpful guy at reception who gave us a map and some information we requested. Nice to have gym, pool etc on site. Was also a restaurant downstairs with breakfast available, i think was 16euro per day we didn't purchase. Also wifi very good in room, kitchenette had everything you could need, nice eating area and tv on the wall. Would recommend and would return.

The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom was spotless and modern. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety each day and plenty of options, including lactose-free and gluten-free choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also has a nice spa area with a sauna, and massages can be booked on-site. Excellent value for money — we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very kind staff, very convenient and large room (we took the apartment with balcony). They have a locker room with personal codes to store the luggage until the check in. It was very convenient. The shower was very good, the water was hot and it's possible to control the flow. You also get flippers and robes. The complementary coffee is nice, but the coffee machine in the lobby is tastier. It's nice to sit in the balcony on a cup of coffee, although it doesn't have so much view. You could also refill water or sparkling water from the lobby. The room has a small minibar to store a few drinks. I also liked the fitness room. It has various stuff to train with, including weights, training bands, treadmill, bycicle and a ski walker. There's also a sauna there. We didn't try the food in the hotel because there were so many tasty restaurants out there. Overall, I would give 10/10 for the hotel, very good value for money. I don't know why the suites in Emerald Hotel are more expensive in booking than the apartments. The downtown suites and Emerald Hotel are literally the same hotel.

What a fabulous Hotel. First, we were warmly greeted by Esther (Not sure about the spelling) and she did a seamless check in. The entrance and small areas on the ground floor are really well thought out and give it the feeling of luxury and a place to rest and relax. Our room was amazing. Very big, spacious, very clean and quiet and lots of natural light. The bedroom was large and had two armchairs and a coffee table. The bed was fabulous and so comfortable as were the pillows. There is a desk and chair in the room as well and a wardrobe. Lovely big bathroom and shower with great shower head, lots of hot water. There was a large TV, great aircon and wifi. There are a lot of facilities in the hotel including restaurants, but we didn't use them. We were there for two nights and felt like we were staying somewhere very special. The hotel is situated right in the center of everything, so it was easy to walk to all the sights and cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

The location was perfect, very close to the city center, in the middle of street full of nice bars and restaurants. Even though the bars were just a few steps away, the apartment was really quiet and perfect for good sleep.

I was in the ground floor apartment with direct connection to a beautiful and peaceful communal garden with a lovely sitting area outside. The apartment was perfectly clean, cosy, spacious, nicely decorated and quite too. It simply had everything I needed from fully equipped kitchen to a comfy bed, bathtub, high tech tv and all. The owners are super helpful, responsive and flexible, the communication with them was very easy. The place is right in the city centre where opportunities for clubbing, partying or just going out for a nice coffee or lunch are limitless. I had a wonderful time there and would love to go back when I am in Budapest next time.

Really high quality for good price. I stayed in 2 places (one for single and then with a friend) , the larger one is phenomenal but also the smaller one still perfect for a stay. Very clean and quiet. At 38 degrees the air con works perfectly. I even washed some clothes free of charge. Nespresso machine with pods included. Also Netflix (and more importantly open account already so you don’t need your own). Small things like this put this place above the rest and made my last days in Budapest memorable. Highly highly recommended. Also location is perfect, airport bus a 10 min walk away. Chain bridge and Resto close by.

The location is absolutely perfect for exploring everything in Budapest — most sights are within walking distance or easily reachable by public transport. We had a great stay at these apartments. The location was perfect — right next to bars, shops, supermarkets, and within walking distance of all the key points in the city. It made getting around really easy and convenient. The apartments were very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Their support made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend staying here!

I found it by accident while I was hiking. It was lovely because they gave me the disabled room which meant I had a place to sit down in the shower and the shower area was huge. Everything was perfect fresh and new. The young lady on the desk was very helpful

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Not in the central area, but you can reach the city centre in 30 minutes by bus or tram. The price was good for December busy season.

The room was very nice and clean and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. Also they changed the sheets every day and the parking was free.

Fantastic stay! The place was very clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

(AC/Smart TV) The location is amazing, the centre is a stroll away, the streets are filled with cute shops and great food and the apartment is located right next to the river. We have stayed in the hotel for a week and we' ve been here for the first time. And it became the opening for us. This is our favourite hotel and apartments in Hungary from now. At first we planned staying for three days and were going to another city and hotel, but just when we entered the room we decided to prolong our staying here. Magnificent apartments! Both of them are amazing! We 've stayed in Rio and Moulin Rouge and adored them both. We were impressed by design, style , lots of details.. everything was made and represented with such a smart style, love and passion. Devil is in details))) and it was perfect... The space of the apartments is organised in very modern and ergonomic way. We had dozen of photo zones and tons of picturesque views for romantic drinks and dialogues. We will return to this hotel and try staying in other rooms cause they are wonderful too( we have seen))) Thank you so much for your unbelievable breakfasts ,with their presentation and variety. Again lots of details and love in every piece. It was delicious every time and every time we were waiting for something new and beautiful. The communication was very effective. There was message about were to park, code for the door, breakfast ect. The staff that made the breakfast were so good. A special thanks to them for their support in making sure we had breakfast and helping to iron my jacket. Thank you so much for packing the breakfast we haven’t eaten because we had to go- and it was a nice surprise when we came back and saw a lovely note that the remaining breakfast was in the fridge. That definitely make me love the customer service. I would definitely be back. Everything was in the apartment is like home away from home.

