Highly recommend a stay at Courtyard Hilton Head! If you like to be close to the activities and close enough to the beach to walk, then that is another reason to stay here. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island. We had a great experience at check-in, felt safe with their extra safety measures for their guests, and liked the facilities. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had a real nice shower. The beach was a short walk away but I would not want to lug a lot of beach chairs and other stuff that distance, though. In the immediate area by the hotel is Coligny Plaza with a number of shops and eateries. We were so pleased with our choice of hotels for this first trip here and would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travelers. Hilton Head Island is not that huge … you can go for a drive and find so many other stores and restaurants and beaches and other fun things to do. We hope to return someday!

As you enter the hotel you will notice that the entire lobby area has a fresh and clean smelling aromatherapy. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was very nice. The location is perfect for walking to shops, beach and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room 421, King with balcony. This room is on the main entrance side of the building. You won’t get an ocean view where the hotels sits but a view of the park and it is still a nice view. Hotel has a great location. One of the newer hotels in HHI. Walking distance to Coligny and local restaurants/shops. The location really sets this hotel apart from others. The rooftop pool and terrace is a nice perk. Room was really clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its in a great location walking distance to the beach, shopping, and tons of great dining options. The roof top pool and bar was so much fun. The bar tender Chad was great and made me a frozen drink I found online called wedding cake. They also have fires setup on the roof at night time which was very relaxing.

Sure some stores and restaurants may be closed on the off season, but we had the rooftop pool and bar almost all to ourselves & had a nice quiet empty beach to enjoy. The weather was still very nice in October, and still plenty of things to do. Located close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, and the rooms are modern and clean. Great stay!

Extremely pleased with our stay! Hotel was clean as a pin. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff was professional, friendly and customer oriented. Hot breakfast, coffee and breakfast was delicious. Breakfast team was always upbeat and friendly. Easy 15 minute drive to folly field beach. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Better late than never with the review.....Stayed here the last 2 years whilst attending the practice days of the RBC Heritage PGA golf tournament in Hilton Head. Location was perfect for my needs: despite not even being on the island, nor close to Harbour Town Links or the beaches, this hotel is only a very straightforward 5-mile drive from the RBC General Spectator Parking lot (Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn). Parking spots were always available in the small open lot at the front of the hotel Monday through Wednesday; there is additional parking under the hotel (all complimentary). Members of staff I encountered were always pleasant and helpful - shout-out to Val and Chris (dinner server and cook) who went above and beyond despite dealing with a family bereavement. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet; lobby bright and airy. Food in the onsite Garden Grille restaurant for dinner last year was tasty and much better than the year before; only had breakfast once and it wasn't that great.

My husband and I had the best experience, specifically due to the staff we interacted with! The manager at the front desk, DARION, was very helpful. We had a small housekeeping issue that he rectified immediately by calling the housekeeper to come take care of. We had dinner that evening and ANNA served us so efficiently and kindly. She was even able to provide us our specific requests of having dinner ready for us at the time we requested. And the CHEF, TY, OMG, is magnificent! The best salmon special with side salad I ever remember having! He must be a Seafood expert chef! Delicious! Then at the front desk TIM, was so helpful for every request we had! Even the day after check, we wanted to come back in to eat again for dinner bc the food was so good, so we called ahead and spoke to SUZANNA, who did some menu research for us, called us back and gave us the information! Our great experience was due to the wonderful staff!

The title of this hotel is a bit deceptive. It's actually not on Hilton Head Island, but in Bluffton right at the bridge leading to the island. This location is actually very good---near many shops and restaurants in Bluffton, but quick access to all parts of the island. We were here for only one night. Our King Suite actually had a partial view of the lovely marsh area at the bridge. The room had the usual traits of a 2-room suite---separate sitting area, kitchenette, two TV's, etc. It had a fairly large bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. It was bright and airy. The hotel is back some from busy US278, so the room was quiet. Overall, we had no issues at all with the room. Free parking is in a garage under the hotel or right outside in an open lot. There is an outside pool. Staff were friendly. So what's not to like---thus, the 5-star review.

