Excellent! As described on hotels .com. Suite was excellent. Hottub and jaccuzi was perfect! Pricy for the nights there. Wish it was cheape

Our stay was relaxing. The suite was clean & comfortable. After a good night’s sleep, we woke up and were greeted by Ms. Peggy downstairs for a delicious omelette breakfast. The next day we got the same warm welcome and a delicious biscuit, sausage, and gravy breakfast with cinnamon waffles! Both days she made sure that we had everything that we needed! Our weekend stay was enhanced by her delicious cooking and southern hospitality! We will definitely stay again when visiting Hot Springs!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn located at this site. The night auditors, Denzil and Makayla, were extremely helpful and ensured our accommodations were comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The morning breakfast was excellent. Peggy and Andrea provided outstanding service and were very courteous during breakfast. The facility was clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this hotel. One area for improvement is the air conditioning, which was somewhat loud and could be quieter when in use.

I would like to start with the reason that we chose this hotel. It's pet friendly and we have a dog. We had a suite, and it was very clean. Our dog loved it. The hotel has a grassy area behind the hotel to let your dog relieve itself with trash stations and bags. The staff was very very friendly and always asking if there was anything else that needed to be done. Ms.Peggy at breakfast was over the top with making sure we had everything we needed. She helped me make a plate to take to my wife in our room and even took the time to get a larger box to carry the plate plus my wife's coffee to the room. Ms. Peggy even got the coffee for us. When we go back to Hot Springs, Hampton Inn will be our choice.

Sparkling clean entrance, breakfast lounge and rooms. Exceptional breakfast, Host Peggy is super friendly and she never lets the food trays get empty which is a problem I have experienced at other Hiltons. The food was hot and neatly displayed. Peggy is a special ambassador for Hilton. She greets everybody with a smile, asks each patron if there is anything else they need. She is especially good to the children, asks each how they are doing and can she get them anything. I watched numerous children laugh and talk with Peggy . They are not ignored here. Exceptional service.

The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of food. The room was clean and comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was enjoyable. I loved the breakfast varieties. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The beds were soft and comfortable. When back in town, I will definitely look you all up.

Front desk reps were super helpful and went far above when I asked to stay in our room for one more unexpected night. Breakfast was ok, did its job. The hotel was clean for the most part, room was dated but spacious and bead was comfortable. The gym could definitely do for a serious upgrade and add equipment, expand, and fix items they have. I give the resort 4 stars alone for the room Size and the friendly staff.

I like the location and in a good part of town near restaurants and family things like mini golf, arcade. Close to the lake. Beds were comfy, sheets were perfect and pillows were fluffy. A/C worked great after a hot day walking around downtown all day. Our room had significant sized stains on carpet that need to be cleaned. 😳 The roll down shade was a little tattered and needs to be replaced but blocked out sun. Bathroom was big, clean and loved the huge frame lit mirror. Daughter is looking forward to the breakfast. I'd def consider staying again.

I arrived early and was able to get a room without waiting. The staff was really friendly and told us of things to do and see while there. The breakfast was really good there was plenty to choose from and it was warm and fresh. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. I appreciate that you have good smelling body wash, shampoo and lotion not the cheap stinking kind most have.

This is probably one of the friendliest hotels that we’ve ever stayed. Check-in was very quick and efficient, I was even recognized as being a diamond member. The rooms were very clean and cozy fit our needs very well. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I liked having the sink on the outside so I could shower while my wife was getting ready. I will drive down and spend the night again just to eat breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were just absolutely amazing. Food was incredible. You couldn’t ask for anything better. We had better service at that breakfast bar than we have had at most restaurants we went to. They are very kid friendly. We had two of our grandchildren with us and they brought out pool noodles and an inflatable for them to use in the pool. 10 out of 10

