Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Cologne

Very good room for a few romantic days in Cologne. The hotel itself has really no other features, such as breakfast or gym, but I was not looking for any of that anyway. The room is really, really good, with a jacuzzi and sauna in the room. Very spacious too!

Hottub was very nice. The con was it makes alot of noice inside the tub. The welcoming can be better. Other than that everything was very nice

Very nice Small hotel, very good connections with a Trainstation directly next door, whirlpool was amazing, room was very spacious, rainshower nice aswell, staff was very friendly, bed extremely comfortable, the room was furnished beautifully with love to details, as well as all the small little thoughtful things, such as a minibar with drinks and snacks, extremely comfortable Robes, Umbrellas free for use, enough towels for everything, bath salt for the wirlpool, a bluetooth music box, and a lot more, as well as the great service going beyond everything. Questions unrelated to our stay were friendly answered, and emails regarding travel tips, and such aswell.

What we liked - In good condition, Clean, fresh and comfortable, hot tub. Parking available for 10 euro a night (probably limited number of spots). What we didn’t like - Poor water pressure - if you offer a rain shower, you should also provide a good water pressure. The pressure wasn’t good enough even for the normal shower. Took a while to wash off the soap.... !?!? Warning: The rooms are at the ground floor, so do not expect a view. In general we enjoyed our stay, but I think the hotel is overpriced, so we probably wont book it again at this price (150 euro).

The staff on our arrival set the tone for our visit. They were friendly and efficient and willing to tolerate our desire to speak very bad German even though they spoke English perfectly well! Our room, whilst of the lowest category available, was lovely. The bed was very comfortable with luxurious bed linen, the bathroom very well appointed and there were some really nice touches like fruit and refreshments. Because we had arrived later than planned we ate in one of the hotel’s restaurants. If you stay here remember it is a luxury hotel with prices to match. The food was not to our taste but the setting was very pleasant and the staff (following the theme!) attentive and friendly. On subsequent evenings we explored the town surrounding the hotel to find typical local restaurants. There were a couple of minor niggles such as there being no towels for use in the sauna one evening and the pool area not being tidied of discarded towels and forgotten replenishment of coffee pods in the room but these were minor points. Also, note that parking is charged at €22 per day. The issue which detracts slightly from the overall rating was that on one evening of our stay the bar was playing host to a disco. This is the only bar, is quite small and meant that there was nowhere to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day - the only option offered was to sit in the restaurant which was not what I would have expected of such a top grade hotel.

Schloss Bensberg would by far be the best hotel myself or my partner have ever stayed in. The staff there are so attentive and helpful with any request or questions you may have. We were able to check in a lot earlier - not only this but we got a room upgrade also. They had bell service to take our luggage up to our room and we were personally shown around the hotel by one of the lovely staff members. We were shown where we could eat, shop and even relax. Personally, I was sold as soon as I saw the place. I mean, It's a castle after all! The treatment we received upon arrival was sensational, and only improved my impression. We were taken up to our room by the same staff member who was simply amazing, showing us things in our room and making sure we had no concerns. The room was simply breathtaking. I have never seen a hotel room so beautiful. The view from the window was something else. In the distance you saw Köln in all its beauty. The bed was simply heavenly, it felt like you were sleeping on clouds it was that perfect! The shower was perfect in every way possible. There's a lovely pool with an amazing temperature for any weather. There's also a spa/hot tub for anyone to use. I cannot rave about this hotel enough, or recommend it highly enough. It was perfect in every way possible and we were very sad to have to leave. I hope that in the future we can return to this amazing place and enjoy it's beauty more.

An elegantly furnished castle hotel with all modern amenities and a well trained and helpful staff. The praesidential suite we used was elegant, spacious and well equipped, although the ultra modern shower enclosure was a little impractical. The reception and the staff over all are friendly, helpful and utmost efficient and professional. The 3 Michelin Star Vendome Restaurant allows for fine dining. The location is somewhat remote but only a fifteen minute ride from Cologne. Our stay was a pleasure and we certainly will visit again.

This property is an hold castle situated in the middle of Bensberg that is suburb of Cologne. The staff is very welcoming. I arrived super early at noon while the check-in time was 3:00pm the staff let me check in early with no hesitation. I stayed there for 5 nights and did not feel like leaving ;) The rooms/suites are very spacious with plenty of seating/relaxing area. They do provide free beverage and it will be replenished during each room service. The Italian restaurant is amazing with lots of choices. Ideally located at the downtown with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.

The hotel is located in a great old authentic palace and the old luxury atmosphere is well preserved. The restaurants are very good and especially Vendome is incredible. It was a real treat to have dinner there. We really liked the spa, the pool and saunas in the hotel. The whirlpool, could be warmer, but all together the facitlities are very good. The rooms are comfortable, a nice bed, good bathroom and nice view over the surroundings. Schloss Bensberg is a fantastic place to relax, to have romantic moments with your loved ones and a culinary sensation.

