Very beautiful, clean and modern room. All the amenities you want and more. The view incredible, the comfort first rate. The continental break was the best I ever had. Delicious and presented beautifully. They haven’t forgotten anything. Quiet and serene. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Friendly and responsive staff, clean and cozy room. Breakfast was unavailable at the time, but there was a well-equipped guest kitchen with tea and coffee available. Many of us stayed at the place because the only bridge from the island was closed down and hundreds of people spent the night in their cars, buses, and trucks. The owner generously offered some food and drinks to be distributed for bus passengers.

When we arrived there was an after work party with lots of happy people. We were also offered a drink (or two... :-) and it is probably the most welcoming arrival to an hotel I have had. :-) The room was spotless and the beds and other facilities were great. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast which was definitely one of the best I have had in an hotel. Me and my wife can highly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed.

The best hotel we stayed at durng our car trip to Germany!

We booked at first a double normal room, and we were very happy already from the colors and the style of the room, that we extended our stay for one more day in the hotel. The hotel was really clean from the bathrooms to the restaurant. Literally everywhere. It is a family-friendly hotel with very calm and nice colors, very friendly staff and very helpful staff that they create a very pleasant stay and experience to the hotel guests. The breakfast was very rich and very special with plenty of food. The food in the restaurant was simply amazing, I recommend the tuna tartar which was one of the best tartar I ever had with freshly mango and cucumber, then the beef carpacio, which was simply amazing. Then the fish and the Black Angus, was extraordinary. Literally, the food here in these hotel is exceptional. The sauna facilities were also very clean and very professional. We were unlucky that the masser was sick, but it was so big deal. We had an amazing time and we gonna definitely come back

A welcoming hotel, smart and modern with some touches of glamour in the communal areas, as well as a bar full of character. Nice restaurant, a good choice of menu and very pleasant and helpful staff. A perfect location for exploring Burg on foot and also to visit the surrounding areas, beaches etc. A well proportioned bedroom with good storage, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and shower. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it overall.

We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel, staying in room18 ( Alpin suite), with separate living and sleeping area, as well as a balcony. The hotel is located in Central Burg, next to St Nicholai Church and has its own parking area, which is available free of charge for guests. It has been owned for over 50 years bÿ the Wolf family and has recently undergone extensive renovation. The result is most impressive:attractive, well-equipped guest rooms, as well relaxing communal areas. The breakfast room has a bow-shaped outer wall.overlooking a garden, where guests have a choice of a vaste display og cold meats , smoked fish, cheeses, freshly baked bread and croissants , fruit juices coffee and tea. Staff are friendly and helpful and are well-trained to provide efficient service to the guests; business travellers, couples on holiday, as well as families with young children. A selection of tourist brochures is available in the reception area.

The hotel is close to being perfect. Nice quiet well maintained hotel with very friendly people. Very close to the city center. Car charger nearby in walking distance. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. The room is very cosy.

We were driving from Copenhagen to Hamburg and decided to stop for the night — what a wonderful surprise! Burg Klause is perfectly located right next to the medieval church, just a stone’s throw from the main street. The building is immaculate, with plenty of parking spaces outside and a warm, homely atmosphere. Inside, the hotel is modern and tastefully decorated. Rooms are spacious, with comfortable king-sized beds and an excellent shower. The restaurant has its own unique charm, with a traditional all-wood interior that feels authentically German. The food was very good and matched the welcoming setting.

We were greeted very warmly on arrival, everything we needed to know was clearly explained to us, and we even received a free welcome drink on our arrival! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet (we had the family suite) and the selection for evening meals in the restaurant was more than adequate (a little on the pricey side though). Breakfast in the morning was superb.

We had our dog with us: she was made to feel very welcome (blanket and cookies on arrival). The hotel had made provisions for dining with her (we used the lovely bar area). We only stayed one night but would definitely recommend the hotel: breakfast was good, a bar menu was small but excellent and the location perfect for walking and exercising dogs. The staff we met were friendly and the check in/out procedures hassle free.

Absolutely fantastic the breakfast area: I watched the sun rise while the fireplace was providing cozy warmth. The breakfast was by far the best I enjoyed at any hotel this year. This lovely hotel is located on the Baltic shore with a marina and cafes nearby. Our room was delightful and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed a thoroughly comfortable, quiet night in a clean room conveniently located near the ferry we took to Denmark. Regretted leaving after only one night.

