Very clean and complete, from kitchenware to bathroom necessities to bedroom and also wifi, you find yourself amazed with every discovery on how everything is carefully arranged and organised. The interior deco has a taste of modern yet comfort feeling design. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, specially in early morning about during sunrise. Really worth waking up for. The host is very helpful and friendly. We are truly grateful and appreciative of the hospitality. It's a place you can grow attached to and we do plan to come back here. Although we would like to mention about stairs though, if you have elderly or someone with difficulties in climbing stairs, perhaps you would reconsider this place, it is the top floor of a 4.5 level apartment. For us it is alright. As mentioned by other reviews that the place offered separate utensils for muslim, sejadah is also provided. Last but not least, we highly recommend this place. We hope this place continue to welcome guests with best service. Make sure you read the place description carefully and contact the host if you have any enquiry.

The host was very accomodating and caring. She took her time to share places to visit in the area, restaurants and attractions nearby. We stayed in an apartment that could accommodate 4 people. The room was very clean and neatly arranged. The bathroom was super clean and there were cooking facilities available. Its suitable for families with children. There are Chinese and Mamak restaurants nearby which serves delicious food. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again in the future.

The apartment and owner were absolutely lovely! Very clean, really love the environment...quite and cozy. The owner also provided plates/cups, cutleries and prayer mat for Muslim guest. Guest can have a coffee near the window while watching the sunrise, but need to wake up early..hihi..I also like the view from the kitchen, we can see Karak Hway. Location very nearby to Karak Hway exit. Not difficult to find food stall or groceries, just drive about 5mins to Bukit Tinggi shops area. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and clean apartment with good beds, clean toilet and some cooking facilities for simple cooking. Feels like coming home to our grandma house. Good location and friendly host.

The location is super good for a family trip!All the eateries is nearby and the shop closed quite late!There are also a clinic nearby incase if you need medical attention.Must try NOK NOK thai restaurant nearby as they serve delicious spread! Host Jasmin is honest and reliable!The iron provided is not working and she have it replaced immediately.Deposit required and she transferred back the deposit super fast after we checked out from the apartment.The unit is clean and we are happy to stay in the unit!

Clean and hygiene bed sheet & washroom !!! Really recommend for those want to have a chill night at genting despite going to First World Hotel. The kitchen is full of cook accessories that you need and come with a fridge which suitable to put your hotpot stuff or alcoholic beverages here.

(We set at 28°C to warm up the room) - Location is about 15 mins to/fro Genting Sky Avenue. - There's few restaurants but kind of pricey. So we head up to Genting for more choices n varieties. - We just place the rubbish at the door, they'll clean up as I prefer DND when staying in hotel/apartments. - Didn't use the pool as our room is in a tower 1, need to walk down on cold n misty weather, not so convenient so no comments. - There's News mart outside the lobby so it's very convenient n great. I love the clean, spacious and comfortable room with cosy beds. I love the surrounding lush greenery, flowers and serenity of the hotel environment. Very few hotel guests during my one day visit (weekday), so it is clean, quiet , relaxing and comfortable. Though ot all the food for the breakfast buffet are displayed for self service, some main course and drinks need to be ordered from the menu provided (price included in the breakfast buffet), the bread and food are surprisingly tasty and fresh. There is no pigeon in the hotel compound. Helpful hotel staffs.

The resort is nestled in lush greenery and surrounded by serene forest. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the resort is beautifully maintained and well secured, making it an ideal place to unwind. The room was somewhat small but with a huge comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the pool. We appreciated the first round of drinks and snacks in the minibar being complimentary. Staff across the resort were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. The pool area was a highlight – perfect for relaxing while enjoying the natural surroundings. We were even treated to the sight of monkeys playing around the property, which added a unique touch to the experience. Breakfast was excellent, offering a small buffet along with an à la carte menu that had a wide and satisfying range of choices. We also had dinner at La Vie Restaurant. The food and service were both top-notch, and we had the entire restaurant to ourselves, making it a special and intimate dining experience. Overall, we found our stay to be excellent value for money.

I stayed for 3-days here as a solo traveller - Mark and the whole team were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the beginning and offered a tour to show me around the beautiful grounds, the facilities and my room which was very luxurious and spacious. The breakfast buffet options were varied and delicious and would highly recommend the Nasi Lemak and the fresh juices! The complimentary yoga classes with Ruby were very well-run and it was very special to do this outside in the morning sunlight. The gym and spa were high quality, spotless and well-designed and the massage was excellent and left me feeling very relaxed. The grounds of The Chateau were beautiful and clean but at the same time it very much felt in nature with lots of little birds and butterflies around. You can walk down to Colmar Tropicale and take a shuttle to the Japanese Garden which was beautiful and serene and the views around there were breathtaking. All-in-all, this was an excellent stay, particularly the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff (second-to-none really!), I would highly recommend!

