Excellent breakfast with delicious breads and other baked goods, fresh fruit and fruit juices, excellent scrambled eggs constantly being replenished. The pool was lovely and refreshing after our long drive, and the view of the orchards and grapevines from our room was so pretty. Beautiful modern bathroom with great shower.

It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment. The bed is amazing and the apartment has everything you need. It is quiet at night and it’s just a 15 minute walk to the city center. You’re close to praia do sul. The view is out of this world if you love sunsets and the ocean, but who doesn’t?! The owner Rui is an amazing and welcoming host. He’s very helpful and has a lot of fun tips (restaurants, activities etc.) A must stay if you want to visit Ericeira.

Rui, our host, is very courteous and helpful, explaining all the features and facilities available within the apartment and complex. He also gave recommendations for local restaurants and bakery Clean, bright and spacious apartment with secure underground car parking with lift & stair access. There is a balcony with views to the ocean from the large living dining area. Home from home with all appliances including microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher washing machine and clothes horse for drying clothes on the small balcony of the kitchen provided. When the doors are open from either balcony you can hear the crashing surf. Highly recommend staying at the Ericeira Sunset Apartment, which is close to the beach and boardwalk to the town centre

Great place and very sociable owner with a good sense of humor. The apartment is beautiful, it has a spacious balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean and the city. You can admire the sunsets for hours. Inside there is everything you might need, the bed and sofa in the living room are comfortable, no problems with hot water or wi-fi. There is a parking under the building and you get a personal place for your car, it's very convenient. Ericeira is a 30-minute walk from the house, along the beautiful ocean. It was easy to visit Sintra, Lisbon, Cascais from here, but at the same time we lived in a quiet, peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Rui, for your hospitality!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. It was very well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The two balconies were perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. We also appreciated the underground parking space. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, which is also very beautiful. The host was very accommodating, explained everything upon our arrival, and was always available with great tips throughout our stay. He was very friendly and attentive. We loved staying in the apartment and want to express our sincere thanks.

Our stay with You and the Sea was fantastic. The staff (especially Rodrigo) was super friendly, professional, helpful, accommodating and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The facility offers everything a family need to have a relaxing and carefree vacation. The apartment was VERY spacious and offers all the amenities one needs to feel at home. The view on the balcony was phenomenal to watch the sunset every evening. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. Location is perfect. Walking distance to beach and center. Clean, spacious, bright and beautifully furnished with a stunning view enhanced by the floor to ceiling doors. Lots of small attention to details that made us feel welcome. We appreciated the beach/shopping bag, bath essentials, robes, washing machine and welcome note. The outdoor space was our favourite, welcoming, quirky, playful, fragrant and artsy - perfect place to sip on a well-crafted cocktail from the outdoor bar or try the skateboard wave. The location was amazing with a fantastic walking path to easily reach many cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery and beaches.

The apartment was spotless and cleaned everyday. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine all like brand new clean. Rooms were large and comfortable with clean beds and bedding… spotless Food at the restaurant was good and optional breakfast was good value if booked in advance. Staff are all very polite, helpful and welcoming. Helpful and honest.

We had the BEST time at You and the sea…we are a family with 2 children 12 and 14 and this hotel suited us perfectly. The apartments are huge, lovely comfy beds and everything you need.. easy to do self catering if you wanted. We loved the hotel breakfasts… such a highlight! The hotel had everything in it to keep both our kids entertained- loads of games, great pools and skateboarding / football/ surf lessons.. my husband and I got to really relax too.. the little bar by the pool is great for lunch / snacks and happy hour is not to be missed! My kids also loved the indoor pool all lit up at night.. they swam at 9.30 most evenings…loads of families with kids of all ages - works well for little kids as well as older and teens too… we also loved that there were families from all over the world.. our kids made friends from the first day there. We also totally fell in love with ericeria ..it’s only a 5-10 min walk into town and there are loads of great restaurants and cafes/ ice cream shops etc.. very chillled and also some restaurants on the beach where you can watch the sunset. Beach is also great and only a 5 min walk from the hotel. Our favourite restaurants were Balagan (Morrocan style food) Costa fria (amazing tapas.. best I’ve ever eaten and Great place to watch sunset) .. we also like pizza from papa verde.. we got a takeaway and ate on the beach… We will definitely be back! A total gem of a place.. thank you ⭐️

The owner is so welcoming and offered us an upgrade. We were in the olive room. The b&b is new, spotless, comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and offers meat, cheese, yogurt, breads, sweets, juice; one day we hadceggs, the next pancakes. The breakfast room is bright and large. Nice balcony, good wifi, and good parking. It's easy to drive to Mafra and Ericeira for day trips. This is a great quiet place if traveling by car.