My husband and I stayed from some rest and relaxing time after a busy last couple of months. The Hilton did not disappoint. The breakfast was hot and the server she was Amazing. The coffee was good.. Staff was friendly and made our stay comfortable. Location was close to shopping and dining

Sonesta Resort Hilton Head exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere. The resort is stunning — beautifully landscaped, spotless, and full of charm. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a view of the pool and the ocean. Biking to Coligny was a favorite past time and we loved having easy access to the beach just steps away. The beach itself was clean, relaxing, and never felt overcrowded. We also appreciated the on-site dining options, which offered a great mix of kid-friendly meals and more upscale dishes for the adults. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. This was truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had, and we’re already talking about when we can return.

This resort is beautiful! The view the location to the beach and to town couldn’t be better! The only downside is the staff. There is a very strange vibe from this resort that the staff is not really wanting to be there and the guests annoy them. Not just from one location but several example the restaurant the coffee shop the beach bar the house keeping. We are incredibly friendly people and not very hard to impress honestly especially on vacation however the staff could not act more annoyed that you’re there if they tried. The woman who works in the coffee shop I’m assuming doesn’t drink coffee whatever you order she will give you something completely different with a very annoyed demeanor while making straight eye contact. All of the onsite restaurants shuts down around mid morning and they don’t serve and close until early afternoon for lunch. Not the worst thing but on vacation it’s nice to have late breakfast options. The front desk double charged me and if I hadn’t asked for a copy of the bill at check out and then when back to the front desk to ask I wouldn’t have known until I got home. The manager was argumentative and not very eager to fix it quickly he said he would do it when he could and call me (which he did and refunded a couple fees. That was nice) unfortunately he wasn’t eager to help until I voiced I was upset. Also housekeeping knocks on the door early in the morning to clean on a multiple night stay in a resort hotel (Monday and Tuesday). Not a weekend.

The resort was beautiful and peaceful. There was quite a bit of activity for wedding season, however, we felt very comfortable and didn't feel over populated. The staff at the pool and restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. I loved that dogs were allowed, however, the place did not smell of pets. The pool was clean and Jason our waiter was wonderful!! He served up the best drinks all day. We enjoyed that we were able to rent bikes and beach chairs/umbrella right at the resort. So convenient! Honestly, every staff member from front desk to bike rental, pool and restaurant were incredibly friendly and attentive. Housekeeping staff also did an excellent job every day keeping our room neat and clean. Thank you, we had such a wonderful experience and will definitely return.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta Resort two weeks ago. The stay could not have been better! Wow! What a great time, from the beginning to the end of our trip! The Staff and Management were nothing less than amazing! Just a couple of shout outs to Heather, Charles, Jerome and Kevin. No need to worry about the renovations taking place either - it will not interfere with the stay at all - and they are expected to be completed very shortly. The overall grounds are truly spectacular! The landscaping is just beautiful! Tons of events to do as well - even the short walk to the ocean is so beautiful and so relaxing. Our room and the terrific view of the pool was also perfect - very , very, clean and so comfortable - plenty of towels as well! She and I just had such a relaxing time hanging out in the lobby - tons of areas to sit and relax - or just have a drink - or even a snack at the restaurant - the food is also amazing! In addition, the location of the Sonesta Resort is perfect - just minutes away from tons of restaurants and popular sites of Hilton Head. We would not even consider staying anywhere else when we return to Hilton Head - cannot wait till next year to return to the Sonesta!

Yes there is construction at the moment so check before you go to be sure you’re comfortable with what’s happening. Parking was easy and close. The lobby is beautiful and spacious. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Our room and the hallways were newly redone, clean, modern and beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. I might ask for extra pillows if I stayed again as they are very soft. The pool area was nice and the hot tub was closed. There was construction happening around the pool but I can honestly say it didn’t bother us even when sitting around the pool. However, we were there primarily for the beach! The walk to the beach is easy and the beach is so lovely and the sand so soft. We didn’t want to leave! We rented bikes and beach chairs on site. We also purchased a s’mores kit and made s’mores at the fire pits. We had an excellent time and would definitely stay again, construction or not!

The staff was exceptional. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping to the beach attendants, greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. Our room was spacious, modern, and had breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from our balcony each evening was a highlight of the trip. Dining on-site was another standout. The resort’s restaurants offered a variety of delicious, fresh options—from seafood caught that day to flavorful international cuisine. We especially loved the beachside bar for its tropical cocktails and relaxed vibe.

