Reception staff went overboard to assist us. Special mention to Ebony who should be commended for her personal and professional help for us! Hotel manager at breakfast treated us like the first guest of the day despite us arriving almost too late for the breakfast buffet. Having such a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi speaks very well of your business acumen

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful with delicious coffee. Although we did not eat dinner at the hotel, a free buffet was offered that included mashed potatoes, salad, mixed vegetables and meatballs. We did enjoy the complimentary cocktails and popcorn.

Large spacious room with king size bed. Bathroom with walk- in shower, good water pressure, and dispensers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Coffee machine with small microwave and fridge. Good size TV with easy to use channel guide. Closet with hangers, iron and iron board but unfortunately there was no safe. Kick back time from 5:30-7pm provided 3 alcoholic beverages per person plus a small buffet service of food - simple to fill the belly but certainly not gourmet. Breakfast included was also basic with a few hot and cold selections - tea, coffee is available 24hrs in the lobby area. Two beautiful restaurants very close to the hotel - you can walk to them via the hotel parking lot. The hotel was super quiet and peaceful at night. We stayed one night (to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, just 25 minutes away). We would stay here again in the future. Thanks

This hotel is amazing! We were in a corner room on floor 23 and it was outstanding! Our room looked out onto the mall/lake in one direction and the downtown skyline in the other. You could see the Terminal Tower even while lying in bed! I really enjoyed coffee each morning while sitting in a chair by the almost floor to ceiling windows. The room was spacious, modern, and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the lighting was great in the bathroom (plus, there was a stand-alone lighted makeup mirror stored below the sink). For the most part, getting to and from our room was easy, as there are plenty of elevators and they seem to be fast and run frequently – the exception being after the nearby concert we attended, when there was a giant line for the elevators stretching into the reception area. In terms of amenities, we only checked out Bar 32. The view from the bar’s patio is gorgeous (looking directly onto the lake and Cleveland Browns stadium) but it was packed when we were there around 4:30pm on a Saturday. It was standing room only and took about 15 minutes to get a drink from the bar. By the time we left around 5:15 there was a big line to get in – so be warned if you think you’re going to go enjoy a chill relaxing happy hour on a weekend day with nice weather!

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the delicious breakfast. Thank you, Hilton, for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

We spent 4 days in Cleveland and we were very happy with our choice of hotels. I've never used valet, but everyone who took our car or brought it to us was very polite and nice to us. And every morning we went down to the Burnham for breakfast we were greeted by Valerie. It was like walking into a relative's home. She was so friendly and remembered what we were doing and talked to us about our day. It was so nice after being away from home for roughly a week and a half to have a friendly and caring conversation every morning. I looked forward to seeing her every morning and felt a little sad on our last day there. And the buffet was amazing and we enjoyed it every morning. They have both bacon and sausage, 2 kinds of eggs PLUS you can get fresh eggs prepared the way you like including an omelet which I recommend. They had potatoes and several other typical breakfast choices but then they had a charcuterie section which I've never seen for breakfast but was such a great addition to our daily breakfast. We had a great start to every day with the food and the conversation.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was super smooth. Check out was also very fast. The room was amazing. We had a great view and it was spacious. Bathroom was nice and spacious too. The hotel is in a great location. We could walk to everything we needed to get to and we also did some sightseeing. The historic buildings were magnificent. This was a very nice hotel with very nice amenities and beautiful design. It was extremely clean. Our room was quiet. The price of the room was ok, what you would expect but the price of parking seems extreme. It was raised $40 for a local event going on. Seems to me that if I’m staying there, I should not have to pay a parking premium.

Great views, clean, comfortable, walkable to local attractions. I really liked the roof top bar, incredible views, tasty drinks, pleasant staff, with amazing live music.

My son had two appointments at the Cleveland clinic, so we stayed for two nights. Fun location. Walking distance to some neat places and good food. The building was beautiful and historic. We enjoyed the free drinks and snacks and breakfast. They had really friendly staff. Only complaint would be the pool and hottub were pretty dirty.

I spent 4 nights here on a business trip. This is an old restored building that retains the charm without trying to look modern. The hotel is clean, well managed, and comfortable. Lane, the Asst. Manager, was especially personable and engaging with his customers, but the whole staff from front desk to kitchen to maintenance to housekeeping were all pleasant. The morning breakfast is nicely done and the coffee is actually good. The evening kick-back is a huge plus for Drury, featuring several menu rotations from night to night. There is also a small restaurant bar that keeps late hours. The indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained and the music selection for that area was relaxing. Think Sirius XM's The Coffee House. This is a nice property that is also a very good value. Highly recommended.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. The Drury provided a full selection of complimentary breakfast options, unlike many hotels that offer only coffee/tea/pastries. The food was freshly prepared, hot and delicious. The wait staff were attentive and obviously well trained in customer service - certainly a credit to food services manager, Candace, who made us feel welcome. We were very pleased with the room. The decor was elegant yet modern; queen beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and the high ceilings throughout were amazing. Help was needed with the AC: technician Brandon, came promptly and was both friendly and informative.

The breakfast lives up to the expectations and them some that i have for this chain. A great variety and such a good start to the day! The breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful! The bed was so comfortable!! slept really well. The room itself was really clean and welcoming with the lighting choices. The shower was great!! the water pressure was steady and the hot water worked like a dream! no notes. Check in was seamless and quick. I don't remember the name of my check in staff but he was very helpful with directions to the house of blues for the show that brought me to town! Valet was a newer experience to me but was done well! very quick turn around from requesting my car to driving away! Would stay here again anytime I'm in town the location to all the things i was going to ( including the Rock N Roll hall of fame) was perfect! Last but certainly not least after the show about 11pm i was starving and the brisket pizza and root beer float i had in the teachers lounge was soooo good!! The staff there were so nice and a great end of my day!

The staff were excellent. From the valet to the front desk to the servers. They were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was well appointed and comfortable and clean. Free breakfast and daily happy hour were a bonus. There was a great variety of food and it was hot and delicious. It was also nice to have a restaurant on site. It was in the perfect location for us.

I had an early morning procedure at the Cleveland Clinic, so my husband and I came into town and stayed here the night before. It was a 2-minute drive but would have been easily walkable under different circumstances, so the location was perfect. Parking cost extra but it was an easy and spacious in and out to the garage which was in very close proximity to the hotel. Worth the extra $20 for the convenience. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and notably professional and accommodating. We had a king studio/suite, which was very comfortable, clean, and private. The free breakfast has plenty of options, was prepared well, and was plentiful. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and this hotel is also close to museums and parks. We will definitely be back for any future hospital appointments, but it is also just a great urban location if you are looking to get away.

Convenient, clean, and cozy rooms- with kitchenette, comfy beds, and big windows. Great AM breakfast bar with 4 hot skillets, yougart, granola bar, etc. Convenient free transportation in local loop of Cleveland Clinic, etc within a few minutes. Just one call an van is there on your wish! Van driver Ahmed was exceptionally kind and courteous! Definitely will return!

