The tub was great! Perfectly clean and the jacuzzi was functional. Loved that the apartment was spotless. Quiet at night. Great quality bed and pillows! Just a very pleasant stay. I would definitely go back.

Coming out of hospital after surgery for a few days convalescence, the hotel was perfect - quiet, clean and comfortable and the food superb for the price. Good insulation between the rooms, bed very comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive to my many requests including a good taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay away from the busy city. This was my first visit to Rumania and I love the people and spaciousness.

We had the pleasure of staying in a suite that was superb, very clean, very large and very comfortable. Very large terrace with furniture. The leather sofas in the living room, the tasteful curtains and drapes, made of an expensive material and the bed cover made of the same material, the decorative pillows on the bed were also special. The bathroom very big and clean. TV in the living room and bedroom, and refrigerator with mini bar.

Spotless and luxurious property, newly built villa style accommodation, excellent views as it is located on the top of a hill with city surrounding from all sides, snacks and drinks machine fitted ( cash only ) , comfortable beds and a beautiful decoration in the bedroom. Coffee machine and pods on the house, the host is brilliant because we need caffeine. Excellent communication between us ,host is very helpful via messages, can accommodate special requests, a great recommendation, next time we are going to take the Penthouse Suite with bathtub in the room and a fantastic view plus a huge terrace,romantic destination.

Wonderful apartment, great location up a hill from where you have a great view on Cluj. At night you don’t need a tv, just open the curtains and there you have it. The best movie in town. Spotless clean, modern and cosy at the same time, very romantic. We stayed there 3 times already and the search for any other accommodation in cluj has come to an end for us. We will always choose Evo Residence any time is available! And thank you for the great communication! Felt better than home!

Spa 10/10 King room 10/10 Food in spa 10/10 Food in restaurant 10/10 I treated my husband to a night away as a surprise and he was so relaxed and happy we had an extremely fun day/night enjoying all that the hotel/spa had to offer. We will 100% be coming back for a longer period next time. the staff were so friendly, kind. They spoke english, my husband is Romanian so we got the best of both worlds. We had a late dinner, they made us desert even though the restaurant had closed. Thank you for the amazing stay!!

We had an amazing stay! The area of the resort is beautiful, just as our room. The bed was very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed the spa and swimming facilities, as everything was so nicely put together. Dinner and breakfast were both served in the restaurant, and were very tasty and extensive.

Perfect hotel in the middle of the magic forest .We enjoyed the super relaxing atmosphere, great SPA, massage, walking in the huge beautiful park. Big, clean room, friendly staff and very good breakfast. Good restaurants in a few minutes driving distance

The location is so beautiful, it really feels like you're in paradise. Amazing SPA, the rooms are very spacious and clean. The food was absolutely delicious (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

When we arrived, the receptionist greeted us right away and stated that they upgraded our room. She explained everything perfectly and created an image of what our experience at the hotel could be like. We took advantage of all of her recommendations and we booked the spa for a day. Our room was spacious and had a jacuzzi tub with a separate shower. The balcony overlooked the city and hills. It was very beautiful even though it is situated in the middle of a residential area. Ubers and taxis are very affordable so we did not rent a car. We booked a couples massage and took advantage of having lunch in the cafe area of the spa. We choose this hotel specifically because we read that they renovated their spa area. They just completed the work at the end of March and they did an amazing job. All the spa areas were beautiful and we loved the shower area outside the spa that had 4 water temperatures from hot to cold (great idea!). Our only suggestion is to book a 4 hour spa slot instead of 1 day. We only used the spa for 3 hours and went to dinner so we didn't have time to end the day there and paid for more than we used. The spa is open from 12 - 9. The deep tissue massage was exactly what we needed to end our trip. We also appreciated the bedside controls for the shutters, lights and a Do not disturb button (genius). The breakfast had a great variety of healthy options and perfect for what we were looking. for, We definitely will be back again.

