Staying here felt like the ultimate indulgence, and so comfortable too. Everyone we interacted with from reception to the restaurant and cocktail bar were so friendly, knowledgeable and full of great recommendations - shout out to Harry for chatting with us about his cocktail making process and making the most amazing cocktail, with chili, that I've ever had! Dinner was a beautiful experience, every dish was beautifully presented and utterly delicious. The hotel itself and the grounds are so beautifully kept, it was just lovely to wander around and enjoy the place. We will be back for certain, possibly for one of the gourmet evenings.

Beautiful hotel in lovely surroundings the drive up to the hotel is impressive even in the winter. Our room was wonderful we stayed in a master double room in a corner room with double aspect windows looking out the front and side of the hotel towards the lake. The facilities in the room were excellent and the complimentary honey flapjack was delightful. The library room next door to the bar was lovely and cozy with the fire on and we enjoyed our afternoon and post dinner drinks in there. Our evening meal was lovely and there was a good wine list to complement your chosen food. The complimentary turn down service was lovely as they set out tea cups with relaxing herbal teas suitable for bedtime. The staff were courteous, friendly and provided an excellent level of service on a par with 5 star hotels. The breakfast was excellent and we sat at a table near the window with a lovely view out over the rear grounds of the hotel. It was a perfect relaxing overnight stay for me and my husband which is what we both so needed and we will definitely be returning.

The property itself was stunning. Right from the start, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was beautiful with amazing views, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. Overall, an amazing stay, I can't fault a single aspect of it, I'll definitely return again

I can't express how wonderful our stay was here. The hotel goes above and beyond in every instance. It's an absolutely beautiful building in a picturesque part of the country. The staff were extremely polite and gave a top notch service throughout the entire stay. The food, both dinner and breakfast ,was delicious and high quality. We were given a free room upgrade and placed in accomodation that was beyond expectation. The bedroom and bathroom were huge! The room was pure comfort and very exquisitely decorated. There was a special turn down service as well, so that when we returned to the room, the bed was prepared for us to climb into, cups were laid out with chamomile tea bags at the ready, slippers were by the bed, and soft radio music was playing through the TV. I've never experienced anything quite like this before and was just overwhelmingly happy with the detail of service. We also were able to use the conference room facilities during our stay and were provided with everything we needed. Checking in and out was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend the venue. It has many beautiful rooms, from the bar and restaurant spaces, to the library. Truly an enjoyable stay that I'll remember for a long time to come!

This was a surprise stop for us, and we were super grateful for it. The hotel had comfortable beds, great food, excellent staffing, and just a really amazing bar (please try the French 75!). Our room was a cold, and they brought us extra blankets and a space heater immediately. Very responsive and attentive to guest needs. Perhaps our only quibble, and I say this to help the staff who must want to tear out their hair during each shift, is with the music: there is a kind of easy listening pop-covers loop that contains about 4 songs. You best like "Torn" a great deal because you will hear it like five times at breakfast. It must be required because when we first entered the bar another set of songs was playing, and was promptly changed to the weird "clone" music.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Room was lovely and cosy, bar was nice a comfortable and the restaurant was nice too. Food was excellent, so tasty. We paid £168 and had a one night stay with evening meal and breakfast included, well worth the money, will definitely be visiting again.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. Our dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. The room we were allocated was very comfortable and bigger than expected. We loved the way the rooms all had their own names! The Nespresso coffee machine was greatly appreciated. The beautiful bath was especially luxurious! (though very slow to fill, which didn't really matter). We would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is housed in a quirky old building with real character and has been beautifully renovated.

This place is darling! We reserved 3 rooms and really enjoyed our stay! The shower was amazing!! The room was very large. Opt for the breakfast! It was so delicious! We were treated like royalty....The young man who checked us in was so helpful and kind. He was also there bright and early serving us our breakfast! The town is wonderful and a great stop for a night while traveling through the Cotswolds.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was very very good. Our son and daughter in law joined us for meals which worked well. The room was very comfortable and clean too. We have been before and perfect for our trip along the river.

The location is central to the town and the atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and comfortable. The staff are helpful professional and friendly. Parking is ample.

