We were stranded in RDU after a missed flight connection and stayed at the Hampton Inn for one night. The rooms were quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We called the hotel around 8pm and they sent a shuttle to pick us up. It took about 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel shuttle area just outside of baggage claim. When we arrived, check in was easy and afterwards my kids swam in the indoor pool—which was a little cold—but they enjoyed it nonetheless. There were a variety of items to purchase at the little market at a reasonable price. The following morning breakfast was clean and there were a variety of things to eat/drink for breakfast. We had scheduled the shuttle to the airport at 8am and Marcus took us to the airport. Riding with him really was the cherry on top of an overall pleasant experience. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, funny, and empathic when we told him about our situation with our airline. He connected with us about our hometown (Chicago) and made the kids laugh early in the morning after what had been a very exhausting experience at the airport the day before. If we return to RDU we will definitely return to this hotel.

we arrived at this hotel and just the view and the smell of the hotel was the first thing to hit us. It smelled amazing. Just smell clean and fresh and all management and hotel staff were just amazing everyone in good spirits happy to help all of them went above and beyond all the way down to the housekeeper saying hello asking how your day was just from the beginning to the end this was an absolute the best day we’ve ever had and we’re traveling basketball Tman and we travel from August until March all year long playing games in different states and this is by far the best hotel that we have ever been in and let’s not forget to mention the breakfast and the milk was actually cold. Start to finish five stars easily we appreciate everyone and everything for this amazing stay. Cybrena Davis was my point of contact and she was the best i’ve worked with !! My guys and I had the best trip !!

Spectacular. The desk staff were kind, and funny! Very helpful also. The room was SO clean. The shower/bath were spotless. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application. Most places have the wrong lighting & you can end up going out in public looking like a bit of a clown! Oh dear! The parking was brilliant & also had good lighting, no matter where you parked. Bed was SO comfortable & the pillows were delicious. LOVE the temp control on the wall instead of on the unit itself. Easy checkout.Thanks so much!

Absolutely the best hotel at this price point in the Raleigh area Spotlessly clean modern with plenty of amenities. Fantastic staff always friendly and helpful. If you want a great experience stay here you won't regret it. Also I want to say that Shay was awesome!! Friendly helpful and à joy to interact with!!

Stayed here when passing through NC. The stay was pretty good overall. Front desk was friendly. The bathroom in the standard king room is nice and modern. The room was clean. Not a big fan of the carpet as it did feel a bit dirty. Bed was moderately comfy. Could definitely be better. Tv had a good amount of channels. The pool was good, gym was fine. However, the breakfast wasn’t great. We ate dinner up the road at the Carolina ale house. Good food there. Overall a pretty good spot to stay in Raleigh area if you’re passing through.

I've stayed here twice in the last year, and it's my go-to hotel for the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly if you engage them in conversation. They really take care of you as you build the rapport. It's not a brand new hotel, but it's clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, not perfect, but I was able to have a two-hour Zoom in my room with no problems. The parking lot is very convenient. As always, Hyatt Place free breakfast is great for a hotel breakfast, with hot proteins, pastries, eggs, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea, etc. I love the Southern touch with grits at breakfast. I look forward to my next stay. The employees were really great when I had questions about the hotel, the area, etc. Highly recommended.

Excellent accommodations. The Hyatt Place Southpoint is now our Place to stay when we visit Durham. Beautiful lobby as you enter the property and the staff was very welcoming and attentive to our needs during the entire stay. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast buffet, complete fitness center, outdoor pool and a cocktail bar available as well. The Hyatt Place Southpoint did not disappoint.

Our recent stay at Hyatt Place Durham/Southpoint is a very memorable one, and for all the right reasons. I booked the room through the World of Hyatt app. As a member, I had earned enough points to get a substantial discount off the normal rate. Check-in went smoothly. The staff were polite, professional, and welcoming. They even remembered us from previous visits. The room, a suite, was amazing! The living area is comfortably furnished and has a large TV. The dining table accommodates four, had an overhead light, and a TV sized appropriately for the viewing distance. The kitchen is large, with plenty of cabinet space. It’s equipped with a microwave, a good—sized fridge, and a coffee pot. The bedroom is large, and has a closet and a dresser for clothes storage. A full-length mirror is mounted on the wall beside the closet. There are nightstands on both sides of the bed. The king bed is so comfortable that we didn’t want to get up! Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the complementary breakfast, we have done so in previous visits, and it is excellent. Eggs, meat, and a side dish such as potatoes or quinoa and spinach are the primary offerings. Muffins, waffles, oatmeal or grits (with a wide choice of additions) are also available. Coffee and juices are available as well. Although we hated to leave, our checkout experience was outstanding as well. We made reservations for our next two visits, and are looking forward to returning.

We stayed here 5 times from Jan-Feb and I would stay 5 more in a heartbeat. All of the staff from front desk to breakfast staff and housekeeping are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, quiet. Easy parking. Very good breakfast. And just to say it again, very kind and helpful staff.

In town to visit family and had a 4-night stay at HH Southpoint. My 6th floor room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Plenty of seating around the lobby and breakfast buffet area and friendly staff. This is not what you would call a walkable area per se (it is near a huge drive-to mall after all) but a great home base for the Durham/Chapel Hill area. There is the beautiful Tobacco Road Trail just a couple blocks down the road too. Will return.

Wow. EXCELLENT, quiet location, roomy parking, Easy check in-out. The staff ( evening AND early morning !) were absolutely STELLAR! So friendly and helpful. The room was spotless & beautiful. Clean-smelling too; fresh but not w/ the overpowering "clorox-cleaner" smell. Bathroom was also spotless! Loved the Dove liquid products. COFFEE!! ( Extra thanks for the decaf, which I drink at night!!!) Also loved the blackout shade. Bed was ridiculously comfy, pillows were just remarkable- wanted to take them with me! Cable was ho-hum ( as it is anywhere ) but wifi was excellent, so I used my laptop. Very quiet in the room. 3am wake-up call was BRILLIANT! Thanks so much!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House RDU! It’s a newer hotel—super clean, modern, and very family-friendly. We stayed in a spacious studio that worked perfectly for our family. The breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying, and the front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful. They always acknowledged my Globalist status, which I really appreciated. It’s a great location near the airport but still peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend for families or business travelers alike!

