I was disappointing that the spa did not have the Jacuzzi nor steam room working. The air conditioner in our room never really completely cool the room properly

It was a great stay. My son and I came for a golf trip. The staff was amazing and the hotel was top notch. Pool and Jacuzzi was relaxing. Was very impressed with golf course and golf staff. Great course and nice staff. We got a voucher for 20% off of golf and a free lunch which was a very nice touch! Will definitely be back!

Food was amazing in the restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. Bar and cocktails were great. There is a guitar in the bar area that people can use which is a nice touch and we used it. Pool is lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning, high-quality, grand resort at reasonable price this April. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met: all were extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and helpful. Only minor negative experience was the feel of the bed, a bit more firm than I prefer. Generous-sized bathrooms with great water pressure! Everwhere inside, even in the well-appointed elevators, there was an amazing soft frangrance which added to the overall experience. Finial restaurant, on the main floor, dinner was delicious, relaxing, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The Hotel is clean, very central to downtown, Greensboro collesium and UNC Greensboro and other area colleges. We spent 2 nights and all the staff were super friendly, very professional and just awesome to interact with. Special mention to James at the front desk he was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. He recommended a local restaurant and the food was great. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet location with great service this is a solid choice. I would gladly retun!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. James and Linda at checkin were friendly and offered suggestions for dining. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast had a decent variety and the breakfast staff, Stephen and Siria, was very friendly. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This was the most comfortable place I've ever stayed. It was like an apartment, with two televisions. It was furnished beautifully, exceptionally clean, plenty of clean towels, a nice large desk with a comfortable office chair. A small couch and armchair were in a separate area serving as a living room. The bed was great and plush, with extra blankets in the large closet. The room has a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast had a huge variety of items that were pretty decent for a "continental breakfast." The location is adjacent to lots of stores, eateries. and bars. I was very pleased

The breakfast lady's were on point! Z ,S and Shannon never stopped bringing out a fully stocked buffet bar. They were very friendly to the customers needs!! The coffee was always fresh. Keep up the Fantastic Job! I will say very clean and would most definitely be back.

Super clean really well maintained hotel. Room and bathroom was super clean as was the lobby and breakfast area. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. Convenient to 40E. Restaurants were 10 mins plus from hotel. Breakfast was very good with plenty of food available. The staff at check in weren’t very friendly or welcoming and could have been a little more pleasant as it is the first impression. Otherwise a very good hotel I would recommend and stay again.

A comfortable stay with an outstanding welcome! We booked this stay while traveling and were initially concerned when we saw the area where this hotel was located. However, there was no reason for concern. I was cheerfully greeted by Latoya who checked me in and as I asked about dining in the area Patrice joined in with a list of restaurants. Both ladies' welcome to us was a breath of fresh air after traveling all day. The hotel was dated, but clean, and the facility was in the process of being updated. Considering the price for our room it was well worth the stay! Our night's sleep was quiet and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite adequate, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well.

Stayed only one night. However, on our four week road trip and staying at the IHG brands, this was one of our favorites. All staff were polite and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Location perfect. Only three miles to the walkable historic downtown area, where you can find shops, bars, several very good microbreweries and entertainment. It’s a straight shot down East Gate City Boulevard and you are there. Special mention to Tanneesha at the HIE breakfast. By far the best biscuits in our entire four weeks of the same breakfasts. Hers were light, fluffy and buttery. Others were a bit over cooked and dry. In fact, when she came with a warm tray of them and let us all know, many of us had seconds or thirds!!! She was polite, friendly and an asset to the brand. Would definitely stay here again

When traveling by car in the United States, we try to always stay at a Holiday Inn Express. We do this because the hotels are always clean and well kept. We find the hotel desk staff to be pleasant, friendly and helpful. This visit was as expected. The front desk staff was friendly, smiling and helpful. The room was clean, in good repair and well stocked. The hotel was quiet and we had a good nights sleep.

Very clean & comfortable except A/C, heating unit made a terrible noise & had to turn off but was comfortable under comforter. Husband appreciated pillows being comfy. Staff friendly & hospitable but especially Tonesha & Kim in breakfast room. They kept it clean & tidy & stocked with a variety of choices. Appreciated the service!

The scenery, able to get to all stores & restaurants, able to actually walk to 2 of my favorite restaurants....pool and jacuzzi....being on the 3rd floor it was actually QUIET....

I really enjoyed stay in this hotel because the employees were very nice and friendly!! The room was spacious and clean!! Loved the free breakfast and snack/dinner available!! The only 2 complaints I have 1)the toilet didn’t flush well… had to hold down the lever for like a min for it to actually flush, which was annoying, but we dealt with it. 2) the jacuzzi at first was burning but the next day was warm enough just the jets kept stopping which didn’t make it enjoyable… could be cleaner!! Other than this had a good stay!! Kids loved the inside and outside pool!!!