We liked our stay mainly because of the amazing staff! It’s a great location but you need a car to get around. The breakfast was great , we got a different selection everyday. Beds we’re comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. There is a hairdryer in the room and good shower pressure with hot water. Very quiet and has beautiful views ( views depending on the room)

1) The staff is amazingly friendly and ready to help at a moment's notice. We even met the owner of the hotel, who assisted us in getting to the required location on the first day of our surf lessons! The manager of the hotel also took care of renting bikes for us for the duration of the trip. 2) The room itself was beautifully decorated; the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom amenities plentiful. 3) There is a coffee machine + tea in the lobby, which is always available and free to use! 4) The pool area is peaceful and enjoyable to use. 5) The breakfast was very delicious, though not particularly big (there is are different pastries and breads + savory meats and sweet jams + different kinds of breakfast cereals). Additionally. each day there is a “mystery dish”, which can range from tomato-mozzarella-bruschettas to mini-pancakes with acorn syrup! 6) Wi-Fi connection is great everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay and extended from three to four nights. Very nicely and comfortably furnished. Clean and new. Nice pool with great view. Very quiet. Very friendly landlady and staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Size of room. Huge balcony with bench and table. Parking opportunity. 10 minutes to Ericeira + beach by car.

The beach house is a very relaxing spot a little bit out of the town. It had parking onsite and was easy to explore the nearby area. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious, light, and we enjoyed the terrace. They provided pool/beach towels, and recommendations for the area which were helpful. Later check in was straightforward, even with no receptionist.

The hotel is a collection of beautiful old buildings in well maintaied gardens and a cute wood at the back. We stayed to go to a picnic at the nearby Quinta sant de ana. Our room was cosy, with the most comfy bed and had a nice little outside area for our dog. They had a common room with comfy chairs and a box of kids books which our daughter loved. The pool was huge and has a shallow kids area too, and the jacuzzi was the perfect temperature - which is hard to find in portugal! It's a nice stay for the weekend but it may get boring for any stay longer than that.

I cannot say enough about this gorgeous haven of a location. It was easily accessible from Lisbon (we traveled by ride share and the cost was very reasonable) but felt like we were tucked away in a remote location. The grounds were beautiful and clearly well-maintained. I felt completely at peace in the thoughtfully curated outdoor spaces. The staff was friendly and kind, always making sure that we felt comfortable and well-cared for. We felt like we were amongst friends. The continental breakfast was generous and tasty and the dinner options were delicious and prepared by an amazing chef we were happy to see at several meals throughout our stay. We enjoyed the spa, including massages, that left us feeling relaxed. Our room was well-appointed (and smelled amazing!) and we agree that the bed was the most comfortable we had throughout our entire trip to Portugal. We enjoyed leisurely walking the grounds and lounging by the pool and just felt so lucky to get to spend time here. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone traveling to Portugal and cannot wait to return at some point in the future.

The location is perfect, staff is helpful and there was a fantastic dog "Coffee" who was our faithful mate during our stay. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was also very good. There are a lot of services and amenities offered by the hotel. If you like tranquility and nice landscape I can wholeheartedly suggest this hotel. I can suggest the restaurant as well if you don not want to travel far away for a good meal. Lisbon is around 40 minutes away by highway.

