My husband and I stayed a couple of nights here to celebrate our anniversary and I must say the staff was amazing from the time of checked-in until we checked out. After we checked in, I was waiting in my husband to park the car and I started talking to this nice lady name Wanda Morgan at the front desk. She asked me are we staying for business or we celebrating anything special. I told her we are celebrating our 16th anniversary and she was so sweet about it. As soon as we got to our room, we heard someone pounding on our door, it was Ms. Wanda telling us to come with her, our from has been upgraded. They even gave us a free pass at the bar. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The only things I can say was wrong with our room was that one of the balcony doors would not open but I let them know about it. The breakfast was good and the coffee is great, and the best part is I can’t hear the other guest in their rooms. We will most definitely stay here again.

the staff was friendly. the hotel was exceptionally clean. breakfast was good with hot options like waffles, eggs, sausage, grits. they also had cereal, yogurt, muffins and croissants. the Community Coffee machine was nice so you had more options than just black coffee. the man working the breakfast was very friendly. housekeeping came by daily to take trash and bring clean towels.

The breakfast bar was very good. The food was fresh and there was a wide variety. The hotel was spotless and within walking distance of so many great spots. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and safe. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our stay at this Hampton was unplanned, but developed into the most positive hotel experience! Due to vehicle issues and the need for a mechanic, we found this Hampton. The Hampton is extremely clean, offers a nice variety for breakfast and is pet friendly! The entire staff was friendly and willing to assist us in any way. Our one night stay developed into a 5 night stay because of historic weather conditions in the south, but if we had to be in one location for an extended stay, this hotel checked all the boxes. Great workout room, spacious bedroom suites, bar with lounge, large pet exercise area, and walking distance to numerous restaurants. A special shout out to Beth, who was over the top in making sure our stay was nothing than positive! I would give this hotel 100 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gym had new equipment that was well taken care of. The breakfast had lots of options and was kept tidy. The vast majority of staff was very friendly and helpful. The public parking garage they utilize for guests is right next door, with a connecting pathway to one of the main entrances. The hotel itself is located in a prime location to walk to all the beautiful areas, shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown.

Clean & Comfortable at an "OK" price. Service was friendly, bed was comfortable, AC/Wifi worked well, breakfast was adequate and there are lots of shops & restaurants within 1-3 minutes walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here again, when next in the area.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while in town for a paracycling race. As a blind, disabled veteran, I travel with a service dog and a large tandem bike, which can sometimes make checking in and finding accommodations challenging. However, my experience here was outstanding. I stayed in both a standard two-bed room and a two-bed suite, and both were incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The entire hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth. From check-in to switching rooms, they were accommodating, friendly, and provided that true Southern hospitality you always hear about. There were plenty of areas to walk my service dog, as well as great spots to get in some steps. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and if you have a car, there are even more options just a short drive away. Overall, I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this hotel. The staff truly made all the difference, and I can’t praise them enough!

We had a great stay! We were in town for UAH graduation. We had multiple rooms for family members. We picked this hotel based on price, locations and the convenience of having walkable restaurants right across the street in the Bridge Street Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving while visiting family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The location was ideal for visiting both sides of the family, and the overall experience was relaxing and quiet, even though the hotel seemed quite full. The breakfast was exceptional—far above expectations. However, the $16 parking fee per car felt steep, especially since we had two cars and no alternative options. Dining options were limited since the hotel’s restaurant was closed for the holiday. Thankfully, a member of our group found an open restaurant nearby and brought dinner back. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. We’ve already discussed returning for a romantic getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Embassy suites Huntsville. The hotel is modern and clean, the rooms were modern, chic, and clean. Upon arrival the staff greeted us warmly and gave us a bag with two bottles of water and some snacks. The hotel is well managed. There is plenty parking. The breakfast meal was very nice and the gentleman chef was super friendly and kind. The wait staff at breakfast were kind and professional. I highly recommend it and we will be definitely going back there!