I have been coming almost every week for the last few weeks. And I plan to continue to do so. It is an affordable overnight rate and the beds are comfortable and when the indoor pool and jacuzzi and the wonderful meals that you serve is worth every penny. It's like a refueling opportunity for us emotionally. even though we're 15 minutes from home, we feel like we're on vacation and we enjoy it and will continue to enjoy it. The staff has always been nothing but kind and wonderful and we are so happy with every aspect of our stay. I have no complaints.

This was my second stay at a Drury Inn and Suites, but in a different city. Staff is top notch- everyone goes above and beyond to make sure guests are 100% happy-from Front Desk Attendants to Food Service Staff and Servers to Maintenance Staff. To get not only a free hot breakfast buffet each morning, but a free hot dinner buffet and 2 free cocktails per adult at the "5:30pm Kickback" every evening (delicious food and great variety!) is not only unheard of anywhere else, but it's a great deal, considering the very reasonable room rates! Both locations were sparkling clean, both throughout the hotel as well as in the rooms. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and being permanently disabled, I can rarely say that! Drury Inn and Suites is now going to be my go to hotel whenever I travel. My best friend and I stayed for a Friday and Saturday night to attend a concert at the Coliseum, and the location was perfect- only 1.7 miles from the venue.

I had a wonderful experience at the Drury Hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable with plenty of pillows, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. I was initially hesitant to book after reading some negative reviews about the neighborhood, but I found the area to be perfectly fine—no issues at all and I didn’t see any of the concerns others mentioned, such as homelessness. The amenities were a real highlight. The evening reception was a great bonus, especially the taco bar—delicious and generous! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My only critique is that the breakfast could have been better stocked; several staple items ran out and weren’t replenished quickly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This place smell GOOD and it’s CLEAN! The ambience was so serene. The coffee at the coffee station was still pipping hot at 4pm and the lounge area was nice to sit at while having my coffee. The music playlist that was going just matched the vibe so well. Staff were attentive but not bothersome and made sure things stayed neat and in order. The pool water was cold but it was clean and had towels available so not to use the ones from our room. The halls were quiet and the bedding was clean and so comfortable. The icing on the cake for me was the HOT water in the shower. Nothing worse than having a stay away from home and the water runs cold just seconds after stepping in. The water stayed hot throughout and I was able to shower as long as I wanted. Breakfast provided many options and was good and filling. Checkout was seamless and stress free. This was overall a very welcoming and peaceful stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hotel is amazing. I felt safe during my stay. Lobby is clean with friendly staff. Coffee is 24/7. Rooms are immaculately clean. Bed is comfortable, seems more like laying on a cloud. They have plenty of cable channels to choose from. There’s dove lotion, small bar soap, shampoo, conditioner & gel soap. The shower is large & there’s instant hot water, no waiting required. Plenty of plug ins for phone or computer. Free wifi. Indoor pool (not heated). Free breakfast from 7am-10am.

First stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham. We chose based on business location and pet friendly without charging a bunch of unnecessary fees/deposits, etc. This location is close to the Greensboro Airport High Point as it states, so please don't be surprised of a few planes flying overhead (not a big deal). Also, there is nothing to do within walking distance because this seems to be a business district not a vacation spot. We only had to drive about 7.5 miles to restaurants/shops. The indoor pool and gym look inviting and clean. Breakfast could use a little attention as we stayed two nights and once a few biscuits ran out (for biscuits and gravy) we just used the gravy over the sausage. Usual powder eggs, but did offer waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, bananas & oranges. No regular creamer for coffee (coffee brand was Royal Cup - Excellent!!) The juice machine was not working properly (cranberry specifically). Coffee and ice water offered 24/7, which was nice. Again, no big issues, most important it was CLEAN, quiet for the most part, A/C worked perfect, no smell of pets, prepare to drive to get a bite to eat or any essentials, but great for a short stay! We will be staying at another La Quinta in Columbia, SC next so I will get pics of that hotel and review tomorrow :) OH, Staff here were very nice!!!

Room request fulfilled-no questions asked. Staff was very attentive and friendly toward grandkids. Morning hot buffet was an unexpected surprise and the staff member was exceptional at keeping everything fresh and clean with a smile on his face-very friendly. The room was so comfortable and clean as well as the beds. Fabulous colors and artwork throughout. Will highly recommend! Alot of dogs but never heard them barking-a few planes overhead but not a bother at all

Rooms are clean and it's dog friendly. The breakfast area was clean and they had a nice breakfast included. It's a shame people don't clean up after their dogs. The staff is so friendly and shouldn't have to do clean up after peoples animals. I would define go there again. The proximity to Southern Pines and Pinehurst is excellent.