Our experience was a 10+! The room was beautiful and the staff during our entire stay were friendly and accommodating. A beautiful view, most comfortable bed and a well appointed bathroom and shower. A special acknowledgement to Anais at the front desk for greeting you with professionalism and a smile whenever you encountered her as well as Kitty at the concierge desk who was extremely helpful with dinner reservations. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast as well as the coffee shop were all friendly and welcoming. A wonderful hotel, visit and memory...thank you!!

Exceptional staff. Clean, beautiful hotel stay with my mother and 2 kids. Loved the private beach & the pool area was great. Always had fresh beach and pool towels. The restaurant inside had delicious food and perfect service. Cold Brew in the cafe was strong and delicious. Everything was so great we actually decided to stay an extra night and we never left the resort. Big room, beautiful balcony and view of the ocean. 10/10 would recommend.

Visited for a long July 4th weekend getaway. We had stayed at this hotel before but it had been quite sometime. The lobby is welcoming. The sand sculpture is quite impressive. The customer service was top notch! Housekeeping, front desk, valet staff were always attentive and helpful. We only had issues with poolside service. We were out at the pool for 2 days (about 4 hours each day) and were not asked once if we wanted food or drink, even as staff passed me by while I am holding a menu in hand. And even when helping those right next to us. But I must own that it was a very busy weekend with many families there. The pool and beach area are beautiful. Rental of chairs and umbrella at the beach was reasonable. It was very hard to secure a lounger at the pool as people would leave their belongings to claim spots and not return for hours. We had lunch at the Blue Restaurant/Lounge. Service was good overall, just very slow. Food was good though. The grouper sandwich and sweet potato fries were delicious. The burrata/arugula salad was yummy also. Our room was spacious. The balcony area had a great view and had 2 chairs and a table. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall we had a nice stay and I would recommend to others.

Good location on Hilton Head, with plenty of everything close by for beach, restaurants, shopping, biking, walking trails and more. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was quiet, well prepared and clean, also had a nice balcony. Several on-site shops and restaurants. The resort is slightly dated, but in good shape and very clean. The pool staff is outstanding, entertaining and focused on servicing the guest. Food was served quickly and tasty. Pool is directly behind the beach. Side facing the resort is overlooking roof of the auditorium and parking garage, not much to see.

Homely and friendly hotel. Front desk personnel were always friendly and willing to help in any way. The room was comfortable, as was the bed and pillows. A/C was quiet. When at the pool the airplane traffic was very loud, however, the room was very quiet except for guests making noise in the hall. Breakfast was always very tasty and plentiful. Pool area is nice…accommodates many guests. My only recommendation would be to request the second floor to avoid being disturbed by the upstairs guest.

I would definitely stay here again. Budget friendly, loved the daily breakfast. This was more of a golf vacation and not beach but fish haul beach was close by. Staff was friendly and place was clean although older facility.

The staff were amazing and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! So clean, fresh & inviting. The pet accommodation is the best I’ve seen in a while!

Convenient location between Bluffton and areas on the island, quiet property, clean room (bed linens and towels), liked having access to coffee and hot tea throughout the day, and enjoyed the cookies provided in the afternoon. Front desk staff were not rude but didn’t go out of their way to be friendly, very limited options in fitness center. It’d be nice to have small bottles of water available during breakfast instead of having to use the fruit juice machine.

This Hampton Inn is special, clean, in a beautiful shady setting on Hilton Head Island, near beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend it. My wife and I just spent three days there and celebrated my birthday. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an extremely nice and helpful desk clerk, Ovielle, who checked us in and made us feel so welcome. He thanked us for being Hilton Honor Members and gave us bottles of water, and helped us with information. We saw Ovielle off and on during our stay, and he was always smiling and helpful. We had stayed in a Hampton Inn in North Carolina in August, and the desk clerk was reluctant to give us bottles of water since we were not “Gold or Diamond” Honors members. First time that has ever happened, so desk clerks like Ovielle can make all of us feel welcome. The breakfast at the Hampton Inn, Hilton Head was awesome, and the pool outside was very inviting. The only glitch in the visit was that none of the equipment in the business office was working. Albert

It was a perfect set up for 2 people to stay and work in the area in comfort. Even had a big jacuzzi in main bedroom!! Perfect for relaxation after a hard day of work. Close to eateries. Extremely rooms and friendly service.