This cute apartment exceeded my expectations. The staff were lovely (and so was the breakfast! Not included, but I added it to my one-night stay). I stayed in the "Rio" room and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was fabulous and I loved the way it was decorated. It's also walking distance to lots of cute shops and restaurants. Also, it was VERY hot when I was in town in July, but the air conditioning in the room was nice and cold. Highly recommend this place!

This was a charming apart hotel in a historical neighbourhood of Szentendre, extremely clean, brand new furniture and appliances. Tamas and Kata are amazing hosts, paying attention to all details and providing useful information. The city itself is wonderful to visit, very good restaurants are on each opposite corners of the apart hotel, and stores are within walking distance. In 18 km you can find the Visegrad citadel, offering amazing views on the Danube.We are definetely considering a new trip as we have much more to explore.

A large beautiful Art Deco flat in an amazing central Budapest location, 100 m from the Hungarian Parliament. Walking distance to the many interesting and historical central areas of Budapest. The flat has a great vibe. Vey quiet and very peaceful. A perfect place to explore Budapest for tourists or as a base for business travellers. Easy access using key lock and the owners were very attentive via texts throughout our stay.

Excellent location which made it easy to walk to the river and Parliament as well as for using public transport. The apartment was bigger than expected and in a very quiet but central location complete with Aldi underneath! The apartment is extremely well equipped and the owner was in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. It was easy to find the key to get in as the instructions were very clear. Very clean and well maintained. Two large floor fans helped to keep the apartment cooler which was difficult in 34 degrees heat!

Amazing property. Good location. Close to Parliament building and restaurants. Lots of extras provided including toiletries and tea/coffee. Very convenient Aldi next door. Helpful host.

The accommodation was exceptional and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful I wish I could give 12 out of 10. The rooms were big and spacious and very clean. It was in an ideal situation for tourist.

The apartment was really nice. Secure, very open and clean. Had a very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well equipped, separate toilet and the bathroom had an amazing multi jet shower and radio. Really nice and refreshing. Apartment was warm and had a long sofa in it too, so no need to sit on the bed all the time. There was a long wall of windows/ doors that led on to private outdoor area with it's own sauna! Also had tables and chairs. Then stairs up (from this outdoor area) to a private sun terrace with sun loungers. Really quite nice (although too cold to use at time we visited). There were buildings all around, so nice area outside, but was overlooked from other buildings, not too intrusively though. Area was pretty good. Not so far from a main road to easily visit get a cab or public transport. Easy walking distance to supermarkets and many restaurants and bars, but far enough from them to be nice and quiet at the apartment.

Location perfect, apartman is very nice, comfy bed, beautiful terrace. Very kind and helpfull comunication. Good and safe parking space.. apartman is 10/10 But!!! apartman is not clean. The glass in the apartman was dirty and had coffee stains. In the corner of the apartman i found chips and few empty bags of chocolate. I think that menager or the ovner of the apartman should change the cleaning Lady

The location of the apartment is great. Close to city centre, and to some nice bars and restaurants. Private parking garage is right next to the apartment which is great. Comminication with owners was great. The appartment is nice for 4 people. It also has a huge terrace. It's nice and modern, however a bit "used" (e.g. shower, cupboard in toilet room and in coridor). Still enjoyed our stay.

The apartment felt so safe and secure with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing.

Our stay here was stunning. We relaxed in the wonderful jacuzzi with a glass of champagne that our wonderful host prepared for us as a welcome gift for free. The apartment is sunny, spacious, really clean and comfortable. There is fast wifi, an espresso machine including coffee beans and AC. Parking was very close to the building in a garage, easy to find. We recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely, clean, spacious, nicely maintained and decorated apartment, excellent location.

It is a really nice apartment, spacious with everything you need inside. Good instructions on how to get in and it was really warm and cozy. We loved having a little patio on the inside of the building. Only negative thing is that you can hear everything in the building from other flats. It's a bit noisy. But would definitely recommend it!

