just out of the highway, it had the perfect location for us since we just needed a place to eat and sleep. It's a brand new hotel. comfortable bed, room had very good lighting, nice hot shower and was very clean.

The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was very delicious

O hotel atendeu nossa expectativa. Tudo limpo, fomos bem atendidos, o café da manhã é muito bom. O estacionamento é em frente ao hotel, lugar específico. Sentimos seguros e satisfeitos.

Hotel com quartos novos, boa cama, chuveiro excelente, atendimento dos funcionários muito bom e eles foram muito prestativos. Estadia agradável, voltaria mais vezes :)

Excelente opção para quem quer conhecer Floripa e arredores! Quartos amplos, ar condicionado potente, chuveiro bom, funcionários muito simpáticos e ótima localização. Recomendo!

For those looking for a peaceful place on the beaches in the south of Florianópolis, Pousada Penareia is a refuge connected to nature and close to the sea. You can even hear the sound of the waves. The accommodation values the privacy of its guests. It has a relaxing leisure area (where you can rest or work) and a cozy garden to spend some time. Breakfast is simple but tasty and has everything you need to start the day fueled with energy. The location is a 15-minute walk from the center of Armação and 15 minutes from Projeto Lontra, which was a good base for me. There is a supermarket, a grocery store, and bus stops nearby. Depending on availability, the inn offers early check-in or late check-out for those who arrive early or need to wait for the departing time. I recommend it to anyone who wants peace and tranquility. I'll come back if I get the chance. :)

The rooms were very comfortable, the food was great, the staff were helpful and so friendly. It was the perfect location, right on the beach, and with a nice garden.

It is an amazing pousada, you have access to the ocean from the back of the pousada. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were kind and helpful, wonderful stay

Amazing hotel full of arts and beautiful decoration. The studio was comfortable, clean, modern, and perfect for my home office/holiday stay. I felt relaxed and safe. Moreover the location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the beaches. Lastly, big thank you to the host who welcomed me for my (very last minute) check-in late at night and was lovely - as well as the cleaning lady! Breakfast was very good, at the coffee place nearby, which was totally my vibe! I will be back ❤️

The apartment was perfect in every way.Everything was amazing! The bed was heavenly. The little kitchenette had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. And also a Nespresso coffee machine. Shower was great! Also location is very central, close to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. But best asset is Paula who takes care of the property! well done!!!

Loved the decor, hip studios, fully equiped and very comfortable. My studio even had a hammock (rede) in the veranda. Everything is/ looks new and is very clean. The staff was also really nice and attentive -Paula even helped me find a new accomodation when I decided to stay an additional night and the Hospedaria was (unfortunately for me) fully booked. Location-wise it is very central if you want to stay in Lagoa da Conceicao (for beaches you will need to drive but there are water sports like stand-up paddle, windsurf, sailing within walking distance). The rate also included a full breakfast / brunch at a very cool nearby cafe (<5min walk), “Cafe Cultura”.

Everything was perfect. Cesar is amazing - helpful, kind, and clearly loves the property. He’s always cleaning and improving it during the day. Bicycles are good (and free!), the roof is beautiful, and best of all the rooms are amazing! Great breeze from the balcony and powerful air conditioning also. The rooms are the same as the photos..they feel like home. I’ve traveled a lot to many countries and this is one of the very best places I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Cesar!

Amazing stay! Highly recommended. The front counter staff all knew English and were extremely helpful coordinating our ride to the airport. Fantastic breakfast and beach area.

Love it there. The only let down was the coffee . We have one of the best coffee in the world , and they use a machine .Not good . Fresh coffee please

The staff and food were absolutely amazing. The buffet was next level; impressive!! There were a few issues with ants/bugs in the room, dirty pool, loud construction late at night (trying to fix elevator), broken faucet and elevator. The beach was hit and miss with the tide bringing in dirty polluted water and dead fish. There was an incident where police chased someone down the beach with ARs and hand guns and shots were fired.

Nice neighbourhood in Jurerê. Super comfy and two blocks from the beach.

Host Oliver was so helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was exceptionally good value for money, clean and well fitted out. Highly recommended.

I asked the owner for an electric fire which was cordially provided in order to cook my breakfast before a competition. Also, due to the award competition they allowed us make our check-out one hour latter.