We loved the dolphin pool with lazy river, my kids (ages 6 and 11) went around and around for hours. It’s tiny but the water is shallow and moving at a good pace so super fun and safe for kids. Not really a relaxing lazy river for adults though so be aware. The ocean is a very short walk and there are multiple entrance points. We spent more time by the ocean than I expected. Fun to visit at various points in the tide cycle. We appreciated the activities and did poolside bingo twice (they have lots of winners so my kids were thrilled and won both days) and my kids made soaps. There were lots more activities we were interested in but had other things planned. Parking is free which is nice with a rental car. Rooms are a bit dated but were clean which is what is most important to us! The setup can’t be beat for families- 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms with a large kitchen/living space.

We just got back from 10 days at the Grand Ocean in Hilton Head. We had beautiful weather. Overall, the property is beautiful and the rooms were nicely appointed. The staff was also kind and couteous. The only issue we noticed was that the property was in need of some minor maintenance. For example, the railings on the balcony need to be painted as the paint was peeling off and the hot tubs were not fully working. We drove down from NJ. It took us two days, which is no big deal as we are retired. For us, I’m not sure it’s worth the extra distance and points compared to Myrtle Beach, another beautiful property with awesome restaurants near by. The ocean at Hilton Head is a bit nicer as it is a bit calmer than Myrtle Beach. However, coming from NJ and MD beaches, where you get violently slapped when going into the ocean, that does not seem to be the case on either of these two properties. I think there is more for kids to to at Myrtle beach with the entertainment areas, as Hilton Head is more geared to adults with golf and shopping. Overall, I would give the property 8 out of 10. So far, from all the resorts we visited over the last few years, Marco Island and Palm beach are our favorites.

Absolutely incredible experience at this property. Visited during a cold long weekend and was greeted with heated outdoor and indoor pulls, hot tubs, gorgeous beach front views and curated activities to do with my two daughters. Our room was phenomenal, though we had a garden view, it over looked the garden and very clear showed the beach and was by far one of the best beach front views I have seen in SC. Definitely worth the trip.

Took a little off for conditions simply because they were doing some maintenance while we were there. They left an apology note & bottle of wine for the inconvenience, and it wasn't particularly inconvenient. The room (small condo, really) was very nice. Everything was clean, full kitchen, whenever I needed something, it was there. My kids were pleased with their room, and my husband & I certainly found ours to be comfortable. We had a courtyard-view, with a balcony. The hotel is on the beach, which is why we chose it -- lovely walks. When we returned from our outings, we enjoyed ping pong, shuffleboard, large chess, the heated pools, etc.

We arrived Wednesday November 16, 2022 at 9 P.M. We were greeted immediately at the front desk by Heather. She was very friendly and professional. The lobby was clean and organized. There was still a lingering smell of possibly a cleaning product, but not offensive. When we got to our room, we found it spotless and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very quiet throughout the entire night. Breakfast Thursday morning was fresh with a decent selection of breads and fruits. Checkout was simple. The associate Shayna at the desk was also super friendly and professional. After 45 years in the hospitality field I would say that Heather and Shayna are the gold standard for all service folks. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the future.

I booked before reading reviews. I am here to say we had a great stay! We were greeted as soon as we stepped in the lobby. Quick check in. Our room was ready. It was spacious and clean. We had a delicious breakfast every morning. I am gluten intolerant and they had individual wrapped UDIS blueberry muffins and oat milk for coffee. I was so happy! The pool area was nice and I enjoyed the lounge chairs after a quick dip. The hotel was quiet and parking was never an issue. It was a close drive to all the restaurants,shopping and beach. My family and I would definitely return.

The hotel is a nice hotel in a very good location. Has good amenities including a decent breakfast buffet. Nice pool and gym and the staff friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that they offer room maintenance every other day but they are not specific as to what that is. Generally, that would be a cleaning, towels, trash pick up and doing the beds. We were very surprised when we returned today to find only garbage empty and clean towels and more coffee pods. Left a tip and since they ignored the bed, missed the tip. Ordination wouldn't care but we paid a higher rate as we only staying g for 3 nights.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the room set up is a little strange with the bathroom placement and the lighting is very poor.