Very comfortable stay in this little hotel. The room was very clean. Great WiFi and a good smart TV which is pretty important if you have had a busy day. The shower/bathroom was very clean and the towels were of good quality. As I stayed over at the weekend, there was some notable music at the weekend due to the busy pub garden over the road. However, it wasn't a problem and stopped at a decent hour. The management were not really visible but would be if you needed anything. I will return. Great location..8 minute walk into town if you fancy a breakfast or a stroll. I'm not sure if this hotel provides breakfast. I didn't require it and wasn't offered? So if you think of staying and would like a bite to eat in the morning then double check.

The room was clean, large and spacious. They upgraded me free of charge. The owner is courteous and lovely and willing to meet your requests. Honestly, dont stay anywhere else if you need to come to the area. This is my second time and i would never stay anywhere else. The hotel is close to restaurants and amenities, has parking out the back which is free, has 24h entry with a key fob. The shower is amazing, TV massive with many channels and desk provided for working at. Absolutely awesome!!

I was happy with my stay and the price I paid for what I got. I asked for a slightly earlier check in which was readily agreed. Was given the WIFI code on arrival. I was expecting a single bed, but was pleased to be given a double room, which was very spacious with lots of storage. Very small bathroom but served its purpose. Nice tea&coffee facilities Room was clean and bed was comfy. I slept well. Felt safe and secure which is important me. I often stay in Redditch when I work at the weekend. As long as the price is reasonable, I would stay again.

Hotel owner and manager were very kind in sorting out my mistaken booking for the wrong dates. They did not penalise me for the mistake which was completely my fault, so I was very grateful to them for changing the date of my stay for free. The room was lovely - warm and welcoming with great views over the valley. Comfortable bed. Fantastic hot shower with good water pressure. Tea & coffee facilities, TV, wardrobe and a handy desk. Plenty of storage space under the bed. Nice bedside lights. There is even free parking out the back (by arrangement with the hotel). It’s a converted house so there’s a homey feel to the property. We had a very pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect. Spacious room with modern facilities. Very clean. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Good location about 9 minutes walk to the bus station. Will definitely book here again if return to Redditch.

Cabin 9 was exactly how I hoped. Spacious comfortable and peaceful. The room was well equipped with air conditioning for the heatwave the country was experiencing. The jacuzzi was very relaxing place to unwind from busy life. The balcony was a lovely place to sit when we got back from a meal out in town. Sitting out on the balcony on the waters edge on the night just made us wish we were there for more than one night. We were celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary and this place just made it even better. Thank you to the staff for the warm greeting and to the waiter at breakfast for his friendly funny approach. I'll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know.

We made an 8 hour round trip to the property for a New Year’s Eve night away and weren’t disappointed. We stayed in lodge number 9, which had a spa bath. The lodge itself is in a quiet peaceful setting and is modern and spacious, with a very large double bed. This lodge is also set forward from the other lodges, which gives it added privacy, with an amazing full view of the lake. Spa bath in the lodge was amazing and added a special touch to the place, which set it aside from other lodges we have stayed at previously. We much preferred the spa bath inside to outdoor jacuzzi lodges we have stayed at before, as it meant we could use the facility regardless of the weather. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. A lovely cosy lodge in an idyllic setting.

The view is beautiful, waking up to looking out over the lake with a cup of tea was so serene. Shame it was overcast with cloud. Very clean and good facilities. Shower pressure and heat very good. Comfortable bed and bedding (could have done with a heavier duvet now it’s getting colder but radiators in the room and air con if wanted. We arrived late and had to collect key from reception which was closed. Called the “emergency” number and duty manager came down. Very polite and very helpful. Couple in our late 30’s staying to be nearer Stourbridge for a volleyball competition. Will come back and choose the room with a jacuzzi bath next time and explore the Cotswolds.

Well I do a lot of reviews on places that we stay so have great pleasure in this one. 1stly it was easy to place a booking online. On arrival as soon as you pull into the carpark your greeted by a lovely clean looking Hotel with a beautiful garden. We went to reception and was met with a smile and quickly booked in and shown to our rooms. Everything smelt and looked clean and fresh, beautiful rooms with everything you needed, plenty of drinks, tv, nice clean powerful shower and even a door to the garden. That evening we went into the Hotel for dinner, we were amazed by the standard of food, it was breath taking and a stunning well managed place to eat. Slept really well, nice and quiet I also booked an room for my elderly parents who had a wet room and easy access toilet room. Just when we thought it couldn't offer anymore we had breakfast that is offered as part of the stay we had a fantastic breakfast, Tea, Coffee and fresh juice. I must say it was outstanding to the point my parents have asked me to book in again for next year. I truly could not find any major fault and highly recommend this Hotel to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in Worcester.

Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Dining room staff attentive but not intrusive. Spotlessly clean good-sized room, with French windows opening onto the garden. Comfortable bed, quiet, and good curtains so we slept very well. Good wifi signal. All the facilities we needed for a short stay. Adequate off road parking even during a bank holiday weekend. Stylish dining room. Excellent food and service for both dinner and breakfast.

There is nothing I can fault about my stay at The Dewdrop Inn. My room was clean, warm, very comfortable and more than big enough for my needs. It has everything you need for an overnight stay - toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities in the room , a hair dryer, comfortable beds and so on. I visited the restaurant for dinner and had one of the nicest meals I have eaten in a long time. The staff are attentive, the decor is inviting and the whole stay was perfect for me. I shall certainly use the Dewdrop again.

Attractive room and surroundings, very comfortable for a quiet night’s sleep. Generous supply of tea/coffee in room. Friendly, cheerful, helpful staff. Easy parking and access. Quality, delicious meals, (lovely sauces), many options on general menu. Special thanks to the waitress who organised a proper vegan breakfast for me. Highly recommended for a relaxing base for visiting Worcester area.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent, the food was so delicious and presented really well. All the staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive. The décor in the bar / restaurant was lovely. Room was a great size and I liked the patio doors out to the garden area, lots of tea / coffees etc provided.

Modern and clean. The bedroom was at the rear on the ground floor. It had a door out to a small courtyard with outdoor seating. Comfortable bed. Chairs. Tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely size shower room. Enjoyable breakfast. Friendly and helpful owner.

Lovely big bed with crisp white bedding , not too hard like many other hotels but pleasantly soft yet firm. Everything was spotlessly clean including the ensuite shower room which had a walk in shower. Husband appreciated the honesty bar for a 'night cap'. Decent size TV for a B&B and a comfy couch in the room. We later discovered that we had to leave an hour before the breakfast was served as we had to visit an event which opened at 7.30. So had to wake the host in order to pay for our room and bar bill, who was gracious despite being disturbed so early on a Sunday morning.

Steve was very accommodating about any requests, and a gave us a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a big bathroom. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and water were available in the room. Breakfast was beautifully cooked, and there were super fresh berries, yogurt, and grapes available too.

Exceeded expectations in all ways. Room was spacious, bathroom exceptional, beds fabulously comfy. Breakfast served quickly and was delicious. Loved the idea of the honesty bar and the cosy seating area .

An excellent breakfast was included in our price for two nights and was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The "Superior Double Room" was very spacious, with a desk, sitting area, ensuite bathroom with shower and the huge bed was extremely comfortable. The room was well appointed and water/tea/coffee/milk supplies renewed every day. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and polite. We ate in the bar area on both evenings and the food and service was excellent. The extensive grounds were safe to walk around in the evenings and parts went back to Doomsday Book Times - 1086. On both evenings Weddings were being celebrated in the separate Function rooms/building and were far enough away not to disturb us. Indeed on the Saturday night we were treated to an elaborate Fireworks display organised by the Wedding Party. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully historic building. The food was excellent both for breakfast and for dinner. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our first room where the key holder for the lighting was broken and we had to move to a smaller room with no views which was tiresome to do after a long journey and I think we could have been offered a glass of wine or something at dinner to make up for it but nothing was said. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and modern. There is ample parking and a lovely garden with tables and chairs which will be lovely in the summer.

Greeted warm and friendly, bar staff again engaging, helpful and friendly. Dinner was excellent, we were served by Missey who always had a smile, was friendly, engaging, and attentive which added to a pleasant evening. Breakfast we were again served on by Missey who was delightful and always ready to help. A real asset to the hotel staff,

The staff were really welcoming, especially Joseph, behind the bar, who was so quick, friendly and efficient. Wendy, who brought us our breakfast was really helpful with advice and always made us feel at home. We loved wandering around the beautiful grounds, and there were so many places where we could sit, read, chat, have a drink and just enjoy the gorgeous landscape. The food was excellent with generous portions. There was lots of parking, and taxi service was readily available. A perfect romantic place to celebrate our anniversary.