Uncomplicated check in, easy to find the room. It was clean, although dusty on hard to reach areas. The bed was okay. I didn't use the kitchen. There was no oven. Comfy little place.

The location was great, and the apartment was very beautiful and cozy. Very well equipped also even in the kitchen. We had warm water all day and the beds were very comfortable 🙂

It's a very good accomodation, I hope I will come back here as soon as possible. The location was pretty good, everything is close, and the view is very nice. The metro is around 2-3 minutes by walking. The jacuzzi is very good with a street view.

I was in the small flat, so not the one with the jacuzzi. The flat was nicely presented and very comfortable. The flat was right in the centre of Budapest shopping district near everything. I loved the location

The owner of the apartment is a very nice woman! Very helpful. The apartment was great. Cleanliness, order and everything at the highest level. After a day of walking, you can relax in a private jacuzzi! The apartment is practically in the center. Very close to bus, tram and metro stops. Around a lot of restaurants serving delicious food.

Even thought we were there for just one night, it was amazing! From the moment we landed we were assisted 24h by the manager, who warmly welcomed us once we arrived on the spot and allowed us to store our language there since we arrived pretty earlier. Located in the very center of Budapest this suite is very cozy, our favorite part was of course the jacuzzi close to the bed! Awesome! We will come back!

The host was extremely kind, polite and helpful. He arrived exactly on time to show us around the apartment and make sure we were happy with everything. The apartment is exactly as the pictures show. Spacious, comfortable, modern, well equipped. We were very grateful for the coffee machine and coffee capsule in the morning. The shower is also spacious and can comfortably fit two people. ;) And the jacuzzi was a stress reliever. It is located right next to the synagogue, absolutely central, all attractions within walking distance, without even using public transport. We hope to stay in this wonderful apartment again one day.

Loved every minute. Greeted by Lazlo, a pretty perfect host. Greeted us in person with a warm welcome, could not have been more helpful, He was on the end of the phone for the entire stay. A credit to the place. What a fantastic location. Amid the hustle and bustle of this vibrant and beautiful city. The apartment was high end. Spotless, modern, fantastic shower. Open plan staircase would NOT be suitable for kids but we loved it. Coffee every morning on the balcony watching the city come to life. Fabulous

Great house, we had everything we needed, the host was nice, the outside area was cool, with jacuzzi and pool, nice to plunge in after a long hot day, the rooms were big, we were 2 families, so 7 people and we had a great time. Train station is 2 min away, 20 min to center, runs frequently, we used it every day.

Amazing property, lovely and exactly as described. Near to transportation. Judit was so helpful.

The pool and garden were fabulous, very friendly woman.

The apartment is located in a really convenient place. Close both to city center and other sights. It was very easy to get around everywhere. All we can possibly need was there too. Place is calm and quiet too, but a lot of shops to buy food and cafes to have dinner. Host even provided personal recommendations!

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. It is near to a metrostation. There is a nice balcony.

Everything was great as expected and advertised. Even there was a small temporary issue with the shower water not being hot enough - something related to building infraestructure - and the owner replied super fast and compensated me for the inconvenience. Location is perfect, just a couple of minutes away from Jewish quarter and great quality/price value. Would definitely recommend staying in this place!

Very nice cosy room in the centre of Budapest. The rooftop with transat and the jacuzzi outside is a great plus! The breakfast was also very nice and the host we met was very sympathetic and helpful. We will definitely think about coming again if we have the possibility!

The location was really nice, in the middle of the city so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi has the best view over the city, thankfully the weather was still nice enough to fully enjoy! Next time in Budapest we are staying here again!

The location is spot on, overlooking the parliament with a jacuzzi on the rooftop (we had no time to use it, unfortunately). Getting in is pretty straightforward, explained in the messages from the host along with the video:). The breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Great location very helpful and kind owner. Teracce is great with jacuzzi for the best experience.

Our apartment was facing the inner courtyard so was very quiet although the building was on a main road. Handy self check in. Great location and easy to walk to attractions / bars / restaurants and public transport. The place is set up as a series of self check in apartments but the cleaner comes around once a day which was enough to get more toilet paper etc. It’s worth knowing there’s otherwise no staff at the property but the apartment already had everything we needed so that was not a problem for us

The instructions for entering the room were easy to follow. The host was fast in replying for any question. If you have heavy baggage, there is an elevator, as the apartments are on the first floor. The room was not turned to the street side which was great (room no.2) it was really quiet which we appreciated bc Rakoczi road can get very noisy sometimes. The air condition was working well. The beds were really comfy, the kitchenette was fully preppared: there's microvawe, electric kettler, hot plate, a fridge and enough plates, cups and the rest for 4 people. The wifi connection was working nicely. It is nice for a short stay, especially for families with kids, as i do not guarantee that 2 grown people can fit in the upstairs bed comfortably (we were a pair so we only used the downstairs bed). Aldi is literally downstairs in the next building with all necessities. Railway station and its metro station are close (10min), so is the Arena mall, and the apartments have a nice connection of buses to Vaci street and the rest of wonders in Budapest. Definitely recommended for pairs or families with kids.