I travelled for the recently concluded Gamescom and stayed at the Savoy Hotel. Nothing prepared me for the clean and welcoming ambience. The staff were very friendly and professional. My room was ready before the 15:00 check-in time, and I was allowed access right away. On the day of checkout, I left before 12:00 but was able to store my luggage and pick it up later, as I had a late departure and wanted to visit Gamescom again before leaving. The rooms were spotless, and despite being in the city centre, it was very quiet inside the hotel. I had a great night’s sleep. All in all, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit Cologne.

My room was a good size, the bed was comfortable there was an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower combined. I had breakfast at the hotel at an additional cost. It was quite expensive but the breakfast was good and there was a great choice of food available. There is a Bar at the hotel which is very good and the staff were extremely friendly. I received a warm welcome on arrival and staff were very keen to help answer all my questions. The hotel has Parking in its own garage at the site. There is additional charge for parking which can be arranged when you arrive The hotel is located close central station only a few minutes walk away and the city centre is also in walking distance, about 10 to 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel staff was absolutely lovely, ensuring we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. We were delighted to be upgraded to a room with stunning panoramic views, which was a real treat. The room itself was fabulous—spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s bars and restaurants were gorgeous, offering a perfect blend of style and relaxation. As for the location, it was ideal for exploring—just an easy walk to the train station and the Christmas markets, which made our holiday experience even more magical.

Great staff: super friendly, helpful and polite. Interesting interiors. Very clean and comfortable room with a small bathroom which nevertheless had a bathtub in it. Just some minutes walk from the Köln Hbf, Rhein waterfront and a pedestrian/cycling street with supermarkets, kiosks, cafes, bars etc. Spacious gym with a lot of equipment.

Room was a solid basic, comfortable and clean room. Hotel provided plenty of paid facilities including breakfast and a bar. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great shower pressure and heat. Good wifi. Close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets. Only 550m from the Koln Hbf (station). Good flat, easy. but bumpy walk with luggage.

The Urban Loft Cologne was an excellent place to stay for my three days in Cologne. It is only a 2 minute walk from Central Station. All of the staff go above and beyond. A special shout out to the Front of House team (who were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind) and lovely ladies who organised the tasty breakfast options. My room was exceptionally clean, had every convenience I required and an amazing rainfall power shower. The reception, bar and communal space has a really great vibe, especially in the evenings to hangout after a long day. As a solo person travelling this hotel was just perfect. Stopped here overnight to visit the cathedral on a train trip through Germany. The hotel is well located to the station and the cathedral without being right on the tracks. Good Asian food very close by. The hotel room was simple but adequate for one night. Large comfortable bed, small bathroom with no bench around the basin, just a shelf underneath. Some cupboard space but not enough to really unpack and no space for luggage racks. Good air conditioning which we appreciated in the heatwave. No fridge or tea/coffee in the room. Free still or sparkling water and tea and coffee all day in the foyer. This is something all hotels should offer. Breakfast was simple but good. The ground floor has lots of spaces to sit and chat/work and there is a courtyard out the back which is nice for breakfast on a warm day. Reception was friendly and helpful. I would stay again if passing through Cologne.

Urban Loft was a brilliant spot - close to everything central with very friendly and helpful staff. We rented bikes from nearby Radstation and we were able to lock them safely in the courtyard. The rooftop deck is a wonderful place to bring takeout food and beverages in the afternoon. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. So many affordable restaurant options nearby.

Had a limited view of the cathedral spire from the 2nd floor; nice urban landscape view. Really good spacious shower and a modern smart TV. Very clean hotel in every area. Will hold bags free of charge on day of check-out. Convenient location 5 mins down the road from cathedral.

The rooms were so clean, very impressed. Easy to check in late. My room was big and comfortable. There was a safe. The room was lovely and warm and the windows open for fresh air. Soap and shower gel provided. Staff on the desk were very friendly and helpful. I checked in late via the machine which gave me my room key. Worked very well. There's a shopping mall next door so even though the hotel doesn't do breakfast, there are shops and cafes 30 seconds away. I would definitely stay here again.

Superb location literally next door to small indoor mall with late opening supermarket. 3 mins walk to tram station ( where park shuttle bus runs from) or 8 mins to main train station ( where we got train to Cologne airport.) Exceptionally clean, comfy and modern. Nespresso coffee machine very welcome. Easy outside checkin machine in English that produces key and receipt. Supermarket a minute away, lovely tasty takeaways and cafes nearby. Right on the Main Street yet quiet rooms. Could not fault this for our trip to Phantasialand, reception lady cheerful and helpful, highly recommend.

We were very lucky to receive an upgrade when we arrived for our 3 night stay. The hotel was easy to get to from Cologne central and even easier to get the bus to phantasialand. It has everything you need nearby, Aldi, restaurants and shops in the little shopping centre next door. We were upgraded to a 2 room suite with ensuites which was amazing and great after a long day at the parks. Super clean and comfortable.