The hotel is situated in wonderful grounds. The room we had was spacious and clean. Would have preferred a larger shower than an oversized bathtub though! The staff were extraordinarily friendly and attentive. The food was incredible and some of the best we have had at any hotel. Great place to use as a base while in the area. They have set the bar extremely high, just hope they can maintain it!

Friendly hosts, excellent room and en-suite facilities. Safe parking at rear of property. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was delicious. I was greeted on arrival by David, he was very friendly and helped me with local information. in the morning I was greeted by Debbie in a friendly and polite manner (perfect for that time of morning and not in your face type of greeting). The breakfast room had soft classical music playing which helped me feel relaxed and the breakfast was beautiful. I will definitely be back when in the area again for work. Highly recommended.

No complaints. David and Debbie were perfect hosts, not intrusive in any way. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy. As I was in for a funeral and quite in need of seclusion that was exactly what I was able to achieve while NOT being ignored. The breakfast was perfect and the coffee was delicious.

Welcoming hosts. Not over attentive or under attentive. A difficult balance to strike but they did it very well. Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Good breakfast.

The location was perfect for our trip to the safari park . David and Debbie were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble You pre order your cooked breakfast, which was delicious with offers of extra coffee/tea /juice and toast during breakfast. There is free on site parking . Our room was a twin with a small en suite , tv and clock radio. There is a well stocked complimentary tea tray ,towels and toiletries in your room. On checking out David was able to give us some pointers of places to visit which resulted in a lovely couple of hours in Bewdley which is well worth a visit

I have been staying in and out of hotels, coaching inns (which this place is) B&B’s etc over the last 13 yrs with work and this was by far the best. I couldn’t fault it. Helpful cheery staff beautifully appointed room,bar area . The whole place just oozes quality and was well worth the £62 I paid especially as a beautifully tasty locally sourced breakfast was included. Unfortunately I was only able to eat a little as I was still full from my evening meal the night before which was also very nice and tasty. One of the things that is important for the lone female traveller is feeling comfortable in a hotels bar area (where I usually eat as I find the restaurant can feel a little too formal) this was ideal for me as the ambiance was very comfortable with most people being friendly locals who were dining for the evening. So all in all hats of to the admiral Rodney well done all round excellence ....i would definitely stay again when in the area :)

Just a few miles away from The Malvern Show, this was an excellent choice for us to stay afterwards. Everything was very welcoming, cosy and clean. We'd booked the Luxury king room which had a beautiful snuggly huge bed and lovely bathroom. A deep bath after the show was very welcome! The decor in our room was beautiful and fitted in very well with an Autumn, cosy 'Hygge' feeling than ran throughout. We enjoyed a wonderful steak dinner with lovely wine. Couldn't fault anything, and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend this to anyone and we'll definitely be staying again. The only thing was, I wished it was a bit colder so the log burner could've been alight in the bar! But, apart from that, I'm so glad we found it!

We chose The Rodney for its setting. We had been travelling from Wales with young children and wanted to stay somewhere with outdoor space. We received a warm welcome and were checked in quickly and efficiently ( they had even linked the evening meal we book separately to our room booking) We were pleased to be in separate accommodation to the back of the pub and were not disappointed by the size and cleanliness of the room. There was a kettle and a coffee machine including plenty of tea and coffee sachets. The bathroom was immaculate with plenty of towels and toiletries. We chose to eat at the Rodney that night, and although the menu wasn't vast, there was enough choice for us. Our children enjoyed half portions of the gammon and chips and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were excellent, especially our server (with red hair, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name). She was friendly and attentive and great with our children, chatting to them about the Lego they were building. Breakfast service was just as good in the morning. We were served by the same member of staff who checked us in, and she again was friendly and continued to check in on us as we ate, offering more coffee should we need it. My 3 years old even said,"Isn't this a nice restaurant Mummy"

My room was very comfortable, the bedding superb. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a lovely walk in shower, decent size of towels. All perfect. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, nicely presented, fresh and very tasty. Didn't rush anyone. Got a key to the door in case I was very late getting back. Very pleasant overnight stay.