Chic both inside and outside, and so is the room. The bathroom is excellent; I liked that there was both a bathtub and a shower. The lighting is good for doing makeup, and there’s a magnifying mirror. The bed is huge and comfortable, and there’s a large balcony. The spaces are spacious. The panoramic elevator is great. The spa and outdoor pool are nice. It was never crowded anywhere. Breakfast was delicious, wide variety of foods.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel and I can say that we will continue to do so whenever we are at the city. The rooms are very spacious, you cannot find hotels with this size of rooms anymore. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options at the buffet. They solved the WiFi problem, this time it worked perfectly. Facilities (sauna, pool, bar) is well.

The rooms were spacious and a nice breakfast was included every day. The staff were all professional and helpful. There is a lovely indoor pool and spa for an extra charge (free if you book a treatment) that was worth it. They also had a restaurant and bar service in the spa area. I would definitely go back.

Overall I had a really excellent stay at the hotel. There were a few issues when I was checking in, and once the manager realized what was happening, he gave me a free upgrade and breakfast included. This shows how much they care about the guests and want everyone to feel welcome. In general the staff are excellent and are very friendly and helpful. The suite I had was very spacious and clean and included everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The bed was very comfortable and all the other facilities were of a very high standard. The rooftop restaurant is very high quality and has the best views of the city. The food was very tasty and well-presented. The hostesses can be a bit snobby and unfriendly, , but all the waiters were very professional and accommodating. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Cluj. Thank you to Cristian and the rest of the staff for making me feel so welcome!

Very nice and modern hotel, domotic lights and curtains, minibar, water available, coffee/tea machine, bathroom with shower, toiletries. Wardrobe, TV desk, WiFI is working fine. Breakfast with a la carte menu and buffet with choice of saulty and sweet. The rooftop restaurant, has nice menu and nice view (you need to reserve a table). The hotel is within 20 minutes walking from Cluj City center.

What a delightful hotel experience! From the moment we arrived everything was simply perfect. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, creating an atmosphere of relaxation, joy and well-being. Special thanks to Gabriel the bartender, the king of cocktails! His creations were top-notch and added a wonderful touch to our evening. The location is excellent and the rooftop restaurant offers a good food and stunning panoramic view of the entire city of Cluj-Napoca. Truly breathtaking! One of the highlights was the unique shower experience, complete with music and luxurious Molton Brown products that elevated the whole pampering vibe. Highly recommended! A wonderful hotel to stay in while discovering the hidden gems of beautiful Cluj-Napoca. Hope to return soon!

This hotel was an exceptional experience. We have been to many hotels and here I could really say that the hotel deserves it. It's not a monumental 5-star hotel belonging to a large chain, and for me that was its beauty. The room is very luxury and modern. The parking garage under the building is great. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with amazing view to the city, we had a great time, and the food was exceptional. The breakfast alone is worth choosing this hotel, and the service is really not the usual.

Hotel Premier in Cluj offered exactly what we were looking for. It has a charming, slightly rustic feel with a 90s vibe, but everything is well-maintained, warm, and very clean. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were more than adequate. The staff truly stood out—always welcoming and ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet close enough to the city center for easy access. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, totally meeting our expectations.

Hotel provided entry code and room key card at reception to have assess any time. This is smart and convinient for late arrival. Cooperative and friendly staff. Warm room, large bed. All clean. No water provided. Free booking cancellation and payment on arrival are very convenient for us

Me and my husband liked everything about the property. Modern, quiet, private, good location. It looks better than in the pictures. We ended up extending our stay. The host was amazing. I booked the wrong dates and they managed to fix it so we wouldn’t have to drive 6h back home and ruin our little getaway. We will definitely come back.

The apartment is pure bliss. Exactly like in the pictures and beyond. The bathtub is working it is not just for show! All amenities you would need for a longer or shorter trip and everything is super easy to find so you don`t need to call the host. But in case you do the host is super nice and friendly and helped me a lot. You have a small shopping center with supermarket at 7 mins walking distance so you can also buy whatever you need. I totally recommend it and would go back there whenever in Cluj.