Breakfast as delicious and all fresh. The yogurt with granola was my favourite! Our room had sea view and it was calming to sleep with the waves crashing on the beach.

Very cute, quirky place right on the beach. Shared longeroom but it was just us there! Large comfy family room! Very nice.

We absolutely loved this place! We arrived in Floripa in the early hours of the morning and had booked an air bnb which turned out to be an absolute dump and the guys at Pousada Moquirido absolutely saved the day by having such a nice place available for us to stay at short notice and let us check in early so we could sleep. The staff are amazing and so kind. The room was lovely, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The location was great with a supermarket just a few minutes walk away and lovely restaurants not far. The breakfast was also really lovely. Would highly recommend to stay here!

This place is amazing! The landlords Felipe and Aline will make everything trying to make your visit better. The Lomba beach, where the pousada is located, is one of the nicer on the whole Florianopolis. It’s for young people and had an super chill vibe. Our suite was just perfect for our vacations. AC, a little but well set up kitchen and super nice decorations. The place even had a jacuzzi and a barbacue area. Go visit Lagoa da Chica you will never regret!

Cozy and very friendly owners, as well as other guests. It's a place of good vibe, good and always smiling people, with comfy rooms (with privacy, a careful and discrete staff, regardless of what are you doing, sleeping, making love, no matter what, they will respect and will go beyond (even “breaking” the rules) to make you feel comfortable. Rooms have their styles and themes... My girlfriend and I stayed in the “Tulum” room, and it was superb. Plus for the hammocks available, all the property... The beach being just a few steps away (literally, less than a 5-minute walk) and good, decent and very friendly people.

The place is wonderful. It is just 1 minute walking from the amazing beach, and the price in the low season was very low. The staff is amazing, very welcoming, they help with everything you need, even can do the laundry for free. I definitely reccomend this place to stay if you travel to Florianopolis

Absolutely incredible suite - we were suprised it fell within our budget. Load of space, clean, comfy, great ambience, and... the jacuzzi.

The Jacuzzi was AWESOME, the ambience of the room was magical! The lagoon/river canal was just a few steps from the property and was swim-able. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to go in, because there was too much to do in Floripa, but for sure next time we will go for a swim!

The spa bath was amazing! And the kitchen area was very handy. Bed is also very comfortable.

Lausi and Arnoldo were simply amazing. They greeted me with a warm welcome, they really took me into their home and it felt so safe and tranquil there. Lausi always offered me hot coffee in the morning, they always asked how I was and went above and beyond, even offering me food they had cooked themselves. My room was perfect, I slept like a baby. The house is so peaceful and really special, all the other guests that were with me at the time were also really sweet and everything was just so harmonious. I loved sitting in the banana hammocks and read when the rain was pouring down outside - so cosy! The kitchen has everything you need, the shower is hot ♥️ I was able to do my laundry there, too. Both hosts were always available and happy to help with anything I needed. The property is perfectly situated within a few seconds walking distance from the beach in a really quiet, peaceful, extremely safe and friendly neighbourhood. Campeche beach was my favorite beach and you can walk along it for hours! Much less busy than other beaches and so much more beautiful. There is a supermercado, pharmacies and restaurants within walking distance. This was one of the best stays I have ever had and I left with one tear in my eye. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼♥️ I hope we meet again!

Caiowa Guesthouse was a wonderful place to stay. The house is spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals. The location is also excellent—quiet and close to the beach and natural areas, and also easy walking distance to grocery stores and pharmacies. The hosts are also friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Every thing was amazing I really recommend this place to anyone staying In Florianopolis. Arnoldo and Lausi are amazing hosts and make you feel so welcome they are both really helpful and make the stay feel really special. The property is very clean and tidy and the location is perfect if you want to see the south of the island or visit campache island . I would definitely go back

The guest house was beautiful. The couple was kind and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We had an amazing time there and enjoyed the southern end of Florianopolis. And the nearest mall was amazing, quiet and beautiful like the airport.

Very good location, fantastic accommodation with lush green garden, fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, very clean rooms. Location is 5 minutes from the beach 15 minutes from supermarkets. The host is very friendly and helpful, a good lad, we became friends. He even gave me a souvenir from his collection as a gift. We really enjoyed the pool which is big and has nice shade for the hot days. Great spot to relax. The staff were wonderful with great communication for easy check in and out. There is a grill and kitchen we utilized for making breakfast. My highest recommendation for Campeche, a great and tranquil spot in Florianopolis

Awesome place! Very comfortable, clean, perfect value.

