The hotel was perfect for me. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was huge, the water hot and very clean and modern. The hotel is not so large that you have to wander through long hallways to go about your day. Thre cleaning staff kept my room spotless and never even touched the loose change on the counter, other then to stacked it neatly. There is staff available 24 hrs a day for what ever you might need. Delicious food or markets if you prefer are a very short walk away and a mall pleasantly close. All at a surprisingly affordable price. I highly recommend Hotel Plaza Del Lili.

A very pleasant place to stay. Very quiet at night. The staff was excellent, very informative. They have few bars and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel it’s very clean and comfortable. They have some pharmacy around too. You blend in with the local very easy. It’s like being in your neighborhood. Local food it’s very cheap also. And the area it’s very safe to walk around. We took Uber everywhere we go and it’s very cheap. I will definitely come back to this place.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were professional and very friendly. The restaurant on site the food was awesome. The restaurant staff were awesome also. I would strongly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everyone is very nice and accommodating to your needs. The rooms look exactly like the picture and they are very clean. They also do the housekeeping everyday. The breakfast was excellent, they offered natural juice y fruit, they would ask how you would like your eggs, they also offered bread, arepas, almojabanas ect. They also have a rooftop bar that is open wed-sat and they have food there too. Now for the hot water; there is not hot water at all times. They have a schedule for the hot water that is 5am to 10am and then in the evenings from 5pm to 10pm. The hot water was hit or miss and at times it was only warm.

Overall great experience. The service provided is unique from the receptionist to the people cleaning your room, or serving you your breakfast. Unlike matched service. Everyone around you is very attentive to your needs and requirements. Overall the staff is very friendly and always willing to give you a hand and help you. I was extremely thankful with the front desk staff. Overall great experience and with the attention and updated room qualities of a 5 star hotel. I have stayed at this hotel for the third time now and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and hotel.

I took a chance at this small boutique Zen-themed hotel. It was 5 STARS. I took the suite with the Jacuzzi. It was super--right by the pool on the first floor. The hotel is beyond beautiful with amazing gardens. The staff was 10 points. The breakfast was delicious (eggs with toast, continental cereals, fruits, yogurt. The room had great AC, a super comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. I highly recommend it. Yes it's a bit away from the airport but in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of several cafes and restaurants. I loved it and so did my girlfriend. It's well worth the price and relaxing stay.. I would return in a heartbeat. Super stay.

We stayed at Malik for 15 days visiting Cali. We found a home away from home. The rooms are comfortable, CLEAN, very covid conscientious , spacious, Smart TV with Netflix access. Breakfast consist of custom eggs to order, toast, cheese, fresh fruit, coffee and fresh fruit juice. The place is nice and quiet you feel relaxed but the best part of Malik however is the staff. They were always so helpful with taxi access, warm our leftovers, laundry (with a charge) and did it with a smile. There wasn’t one thing we requested where they said no or didn’t try to assist. My room was always clean and immaculate. Location is safe with many restaurants within walking distance. Also used “Rappi” for indoor delivery many times just download the app. Con: wireless access a bit spotty downstairs at times however works fine upstairs. I HIGHLY recommend Malik and will be my place to stay when in Cali.

I highly recommend this great cozy boutique hotel. From the central location to many great eateries and shopping all at walking distance, to the comfortable rooms, and super cozy layout throughout the hotel and the delicious breakfast that is included. But the best part was the staff☺️☺️!! Always helpful, and very friendly which had a way of making you feel like home. Nestor, Cesar, Diana, Jes, and Merley (1 and 2) thank you for everything!!! Great customer service. I will definitely be back.

Superb, beautiful boutique hotel located in a lovely area of Cali. Easy access to the main bus line into town and a vibrant area full of.top notch restaurants. Lovely pool, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Quiet at night and an easy taxi ride to all the central attractions at night.