The 2 bedroom suite is awesome; spacious living hall, spacious bathrooms with shower and bathtubs, comfortable beds, fluffy pillows and great scenic view overlooking the forest. The hotel staffs are super attentive and helpful, from the time we arrived (porter helped with our bags), check-in with welcome drink and complimentary fruits at the hotel room, mini tour around the hotel and facilities, super prompt housekeeping service (they also offered to cut the complimentary fruits for us) and the breakfast buffet was one of the most delicious (the chocolate and banana muffins are super tasty). The swimming pool was temporarily closed for maintenance and upgrade, and did not have the chance to try out the spa and wellness services due to tight trip schedule with family, so will definitely consider trying out the spa next time. This stay was super worth it and highly recommended!

This unit is managed by Swiss Garden. Stayed during school holidays (weekdays) worth booking for 2 nites. It's a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom, a living room and kitchen with utilities. Suggest a table and chair at the balcony. The receptionist and the staff are friendly. You can use the sauna after dip in the swimming pool. The staff and the cleaners at swimming pool also very helpful and friendly. It's located at Goh Thong town. There are nearby restaurants (Chinese, malay & Indian muslim). Fo around that area before you choose the restaurant to eat. Otherwise you end up with restaurant with lousy food. There is 99 speed mart, KK mart. Either you can walk or drive there. There is indian restaurant, but it's 10 minutes drive Also there are shuttle from Swiss Garden lobby to Premium outlet or Genting skyway base 2 trip daily at 10.00am & 1.00pm And from Skywsy base at 10.30am & 1.30pm RM10 one way per person Free car parking Easy to get grab from Swiss Garden

I got simple but neat 3 room apartement with kitchen, little balcony, good view, gym and swimming pool on the rooftop for a reasonable price. The place is clean, everything works well, have water, tea, coffee, toothbrush, shower gel - all basics. The climate is cool in this area compare to KL, it was pleasant. The check in and check out processes are very simple. I was really happy, I will recommend this place to my friends. It was fun to be inside the clouds on the 32th floor)))

I like the check-in process. It was easier and the staffs guided me through the process. The lobby was in level 3 whereas pickup and drop off were in level 1. Room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were there except handwash in the bathroom! From hotel to Awana sky central it's only 12-13 minutes Grab ride. Loved the balcony and the scenario from there. Room service was good. AC worked fine and heater was there only for shower. Breakfast is really good there as they have different cuisines and crafted for all ages.

First time in GEO Resort & Hotel! Check-in on the second day of CNY, the hotel lobby is decorated with a great Chinese New Year atmosphere so happening. Honestly, the hotel is kept really well maintained. The staff was friendly and made the check-in / out so smoothly. The hotel is in a great location, close to many halal or non-halal restaurants, PETRONAS gas station with Starbucks, 99 & 7-11 convenience shops etc. The room was clean and comfortable, kid love the shower water pressure so much and the street view from the balcony was amazing. Even though the soundproofing is not great, it doesn't matter just for a short break here.

The quality and service beyond our expectations. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve at Rooftop restaurant. The Food is delicious. 1. Rooms are clean , comfortable and spacious. 2. We love the filtered water just outside our room --- clean water superb care n concern The location is 15 mins away from so ever busy first world hotel and theme park. But i would rather stay at scapes as i dont like busy crowd. Easy booking of grab to and fro gpo or first world. Checkin late at 9pm and the staff explain clearly w good service and fast. Theres a view of cloud in the morning too from our room Felt so cosy and at home while staying 2 nights. Recommended 100% affordable pricing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Le Vert Boutique Hotel Honestly, I love how this place is not an Airbnb but an actual solid hotel. Check-in was smooth, no hassle at all. Parking was easy too — both for guests and visitors, which I really appreciate. It’s also nice that the hotel area is separated from the residence side, makes it feel more private. We just took the escalator up and that’s it — everything’s super walkable. Registration desk was simple, staff were polite, and before we knew it, we were in our room. The interior is really pretty, cozy vibes all around. Room was clean and comfy, no weird smell or anything. They even had a charcoal filter in the room to keep the air fresh — small thing but it makes a difference. Had breakfast too, staff were super nice. Oh and there’s a 7E and a small mart that open 24hours, lifesaver. Still, the location is great especially if you’re Muslim — everything just feels convenient and comfortable. Definitely coming back again next trip.