From our arrival to departure, everyone we encountered was pleasant and happy to meet any request. Ahmad was so caring when bringing my daughter to the hotel after her discharge from the hospital. Monique and Amanda helped at every turn. The breakfast staff fed us so well every morning. The housekeeping crew kept things spotless and our towels fresh. The hotel is remarkably well insulated from sound transfer. Even the HVAC was quiet and comfortable (unusual for a large building). I’m even giving the hotel credit for the lovely weather and the spectacular moonrise from our large window. I should add that the room itself was an attractive and functional space. Our in-room kitchen helped make our 2-week stay feel like home. I’d like to be able to have such a comfortable bed and shower at home. I used the fitness center almost every day. Didn’t make use of the pool. The guest laundry is spotless and bright. This place gets 10+ stars!

Room was spacious and clean. Area around hotel was quiet and safe. Parking was $22 a night at parking garage. It was included in price when we checked out. Staff were so nice and helpful with dining suggestions. There is a free shuttle service for any destinations within 2 mile radius. Breakfast was served every morning for free and offered a lot of variety to choose from. Each day the choices were mixed it up a little too. They have a bar with happy hour specials and appetizers that were convenient after a day of travel on the road. Close to all attractions like Rock and Roll HOF, Westside Market, and more. Would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend.

Had a fairly good stay! Room was nice and spacious and bed was comfy, enjoyed the shower (good water pressure). Location pretty convenient to the hospital, but learned the hard way that Cleveland not super walkable if you're going anywhere else.. That said, we did walk to the art museum, that was doable. Breakfast was pretty good, the waffles were great and whipped cream was available (bonus points!). Staff was friendly, especially liked how the one of the breakfast attendants offered to make me bacon tomorrow :) Oh yeah, great gym: more bonus points for the Peloton!

The valet was awesome when we arrived. He was an excellent first impression!! I wish I got his name because he should be recognized!! Check in staff was great. The lady at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room wasn’t very clean- it definitely didn’t look or smell like it had been well cared for. Towels and supplies were not fully stocked-we had no body soap in the shower which I didn’t realize until I was already in the shower. Beds were comfy- awesome pillows!! The Pool was very cloudy and didn’t look like water we wanted to get into. Gym was outstanding! Restaurant was really good! The two ladies running bar area were very busy but super customer care was given!! Check out staff not so friendly. Valet staff seemed overwhelmed and not very happy in their office. The guy that got the car for us was very kind. In summary- the evening staff when we got there was great. The morning staff not nearly as tuned in to the guests at all. We were there for my daughter medical issues- most there for stressful reasons - they should keep that in mind and be extra everything- kinder, helpful, cleaner, etc. I stayed June 29-30, 2025, room 411

Always an enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean, comfy, and quiet. The lobby is a bright, open area with a media center, a little convenience self service area with snacks, drinks, and essentials. They also have a grab and go breakfast store along with a bar and restaurant. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The Cleveland Clinic shuttle runs every 15 minutes to scoop patients up for a quick trip to the clinic. The rates are reasonable for the quality of the stay.

Our visit was excellent. All staff were friendly and welcoming, we loved Kevin at the Valet station! We enjoyed the food, and had "fun" at the bar with the various bartenders - they all did a terrific job! Our room was always clean, when we needed an extra blanket for my mom, it was brought right up to the room. Having the outside patio was a luxury and it was very comfortable. And, having a wheel chair to use for my mom was definitely a plus! I would certainly recommend your hotel to others, and if we ever needed to come back to Cleveland Clinic, we would come again.

The hotel was clean, accommodations were nice. The fitness center was nicely equipped, and the equipment was working. Sanya, the bar tender in the evenings was very pleasant and considering she was managing the entire restaurant, she handled very well. She really should have some help, even if it is just someone to help bus the tables. The woman that was on duty for breakfast both days was also pleasant and could use another person to help. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and helpful to work with. The valet personal was helpful and pleasant. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very lovely hotel, one of the nicest Holiday Inns I have stayed in. BIG SPACIOUS lobby, breakfast and bar areas. Room was comfy clean and nice. Not much around the hotel as far as eateries go. Staff was welcoming and pleasant, BIG THANKS to them.

This was a cute, budget friendly hotel. If you want luxury with all the luxurious amenties this hotel isn't for you. If you are looking for a clean hotel with a no frills free breakfast, free parking, and a delightful staff Tru by Hilton Cleveland Midtown may be a great option for you. My room had two very comfortable queen beds, a desk and chair, a mini fridge, and side table in between the beds. The rooms do not come with coffee makers, microwaves, closets, or drawers. However, microwaves and free coffee are available 24 hours in the lobby and the rooms have lots of hooks for hanging things on and a few hangers are available as well. My visit was only for two nights, so it didn't bother me that our room was not cleaned daily. Rooms are cleaned every other day, but I think you can request to have you room cleaned more frequently. There is a workout room. You are close to many things by car and the hotel is on a bus line, but there isn't much to see or walk to that takes less than 30 minutes. Overall, my stay was good. My teen enjoyed the hamging chairs and funky decor. Again, the price was in line with my expectations.

The rooms are super clean and comfortable. No carpet which I appreciate. Bed and pillows were cozy. There is a mini fridge in the room. Microwave, 24-hr coffee and hot tea in the lobby. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was top notch. Across the street less than a block is Gus Gallucci’s Italian Foods, an Italian grocery store that also offers daily unch specials - food was amazing and seems to be a locals favorite based on how busy it was. Definitely check it out.

Extremely clean and new or newly updated property. Property very modern feeling. Ample and easy free parking. The hotel is a short and convenient drive to the Cleveland clinic. The area felt safe. Lobby offers 24 hour coffee and tea. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

Place was clean and comfortable. Entire staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. Had to extend our stay twice, staff made arrangements to keep us in the same room. Breakfast was good and fresh also kept clean!

Hotel was basically clean. The host who checked us in was very blah and not very welcoming. The room was clean and the shower was good. One thing we did not like is no ice bucket and only paper glasses in the room. No ice on each floor and only ice was in lobby. Once of the reasons we stayed was breakfast was included. The breakfast was disappointing to some of the other hotels that offer breakfast. If I were to come back I would probably not stay here again but it was not terrible for the price.

We spent one night at the Crowne Plaza after arriving on a late flight, and it was adequate for our needs - convenient, valet parking and an onsite restaurant where we could grab dinner and breakfast before hitting the road. I booked two rooms, and they were thoughtful in providing connecting rooms even though I hadn't remembered to request it. I did have to remind them to bring the crib I'd requested. Mr. Alex, the concierge, was fabulous - the best part of the experience. He was very welcoming and friendly, escorted us to the rooms and showed us around, encouraging us to ask if we needed anything because "it's a full service hotel." He even said he would give a heads-up to the restaurant that we would be down shortly for a late dinner. The rooms were fine, though they could use a refresh. The connecting door was difficult to open, something's misaligned. The shower was weak. Amenities were minimal. But it was quiet and we got a good night's sleep. The restaurant was pretty good, but could use a deep cleaning. I happened to look over the back of the booths along the windows, where there are big gaps between the furniture and the windows, and it was apparent that no one has cleaned back there in a very long time.