We are traveling around the US Rock Hounding and mostly camping. We reserved a room with BW Winners Circle based on 2 reasons. 1. Fur Baby Friendly 2. The breakfast reviews. And let me tell you, we were in for a surprise! The room was incredibly clean. I love hotels that have a small sitting area to eat or do work. Ours was a bottoms floor, way in the back, No smoking King. It had a small table with two chairs. The bathroom was super clean. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and plenty of HOT water! The toilet had some rust around the bottom and the caulking needs to be redone and it’s kind of wobbly. The bed was so comfortable! Pillows too! It was very quiet and no complaints about any traffic noise, or people or dogs. Now let me get to the breakfast. Not only was it hot, delicious & plenty of things to choose from. ALISA & JULIE are the kind of people I love to meet while traveling! These 2 ladies whipped up biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes & eggs. AND they chit chatted & visited with us the entire time. Getting to know us, where we are from , what we were doing. Once they found out we were Rock Hounds, they gave us so many tips and pointed us in the right direction for some deals. This is the type of service that is hard to find in America anymore. OH and the front desk staff were incredibly professional & friendly as well. We may swing back through Hot Springs on our way home to Minnesota and if we do. I already know where we are staying!

Oh we love EVERYTHING about this place! Front desk staff treat ya like family! Hot breakfast is amazing compared to all these other cheesey “free breakfast” this is real breakfast that comes with! Super clean nice rooms comfy comfy beds and location couldn’t be better to casino. They also have dog park and are pet friendly

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Get a room was very quick and easy as a walk-in. Rooms are very clean and spacious. It was also very quiet. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Breakfast staff was a delight. Thank you Miss Penny at the front desk for making this a wonderful experience.

The stay at Best Western Winner’s Circle is always exceptional! We come here often during racing season: it’s a short walk to the track & casino, & they have an amazing hot breakfast daily. This time, we stayed in late June: the pool is well-maintained and has a 9 foot end! The rewards system allows us to accumulate points for discounts on future stays. This trip, my husband had a medical emergency (anaphylactic reaction that meant a trip to the hospital emergency room plus ICU). Because we had missed out on entire day at the pool and casino, they allowed us to have a late checkout to get in a little time at the pool. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Special kudos to Alisa in the breakfast area: she serves a nice breakfast and hustles to get everyone what they want and need! Service with a smile:)

My family and stayed in a 2 bd 2 bath, The room was immaculate. Very clean, Smelled good upon entering, This is our 2nd year to Stay at Staybridge. We will be back again nest next year. Ive told all my family and friends about this place as well, The social hour was top notch. even the wine was delicious. The best front desk receptionists i have encountered at a hotel. Mariah, Sara, Ashley were all so friendly and helpful. And I think her name was Keri. Very polite, professional, and made me and my family like we were really wanted here. I give the Staff and Managers not 5 but 6 stars!! Thank you all so much for making our stay comfortable and very memorable.

The staff was friendly & welcoming. The rooms were clean,spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great ! Lots of food to choose from. Location was convenient to everything Hot Springs has to offer. I’ll definitely be back here anytime I stay in Hot Springs.

Great choice for the money. The complimentary breakfast was really good offering eggs, meat, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, waffles, fruit, juices every morning. My husband especially liked that the pop machine was working during the breakfast so he was happy. We had requested a water view but unfortunately the room they gave us had electrical poles and trees obstruction most of our view. We could still sit outside and eat our breakfast overlooking the lake. Hotel was clean & updated. I would definitely stay here again if we were to return to the area.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable staff, asked about our travel and welcomed us to the facility. The room was very clean, breakfast was ready on time and stocked. Our bed was comfortable and clean. The room was cozy and had all applicable necessities.

I liked theirstaff especially linda at front Desk was helpful and polite.She was always available to Help and Guide us.I also liked Kary who helped me in booking process. I stayed in 2 double Bed Room with kitchen which was spacious and size for a Family of 6.(2 adults and 4 kids). Breakfast was also good with fresh fruits ,oatmeal,eggs apart from Coffee and juices. Location is at the Look out Circle at Lake Hamilton but you cannot see lake hamilton as surrounding properties are privately owned and there is no public Access. there is 1.8 Mile walking Circle with dead end at one Point .Nice Location for morning walk but no Lake Access.