The property is amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the entire hotel was spotless. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect — close to everything in downtown Huntsville. The breakfast was a great bonus, and the evening reception was a nice touch. I spent 4 nights in the Embassy Suites last week. The rooms were spacious, and provided plenty of AC and USB outlets for tech. Before I was even fully moved into my room, I had a text message from the duty manager making sure all was in order. He checked in with me daily during my stay. I started every day with a delicious complementary omelet made to order by their very engaging chef. As a tall person, one of my metrics for hotel quality is the height of the shower head. I'm happy to say that it allowed plenty of space for a taller person to get their head wet, as well as a variety of spray settings. The pool is quite spacious and remains open until 11:00 p.m. nightly. It's a great way to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The best thing about the venue is its location. You can literally walk into the expansive Von Braun Center from the second floor without going outside. Likewise, it is adjacent to the Big Spring Park which is a nice focal point for the center of town. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and other places of interest all within a half mile walk. The location is also central to most of the major tourist attractions in the area. It's a $15 or less UBER ride to most of them. I would stay there anytime I was in Huntsville.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I missed happy hour (they give you two free drinks) because I was at a graduation, but the bar and restaurant looked very nice. The next time I book something, I'm going to aim for Embassy Suites by Hilton. I know that all of their properties aren't the same, but I'm taking the chance. I highly recommend staying here!

Covid policies in place and most guests were following them wearing masks in breakfast room. I appreciated the option to not have room cleaned and just have towels or other items dropped at room. Masks available if needed and hand sanitizer available in multiple locations. Location was very close as in walking distance to several reasonable restaurants as well as pharmacy. Short drive to US Space & Rocket Center and other attractions.

We stayed here while vacationing to visit a friend in the area. This big, new-seeming, clean hotel is located in a well groomed commercial park just off busy local highway 72 in Madison. It’s extremely convenient to restaurants, corporate facilities and other amenities and close to the person we visited as well as the church on this Easter Sunday. I rented the two-queen room because it was all I saw online; I wish I'd asked about moving to a king room, because the hotel seemed empty. Nice linens and good mattresses. The shower had the pressure of a car wash (good). The breakfast offerings were standard/good and the breakfast lady was very friendly and helpful. The front desk men performed their duties in an efficient and somewhat perfunctory manner which, combined with the scarcity of other guests, lent the hotel a rather anonymous, corporate atmosphere. The outdoor pool was of course closed in March. Conclusion: this is a comfortable, well-maintained property in a fine location to anything in Madison. While its atmosphere perhaps lends itself to business more than vacation travel, we would stay here again.

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, the service at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. My room was spotless and well-appointed, providing a perfect space to relax after a long day. Every member of the staff was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. A special shoutout goes to Betty in the breakfast room, who went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt valued and cared for. Her attention to detail and personalized service created a customer experience unlike any I’ve had at any other hotel. Even the housekeeping staff stood out — they were friendly, professional, and always accommodating with any requests. This hotel has truly raised the bar for hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

I gave this hotel 5 stars because of the price ( reasonable ) the location ( excellent) the welcome and ease with which we were checked in ( fantastic ) cleanliness ( outstanding). The beds and pillows were great and the room spacious ….but the very BEST part was the lady running the Breakfast Bar ( Betty 💕) She was THE most welcoming, helpful, friendly and bubbly early morning person there ever was !!! She ran an immaculate breakfast bar, fully stocked with everything we wanted for breakfast and did so with grace and that Southern Charm we came all the way from Canada to find !! She actually showed my friend her kitchen … no request too big … she was so accommodating. Holiday Inn - you have a GEM here , hang onto her !!!

Very comfortable beds and pillows An actual pod/kuerig type machine in the room Indoor pool Location is close to restaurants and shopping I stayed at their slow time (between Christmas and New Years) so the breakfast buffet was not available. However, they gave me free breakfast off menu and it was surprisingly delicious. I would recommend the omelet. I had booked the executive floor, which the website allowed me to book, but when I arrived they informed me that the executive floor was closed due to the slow period. However, the manager gave me 2 free bar drinks, which was fine with me. I am very pleasantly surprised at the rooms and hotel, I honestly did not expect an older hotel in that location to be as nice as it was. Very pleased. The only thing I can think of that would have made it better is if the room had a bottle of water in it. But that is so minor. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed overnight while traveling through. Nice hotel in great location. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Lots of parking. Room clean. Comfy bed. Microwave, mini fridge, and Kcup coffee. Shower was nice with perfect water pressure. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't get to try the breakfast but maybe next time. Would def stay here again.