This place was perfect for my birthday trip. Walkable distance from Progressive Field and Rocket Arena, maybe a 15 minute walk tops if you’re a slow walker. The Lake Erie view room is worth the extra couple dollars the view was just amazing, good view of Playhouse Square as well. Good dining options right next door too. The room was spacious and really clean, my only issue with the room was the shower pressure wasn’t too good. I have no complaints about anything else. Check in was super easy and the valet guys were helpful. Definitely my go to hotel for trips to Cleveland for now on!

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for our anniversary in Cleveland and could not have been any more pleased! We’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels in Cleveland but this was by far the friendliest and most accommodating experience. We splurged on the Valet Parking and I am so glad we did so we didn’t have to fight traffic and carry all our luggage crossing several streets. From the minute we checked in David at the front desk was so gracious and kind - he upgraded us to a higher floor (11th Floor on our 11th Anniversary!) and even gave us a voucher for the breakfast buffet! Thank you David! Some of the floors have a Quiet Zone sign on the wall right as you get off the elevator and we were thankful for this relaxing and quiet 11th floor experience. And a big shout out to concierge Mr. Alex who surprised us with a bottle of champagne - what a blessing! We easily walked the .4 miles to 4th Street for the festive outside atmosphere, enjoyed the live music in the alley while we had an exceptional dinner at Pickwick and Frolic. We also visited The Society Lounge which has a unique speakeasy atmosphere and an excellent Atomic Blonde if you like sweet cocktails. All in all we had an incredible time and we will definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza again in the future!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and they quickly moved us and were very apologetic. The pool was clean, the restaurant breakfast was delicious and it was a super fun experience. I would definitely stay there again when in town. Also, the valet staff was quick and efficient. Special shout out to Adam! He was fantastic.

This property was great! Location is convenient to Playhouse Square and other Cleveland sites. Bars and restaurants are close by. The staff at the hotel are very helpful. The bar and restaurant in the hotel is convenient and actually very good. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this hotel.

The breakfast was good - the breakfast staff was exceptional....so happy and friendly made us start our day right. The gym was really nice, equipment was well maintained. Restaurants were great as was the pantry. Location was Perfect for walking to everything. The room was spacious (we had a view of the stadium) with a refrigerator; the curtains were definitely nice (kept room dark when sun came up). Front desk staff at check out was fabulous, but at check in they did not really explain much (parking, meals, amenities, etc). Valet parking was fast

Stayed for 3 nights with a friend who was there for a business conference. Super nice greeting from Andre, personal greeter! Easy check-in, the person pointed out where everything was. Double room beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake. Quiet, no hall or other adjacent room noise. The shower was standard, a point off for non adjustable flow. The coffee for the little coffee maker was actually very good, strong enough to drink black. Lively bar scene with mostly conference goers. The barber shop was constantly busy! My friend had lunch at Il Venetian and said it was very good. I enjoyed the steel cut oatmeal and the pot of coffee was fantastic, again strong enough to drink black. Good location for walking to Rock Hall, Rocket Arena and downtown. The Ascend spa was nice and moderately priced. The gym was gigantic as it is an actual gym in addition to being available for Marriott guests. I prefer smaller hotels but since I was tagging along I have no complaints. It was very comfortable.

First time staying at this property... very happy with my stay. Mason provided exceptional customer service at check in and provided me with a late checkout. He was very friendly and welcoming. The check in process was an absolute breeze. He provided me with wonderful recommendations for dining and other things to do in the area. He was so accommodating and was an absolute sweetheart! The hotel itself has a great bar and restaurant. Gym is open 24/7. Property itself was immaculate, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, great location. I was within walking distance to everything downtown. Highly recommended if you're staying in downtown Cleveland. If you like Italian cuisine, there is a phenomenal restaurant located in the hotel... Il Venetian- HIGHLY recommended!

Great Room breakfast, drinks, and dinner were delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet were awesome. Shower head was amazing. Best shower I've had in months. Temperature control in the room worked very well. Was lovely coming back to a toasty room on a frigid day.

Excellent location. Walking distance to almost every major attraction in cleveland. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Checking was quick and simple with spot on directions from lobby to the room. (Could be confusing to some..a lot going on in that beautiful building). Breakfast in the bar/ dining area was very good. I believe I had the French toast which was excellent. Room was super clean with a wonderful view of downtown.

What a nice stay in a renovated older building with beautiful architecture! It is hard to tell it’s even a hotel. The expansive interior is beautiful and once you get used to the layout, you get mesmerized by the intricacies and details that went into the restoration of this historical structure. The hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a city view overlooking the 4th street pedestrian walk of bars and restaurants. We felt comfortable walking to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the east side of the Flats. We were impressed how clean that part of the downtown was. Parking was easy in the covered public lot next door to the hotel. There is a spot to load and unload in front of the hotel before parking your car. We were very happy with our one night stay and would do it again to explore more of the area.

perfect location for downtown Cleveland. Close to all kinds of activities to do. atmosphere was absolutely incredible. staff was so friendly and helpful. valet was quick, professional and on time. so many things to do inside the hotel as well which was awesome. Room service was quick and delicious. The rooms were quiet and you wouldn’t even be able to tell anyone else was there with how nice the noise canceling was. There was a wedding going on during our stay and you would have never known. the room was perfect, clean, huge ceilings, huge smart tv, the water pressure was on point in the shower. also had an ironing board and iron. life saver. the hotel was very eye pleasing and we will be back again. thank you to the incredible staff.

I grew up in Cleveland Ohio, I've been in FL for 20 years now. I come back to visit every yr for family and friends. Getting to show my daughter Cleveland for the first time was so much fun 💜 The front desk agent was very nice, and accommodating he gave us some history on the building, told us about the restaurant within this building. We had room service bring me a drink, my daughter and I went to the restaurant and had pizza. Restart staff was beyond amazing, caring kind fun atmosphere friendly I could go on forever. We were very impressed with everyone from the valley crew, to the restaurant, room service and more. It would have been awesome to stay longer just to explore this hotel. They had everything you could think of. Salon and spa, restaurant, coffee Conner stores, shopping and so much more.

The hotel itself is so cool! As we were checking in, one of the front desk staff gave us a brief history, which made it that much cooler. We had an arcade view room, which was great for us so we could check out all the architecture and old details that we love to see. The door to our room had a rather large old mail slot that anyone walking by could open for an almost full view of our bed, but other than that we loved everything about the original touches. There was a wedding happening, but the staff informed us what time it would be over. I wouldn't necessarily recommend an arcade view room if you need quiet to sleep and/or need to get to bed early, especially if there is an event. The wedding was over at 11, but loud drunken guests were out there later than that. There was also a parking garage right outside our window. Not anything the hotel could help, and it wasn't a problem for us. The TV drowned it out. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great, everything was clean, and the staff was super helpful. We couldn't ask for more!