We had informed them earlier, they kindly left our access card out for us to get in. There is a lot of info. in the room. There is a campsite which has restaurants and a bistro. We took a walk to the Bistro, they were able to give us something to eat and drink. It's a lovely area, perfect for a holiday. Unfortunately, ours was just an overnight stop.

Easy access to ferry port. Clean and tidy room with kitchenette facilities. Older shower cubicle but good pressure . Nice buffet breakfast. Staff spoke excellent English when required and patient when I attempted German. Would stay again.

The accomodation was very clean and situated in a peacefull environment. There were enough parking spots and within a short car drive there were shops (in nearby town) and other places to visit. Employees were very friendly. We stayed for one night but definitely would recommend this place.

Der Chef und die Chefin sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist gut. Kostenloses parken vor dem Haus ist kein Problem. Mein Zimmer (#3) war schön eingerichtet und alles war sauber. Ich durfte meinen e-Scooter in der Garage kostenlos aufladen! Das hat mich sehr gefreut und hat meinen Aufenthalt verschönert :) Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl am Buffet, sogar die Chefin höchstpersönlich versorgte alle Gäste mit tollen und frischen Extras :) Top! Weiter so! Komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit großem Bett. Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber mit einer mini Bar. Schönes, vielfältiges Frühstück. Fühlt sich nicht wie ein drei Sterne Hotel, Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in einem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder !

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas regionaler sein mit weniger Abgepacktem. Aber z. B. Kaffeevarianten und Rührei etc. gibt es auf Wunsch auch ganz frisch. Das Bad ist etwas klein und die (kurzen) Wege/ Treppe etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber alles OK.

We arrived at the Hotel late at night after about 35 hours travel from New Zealand right on the other side of the world. Receptionist knew we where coming, greeted us and gave us our key. Room was lovely and clean, nice comforable bed and a great shower. Over the course of our week we discovered what a wonderful Family Environment it was- Kids and activities everywhere! The ocean was but a Stones throw away and the breakfast was fantastic massive smorgasboard with everything from wurst to smoked salmon to all the cereals and fruits etc you could want Had a really good time and plan to come back next time we are in Europe. I would recommend forking out the extra 10-20 a night for an ocean view room. We didnt and it Looks like they had super views from there!

Wissers, the former no 1 hotel in Burg centre is still a nice place to stay. Located in the middle of everything with a pittoresque terrace for out-eating and drinking, guests are only in a somewhat- minute- distance from shops and restaurants. Groceries/ pharmacy next door. Very good breakfast with a variety of sweet and spicy stuff. Nice and friendly staff. Parking on site. 😀

Family of four enjoyed three days at the hotel. All rooms offer a brilliant view of the Baltic. Sandy Beach right in front of the hotel. Parking was free and free wifi in lobby although you could touch lucky and pick this up in your room at times. Best was having two hours free access a day to the swimming complex next door which was amazing (including a wave machine and slide). Would definitely recommend this to British families in the Northern Germany area.

Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!

Die Anlage ist natürlich etwas älter, aber aus meiner Sicht gut in Schuss gehalten, bzw. besser als so manche 'Zentral-Parks'-Unterkünfte in anderen Ländern ;) Das Zimmer im Haus A war gut gelegen (Deichseite), und super sauber, auch unter den Betten. Die Heizung und das Wasser waren warm, alles funktionierte. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer bzgl. Küche war vollständig - was auch nicht immer die Regel ist. Die Rezeption ist freundlich. Das Areal ist toll und es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken. Viele Spielplätze und Dinge für Kinder, die alle in Ordnung sind. Kurz, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Negativ aufgefallen ist mir nur das Internet. Am Donnerstag war es noch okay, mit der großen Anreise der Leute zum Freitag und dann am Wochenende war es praktisch oft nicht nutzbar.

Ferienpark Weissenhäuser Strand var mycket större och finare än vad vi hade trott. Allra svåraste var att hitta rätt till den plats vi hade blivit skickade till. Eftersom vi inte är så bra på att tala tyska förstod vi inte riktigt vart vi skulle köra. Sen var det mycket svårt att hitta en plats att ställa bilen. När vi äntligen kom till vårt rum blev vi nöjda med allt där inne, kanske kunde TVn bli utbytt, den hade mycket dålig bild. I övrigt var vi glatt överraskade över hur rent och fint det var överallt, både inomhus och ute. Allt rent och snyggt. Vi kan tänka oss att göra ett nytt besök nästa år. Tack så mycket. <3

Vi var tre kvinder der boede i en juniorsuite. Der var rigtig god plads samt et lille te-køkken. Vi nød virkelig opholdet.Tæt på Burg hvor vi shoppede og tæt på strand. Morgenmadsbuffet var i top, og servicen var ligeledes i top. Bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg/vi besøger dette skønne hotel.