Really enjoyed our stay, the area was great, super convenient and walkable to the spa/"Strip" in Hot Springs. The staff (Jasmine at the front desk) was also super helpful and friendly. some of the downsides to the stay I admit/understand are unavoidable. They were doing some construction so there was a bit of tarp, and no gym (they did offer using Planet Fitness' Gym if needed), a good portion of the parking lot was unusable due to construction equipment and also there was a cheerleading convention going on while we stayed so using the elevators was a bit annoying... That being said though, the room was nice and quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the location. Would stay again if we ever find our way back to Hot Springs AR

I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites over the years and never liked their standard, noisy, atrium design, so I avoided them where possible. The Hot Springs CC one changed my mind. The hotel and guest suites were completely redone, very nice, contemporary design, functional layout, comfy and welcoming. I also tend to avoid eating at hotel bars, but I was exhausted and did not want to leave the hotel. I just had a burger, nothing fancy… but it now ranks in one of the top 5 I had, ever. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Good WiFi and AI powered phone system (very cool!). They definitely pay attention to detail. Highly recommended.

This is a super nice hotel with exceptional staff! The rooms we spotless, the breakfast was really well done, great coffee everything was perfect. Thank you. It’s also a very sh-rt walk to central ave district and the bath house row, great shopping

Breakfast was delicious and fresh, they had made to order omelet station. The grill was SO good too and surprisingly affordable (unlike most hotel dining). The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the local things to do. Super impressed because it wasn’t very expensive.

Picked the property because of the location and they had free breakfast. Breakfast had a good amount of options but it wasn’t great. Location was walkable to downtown which was great. The bar and restaurant were the best amenities that we used! The chicken wings were so good!

We stayed in a King Room with a Jacuzzi. It was so spacious, clean, and very well lit. The breakfast was nice and staff was pleasant.

All aspects were excellent except one. Jacuzzi tub was phenomenal !!!!

The staff at the hotel were great. There was a nice breakfast and the food was hot. I liked that there was fresh fruit to choose from also. I liked that there was a microwave too in the breakfast area. The hotel is busy on the weekends but is quiet on a weekday. Location was nice and the hotel was clean. They also have a coffee and water station right near the reception desk, which is a nice touch. I also was treated to a goodie bag since I'm a Wyndham rewards member. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated

Everything was in perfect condition extremely comfortable beds very clean staff was amazing and very helpful breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel environment.

Mrs Robin at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. All the staff was always smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Would stay again.

An old bldg. renovated, but a lot of the old character preserved. I had a lousy view, but the room was very large. Bathroom was nice, but the shower stall needs a hand rail getting in and out as the floor in shower was slippery. The large drain across the entrance to shower stall was loose. The safe is unreachable. It is above the clothes closet, great if your 6 ft. tall or more....worthless place....whoever designed placement of the safe should be fired....they have no clue, safe not user friendly. Valet parking price of $30 is ridiculous, but very difficult to park downtown as I wanted to be near the Quapaw bathhouse to utilize as I am a senior and can't walk far with all my old age ailments....so had to pay the price. Staff very helpful.

This hotel was in a perfect location for our family. We were visiting Hot Springs for the first time and knew we wanted to do hiking while there. You could walk out of hotel and hit the trails just across the street or from the back of the hotel! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Colton, the valet boy, was extremely polite and gave us a great recommendation for lunch. We also visited the RoofTop bar both nights. Pretty views and friendly service. We weren’t ready to leave The Waters or Hot Springs. Our family of four would stay again when visiting Hot Springs! You can walk to everything with very clean rooms and friendly service.