The valets were friendly , fast and efficient. Valet parking is 54 dollars or you can park at a garage next to the hotel for 35 dollars , but no in and out privileges. The front desk is very attentive and try their best to fulfill your request . We were able to check in early at 1:30 . The hotel is updated and very clean with some very minor wear and tear like any hotel that is not brand new . Rooms here are between 400- 600 square feet . The only hotel in downtown with larger standard rooms is the ritz Carlton . The hotel was quiet , but we had a city view. Arcade rooms are noisy and some face a parking ramp or brick wall . The water pressure was average and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The breakfast at 1890 was excellent as was the service . This is a well run hotel and the staff is excellent . This will be our new go to hotel when in Cleveland.

This Inn was perfect for my husband’s and my get away weekend. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. We had a slight problem when checking in that they cleared up quickly. There were fresh baked cookies in the lobby which added the homey touch to our stay. The room was big, clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows which we both needed. The shower was hot and well stocked with bathroom essentials.The hot breakfast bar was amazing. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, fresh fruit , cereal and more. It was maintained by a friendly waitress. The location of this Inn was only a ten/fifteen minute drive to the inner city of Cleveland. Two restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn when visiting Cleveland.

Nice hotel. Great location, 5 to 10 min walk to most restaurants, bars, casino, stadiums, etc. Good breakfast and coffee. Valet was quick ($45/night). Rooms were clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom clean, good water pressure. Lobby bar with tv and drinks was comfy.

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and in-line with the standard you expect of a Hilton-owned hotel. I did not get a chance to do breakfast since I was on a business trip, so can't review that, but the free coffee and tea in the lounge was nice. The bed was comfy, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and pretty big too. The hotel is in the downtown area... I wouldn't say it's not safe, but like any American city when you're downtown, don't be stupid when you walk around. I can't speak to the parking since I uber'ed but there was a large garage nearby. I was able to easily walk to some of the sites like the Rock and Roll HOF when I had a small amount of free time.

We made the right decision to stay here during our night in Cleveland. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked very well. We were in walking distance to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and several local eateries. We enjoyed walking around downtown after our dinner. There are several places to sit in the lobby area to enjoy breakfast or read a book. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to get your day started. The coffee was good.

The hotel was very neat and clean, breakfast was good and filling. Nice bar area and very friendly and helpful bartender. We needed to add a room to our reservation upon arrival and the staff was very helpful and we were able to get a fourth room. Walking distance to restaurants. With valet parking, we didn’t need to worry about the car, they made it available when we needed it.

Cute aesthetic! Very nice staff. Restaurant and bar was closed night of the draft. Soaps smelled amazing and definitely had many amenities. Wish it had a Hottub.

We went for a quick couples trip to see the Cavs play. The convenient location made this ideal for us! We used their valet parking which was fast and seamless. The hotel was right next to restaurants which made it even better! The whole hotel was very clean and modern. Our room was spacious,very clean, and well furnished, with a desk area and a sofa, as well as a mini fridge. We ate breakfast the next morning at the hotel's own cozy restaurant. It was delicious. All of the staff, from valet, to restaurant staff, to the front desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again!

We came for the NCAA Women’s Basketball Championship. The location is outstanding. It is barely a 2 minute walk to Rocket Mortgage Arena. It was a 0.7 mile walk to Tourney town and 0.3 mile further to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It’s 0.2 mile to Progressive Field to see the Cleveland Guardians. 0.3 mile walk to Playhouse Square to see a show. Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance to get breakfast, go to a pub or relax with special dinner. Heinen’s grocery is a short walk to pick up drinks and snacks for the room. The only shortcoming in the room was no microwave. The Keurig coffeemaker was good but hard to fill water in it in the cabinet where it was located. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was teriffic. Joy, the receptionist who checked us in, was friendly and very informative. The Headliner bar and cafe was nothing fancy but the food was tasty, the staff very friendly and helpful. They boxed up 2 wonderful breakfast sandwiches made from scratch for us to take with us when we checked out! How’s that for service? The valet parking was friendly and priced comparable to other hotels. just allow them a little extra time to bring your car up. We would definitely stay here again for the price and location alone. We had a great experience

Cannot recommend this property enough! Firstly, upon arrival, I was greeted with the most wonderful staff member who kindly checked me in, and even provided a wealth of local touristic activities and excursions. I felt safe immediately upon arrival. Now onto the room, which is even more beautiful than the photos do it justice! Modern, impeccably clean and pristine, I almost didn't want to leave my room. Amazing selection of channels on the TV also, and very clean, modern and entertaining bathroom (the bathroom walls had newspaper print on them! Great to read as I showered). The room had amazing heat units and A/C, as well as great lighting and really great availability of power outlets. The location of the hotel is phenomenal - right by downtown. Overall, I absolutely adored my stay at this modern, clean and beautiful hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Would love to return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown! The modern and stylish decor really made me feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I also loved the room views of the city skyline were breathtaking, and it was a great spot to unwind after a long day. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We were greeting by a luke warm reception. She didn't seem friendly or welcoming. I don't appreciate when I book through Hotels.com and the property pretends to not have the reservation and then when they find it try not to honor details like two free drinks at the hotel bar. Check in is at 4pm, which they were strict about and only had our room ready 10 minutes earlier. But that is pretty standard in bigger city hotel rooms. But they were strange about letting my very small emotional support dog in the restaurant, so we tried the patio. Unfortunately, it was too loud and hot on the patio and we were down wind of a smoking, small, filtered cigarette. So, we waited in the lobby. The hotel is very nice and clean. The sheets and bedding are luxurious. There is no coffee in the room, but they will bring you a Keurig I believe they had a sign stating that in the room. The bathroom is large and has an open shower with no door or curtain, which is very popular in newer remodeled bathrooms. We booked the city view King Room and it was pretty cool. It is within walking distance of the baseball stadium and the casino. We went to the casino and to a few bars on the walk home, met some locals and had a great night out. I would stay here again, the service was still good, just not very welcoming. That seems to be common in the boutique hotels and swankier places I have stayed in the past. I stayed at different IHG property in Akron next 2 nights and had far superior hospitality overall.

From arrival with the friendly valet and check in staff, to a warm welcome and HH glass of wine from the General Manager Bill Mehalco to a delicious dinner and breakfast at the onsite restaurant, our getaway was perfect from start to finish! The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I had such a great experience at the Kimpton Schofield Hotel! The hotel has that perfect mix of historic charm and modern design, where you can feel the character of the building, but everything is fresh and thoughtfully updated. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated, the staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and I loved the complimentary wine hour in the lobby! The location couldn’t be better, either. It's right in the heart of downtown and we were able to walk to our concert venue. Overall, the Kimpton Schofield is a perfect choice whether you’re in town for work or leisure. It’s stylish, comfortable, and full of personality... I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Cleveland!

I always appreciate the playful spirit of the Kimpton brand (as well as its pet-friendly policies). The common spaces in this hotel are beautiful and interesting. The hallways and aspects of the rooms themselves feel a bit dated and tired, but maybe that's the trade-off for a building with this kind of historic character. We were upgraded to a room with a walk-in shower and while it was beautiful, it was a little inconvenient - the bathroom is so large that it was a bit drafty while showering. The rooms were clean and quiet. We had a good sleep! Heating and cooling were efficient. The hotel staff are eager to please. We received top-notch service and the hotel breakfast was delicious!