Everything was clean, the room was comfortable and offers a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and surrounding area was quiet. I was traveling with my dog and hotel has area all around for walking your dog which was great. Didn’t feel unsafe even after 9 pm. Location convenient to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and nice with plenty of offerings.

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at the Hyatt House Brier Creek, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The sales team went above and beyond to bring my vision to life, and to make sure the celebration was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and created the perfect space for my guests. The bartender was fantastic—friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing with great energy that my guests loved. Every staff member I encountered showed outstanding customer service, making me and my guests feel comfortable.

Brand new facility - clean and modern. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious, nicely fitted, comfortable beds. Island with work area and couch make it a great place to hangout or work. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful sitting area inside and outside. Love Hyatts for 12 checkout.

Amazing customer service! We stayed one night at this hotel before an early morning flight and it was a great experience! The rooms were very clean, with minimalistic furniture that we loved, including environmentally friendly toiletries. The lobby was vibrant and welcoming with an enthusiastic staff and guests playing games. The atmosphere was very bright, fresh and lively! The beds were incredibly comfy and we all had a great night's sleep. Our room looked out on the forest behind the hotel which was also pleasant. When we awoke for our flight, and found out it was cancelled, we left in a rush to get to the airport to rebook and left behind our allergy friendly food in the refrigerator. After arriving at the airport, getting rebooked, then going to have our breakfast, we realized our unfortunate mistake. The hotel is only about a five minute drive from the airport so we thought about taking the shuttle back, but the hotel staff person I spoke with, Carmel, was AMAZING, and went to our room, got our allergy food and gave it to Lazaro, the shuttle driver, who met us at the curb at the airport with our food. It saved us! A member of our party cannot travel without their allergy food. We are forever grateful to the kind and generous staff at this hotel. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Raleigh again! THANK YOU ALL!!!

Pros: Staff was friendly at check-in. Our room was modern and nice. Bed was comfortable. Area was nice. Breakfast and coffee was good. It was pretty quiet. Cons: The thermostat in our room was set to 71 degrees and the fan ran all night long, with no way to adjust it or turn it off. We inquired at the front desk about it and were told that’s just how they’re set. What? Ridiculous! Then when we were headed to breakfast (which had a fairly nice variety of things) the janitor was cleaning the restrooms in the lobby area near the breakfast area and it smelled very strongly of Pine Sol. Couldn’t he have waited until AFTER breakfast?

Beautiful facility. Welcoming & accommodating staff made sure I had everything I needed. Loved breakfast bar & coffee was very good. Facility looked new, very comfortable. Huge shower, loved the dispensers for soap, shampoo, body wash! Air conditioning unit very quiet with wall thermostat. TV was huge! Room very spacious. If at airport again, will certainly return. Could hardly hear planes landing & taking off despite close proximetry to the runway.

Clean, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery, this small hotel was perfect for our two-night stay. The room was fresh, the staff friendly, and the mini fridge a convenient touch. We felt safe, enjoyed a simple but adequate breakfast, and loved the location—just 5 minutes from the airport and close to major landmarks. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport was beyond amazing. From the moment I arrived, Taylor at the front desk provided outstanding service, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The entire hotel was spotless, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The food was also a highlight—delicious and satisfying! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 2 days/nights. Room was perfect temperature, beds very clean and comfortable. Morning complementary breakfast had a nice variety to choose from and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Convenient parking. Large lobby with several semi-private seating areas for meetings or just relaxing. However, the lobby has a bit of a sewer smell. The staff member who checked us in was a little odd, remarking in our conversation that most of the employees of the hotel couldn't afford to stay there. That made me feel very uncomfortable. That staff member was not there the next day, and The hotel clerk on duty was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were very nice, spacious, clean. We had a problem with the sliding bathroom door. Not locking very easily, but it wasn't a huge issue for us. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, I would choose to stay here again.

This hotel was perfectly located and was well staffed and clean as a whistle! Nice friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast was impressive and fresh. Felt like I was home and my hubby was cooking for me! I stay at alot of hotels that offer complimentary breakfast and it doesn't look like this one! Will be back!

Easy to find, and two blocks away is gas; fast food, and grocery store. No breakfast was being serviced but they provided a breakfast to go for you and you filled out a selection to get what you prefer. Friendly staff and room was spotless. Comfortable mattress. Air conditioner worked great and was quiet. TV is large and easy to run. We had a nice microwave and refrig. The bathroom was very large and clean. The room was very relaxing and no noise. Hard to believe we were even near an airport. I will return to this hotel again. Highly recommend it.

( I ) really enjoyed my stay at this location,this was my 1st time visiting RALEIGH, from the time the hotel's shuttle ( Ms.KESHIA) picked me up. Ms.Keshia, was very nice & professional,she honored my request & acknowledged that I'm an IHG, member. General Manager, Ms.AZU, went out her way to assist me & was "extremely" professional,courtesy, &customer friendly. As, a result of these (2) individuals i reserved a second night at this locations. ( I ) just wished that the "breakfast" preparation & variety, were better. Other than that my stay was very comfortable. Thank-You!!!!!!f for the RELAXING, stay.