The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived at Valet. Beautiful view from room was only outdone by the view from the rooftop restaurant. I do wish we would have known the rooftop closed at 7 on Sundays when booking because we planned to have dinner there the 1 night we stayed. Room was updated, clean, & spacious plus the bed was very comfortable. The somewhat private trail off the 4th floor was a nice bonus. Very much recommend!

My husband and I spent three nights here in February and had a wonderful stay. Our room was lovely—clean with a view of the Arlington Hotel. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious Southern-style breakfast at The Avenue, using our Hilton credits—highly recommended! The hotel’s location is fantastic, right across from Superior Bathhouse Brewery, making it easy to explore the area. The Brewery is the only National Park that offers beer and fun flights. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the only rooftop bar in Hot Springs at this Hilton Waters location was closed for the season, but that’s just something to keep in mind for winter travelers. The staff was attentive and provided great recommendations for dinner spots nearby. I had read some reviews mentioning concerns about the bathrooms, but I found ours to be well-equipped with plenty of counter space, lots of towels, and even a robe. The barn-style door is a bit noisy and doesn’t offer much sound privacy, but aside from that, the bathroom was more than sufficient. For parking, we discovered a convenient and secure multilevel garage just a short walk behind the hotel, past Grateful Head Pizza. It offered free parking and was well-monitored with multiple cameras, located above the police station. We also walked over to the Arlington Hotel—its lobby is charming, but the upper floors felt quite dated and spooky, making the choice to stay at Hilton Waters a no brainer.

Location was amazing and the staff was extremely helpful. The overall aesthetic was attractive and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The drinks from the rooftop bar were fantastic. The restaurant had a delicious breakfast menu.

We had a good overnight stay. We stayed in the main building. Cons: This is an older hotel. We had a jacuzzi bathtub but the jets were nasty looking so I opted for a shower instead. In our particular room, no fridge or microwave and had to ask for toiletries. None in room. The beds were older and springy. No breakfast available but you do get coupons for a restaurant next door. Pros: the staff is very friendly, the view from our room was gorgeous. It was in a great location. The restaurant attached ‘the back porch’ was really good. The hotel had a heated pool although we didn’t have time to use it. The pillows were very comfortable and overall a clean room. We would definitely stay again!

Beware the pictures of rooms are misleading. I thought that we would have a kitchenette but we didn't even have a fridge or microwave. The service was wonderful though 🙂 The restaurant and bar were perfect. The veiw is amazing!! No shampoo, soap or anything like that so remember to bring your own. We had two rooms with two beds but would have been nice to have the essentials. We did get the cheapest room so just take that into consideration when looking at the pics. Otherwise it was an amazing stay! Definitely recommend sitting on the deck for dinner and drinks!! Wonderful employees!!

Good view, convenient location, and friendly staff make the vacation fun and enjoyable. We had a great time and plan to come back next year for family vacation. The only thing I would mention is that the room is kind of small. It's not fancy but comfortable.

The staff was great and helpful. Very friendly. The view of the lake was amazing. We had a full kitchen and everything we needed. Nothing fancy but a nice clean place to stay. The pull out bed wasn’t too comfortable but it’s a sofa bed. It worked and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again

Great place for vacation, we got a nice room with balcony and great view to the lake. We got a really nice room with clean bathroom and kitchen. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Staff was so friendly- room was nice but couldn’t get AC to work on anything but auto and the shower didn’t drain well and bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Notified staff at check out and they were going to get it checked out. Loved the location of hotel. The jacuzzi tub in room was nice.

When we arrived to the hotel, we were welcomed by a guy name Casey. He was a great help. Our tv was not working, he immediately came to our room to fix it, he switched remotes. He made sure there was nothing else we needed. The location is perfect. Around most of the restaurants. It was very quiet, no noise in the hallways nor outside the building. When I walked in the hallway, all I smelled was cleaning supplies. The rooms were VERY CLEAN. The bathroom was VERY CLEAN. The beds were comfortable. The floor was SPOTLESS. I would most definitely stay here again. Great room for cheap price.