The main reason I stayed here is because of Phantasialand. The location is only 10 minutes by car to Phantasialand, but what makes it even better is that right next to the hotel is a small shopping centre which is super convenient. The hotel is also modern and clean. There's a self-check-in machine that can generate room cards, and to check out you need to drop the cards at the exit. I also booked the underground parking for €10 per night via message on booking.com, which is convenient and safe. The beds are quite comfortable.

Hotel is located near public transport making it very easy to get to cologne/Bonn and phantasland. Rooms are modern,clean and very comfortable. The beds are super comfortable and it was very peaceful. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by for food

I cannot find fault with this small and friendly hotel. My single room was bigger than many doubles I have stayed in. Everything I needed was provided in the room including a comfortable bed, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, USB charging points and good Wi-Fi. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. There is air con for the summer and radiators for the winter. The hosts were brilliant. Friendly and hospitable. They answered all questions and gave excellent information about the city and where to visit. The continental breakfast included a variety of bread, cereals, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, freshly cooked scrambled egg & bacon. Tea, coffee and juices were also available. I visited Cologne for the Christmas market and the hotel is in the old city and only 5 minutes' walk from the cathedral and train station. The location was perfect. Before our trip we were sent excellent directions on how to get to the hotel.

We recently spent three nights at Stern am Rathaus, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location cannot be beat—right beside the city square, yet remarkably quiet and peaceful. We loved being just steps away from excellent restaurants, shops, and the main sights. What made our stay especially memorable was the staff. Francisco greeted us warmly on arrival and gave us all the information we needed to feel settled and at home right away. Each morning, Kai went above and beyond at breakfast to ensure we were well looked after. The spread was fantastic—fresh, healthy options, delicious warm croissants, and made-to-order omelettes that quickly became a highlight. It was the perfect start to our days exploring Cologne. We would absolutely recommend Stern am Rathaus to anyone visiting the city. Between the unbeatable location, the quiet comfort, and the exceptional hospitality, this little hotel is a gem.

Super friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home from the start. Great quality breakfast, made with love and many personal touches including home made butter! Room was immaculate with very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. This hotel is in a perfect location in the old part of the city and for visiting other parts of Koln. 5 mins walk to main station, 1 minute walk to metro, 2 mins walk to the river and many bars/restaurants very close by. Perfect trip for my wife’s birthday with amazing hosts. Many thanks to Francisco and Kai, you made us feel very welcome and we will be back 😁👍

We stayed 4 nights in the junior suite. The location was around 5 minute walk to the main train station and minutes away from a couple of Christmas markets. The room was clean and comfortable. Our suite had a tub and shower and the bathroom was a very good size. The mezzanine was perfect for our 6 year old son and the view is superb. The breakfast buffet was what I was looking forward to and it did not disappoint! The staff cooked scrambled eggs for us if we didn’t want the boiled eggs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ingmar and Andy took the time to interact with us and our 6 year old son looks forward every night to coming back to the hotel to look for Ingmar and Andy. They seemed like our long lost friends! We would love to stay here again next time we visit Cologne!

The hotel was in an excellent central yet very peaceful position, close to the cathedral, museums, river and restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was outstanding with many really healthy and homemade options. The room was super clean and comfortable. We hope to return soon!

Centrally located, walking distance from the train station, all amenities are on the doorstep. The facade of the building stands out from the rest, and it is equally pleasant inside. Friendly and attentive owner, Mario, kindly picked me up from the train station in his car. The hotel is very clean and cosy, great choice for breakfast (hot and cold), fantastic service. The restaurant next door, I believe, is also run by the same family, offers delicious Croatian food. The interior of the restaurant is as delightful as the service; big portions at very reasonable prices; good wine too.

Lovely and super friendly staff! It is located in a more quiet town near to Cologne, around 25 to 30 minutes drive away. We had a very lovely conversation with Georgia and Mario, who gave us tips about where to eat, what we can visit. It is family owned and hence feels much more cosy, relaxed than the big hotel chains. The breakfast buffet was splendid! We got freshly cooked scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes/avocados/fruits/bread and we felt pampered by Mario who kept coming around asking if we need more coffee or anything else. Wonderful people!

The staff is really friendly and helpful, to the point of remembering your coffee choice each breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable and the wifi was fast even for work.

Clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the host, Mario, who was willing to help and nothing was too much trouble. A good location in a quiet street , not too far from the station, and walkable to the Bay Arena.

Absolutely huge suite with two bathrooms, one with bath, one with shower. Two sets of closets a living room area and large bedroom. Two televisions. Great wifi, bed was harder than we're used to, but still very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Clean as a whistle and the Minibar was included (non alcoholic). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good.

This hotel offers travelers who have been working hard all day a space of rest and comfort to relax. The staff is professional, polite and helpful, from the receptionist to the person making individualized coffee during breakfast. The rooms are neat, spacious, modern, and comfortable.

Breakfast was fabulous - a huge variety of fresh and grilled veggies, very tasty, good quality juices, and milk products. Rooms are comfortable, clean, luxury materials. Free beverages in a mini bar to refresh after arrival.