Relaxing place, wonderful staff (including the happy dog called "Café", coffee in Portuguese). Breakfast was nice and the restaurant dinner was spectacular. Perfect place to spend your jetlag days.

very quiet rural area so nice for a few days getaway. Staff were friendly and very helpful throughout although we did have trouble getting through on the phone on occasion. Two bedroom apartment was excellent. Roomy and airy with excellent air conditioning. Could have done with a settee in the lounge area of the apartment as there was no where comfortable to sit. Having said that there were plenty of places in the grounds to take some time out and a really nice, quiet common area with plenty of seating.. The pool was excellent and deep . Only grip was that Wifi was a bit patchy .

I paid about $105/night for three nights on Hotels.com. Room was small but not cramped--I had space for everything. Minifridge. Wifi. Good bathroom with good shower--plenty of hot water and water pressure. Excellent A/C unit that you will need in the summer. Good included breakfast. Good location close to bus stops, restaurants, etc. Five minutes to the palace. Friendly, professional staff who speak English. It's a clean, comfortable modern building...no better place to stay in Mafra...

We had a lovely stay with a great selection of both continental and English breakfast options, complemented by a wide variety of hot and cold beverages. All the staff were extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Although it initially lacked an iron, ironing board, and coffee-making facilities, the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly assisted us in overcoming these issues. Their dedication truly made a difference in our experience.

We really enjoyed our room—it was larger and cleaner than expected. The bed was not only huge but also had a very comfortable mattress. The light tones in the room added a nice touch. It was tough to leave on the day we visited Mafra Palace because the room was so cozy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff was friendly, allowing us to leave our bags until we caught the bus. Thanks for a great time in Mafra!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because this hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! From the very first moment, the service was absolutely outstanding – every single staff member was incredibly attentive, warm, and welcoming. The design of the hotel is simply stunning – so chic, tasteful, and aesthetic. Even though it’s small and intimate, it feels luxurious and perfectly curated. The atmosphere is pure relaxation and serenity, exactly what you need for a dreamy getaway. Our room was bright, cozy, and opened right onto the pool. The bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable, with crisp linens and the softest towels – every little detail felt thoughtful. I also loved the high-quality bath products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner) – such a nice touch! The facilities are top-notch: a heated pool, a well-equipped gym, a steam sauna, a regular sauna, and even a cold plunge – we used them all and absolutely loved it. Breakfast was another highlight: delicious, fresh, and made with quality ingredients. You can choose from the buffet or the à la carte menu – and it’s all included. On top of that, the hotel offers electric bike rentals and even some complimentary activities, which made the whole experience even more fun. I truly can’t recommend this place enough – everything was beyond perfect, and I’d go back in a heartbeat! 🌟

So serene, modern/newish decor and great service! A welcome drink when you arrive. Everyone working was very friendly and helpful. Amazing views as you walk around the property. I loved the sauna, cold plunge and steam room for free with an amazing view of the cliffs. The dinner at the restaurant was good as was their breakfast with a nice selection of baked goods, fruits, and fresh preserves. Definitely worth taking 1-2 day trip from Lisbon to see the Silver Coast where the World Surfing Championships take place.

An absolutely fabulous hotel from when we arrived - at the ample on site parking- and were greeted by the very friendly and welcoming Andre and Martina on reception. Being greeted with a welcome drink was a nice touch. Our room was really comfortable and well appointed with everything you could possibly ask for provided. Everything felt bright and new. The en suite was spacious. Andre on the bar and Bruno and Anita in the restaurant were so attentive but not intrusive. Nuno the chef (and his whole team) provided some of the best food we have had in a long time. Breakfast was varied and ample - and delicious with cooked eggs or pancakes included in the continental offering (hats off to the breakfast staff). All the staff seemed happy which reflects a good work environment. Special mention to Veronica who is a credit to the hotel…checking on a regular basis to ensure you want for nothing and to give advice. Overall this hotel, perched on a cliff overlooking 2 bays really is a hidden gem…. We’ll be back!!

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Manager was very responsive to feedback and staff went the extra mile to attend to our needs, and give us the personal touch. This made for a five star experience. Food in the restaurant was delicious - particularly the fish soup - and breakfast buffet offered a good range of fresh produce (fruit, baked goods, fresh juices. charcuterie, cheese, cereals, yoghurt) and freshly cooked eggs. Other dishes were available at extra cost. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate, with beautiful view over the rugged coastline. We did a beautiful yoga / pilates class with Sophia and had relaxing massages with her twin sister! A dream team. There were some nice touches such as fresh fruit in the gym and in the lounge. On the last day we had complimentary pina coladas by the pool!