Great experience at this hotel. When i entered the lobby it smelled clean and fresh and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was a breeze and we had no problems, except the sink in my bathroom. The water wasn't going down properly.

When planning our youngest's move into her USCB dorm, my husband and I decided to spend a couple of extra days on the island. We were attracted to this location due to its proximity to the beach. Given how new this property is to the Hilton family, I was a little nervous, but it was exactly what we needed! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. A family of four could easily be comfortable here. It was very clean and fresh too. The room comes with only the bare necessities including a fridge and an ice bucket. There is no in room coffee maker or microwave, but both are available in the lobby. While it's not your traditional Hilton breakfast, we really loved the bagel bar with all the toppings, plus coffee and yogurt. The hotel was a lot quieter than we expected too given that the rooms open to the exterior. The best part was the short, three-block walk to a residential beach access walkway. (I was afraid we'd have to walk all the way to Coligny Beach Park - that wasn't the case.) It was only a ten minute walk back to our room from our setup on the beach. Our only plans for this empty nest getaway was the beach, so we didn't make use of the pool area, but it looked very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was absolutely perfect for my short Hilton Head stay. It was perfectly clean, great TV, wonderful breakfast buffet, good coffee and best of all- only a 5 minute walk to the beach with the neighborhood access path and 15 minute walk to Coligny Beach via the beach or the road walking trail/path. Couldn't have asked for anything better. And the staff was super friendly as well.

Absolutely delighted with my stay at Spark by Hilton. From the moment I stepped in, the cleanliness and attention to detail stood out. The staff’s friendliness was exceptional. Including well-appointed comfortable rooms, with a spacious shower, and beautiful floors, contributed to a wonderful experience.The guest satisfaction truly set this hotel apart.  In the morning had a perfect bagel experience at Spark by Hilton, started my morning at the bagel bar. Enjoyed a delicious creation with a cup of freshly brewed coffee with a variety of flavors.  A delightful start to your day. I ended up staying for 3 nights.

We arrived late with several special needs and Kishawn at the reception was VERY helpful, kind,courteous and took care of all the questions that we had and went out of her way to make me feel assured my special requests were met. The breakfast was fresh with lots of options and changed daily. Great coffee, comfortable modern, quiet room. Only thing I'd change is lack of microwaves in rooms.definitely stay here the next visit to HHI A+++ gorgeous pool and newly renovated. great ice machine and more!!!

I really enjoyed myself there. I liked the idea that I could walk to the beach. I very much liked that I was able to bring my elder dog, Baker with me and enjoy his company. I liked that there were so many restaurants to choose from in getting lunch or dinner to go. The room was clean & the bathroom so big. Thank you Hilton for always having hotels that I feel safe, easy parking, clean rooms and friendly staff at each hotel that I have stayed in. In my next travels I will be staying at a Hilton hotel facility.

The room was modern, comfortable, parking was easy, and it was great value (we were there in low season). The location isn't on the beach but we had a car so that wasn't a problem. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The free breakfast was a bonus and had plenty of options. We particularly liked how quiet the hotel was, and note that it was setback off the main road more than many similar choices.

Room is spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Wifi is good. Breakfast is sumptuous and staff are friendly.

The Breakfast was excellent. They had a great selection of food choices and fruits. The hotel and our room were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The staff were every friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, as we were very close to places to eat, shop and play miniature golf.

Really liked this place. It was as close as you can get to the beach without being oceanfront, and the price is reasonable as a result. We requested a larger balcony that you can sit on.but when we arrived, it looked like it was just another stand-on balcony. Word to the wise - you can't see the large part of the balcony if you are in a corner room. It looks totally tiny, BUT you can walk along to the corner and there is a lovely balcony with two chairs and a table! (Our room was 400.) Great place to sit and enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine! The decor was nice, appreciated the microwave & fridge, and our room was very clean. There was no lobby to speak of due to renovation, but that was not a problem for us. Breakfast was ordinary, but enough to get you started. We sat at the pool at breakfast time, and used the outdoor shower after hitting the beach post checkout. Grand Hilton Head Inn has a very convenient location, and the bike rental in the parking lot is helpful, too. We would return.