The breakfast was excellent. Eggs, Bacon, Potatoes, Waffle maker, Pancake Balls, etc. The room was very comfortable, quiet, felt safe. VERY clean, smells clean all the time. I have no major complaints about staying here and will definitely stay here again. The wifi was super fast and reliable as well.

The motel is great no carpet, no house keeping during your stay which I really liked unless you want it which we did not. All you had to do was go to the front desk and bring your dirty towels and you got new ones. You can request shampoo, soap which I walked down twice in our 4 night stay and got some. I am a smoker but I do not smoke indoors, they had a beautiful patio that you could set at and smoke and drink your coffee. They are smoker friendly and pet friendly I didn't have an animal, but several people did . I would definitely recommend several nice places you could smoke without being treated like an outcast. We all loved the pool really clean the kid's had a blast. No coffee pot in the room, but it's in the lobby with everything you could possibly want. The price was great and everyone was extremely friendly. The room was spotless when we checked in and when we left it was very clean. The views are beautiful I set in several different places. Huge selection of restaurants and shops all close by and magic springs was close.

Check in was quick and friendly. Added another night at check in easily. Front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful. Clean room with balcony and surrounding area was very clean. Pool was amazing after a long day. Very quiet with not much noise from the highway. Beautiful lake view. Very close to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be returning here for my next stay in Hot Springs.

It was so quite and peaceful here enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning listing to the sound of the birds, had a breeze at all times coming in off the lake. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, Bed was so comfy we will be back for sure. TY for a wonderful relaxing stay!

It was nice although the jacuzzi had cracks in it which were uncomfortable sitting on.. and part of the ceiling tile walking into the jacuzzi room.. the light by the bed didn’t work and it was only one plug we had to alternate charging our phones.. also while trying to get ice the lady complained the whole time saying they close all that early because it was cold.. I feel like if u have to keep the vending machines and ice Ben locked up it should be where the guests can access the room with a key..

I wanted an inexpensive but clean, safe, quiet room with comfortable bed. This was exactly that. Bedding was clean, room and bathroom clean. The check in clerk was friendly and efficient, also helped me with the password for the WIFI--which was fast. This motel may be in the process of upgrading. A few nicks in the paint on the bathroom door frame but the rest of the room was in good order. I've seen some prior reviews that were negative but my experience was what I was looking for.

I've stayed there several times. Inexpensive yet what I needed. Clean room, comfortable beds, quiet--the walls are thick and not close to traffic. The rooms could use some paint touch ups in a few spots. I prefer a few such spots with a quiet room rather than higher priced places with thin walls and noise. All I want is a comfortable bed, clean quiet room, plumbing that works well and heat/AC that works and feeling safe. And a very affordable price, 10 minutes from downtown

This is a clean budget motel. I wasn't looking for a high priced boutique stay. I want a clean room with clean comfortable bed, quiet, working AC, and working plumbing. I've stayed several times this summer and was greeted with a smile and welcome back. It's a few minutes away from downtown. I'd rather drive that and spend the money I save on food.

The place could use a few touch ups. Pool area and outside of the pool could be cleaned up a bit. The pool was clean and clear. The room I stayed in had an issue with the tub draining and the shower knob wasn’t attached and fell off in my hand. The bathroom shelf was not there and had holes in the wall from where it was. The lamp behind the tv/dresser was dangling. The bed was clean, sheets were clean, room was clean other than what was mentioned above. The price not bad for four nights. If I had to stay here again I would.

We stayed here 2 nights in an east facing room with balcony and king size bed. It was spacious and very comfortable. We had a great view of the lake and sunrise. (We went up the tower for a sunset view!). It was nice to have food and bar onsite. Free coffee was available all day. Breakfast and dinner were available. Decor was nicely done snd relaxing. Housekeeping was done automatically unless omitted by request. We felt very secure - room key was needed to go up to our room floor. Staff was outstanding! Especially John - he was such a delight on the phone when I booked the room. He was very friendly and helpful in person, providing lots of suggestions to our questions. The hotel is about 15 minutes south of Hot Springs downtown in a much less congested area. We were really impressed with this place and would stay here again. Definitely recommended!

