The bed was comfortable. The Jacuzzi was in the main room so you could soak and watch TV at the same time. And you can catch the trolley from the parking lot.

We loved having an arcade, putt putt, pool and jacuzzi as part of our stay. And Myrtle Makes on site was delicious

Its a nice quaint spot thats affordable! The jacuzzi tub is lige changing. Staff were all great and oir stay was top notch!!

Inn of the Ozarks is an older property, but has been kept updated. I have stayed several times and always find the rooms exceptionally clean. The rooms are large with large flat-screen TVs. The food in the on-site restaurant, Myrtie Mae's, is delicious with an extensive menu and salad bar. (Be sure to order the Possum Pie for dessert.) Myrtie Mae's is one of the favorites with the locals, especially for breakfast. The friendly desk staff and restaurant staff make the stay very pleasant.

Room just as pictured! It was comfortable, large enough for two people who are just friends (so many rooms seem designed for married couples!). The bathroom mirror was actually bright enough to do one's make up. I liked that the sink area was separate from the shower and toilet so one could be in the shower while another was at the sink or drying their hair, etc. There was a full length mirror; they cleaned every day and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side is there is no elevator so taking one's luggage up a flight of stairs can be a challenge for those over 70. The other downside is the lack of complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant on the premises and it was very good, but that means one has to wait to be seated.

We decided to book the private jacuzzi room and was not disappointed. The room is very cozy and the view was extraordinary. After we made a mess and told the owner, she was very nice and understanding and helped us out a lot. 11/10 would definitely return!

We loved the nautical themed room, the patio was a wonderful place to enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake… it was perfect during the day, the sunset, and at night… we had a jacuzzi room so that was the icing on the cake!

The room was pleasantly updated from what I viewed on the website. It was very clean, including the jacuzzi tub. Excellent view of the lake and the sunset. Pool was too cold to get in during my visit, but it had just opened and the area was nice. They even provided you with pool towels. I read about the hummingbirds online, but never have I ever seen so many hummingbirds in my life. It truly was a cool site to see them each evening. Fridge, microwave and table with chairs. Full bath/shower in addition to the jacuzzi tub. Received a nice orientation to the town upon check-in by the owner. Oh and did I mention the firepit? I didnt use it but it was available with a stack of wood next to it. I would stay here again!

What a great motel with excellent rooms and unbeatable scenery overlooking Beaver Lake. The romantic jacuzzi room was fantastic and perfect for sore muscles. The pool was beautiful and clean and I appreciate the motel providing clean swimming towels for use. The only negatives are very minor in lieu of my happiness with this motel. The hot tub did make the room unbearably warm; it'd be ideal if the A/C unit could blow colder air. The in-room coffee was not very good. Bring your own grounds and filters. There is no continental breakfast so the property and Expedia need to update their amenities list. With the in-room microwave and fridge, I was able to place an InstaCart order from Aldi's to get coffee, breakfast sandwiches and food for the weekend. All in all this was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Heated indoor pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Staff was very kind and helpful. Very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Indoor pool and hottub were a hit with thr family. The breakfast was great also, only wish there had been some fruit available.

Pool area was cool with movie. I think the sceen needs to be moved for all to see even in the hottub area

Outstanding staff and consistent indoor pool activities. We've been staying at Wyndham for over 3 years, 2-4 times a year to visit our parents living in Eureka Spings and my 13yr old twin daughters love that there's ALWAYS a family movie playing in the atrium right at the pool & jacuzzi EVERY night! You can't beat that entertainment! Thank you to the best hospitality staff I have ever come across, you are a big part of why we can't wait to get back to visit and have made the time between visits shorter and shorter over the years 😁

Loved the view and balcony. Bed was super comfy enjoyed the jacuzzi tub.

Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties. Maybe because I shared I was from another country, not sure I still left more a little more tips on top of what he added. Our server Erin for breakfast was awesome, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I hope this is helpful; this is my third time in this hotel and I always have a good time.

I have been here before, but have never stayed the night. The staff was all above-normally WONDERFUL. Steven and Gavin were particularly great, and so was our waitress at the 4th Floor pizza restaurant. We also loved our driver - we would simply call the hotel and they would pick us up downtown. The hotel is amazing, quiet, safe, and very charming. The shower water temp was iffy, but it’s not a complaint because it is a bldg from 1886. Be sure and go on the ghost tour!

I have stayed at the Crescent numerous times over the years, including holidays. The staff is always helpful and efficient. The facility, although old is well-maintained and kept clean. The rooms are nice and updated yet maintain the Victorian charm. Our room was spacious and although we had a smidge issue getting the AC to stay on once we got it figured out it worked great! Room was very quiet.

Our room did not have a chair. The night lights from the exterior of the hotel were impossible to completely block out with the blinds. Otherwise everything was great. The staff in all areas were helpful, professional and friendly — could not have asked for better. Breakfast buffet was excellent. A great getaway for us

Bed was very comfortable. Room was Clean. Little bit of paint chips on bathroom door, but other than that, good for the money, and the AC worked good. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Very pretty grounds and we saw a deer right outside our room. Would stay here again.