I booked this hotel because of the great experience I had last year. Upon arrival, I must admit I became a little skeptical when I learned the hotel had changed ownership or management. Many changes were taking place even during my one-week stay. The complimentary breakfast was replaced by a bar/restaurant and what appeared to be a meeting room was being built. Apparently, last year I had been upgraded to a suite because my room this year was much smaller. This room overlooked some equipment and had no access to the balcony which I really enjoyed last year. This year my room was much smaller with two queen-size beds, a desk chair and a padded chair. The large TV, refrigerator and microwave all worked very well. Honestly, I think this room would be very crowded for more than two people. With all that being said, I will say the room, bathroom and everything were very clean. What makes this place so great is its outstanding staff. Every single person from the front desk, to the maintenance, to management to housekeepers is the best. They are all so willing to help and they always had fresh, hot coffee in the front lobby. Another reason I like this hotel is the size. So many of the hotels in Hilton Head are just massive. This hotel is much smaller, close to beach access and just a 10-minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Also, as a single traveler, I always felt safe here. When I return to Hilton Head, I will stay here.

While they are going through some renovations we weren’t affected at all by the progress. Looks like the upgrades will be really nice. Parking and check in was quick and easy and the staff was all friendly and helpful. Rooms were big and spacious and the pool area was nice w/ seemingly new furniture. Breakfast was ok but I imagine the new restaurant will be a huge upgrade. The biggest selling point was proximity to the beach. Little path directly across the street. 5min walk to the beach. Sunrise was great. If you can stand some remodeling don’t hesitate to stay here. Pros far outweigh the cons and the property will be higher end when complete!

The location is terrific, right across the street from the beach access. They have a wonderful breakfast that I wish I had at home. Very nicely done. The staff was friendly. The management was very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. They have the strongest shower with plenty of hot water that I’ve ever had in a hotel. The hotel was recently renovated with fresh paint and new carpet.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The parking lot is a little strange and feels small but we never had an issue finding a spot. Inside everything is clean and comfortable as one would expect. We had an issue with the TV and that's when I met Arthur, the hotel maintenance, custodian, historian and ambassador. He fixed it and he was someone I kept running into throughout out stay. Really enjoyed our chats and his knowledge of the area. While this hotel in not right on the beach there is a right of way to it just the left (NE) of the hotel. It's a small path across the street and easy to miss but it's there. If you want to get to the main beach (Coligny Beach) it is walkable or you can drive to it and use the public parking lots there. To sum it up we had a great stay here and Arthur cemented himself in our memories of Hilton Head.

We stayed one night just to check out HHI after a trip to Savannah. The hotel is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to Coligny beach. The room was clean and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The breakfast area was clean and although we just had coffee the breakfast items looked good. The lady working the breakfast area was pleasant and did a good job keeping everything clean and organized. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was also very pleasant and helpful.

We wanted a hotel walking distance to the beach, but was sceptical about our stay due to some reviews. We needn’t have worried because this hotel was fantastic! Yes they are in the process of upgrading their hotel (we can’t wait to go back when it’s done). But the works do not affect the customers. The room we had was lovely, great balcony and views. The on-site breakfast was great. Location in to town and the beach was perfect. The staff were so friendly. The pool area was great and the dj on the weekend gave great summer vibes! We will definitely be back, and for longer next time.

Solid option for Hilton head visit hotel. Though not oceanfront, its an easy walk of ~10 minutes to the beach. Pool area was nice and outdoor shower to wash off sand is nice feature. Breakfast is your typical holiday inn express breakfast, nothing too fancy but enough to fill up the family prior to beach day. Parking was $10 a day, but given how much cheaper rate was here vs oceanfront hotels I didnt mind paying that nominal fee. Easy walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and grocery store.

This Holiday Inn express is centrally located in Hilton head by Coligny Beach. It was quiet and everything we needed for our quick getaway. The front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They were very professional and responsive. We got a chance to meet Rod the GM and he was able to give us pointers of where to eat and go while we were on the island. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

Amazing place that is pet friendly! The service is outstanding! Every employee we encountered was outstanding! Perfect location as it’s not far from the beach or restaurants! The front lobby lady was kind enough to help us decide on a good dinner spot!