My stay at Dann Carlton Hotel, in Cali was excellent and we were completely satisfied & happy. We enjoyed our stay there, tremendously. The hotel is up-to-date and very well run. Excellent location, spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast that includes delicious tropical fruits, cheeses, a bakery assortment, soup, eggs, tropical juices, coffee and chocolate that is included in the hotel rate. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional.

Checking in was a breeze and the staff were most accommodating. The food was quite good and the room was very large and appeared clean. The bed however was not the most comfortable and the towels in the bathroom were very rough on the skin as though they had been laundered once too often. The restaurant and bar opens late - we had dinner one day at 1am!! The neighbourhood has a nice mix of bars and restaurants within walking distance and fine dining options are only 10 minutes taxi ride away. Overall a solid 4 start hotel with room for improvement.

This hotel was immaculately clean, as was the large and comfortable room. A SUPER nice, professional English speaking staff. And the food was great as well. Also has a Tony Romas !! Everything was perfect !! I will definitely be returning. I had a amazing time. A big thank you to all at the Dann Carlton Cali.

Pretty good service Room service was better than eating at the restaurant 2 hours wait to get our food on the first night horrible The head bartender bartender was amazing the other ones where a bit lazy and rude my opinion they served a cocktail without alcohol I literally saw him make the drinks The tv service sucks every time we turn off the room electricity the cable would disconnect had the guys come fix it multiple time Front desk super professional and kind everything else was just perfect This was our experience Ou the ax was leaking water we almost had to change rooms

Location! The hotel is so beautiful! Our room was big and so comfortable, with a private balcony, jacuzzi, a treat! The best breakfast!

The suite (300) was superb! The steam room and terrace jacuzzi were wonderful amenities. I’d request that suite over and over again. The highlight of this property is a gem named Duvan!!! He exudes five star white glove service.

Relaxing stay, friendly staff, and good food. The room we stayed in was absolutely lovely with a jacuzzi tub. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff helped me surprise my wife with a birthday gesture by decorating our room with flowers and chocolates. It was located within walking distance of a park, several restaurants, and other shops. The neighborhood felt safe for walking during the day. It was perfect. Would absolutely book again.

incredible location of an incredible hotel and my suite was awesome! I had my own garden a jacuzzi in bathroom and a deliciously comfortable bed and pillows. the restaurant food was wonderful and staff everywhere so helpful! loved this place and I booked another amazing room with a special terrace to view entire city.

Hotel Casa Nispero was better than anything we would have expected. My partner and I traveled to Cali for the first time and we were fortunate enough to have few guests staying at the hotel which made it easier to get to know the staff. Alex and Duvan at the front desk had great recommendations and were always fun to talk to. My partner and I had an emergency and needed to go to the hospital and the staff was so helpful during this stressful situation. Cesar, Karol and Daniel made dining in the hotel very enjoyable and I highly recommend eating at the hotel if you can. The food was delicious and the price was right given the quality of the hotel. The pool and dining area were so beautiful! I don't think the pictures online do it justice. It was easy to forget we were in the middle of the city. Lastly, the room itself was gorgeous and very spacious. Our room included a jacuzzi which I recommend using after a day out in the city! If I had to force myself to give one area to improve is maybe the noise. Sometimes (but rarely) you could hear conversations from the outside. However, this did not keep me up all night nor did I feel like it was a nuisance. Overall this hotel is a bit pricier than others in Cali, but I definitely believe you get more than your money's worth. Even before we left, my girlfriend and I were talking about coming back to this hotel. I recommend it to anyone who's visiting San Antonio and I know the staff will be taking great care of you.

I would really like to recommend the large room with the jacuzzi. The amplitude of this room was superb and I am sure is the best room of the hotel, given that it has a very private location, the jacuzzi is located on an external roofed terrace with some vinyl covering the surrounding glasses. The room has a huge bed and a small living area with a sofa... quite comfortable indeed. It is well equipped with iron, save box and toiletries. Also I will recommend the vegatable soups at the restaurant and all the juices!!