I have had a lovely time at Villa Gale, we stayed a little over three weeks. The breakfast buffet is so good with a huge variety, we haven't gotten tired of it yet. We have loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, from the staff at breakfast, our room lady , the front desk people but especially Ruben the activities person. He has made us smile everyday from the stretch classes he ran, the kids games he played (with our friends children) which had them all laughing and various other activities he has run have all been full of energy, encouragement and smiles. The staff really have made our stay a positive experience. The rooms are very clean, air conditioned and comfortable, the pillows are fluffy, the bed was comfortable enough, the views were spectacular (we had an ocean views room.). Have had really good pina coladas from the bar on level one, and amazing salmon wraps from the pool bar. I got a massage and facial from the lovely spa staff, it was so relaxing and good. I felt amazing after. There is a gym, sauna and Turkish bath too. The pools are very clean, there are four, an indoor one, a childrens one, and two that are slightly deeper than each other, we never felt crowded at the pools, and there is ample seating around the pools. Thank you souch for a wonderful experience.

Location and view is just exceptional. Restaurant is good and personal is very friendly. Breakfast is good with wide range of quality products. I would recommend a room with balcony and sea view. Environment with pools and bar is very clean

The Vila Gale Ericeira is an older style hotel sitting on a headland overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The room was comfortable with a shower over the bath. The breakfast selection was incredible with a wide variety of food to select from and there was even a chef in attendance to cook your omelettes, pancakes and eggs the way you want them. There is a large outdoor terrace overlooking three swimming pools and one heated indoor pool. You can order food and drinks while on the terrace. There is also a bar area with tv and a snooker table. From the hotel it is only a short stroll to the main square, where there are lots of cafes and restaurants as well as entertaining buskers. We visited Sintra from Ericeira.

Loved the long leisurely breakfast on the sunny terrace. Great range of breakfast food hot, cold, savoury and sweet. Omlettes, eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Delicious pastries for after,. We had a lovely spacious twin bedroom with a balcony but no sea view this time. Overall can't fault this lovely hotel.

Immerso Hotel is necessary when visiting Ericeria, Portugal. This 5 Star Hotel offers all the amenities for a perfect vacation. We stayed four (4) nights in one of their deluxe rooms with a peek a boo ocean view. The rooms are well appointed with nice large showers, good AC, and comfortable beds. Minutes away from the many beaches for sunbathing or surfing. The hotel will arrange for door-to-door car service, a plus for visitors that do not have a car. The concierge will help plan a lovely day of sightseeing, surfing, fishing, biking, or dinning in the area. They are extremely helpful and knowledge always greeting you with a smile and willingness to help. The terrace is lovely, an excellent spot for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour during sunset. After a long day, relax in the pool, take a jacuzzi or steam bath in the spa. The hotels offer a wonderful, ebikes, and yes, daily yoga classes for its guests. There is a full-service restaurant that offers a stunning buffet breakfast or cooked to specialties. Lunch and dinner are available as well. The large saltwater pool is amazing with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, and a full-service bar. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you – The Team at Jetsetz

Beautiful location - quiet with lovely views especially the sunsets. Comfortable bed and clean room with lovely towels, robes and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with excellent fresh fruits and a good selection of freshly cooked menu options. The cocktails were good as well as wine options. the menu was delicious. I dined in all 4 nights of my stay and found plenty of choice. all the staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. As a solo traveller I found this especially helpful for relaxing. I sincerely hope I will return one day.