We decided to try the Holiday Inn Thanksgiving Day buffet. It exceeded ALL of our expectations from start to finish. It included 6 meats, two of which were carving stations. Besides this there was a made to order omelette and waffle bar a HUGE buffet line including salad bar and a dessert table that was simply amazing. This was not large quantities of mediocre food either - the dishes were creative, ample amd delicious. Everyone from hostess to servers to line workers were happy and positive and actually acted like they cared about the customers and wanted us to have a memorable time; indeed they ALL said so! All of this for UNDER $30 each. I am still miserably full 7 hours later and we were all a bit overwhelmed at the whole experience. They do this Christmas, New Years and Mothers Day as well. We HIGHLY recommend this and believe the management must really know what they are doing. Good job yall. It was a great afternoon!

very clean. comfy beds. didn’t need to use the shower but it was clean. air worked well. no odors. easy check in. within walking distance to the Orion even though when you look at maps once there it looks like almost a mile…cut through parking lots. bfast was your average hotel bfast. I booked a room that included breakfast but it didn’t appear anyone was taking money for it anyway ..fyi breakfast staff was extremely nice and brought us our own carafe of coffee.

This is an older property, but has been extensively renovated. The interior finishes, room furnishings, etc have the feel of a new hotel. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. I had access to the concierge lounge, which was on the small side, but had two large TV’s and very good evening food items (pork sliders, cheese, etc the night I was there). Attendant was very friendly, as was restaurant and front desk staff. Breakfast buffet is on par with the better free breakfasts out there (includes eggs/bacon). It is $10, but I received a free voucher as an IHG rewards member. Indoor pool and hot tub are very nice, but hot tub timer did need repair when I was there - likely an isolated issue. Location is a short drive to downtown, as well as the space/rocket center. There is a Dave & Buster’s within walking distance.

As someone who carriers their own blanket, Lysol, and Clorox wipes. I was pleasanty surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and my room. The lobby, elevator, carpeting throughout, and fixtures were dust, dirt, and stain free. Housekeeping did an awesome job working around my things and keeping the room in tip top shape. I typically do not use housekeeping but did 2 out of my 4 days there. The food in the lobby restaurant was high quality and delicious. This place is a hidden gem. All staff at the front desk, valet and restaurant were amazing, helpful, and accommodating. The gym was small yet well equipped and clean as well. Keep up the awesome work!!! You are now definitely my go to hotel when I visit Huntsville which I do several times a year. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

When you walk through the front entrance of the hotel it’s beautiful and elegant. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The hallways were super cute with textured navy wallpaper. The room is classic bougie, comfortable, and clean. Lastly, the rooftop bar was the cherry on top!! It’s upscale, drinks were good, atmosphere relaxing. See you soon Huntsville and the Jefferson!!!

There didn’t appear to be the included breakfast but we had delicious coffee. The rooms were clean, beautiful and very new, loved the amenities… roof bar was lovely and fun. Overall extras great - I would highly recommend and stay again. Huntsville needed this hotel!!

This is a conveniently located hotel in Huntsville. There is an entrance off Memorial Parkway just north of Governor's Drive, but it is not marked, and it is easy to miss. I guess they want you to enter from the back of the hotel. The room is laid out conveniently with the toilet separated from the shower area. There is a sitting area close to the TV suitable for drinks and snacks. The room was clean. There is an in room safe, a microwave, and a mini fridge. There is free onsite parking. The fitness center is small but very functional and clean. The main drawback was the mediocre complimentary breakfast. What they offer changes during the course of the breakfast. At one point they offered boiled eggs, but not when we ate. They offered a sausage biscuit wrapped in cellophane and an egg white frittata also wrapped in cellophane, both served from warming dishes. The biscuit was gummy. The sausage was edible. The frittata was good. There was also an abundance of carbs. The bar off the lobby is closed, but they have a decent selection of reasonably priced wines in the lobby shop. Very pleasant stay.

The bathroom was nice. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was so kind and friendly. I asked them for a room with a good view as it was our first vacation since having our daughter four years ago, and they even left us a little note welcoming us. They made sure we knew of things to do around town, and the breakfast was so amazing!!!Definitely will be staying there when we come back with our little girl!💜