Room was really nice, and we enjoyed going down to the pool. They allowed us a slightly early check in, and also allowed us to leave our bags there all afternoon before our bus ride, even letting us use a bathroom to shower before we left.

The room was big and super clean! The pool was great, Netflix on the TV. Great value for the price. I would highly recommend this place!

The property is beautiful, with a lovely apartment. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return soon!

Interesting place with extensive facilities for skateboarders. We enjoyed comfortable room and secure parking near accommodations. The staff was friendly, the location is not far from the ocean.

Everything was great, from the location to the services. Great people who will help you with all questions. Large area to skateboard or to just watch. Breakfast was great! Thank You to all staff for making the stay in Rio Tavares so pleasant.

The rooftop pool bar views were spectacular of the surrounding cities, hills, and lakes. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional & good English speakers too. The restaurant breakfast had an array of excellent food. The toom and facilities at the hotel were super clean. It's also only a short walk to some excellent Portuguese restaurants like El Senor & located across the corner from a Farmacia (pharmacy). For Dias dos Namorados, they had a live band with excellent music. The concierge provided us excellent advice with a private boat tour to explore the surrounding Islands complete with itineraries & schedules to perfectly catch a beautiful sunset at an excellent beach restaurant. Overall, my wife and I and our friends, another Brazilian couple who we traveled with & stayed there as well, we all had an excellent experience. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location and the view of the sea ideal. Check in staff extremely nice and accommodating in every way and remained so during our entire stay. All spoke perfect English. Especially the concierge Felipe who is very service minded and was able to arrange a two day sightseeing tour with a local operator. He responded to all emails in a highly professional manner and usually within hours of sending one. The pool area is wonderful and modern. The view while swimming in the infinity pool is spectacular. We had dinner and drinks served at the pool and service and quality of food were very high. The ambiance more so. The buffet breakfast is extensive, attentive staff and of high quality with fresh food items.

We found this on GayCities and booked on Hotels.com. Absolutely wonderful two night stay. We stayed in a king room with a view of the lagoon. Service was fantastic at every point. The restaurant was delicious. We didn’t use the pool but went to see it and it had an amazing view (it’s not enclosed as the photos make it appear). The concierge was so helpful with recommendations. We are a gay married couple and found the hotel very LGBTQ friendly. The location was great for a city spot, had a great mix of restaurants and gyms within walking distance. We took an Uber to Praia Mole with no problems.

Breakfast was delicious. The bar and pool area wasn’t packed which was nice. The view on the rooftop was beautiful and it was a great spot to hang out. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. Many options to eat in the hotel as well, between the restaurant, bar and rooftop.

A lovely hotel. Service levels in Brazil can often fall short but here they nail it. Suitcases were waiting in our room once we’d checked in. Very friendly staff and perfect location, since it was close to the main road I was traveling. The area is busy, not quiet. But very practical for road travelers.

It was just one night stay, great spacious room, very nice breakfast. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned, but overall very good hotel.

Although the apartment is not very close to the beach, it is a straightforward walk that makes for a pleasant stroll. The breakfast provided each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. The entire place was impeccably clean and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

This is a convenient central place from which to explore Florianopolis beaches from north to south (one beach being just a walk away). The ride to the airport from here is quick. The rooms are simple, clean and maintained well. Breakfast was simple and nicely presented.

This is a really cute accommodation, and the staff are amazing and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice, with lots of options, and even in the winter (this isn't the case everywhere in Floripa). The location is hard to beat... it's about a 10 minute walk to the main beach in Campeche. I've already stayed here twice and plan to do so again in the future.