ANOTHER GREAT STAY! We love this hotel and try to stay there every time we visit the Leverkusen/Cologne/Duesseldorf area. Easy access to all surrounding areas by car or public transport. The hotel features super-modern guest rooms and restaurant/bar - superb wine list! Excellent buffet breakfast. Located in a very quiet area of town, adjacent to a huge park with a wonderful Japanese Garden - definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended - we'll be back!

We stayed in this hotel for a concert in the Forum by Gregory Porter. We found this hotel to be a very pleasant experience. The staff who were very friendly and helpful, the clean room and bathroom. The beds slept wonderfully. The options the room had to offer. You even had a sound system in the ceilings. Even though our room was right next to the elevator, we didn't hear anything happening in the hallway. You can see that this building is well maintained, inside and outside. Breakfast was delicious and we were able to enjoy it in peace. It's nice to have a good hotel close to the concert hall so that we could get back and forth quickly. There are not many parking spaces, we had already read that from others and luckily we had a place every time we wanted to park. This hotel is now in our top 3!

Very impressive hotel, perfectly situated for the Christmas markets, being yards from the Altmarkt and within easy walking distance of all old town attractions. The large room was appointed to a very high standard, all wood floors and concrete ceiling and huge windows with juliette balconies, lovely bathroom/shower and touch screen digital lighting (Room 5). The staff are friendly and attentive, we arrived at 12.30 at night after a flight cancellation and the front of desk concierge could not have been more friendly and helpful, sorry cannot remember his name! Despite its very central location the hotel was really quiet and very classy, spotlessly clean and exuding class. Nice touch with the free biscuits at reception, but did not try the hotel breakfast as we were so central to the markets. Koln was a great place for a short city break and I would not hesitate to book the Legend Hotel again if we return for the Christmas Markets next year.

The Legend is a high quality new hotel in a great central location. Our room was spacious, comfortable, really well appointed and spotlessly clean. We were warmly greeted on arrival and found all of the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly placed to visit all of Cologne's major attractions. One of the best Christmas markets is literally on the doorstep, many of the best brewery bar/ restaurants are in the near vicinity, it's very close to the Cathedral, the main shopping areas and the river and only 5 minutes walk to the Central Station. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

I chose this based on its proximity to Christmas markets. It was a very good choice. Easily walkable from train station, cologne cathedral, Christmas markets, shopping and restaurants. Yet it was quiet and calm, front staff was helpful and welcoming, room comfortable. Bed was very good, too Breakfast was not as large a buffet as we were accustomed to but still had hot and cold selections, fresh fruit and pastries.

Staying at the Legend Hotel was amazing. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel is in the best location. It's very central! Our loft room was really comfortable, clean and quiet - it was great to be able to come back to such a relaxing space after a long day exploring the city. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The hotel was in an excellent location - very close to Cologne train station and the old town. The hotel was very clean and modern. We were upgraded to a loft room which was a nice surprise! The unexpected sandwiches, coffee and juice for breakfast were delicious!! The front staff were friendly and helpful. We would come again when in Cologne.

Stayed for 2 nights 16th and 17th December. Its a perfect location for the christmas market. We received a fantastic welcome from the gentleman on reception and throughout our stay all the staff were excellent, including the lovely lady who greeted us at breakfast and the doormen who always had a smile abd kindly organised our return taxi and took care of our bags even giving us some water for the journey ! Our room was amazing with a fantastic view of the cathedral, we really appreciated it. The room was spacious with a beautiful modern bathroom. We had a free mini bar in our room with beers and soft drinks, very welcome. Breakfast was a high quality affair, a plentiful cold buffet but also hot food / eggs to order freshly cooked. We visited the cocktail bar, expertly beautifully made cocktails, great friendly staff. Its high end but you get what you pay for. We absolutely loved our stay and cant wait to return !

We have just come back from a two night stay at the Excelsior Hotel which has been a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is a classic hotel which has a welcoming feel to it and is very comfortable and clean and well looked after. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and they went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is also perfectly located to enjoy Cologne with stunning views of the Cathedral. Staying at the Excelsior Hotel certainly made our trip very enjoyable and we would definitely come back.

We loved our time at this hotel. Everybody was so very nice and welcoming. The hotel was immaculate. The breakfast buffet was superb, with delicious fresh foods and many options, including a full vegan buffet. The servers were very attentive and friendly. It was the best stay we had in Europe.

Spent a perfect short break here - gorgeously cosy, excellent bar and stewards - great mixing and conversation! Beautiful breakfast with impeccable service. It’s a very classic property rather than modern, but the room was stylish. Cracking management and reception team - super-friendly and helpful. Would go again, especially in December!

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. Don't exit on the Cathedral side, exit on the other side (by McDonalds), cross the square, go over a zebra crossing and walk down Johanestrasse and you are there. Online check in worked well and we were able to access the hotel using a code and then our room keys were at the front desk. Our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable with a large bathroom with a good shower. We slept really well, the room was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was buffet style with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, cold meats, boiled and scrambled eggs and pastries and bread. They made gluten free toast for me everyday. To drink you can have fresh juices and freshly made teas and coffee and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no bar or daytime restaurant on site but there are two excellent restaurants and an ice cream parlour on the corner. The location is excellent, a short walk to the Cathedral or if you turn left out of the hotel and then left again and walk along the river the cable car is a 10-15 minute walk that takes you over to the spa on the other side of the river. Would stay here again, it is very good value for money with lovely staff.