Overall comfortable stay, hotel has facilities like self service laundrette at your own expense. I was not well, but to have essentials around nearby helped (7E, atm machine at groundfloor), petrol station, cafe & restaurants nearby etc. Our 2nd time staying, this trip we opted deluxe double room which is more spacious & window with nice greenery view. Room is equipped with essentials like slippers, coffee tea, kettle, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, reading lamp, massive tv with netflix. Bathroom is clean, spacious, has toilettries & toothbrush kit. Bed is queen size so a bit on the small side but we make do. Staff are overall pleasant and helpful. Will come again in future.

The room was great, clean, spacious with clean bathroom and huge balcony altho the view is just the road. Huge bed and LED TV with Netflix. Common area has a luxurious vibe. 7Eleven and The Brew House just downstairs with stalls, restaurants and Starbucks within walking distance.

The hotel is situated close to Genting Premium Outlets, Awana Bus Terminal, and Awana SkyCentral. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Awana Bus Terminal every hour. The hotel aims to be sustainable by growing its own flowers and vegetables, which is pleasing to see. The hotel has a swimming pool, gymnasium, and tennis courts, which I did not have time to use. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. It offers a scenic view of Genting Premium Outlets and the surrounding mountains, with Genting Highlands in the background. The double bed is large, comfortable, and clean. The toilet is large, clean, and well-equipped with various amenities. The hotel staff members are very friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists assisted me to connect to the hotel WiFi when I encountered connection issues.

The room is a bit smaller than the picture but it was still spacious and comfortable, clean, and the hotel itself is really well maintained. The pool area with the bar is very nice, the reception staff are very friendly but the bar staff customer service can be improved. The Ramadan buffet was affordable and value for money with a huge variety, the bar food is very basic and did not meet my expectations, but overall the experience was nice.

location is excellent, serene & quiet with lush greenery & foliage abound, great for some relaxtion from hustle & bustle, well-maintained, spacious, kid-friendly, many activities indoor & oudoor activities for adults & children alike, like that this resort is also involved in conservation of biodoversity of the area, food at Awana Garden and Ayu Awana and the annexe “Local Kopitiam” are tasty & delicious & reasonably priced, all staff are friendly & courteous & helpful & understanding. Shout out to Sharmini for being so patient & generous in sharing her knowledge on plant cultivation with us. Free shuttle service for resort guests to nearby GPO (literally just opposite the resort), from whence there’s cable car service to other nearby attractions. Truly a hidden gem.

I had booked a superior double bedroom with a balcony for three nights. The room had a bunk bed and a huge TV with an internet connection, that my 6 year old daughter loved. The room was kid friendly with a nicely done up bunk bed ( huge Disney character pillows/bedsheet/blanket ) and a play mat big enough for my two kids The balcony looked over the swimming pool and the hills. Good spot to have your morning tea The Garden Cafe at the hotel was a beautiful place to have breakfast and has swings/ small fish filled pond/greenery The staff at the cafe understood English and took very good care of our food requests ( breakfast and dinner)

Great place, surprisingly very spacious 2 bedroom villa. Very private, loved every bit of it..the management and staff was attentive to our requests for a wedding anniversary weekend from the special decoration to the in dining service. Would recommend for people seeking a quiet time out just 45minutes away from the city!

The location is ideal with many restaurants and groceries shops nearby, and not too far away from the Premium Outlets, where we could take the Cable Cars up to the Genting Facilities at the peak of Genting Highlands. The 2-Rooms Apartment was clean and well furnished, including with a Washing Machine. Nice view of Genting Highlands from the 29th. Floor, and enjoyed the fresh mountain air.

Checking in was fast ( maybe no que at all). Got a room at L5, which does not require lift at all and same floor as the car park. Unit was spacious ( living hall + 1 small room + 1 Master bedroom + shared toilet + kitchen + balcony). Comfy mattress and pillow. Super fast check out. 5-10 minutes walk (hilly) to restaurants and convenient stores.

Breakfast was not there in the room package. We prepared our own breakfast. Cooking arrangement was good. Overall it was specious and clean. the rooms were nice and clean. The view from room was (living room and kitchen) was pretty good.