We arrived at Kimpton late in the evening and the valet and front desk were very friendly and polite. It was raining and the valet allowed us to unload and check-in so we did not have to carry the luggage around from the self park. Parking is convenient at the back of the hotel. The front desk staff are all very polite and friendly. They were always helpful if we needed anything. This was definitely a change from our experience when we stayed in another Kimpton in Atlanta. Kimpton Overland in Atlanta was the WORST experience we had. When we checked into Kimpton Overland, we had vouchers for breakfast for our stay. The next morning, their front desk staff CONFISCATED those vouchers and said we shouldn’t have been given the breakfast vouchers due to our Platinum IHG status. We were flabbergasted and check out early from Kimpton Overland vowing never to stay at another Kimpton establishment. But our experience at Kimpton Shofield reversed our perception. The Kimpton Shofield staff definitely went above and beyond to satisfy their customers. FIVE STARS!!!

This is my second time staying here while visiting the Cleveland Clinic. The hotel location is very convenient especially when it’s cold you can just use the skywalk to the hospital. The hotel is beautiful and clean which I appreciate. The restaurants had delicious food and all the staff from the restaurant staff, room service staff to the housekeeping staff were all very welcoming. Everyone was welcoming exception for one lady at the front desk that wasn’t friendly. Every interaction with her came across as we were bothering her. She was not welcoming and never smiled. Other than this one lady the stay was delightful!

From the time we arrived until we left, every point of contact was pleasant, the parking and reception was courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The dining was easy: excellent selection, delicious food, attractive, clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent at both dinner and breakfast. A special commendation to our server, Mark, who gave us space to collect ourselves after a long drive, and provided valuable guidance on the menu and sites in the City of Cleveland.

We stayed for a week at the Cleveland Clinic Intercontinental Hotel, here are our thoughts. We found the Staff friendly, and the downstairs common areas, restaurants were upscale and well maintained. Our room was nice, comfortable and clean, although the in-room entertainment options were well below expectations for this level of hotel. There are pay per view movies, but there were no streaming services (ie. youtube, netflix) offered. The other issue is while there were many TV channels, there was no information on what was playing so it was totally random picking something to watch, and Guest Services had no suggestions of how to help us, this entertainment system is outdated and needs to be replaced. Special thanks to the Club Lounge Staff and David the Concierge for being so welcoming and helpful. We also ate at the hotel restaurants several times and the service and food were great. Overall I'd recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to Cleveland Clinic.

Wow, what a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment of arrival we’re met with smiling faces, telling us what was available to us. My sister was here for heart testing at Cleveland Clinic, which is a stressful time. We had a beautiful room overlooking a lovely landscape of the city, super comfortable beds and spotless clean. I have chemical sensitivities and nothing bothered me. We had access to the club floor, beautiful spread for breakfast with anything you could possibly want, caffe latte, coffee, juices, sodas, waters and even wines and liquor. There was an afternoon high tea, absolutely delicious and in the evening cocktails and appetizers. Newspapers and games available. Very serene setting, met a lot of fellow travelers who were there for Cleveland Clinic. There was a skywalk that took you directly to hospital and if you needed assistance you just had to call and they would get you by wheelchair. The staff in the club lounge went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The conceirge was very helpful when I needed something delivered from Whole Foods. Will be staying here on our next trip up. Felt more like a spa vacation then a dreaded trip to the doctor’s.

The clean lines of the public areas (quasi Japaneses aesthetic?) won me over on arrival. Actually, I was won over by the wonderful valet parker in the driveway--she set the tone for our visit. The room was spacious, supremely comfortable (two chairs for once! great beds). Dinner in the restaurant was superb. Ditto the breakfast in another restaurant.. Extremely helpful concierge who sent me up some shaving cream when I found I had forgotten mine. This is a first rate establishment.

I became a Covid ICU Travel Nurse at the beginning of the pandemic. I gave up my home. I left my children & granddaughters. I have worked in multiple states, And, I have lived in hotels for the past 2 1/2 years. I have been here for 11 months. I will be here another 7 months. Finally, I have a place to stay where I don’t feel desperately homesick. This hotel… and this amazing staff have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make me feel as “at home” as possible. Sure, things aren’t always perfect (I do NOT miss being responsible for my own home maintenance). While routine maintenance is clearly a top priority, things break, things need repaired. Here, things get done quickly. They get done correctly. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. The free laundry & workout equipment are clean & well maintained. The convenience store is clean & well stocked (although the company recently switched to Pepsi products). The staff is AMAZING! My dogs love it here. The people who stay here are respectful, and clean. Everything is convenient (restaurants/shopping/freeway/airport). I have never felt disrespected here. I have never felt unsafe here. For the unplanned direction my 25+ year nursing career took, I would not be able to continue to do the work I do if it weren’t for this hotel, and the incredible people who have been such a blessing in my life!

Very convenient location to interstates and shopping and restaurants. Room was clean, big and comfortable. Not a luxury hotel but very comfortable and quiet. Walmart is walking distance so getting some groceries for the room was great. I would certainly stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at Sonesta Simply Suites Cleveland North Olmsted Airport. The room was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing night after a long day of travel. The check-in experience with Katie was an absolute delight. She was friendly, efficient, and brought such positive energy to the process that it instantly set the tone for a great stay. But what really stood out was her attentiveness and care—after I checked out, she called me to let me know I had left my medication behind before I even had a chance to realize it. Her quick thinking and thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. Katie is a true asset to this hotel, and I can’t thank her enough for her help. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

We stayed at the Sonesta and it was very clean and a very friendly atmosphere. The people at the front desk were very polite and accommodating for us. They were great with recommendations as to shopping and food places in the area. Everytime we came or went, the workers were very friendly to us. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They have a fitness center as well as a laundry room which was nice to do laundry for free. The area is a very nice safe suburban type of area with so much to do and tons of laces to eat that you could actually walk to if you wanted to. We will definitely come back there to stay next year.

Ok, We chose this hotel entirely because of its location to the Cleveland Indian’s baseball team. Sorry they’ll always be the Indians to me. Location was excellent short walking distance very convenient to the baseball park. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrive to find a cool little outdoor area called fourth Street that was a series of outdoor bars and restaurants that were lighted and very convenient to the hotel less than a half a block away. Really fun venue. The casino is walking distance. The rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame is walking distance but be prepared for a pretty long walk. I would say approximately 30 to 45 minutes going to it which was mostly downhill. coming back was a little more work as it was uphill. Pros:really close to the baseball park. Safe walk at night. 4th st venue is really fun with several good restaurants and bars. Also valet parking at hotel. Cons: our bathroom might’ve been an exception but it was very very small. you could barely open the door to fit inside! it barely fit the shower and toilet. The rest of the room was very large surprisingly for downtown hotel. The only other con was it was somewhat dated and there is the occasional homeless person that you would expect in any downtown large city. Overall based on what we were going for which was the ball game I would recommend it to anyone

This hotel was perfectly located in downtown for parking your car and just walking everywhere and we are in our 60"s. The reason we stayed there was to attend a concert at the Rocket Mortgage Arena - it was right across the street. Perfect to avoid traffic and the outrageous $70 event parking. We parked our car at the hotel and never needed it - yes, they did have a charge for parking but nothing compared to the event parking. There were several restaurants within walking distance - a Mexican one and pizza one right downstairs of the hotel - perfectly safe. I want to give a shout out to Tonya, who made our breakfast so enjoyable. She was one of the attendants at the free breakfast offered. She was so friendly and cheery and made everyone who came into that room for breakfast feel welcomed. She also took very good care of making sure that everything was clean and stocked.