The location is perfect for the event we attended to. The room is clean, beds are comfortable. Especially, it is quiet and peaceful the way we wanted it. No kids or adults making noises along the hallways. The staff members are nice and friendly. Breakfast is great. My son loves to swim so the pool is a bonus. Restaurants are right next to the hotel: Kpot, Mr. Tokyo and Burger King. We will stay in this hotel again.

Large rooms - we had a double queen. Nice big shower with liquid body wash, shampoo, and conditioner supplied. Comfy beds and pillows. Nice dinner menu. Fran served us in the dining room for dinner. She was so nice and helpful. The next morning Lonnie helped us at breakfast. He was very nice and helpful. Lots of variety in breakfast food to choose from. Front desk check in was fast and efficient. I was surprised though that a hotel of this size only has one elevator.

Quiet, convenient to Coliseum, breakfast ..the staff in the kitchen and the man serving our breakfast were very attentive, friendly and very efficient ! The ladies checking us in were so friendly and efficient. The housekeepers kept the room very clean!

In the area for a concert, so we needed an affordable mid range hotel close to the Tanger Center. This place didn’t disappoint, so I’m glad I went by other reviews. The service was very friendly and welcoming and the entire hotel is incredibly clean and in good shape. The style and design of the rooms is up to date - we especially liked the open tiled shower. Very comfortable bed, spacious room, and everything you’re looking for during a short stay. Our only two minor complaints would be the breakfast with a fee rather than complementary, and the fact that the cleaning staff started knocking on our door on checkout day starting at around 8:15am. Felt a little rushed when they knocked again shortly after, especially when checkout isn’t until 12noon. Doesn’t lower my rating, just a minor annoyance. Great hotel for a good price.

Room was very comfortable- especially the beds! Breakfast was good though limited in scope. The onsite restaurant for dinner was great- loved the steak salad! The staff were really friendly and helpful- especially Sarah at the front desk! The japanese restaurant just next door, Mr Tokyo, was excellent.

Extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. Very clean, up to date with modern finishes. The guest services were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Even though we were beside the interstate, we couldn’t even hear the traffic! The free breakfast was amazing, they offered Gluten free options, which I loved because I have celiac. Joyce and Jamie were great making sure we had any and everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Greensboro!

The location was convenient to the Greensboro Complex. We travelled with a service dog and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Every interaction we had with staff was great and felt comfortable. We had no trouble connecting to the internet and it was decently fast.The room was spacious and the beds were just right. Super clean rooms, elevators, lobby, and hallways. The breakfast was yummy and even had gluten free options!

I am a total fan of this hotel chain. This one is just a great as the others. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds/pillows, nice breakfast choices makes this a great family friendly place to stay. I will try to book more from this chain in the future!

I spent the weekend in Greensboro to attend the wedding of a dear friend and chose the newly built Hampton Inn. The hotel was chosen by the couple because it was right next to the wedding venue. I arrived Friday evening to check in and was helped right away. Sara was amazing from check in until I last spoke with her the night before I checked out. I chose a corner king room on the top floor. I was super impressed by the hotel, from the free parking lot, to the entrance, to the room. It’s very modern, spacious and super clean. My room was perfect, super comfortable king bed with very soft sheets. A sofa bed, a desk, a sitting bench and a kitchenette with a sink, fridge and microwave. There is a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning. Waffles, cereal, pastries, bagels, bacon, eggs and potatoes. There’s coffee, tea and lots of juice options. There is a bar in the lobby that stays open until 11pm. I’ll chose this hotel the next time I’m in town for sure. It’s walking distance to Elm street which has lots of restaurants, coffee shops and a few shops.

I am so glad I chose The Hampton Inn Greensboro as a stopping point on a recent road trip. It was convenient travelling with a pet, the parking was right near your room. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is a good start to the day. This hotel offered everything a guest would want; restaurant, pool, bar, pet-friendly, clean, and includes a friendly staff.

Good choice in Greensboro. This is a downtown fresh property with adjacent parking deck. Area seems quite good next to a Police Dept complex. Walkable to a few good restaurants. Lobby is large and welcoming with breakfast/ bar on one end. Has a pool and functional gym on site. Stay rooms are comfortable and modern. Staff go out of their way to help customers.