We decided to stay overnight to get the full experience of Genting. The staff were very helpful and the room was very cute and comfortable. The room we had the shower was absolutely amazing! After a full day of being out in the theme parks it was so great to be able to come back for a shower that was hot and had great pressure.

The rooms are super clean, even behind the nobs, where you can place your hangers, are really clean. I was pleasantly surprised with that. I like that the toilet and bathroom are separated so we don't have to waste time waiting for each other just to shower or use the toilet. The 2 sinks really added to the convenience. We had a family room and there were 3 double beds, can sleep 6 pple. There were only 4 of us so we had ample space. I like that there were so much room space for 4 pple to walk and place our lugagges. It was truly comfortable. Sky avenue was just opposite, 5-10 mins walk to the indoor theme park and eateries. Housekeeping staff was also very generous with the mineral water given to us. Thank you very much, we had a lovely stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The self check-in process was very fast and the instructions were clear, so it was very convenient upon arrival. The location is great as well — very easy access to the outdoor theme park in Genting, just a short walk away. The room was clean and spacious, definitely bigger than expected. The location is near to first world only 12mins to arrive. We got the deluxe room with 4 pax. The room is much bigger than expected. Very clean and the beds is so comfy! There's balcony too! Complimentary water bottle, toothbrush, coffee and tea. Validate your TNG card to reception before exit to parking to get free parking. Can self check in and check out. Very conveninet!

The whole unit was very clean and also the bed was so comfortable..not forget the toilet also clean and no hairs at all..had an amazing view and loved it!!!..the check in process been very easy and fast thanks to the front desk and Ms Habsah u doing a great job keep it up!!!

The cleanliness and facilities were pretty much maintained. Microwave, electronic kettle, a pot with lid, induction cooker, utensils etc. were provided not forgetting a hairdryer and an iron with the iron board. Everything met our expectations, especially with the insane price deal of RM50+/night. However, be reminded that you need to prepare RM200 in cash during check-in at the other Residence building (The staff was friendly and helpful). Of course, you will get the cash back after check-out (BEFORE 12PM), or else additional charges will be applied. Make sure to bring proper swimming attire or you won't be allowed to enter the pool (by swimming attire, JERSEYS ARE NOT ONE or you will need to get in shirtless) and you're not allowed to enter during rain. The guards were friendly and attentive so don't bother to ask them around if you're lost or smthg to find your exact tower/unit. Overall it was a decent book.

The cost is valuable. Near to Awana Skyway stations.,10minuts distance. With 300 plus for 2 nights, the two room actually can suit for 8 peoples. Full kitchen set, can cook and micowave. The view is construction,but the mountain view is cooling. 4 minutes to the main road and is on the way to check in Geo38,quite convenient. Hotel bed is for 6 person, but got extra 2 bed and a lot of backup pillows.

A very nice option for when you're visiting Genting Highlands. Less than 10 minutes drive from the mall and theme park area with lots of facilities within the property itself. The room was nice and clean with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast selection was OK, however some things ran out quickly due to the long weekend crowd. Facilities were fine, we enjoyed the heated pool. There is a paid rooftop experience where you can take some beautiful photos - a bit pricey but fun. Restaurant options were OK but you'll need to drive out if you want alternatives. The only thing is that some facilities weren't available - the kids playground pool didn't have water heating which made it too cold to be in and the infinity pool was closed for maintenance.

The new hotel has good beds, decent breakfast and beautiful views. The staff are cooperative and the checking in process is fairly quick with Genting Highlands Sky Avenue quick 10 mins drive. Room was clean, good sized and a beautiful balcony.

The location was quite isolated. Very quiet and nice hill views. Very beautiful layout of the hotel. The room was comfortable enough for 5 person. The beds was good and comfortable.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen os equipped with basic cutlery and an electric cooker. With the space and the amenities, this is an excellent value for money. Check in was easy as long as you read the instructions carefully, undestandably this can be missed. Check in was done at Geo38 at the office and they will collect RM200 in cash for deposit. This is important details. Located a bit behind Geo38 but close to restaurants, food court, marts. Very convenient. Security staff is very helpful. I would stay here again next time.

everything is good except for the floor. i think the cleaners put too much soap and didnt rinse well. it was very sticky😟 our boys have to mop the floor twice to remove the stickiness. others is good. beds are clean, toilet are clean. spacious. like it.

Clean apartment , worth my money . Near shop and restaurant . Just check in at other properties but staff very friendly and wait for me all the way at 3am okay !