We wanted to take a trip to the Bordershop and always drive by this hotel on our way to Germany and always thought it was so mysterious! I just found out Jimi Hendrix spent a night there! I would have asked for his room had I known. Yes, the room is like a time capsule, but I'm a huge mid century modern fan and I LOVED IT! The view from the 7th floor was amazing! As we were leaving a staff member was fixing the room just next to us and it was completely modern and VERY nice standard. She said they were going to renovate the entire hotel! I hope they save Jimi's room! Also I loved the restaurant!

Spacious rooms, cozy design from the 70s, harbour view. Overall, I like this kind of old interior design and enjoyed it very much. The room is much bigger than in modern hotels.

The room was of good size. It has a beautiful view. The bathroom has been recently renewed. The restaurant served us a nice dinner. The location of the hotel is perfect for us. We always arrive late in the evening and leave early in the morning.

We had dinner on the Tuesday evening, but needed to leave very early on Wednesday morning so cannot comment on breakfast as we left by 5 am. The location was very convenient as it was next to the Puttgarden ferry port. The price of the room was very reasonable and the food at dinnertime was lovely.

Perfect location for getting the ferry to Denmark. Quite traditional decor and a bit dated but was clean and comfy enough. No kettle but the staff did let us have some hot water. Mainly great as an easy stopover for onward travel.

I got a great recommendation from the owner of where to go for a seafood dinner. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

We loved the barrel house! Great fun to be in and cosy. Toilet and shower facilities are very close by just 10 steps away. A quiet location being out in the country. The host was very hospitable and welcoming, very interesting to talk to. The breakfast was exceptional, great variety and the best one todate. Certainly would recommend this hotel as some where to stay.

Lovely hotel in the countryside! The rooms are comfortably furnished, walk-in shower, towel heater, and, as far as I could tell, each room has a door to a small patio area out back. There are lots of chairs to sit in and it's very quiet and peaceful. Along with the main hotel, there are several small "wagons" and a "chill out" house with comfy chairs, book, games, etc. Parking (free) on premises. I didn't eat breakfast, but it looked fantastic (+14EUR) and was served in a cute breakfast room! Worth the 15-20 min. drive to Heiligenhafen & I would definitely stay again!

Very nice location in a quiet area. The host is very friendly. The rooms are spacious enough and the shower is perfect with good water pressure.

The Meeresrauschen is an excellent small hotel with sea views, a lovely owner who is exceptionally accommodating for all issues. Our room was very comfortable and equipped with 2 armchairs, a small table to work on, a TV and ample storage space for 2 full suitcases. The separate bathroom is excellent with attention to detail such as loads of pegs for hanging towels etc, also separate towel colour for both guests so no mix ups on that front. The hotel as a whole is exceptionally clean, breakfast is excellent with more than enough to choose from the buffet. As such it's a 5-star recommendation from us.

I was very pleased to see/smell that the host uses perfume free cleaning products which made it so much easier for me to sleep not being surrounded by awful odours. Thank you! Breakfast was very good, staff extremely friendly and helpful and they laid on Easter treats on Easter Sunday. Rooms were spacious, clean and well laid out. Liked the direct access to a veranda and the woods.

Not laid out like a typical hotel. Smaller houses put together interestingly put together. Was really comfortable and appealing.

We were arriving late but check in was super easy with the key box. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The room was huge and the shower was good and hot. It was really great value too. Breakfast was german style - coffee, bread, cheese and cold meats, with a hard boiled egg.

Perfect for us, on our way from Sweden to Switzerland with our 2-year old son. We got exactly what could be expected apart from the food, which was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The staff was extraordinary friendly and also helped with parking nearby.

The staff were so unbelievably friendly to me, I had a long day travelling from England to Germany and they were so kind and helpful, they helped me choose my meal as I don't speak German and it was delicious. Honestly the best staff I've ever encountered!!!

Great breakfast, nice people. Wonderful view. It is nice to have an almost empty hotel in almost empty Heiligenhafen.