Great stay, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean. Convenient location. Very nice breakfast, the mini-omelets are a great idea. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Loved the parking decks with direct access to my third floor room. Has an odd-numbered room, which is the quiet side, I heard the train, but not bothersome. Nice, central location for visiting family in High Point one way and Gibsonville another direction. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect. Walkable to great restaurants, museums, downtown etc. The hotel itself was immaculate. The lobby is beautiful and very welcoming staff. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very nice especially the omelette. I loved everything about this hotel.

We were very pleased with our entire stay at the hotel. Very convenient parking, easy check-in and check-out, great staff, location of the hotel is super convenient, allowing a walking experience to explore downtown, it is safe, and very pet friendly. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. Great variety of food and beverage options, fresh, clean, and pleasant. The rooms were nice, great sleeping experience, and very dog friendly.

We enjoy the view from the suits. This hotel is very convenient to all our family down in NC. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. The only thing is the breakfast was disappointing this stay as the food was not refilled timely and if you weren't down early enough, most things were empty. All in all, this is a friendly, clean and welcoming hotel.

Plenty of area to have a nightly meeting or even a private place to read. Computer area. Elevators are a bit slow. Nice pool area on the second floor next to the small workout room. Great view of the baseball stadium!

Great place to stay in Greensboro. Room was clean and front desk was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was good each morning and parking was easy and convenient. Room was large and asked for clean towels each day and they brought them immediately.

We stayed overnight here on our way to Florida. We were extremely happy with the clean, well appointed rooms. The staff was very friendly, parking was on site and convenient. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was a typical free buffet but good.

We were there on 3/14 and 3/15/2020 and found the room to be clean and quiet And the staff very helpful and accommodating. This hotel offers hot breakfast and this is one of our criteria when picking a hotel. The first morning we had a great hot breakfast and were able to choose between eggs, waffles or cereal. Also available were fruit,pastries and bagels along with a car of juices, coffee or hot tea. Sadly, (due to the corona virus)the HOT breakfast on the second day was not available, so breakfast consisted of juice,milk and coffee. Also available were pastries and cereal. The staff was very apologetic regarding the hot breakfast cancellation but it was not their fault so I thought that was above and beyond. They did the best they could with what they could offer. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in the area visiting family.

The location was perfect for our travel. Easy on and off the highway. I loved that there's a CVS and fast food restaurants so close. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was amazing and perfect temperature. We enjoyed the counter space. I was able to lay out clothes and stuff for the kids easy access. Also plenty of space for diaper changes. The TV channels were good. We were glad that there wasn't static channels. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.The front desk made small talk with my kids on the way to the pool. The breakfast staff greeted us and smiled.

The hotel was so nice & clean, the room was very spacious, & the bed was very comfortable! Lots of pillows on the king-sized bed. Having a sitting area separate from the bed was so nice! It was pleasant to relax on the sofa while watching TV. The room decor was comfortable, as well. Wendy, on the front desk, was so friendly & helpful, she is a gem! Great parking, located close to Zaxby's for a quick meal & CVS too in case you need to pick up anything you forgot. Breakfast was really good, with a nice selection of items, hot & fresh. The attendant kept an eye on things & replenished the bacon & the cheese omelets while we were there. This property is located close to everything & very convenient.

My stay was exceptional. The A1 service and facility made me feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were soft and country fresh , which all contributed to my sweet sleep and blissful slumber. Even the breakfast staff was very welcoming. Everything was nice and clean , the staff was friendly and polite from check in to check out .The location is even great , it's litterly 3 minutes from every store and restaurant needed. We are definitely coming back to the Comfort Suites in Whitsett N.C.

A very comfortable and spacious room with a sofa, coffee table, desk and of course the 2 queen beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value compared to many choices in nearby Greensboro area. Clean. Good breakfast options. Near several fast food restaurants where we grabbed quick dinners after check in.

New feeling, bright and clean inside and out .. lobby open feeling clean and welcoming . My king bed basic Room was clean.. ok size, not huge … furnishing in good shape but understated and minimalist . Bed comfortable, pillows ok. Nice shower … Towels were decent. TV nice … small fridge available. Breakfast was ok. Did have eggs and a meat each day. Automated Pancake machine . Oatmeal a little undercooked both times I had it. Kitchen help on top of things stocking things. TWO foosball tables in the lobby … thought that was odd. Staff pretty friendly. One night I followed 3 cops down my hallway as they knocked on a door near mine, but nothing seemed to come of it. I felt safe there.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice fluffy towels, plenty of them, delicious liquid, lemon soap and lotion in the bath, and a great shower with plenty of hot water. All that plus convenient check in and 24 hour free hot coffee and tea. Modern and clean facility and room. A win all the way around!

Clean with nice breakfast. Fresh coffee All Day. Staff is friendly and the hotel is pet Friendly. They keep the hotel clean! They have filtered water fountain to refill your water bottles.