My husband and I recently sold our house in Chapel Hill and needed a place to stay for a few days once our belongings were packed. We were looking for something clean, convenient, and reasonably priced and this fit the bill. True, it's not a large room but it had ample space for our needs and I actually prefer the open air hanging rack to an actual closet. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but the Rube Goldberg style pancake maker was fun and the coffee was good. Tonya, who it seemed was in charge of the breakfast area, was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, other than Tonya, none of the staff we came into contact with seemed to understand the concept of hospitality. When you walked into the building or past the front desk they would avert their eyes to avoid any interaction with the guests. No smiles, no warmth, nothing. But it was spanking clean and the bed was comfortable so we'd definitely stay her again if we find ourselves back in town!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the convenient location, to the friendly and accomodating staff, to the clean, well-appointed rooms, and all the amenities one could hope for. And even though the hotel is adjacent to one of the busiest thoroughfares in town, zero traffic noise can be heard inside The guest rooms and all public spaces are inviting, spotless and well maintained. That includes the gym/exercise room, patios, and dining/leisure spaces. The public areas are well designed, which creates a convivial atmosphere even for guests who are strangers to gather. There is a wide variety of quality food and beverage options for travelers on the go, and the free breakfast exceeded our expectations. As for our room, the bedding was extremely comfortable and pristine. There's something to be said for high thread count sheets. I got my best hotel night's sleep ever. The bathroom provided everything one could need in convenient forms. Great wall-mouted , easy-squeeze lotion, shampoo, and body wash, a plentiful supply of wash clothes and towels, a really roomy shower, and a warm, non-slip floor. And I had a hard time prying my son away from the high quality big screen TV. A+ Stay

Clean and comfortable. Everyone was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee was really good. The morning clerk was extremely nice. She offered us breakfast during our checkout. We opted out due to testing being done at the hospital. She gave us a number to call for help with rooms for people in that situation. Amazing.

We were seeing a show at the cat’s cradle so it was great to just walk across the parking lot. Also there were several restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Also there was another staff person whose name I didn’t get but who was tidying up the breakfast area. He was so friendly and helpful to the guests.

We came into town for a Carolina game and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The desk staff was particularly helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to Franklin Street and the university. We took the Franklin Street shuttle to the game, and the hotel was in a very convenient location for that. The room was comfy, and the shower was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean, and the check in was simple. Employees were incredibly friendly and organized. Stay was affordable and pleasant. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the pool was clean. The whole time I felt very relaxed and was even checked on by staff during my stay to make sure I was enjoying it.

Fast and friendly check-in. There is an open floor plan restaurant and bar right in the lobby, which was lively. We had dinner at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient. They offer cocktails and also made me a non-alcoholic version of one of their cocktails, which was delicious. Enjoyed the smoked half chicken dinner. Our room was quiet and comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues that could have been reported by housekeeping or previous guests but might not have been. The mirror in the room was off it's anchors and sitting upright on the desk. Also there was a hole in the bathroom wall that might have held a hook at one time. We reported these two things and the front desk staff was receptive and said she would report them to maintenance. Overall, a very comfortable and restful stay.

Stayed here as a “halfway point” to another destination so we were only here to sleep and continue on our way. Great property. Clean, comfortable, quiet in room, all the expected amenities. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had. Really. Staff extremely helpful, kind and professional. Location was great for us in terms of being right off the freeway and close to a Costco for cheapest possible refueling before we hit the road again. We spent no time in Durham so can’t comment on location relative to sites or areas of the city. But for us it was perfect.

We travel to the Hilton Durham 3800 Hillsborough Rd frequently for medical care. The staff always make us feel at home. The rooms are very clean, well appointed and newly renovated. We love the bar and restaurant! MedStay gives us a great rate! We honestly couldn't ask for any more than to feel like home and treated like family after traveling almost four hours. Lynette, Sierra and Mary greet us with happy faces each trip! Mrs Donna brings hot coffee from Starbucks to compliment a delicious breakfast buffet. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else!

Location convenient for our road trip. Clean, updated appearance Very good food in restaurant....nice to not have to search for a restaurant for dinner. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Beds comfortable, my mom said it was the best sleep she had in a long time!

The Front Desk Manager was SO incredibly accommodating and understanding! My best friend and I arrived at the location at 1:55pm, even though check in wasn't until 4pm, because we drove straight there after having to check out from another hotel in Greensboro. We were both miserably sick and utterly EXHAUSTED, as we both had severe bronchitis and horrible head colds. Without hesitation, she let us check in 3 hours early, at no additional charge- just so we could get into our room and collapse! 🙏❤️🥹 I've never experienced an accommodation that significant and it was so truly appreciated! The room was clean, the beds and pillows were SO incredibly comfortable (which I can rarely say, because I'm permanently disabled and have multiple severe degenerative spinal injuries; as well as multiple other widespread health issues and diagnoses that cause nonstop chronic pain throughout my body). The free hot breakfast buffet and Starbucks coffee were great, and the bar in the on site restaurant had some great cocktails. Would have loved to have been able to try their specialty BBQ menu, but we were both too sick to try it. The room rate was extremely reasonable for a Hilton Hotel, and I loved that the standard check out time was 12pm, vs. 11am everywhere else!

This hotel is definitely an amazing place to stay. The staff went above and beyond from the time we checked in until we checked out. We arrived an hour and a half early and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She has a great sense of humor and checked us in early into our and explained everything about the hotel and what amenities were provided. Since we checked in on Thanksgiving day and were tired we at the restaurant and the food was amazing along with we at the restaurant and the food was amazing along with the waiter. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be booking another stay real soon.

We only stayed for a night, but everything was clean and well kept. Our only complaints were that we were told breakfast started at 6:30 am when it actually started at 7 am, and this mattered because we were on a time crunch leaving the next day. Also, there was some miscommunication and we were under the impression that breakfast was complimentary, so we were surprised to receive a bill we had to pay for. Happy to pay for services, but please make it clear upfront that breakfast is paid and don't mislead guests. Additionally, there was a sign on the breakfast bar stating that any items carried out of the breakfast area would have to be paid for. Having to pay an additional cost for any breakfast items carried out feels very stingy for paying guests, especially on top of the paid breakfast, which is a flat fee per person.This is also pretty unusual for a Hilton hotel. We were only staying for one night urgently and on a budget, so it would have been comforting to have our morning meal included in the price of the room. We may or may not choose to stay here again, and we will definitely be double-checking about costs that are or not included.