It is a very lovely property, on the smaller side. Only has 37 rooms. The views are spectacular of the ocean from the main lobby, pool area. You do need a car or Uber to get to the nearby beach, Ribeira D’ilhas. I would recommend visiting this beach, it is beautiful & has a lovely restaurant & public restrooms. Great surfing too. We did take an Uber to & from old town Ericiera. Very affordable and a short wait ~5 min. The hotel has a very calming, bohemian, modern feel. The bed/ linens were very luxurious and comfortable. The property is very quiet, we had a lovely rest. They also provided turn down service and brought us a dessert & another large bottle of water. We enjoyed dinner at Emme with a lovely bottle of wine & tasty dishes. Daniel provided excellent local recommendations. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was top-notch. Fresh mango, kiwis, assortments of meat/ cheeses, breads, eggs juices, coffee, etc. Parking on site was free. We did not have a chance to take advantage of the spa or gym facilities. They did hold our luggage and surfboards and delivered all baggage to our room when the room was ready. We had one of the Inspire Rooms overlooking the garden.

On the way back to Germany by car, we spontaneously spent two nights at the Immerso Hotel in Ribamar/Santo Isidoro near Ericreira. The hotel is situated on a hillside with a wonderful view of the bay. The 37 rooms are located both in the larger main building and in 2 smaller accommodation units on the hotel grounds. There were warm guest towels at check-in and a welcome drink on the beautiful pool terrace, a lovely welcome! The rooms are modernly furnished with a separate bathroom area. We slept very well, pillows and mattresses very good. Special mention should be made of the extremely discreet, attentive, personal and fast service of all the service staff, both at breakfast and at the outdoor event “Emme on Fire” with a wonderful 6-course fish menu at a fair price-performance ratio with DJ accompaniment. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, gluten-free products also available, the fruit in particular was a specialty in terms of taste. Cake, scrambled eggs, omelette, avocado, green salad, tomatoes, salmon, simply wonderful to have breakfast on the terrace with a view, if you are a fan of filter coffee, you are also in good hands here. Coffee specialties can be ordered from the personal table service. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back, muito obrigada!

We stayed at the Immerso Hotel for four nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and built, with fabulous views over the Atlantic coast of Portugal. The hotel is located just outside of Ericeira, and feels quite secluded. Our room had a balcony overlooking the gardens, with the coast in the distance, and it was lovely. The furnishing and decorations, both in the rooms and the public areas were comfortable and stylish, and the whole place was immaculately clean. The bedding, towels, and toiletries were of a high quality, and the huge bed was very comfortable. We made use of the well-equipped gym, and the sun-beds on the pool terrace, whilst we were there. The breakfasts were terrific at the Immerso, and we also had a couple of lunches and evening meals. The hotel restaurant is by no means cheap, but the food was of a very high standard, and we really enjoyed it. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who enjoys staying in stylish and comfortable accommodation, whilst maybe feeling like they’ve ‘stepped off the grid’ a little.

I found Selina was in a great location only a short walk down to the beach and supermarket. Amazing pool and terrace with sea views. The staff were all very welcoming and catered to any needs. They have excellent selection of activities available through the hostel if you wish - Bouldering, Surfing, Yoga. I stayed alone and the other guests were friendly and fun! I would definitely come back to stay here as it was a super fun place in a great town.

Everything was perfect, the hostel is clean, has a very comfortable common area with workspace, and restaurant, the breakfast was lovely. The staff was really friendly and helpful, some activities (like morning yoga) were not yet available since we visited in the low season, but the person at the reception made sure to find us a different yoga teacher just a few minutes down the road :)

If you choose the six-bed dormitory, you will feel comfortable and protected. The room has air conditioning and on cloudy days you can make it feel cozy. My overall impression is that it's a down to earth place. With good food, easy going staff and an eye for decor. The yoga classes with Sōfi are amazing. And even on a cloudy day there is something to do because of the variety of rooms. The space is cozy and comfortable. And the investment in the six-bed dorm really pays off. It is absolutely comfortable. Thanks for everything and all the best.

The place felt very beachy and peaceful. Great breakfast, a lot of options to choose from. Good coffee too, which is special in Portugal haha. My room was clean and as a hostel, they also provided shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner in the room. You are also offered a welcome drink when you get there which felt very welcoming!

this was a quick stop for me, the staff was cool and friendly. the chillito had great fish tacos for dinner. the pancakes for breakfast were delicious. the facilities and space was fine for the night. its a good location, near town. Selina is beautiful and super chic. the views are amazing.