Front desk employees are very nice. The rooms are brand new, so they are in great shape. Nice TV (55inch) with plenty of channels. shower great pressure and no issues with temperature. Nice little selection of snacks and drinks downstairs. No coffee maker in the rooms so you have to visit lobby in the morning. Free Breakfast pretty standard breakfast you find at most hotels. Fun lobby had some board games and foosball tables. No pool but a little nicer fitness room than most places. Oh and I forgot to mention the room was very quiet no noise from rooms near me or outside noise.

Rooms are spacious. Building is very clean. Staff is very friendly & helpful! Only thing that would’ve made it absolutely perfect is if they had another meat option for breakfast other than pork. But that’s not a big deal. Overall very happy with my stay.

We've stayed in this hotel at least 10 times going from PA to SC. The renovations recently done are absolutely beautiful. This was not a lipstick on a pig redo, the rooms are updated and modern. The colors are peaceful, enough charging places, lighting is adequate and the entire room was not only beautiful, but comfortable. Tub, toilet and sink have new fixtures. We had takeout from the restaurant and the employee was friendly and efficient. The front desk employee at check-in was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. We travel with a dog. The previous stays we were on the first floor and requested the same on this stay. This was requested when the reservation was made, but do understand it's determined by availability. A second floor room was assigned and it was explained we should use the steps. We explained steps are not something our greyhound has mastered, but he is familiar and comfortable with elevators. She asked if we could pick the dog up and this would have been impossible with our boney pony. We explained they don't do step, can't sit, but don't bark or shed. The entire encounter was very positive and the employee was doing her job. We hold no ill feelings for the chain or the hotel and understand rules. Please be aware if you have a pet, you may have to do steps or carry in the elevator.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice. Byron, at the front desk, was so helpful. The pool was clean and warm. The beds are very comfortable. There is also free breakfast and they have a restaurant for dinner (we didn’t eat here but it looked good). Highly recommend!

Stopped here on our way to South Carolina from Pittsburgh. Wanted a reasonably priced, clean hotel with a bar/restaurant attached because we didn’t want to do any more driving. This hotel fit the bill. Room was very comfortable and clean. The best part of this hotel however, is Tim the bartender. My husband and I had a couple of delicious drinks, tacos, and a Caesar salad that did not disappoint. Tim makes a fabulous gin and tonic and was a delight to talk to. Give this man a raise! He deserves it. A+++

Clean, quiet place to stay. They had HBO and Showtime included on the TV. I added breakfast to our stay for extra. The main breakfast entry was ordered off a menu with my wife and I both ordering an omelette. Cereals, breads, juices, milk, coffee were available from a buffet as well. Gym was acceptable with some cardio machines, an adjustable bench and dumbbells up to 50 pounds. The front desk lady was good enough, but never a smile. Overall a decent enough stay.

The place was beautiful. Very clean and new. The bar and restaurant area was very nice and reasonably priced. The staff was super helpful at the front desk as well as in the restaurant. Highly recommend it and I will be coming back.

The stay at this hotel was awesome. We had a large family gathering and they did an awesome job accommodating all of us. They made sure to put all of us together on the top floor as to ensure we wouldn’t have to worry about disturbing the other guest. I think that was so wonderful. Each time I’ve visited this hotel, they never disappoint. The hotel and room were very clean and the front desk on each shift the week of the July 4th were GREAT! The pool area was vey nice and the staff made sure to keep plenty of towels on hand. The breakfast area was clean and stocked with plenty of food . Breakfast was great with hot, continental, and cold choices. One of the nicest features of this hotel was that it was within walking distance of plenty of eating and shopping places. I do think the rooms can be updated with new sofa beds, carpeting, and possibly an upgraded walk-in shower. It does provide a separate space for the sofa bed area, but the sink is outside from the bathroom. The room was very comfortable and provided 3 adult guest with plenty of room. There wasn’t a luggage rack, so we just made due with using the ironing board as a shelf. Overall, it was a great stay.