You can usually get a feel for how your stay in a hotel will be when you check in. Antonio checked us in and set the bar high. He was so warm and welcoming. He made me feel like it was genuinely his pleasure to have us stay at Double Tree. We were tired when we arrived so his infectious smile and his upbeat attitude were really appreciated. I asked him for a room near an entrance door due to a mobility issue and he graciously accomodated my request. He even made sure that I got the extra pillows that I requested. The room was clean and comfortable. I went to the bar for a drink while my husband napped. The bartender, Kris, was fantastic!! He was personable and made a great drink. We decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant. Luckily for us, Kris the bartender was also our waiter. The service was outstanding as was the food. My salmon was cooked to perfection and my husband kept raving about how incredible his pasta primavera was. From start to finish our stay at this Double Tree was outstanding.

This is a great and very unique property with lots of inviting outdoor spaces, a wonderful staff and great hospitality. I stayed here four years ago (upgraded to a sweet balcony room) and stayed again last night. I enjoyed dinner at the bar (the Reuben was awesome) and the bartender was great. I didn't have breakfast but lots of folks seemed to be enjoying it this morning. But it's the southern charm of the property itself that I particularly like. Nice lobby that is both large and intimate at the same time. The front porch has rocking chairs and swings. There is an expansive outdoor area outside the bar that has lots of great seating and TVs, overlooking the cute little pool. Beautiful landscaping all around, and everything just seems welcoming. Yeah, it's an older property but they're keeping it up well. I would not hesitate to go back.

The breakfast was great. every morning my parents and I came down for breakfast and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The food was delicious. The space was clean and nice Also the bartender made a great margarita, and was really friendly.

WOULD I STAY HERE AGAIN: Yes. OVERALL REVIEW: Clean room. Friendly Service. Great Stay. RECOMMENDATION / REASON FOR 4 STARS: Providing WiFi is a great amenity to your guests; however, providing open WiFi with no passwords, or logins, etc. is a security concern for your customers. WiFi should not be accessible to anyone that is even in the close range of the hotel. Additionally, the cell phone 5G signal for AT&T was 1 bar, which forced me to join your wifi. This is not good and I would recommend doing something about this for your future customers, especially if you have a lot of business type customers. ROOM: The room was gorgeous. Clean and presentable. Loved the layout and the homey type feeling it provided. PILLOWS: This is normally something that I gripe about all of the time. Outside that they were a little small, they actually were not bad and provided some support. TOILET: I complain about these in every hotel; although not here. Chair height! Well done! I did not feel like I was sitting on the floor when using the rest room. VIEW: Not the best, but I was only there for one night and less than 24-hours. Thus this was not important to me. STAFF: Awesome. Very friendly. Great personality! DESK CHAIR: I did not like this as much, but like I said, I was only there for one night. It just was not very comfortable.

I ended up staying here because my usual places were all booked. Pleasantly surprised! The building does have a few minor blemishes. Everything was clean and tidy. The hospitality more than made up for any shortfalls. Lauren, who checked us in was friendly & helpful in recommending places to eat. After dinner, we had drinks at the bar and a great conversation with George who was personable and an all around great guy. Breakfast was tasty with great fresh fruit options. Rene, who checked us out was another smiling and friendly face. We will definitely be back to this Hyatt!

Let me begin by saying that the staff here are extremely friendly and always willing to be helpful. The breakfast is good. I wish they had individual yogurts, but the food was good quality and there was always fresh fruit and plenty of coffee and tea. The beds are comfortable, excellent pillows, and the suites are generously sized. I love having a big fridge in the room - the stove-top is kind of a waste of space. This is a wonderful place to stay - especially if you're staying for an extended period of time. The fitness center is of a good size for this hotel type - always had fresh towels and sanitary wipes available; there's also water in the FC. The rooms are showing their age - especially in the bathrooms - But they were very clean. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Ironing board but no safe.

We travel frequently and stay at many Marriotts. This Residence Inn is the best we ever stayed at. I like that our room was away from the main traffic of the front lobby but convenient enough for their delicious breakfast. Our room was spacious and very clean. They set up the room for the traveler in mind - I especially like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall in the shower - makes it easy to use. The towels are soft- the kitchen is well stocked- regular coffee maker- microwave and full size refrigerator and stove and oven. TV in a nice place to watch from bedroom or anywhere else in the suite. Very secure building. We will stay here again when in the Raleigh area.

This hotel is quiet,affordable and clean. The bed was comfortable, the pillows however, were not comfortable at all. I had to roll up a towel and use it as as support with the privided pillows.The complimentary breakfast options were good and there was a variety of choices from eggs/sausage and potatoes to self made pancakes, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal with toppings of your choice,yogurts,feash fruit. Drinks available were juice( apple/orange) coffee,tea or hot chocolate. Parking is not an issue. The hotel is extremely close to the airport with a few food places nearby.

We had a wonderful time at this super clean hotel. The beds and pillows were perfect and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just what we needed, and the automatic pancake maker was a big hit! Everything was in working order and you can tell that the people that work there take pride in their job. I highly recommend these accommodations and look forward to staying there again.

Booked a two bedroom suite. Staff was excellent and very friendly and engaging and explained their food services for happy hour and breakfast. Room was very clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is near RDU airport with flights right over head....so if a light sleeper this is not for you. Very nice and safe place.

Great value, ample room and a great location within easy reach of the airport and I40 expressway. Very comfortable bed, good blackout curtains and quiet. Breakfast is included a fair variety such as waffles, bagels, cereal, oat meal, scrambled eggs & turkey sasauge links. Staff is friendly and accomodating. had a super early flight so I didn't get breakfast but the room was stellar. SO clean! It had a wonderful fresh smell, not a disinfectant smell. The Shower was super clean and the water pressure was fab. Love that extra thick shower mat, and the pump dispensers in the shower instead of bar soap & shampoo/conditioner bottles. The bed & pillows were ridiculously comfortable, & the linens were So soft & cushy...the coffee was surprisingly tasty & very welcome at 4:30 am! The day was humid & very hot so that A/C felt fantastic! Parking was a tad full due to construction work but you could still find a light to park near. The best part was check in with Mandie, who was super helpful and ever so friendly, smiling & polite. Easy morning check out. Very close to RDU , but a little construction also at the entry road, so be careful. Thanks much!