The hotel was very clean and had great views of the lake. It is in a central location. There is restaurant and bar at the hotel. It is very close to Fisherman's Wharf which was great. We had trouble getting an Uber. The staff was able to help us with JJ's tax service. It was a great experience. We also ate the Ohio Club and SQBX Pizza. I had a great salad at the Ohio Club. The pizza was wonderful as was the salad. We tried to go to Deluca's. Know they have an unusual reservation system if you go. You reserve a crust not a table. We went to Oaklawn to attend the races. It was fun and the new casino was very nice and parking was easy. We also visited Anthony Chapel. It was stunning and worth the drive. Make sure you visit the Arlington Hotel Bar. It is absolutely beautiful. Kollective coffee is a great place for a latte. Superior Brewery had a good pretzel. Fatbottom cupcakes is worth a visit. Cupcake was very fresh and a reasonable price. There are many flavors to select from. There are several cute boutiques on Central Avenue worth a visit.

Very nice hotel. Super clean and maintained. Room was modern and felt bigger than it was. Bed was very comfortable; shower and bathroom functioned as they should. Nice addition of a makeup mirror in the bathroom. View was nice. The food served at the hotel was excellent. Seems like the food at most hotels feels "manufactured" if that makes any sense. Like it came from a box & was heated up. Not so with this hotel. We had breakfast and dinner there and both were fabulous. Staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely have this hotel on our list of places to stay in the area.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. The hotel has an onsite restaurant and a bar. The rooms are quite spacious. The view from the room was amazing. The room has a fridge and a microwave. It also has a coffee maker and free coffee and tea. The beds are quite comfortable. Overall a good room.

In the past, this Property has been known as a resort: the term is accurate! Upon arrival, Jeremiah at the Front Desk made me feel very welcome and he went out of his way to honor my special requests. Samantha at the restaurant is a true professional and I enjoyed socializing at the bar and watching sports every night of my Stay. The room packages are flawless: new streaming TVs, nice bathrooms, very comfortable bedding, and most of the rooms either have a balcony or a pretty view of the lake. My third night i utilized the outdoor grill which is awesome and hard-wired for propane, only supplies needed food/plating. There is a huge area by the grill for sitting/relaxing/ feeding the ducks by the lake; also if you have or rent a boat the property has dedicated boat slips and dock. Ariel at the Front Desk was also pleasant to interact w and I briefly met the GM Sarah who is a nice lady. My favorite part of the property is the massive outdoor pool which overlooks the lake. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I was having medical treatments in Little Rock. We chose to drive from Hot Springs to Little Rock daily so we didn't have to stay in Little Rock. We found our stay to be convenient with easy parking in front if our room. We only had a couple things . Since we were there for 5 days we needed a refrigerator. We only had a wine cooler in our room which did not keep the food cold at all and we had to be throw it out. Also the iron was broken when we went to use it. The bed was the most comfortable bed We both slept better than at home. The shower was wonderful with strong water pressure. The balcony was great with a partial view of the lake. We had wood floors so ir would have been nice to have a broom in the room or something to pick up crumbs and dirt tracked in since there is not daily room cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. We had easy access to lots of nearby restaurants. All the housekeepers were great and attentive to anything we needed.

They didn't serve breakfast, but the room was very nice. It was spacious and clean. I love the balcony off the room and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while looking over the lake. I think a ground floor room would be better next time and we could walk right out to the pier. There was a little kitchenette with dishes and such if you wanted to prepare somethig in the room.

This was a wonderful room with a balcony & a lovely view of the Ouachita River. The kitchen area was stocked with dishes for 4, pots & pans, coffee, paper towels, and utensils. The bed was comfortable & we had plenty of towels & toiletries. It was quiet & serene. It is located about 5 miles from downtown Hot Springs. I would definitely return & would highly recommend this hotel.