My son and I stayed at SpringHill Suites in Greensboro for three nights during a swim meet, and we had a great experience. The hotel is clean, though it shows its age a little. What stood out most was the staff, especially Angie. She was amazing! Between swim sessions, we returned to the hotel for lunch, and Angie kindly made us fresh coffee. Her warm and friendly demeanor truly made our stay more enjoyable. The staff overall was helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

It was a great trip with 3 kids in tow. Close to any food cuisines desirable. We dined in with doordash from outback in our room. Hotel location was easy to get to, plenty of parking. Continental breakfast included in our stay. Room was comfortable, not the cleanest, looked like blood stains on the carpet, but overall, comparable to other equally established hotels. Pool was awesome, not overtly chlorinated, heated but not a dismal heat.. Best part of the hotel was the staffing. Kind, Courteous. Professional and extremely pleasant to interact with. Our favorites were Angie and Kelly. Both were remarkanle to make us feel welcomed as if it were our own home. These two were the main reason I rated our stay as excellent. Floors can be overlooked but hospitality is where service can be the major determining factor.. Appreciated a hassle free stay. The linens were clean, towels clean, working fridge in the room, with double bed and pull out sofa. Springs on that thing are eating through the matress.. maybe time for upgrade.. but all in all perfect for a two nighter.. We went to the Science Museum a short drive away! Looks, plenty to do in the area, especially shopping. Near Walmart with Sams Club and a Target too. So again, thanks Angie and Kelly for being you! A great asset to the Marriot hotel! Terry

I love this Marriott SpringHill Suites! This is my second stay and the stay is FANTASTIC! Kelly is so welcoming and hospitable and the rest of the staff follows suit! Just stayed for one night but it was a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and they had staff overseeing to make sure the area was tidy. The staff was friendly as well greeting you as you enter the breakfast area. All the apples were wrapped. Multiple choices for breakfast. 👍👍

We stayed one night at the double tree due to an event we had to go to. Place is clean, neat, and customer service is amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the best part was the free cookies. With our booking we did get free breakfast however they had no recongition of it so of course I had prepaid receipts of everythng. The breakfast is a menu you pick an item from worth $ 15.00 per person if you go over the $15 you pay the balance which our balance was $.95 cents not bad. They are still remodling on some of the rooms. I think the hotel used to be hoilday Inn express, the water pressure from the shower was a little weak, as well as the toliet did not flush that good. There was an issue with the hotels door make sure it shuts it was a lot of rooms where the hotel door was still open like when they try to close the door it was a crack open. The bed was super cozy and comfortable and the location is in the middle of everything we needed. Per leaving my receipt was emailed to me with a balance of $14.00 claiming taxes but I had already had prepaid and had receipts of that as well. I will recommend this place i would say be patient witht he liitle quorks here and there. I would stay back if I had to.

This Hilton Doubletree property, newly renovated with its focus on customers is a rare find in the competitive hotel industry serving Interstate travelers. The General Manager and his selected staff are superb in creating a culture of excellence in serving the weary interstate traveler. This is a property worth overnighting! Highly recommend their reception cookies and water, on property restaurant and bar, free coffee in the morning, the renovated rooms, and most recently their pool. Everyone on the hotel staff has smiles and are willing to go the extra mile for its guests. I rate their efforts to please it’s visitors as truly exceptional!

I wanna start by saying the staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly provided amazing customer service to myself and my family. The facility was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the food was good. I definitely wanna shout out the front desk not only where they friendly to myself and my family. Every time we had an interaction. I also heard them interacting with all customers.

This was just a little getaway for me and my wife. The hotel was amazing. The staff was amazing and for a last-minute booking the price was amazing also. The location was perfect. It was easy access and was right down the street from some amazing restaurants.

The staff are amazing here. The rooms were very comfortable and met our needs. The showers are absolutely amazing. The toiletries were a very welcomed surprise. Three employees were absolute standouts. My only regret is that I don't remember their names. But the first encounter was as we checked in on Friday. She was very professional, personable, and super helpful. Also, the lady who prepared, served, and maintained the breakfast bar. She was very sweet, helpful, accommodating, and met every need or want we had. The food was yummy, and the entire breakfast area was superbly clean. Also, the person who was working Sunday morning during checkout was absolutely the most friendly, helpful, and pleasant individual.

The front desk and kitchen staff were really nice and helpful. Ms. Mary in the breakfast area was so friendly and outgoing and went above and beyond to make everybody feel welcome. The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect for the ACC tournament and Greensboro Coliseum.

Had a great experience at this hotel. I stayed for a business trip while attending Highpoint market. The staff was extremely friendly, and they even had special snack bags to take and treats in the evening. There was a breakfast every morning, which was really convenient to be able to grab something before heading out on the shuttle. It was recently remodeled, and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again

You would think being close to the interstate it would be noisy but it was surprisingly quiet. Tamica greeted us at check-in and was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was SO good! There were a ton of options, all prepared well, and I was just really impressed all around with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The Marriott Greensboro Airport was the perfect location for us since my fiancé and I missed our flight. It was a short 5 minute walk from the airport and checking in was a breeze. The room smelled clean and super comfortable to relax in after a long day at the airport. We headed down for dinner and a few drinks. We had the fried flounder and apple cobbler for dessert. Both were fantastic! Sylvia and Joanne behind the bar totally took care of us! They were both so personable and attentive. We highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for comfort and respite!