We stayed here for one night, passing through on our USA tour. We really loved the place. Reception employee was very friendly at check-inn. They provided us with a litte gift bag (water and mints). Parking place are plenty and free. Location is not very central, but a 20-30 minute walk to downtown. You have to cross a big road, but do-able. Our room was very spacious, there is a room divider which separates the bed from the coach and desk. Coach can be opened to a spare bed. The bathroom is modern, toilet is a separate space. Small minor is the shower was leaking water, we mentioned it at check-out. Breakfast was nice, not too excessive. Overal; nice stay and we can recommend it. Enjoy your stay.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by very friendly staff at the desk. My room and the property were extremely clean and well kept. My room was spacious and the bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was great and very quiet even though we were very close (walking distance) to the convention center. There was ample parking and the parking lot was well lit. I also loved the ease of connecting my room's tv to various devices and streaming services. It was also great having USB ports there to directly connect my charging cables to. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was the first time visiting Huntsville but we will be returning. Our room was ready before 3:00, allowing us time to rest and change clothes before going to our concert. The staff was so professional, kind and friendly even offering us bottled water as we were walking to the event. The breakfast was delicious and the staff again made us feel at home. It was the perfect getaway weekend.

Perfect base for exploring the US Space and Rocket center which was just a short drive away. We got in after a long trip and were looking for an easy and comfortable place to stay. The hotel was just that. Cozy bed, perfect shower, nice dinner and an excellent breakfast. But most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We always stop at this Hilton Garden overnight on our way to Florida & when visiting family in the Madison area. It is a fairly new hotel with very clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious lobby & lounge area with a bar (open until 9 or 10pm) & free breakfast. The front desk staff is alway friendly & professional. I highly reccomend this hotel.

Greeted by a very friendly and informative host, Makensie. Very clean from the entrance of hotel to our room. We enjoyed the fire pit area, very cozy. Didn’t light the pit, weather was beautiful. Didn’t eat breakfast or dinner. Close to the mall and restaurants. Our king suite room was large and cozy.

The front desk was attentive and very personable and professional. The restaurant was interesting, I never saw it open but once for breakfast and it is very expensive. We chose to go out instead. I expected it to be more like a real restaurant. Housekeeping only works during the day and they do not bring clean towels unless you ask during the day. We only had clean towels once and the front desk assisted finding these towels for us. Overall my experience was good, I would stay again. I do think towels should be provided daily, also maybe some upgrades to the bathroom. Thank you

I would most definitely recommend staying at this hotel. We were greeted by a friendly front desk agent and check in was smooth. All three of our rooms were ready on time and clean. The young lady was AWESOME and professional! The bar/restaurant did not have much to choose from for food or drinks,HOWEVER, Justin was so refreshingly nice and courteous and catering that we chose not to go anywhere else. Justin went above and beyond to accommodate us and had a very positive attitude! The breakfast was a one man show and the man who was working was very nice and accommodating as well! the food was cooked to order and cooked correctly! Overall this was a very very positive experience and we were happy that we stayed at this hotel!!!

This is “simply” just as the name says. The building and rooms are older, BUT super clean. The mattresses at Sonestas are always the best and this one and the pillows were perfect (firmer mattress and fluffy down pillows). Kitchen has a full size fridge and room overall was very spacious. The windows also open a few inches so you can get some fresh air in! Would definitely stay here again. (FYI there’s no breakfast and no pool, but I’m totally fine with that.) Also allowed me a late checkout at Noon.

Our stay at Sonesta was awesome. The room was very cozy and clean, and the bed was also super comfy. We had a full kitchen with some clean dishes and dishwasher that could be very useful for longer stays. Carita, the rep at the front desk, was also tremendously helpful and nice.

The place was very spacious and clean. It is a year old but you would think it just opened yesterday it seems so new. We checked in pretty late at night but check in was very easy and the front desk host was helpful and kind. The coffee in the lobby is awesome.

If you’re looking for a modern extended stay this is it. The rooms are very clean and come with pots, pans, dishes, and everything you need for your stay. The staff is very professional and nice. The atmosphere is very calming and I felt peaceful while sitting outside.

Check in staff was friendly and quick. Got up to our room and enjoyed the additional hard window coverings for added privacy and light blockage. The area was pretty quiet, room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfy. They do provide soap dispensers inside the shower which is nice. Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of options, and the front desk staff made it sound like they rotate options a bit so if you're staying a few days it's not so boring. Looking forward to our next visit!

It was convenient to everything In Huntsville, just minutes to the Van Braun center and downtown. It was clean, the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a motel, but above all the staff was amazing! They were kind, courteous, friendly and funny! The place was so clean and well taken care of and the breakfast was excellent!

Stayed here as we were passing through town overnight. Staff very friendly, easy check in process. The whole building looks recently renovated, very modern and inviting. Room was VERY clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good for the extra $12 for two people added when booking - a nice continental breakfast with some hot foods (eggs, sausage, grits and biscuits, potatoes). Would definitely stay here again.