Foi ótimo! Gostei de tudo. I'm from the US, but lived in Brazil some years ago. This is a very nice hotel. They were helpful with everything. I am fluent in Portuguese, but they had staff who could speak English and Spanish as well. Dinner was very good. The flavors of food are muted compared to what we are used to, but the ingredients are 1st class. We had filet mignon with carrots and parsnips. (Advertised and manioc root. Nope) Anyway, it was delicious. I am actually lactose intolerant in the US. I eat dairy products anyway and suffer. Here the buttered carrots... Not a problem. Cheese the next morning, no issues. So not sure what the difference is, but Brazilian dairy seems to agree with me. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I can tell that the humidity plays havoc with trim etc, so I'm not going to sing the hotel for what Brazil is weather wise. The valet parking is R$50. Lets be honest, that's less than $10. Why would you fight for parking? If you want a nice clean place to stay with beautiful scenery and a wonderful friendly staff, stay at the Novotel. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet and restaurant were good but not exceptional. The view of the Bahia Norte is outstanding from rooms in the front of the hotel. The walking and biking paths along the shore are great. The location provides nearby access to shopping, restaurants and other services such as the Farmacia Popular Preco and laundry.

In my opinion, Florianópolis is a beautiful and exciting place to visit. The beaches are amazing, the food is delicious, and the people are very friendly. It’s a perfect mix of nature and city life. I think it’s a great destination for relaxing, having fun, and exploring new places.

Everything was perfect from arrival to checkout. For a small-to-medium sized hotel, the property was well-appointed in the public spaces and the private room. We had the very confortable Queen room with a balcony and a separate living room area with sofa, tv and small fridge. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied for many tastes. The staff was polite and helpful. It is conveniently located in downtown Florianópolis-SC, Brasil, near cafés, shopping, pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants. It shows as indicated in the internet photos. There were no surprises. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Blue Tree Florianópolis! We spent New Year’s Eve there and it was a wonderful choice. We stayed in the Executive Suite, which was beautiful, spacious, and super comfortable – perfect for relaxing in style. The bed was incredibly cozy; it was hard to get up in the morning! The location is also a big plus: right next to Beiramar Shopping and close to great spots for walking around or grabbing a bite to eat. Everything was very convenient. The staff was friendly and the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and welcoming. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a great location in Floripa!

The location is superb; it's practically downtown the Rodoviária (bus station) is almost across from the hotel, and it's very near the Mercado Público, where you can go shopping for souvenirs or simply grab a beer. From just outside the lobby, there is a great view of the bay and the lovely Hercílio Luz bridge. Also, they have a collective of restaurants and bars right next door, called Armazém Rita María, which is quite lively and slightly upscale. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly, they offered to look after me when I was crossing the street at 5am to go to the bus station. Nice location in front of the bus station. Clean and tidy room. Good breakfast.

Rooms from 5th floor up were all renovated and they are in pristine condition. On the 4th floor which we've stayed a few days ago they were passable. Reception attendants are very well trained and very polite. The restaurant owner wiill do mostly whatever It takes to please you, but do not ask for the pizzas: they are not good and since they come from a third party there is nothing he can do to improve.them. Red wine FOYE, carmenere ou cabernet ate pretty good choices to accompany your meal. Breakfast brings a huge variety of itens including pitaya and grapefruit.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Could hear people outside the hotel but slept through the noise okay.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. The parking staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast decent. Could be better. A suggestion: all fruits must be peeled, especially papaya because people who have some type of mobility have more difficulty peeling fruits without helping.

The room was quite good and clear. The shower and the breakfast were good also.

Não tenho o que reclamar do Hotel, porém o casal do quarto ao lado passaram dos limites nos barulhos. uma falta de respeito. deveriam ter procurado um motel não hotel.

Quarto bem confortável. Bastante tomada no quarto. Tem TV com canais fechados. Acomodações bem limpas. Bom atendimento. Bem localizado, com Mc Donalds em frente ao hotel, perto de 2 super mercados. Café da manhã muito bom. Apenas pondero que o Wifi no 4º andar não pegava muito bem. Também sugiro que no box do banheiro coloquem um suporte para shampoo, condicionador. Como só tem suporte para sabonete, o shampoo e condicionador tiveram que ficar no chão. No mais, tudo ótimo! Recomendo.

Fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção, pelo Pedro. O quarto também era muito bom, só precisa de atenção nos “ralos” do banheiro, pois ambos não estão escoando bem, o do chuveiro chegou a ficar com tanto água que transbordava para o banheiro. Mas já chegamos no quarto fresquinho, 2 travesseiros pra cada um, mais cobertinha… o café da manhã também estava impecável, chegamos bem na hora que estavam repondo, tudo fresco e gostoso. Até o atendimento no estacionamento, tudo muito bom!