Our stay was quiet, the room was clean and parking convenient. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was a hit with my husband. Yes, we'd stay again.

We stayed at the airport Marriot for convenience. An excellent property overall and great staff! However, a few issues. The lighting levels in various common spaces felt extremely low, including the auto revolving doors: lights off; the elevators: barely lit; the 5th fl landing, barely lit; broken coffee machine; no microwave; no coffee in the lobby or at the restaurant (evening); no free in room wifi; could not see the “Lobby” label next to the 2nd floor elevator button, went to floor 1 and was lost; dark there as well and saw no sign stating Lobby was on floor 2.

I loved the room. It was clean and comfortable. The dining room staff was excellent and friendly. If you think you may need an extra blanket get it right away. You shouldn’t have to pay for WiFi service.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for a one week business trip, and it exceeded all my expectations. The moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the entire hotel was—spotless floors, fresh-smelling air, and a welcoming vibe. The staff were incredibly courteous, greeting me with genuine smiles and making the check-in process smooth and friendly. The highlight of my stay was definitely the room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, but what really stole the show were the pillows—unbelievably soft and fluffy, like sinking into a cloud. It made for some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages.

This is a very clean, modern, up to date hotel. Staff attentive and helpful. We stayed in a double bed room with a sofa with 6 people and didn't feel squished in the room at all. Beds soft and comfy. Plenty of towels for all of us. Nice lighting in the room and easy to find switches (I almost never compliment hotel rooms on that). Breakfast was great - omelets, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, warm cinnamon rolls. Nice outdoor pool. Near restaurants and gas stations.

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. The hotel is family friendly. There were several restaurants nearby.

Hotel was clean, well maintained and with very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent and well stocked. We were at this hotel for a soccer tournament with our team and others, but they were still able to keep up with the food and needs of all guests. Beds didn’t seem like queen size and were not the most comfortable as they were very soft, but again - very clean maintained hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with things to do there, Area is just ok. Kind of a run down dumpy area, but we didn’t feel unsafe. And over all hotel was nice! Thank you.

It was an ok stay. There was nothing special or noteworthy about my stay. It was as basic as staying in a Holiday Inn Express. I booked this hotel over the others in the area because they have a 'bistro' instead of just the same 'ol continental breakfast. However, the 'bistro' was out of everything I seemed to order on the menu and I ended up with "well whatever you do have, I'll take that". Even though they served Starbucks coffee, I had to walk over to the actual Starbucks for anything that wasn't 'drip' coffee. Overall, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Not a single issue with the room so I consider it a decent stay. I look for four things when I stay at a hotel. Am I safe? Is the room clean? Is the bed comfortable for me to get good sleep? AND What's for breakfast? They met 3 of the 4. If you do stay here there is a plethora and yes I said a plethora of restaurants and other places to eat in the area.

This was a wonderful stay. I was there for an extended time with my company and was very comfortable. The rooms are small but spotlessly clean. Very sleek and modern-felt recently updated. The lobby is beautiful with a Starbucks, a bar and plenty of seating. Housekeeping was difficult to get but I know that's a thing in the post covid world, and the the staff was always helpful and lovely getting anything I needed. The courtyard area is so cute and relaxing. You are walking distance from every possible chain restaurant imaginable. The only con is it is right on the highway so if you have an outward facing room, the traffic can get loud, but I rarely found it to be too bad to handle. The gym was also really nice. Would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel is nice, grounds are clean. The staff is fantastic, especially Christopher, Miss Betty, Mary Ellen and Richard. Made our week's stay a delight. Many restaurants within walking distance. Pet friendly with a very clean pet relief area. Rooms are spotless, water pressure is plentiful. Unique design on the shower, large area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

I had a hard time when I got to Greensboro with the bookings that I'd made in advance. I was extremely disappointed with the rooms when I got there. It took me hours to locate the right location. So when I booked with Marriott I knew I was going to pay more but that I would be at a home away from home space, which is the feel, the smell, the all around vibe that I wanted. I was very pleased with the Courtyard at Marriott the friendly staff and above average accommodations My extremely clean room made it all the more relaxing and peaceful. It will be my stay over spot whenever I come back to Greensboro. No use in going anyplace else. Everything was just perfect.

The location was perfect for us as we were taking our daughter to UNC-G for orientation. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was an easy drive (10 minutes) to UNC-G. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful.