Easy check in, simple, clean, and fresh looking room. The area was suprising quiet for being so close to the road. Great view of the water. Room provided a little kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Great stay will book again!

Absolutely everything!!! The room was nice, it was spacious, it was clean and comfortable and it was fully stocked with everything needed. The balcony was big and spacious and the lake view was great! I would recommend staying her to anyone!

Everything was quite wonderful. My wife and I decided to give this place a try. We've stayed at many hotels in the area and this has been the best hotel by far! Check in was incredibly quick (less than 2 minutes)! The staff were really friendly throughout the whole stay, which made it a pleasant experience. Our room was huge! We booked a suite and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and smelled nice the entire time we were there. The room was very modern and had a mini fridge and microwave. Although we didn't use them, it was a nice treat to have them available. The bathroom was nice as well. The water pressure was average, but the temperature was consistent and hot! Breakfast was delicious! There were many options to choose from and we didn't leave hungry. The hotel is easy to get to and is close to many restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The hotel was also quiet. We weren't bothered by any loud noise our entire stay, which was very nice! Check out was quick and easy and we were sad to leave. It's safe to say that this will now be our go-to hotel when we come to Hot Springs.

My stay at Microtel Inn & Suite by Wyndham Hot Springs I had a wonderful experience. The inn has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also ideal—close to local attractions yet peaceful and relaxing.The attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly set Microtel Inn apart. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable place to stay. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

The hotel was lovely and clean. The best part of the hotel was the staff! Everyone we interacted with was LOVELY! They were friendly and kind and helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. There was one dummy at the front desk. It was a literal dummy (mannequin) that kept startling me. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, breakfast was nice. My only very small complaint is that breakfast starts at 6:30 am instead of 6 am, but really, that's not a complaint. Our last Wyndham hotel was just barely a step above a meth house, so this really helped the brand in our estimation.

The room was large and so was bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable for me or my husband, but we are not spring chickens so it could just be us. We got up at 4:30 the next morning because we couldn’t sleep. Went down to get coffee at 6:00 and ended up eating breakfast at 6:30. The breakfast was delicious and both of the staff in charge of cooking were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, almost new accommodations. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Very comfortable bed and great pillows. Limited TV channels, but major Little Rock channels were available. Bathroom and walk-in shower were spotless clean. Hard floor coverings throughout were great. Best Wyndham property I have ever stayed at.

This was a remarkable hotel. Extremely clean and high end feeling while being extraordinarily budget friendly. Beris who checked us in was the most welcoming man and made us feel right at home. Jeff the bartender was a friendly face who made excellent drinks. Our room was fresh, clean, and remodeled. Hot coffee bar included downstairs in the morning with delicious Starbucks brew. Also a super fun fire pit outside!

Comfortable, well kept and in an extremely convenient location. Staff was unfailingly pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the "Blink" electric charging sites available for our vehicle. Our suite was roomy and well appointed. The breakfast restaurant menu offered good and varied choices, with prices between $6--12 (no free breakfast buffet), and the woman who worked in the breakfast area was extremely friendly and anxious to please. All in all, a good experience.

Stayed for 2 nights on our way out west. The hotel is halfway between bathhouse row & lake area. Newer hotel, clean, nice lobby. The front desk staff were welcoming & friendly (special nod to Vernon). Delicious Mexican restaurant within walking distance. We did not use the indoor pool. A clean fitness area with free weights & cardio equipment. Used the guest laundry. No issues. Room was quiet, bed comfortable. The only con was the placement of the tv & although there was streaming (Netflix, Showtime, Amazon, Crackle) we could not access Netflix or Amazon (we are subscribers). We were able to access Showtime. We tried resetting the tv & the front desk tried to assist but no success. Not a big deal, just frustrating. This is an issue we have had at several Courtyard Hotels, not unique to this property. We were overall pleased with our stay & recommend this property.