The owner is incredibly nice. He has made many renovations since our last stay and we are always happy with our stay. He has redone a lot of the pool and it was so relaxing. Our jacuzzi tub was nice, the beds are comfy, and the jacuzzi room was very romantic. We stay here every trip to eureka. The jacuzzi suites are at the back of the building which gives them privacy. Amazing stay!

Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly and inviting to the hotel. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The room was nicely decorated and my husband appreciated the recliner. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay!

The over all stay was amazing the only problem was the jacuzzi tub and the shower were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves

It was clean. The owner was friendly. However the room had 3 lamps but the room was still very dark. The jacuzzi was not that easy to get into or out of. The fridge wasn’t really set up to hold much. But everything was clean, it didn’t have a smell, nothing was out of place.

The furnance/ac wasnt working properly. And the knob feel off the jacuzzi. But it was great other than that.

I loved that when we arrived there was an envelope on the office door with my name on it that had our receipt and room number enclosed. The key was in the room. Easiest motel check in ever! I liked that we had a smoking room. Those don't hardly exist anymore. The jacuzzi tub worked great even though the on button falls off. It was way better than the one in the Cliff Cottage suite I paid over $200 to stay in a couple of years ago. I actually hope they don't update this place because $74 for a romantic suite is awesome! We will definitely be back as long as the price stays low.

This is a great no frills hotel that didn’t break the bank. The pool area was clean and the pool was well maintained. The hotel is older but the rooms seem well maintained, everything was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The only detractor was the pillows and they can bring my own next time I stay here! We will stay here again.

Though this motel is definitely dated and a little rough around the edges, it offered a charming and clean room. We were a little concerned about the well word door knob and lock. (They really need to upgrade to modern, sturdy key card locks.) Check in was seamless and prompt with friendly interaction with the front desk clerk. Our room was positioned along a balcony with a beautiful view of the hollor below. Overall, a great value for this area.

I’ve stayed at most of the lodges in Eureka Springs, and the Razorback Lodge was possibly the best value of all of them. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was what you would expect for ES, a clean comfortable place to lay your head.

The building is an older building. However, it looks interesting and was not run down. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and was a big room. The jacuzzi was nice. It was a great location, right across the street from the trolley. I'd recommend using the trolley. Parking lots were often full and many of the streets downtown are narrow and winding. Using the trolley is very helpful. The room also had a large tv with many channel choices.

From the moment we checked in and met Chris, we felt truly welcomed—like returning guests, even though it was our first time staying at the Matterhorn. Chris was warm and professional, and to our delight, he upgraded us to a suite right away. The suite was incredibly comfortable. Despite outside temperatures in the high 90s, the air conditioning kept things cool and pleasant. The living room furniture felt new and upscale, with a supple leather sofa and loveseat that were perfect for relaxing. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a microwave, coffee maker (with coffee supplied), a spacious mini fridge, and even a bar area with a sink. The king-size bed in the bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, and there was plenty of space and furniture to store our belongings. While the hotel is older and perfectly maintained, it’s full of charm and character, built on multiple levels with interesting nooks and crannies to explore. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with vibrant flowers and unique plants that give the entire property an almost European feel. The pool area was also very well kept and became our favorite place to unwind with a swim after exploring the town. We highly recommend the Matterhorn for both romantic getaways and family vacations. Quaint little place on the highway within walking distance from downtown. If peaceful and quiet is what you like, this is the place! The hosts are extremely friendly, beyond anyone we've ever encountered. It was like we had been guests for years, and it was our first. Pet friendly if that's what you need. Nice little pool to cool off in and a tower to look out over the area. Coffee and a fridge in the room. Tv with a good selection of channels if you must. All in all, one of the best places to just "get away" Did I mention friendly and welcoming. LOL, if you're not looking for anything real fancy, this is the place for you. And don't forget to give Jackson a pat on the head.

It was cozy and owner very friendly and welcoming. It was quiet and loved the balcony with the rocking chairs. Very relaxing.

I've stayed in several places in Eureka Springs and this hotel is hands down my favorite place. This is my 2nd stay here and I will continue to stay here when I visit. The rooms are comfortable, quiet area, shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water. Pet friendly and a good spot to walk the dogs. Owner is friendly and the check in has been smooth both times.

It was very clean! We enjoyed it and the staff was amazing! They helped with our needs. We needed a corkscrew to open a wine bottle and they provided. The jacuzzi tub was awesome and we had more than enough hot water!

Great location. Not too far from everything Eureka has to offer, while also not being in the middle of all the chaos. Cabin theme is very cozy. In room jacuzzi was amazing.

The location was minutes away from the historic downtown, and close to several restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Loved the jacuzzi! Water pressure was good. The lady who checked us in was really nice, and our room overlooked a lovely wooded area.

Came up for the Antique Auto show found out its tomorrow, but this is an incredible place to stay, right off hwy 62, wonderful King Jacuzzi room for $90 with free continental breakfast, in room fridge. Very friendly and Clean.