I had an amazing vieuw from my window, looking down on the boardwalk and the beach. The pool is amazing aswell with an amazing vieuw. The hotel is big, know and ideal placed if your looking for good restaurants. I will book this again !

The location despite not having a beach is comfortable to go for a walk and is very fast transit to move to the beaches of the island.. The breakfast is very good and varied. The friendliness of the staff. The room is comfortable and clean.

Amazing! Fabulous view of the sea. Room was wonderful, very comfortable. Staff spoke great English. Hotel was directly across the street from a very nice mall and lots of restaurants. The tourist bus stops directly behind the hotel for an all-day adventure around the island.

This hotel is awesome! it's less like a hotel and more like a Bed and Breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was fantastic and there were so many options - they even had eggs which is rare in Brazil. The room was clean and large with lots of space for 5 of us (4 adults and a toddler). We could buy our own food and cook our own meals, The location is really great and Praia Daniela is absolutely beautiful. The neighbourhood feels really safe (it is quite a way off the main roads) and at no time did I feel unsafe walking around. I'd highly recommend you rent a car, there are busses, but the location is a bit remote and if you want the freedom the explore then a car is a must. The beach is very close and with a toddler is about a 5 min walk but without a kid you could easily make it in 3-5 min. The hotel also provides chairs, towels, buckets, and everything for the beach. If we go again we will pack a lot less stuff because the hotel provides almost everything. We would 100% stay here again.

Pousada dos Artistas is a really nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood on the North end of the Island. If you're looking for some separation from the tourist hubs this is a great spot. The hotel is not large but the rooms are nice and airy, especially on the top floor where we stayed. It would be great for an extended stay. The hotel offers parking so renting a car is recommended - Jurerê is a short drive away and offers a good selection of shops and restaurants. Although the hotel staff were very friendly they didn't speak English so knowledge of a little Portuguese would be helpful here. Breakfast is offered which is simple but decent. I would consider staying here again if I was heading back to Florianopolis.

In my experience there is not much around the pousada however we enjoyed the içai place by Vanessa and the restaurant point chic was very friendly cleaned and pleasant It’s a quiet area ideal for couples with vehicles to explore around.

The room is bigger than normal, which makes the difference, especially when you have many luggage’s ( my case), clean and comfortable, all good.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and huge, everything refurbished and in a very pleasant location.

Foi tudo tranquilo! O Quarto é confortável e espaçoso. Só teve um incoveniente: as luzes piscantes do detector de incêndio q ficam piscando dentro do quarto na hora de dormeir. Informei na recepção que aquilo incomodava para dormir, eles mandaram alguém da manutenção e colocaram fita isolante em cima das luzes. Resolveram! Então deu tudo certo! ;-) Outro ponto positivo: muito perto de várias opçóes de restaurantes, dá pra ir a pé!

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean and kept up very well. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was better than average for a hotel buffet breakfast. There are limited dining choices in the neighborhood of the hotel, but it was not a problem. The room rate was amazing considering the quality of the hotel! I will definitely stay here again.

1 The hotel is a nice 4 star hotel . Rooms ate good not amazing . Good ( i stayed in a large one 701 that even had a microwave perfect for a family visiting ) My biggest complaint is that they did not had any one for the bags ( no bell boy ) but then again is a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was very good . Will stay again because the location is perfect for me because is near my family house .

The property offers a fantastic breakfast buffet. It has a great gym facility. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. Unfortunately, because of covid, I did not get to utilize the spa area. And, it was affordable. I recommend.

The rooms were clean, very modern, and relatively spacious. We had a second floor room with a view of the water, which is ideal. Not all rooms had water views. It was a very nice, small hotel. The breakfast was made-to-order and plentiful. There are many restaurants within a short walk (1 block), so lots of choices. I would definitely go back.

First- the location. Just on the beach. Beautiful and so comfortable! The staff were amazing, I got an upgraded room to have a see view and since I stayed there on Christmas eve, I got a package of chocolate and champagne delivered to my room! The on site restaurant is great, and also good and diversed breakfast. The room is huge and extremely clean. Really enjoyed this place!

We loved how quiet and peaceful this resort was! Very relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to solve an emergency and generally making us feel welcome. Breakfast in front of the beach was wonderful! Many restaurants and markets within easy walking distance. We hope to return soon!