We loved it here. A simple clean affordable hotel with very friendly and extremely helpful staff. We loved talking with the ladies at the front desk! They were so friendly and amazing! I wish I could remember their names but I will definitely get them we visit again next year! The pool was amazing and so clean as well! It was perfect for a night swim after being at the beach all day! Thank you for taking care of our family! We will definitely be back!

Try the Hotel Carolina for their unusually low rates. Return for their clean rooms, nice pool area, and friendly staff. Pros: clean, friendly, central location, convenient elevator, clean pool area, complimentary bottled water and coffee.

Loved how clean, spacious, accommodating this hotel is. For our first time in Hilton head we didn’t want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a hotel; we’ve been to tybee island and while we loved that beach the affordable hotels on tybee aren’t the cleanest. We wanted to see what Hilton head was like and see how the hotels compared. It’s a complete 180. The people are friendly the pool isn’t crowded or nasty, the ladies behind the front desk were so amazing and sweet! Loved that I didn’t have to spend over $400 on a hotel for one weekend! Thank you guys and gals so much! We will most definitely be returning and telling all of our friends about hotel Carolina!

This place was the perfect location, slightly away from all the chaos but close to the beach and dining options. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Will certainly stay here again in the future.

There was no breakfast. At least we weren’t told there was breakfast. But it was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Convenient.

This is the third time we have stayed at this resort, and we liked this unit the best. The resort has everything; 3 pools, tennis courts, on site casual dining, and amazingly helpful and cheerful staff. They obviously love their jobs. This unit overlooks the tennis courts, which is much more pleasant in our view than the interior units overlooking the indoor pool. Everything was clean, well maintained and comfy. Communication with the host was super! We will definitely be back.

Great communication from the host with very clear instructions and expectations. The location was close to restaurants, attractions and just a short walk to the beach. Everything needed to enjoy the beach was provided and convenient!

The location, resort amenities, private beach. The beds were comfortable. Resort is in a nice area, one to everything. You didn't have to drive far to be at trendy stores. It was nice to have multiple options for pools. The shuttle tonthe beach was welcomed too..it seems like a long walk to get tonthe beach.

It was peaceful and clean. Plenty of room. They had beach chairs and a wagon and other items for us to use as well.

This three bedroom condo is spacious and has everything you need foe a nive family stay. It even has a jacuzzi bath. Older property. Carpet needed a deep shampoo.

The condo/apartment was great lived the space and the cleanliness, the only issue I’d say I have is I came with kids and while in the pool there were multiple adults and teenagers drinking inside the pool and jacuzzi.

My husband and I stayed for our baby moon as i am due in next 5 weeks with our 3rd baby. We just wanted to relax and enjoy each other's company. Other then the weather, which was rainy and windy and cold, we had a great time. Wish we could of stayed longer. I absolutely enjoyed the jetted tub!! Everything was very clean. We got to use the outside grills to cook steak for a meal and they tasted delicious. Make sure to bring grill utensils and a grill lighter if you plan on using the grills. We were able to use the heated pool for a little bit. It was windy and chilly getting out, so we didn't stay too long. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need while there. If you are a coffee drinker like me, make sure to bring coffee grounds, sugar, creamer and filters. Bed was comfortable. We had a nice view of golf course. Parking was free and right outside our condo. We had never been to Hilton head before and it was just beautiful! We will be back and next time with the kiddos!!

The staff at check in was very accommodating because we needed a unit on the ground floor for one of our family members. Their elevator was not working for the original unit we were supposed to have. We were pleased that they made the effort to make the change. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable with fresh bedding. We had plenty of towels including towels for the pool. The grounds of Island Links are beautiful and well maintained. We liked the pool--especially the smaller one where there was more shade and less activity. The Island Links was a quiet, relaxing place for the family.

The drive in to the resort property is visually pleasing and there is a nice low key feel to the entire grounds. From the moment we checked in to the resort, we felt welcomed and appreciated as guests. There are many amenities that are included and we took advantage of the tennis court times, which were amazing! We rented a 3 bedroom villa that was large, very clean and had a beautiful view of the golf course from our third floor unit. The beds were so comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with spotlessly clean glasses, plates, spatulas and pots. The concierge left messages daily to remind us about special events at the pool. There was a pool party where they gave away free food, drinks and had a raffle! The pools are gorgeous and if you're lucky, you will get to see the Alligator that lives in the pond within the property! I cannot wait to go back next year! A great stay!