The place is unique and very spacious. The room has always been clean and the bed is always super comfy. The location is perfect to see anything in Downtown Cleveland. Close to the casino, baseball, basketball, football, the rock hall, the science center, Playhouse Square, the amazing bars and restaurants! Cool being in the arcade and a room with the fireplace in the winter, is a cozy must!

Service was wonderful! All staff we encountered were friendly And helpful. The hotel was very clean. Shower was as great (great water pressure) Room spacious. My only complaint is the bed was very uncomfortable. The bed was very hard and the pillows way too soft. My husband likes a firmer bed and even he said the bed was uncomfortable. The location is in beatable walkable to restaurants and bars and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The staff was welcoming and friendly despite a long line of people checking in at 4:00. The valet was quick and easy, every time we parked and requested the car. The old building was interesting with the arcade. You could get a feel for the old Cleveland. The room was spacious and clean with a full fridge. Our kids had space to run, jump and throw without jumping across beds. There was a little city noise at night but nothing we couldn’t sleep through. The air conditioning was fantastic. The location felt safe. It was a perfect location for restaurants and a Guardians game! We would definitely recommend and stay again if we’re in town.

The room was large, well laid out, comfortable, clean, and lots of room for clothes. There was comfortable outside seating complete with firepit, and walkable for local fast food. But the major difference between this hotel and many others was the man behind the breakfast buffet, Preston! He made sure we found what we wanted, and even cheerfully unlocked the refrigerator when we arrived after he was supposed to close (I thought 9:30 or 10 would be the closing time and the first day I arrived at the closing time of 9). He made sure we got coffee and the still-warm food that was available. He was friendly and intelligent and professional. The front desk staff was helpful and professional, too. Thank you for a great stay!

From the moment I was greeted at the front desk I felt comfortable & welcome. I was traveling alone and only staying 1 night and it was such a treat. The room was spotless & huge. The bed comfortable, the shower good. It was great that beyond the coffee supplies there was a bag of microwave popcorn! Such a simple, inexpensive touch that made it feel quite homey. I'm quick to spot flaws but honestly I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and without question will stay there in the future. Oh & the complimentary breakfast was basic but plentiful with a number of options. I I didn't use the indoor pool but saw others enjoying it. Close to shops, restaurants and Cleveland Hopkins. Safe neighborhood too.

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. This hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes from the airport and close to a major highway. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the gym, but it looked well equipped.

We recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 50 high school students as an overnight music trip. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. We greatly appreciated the updated decor and generous size of the rooms, ample space for breakfast (which was a nice variety), and the students loved the access to the indoor pool. The lobby was spacious with several different seating options (tables, benches, booths, chairs) - which provided our students and parents a place to meet without interfering in the day to day operations of the front desk. This hotel was just a 20 minute drive from our final destination and we also enjoyed a visit to the Rock & Rill Hall of Fame (20 minutes away). Our students thoroughly enjoyed this trip and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is perfect as the hotel is near the freeway but tucked back in a quiet area. The staff members are friendly, the room is comfortable and quiet and the wifi works well. Breakfast is basic but fine. The hotel is close to restaurants for dinner.

Stayed overnight with my daughter to attend a concert. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. No complaints about the room, which was clean and came with two queen beds and a decent-sized fridge. Beds were comfortable, and we both slept well. Parking was adequate, no long walks to the door. No noise issues. Bathroom was clean and equipped with a nightlight. Other than her cereal and my coffee we didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet but the offerings seemed plentiful. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the proximity to downtown Cleveland was an easy drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was fully stocked with towels. Our only complaint was that we heard the people in the rooms next to us and above us. Nothing horrible, but more foot steps, mumbled talking and bumping noises than at other hotels we have stayed at. The shower was a nice size with good water pressure and large sliding glass doors that mostly kept the water in the shower. A decent amount of counter space and good lighting. There was a nightlight in the bathroom which was a great touch. There was plenty of free parking and the complimentary breakfast was as expected. We were staying in a room on the first floor and could barely smell the scent of breakfast in our room. Overall, we would stay here again.

Clean and convenient hotel in a quiet area near lots of restaurants and businesses. Interstate exit is close by. Outdoor pool, free parking, and standard Hampton free breakfast. The beds were extra-firm and there were no microwaves in the rooms, but the shower was great. The location of this hotel was really convenient for everything that we wanted to do in the Cleveland area because nothing was more than a 15 minute drive.

Spent a few days here while family member had a medical procedure. Overall has the best reviews for hotels in Independence. Staff very friendly, professional, and helpful. Very clean. They clean rooms very other day but the desk has extra towels, etc. We're used to a bright interior at Hamptons, this location a bit darker. Maybe they'll consider that if they renovate. Grab bar next to room toilet would help for older guests.

Room was clean, public areas all very clean and modern. The gym is very nice and pretty well equipped. The pool area is large and clean. The attached restaurant is very spacious (the menu isn't huge) and very good for the convenience. Easy access to the highway and close to lots of stores and restaurants if needed.

We chose this hotel two years in a row on our visit to Cleveland since it is such a welcoming spot! The rooms and amenities are perfect and the staff are friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Gwen who runs the breakfast and is just the sweetest and friendliest person, and remembered us from one year ago! A gem! Also, one of the front desk staff gave me a nail file from her own package when I asked if they had one! Such a kind gesture. It’s these touches that make a hotel special.

Stayed here for business routinely for a couple years. Have really enjoyed the amenities, and mostly, the staff. They always go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The M lounge breakfast staff start your day with a smile and a good breakfast of eggs, bacon, oatmeal and fruit. The fitness equipment and space is above average for a business hotel. Lobby restaurant staff and food options are good (spinach salad, burger, salmon, etc). And of course the front desk staff are always welcoming. Thanks for everything, Marriott East.

This hotel has the BEST STAFF! Very hospitable and friendly - especially the Front Office Manager: Ms. Andrea and the Staffers: Chris and Carli. They are especially knowledgeable with my reservation needs and truly show they care that I have an exceptional stay at their property. My Room was very clean and the housekeeper very nice in replenishing my pillowcases & water requests. The Breakfast buffet is delicious and the restaurant Staff are wonderful too. Nina and Tony are absolutely amazing! They remembered my food preferences, which completely made my day. Highly recommend staying here. This place gives one a ‘home away from home’ feeling.

Wonderful and helpful staff who went out of their way to be friendly and make sure we were well-taken care of. Beds and linens so comfy, clean, good sleeping! The suite was clean, several amenities offered which were nice to have. Very convenient location for those who are using Cleveland Clinic’s services. Room safe was not working, which was inconvenient; nor was the thermostat and the room was chilly. But this would not stop us from staying here again.