Had yet another great stay at a Holidy inn property. The hotel was very nice, clean, convenient with ample free parking. I did not get to enjoy the free breakfast, however the fruit bowl and danishes/ muffins left next to thé healthy fruit infused water cooler in the lobby was an excellent touch. Thé 2 front desk clerks I interacted with, Dominique at check in and Sarah at check out were wonderful. Dominique even looked up my IHG member numbert for me. Thé hallways were very clean, well maintained and attractive as was my room. The room had 2 queen beds, nice desk and desk.chair. Also had another nice lounge chair with ottoman. Nice tv with working remote that was in a clean plastic bag to promote germ free.I never had to touch the raw remote. The A/C worked well. There was a safe in the wardrobe, a mini.fridge AND MICROWAVE. This is important to me as many places now dont provide microwaves. I will oftentimes avoid properties that dont offer them thus making it impossible to reheat leftover food. I did not notice airplane noise much . When i did, it was not disruptive. The bathroom was very nice, decent size, large counter, tub/ shower combo, Great water pressure and HOT WATER ! I am a critic of those properties with poor pressure and lukewarm water. No problem here. I would recommend and stay here again.

This was a great place to stay after returning from a 12 day trip to Europe as we were able to park our car for 12 days before we flew out & stay overnight on our return at a reasonable price for a room with a delicious breakfast & parking for around $227. They have a friendly service & an airport shuttle. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of choices with their delicious cinnamon rolls, pancakes, a delicious western omelet and more. Also at night they had a very delicious chocolate cake. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we fly out of RDU.

The location of this hotel was great. They are situated right near the airport. They have a shuttle that will take you to and from the airport. They have a few eateries nearby, so you can grab a bite to eat without going too far. They are centrally located if you have to go to Raleigh, or Durham. It won't take you long to get to the many universities (e.g. Duke, UNC, NC State, NCCU, Shaw, and Meredith) nearby. The room was nice. It was very welcoming. Great bedding and choice of pillows. Loved the bed!!! The bathroom was nice, the lighting and vanity were amazing. There were even toiletries provided. There was a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig mini coffee center in the room. There was also an option for a safe breakfast following Covid restrictions, and there was a good variety of offerings for breakfast. There was also a small store shop in the lobby for snacks, meals, and toiletries. There was a business center, where you could complete work. The service was fantastic! They were phenomenal!!! We could tell that safety was a priority during our stay. All of the staff that we encountered were wonderful. We were greeted daily upon departing and arriving back at the hotel. Raheel, Davis,Fran, and David made our stay feel like we were a 5 star resort. They were very personable and informative about local landmarks, weather, and restaurants. We were definitely pleased with our stay, and we would stay here again.

My overall stay with my fiancé was very nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the amenities like breakfast and an onsite bar were great. My only two negative experiences were upon entering our room, we noticed that we had no tv guide, and a non-working remote. The remote was set up where we could not change channels with it. Only turn on the TV and change the volume. Secondly, there was no Do Not Disturb sign for us to use. Our stay was only for two nights and both days housecleaning was an issue. They came first without us knowing while we were out and messed with our belongings. Then they came a second time, while we were asleep in the room. This felt like too much for a two night stay. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The shuttle to and from the air port was exceptional. The water and air conditioner were perfect. The complimentary shower soaps were perfect. The internet was great. The fridge was cold. The microwave worked great. The hair dryer worked. The tub drained with no standing water while showering. The staff were helpful but quick to assume.

This was our first time traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic and we chose Marriott due to their cleanliness standards. All areas of the hotel, including our room were super clean and there were social distancing measures in place. Brooks at the front desk was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This hotel is also very convenient to the RDU airport and the interstate. The Bistro restaurant was closed due to COVID-19, but the hotel offered a free continental breakfast with pre-package food, orange juice and coffee service which was nice. We enjoyed the nice outdoor seating area with tables and a firepit.

This property used to be a Marriott Courtyard and is now a Sonesta Select - which is a new hotel brand. Many staff are veteran Marriott employees - professionals! The person who checked us in and Mindy were wonderful. We also received a welcome bag w water and a packaged cookie since we registered to be a member with Sonesta. The room was very clean and had great beds and an ergonomic desk - you could pull out a lower section for my keyboard and mouse. I appreciated this! The lobby has an area where they used to sell breakfast and drinks before COVID. However, they aren’t offering any food now. They said it might happen in the future. Right now they have free hot coffee and tea in the morning and iced water w lemon throughout the day. They also have an area near the reception desk where they sell snacks and drinks, including alcohol. We ended up walking 3 minutes to Wendy’s for breakfast sandwiches. Later, we walked to Wendy’s for lunch. You have to drive to get to other food options. There was a good variety of seating arrangements with outlets and tables and sofas in the lobby. There’s an outdoor pool and tables in a courtyard area. This is very close to the airport. It was quiet at night but we began to hear many flights around 8 am. Tip: You can book a room at Sonesta ES across the street for rooms with kitchens and free breakfasts. That used to be a Marriott Residence Inn. It was a pretty good value for the room but I wish they had breakfast food.

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled at the Raleigh airport. The Sonesta was everything you need in that situation. Available, close, clean and quiet. The guest services folks were super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. All good!

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights while working a tennis tournament. It is a very clean establishment with nice sized rooms and a decent breakfast. Most impressive was the shower with plenty of hot water and outstanding water pressure. The staff absolutely exceeded my expectations. VERY courteous and helpful. You could get a van to drive you to 6 or 7 restaurants in the area.

So happy that I chose this hotel. Customer service is back!! Staff was so professional, kind, efficient. Lobby was welcoming, clean, and nicely furnished/decorated. The ambiance was relaxing- I knew I could rest well as soon as I walked in. The room was fantastic. Double bed with a separate living room area. All the amenities that we could need were available. I loved that there were full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash rather than the wasteful travel sized bottles. Beds were wonderful, temperature was perfect, hotel was very quiet. There were plenty of breakfast choices, and breakfast was free. I usually only have yogurt so I can't say much about the food but the coffee was great! I will definitely stay here again.