Traveling from New Jersey, my wife and I enjoyed our three night stay at this Courtyard. It's conveniently located to town - only a ten minute ride. The hotel appears new, as it was fresh and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all the desired amenities. The staff was most helpful; we required ice packs for my wife's knee, and they accommodated us by keeping them in their large freezer. There is no free breakfast buffet option, so we made use of their Bistro, enjoying both a nice sit down breakfast and a late night pizza to order.

As always, the Marriott courtyard is consistent and does not disappoint. Room was very clean and quiet. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. A nice surprise at this location, they offered full dinner entrées. We had a Powerbowl salad, hummus plate, and pizza. It was all very good. Cocktails were also good, and the bartender was able to make things that were not on the menu.

Great choice in Hot Springs. Check in was a breeze, front desk was helpful, rooms are spacious, modern and include fridge and microwave. Views from the rooms are also nice. We love a good free breakfast; today’s included scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, cereal assortment, oatmeal, packaged muffins and fruit, a variety of juices, coffee and hot cocoa. Great way to save money when you’re traveling with a large family. The shuttle takes you to and from Magic Springs, which is very convenient. A couple of cons to balance things out: the shower is questionable—you step up into and down out of it and the floors are slick. Yes, I fell hard. The beds are mid-comfort, rooms aren’t incredibly sound proof and blackout curtains don’t close all the way. All things being considered, we’ll continue staying here for our Magic Springs trips!

I was in Hot Springs for a conference. However, my husband and daughter came with me. They stayed in the hotel room and worked remotely from there while I attended the conference. They were able to stay on the wifi the entire time that they were working without any interruption. That was amazing. The breakfast was great! Lots of good hot foods but also a section of fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins and cereal. There was plenty of seating and the staff was extremely efficient in clearing tables and refilling the food. We didn't have to wait for a table or fresh food. We tried the hotel restaurant on our first night there. It was not very busy because we were there a night before the conference began. The waitress was sweet and attentive. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. We even got some bread pudding that was so good that we had to take it with us to finish because we didn't want to leave it behind. Great stay! Great hotel! Will definitely be back - not just for conferences but for vacation.

Comfortable clean and convenient place to stay with easy access to downtown for the national park. Breakfast buffet included was delicious. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well. No parking on site but it’s only a short walk away.

Hotel Hot Springs is a great spot. The room was clean and spacious with a walk in shower like my sister and I prefer. It was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The only downfall is the parking, but we gladly added the valet parking for extra $$ to avoid the walk to the lot each time we needed the vehicle ( but again really near lots so didn’t need it much in our 1 night stay) the breakfast buffet was typical for a hotel buffet. Some of the food could have been hotter, but overall it was good with plenty of variety. I’d recommend the hotel for this area. It’s much nicer than others I’ve stayed at in the area and the staff were all very friendly.

The location was convenient. The views are great. It was very nice and clean and quiet. The lady at the desk - Bridgette was welcoming when we checked in. The beds and pillows were awesome. The restaurant served well mixed drinks and the chef salad was perfect for an outdoor meal. The breakfast is huge.

We wanted a nice, relaxing getaway and this location gave us exactly what we needed. The whole suite was amazing, clean and spacious. We were able to enjoy baths together in the jacuzzi tub, the shower was huge, the bed was so comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Amazing! Service top notch! Sundeck place to stay. Must try. Jacuzzi bath was amazing and my 6'3 self fit in it.

The location was awesome. I requested a lakeview. The jacuzzi/spa tub was breath taking. It was like a huge furnished one-bedroom apartment. We ate at the food place on the premises (burger and fries).

It was a great stay, excellent jacuzzi tub in the room. Me and the wife had a great time. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!!! Thank you!

Comfortable living area, nice balcony, love the oversized jetted tub & shower! I would recommend trimming the trees by the balcony so view of the lake is not blocked. Wallpaper needs a little updating. Otherwise, loved this property! Would love to come back!