I would stay again my critiques are minor. Main rooms looked new, even as pictured on ads. Linens and towels were fresh and soft. The room seemed very clean for the most part, but the maid missed a large tuff of animal hair in the corner of the floor ontop base of the floor lamp, and an animal treat under the coffee table. The bottom drawer of the dresser was broken and wouldn't close, a trip hazard. Very little walking room beside the King bed on the window side next to the AC, Bathroom looked like a very old one with a new coat of paint, mold appearing from under the new caulk, tub drains very slow, so while showering you had to stand in a couple of inches of water. Brand New sink and stand. Nothing scary you can tell they are working hard at fixing it up, I would stay again, the hotel felt safe and clean. Front desk and other staff were friendly helpful and pleasant, all asking if you needed anything. Breakfast was ok, other than no fruit or pastries it was normal, cearials waffles, rubber pancakes, scrambled eggs sausage biscuits and gravy, and hash browns that needed to be browned. The breakfast area was clean, needs a little organizing, packets of oatmeal no where near hot water, cereal away from the milk. It would be nice to have some vegan milk, and herbal teas. Very much appreciated the walnuts!

I loved the staff who greeted me and helped me out. I had a cleaned up room with clean towels, linens, and had the travel toiletries. Here's the thing, the hotel is under renovations, which I didn't know before I booked the hotel. The gym was down, and I specifically got this hotel because of the location, cost, and gym, so I ended up walking up and down the stairs 15 times for my workout that evening. The provided breakfast did not have any yogurt, oatmeal, or fresh fruit, which is what I was planning on eating because that's typically what is at almost every hotel breakfast. I had breakfast at 6:40-6:50 when they opened the breakfast area at 6:30. I had seen that they had one yogurt in the fridge the night before, so I guess that they just didn't restock it. Instead of the fruit and yogurt or oatmeal, I had some scrambled eggs (seemed to be powdered eggs) and what they told me was a turkey sausage patty. It works. Overall, I liked the hotel. I didn't like how the halls and my room were over 75 degrees when I got in there, I couldn't close the blackout curtains so I had to close them with a pants hanger, and the caulking around the tube had mold on it. They have recently painted all of the walls so paint splotches were on the toilet. That's fine. Stuff happens. My drain was very slow and took over 30 minutes to drain, but I texted them about it and they said that they'd look into it. I'd stay here again, but for a lower rate because it didn't have what I needed.

This hotel was actually quite great for the price and the location. Outside is a couple of rundown motels and its not the best location. But the staff and the hotel itself are amazing. The front desk staff always greet you upon entry and they never once made me feel unsafe or like I was bothering them. They were always so nice. My room was clean and everything was to my liking. Housekeeping wasnt invasive but you could ask for them to come more than once a day. Breakfast was included and they had coffee. Just an overall great experience. Truly recommend staying here for a cheaper get away/staycation. Lots of food options around and the mall is across the street as well.

Clean comfortable stay in an older hotel. As long as you dont mind a few cracks and a little peeling paint,it was very comfortable, and we got a good night sleep. The morning breakfast was good, plenty of options even though i avoid gluten. The room was well furnished with more seating options than the average hotel. Id definitely stay again if im in the area.

My 3 night stay was very comfortable as provided by a very good staff. My room was fresh and clean. Breakfast was good. It was an oasis to relax and recharge.

I just wish y'all offered more rewards and free stays like the choice rewards program I was using before the hotel got switched to oyo it lets you earn points while paying for the room and you earn free nights every so often please that would be very helpful

The room was quite easy to find and convenient to get into, i do feel as though it could have been prepped just alittle.better but im not complaining im just giving my honest opinion. For the price your not going to be able to beat it and for the most part your only their at night to eat shower and sleep . Over all i thing it was a great value for the price and over all convenient to find your roon and get in and out, plus its easily a mere 6-7 miles from my current job site... i will be looking.forward to staying there again lord willing i thank you all the ataff the help everyone for making my stay as comfortable as possible

Overall the room is very clean and spacious; just the price is a bit high. I think the problem is on the Expedia.com side, not on the hotel side. The staff is very friendly. I arrived a bit early, but she still let me check in around 1:00 pm.

Everything was exceptionally clean! The beds were comfortable and Our room had a microwave and mini fridge. Thomas and the rest of the staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast had options that even included two waffle irons and a batter dispenser!

The beds were comfortable with really nice sheets, we slept great! The room was large with nice furnishings. The bathroom was large with nice fixtures including a tub and clean. Continental breakfast was included with waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee.

Closeness to our destination for the cost. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The room was clean with fresh towels and bedding. It was quiet as well, which was nice. Parking area was well lit and ample.

My room was clean, and my friend also thought his room was clean. I wasn’t bothered during the night or morning, and I enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and coffee.