We were able to leave our bags in my room, as it was ready earlier than the official check-in time. This was helpful as my car was too hot for storage purposes. We enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast. The duck cassoulet was truly superb, as was the chalk stream trout. I enjoyed tea soaked apricots for breakfast, with yoghurt and honey, followed by scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Every cup of coffee was freshly prepared and delicious. Our rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The fans were a godsend as it was very hot overnight. I would like to extend my thanks to the whole team for making our stay a fabulous experience!

Stanbrook Abbey is a stunning property, set in very spacious grounds on the edge of Worcester. It has been tastefully adapted as a hotel and has a large capacity both as a place to stay and as a wedding or events venue. We stayed one night only, en route to Oxford, and had decided to treat ourselves to one night of luxury in a comfortable place. Stanbrook certainly fit the bill with its attractive adaptation of the old property, retaining many of the original features. Our room was advertised as a ‘feature bedroom’ and whilst it was very nice and comfortable with a very good shower room, overall it was much smaller than I was expecting, having upgraded from a basic double. I’m not sure what the basic would have been like… We had dinner in the restaurant where the food and service were both excellent, as was breakfast the next morning, with a plentiful buffet and good hot meal selection. Overall we have a very comfortable and relaxing stay, albeit a brief one, and would definitely stay again if we wanted to treat ourselves to a similar stay in the area.

Beautiful settings, empathetic renovation of a stunning building. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative, we were made to feel so welcome. Bedroom and ensuite were fab, stunning views, very comfortable and amazingly quiet. Best breakfast too, easy comfortable dining room, again quiet, comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Gardens lovely.

The modern refurbishment enhances the historical aspects of the old abbey buildings. Breakfast and dinner had an excellent choice of foods and were both delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet with lovely views over the grounds.

I loved every part of The Stanbrook Abbey experience. It was a Surprise for my 50th Birthday. Thank you very much Froddo. We Got a free upgrade which was amazing. The staff were very attentive. The whole Abbey was spotless and beautiful.I loved walking around the whole building. The architecture is something else. We spent some happy times in the bar and enjoyed the food muchly. Loved the curried toffee popcorn. We had free range of the basement games room and enjoyed playing pool. The room was immaculate and tbh I cried. We had a roll top bath which I thoroughly enjoyed with bubbles to the top. The bed was so comfy as soon as my head hit the pillow I was soundo. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be treated like royalty. The room was the size of the bottom floor of my house. We had the breakfast included which was delicious. Fresh organic ingredients and so filling. ( Full English ) Didn't want to go home.

The room was very grand and beautiful. - shower was amazing -bed was very comfortable. -breakfast was great with lots of options. Kitchen were happy to alter breakfast slightly for differing tastes. It was very good quality.

Fantastic location, right on the river with lovely views. We walked everywhere and left car in the car park the whole weekend. I had a deluxe room which was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and had a spacious bathroom. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels and toiletries provided. Kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits and water all provided. There was no aircon but to be expected in an old building. A fan was provided in the room though, which did the job. The really great thing about our stay was the staff. Whether at the bar, breakfast or reception the staff were polite, friendly and fun. The food at breakfast was great with a really good choice of fresh cooked dishes. Altogether a great stay. Thanks all x

The location is great for walks along the river and for town. There is car parking at the hotel. Lovely breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the river, breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of seating outside. Our Superior Double room overlooked the river through a small window. The room was not very big and I thought it was not worth the £176 paid. We got back to the hotel at 10.30pm and there were no staff or residents to be seen, so we could not have a drink at the bar. One thing to note is that many rooms are in an annex and you have to go outside to the main building for the bar and restaurant. We were lucky the rain had stopped when we went for breakfast!

3 night break atThe Diglis House Hotel , Worcester 12 -14 May 2025 The H otel, Restaurant and gardens are in an enviable situation on the banks of the River Severn with its riverside walks. The Swan Sanctuary, Cathedral, Porcelain Museum and city centre shopping only minutes away. Our mini suite with an adapted bath room was large with comfortable double bed, arm chairs and sufficient room to manouvre my wheelchair.The patio doors opening onto the lawn and views of the river were a bonus. Breakfast was good as were the restaurant meals taken al- fresco. All the hotel staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. All in all, an enjoyable break marred only by damage to our car in the car park..