We arrived early and were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel until our room was ready. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was very clean. The room was spacious with a lovely comfortable large double bed. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely shower and hair dryer. You could have air conditioning or fan. The hotel was within walking distance from the train station and there were cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was quiet and there was a great choice for breakfast.

After missing our ICE transfer we ended up in Cologne at the end of the evening. We were still able to book & check-in at the hotel. The hotel itself is situated ~5 min walking distance (with luggage) from the central station. The room was clean, modern and good looking. I used my own brought HDMI cable to watch an episode of 'The Office' on the TV which was a nice way to end our travel day. The breakfast was very good. The lady taking care of breakfast was very helpful and attentive, also spoke good English. The receptionist was also very helpful when we needed a printed version of our invoice and helped us fill in our reimbursement form for DB. Also, the 'in advance check-in' system works very well!

Great corner room with a view onto the street. Quiet location and only a very short walk to the Cathedral, train station and central Cologne. Very comfortable and clean with an excellent shower. Continental breakfast included a nice selection.

We booked during a very busy time in Cologne and prices were high all round. When we arrived we were welcomed by the receptionist- she spoke excellent English and gave very helpful tips with regard to the travel cards, where to eat and what to do. We were upgraded to a little apartment/room with its own kitchen; which was great as we could make tea and coffee. Be sure to type in the full address into your gps- there are several streets in Cologne with the same name- so you could end up at the opposite side of town :-( We liked: - being upgraded to a very large and spacious room with a balcony and little kitchen. The bathroom was separate; which was great. We could make coffee and tea in the little kitchen - red/ maroon towels opposed to white - little treat candy bar in reception - good breakfast at 8 euro per person - very friendly and helpful staff - easy access to the tram stop (it's about 5 minutes walk) - free parking and wifi - beautiful garden outside the breakfast room Didn't like: - only German tv channels - the room was a little cold and there were no extra blankets- this can be easily remedied :-) - direct tram to town is a plus, but it's a 20 minute tram ride into the center

I hate the expression "hidden gem" but here I have to use it. It's a fantastic family run hotel in quiet residential area of Cologne. Rooms are spacious (mine was almost as big as the apartmet I was living in before getting married and had even a fully equipped kitchen), super clean, silent and comfortable. The ladies running the hotel are very nice and helpful: they really make you fell home. There' s a secured underground parking free of charge which is very convenient in case you have to set off and it's pouring with rain. Complimenatry wi-fi is super fast and breakfast is outstanding: not only for the variety and quality of food available but also for the nice room overlooking the fabolous internal garden in which it takes place. There are many restaurant within walikng distance and the staff will recommend you the more suitable to your taste. It's ideal if you are business traveller. But it's a good choice also for visting Cologne, as you can reach the city center by U-bahn and enjoy it without being ripped off by the ridicoluos prices of the hotel near the Cathedral. Highly recommenadble. I will definitely return if in the area again

We happened on this hotel by accident. We were scheduled for another hotel and the booking was confused. We contacted this hotel on line. In spite of the World Cup Games they were able to provide us with a great room overlooking a beautiful garden. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were new and we rested well. There was no air conditioning buy the situation of the room provided a cool breeze that smelled of flowers. The staff provided laundry service and daily maintenance. The breakfast was delicious with fresh foods of all kinds. There was a choice of enjoying breakfast outside or in a spacious sunroom.

Just outside the main highway circle around Cologne but within easy walking diistance to a tram station the hotel is situuated in a small side street. If you take a window to the garden that allows a quiet sleep. The rooms are standard three star hotel rooms, somehave a tub, the size is ok but nothing special with a good bed and a medium sized TV set. What is nice is that the blankets are longer than two meters (which makes the 4th star in my review). The bathrooms do not offer much in terms of amenities but have all needed equipment in and are, as the whole hotel clean and nicely kept. The cleaning service is of high quality the TV magazine will be open on the correct day, youur toiletries will be sorted, so a nice personal touch. No restaurant but a big shopping center just 400m away and some restaurants as well. The breakfast offers a good variety of bread and rolls, cold cuts and cheese as well as cereals, eggs and some cakes. All in all above the average for a three star hotel. The staff is very friendly and always helpful with advice about the area. All in all a nice hotel for some nights.