Location is good, close to public transport and ALDI market. Room is nice, double decker, beds comfortable. The kitchen is nice, but without any tea, coffee, sugar or salt; bring those things with you :). Wifi worked great. Shower was good. Self check-in was easy.

The location is close to subway and other public transport. The apartment is very spacious with large kitchen area, comfy bed and relaxing bath tub. The grocery shops and restaurants are within couple of minutes walking distance.

The apartment is so so big and nice. The temperature inside is amazing in the summer, the beds are very comfortable and there are 2 bathrooms. Kitchen has almost everything you need (in my opinion a coffee maker is necessary). It is walking distance to the city centre and to Puskas arena (we were here for a concert). There are many public parking spots nearby and a 24 hours available private parking with very good price (around 10 euro/day). Getting in and out is great using codes, especially if you are a group that has different schedules.

It is in a very good area, because you can get around on foot. The apartment is an oasis in front of this old, dilapidated building that you look at and feel afraid. The owner has done a very good renovation, and I believe it may be the only apartment in this building that is so modern and renovated. It is quite comfortable, I would say it approaches luxury, but there are flaws that ultimately don’t make it all that luxurious. Nevertheless, it is a truly beautiful home where, if you set aside the exterior of the building, you can enjoy a pleasant stay. I dare say that from a certain point on, on the second or third day of our stay, we began to get used to the scary, almost abandoned building left to its fate, and we even enjoyed it, taking photos. This very old apartment building, if it is ever renovated, will be a real gem. The owner had a welcome gift for my three little children: juices and Smarties. However, it could have had at least one bottle of water in the fridge, but it had nothing.

Apartment is stunning, clean and in the heart of Budapest. Even though it’s very close to bars and pubs the apartment is very quiet so we managed to have a good night’s sleep after a whole day of exploring. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of apartment was excellent as well as the apartment itself. It was luxurious,clean and spacious.

The apartment is big. Of course, parking was important, and in this case the garage (underground parking) is new and modern, just a few minutes away.

The property was nice and spacious, equipped and well maintained. The location is perfect and very close to the tram stations which you could take to go around the city. The only downside is that it was pretty cold and we struggled to heat the apartment using only one air conditioner. The owner provided parking spot which was very convenient. We definitely recommend this place.

When we entered the apartment there was our first possitive surprise, apartment is even better than on pictures, it was clean, quiet, comfortable. In apartment you have everything you could possibly need for spending even more than few days.

Good property for this price, quite spacious with a high ceiling, perfect for a couple. Location is very nice: there are many restaurants, bakery in the building and supermarket on the street. And also the building itself is very authentic with an inner courtyard.

The apartment was really comfortable, warm and clean. Everything was as described. We liked that the toillet was separated from the bathroom. The private parking space was a major plus for us because it's almost impossible to find a parking space around the centre od Budapest. All recommendations!

James is a pleasant and kind host. The house is very comfortable for a couple with child and very clean. Although it is located in a central place it is very quiet as it is on the fifth floor. Public transport is really close to the apartment and you can go everywhere in a few minutes. The most majestic thing was the astonishing view from the balcony.

This was our second time staying at James’s place — we had such a great experience last year that we didn’t even consider looking elsewhere this time. James is incredibly attentive and genuinely warm. When we met him to get the keys, we ended up having a lovely chat, which made us feel immediately at home. There were some small improvements made in the flat since our last stay, which shows how much he cares about the guest experience. The apartment is in a perfect location — very central, with metro and bus stations just a few minutes’ walk away. The area is lively and full of great restaurants, shops, and local character. The terrace is one of our favorite things about this place — in the evenings, you can hear music drifting from the park nearby, which creates such a special atmosphere. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Budapest. Thanks again, James — your place really feels like a second home!

The apartment is large and made a great base for our family’s stay. The location is hard to beat - right in the heart of the city and easily accessible from everywhere. We loved the view of the river from the terrace, particularly in the evening. James could not have been more helpful or accommodating as a host, and we really appreciated his helpful and clear communication before and during our stay.

Awesome view of Danube, very classy and also classic aesthetic apartment, with all that we need for our stay. In addition, we appreciate a 10% refund from the owner, for an outside technical program with the electricity of the building, for less than 2 hours early in one morning of our stay and to be noted, that the refund was offered by owner James and not asked from us! Exceptional behavior! Clean areas, nice beds to rest, excellent inside temperature, and full bright apartment from the day light. Overall, only positive feelings and feedback!