The breakfast menu was wonderful, providing a wide choice of options. The eggs benedict was superb! The location is perfect, very close to the cathedral and town, yet in a quiet spot by the river bank. There are seats and tables by the river, perfect for a sunny afternoon pot of tea, or an evening glass of wine. My room was comfortable, with a lovely bed. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. So the hotel was really good - but what made it truly exceptional were the fantastic staff who were warm, helpful and professional. Really appreciated as a lone traveller -thank you!

Excellent location- peaceful spot by the river yet less than 10 minutes walk along riverside footpath to the centre of town. Pretty setting with riverside tables in area reserved for residents. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Room was beautiful (junior suite with Juliet balcony overlooking river), very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good - delicious (gluten free) granola made on site and tasty halloumi and smashed avocado.

Was ideal half way stop off Lovely young lady didn't get her name, lovely easy check in with lots information provided from we're to go for breakfast to other bits & bobs. David (Dave) the Manager on shift was very helpful with few room moves and nothing was a bother, was happy to help, excellent customer service very professional and friendly, 1rst class Service. (Thank you for your patience) Love to also thank Karen on breakfast such sweet lady even offered to cook me vegan sausages with out me even asking, Karen you are lovely Gem 💎 such lovely team. Now the downs sadly, it"s noisey you are on a continuous road noise and we we're facing Mcdonalds also no fault hotel what so ever but avoid Mcdonals facing on Mondays, its bin day after 6am and yes we did pass out from the suprising ever so loudly those bins get emptied! The positives - lovely room, gorgeous lovely shower spacious and powerful. Complimentary breakfast lovely. Bar area lovely big spacious scent free which was just perfect.

Iv stayed at this hotel a few times now and it's totally great value for money ..there us always a bowl of fresh fruit on the main desk an amazing ice machine fresh canister of water all to greet you when you arrive from your journey to refresh you .the staff are amazing so friendly always smiling and very happy to help above and beyond..the rooms are always very clean and very comfortable always well stocked with hand and body wash shampoos.clean towels .the buffet breakfasts hot fresh good products. There is a macdonalds and a harvesters just a second walk away ..would totally recommend this hotel..massive thank you to all the staff. Great job guys .

Hotel was very clean, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, had such a great sleep and the air con kept the room at a perfect temperature. Bathroom was lovely and clean, shower was very powerful with lovely smelling shower gel!

This hotel is very well situated. Literally, just off the motorway, with a Harvester Restaurant, MacDonalds, and an Indian Restaurant in extremely close proximity. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. What I like very much, is that you have a choice of pillows, and we always choose Feather ones! Our room was clean and tidy, there was an abundance of hot water in the shower, and tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. If you wanted more, then there were additional supplies in the Reception area, to which you could help yourself. There is also a bus stop on either side of the main road, where the Hotel is, so public transport is available too. Breakfast was included in our room rate, which provided you with a good variety of hot and cold food choices. The only little niggle I had, was that the bacon was overcooked to begin with, which then dried out very quickly in the hot container, and this looked extremely unappetising, and was not nice to eat. I am sure though, that had I asked, this would have been rectified. This hotel, at the time of year we visited, was fantastic value for money, and we will be booking this again, at the end of the year

Exceptional value for money. Found this Hotel advertised on google as a last minute decision. Very surprised when we arrived in my car! Free onsite parking always a must 👍. Exceptional value for money. Checking in and out times are perfect, although i was on a girly night out with my daughter and it was getting late, we were allowed to make the booking more custom to us by choosing an allocated time of arrival to check in (2100hrs - 2200 hrs)! 24 hr reception service 👌. Greeted by well mannered staff upon arrival and straight forward checking in/payment process. Complimentary hot drinks when in room and very kindly fullfilled our request when needed more sugar, milk etc (I drink alot of tea 🤭)!! Lovely large clean bedrooms and bathroom including top of the range body cleaning products, Dove shampoo, shower gel and hand wash, right down to *toothpaste, brushes and ladies products *(upon request should you need any). The beds were comfortable and very clean. Definitely going to become a member and stay alot more regularly. Had the best night's sleep in what feels like weeks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