Lovely little hotel, just off the mainstream touristy bit of Cologne, but an easy tram ride into the City. A nice quite location, but not far away from anything more lively. Very close to the rheincentre where you can do a little clothes shopping. The tram stop is 5minutes walk maximum, the number 1 takes you right into the centre. A few lovely restaurants near by too. The hotel itself is well kept, modern and nice clean rooms. They offer a b&b service, so you will have to fend for yourselves for other meal times. Breakfast is a tradtional continental style affair in a lovely dining area with conservatory, can sit in the garden too if its warm. The girls running the place couldn’t be more helpful, whether it’s for restaurant recommendations, german translations, things do etc... just ask and they will go out of their way to help. Parking is also available under the hotel. My only slightly negative comment is the lack of aircon, but it’s been unusually hot during my stay and being a brit i’m not built for these conditions! Will be sad to leave!! But will be sure to recommend to friends and family.

I stayed for six nights, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The room was spacious, with an efficiently equipped kitchen—perfect for a short stay. The self check-in process was simple and convenient, using just the family name. The hosts provided me with a fan and an iron as my prior request, which I truly appreciated. Although the property is a bit outside Cologne, the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away (about 280 m). From there, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the city center. Within walking distance (600–800 m), you’ll also find restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. The location itself is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to rest and enjoy a good night’s sleep. I loved everything about my stay here and would highly recommend it.

The communication was good. Checking in was simple, we happened to meet a member on staff on site who said hello and showed us to our room. The room was very clean and spacious, it looks like it has been revamped. The kitchen looked new. We liked having a private garden area to sit in. The beds were comfy and having the secure car park was a nice bonus. We were passing through whilst on a longer road trip so only stayed in the room for one night. It was close to the motorway but you wouldn't have known as it was very quiet and peaceful. We stayed on Saturday night, there are a number of businesses nearby that were closed so they may be noisy on a weekday. .

Self check in through a kiosk was really clever and simple to do. The room is spacious with a kitchenette and clean bathroom. The bed is comfortable and there is also nice outdoor space. Fantastic value for the quality!

Absolutely fantastic stay, amazing value for money, secure parking, shower amazing and bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay again and probably will in 2023.

I booked a Studio Premier King room for five nights through the hotel web site as an eClub member. I arrived by train at the Messe/Deutz train station, which is an easy five minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is very nice and upscale inside, although the approach to the entrance was upsetting with profane graffiti nearby. The room was clean and everything worked properly. Room was compact as normal in Europe, but packed with amenities such as refrigerator, sink, microwave and most importantly for me, a small clothes washer/dryer. Spacious bathroom with good water flow in the shower. The bed was comfortable, a bit on the firm side, and I slept well with no intruding noises. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide assortment of items available. Recommend you book the breakfast in advance, no matter what it says on the website, there is no discount on breakfast at this location. Some good restaurants just around the corner, also easy walk to the U-Bahn and Train Station. This is a good choice well suited for tourists, near the Cologne View Observation Deck.

Studio style rooms, room was clean and fresh on arrival and reception staff very helpful. Kitchenette available which is inclusive of washing machine and dishwasher. washing up liquid dishwasher tablet and washing machine tablet available tea and coffee provided in room along with milk in fridge. The room cleaning is every third day although reception did advise that cleaning could be more frequent on request. Hotel is not far from centre a short walk across the bridge. Swimming pool sauna and gym facilities available for guests facilities were clean and well maintained and lift access to wellness suite directly. We didn’t dine in the hotel, but had breakfast on one of the days, for us we preferred going out for breakfast. Deposit taken at check-in returned afterwards. As we booked through a third-party we were not advised of this at booking although this hasn’t been an issue it’s a good point to be aware of if you are booking through a third-party. Lovely restaurants around the area, would definitely recommend dining in the area!

We really enjoyed this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious with a good kitchen area. Hotel staff were welcoming. A little shop with basic food and drinks was very useful. The pool is very nice. Enjoyed a swim every morning. Our friend said the gym was well equipped too. Quick walk to the cathedral and centre of Cologne. A local train station close by too. A few local restaurants and a shop in the nearby station. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Evening meals were ok, although the restaurant wasn’t open every evening. We enjoyed sitting in the terrace outside the restaurant. We will try Adina in other cities

Very convenient place to stay for visiting fairs at the Messe or going to shows at Lanxess Arena, and next to Cologne Deutz railway station. You can also walk across the railway bridge to the old town, Dom, High Street, etc in 20 to 30 minutes. A couple of decent restaurants nearby plus more on the other side of the railway line. Large, clean, bright parking underground with direct access to the hotel, though quite expensive. Reception was efficient. Studio room was about 25 sqm. Modern, clean, nicely furnished and comfortable though some signs of wear. Aircon and WiFi worked well. Bonus is the full kitchen with cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, very unusual in Europe and much appreciated. All in all good value this time. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location, a short walk from beautiful restaurants, views and the centre. But felt quiet and out of the way so it really was the best of both worlds. The staff were super helpful, breakfast was tasty and the stay was really comfortable.