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was a great bonus, and the location was convenient — close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy.

Palmera Inn and Suits has to be the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms and common areas are spotless. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room is well staffed and they are always around bringing out more food and keeping the area clean. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. We have stayed here a few times now and are always pleased. We will stay here again.

We loved it! The location is great! Restaurants and stores are close by. No beaches were in walking distance, but the drive is not too far. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The pool area was really nice and clean, and we took advantage of it often during our stay. Friendly staff. Great hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits, hot and cold cereal, fruit, waffles, toast, juices, milk, and coffee.

We only stayed in the room one night! I wished we had booked our 3 days here. The room was very nice! Extremely spacious for just the two of us. Very clean, modern room. Bathrooms were very clean. Comfortable bed. Very quiet! Plenty of parking spaces. My only dissatisfaction was the breakfast choices.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool/hot tub area was nice and secluded. Despite being near a busy road, it felt secluded and was quiet. The location was great, with easy access to several popular spots. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and a great atmosphere.

Everything superb! One of my main reasons for choosing this location was the adult jacuzzi tub, but it was not heated. I had to go to the ones with a bunch of kids running in and out.

The Omni Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head was one of the best hotels I have every stayed at. The staff are exceptional, always attentive to our needs, and an absolute pleasure to be around. The breakfast staff, especially Chili, made us feel so comfortable and welcoming, she always knew which table to put us. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the dinners at HH Prime Steakhouse were fantastic. Oceanfront rooms were great... most comfortable beds we ever slept in, with a mini kitchen and balcony. Live music most of the days we were there was very enjoyable and relaxing. The chefs are friendly and offer top rated delicious meals - better than anywhere on the island. The entire resort made us feel as though we were on a tropical island, and the resort is absolutely great! The free shuttle service was great...and it took us to Shelter cove shops and restaurants. The driver Clint was so socialable and fun. We enjoyed it so much, we didn't want to leave and the staff hugged us before we departing. Best hotel resort by far. A+ rating. Will definitely go back again!

I had an exceptional time here! The beach is quiet and super accessible. You can rent umbrellas on the beach. The resort really has everything, but Whole Foods is 7 minutes away. The room I had was great and had a kitchenette and microwave, so you have the option of going to the grocery store or eating at the resort, which is good if you want healthier options. They have an adult pool, which I liked, and the beach was absolutely amazing. Bathrooms by the pool and beach were super well maintained. I heard a manager walking around and calling out everything that was out of order on a radio. They are so on top of it! This resort has everything! Bikes, activities, things to purchase, great beach walks and paths, tennis courts and beyond. Last but not least, it is great for EVERYONE! Solo travel, business travel, couples and kids.

Firstly, I am a long time Marriott Bonvoy member; my daughter planned this trip. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni Resort at Hilton Head. From check in to check out, the staff were smiling and welcoming, they appeared truly happy to have us as guests. The cleanliness of the resort, from our rooms, the pools, the restaurants and beach, was impeccable. We had rooms on the third floor facing the pools and ocean and we couldn't have asked for better. We enjoyed stunning views of the pools and ocean. My husband and I appreciated the adult only pool which allowed us some quiet time from the noise and activities at the other pools...though it was by no means rowdy or excessive. The food and beverages we enjoyed throughout our stay were fresh and delicious...the quesadillas at the Buoy Bar even met the standards of our very picky 7-year old granddaughter. Our one regret was that we weren't staying longer. Since our return we have recommended the Omni Resort to all of our friends and colleagues; I'm already anticipating a return visit.

The whole resort was lovely! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our whole stay. We appreciated the personal touch of a note and a treat in our room regarding us celebrating our growing family. The chef’s snacks in the lobby were a nice touch, along with access to cold water and tea. Front desk, shuttle drivers, and pool staff were all friendly and welcoming. Facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the yard games available on the resort, the many different areas we could sit and relax, and the adult pool option. We would love to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun stay in Hilton head!