I found the overall staff for the hotel to be pleasant. I asked for a map for the Cleveland downtown area and was surprised when there wasn't any. Only a map for the Clinic was available. Food at the restaurant was delicious and our waitress whom we had for two nights was so friendly and efficient! The room was great and very quiet for sleeping. The bed was comfortable but I personally don't care for feather pillows--too soft. The couch had a stain on one cushion that looked like someone urinated on it. Otherwise, everything else was clean. Overall, very happy with the hotel and staff.

We heard no noise at all during the night or even much during the day. Very highly recommended.

This hotel was extremely clean The staff was exceptional 😃 My husband's car wouldn't start and they were so helpful...had a battery charger...and even found some jumper cables! It worked😁 The breakfast is above and beyond they offered some items I've never had at a hotel Fresh avocados Overnight oats Cia seed pudding And the hot food delicious The pool was a very nice temperature and clean! It was such a nice surprise to have a Jacuzzi also! I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. Very, very pleasantly surprised and will be a returning customer!

The property was very clean and beautiful. The staff checking in were very nice and welcoming, our room was spacious, the pool was clean and warm and the fire pit outside was perfect to relax around at night. There are several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The woman putting out breakfast in the morning was not so nice to anyone, but there were many options, and it was all very delicious. I would highly recommend it again.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, they even searched to find us a pillow that was a little more firm. They have a reception dinner on Wednesday evening that was great and it included wine and beer. It was free for guests. There is an excellent restaurant right across the street from the hotel. Their free breakfast was very good also. The room was spacious and comfortable. They clean the rooms daily. There workout facility was well equipped and larger than most. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and comfortable from the time we walked into the lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with a lot of information on local restaurants and attractions area the area. Very safe and relaxing location.

This hotel is wonderful. Free coffee around the clock in the lobby. Small but CLEAN pool. Hot jacuzzi, open from 5 am to 11! I stayed in room 710, just remodeled and it’s huge ( regular price!) remodeled job was spot on! Everything was remodeled not just a cosmetic job. Beds were great. . I bought a burger in the dining room and it was the best I have had in a long time. I received a free glass of wine and bottled water because I am a gold member. I also bought breakfast snd it was wonderful. They have two patios to sit at. Housekeeping was quiet in the am , not disturbing everyone. Waitresses and front desk were so nice. Free parking. . I travel a lot and this hotel is by far one of the best.

Booked this because we had a super early flight out of Cleveland Airport. Shuttle driver was super helpful and friendly and picked us up within a few minutes from the airport. Heads up, you need to call the hotel to get the driver to come out, they don't make regular rounds unless they know someone is waiting. We'd originally returned our rental car, then shuttled to airport to meet hotel shuttle, but the driver said that wasn't necessary-- he could have picked us up from the rental car area instead—good to know for next time. Room was clean and modern and perfect for what we needed. We walked down the hill to a nearby restaurant for dinner but it looked like there was a small restaurant in the hotel also. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and reserved our early shuttle for us. Shuttle driver picked us up the next morning at the ungodly hour of 4am for our flight. Hats off to anyone who has to work at that hour!

This is a really beautiful, well-kept hotel but before I sing the praises, let me point out two small things which need improvement. The pillows were the worst pillows ever. We would have been better without any. They look nice but had no volume...they were flatter than flat. There is a nice outdoor patio attached to the hotel (see picture of hotel). The bright orange cushions are not so bright nor orange any more. They definitely need to be replaced with cushions that are weather-resistant. They are faded, dirty and look repulsive. I can't imagine who would sit on them. Now, on to the merits...The staff was efficient, friendly and pleasant...especially the waitress on Saturday night who couldn't do enough for us when we ordered and sat outside on the patio. She must have made 5 trips in and out just to be sure we had everything we needed. We used the pool and it was clean with plenty of pretty rolled green towels at your disposal. Our room was decorated nicely and extremely clean. The bathroom was perfect...looked brand new. There is a restaurant and bar but no complimentary breakfast. We had hamburgers and fries at the restaurant...very good. Very pleasant stay...would return if in the area.

For an airport hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean and accommodating the stay was. My flight had been cancelled, and it seemed to have been a busy weekend in Cleveland, because a lot of the local hotel airports were booked up. Considering that I had few options to choose from, I doubted this hotel was going to meet my usual preference and expectations. While it certainly is nothing close to a 4 or 5-star stay, it did the job. Although sparsely decorated, the rooms were large, clean and well-maintained and the bed was quite comfortable. It meets all the necessities. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful in our time of need. Highly recommend as a place to stay near the airport or if you find yourself in a pinch like I did.

This was a perfect hotel for an overnight stay before heading into a downtown Cleveland. I can even imagine staying at the Garden Hilton if one had business in the city and had your own transportation. Deb at the front desk was courteous and professional. Brandon picked us up from the airport and was also courteous and professional. The beds were comfortable, the hotel has been recently renovated and very clean and pleasant. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

So impressed with this hotel. They have a 24 hour free shuttle from the airport. Just called when we were ready and they were there in about 15 min. They picjed us up at 2:30 A.M. The front desk is friendly and checkin was so fast. The room was clean and spacious. The shower is big with glass doors, no tub to steep over. Breakfast was great. I had a bagel and it was fresh. And oh, those blueberry scones were drlicious. They also had cooked oatmeal, make your own waffles, yogurt, premade omlets, sausage patties, cold cereal, and large variety of bread. Check out isn't until noon, which was nice. We are staying here again when we fly home, and I am so glad.

Booked direct and gave my Hilton Rewards membership number. Upon our arrival, we were greeted like royalty! Bottles of water, upgraded room, free parking for two weeks while travelling (matched the park/ stay/ fly rate, which is WAY cheaper than two weeks parking at airport!) Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Had a great chaise lounge for watching tv! Close to all amenities, great breakfast and convenient FREE shuttle to and from Cleveland-Hopkins airport. Will absolutely return when flying from Cleveland. So close to Fathead’s, which is where we dined. Thank you for the great service. Wish I remembered people’s names, but our driver and the front desk agents were outstanding!

Clean, comfortable, well maintained. Nice staff. Just one odd thing. The room had a sliding barn door that slid over the doorways of a closet or over the bathroom. But not over both at the same time. So, if you wanted in to the bath, you opened that room, but simultaneously closed the closet. I guess the designer just had to have that current sliding barn door fad in the room, regardless if it made sense. But, it was probably a good financial decision since it eliminated the cost of a door and its installation. Typical breakfast with hot and cold foods. The shuttle drivers were especially helpful and courteous. They readily took us directly to the car rental facility instead of having us go back to the airport and then taking the rental car shuttle. Nice added courtesy.

Shuffle service was easy and quick. The driver was a true gentleman with a quick smile and helpful hand. He gave your hotel an exemplary first impression. Additionally, all staff were very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Enjoyed it very much.