At the arrival we got a bit of a shock because of the area we found ourselves in… the hotel is located in the middle of a strange container settlement with overgrown gardens full of discarded trash, not really a welcoming sight… but hotel itself was a pleasant surprise with its modern, but comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Being just freshly opened, there is still construction site smell lingering around. There is a restaurant on site serving dinner, but we opted for dinner at the bar, because it serves more regular food. The portions there are enormous, so I would suggest to restrain yourselves from ordering appetisers, it just gets too much! Breakfast buffet is rich and nicely organised, all tastes covered! And now we come to the negative part… I do hope this is due to the hotel being new and that in few weeks it will all come to be and work the way it is supposed to be…. Breakfast buffet is horribly understaffed; tables are being cleaned with a huge delay, only one person covering the task. Another one is struggling to keep the buffet full and running… these same people are also “guarding” the entrance to the buffet with not the smoothest manners, asking people if they really booked the breakfast with their reservation before actually checking their list… there is no quick check out, so be prepared to wait about 30 minutes if you are unlucky like us to try and leave at “rush hour”… fingers crossed these are only start up hiccups!

First, there is Leonardo Hotel and Leonardo Royal hotel, I stayed with Royal one, and it is very good. Both are quiet close to the airport like 3-5 miniutes drive. Secondly, the hotel is super new and clean. You feel comfortable there and free shuttle bus provided. Again, you need to call from the airport to ordere the shuttle bus. I have problem with my phone but I found the Leonardo hotel FREE phone to call--it is in the T2, one of the entrance, close to the entrance door. But again, it seems they will take you to Leonardo not Royal one, but they are very helpful to still drive you to Royal one--which is super nice! 3. If you go to City center, I suggest you to use the hotel shuttle bus to take you back to Airport and take train there. With less stops ,you could easy go to DOM in 15 to 20 miniutes. 4. Again, hotel staff are ALL very helpful and room is clean. Quiet at night, bed is comfortable. You did not hear your neighbour talking which is a good thing. 5. The bar is good, even I did not use it. I have not used the breakfast as I fly earlier. They all speak reasonable English and that is very helpful. Again, I should say, the staff, every of them is super professional and they try to help you, espcially the ladies and really apprecited that.

The Leonardo Royal Hotel Cologne Bonn Airport is a clean, smart hotel, with very comfortable rooms and mine was very quiet. Lots of choice of food and drinks from the bar and restaurant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A big plus for me was the close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle bus. I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel was my favourite in Cologne. It has a very good breakfast options, mice cocktails in the bar, and shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and back. It was always clean and fresh everything. The staff were so professional. I really recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for two nights. It was a quiet place - room was spacious and modern. Quite clean and without problems. Though toilet seat was kind of used and looked not clean but it was just some mark. Suggest to change that though. I enjoyed extra upgrade to this room and free parking as promised by Hotels.com with their VIP-hotel agreement. I had sparkling water instead of still - maybe it was supposed to be like this or set there by mistake?

Great location, easily accessible by all means of transportation: both by car and by public transport, and it's fairly close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. The restaurant offers a wide range of options for breakfast, anyone having dietary requirements will find a huge selection of alternatives. What I would like to highlight is the personnel. Each and every member of the hotel crew is extremely kind, supportive and does their utmost to accommodate any special requests. It was impressive to see how helpful they were and did their best to leave a good impression. This made me decide to stay at this hotel during my upcoming trips to Cologne.

We booked this hotel for 2 main reasons - it is very close to the arena (we went to a concert) and they have a private car park. Our room was very clean and quiet. There is a large breakfast buffet which was very good. A typical modern 4 star hotel. Would use again if we ever go to Cologne.

Breakfast was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious. It’s like 2 minutes from the Lanxess Arena. The older man who helped me to find vegan stuff during breakfast was very kind.

The family rooms where huge with an emperor bed and a sofa bed, excellent floor space and nicely done bathrooms. Super comfortable and dark for a great nights sleep. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner was incredible 10/10 🤩 Anthony is such a welcoming host, and shared hints and tips with us for our stay that only locals could know. Would absolutely stay again. Underground parking is very secure.

Small, warm and cozy room that has just everything you need for your stay(the bed was very comfortable)! We had a balcony with a view to one of the cathedrals nearby. The location of the hotel is just perfect - very close to restaurants, bars and public transport. I really like the fact that the owners of the hotel decided to preserve the old wooden staircase of the building(there is an elevator don't worry). The staff of the hotel is great - very friendly and open, they explained us a lot about the surrounding area and places we can visit.

Good location, beautiful hotel and rooms (Terrace with Nice view) and most of all very friendly staff. I asked to change rooms because we wanted a terrace to sit outside after our baby girl sleeps. And we could change immediately with no problems. Amazing coffee at breakfast.

Loved the service, very friendly welcome and excellent breakfast. Scrambled eggs made fresh were delicious! The bed was really comfortable and the room had lots of natural light and a good shower. Loved the easy access to our room and the building using our phones.

The staff was so friendly, the location is central, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Maison Marsil is a perfect boutique hotel, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Even though I only stayed two nights the towels were changed and room freshened on second day of stay. Breakfast buffet excellent.

Exceptional location as it’s just a two minute walk from the Cologne Hbf station. The hotel is very cozy and charming with its retro style. It’s very clean and comfortable! All the staff are super friendly and helpful especially Hans and the gentleman who still made us the delicious breakfast bag to go as we had to check out early to catch our train (sorry I didn’t catch his name but thank you again! It was delicious!).