We were picked up by a hotel shuttle and the driver was friendly and helpful with places to eat. Right across the street in a culdesac street. We were greeted by the receptionist immediately and I noticed a bar to the side, small intimate in the lobby- serving basic drinks. The bartender helped us find the best place to eat and we went on her instruction to the chop bar and grille, It was scrumptious. I had the crab cake and fish and chips which were out of this world! Our room was huge, with a sitting area, couch and chair, refrigerator and behind a wall divider, 2 absolutely comfortable beds with really nice linens- The room was quiet and darkened- I slept like a baby. Breakfast was both hot and cold options, multiple drink options and really good coffee with a variety of tea options. check out was smooth and reception called us an uber to transport us to the train station. That was an interestingly good ride!

The hotel is in a very convenient location to the airport. It’s clean and the staff were very welcoming and had great customer service. The rooms are clean and updated, the normal Hyatt Place set up. They never ran out of coffee and the breakfast menu was plentiful, however, the quality of food was not great. Eggs had a plastic flavor (I normally like powdered/fake eggs) and were inedible. The potatoes were hard as a rock and the sausage was burnt and dried out. They did have bread and oatmeal cups available. The fruit was also not fresh and felt like it had a film on in. Maybe it was just as “off” day but we did not enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but that would certainly not keep us from staying here again.

Absolutely everything. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and roomy. The divider between the beds and sofa. The sofa was a wrap around that let out into a bed. Cordless phones, real ice buckets, real glasses and coffee cups. Nice restaurant and bar 24/7. Great food and snacks and the breakfast was great with real plates and silverware. That was very nice. Also very quite. We couldn’t even hear the planes flying over and we were on the 4th floor. Oh and did I mention how clean it was and how AWESOME the staff was? 🤣 Super property!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of service. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The real test of great service came when I got locked out of my room. What I thought would be a quick fix turned into a much bigger challenge—the key cards just weren’t working, and I ended up stuck outside my room for over an hour and a half. Despite the inconvenience, the staff couldn’t have handled it better. They did everything they could, trying multiple solutions and eventually calling in someone to manually unlock the door. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were kind, apologetic, and clearly doing their best to resolve the issue. Things don’t always go perfectly, but how a hotel handles unexpected problems says a lot—and in this case, they went above and beyond. I’m grateful for their effort and professionalism, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I have stayed here several times and I will say it’s a must stay! I like the location. It’s around the corner from shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. The staff every time have been very pleasant. The room its self is very comfortable. It is clean and enough space. The bathrooms are amazing! Walking glass shower as well as Great lighting! Truly a pleasant experience! The bar in the front always has guest enjoying a great cocktail and having a great time. While not being overly loud or obnoxious. It’s just a vibe.

Stayed her Feb 11 before a super early flight on the 12th. It was FAB. Lighting in parking lot was excellent. Bright & lights up your car no matter where you park. Check in was a breeze, hostess was super pleasant. Room was BRILLIANT! Felt very elegant, like 50s glam. Place was spotless & had a fresh kind of smell, not powerful like cleaning products. Bath was amazing, & the bed was SO comfortable. I was just plain ANGRY to get up when the alarm went off at dark o'clock am! LOVE the blackout curtains, the microwave, fridge, & my own coffeemaker ( take THAT, TRU by Hilton!) Very close to the airport, but far enough away to be quiet. Thanks much !

Stay here! This was by far the best Residence Inn and possibly the best hotel that I have ever stayed. It started with a helpful and very professional greeting to an impeccably clean facility. The lobby was welcoming with ample seating area. The rooms were clean and like most residences inn had lots of space snd a full suite of appliances. Breakfast and coffee were on point! Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels and a few other items. The server was available at all times and was cleaning a table as soon as someone left. Although this was a family trip, I stay in lots of hotels due to my job. I only wish all were half as good as Residence Inn of Chapel Hill. Thank you to every employee that I met. It was obvious they took pride in there job, the hotel and customers.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Chapel Hill and had a great experience. One of the highlights of this hotel is its proximity to Wegmans grocery store, which was an awesome plus for me. Additionally, being very close to the highway made it incredibly convenient for travel purposes. The overall ambiance of the hotel was quiet and comfortable, allowing for a peaceful stay. Moreover, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the accommodations, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Marriott Chapel Hill for those seeking a convenient, comfortable, and clean place to stay.

We’ve enjoyed this fine hotel on many previous occasions — and it’s always the highlight of every trip to North Carolina. Everything about the property is top-notch, from the immaculate grounds, the safe and well-lighted parking and the spotless facilities. You will love the fitness room with 2 treadmills, 2 Peloton bikes, an elliptical, mats, towels and free weights. The laundry room has 4 washers ($1) and 4 dryers ($1.50) — and everything works! Business center is operational. You will also be impressed by the friendly professionalism of staffers like Jerry, Kyle and a night desk man who will astound you with how cheerful he is even at dawn after working all night. If you miss breakfast (6:30 weekdays, 7 a.m. weekends for 3 hours), you will never forgive yourself: Scrambled eggs and another hot egg specialty each day… bacon and sausages alternately… some of the best homemade biscuits you’ll ever taste… fresh oranges/green apples/bananas… individual milk cartons (even fat-free)… and of course a variety of breads/bagels/scones. Rooms have windows that open and are screened. Only a few rooms come with an oven so be sure to plan ahead if you need one. The views of nature all around the hotel are inspiring. Room was dated but clean & bed comfortable. AC was noisy but wore ear plugs. Breakfast was excellent & loved the full kitchen inside the unit for our week stay. Have to drive everywhere tho as shops, groceries etc across the freeway & not walkable. Staff especially Lawrence was amazing & super helpful! Will stay again when in Chapel Hill!