Loved the room - clean, spacious, cozy, beautiful views of the beach just steps away. The breakfast was amazing, what not to love? Pool is more for the kids but beach is steps away.

The staff are the best part of this hotel. They are warm and welcoming. The next is the location right on the beach. Chairs, tables and umbrellas are provided by the hotel. Though it’s a public beach it wasn’t crowded and the hotel staff were eager to accommodate food and drinks on the beach. The grounds are well kept, and though and the buildings are a little dated, they are kept extremely clean. Overall a great, relaxing experience.

Wonderful hotel! The staff were top notch! Welcome champagne! Friendly & accommodating to all requests. The breakfast was amazing! Order all you want as it’s included. Rooms were very comfortable and all the linens and towels were fresh, clean, & cushy. Bed was very comfy. Smart tv for casting Netflix. Massage with Angelique was hands down the best massage I have ever had. Request her!! The restaurant was quiet. So if your looking for more atmosphere you may want to go elsewhere. Food was mediocre but not terrible. The Negroni made by Maggie was yummy! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Location is perfect - walking distance to a beautiful lagoon and close to nice beaches and sand dunes if you are the one who like long walks. There are also many shops, supermarket, pharmacies and eateries nearby. A charming decor that catches our eyes all the time. The bistro is such a lovely place. Our room was not the fancy one, but bed was comfy. I just missed makeup mirror and tissue paper. Amenities Loccitane was a good treat. Restaurant and room service - breakfast is included and have a nice variety of options to choose. Restaurant and room service was not available on Sunday (May, 14th) during our stay - we were tired to go out after a long day out and couldn’t have any meal in the hotel. And we were not told about it in advance. We had dinner twice and the food was very good. Compliments go for the waiters at breakfast - Gerusa, Geraldo, Ana and Gabriel. They are all attentive and they take care of us with special care. And would mention Pedro at front desk for good tour and outside restaurant suggestions. Thank you all for being so gentle.

I had a great experience at Quinta das Videiras in Florianopolis. It is a rather small hotel with a real old school luxury feel, but the experience is excellent. Some notes: - the bed was very comfortable. It felt like a very new, high quality mattress with very fine sheets. - the bathroom was immaculate. The shower was very spacious and it was clean, almost like new. Nothing in the hotel feels cheap or plastic-y - it is extremely well kept. - the staff goes out of their way to be hospitable to the guests. They greeted me by name when I first arrived and each time I passed through the lobby area. Moreover, once I had a problem because my bank cancelled my debit card on me. The bank had given me some numbers to call internationally, but reaching them proved to be extremely difficult. The staff at reception really went out of their way to help me resolve the issue, spending about half an hour making international telephone calls with me until everything worked out. - the hotel has a very nice feel to it - the furniture and the rooms have the atmosphere (in an artistic sense) of antiques, but modern amenities like a tv, clean showers, a nice bed, and a room safe fit in nicely.

Pulling up to this magnificent architecture, I was greeted by a wonderful staff that spoke English Spanish andPortuguese. Immediately I was given sparkling water and delicious Argentinian wine. Hotel lobby feels like something out of great Gatsby. As I walked past the pool, courtyard and garden, my room was located on the first floor and it was perfect. Very relaxing, jazz music playing, incredibly comfy bed, and when I walked into the bathroom, there were rose petals in the toilet. Everything was so romantic, I wish I was here with a partner. I booked myself a massage, that was deep tissue and aromatic. After I walked into town, listen to a great band and had a good dinner. The next morning, I had a fabulous breakfast in the solarium. The staff went above and beyond, to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

We highly recommend Hotel Butique Quinta das Videiras. The service was absolutely top-rate. The breakfasts were fabulous with many choices such as fresh fruit, delicious fresh pasteries, cereals, oatmeal, eggs and very good coffee, all served on lovely china in your choice of locations -- garden, conservatory, or your own room -- by lovely maids wearing black dresses and white aprons and caps. So lovely. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, catering to our every need. The hotel is very well located in the small town of Lagoa de Conciecao -- a safe, charming neighborhood beside the lovely Lagoon. Our room was beautiful and so very comfortable. We plan to return again very soon and stay longer next time. You won't be disappointed with a stay at Hotel Butique Quinta das Vidieras, or with a vacation in beautiful Floripa.