We stayed for three nights over spring break, the rooms were clean and very well kept. Staff was helpful and kind, and it was exactly what we were looking for on a budget. The in-room jacuzzi was a treat. Shout out to Yolanda for keeping our room tidy and welcoming!

Stayed Sunday thru Wednesday. It was quiet. The pool was a little cool (it is October) but the hottub was large and hot. Hot coffee and basic continental breakfast each morning.

Absolutely LOVED the hottub and pool and outdoor area! The shower had new tile, and the beds were very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

We had a very nice stay. Room was clean and in a very quiet area. The in bedroom jacuzzi bath was wonderful.

The hotel is beautiful and feels very original. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the GIANT jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room was fantastic. We also had the pizza from the bar and pizzeria and it was very good.

The hotel is beautiful with a rich history that made it a fun place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the top of the hill. The pool was lovely with ample lounge chairs, tables and several cabanas with couches and armchairs. We loved the poolside bar service with cocktails for the adults and virgin frozen drinks for our kiddos. The outdoor bar was exceptionally fun—they have so many games to play, including a giant chess set, jenga, bocce, shuffleboard, axe throwing, corn hole and more. We lingered in the swinging chairs and had drinks while we played bocce. It was great to have several bars and eateries on the property. We had dinner at the pizza restaurant upstairs, and we appreciated the convenience. Plus the food was actually really good. It’s a bit pricey but we’re paying for the convenience. It was also nice to have the bar upstairs at night and we had a few drinks that we took down to the back porch. One exceptional part of our visit was the staff. It was my daughter’s 10th birthday and they made her feel special with a few little gifts (a sheet of stickers and a squishy ghost) and sweet comments. We love that the hotel really embraces its haunted reputation, it was fun to indulge in that. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a stellar experience all around. We’re already looking forward to a return visit.

Spa services were great. Hotel is authentically preserved and very interesting. Room was functional and quaint. Restaurants and bars were great; pizza and drinks on the roof are a great way to end your day, breakfast buffet in the Crystal Ballroom is very tasty. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The pool is clean and cool and lots of towels available. Plenty of parking.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Friendly staff. Plenty to do on-site and free transport off the property. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the Crystal Dining Room was fresh and yummy even at 10:30am when they close at 11a. Had a double queen room, it was more than spacious enough for a girls' trip. The bathroom was adorable with what I assume is original or from the 30's remodel. 💯 recommend.

The hotel room was very dated but fairly clean. The employees were very friendly, especially Cheryl at check-in. Because the only window faces the common walkway, curtain was not left open and the room was very dark. The sheets were clean and bed was comfy but the comforter smelled of urine. I didn’t notice that until I was laying in bed that night. Pulling away the comforter remedied the problem, so I just slept covered with the top sheet. Not sure how often the comforters get washed, but that one needed it. The toilet area w/shower was very tight but good that the sink and counter were separate from the toilet/shower. The breakfast was very good and served in a cute tea room in a separate building behind the pool. Beautifully maintained gardens on the way to breakfast. You had to go down the stairs to access the Tea Room. They did mention that they could drive you there if you had mobility issues. There were delicious fluffy biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, quiche, pastries/breads, cereal, juice/coffee, oatmeal, etc. It was a good price, but seeing how many options there were in town, I would probably try a different place next time.

What a wonderful experience. Walk into the airy and exquisitely decorated lobby and be greeted by the friendly and knowledgable hosts. Superb staff attentive to your needs and all happy to be here and understand the word "hospitality". Extremely helpful in an emergency situation. Beautiful gardens including the pool area. Best hotel breakfast with frittatas and homemade coffee cake amongst the "staples". And I haven't gotten to the room yet - comfortable beds, quiet - walls not paper thin. Refrigerator and microwave. Clean, comfortable. No reason to stay anywhere else...and the owner is on site too, not a faceless corporate entity.

The staff is very helpful and there's plenty of free parking. You can board the city tram right outside the hotel. Omelet, potatoes, bread, butter, coffee, and waffle for breakfast. The swimming pool is clean and the breakfast place is huge, clean, and spacious.

We had a very nice stay at Quality Inn Eureka Springs South. When we arrived, we were greeted by Cheryl at the front desk, who was very helpful with dinner recommendations and things to do in the area. She made a great first impression and was welcoming and helpful all thru our stay. The hotel has a charming early century feel and is landscaped beautifully with short scenic walking paths around the grounds. The rooms were dated and could use brighter lighting but were very clean with new linens and towels. Rooms had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of foods. We would definitely stay here again

This hotel is gorgeous! It had beautiful gardens, absolutely incredible decorations in the 2-story well-appointed lobby, clean rooms, and a huge hot breakfast in a dining room that was decorated like a fine restaurant. The whole feel of the common areas was Victorian. This will be our choice of stay in Eureka Springs in the future. It is in a very quiet area. Best of all was the staff—-friendly, helpful, and accommodating from the manager Chris to Cheryl the afternoon clerk. Thank you!!