We were in Huntsville to visit the Air & Space Museum and this hotel was a nice surprise. Convenient location & very nice amenities with the room size, comfy beds, clean rooms, swimming pool & fitness center. The buffet breakfast had great options also, however my only complaint was that the hot food was slow to come out and there were long queues that had us waiting for over 15 minutes. Many others waited much longer. Despite this, we still rated this stay very high, greatly due to an excellent check-in experience with Elijah, who went above & beyond to be helpful with not only our hotel stay, but also as an enthusiastic ambassador for Huntsville. Elijah provided us with a list of suggested local sites & restaurants to visit which he had created himself to assist guests. He was the epitome of professionalism, which helped to make our stay one to remember.

Only issue I had, was when we returned to the hotel in the late afternoon, I noticed our towels, wash rags, etc. wasn't replaced by housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, wash rags etc.

It was extremely clean! everything felt new, the future in the bedroom was really nice, the bathroom was really clean, they had dove shampoo and conditioner as well as hand wash. The towels smelled fresh. And the bed had a different set of pillows, firm and soft. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, bread, and some other options. The staff was friendly.

This was a perfect example of how a IHG should be. I was disappointed in the last one we stayed in Augusta but this one in Huntsville restored my hope. Staff was exemplary friendly and I could tell working together. The breakfast lady was on task and check out woman very helpful and friendly.

Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in/out was smooth with no problems. Due to mobility problems, a handicapped accessible room was rented. The room was clean and spacious, the King bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had all the necessary handholds to facilitate my needs. This property is a short distance from downtown and the major attractions of Huntsville but has the mountains to separate you from the bustle of the city. We plan on staying here whenever we travel to Huntsville!

My room appeared to be recently renovated with new carpet and furniture. The check in was quick, front desk clerks friendly and engaging. The breakfast was not as plentiful as other Hamptons visited but there was enough food and the dining area was very nice. Also received a to go bag upon checking out. This hotel is my go-to when visiting in the area as it is clean, friendly staff, safe with easy access.

Some hotels can smell musty or just not fresh, but this place knocked it out of the park on cleanliness and freshness. If I ever find myself traveling to Huntsville again, this place will be my go-to for sure. The continental breakfast was good also. They had eggs, sausage, potatoes, make your own waffles, options for cereal, yogurt, bagels, juices, coffee. And checkout wasn't until Noon!!! 5 star review from me!

This hotel is awesome! First…the staff: Felicia at the front desk was personable, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work. Tish, in housekeeping, treated us like we were special guests in her home. Personable, friendly, and like Felicia at the front desk, HUGE smile each time we saw her (them). My preference is always to stay where there is a complimentary breakfast because I love meeting and talking to the other guests about our travels and the location I am currently in, and of course having a breakfast that feels like home. It was wonderful. I just would like to see more choices that are diabetic-friendly and, other protein options such as turkey sausage and bacon. In regards to the hotel location. I believe It was Josh who recommended we take a room on the 4th floor and we were extremely happy with his suggestion. Many thanks to Josh for suggesting we take the room with a view of the water as my partner and I really needed the beautiful and relaxing view. She said she got the best night's sleep that she'd had in months.

As I was reviewing which property to stay at in Huntsville, I noticed the high customer rating. I must say, the reviewers did not disappoint. I loved this property including the friendly welcome from the staff, the clean and modern rooms, the convenient location (near the Bridge Street Town Centre which is filled with excellent shopping and a variety of restaurants), and finally, the great breakfast. Great value with a great night’s sleep!

Came to Hunstville for a night with the husband. Hotel is extremely close to shopping, Top Golf and several restaurants. Hotel is clean, check in was super quick and friendly. Room was cozy on 4th floor, quiet and the bed was wonderfully soft, I love the pillows. Breakfast was free from 6-9 and worked for us. Would recommend and would stay again.

I stayed here for a week while my child was at camp. The hotel is located right across from Big Spring Park and my view was gorgeous. The staff here are amazing, the lobby bar is nice-they also have breakfast in the morning for a fee, and the hotel also has an outdoor bar/restaurant which is pretty hip and cool. It's walking distance to all the great downtown restaurants and bars as well. I'm very happy that I chose this hotel.