Location is amazing-a few minutes walk from main station & Cathedral, on a quiet street. Staff were lovely, helpful. Rooms were as described, only down side was no air conditioning tho hotel had supplied a fan ! Bathroom was decent, spotlessly clean though shower a little small . Breakfast was good though by 9:40, most of the meats were finished and while staff did replenish, you had to hang around & wait for meats & cheese so interrupting overall breakfast. Coffee was lovely, dining area quaint but beautiful . We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is a 3star superior and considering its central location etc we felt it was good value for money & would stay here again

It is located in a very convenient site which is about 5 minutes to the Cologne Central Station. The breakfast was good and the free mini bar was a pleasant surprise. The room (suite) was very spacious and seems to be newly renovated filled with amenities that make your stay comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating.

Superb Breakfast)), I know you are supposed to rate the hotel, but the highlight of this place is Breakfast)). I think it is one of the best I tried. The coffee was so good. The hotel is good, I was in room 405 and it was a bit bizarre that I found a baby cot in the room, which I booked for one, but I just moved it away. The room is clean,had tea/coffee/water and a kettle. The room was facing the main road so it was a bit noisy but ok. I came on Sunday where you can park for free on the road just outside and I was lucky to find a space just outside the hotel. Not sure how much the parking cost for a day. The staff was friendly, easy to check in/check out. Nice touches, comfy beds.

Bedroom was spacious and cleaned every day. Ensuite area could've been a bit more spacious as they could afford to take a bit of the bedroom area. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range to choose from. Location of the hotel is across the road from the main bus terminal and a five minute walk to the train station. The main restaurant/bars area is also a 5 minute walk. Although there isn't a bar in the hotel, there is a fridge in the reception area where you can purchase alcohol or soft drinks. The staff were friendly and the week spent in Troisdorf was a pleasant vacation. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay, very attentive staff. Amazing location; walk across the bridge to the cathedral or along the river! Breakfast really good. Room service amazing. Pool good, 15m long so can do a decent swim and it is a good temperature, not too cold. Jacuzzi very good. Very nice massage. Given a room with a gorgeous view. Sad to leave tomorrow. Will return.

The breakfast was excellent. We had a River Rhine view room, but our 4th-floor room's view was limited by the canopy above, which spoiled our view of the city on the opposite bank. Nevertheless the river traffic was fascinating with so many different barges and cargoes plying the river. Well worth the extra rate for the room. It was just a ten-minute walk to the city along the iconic railway bridge crossing the Rhine, which is likely to be the busiest rail bridge in the world, according to Google. Such a variety of trains, it was so interesting to see. I'm a train buff.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency in Cologne was outstanding, defined by top-tier service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The experience started well—check-in was quick and easy, and the staff provided helpful information that allowed me to maximize my time in the city. The Concierge team was absolutely superb and invaluable. Specifically, the support provided by Stefan and Mahmud was exceptional and made my entire stay run seamlessly. Furthermore, the Housekeeping crew deserves enormous praise. My room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy throughout my visit, reflecting a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Finally, the breakfast buffet is truly something to die for! The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, offering everything you could possibly want. It was the perfect way to start every single day. A fantastic hotel experience all around—well done to the entire team!

A great hotel with lovely facilities. It sits right on the river across from the cathedral so has a great view. Quick (and pleasant) walk from hotel across the bridge to the centre of town. We received 20 Euros at check in to spend in the bar which was a lovely touch. The spa, pool and dining/bar were all to a high standard yet they didn't feel unwelcoming for us with a young child. The staff were all very warm and helpful. The room and bathroom were a really good size and everything was spotless. The beds and bedding were also very good quality.

We had a nice large room with a view of the Rhine River. Very spacious and well appointed. The main lobby is very impressive looking, with several options for dining and a bar if you wish. We had a drink at the Lobby bar, which had a really nice atmosphere and great customer service. The hotel is well located, easy to walk to attractions, restaurants and the train location. Only negative was checking in and out took a little time. Could maybe use an additional staff member.

It was the most amazing location. Absolutely loved the area. The breakfast was magnificent and you were able to get a coffee, cappuccino anytime of the day for free. The room was absolutely lovely and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant out the front Latino was fantastic and so kind as we had dinner there for my daughters birthday. The area outside was also great as you could sit out there with a table and comfy chairs. You can park there which is good as well. The bathroom was wonderful as well and a bigger shower than other places we stayed in Germany. I would totally recommend this lovely place to everyone.

Great value for money! Nice and spacious rooms, pet friendly. A nice garden to enjoy, very nice music decorations. The host was super friendly and helped us book a table at the nearby restaurant. Nice pool and gym/sauna area. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of variety of products. We will definitely come back!!

The staff were very kind, smiling and welcoming. We felt very comfortable, Ladies in the reception assisted kindly when needed. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The pool was another highlight of the hotel, quiet and warm. We will definitely come back.