Overall pretty clean, nice staff, and good breakfast. We rented a suite with the jacuzzi tub, which was a bit outdated and one of the jets in the tub didn’t work. It was nice for the price.

Room wasn’t ready at check in, but it was before noon. Valet let me leave my car in front while I grabbed lunch. Came back around 1 and it was ready. Gave keys to valet then went up to my room on the 15th (top) floor. Hotel is in an old historic building. Parts of the wood trim are nicked but that’s to be expected especially if it’s original. My room is at the end of the hallway, and it turns out since I was an IHG platinum member, I was upgraded to a room in a corner (two sets of windows meaning two views) and a jet tub! Not quite bubbly like a jacuzzi but still relaxing. TV had a large selection, sleep was restful and quiet, and shower pressure was a bit better than most. Breakfast is typical HIE, located in the mezzanine. Hostess was very friendly, checking several times if things were OK. There’s also a small game area with a pool table, pinball, and a driving game. Meeting rooms are here too available for rent. No pool. Checking out was fine, valet took about five minutes. The room rate was $125 including tax, which was a steal for what I got. Being midweek in winter may be a reason for that. Valet was $39 plus tax which is a bit high. You could self park in a garage for a bit less, but it’s less convenient.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I messaged the hotel prior to the stay asking for an upgrade because I was going to be proposing to my boyfriend. I had no idea what extent was being taken until we checked in. Melinda at the front desk surprised us by upgrading us to their PRESIDENTIAL suite with a strawberry/sparkled wine amenity in the room! We were blown away on the size of the room, the amenities of the room, and the comfort of the bed! The room was spacious (a vast understatement), modern, clean, and very comfortable! The bed was amazing and it made for a picture perfect moment on our lives. The gym was modern, with many different exercise styles to choose from, and was quite enjoyable too. My family and I stayed here to celebrate my mother's milestone birthday, and it was a wonderful gift to her! From the moment you arrive, the staff is very welcoming and attentive. We stayed on the Club Level and purchased Club Lounge Access which offered nice views of Lake Erie. We enjoyed the breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dessert offered in the lounge. Good quality coffee, teas, wine and cordials are also served. The fitness center has ample equipment and even a sauna. Our rooms were very clean, thoughtfully furnished, and with a gorgeous marble shower. Full-sized toiletries are provided which eliminate the need to pack such items. Yes, this hotel is more expensive than other options in downtown Cleveland, but the quality is well worth the price.

We were visiting my Parents in Tuscarawas county and decided to go to a Cavaliers game. I initially booked an employee rate through the Hilton Garden Inn, but after reading unfavorable reviews on TripAdvisor, I checked the Bonvoy app and my points status. Low and behold, I had a free room voucher. With an additional 7,000 points, I secured a room at the Ritz Carlton. Awesome! The service is impeccable. Everyone is so nice. My 12 year old Son’s first NBA game. He was awestruck by the buses. We rode in the elevator with some very tall, well dressed men with head sets. My Son was in heaven and acted so professional, not badgering them for autographs, but now I wish we would have at least asked for a photo opportunity. The young lady at valet, Curtis at checkin , the gentleman at check out, Harrison the bellman and the gentleman (doorman) with glasses, who was working there 12 years ago, when my wife and I visited, were all exceptional. Also, kudos to the Valet man at checkout who noticed our tire pressure light was on and offered to get a air compressor to check our tires, before our 800 mile ride home. Parking is $60 overnight. We didn’t use them, but the restaurant and bar look excellent. The hotel is so convenient to Rocket Mortgage Arena, you don’t even leave the building. Already planning to return next year!

This was my second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. It is in a great location with many attractions and places to eat within a short walk. Check-in was a breeze in part because the front desk staff were all super friendly. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and quiet. My only suggestion is to save a ton of money by taking advantage of the numerous self-parking options, many of which are near by. This property truly exemplifies the Ritz-Carlton brand, and I will certainly stay here again if I have the opportunity to do so.

We love staying at the historic Marriott Autograph Collection- the iconic Hotel Cleveland. They have just completed a multi-million dollar renovation and it’s really beautiful. The hotel is across from the beautiful public square. The staff provides excellent service. Ana & Adam are excellent at getting you checked in and answering questions. The rooms and suites are very roomy with p Aveda amenities provided. Tiffany in housekeeping keeps your room spotless. All the chandeliers are original as is most of the marble and woodwork. There is a huge lobby and lounge/bar with many comfy seating options. The Resturant Mowrey’s offers delicious food and is a great place for a gourmet breakfast. David our friendly waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to get our days off to a great start! He even recommended many places for us to visit that we didn’t know about. The entire staff there is excellent! The parking garage is close by in addition the valet is offered and is quick at getting your vehicle as well. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else!

Stepping back into the 1920’s. This hotel recently had a full ‘make over’ which beautifully preserved all historic elements in public spaces. You can disregard the old negative reviews. I loved my stay. The room was large, clean, bright and the mattress super comfortable. The hotel breakfast downstairs was amazing. Also amazing was the staff. Location is downtown and close to restaurants and bars. Right off a big square. Important for Parking: The garage is adjacent to the hotel and charges $41 overnight for self parking. If you drive anything larger than a full size car, please don’t drive up the tiny ‘corkscrew’ ramp. Pick up Trucks and large SUVs will not fit !!!! Instead insist to park on the first floor.

Being a local it was so fun to stay a night in our beautiful city. The Autograph Hotels are a new obsession of mine, and this one was absolutely gorgeous. Our room was nice and chilly , so seems like the AC issue has been taken care of ;) I loved the decor, and the moodiness of the halls, and bar. It really had an old Hollywood feel. I also need to find out where to buy the amazing floor lamp that was in our room! Everyone was so wonderful from the valet, front desk, the hostess, to the bartenders . We had a great visit and what a perfect location. A bonus was that I forgot my shampoo, and they have Aveda in their showers… yes please !! To keep my review honest, I will mention that the only negative would be that there is not much counter space in the bathroom ; however, there was a large space by TV and bar. Oh , and although it looks very cool how they have the coffee maker set up it was not practical but Wow was this place cool. I think we found our new favorite hotel in Cleveland.

I was very impressed with this property. I hadn’t stayed here since the rebranding from the Renaissance. From the moment I checked in at the front desk to the moment I checked out, my stay was a 10/10. I was greeted with a prompt smile, given an upgrade from my Marriott Status, and offered to bottled water to take up. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of Public Square. We were going to a concert at Rocket Arena, so walking through Tower City was very convenient and we felt safe without having to go outside. Our room was spacious, well lit, and the bathroom was perfect with excellent lighting as well. There was a large walk-in closet to store our things so we didn’t clutter up the room. Definitely a perfect stay and a great staff!

Pulled into the garage and honesty didn't know what to expect. Garage was very old and dim, but when we got to hotel we were pleasantly surprised. The Hotel Cleveland was recently renovated and was beautiful. Lobby and lobby bar was really nice, room was upgraded and was lovely. Quiet and peaceful, rooms are clean and all furnishings are new. Hotel connects directly to shopping a casino and sports venues so you don't have to go outside if it is cold. We went to see the Phillies play and had a great time in Cleveland,