It is a fantastic place, I ALWAYS look to stay here when I travel to CALI, the staff is excellent, location is excellent, Inside Restaurant with very good food, a delicious buffet breakfast, and also multiple options of other restaurants nearby, a safe neighborhood to walk, it has a nice Front park where you can recreate and enjoy birds, even exotic ones, windows with a beautiful view of the mountains. At night until very late there is a fast food place on the corner. You find excellent attention from everyone here. I recommend this place.

This hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel room was clean and spacious. They offer complimentary buffet breakfast.

Comfortable room and great shower. Breakfast was ok and staff were very helpful. Wifi did not work in the room when we arrived but it was sorted very quickly. Gym was ok - sufficient for a light workout. Pool was clean. Overall a great price for the location. Only negative was that there was only one English TV channel so bring a book or laptop if you plan on staying in.

The hotel was excellent, the restaurant and food super delicious, the staff super friendly, kind and very helpful. The only thing that was uncomfortable and very difficult for me to enter in was the bathroom, my father is in a wheelchair and it was too small.

On suburbs. Quiet area. Don’t stay next to elevator. Food is amazing. Staff is like your family. Safe place. Nice pool and massage area. Book a room with jacuzzi.

This hotel was clean and quiet, the property surrounding it was pretty and the area was safe, the food at the restaurant was good, the pool was clean and nice, and the staff members were kind and helpful. The spa was a little difficult to book, like, we couldn’t book in advance and then once we arrived the spots we really wanted were booked, but services at the spa were great!

Clean facilities, helpful staff, breakfast was great. The room was very comfy and nice. The hotel itself is gorgeous and honestly wasn’t even that expensive if you take its quality into account.

I like the breakfast and the jacuzzi the TV wasn't set up and I had problems with it but that wasn't a big deal I had a great view from my room all in all a good deal and great location

The hotel itself was very clean except for the jacuzzi. The room given facing the avenue was very noisy and needed better blinds . We ask for towels numerous occasions only to be ignored.

The staff were excellent, they were very attentive and helpful as well as very friendly from the front desk to the custodial staff. I did have some issues with the in room jacuzzi and air conditioning and had to be moved to a different room, they were extremely helpful and even moved all my belongings to the new room. Had I not encountered theses issues I'd be giving this hotel an excellent rating.

The hotel is spectacular and they gave me an upgrade to the room on the top floor, which has a jacuzzi and everything. However, I went out to work and when I came back, the curtain was on the floor, I told 3 different staff members to please fix it and no one even came up to check what had happened. Thank goodness it wasn't the blackout that did fall, it was the curtain, because if it had been the blackout, I wouldn't have been able to sleep and no one would have done anything. But otherwise, it was fine.

The modern design of this boutique hotel shows the attention to detail. The fresh flowers and scent of lilys awake your senses when you walk in the door. A warm attentive reception and clean rooms with a hot shower makes the experience a relaxing alternative to big box hotels. The roof top breakfast patio was a perfect way to start the day with endless coffee and delicious choices of locally styled egg dishes and fresh fruit. I liked the location between two choices of many restaurant choices within an easy safe walk.

I literally loveeeee Alko hotel! The people there are so friendly, warm, and welcoming especially the front desk and dining staff.. the food is to die for ! I ate at the restaurant atleast twice a day and the drinks are amazing! They’re so attentive and do their best to accommodate every request. Also housekeeping takes their job seriously and actually deep cleans when they come to clean!!! I want to go back to Columbia just to stay at this exact hotel. It was convenient to not one but TWO major shopping malls … one is literally around the corner and across the street.. plus loads of desayuno carts and other places to eat in the area. The area is safe and quiet and the people there really get to know you. I would live at Alko hotel if i could!!! 1000/10 all across the board!

The staff is so helpful, always welcoming. Location is perfect. It is close to malls and restaurants. The area feels very safe. Breakfast is amazing AC, wifi, shower water pressure worked perfectly We will choose this hotel again next time we visit Cali.
