As vegetarians, we were especially impressed by the care taken to accommodate our dietary needs — and even more so when the staff remembered this the following morning without us having to ask again. It’s the little things like this that make a big difference. The location was also fantastic — central and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We also treated ourselves to the hammam and massage at the spa, which was incredibly relaxing and well worth it. The jacuzzi pool was a refreshing way to unwind afterwards. Overall, Art Palace offers a luxurious and personalised experience, and we left feeling thoroughly pampered. Funky, older but well maintained hotel in Casablanca. We stayed 2 nights (got in well after midnight first night from airport) before joining a 9 day tour, so didn't venture out, as we were going to seeing the city as part of the tour. The bedroom was a good size, very large comfortable bed, with a separate large lounge room with a bar, and it was all "unique", clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fine and clean and there was a second toilet off the lounge room which was great. The view across the lane to a neighbourhood apartment block was a little rough, lol, the hotel is located only a minute to a busy main road, an ATM and convenience store. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area on the mezzanine level was v. pleasant and the breakfast was very generous and very nice. The restaurant/bar area downstairs had a band playing later in the night, and the food was quite good too.

Great location for my first visit to the city, with most major tourist sights within a half-hour walk, and the hotel was easy to find and to direct taxis to. The room/suite was clean and comfortable, with good sound isolation, water pressure/temp controls, working AC, etc. The art theme added a little extra touch, but it was mostly just a decent hotel room (though I'd only think 3 stars in US or EU). I ate at the bar/restaurant one night and though it was completely empty and the service somewhat slow the food and cocktails were really excellent and I was glad to find a few foreign beers on the menu. I also used the pool in the basement for a dip - it is heated, but is small and doesn't really have a spot to just lounge around, maybe better for short laps. I had a hammam scrub and massage at the spa as well - the facilities were clean and the staff friendly and professional and made it a really easy and pleasant experience (only my second time trying the Morocco style bath). Spa prices seemed reasonable but I didn't really shop around. I can definitely recommend staying here if you want a clean and comfortable modern room and a spa on-site.

The room and the suite were clean and tidy, and the bathrooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel's central location was convenient, with easy access to various amenities. The room itself was spotless, and the technology provided made our stay feel luxurious. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. the pool / sauna was nice as well.

The hotel has a very welcoming scent. Our reservations officer was very good to us and always offered great service anytime we needed. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was there on our check in at 1600 hours on 12 Jan 2025 and spoke perfect English. One of the waiters ensured I tasted almost all Moroccan delicacies and the rooms are clean and well maintained. I'd highly recommend this. Always friendly staff at all times

Very clean, staff very kindly, friendly and helpful. A place to go and enjoy .I was worried in the beginning for the traffic noise around the hotel but it is so peaceful in the room . The Jacuzi in the suite it is amazing plus. The room service is fast and well served

Very, very professional staff. The location was great in the heart of center city close to.many main attractions.

Clean room & comfortable bed with working wifi. Great location 20 minutes from the airport. There aren't so many other facilities near by, so I found it really quiet.

The hotel is within Casanearshore, a closed area with office buildings, with controlled access. There is no through traffic in this area and the place is very quiet and peaceful. It is, however, very close to everything, there is a Carrefour in Sidi Marouf, lots of shops and restaurants around.

It was amazing, the staff are so welcoming and helpful.

Friendly staff, convenient location for the company I was working at, good restaurant downstairs. I worked out that you can get a taxi to the Oasis train station (10 mins away) then a direct train to the airport for negligible price (compared to 350-400 for a taxi all the way to airport).

Staff very helpful, the food was good, room small but very clean, we stayed one night before catching our flight from Casa Airport