One overnight stay, Sat 5pm- Sun 11am next morning. The hotel was clean and welcoming. However, I did have trash in the bathroom trashcan in my room. At check in I was informed of the free breakfast and given the Bistro card showing "Redeemable for One Breakfast Entree & One Grande Coffee of the Day" times it was available, Mon-Fri: 6am-10am Sat & Sun: 6:30am-11am. I went to the Bistro at 10:42am prior to checking out and I was informed that they closed at 10:30. I inquired to the young lady at the bar was this a one time occurrence, she responded, No and proceeded to do what she was doing. I went over to the front desk to check out and brought it to the attention of the front desk personnel that the Bistro card shows breakfast ends at 11am on Sunday. She informed me that, no it's 10:30am. I would like the manager or corporate to be aware to follow through on the services you advertise. Often selecting a hotel is based on the additional amenities offered. Please consider reprinting your Bistro cards or display signage with the correct times of operation. I would stay at this Marriott location again.

The hotel was beautiful - nice big lobby, our room was very spacious and everything was extremely clean and well kept. The night manager was also very helpful. And the breakfast was delicious - everything was fresh and made to order.

The hotel is off the main thoroughfare into town. It’s set back in a wooded area which is serene and peaceful. It’s a beautiful and clean facility. When I walked in, I was greeted by Nakita who was gracious, helpful and professional. Most places are not helpful when I make the request to book a room in advance for someone. Nakita responded with a smile and assured me it could be done. She retrieved my Marriott Bonvoy account and then was able to look up what room was booked last year since it worked well for the individual with mobility issues. When she learned it was blocked off for renovations, she found a comparable room and put a hold on that room for the reservation date. She was pleasant and courteous the entire time. I was so impressed. I travel enough to appreciate excellent service and Nakita provided a high quality service level I’ve seldom encountered. She represents all that Marriott Hotels are about—courteous and exemplary service. Nakita is a gem!

We spent six nights at the Courtyard Chapel Hill while traveling with two disabled family members. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and accommodating. Robert at the front desk deserves special recognition—he ensured we had adjoining rooms and made sure all our needs were met without hesitation. His professionalism and genuine care truly stood out and set the tone for a great stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and accessible, and the hotel overall was quiet and well-maintained. I highly recommend this property, especially for those traveling with family members who require additional support.

It’s proximity to food and shopping. We were in from Ga for our nieces surgery at Duke and the property was very close to the hospital. The jacuzzi tub was nice after a very long day. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were wonderful. The staff was amazing, especially the Front desk ladies.

The hotel is decent. I can tell it's been around for a while but they've put in some effort to keep things presentable. I had a one bedroom suit. The bathroom could use a slight update. It has a large mirror in the jacuzzi/shower that definitely needs to be removed.

I have booked two weeks in a row at this hotel due to needing to be close to UNC Medical Center. Every single staff member has been welcoming, helpful, and always available. I booked the king suites both times with the whirlpool tub because I love a good soaking tub! Both of the king suites I stayed in were spacious with a mini bar/sink area including a small fridge and microwave with plenty of storage. The king size bed was very comfortable with soft clean linens and the blackout curtains made it extra cozy. There were two nice flatscreen tvs in the room, one in the living room area across from the sleeper sofa and one in the bedroom. There was also a nice desk and chair with plenty of lighting options throughout all of the rooms. The bathroom was very spacious with the very large whirlpool tub/ shower that has me wanting to remodel my bathroom at home honestly! The location was perfect for me because I was close to UNC but also there is a large shopping center right across the road, very close to several restaurants- I personally had takeout from Outback and Kanki Japanese restaurant (both within walking distance) and both places were great! The hotel hallways always smelled very clean and I felt safe using parking and all the facilities as a solo traveling female which is very important to me. I would and probably will be staying here again. Definitely my top choice for value, safety, cleanliness & comfort.

The suite we had was very spacious and adequately clean. The sofa and chair had quite a few stains on them and the table top had some residue, but the bedroom was very clean and the sofa bed was nicely made up. The furniture and bathroom counter front had moderate markings and wear, but it was clean, as well. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was adequately stocked, offering hot foods and cold. The service was good, with polite and thoughtful staff. It was a good value, and we would definitely stay again.

This was an exceptionally nice facility. Our suite was spacious and laid out well. It was clean, comfortable and smelled nice. The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give the highest rating is because the breakfast was not the most appetizing. Something about scrambled eggs swimming in liquid and limp sausage just does not appeal. The coffee was decent though. I would stay here again.

I booked here bc they had a free shuttle to the airport, but it doesn’t run until 4a.m. Our flight was at 5, so we ended up having to get and pay for a taxi. Would stay here again.

Great customer service and very clean! The common area for breakfast was clean and very modern. The mini store could use more of a selection but was not too bad. The pool was clean and inviting. My partner and I enjoyed the stay and were impressed with the customer service! We live in New York City, so this was a great change of pace and customer service!

Convenient location near freeway and Duke. Clean and comfortable. Newly renovated with plenty of outlets and good wifi. Mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar. Plenty of parking and hot water. King room has pull out sofa if needed.

I had read some pretty unfavorable reviews on this property, but it still sounded worth trying and I am pleased to say it was a great stay! The front desk night manager Neerag was friendly, helpful and kind. And all of the staff we encountered were as well. This hotel was clean, well kept, had a the traditional HI Express breakfast that was nice,and hot. Tho I didn't use the pool or exercise room, I stopped by and they both looked great. It was quiet, the AC worked just right (room 322), and maid service was perfect. This was a great find, well priced, and I'd stay again. Thank you!

On our way back to GA from MD, we decided to find a place in Durham to stay to rest. We based our decision on previous trip advisor posters. This is a very clean with modern decor location. The free breakfast set up is one of the best that I have seen. The eating location is very organized and clean. The older gentleman who does the food prep is nice and does a great job. The hotel is located very close to I-85 but can be a little noisy. It is also close to a dance club district I believe. We arrived on a very late rainy Sunday night so it was quiet. The staff is very nice( a big Thanks to the night mgr. and Gwen) who took care of us. I will use this location in the future to stay over on long trips. I will be back...

Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, pretty white with an amazing mirror and shower head felt great! Breakfast had a great selection, bacon, turkey sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, potatoes, yogurt, cranberry juice. Pancake machine was down but didn't need with other selections. Close to our needed destination. Noisey since it was close to interstate but no problem sleeping. Desk attendant was very accommodating for us since we were moving from another hotel that had cold showers and he got us early check in!! Highly recommend!

Very friendly, helpful, welcoming front desk staff at all times; room was immaculately clean and comfortable; i felt very safe and comfortable staying here during COVID times, and have stayed here twice in the past 8 months.

We were in town for an event in Greensboro, and we decided to stay an hour away at this location. The minute we walked in it smelled so great, reminded us of a Starwood property, and glad they have the. scents like all SPG hotels always have, now that they are one brand. The rooms are clean, new & large - ( we had a corner room). The staff was very extremely friendly & helpful. The lobby was great! We hung out for hours and played games, had a drink, and ordered door dash. The only downfall was that the food selection at the hotel was not good for dinner or breakfast. We ordered out, but there are plenty of places to walk to get food. For breakfast they were out of cream cheese, almond milk, etc.. so we had to walk to Panara or Starbucks each morning. The AC in the room was a little loud, but the comfort of the bed made up for the sound. Overall this was a fantastic courtyard Marriott.

Our stay at the Raleigh Cary Parkside Town Commons Courtyard was the absolute best!! Amazing location, walkable to a variety of restaurants and entertainment. Most importantly, the staff, especially Millie, are so kind and welcoming. We truly felt at home during our stay here. Not to mention, it is exceptionally clean and comfortable! Very accommodating!

Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. I especially want to mention, the Breakfast Server, she was awesome! We ordered breakfast and everything was tasty!!! I would definitely recommend a stay here, and please get the breakfast!

The was no breakfast at this place, but because it was a one bedroom apartment we did not expect breakfast. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The location was great for us. Appreciated how very clean our place was and the building in general. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fire alarms were triggered twice over 2 days and the personnel at the front desk were very hands on. They keep updating us about what was happening and notified everyone when it was safe to return to your room. It also has the convenience of being located near a Walmart making shopping extremely easy.

It was beautiful suite with a full kitchen, a comfortable living area and separate bedroom. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet close to shopping and restaurants with fast efficient check in and checkout. Lobby area spacious, great for watching TV and gathering, although tv stays loud in lobby in wee hours in the morning if you are looking for a quiet spot. But they did have an outdoor area that was quiet.

This hotel is well kept & clean. Desk staff is friendly & helpful. Breakfast is good- eggs, potatoes, & meat, along with cereal options. You- make waffle machines available, but in bad shape. Shopping is close, some within walking distance. Desk has a list of restaurants in the area. I recommend you ask them for local places instead of chains to enjoy area specialties.

The location is in a very environmentally open area with access to entertainment and shopping. The hotel itself was amazing. Breakfast selection is upscale different than any other continental breakfast buffet. Staff were very pleasant and informational. I’ll definitely be back.

Clean, new facility, close to hwy, but quiet, right next to shopping and multiple restaurants, room was beautiful, right in between UNC and Duke, loved the breakfast, hot tub, little indoor pool, 24 hr fitness. Great amenities for the price.

We had a lovely stay - room was clean and large (not compact) and comfortable king bed. Great shower. Hotel was updated and pleasant. Very convenient right off rt85. Staff super friendly & helpful. Janine and Angeline at the desk were great. Decent breakfast, nice space. No options for GF though.

Nice clean Hotel convenient location. Spacious rooms and great staff. Tobias at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the area was nice. Coffee is always available. One of the nicest Hampton I’ve stayed in.

Was in the area for a show at The Carolina Theater. Hotel was an easy 5-10 minute car ride away over mostly residential streets ~ no need to get back on busy roads/highway. Situated across the street from hotel was Kickback Jack's restaurant/sports bar. Walked over for a quick meal before heading to the show which was a real convenience (good food too ~ check out their daily drink specials!). The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet (our top 3 requirements). Good breakfast selection and coffee available all day in the lobby. Upon arrival there were trays of freshly baked cookies as well. Will stay there again the next time we are in the area for a show.

Our room was exceptional. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very large, well laid out and even though we had two large windows facing the interstate hwy, it was extremely quiet. Breakfast was great. Hot and lot's of variety. Plenty of coffee! We were there for a show at the Performing arts center which was just 2 miles away. Great location and a decent restaurant/sports bar right across the street.

The pillows were so comfy, room was quiet, staff was friendly, hotel was extremely clean- I’m an inspector and of course inspected my room before getting comfortable and NOT ONE SPECK OF DUST. It was so clean. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

There are very few hotels close by. This is the best we found. Rooms are clean, front desk helpful ( Antoine was friendly and accommodating) close to a good Mexican restaurant and big bbq one, and Walmart! Rooms are spacious and clean. Lobby is small though, just some breakfast tables. Breakfast included.

I stopped over for an overnight and was very impressed. This location is newly renovated and very stylish. I love the fresh scent when I walked in the room. Along with the new updates, you can smell the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable and lots of lighting options to make your room as bright or cozy as needed. The staff was awesome upon checking in and checking out. And they give a 12 noon check out. That's amazing!!!! And I still needed extra time and they gave me 30 more minutes. I only needed 15. Wonderful experience!

Last stop on a 3k mile roadtrip and best night of sleep. Hotel is doing lobby renovations still but the rooms were done - really nicely - super comfortable beds, pillows, etc. Bathroom was really modern and done well, shower was fantastic- great water pressure and lots of room. Breakfast was still available despite the reno work being done. Staff was super friendly and even offered to keep the pool open an extra hour the night before as we had been driving all day and our kids were thinking about swimming. Will keep it on our list of places to stay when we come back for campus visits at UNC and Duke (easy distance).

The hotel was clean and updated. Staff at check in was not very friendly. Breakfast was fare. Very little fresh fruit except BLANd overly plastic wrapped apples and no bananas. The water at this place tastes TERRIBLE. This makes the coffee and any tea made also not pleasant. I recommend a water filter.