We had a nine day stay at this hotel while taking care of family business. Overall, I like this hotel and would stay again, but there were some glitches. Pros: Relatively new and well designed hotel in a great location in downtown Huntsville near many quality restaurants and Big Spring Park. The room has a large work desk, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is very nice with a walk-in European style shower. There is the Vista Bar on the second floor terrace that offers light food entrees and a large selection of drinks. It is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Cons: Covid has forced changes in operations for most businesses. You must request room service which is not a problem if they remember when you make the request. We requested service every 2nd or 3rd night. Housekeeping forgot to service our room the first time we requested service. They also took our soap and did not replenish the shampoo. There is not much space to hang clothes. We raided a cart in the hall for soap and shampoo. Breakfast is packaged pastries or cereal on a cart near the lobby and common area. They were out of coffee and cups about half the time. One morning, there was no milk for the cereal. They never had napkins available. I recognize that Covid has caused problems for most businesses. These inconveniences would not bother me enough to stay elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The AC Hotel primarily for the business traveler on short stays.

The hotel is in a great location. It is right downtown across from the park and right near the convention center. There are great and safe routes to run in the AM. Restaurants are within walking distance. The workout room is nice. It has cardio and free weights. The staff was friendly and the room was new and fresh. The bed was comfortable. Also, they have coffee in the lobby which is a plus. Well located. Comfy. New. Friendly staff. Good hotel.

Location is perfect if you are going to a concert at the Von Braun Center, which is practically next door. The hotel faces beautiful Big Spring Park and the Huntsville Museum of Art. There is a restaurant and bar onsite but it is also just a short walk to Twickenham Square, where there are a couple of restaurants and a Publix. Parking is valet only, but the attendants were always present and they also give you a number to text to request your car. The room was clean, comfortable, and in the modern style you expect from AC. Great base to explore the arts in the Rocket City.

If you've stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn before, you know what to expect. This is the standard HGI experience with absolutely zero surprises. Staying here for one night while passing through Huntsville, I found myself in a spacious, comfortable but clearly well-worn room with a somewhat noisy AC. The coffee maker provided was utterly incapable of producing a decent cup but the lobby was very happy to oblige, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The pool was lovely and relaxing on a hot day. There are good bars and restaurants close enough that the Uber bill won't break the bank and the view of the Space Center is very cool. All in all, there's nothing in particular to complain about here, but also not an experience that in any way exceeds the benchmark. Good job, Hilton Garden Inn.

It was convenient to where we wanted to go, clean, well maintained, the small bar/restaurant in the lobby was also convenient. There was some sort of work going on in the parking lot so half was usually blocked off. The breakfast buffet was extra and not as well stocked as other places that were free.

LaShana went out of her way to ensure our stay for five days was comfortable. We were in town visiting family and this was a perfect place to set up with a bedroom and sitting room in the jr. suite. The rooms were spacious, ceilings so high! We had dinner and drinks at the bar a few times also and the bartender, Rob was awesome! Food was very good also. We’ll stay here again when we return!

I loved the property. I’m a clean freak, so for me the property was very clean and it smelled amazing. The hotel was quiet and the surrounding area was convenient to food, gas, and the park. The only complaint I have is the bed was squeaky. But other than that, it was a great stay.

The facility was very clean. I felt very comfortable and safe. I felt very safe because you have to swipe your room key card in the lobby to before you get to the elevator/your room. Any issue that I may have had, the employees or the GM would assist and make things right.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location because it is convenient, secure, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly! Once again, I love the secure door entry.

The pillow was fluffy. They were comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Everything was good. We both slept like a baby. The hotel was clean and still doing some renovations. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast bar was wonderful. Great variety and food was hot and replenished often. The rooms were clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower pressure and water temp was great and consistent. I loved that the hotel entrances were locked and required a room key to gain access. My only complaint was that one of the back entry doors did not require a room key to gain entry, which voided out the safety that the other entry doors provided by allowing anyone to gain entry to the entire property.

Stepping into the lobby it is fresh, clean, spacious, elegant. The quality and friendly service at the reception and the throughout the hotel is matching to the first impression. The breakfast deserves special mention with the plentiful selection including cooked food.

Very central location, nice clean property, VERY comfortable room, and the breakfast was well stocked! All staff were friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again!

The appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was a huge plus and it was comfortable didn't have to worry about loud guest or atmosphere. Love that it's pet friendly but make sure you let them know upon arrival about your pet even if you use a app to reserve and pay for your room ahead of time cause when you check out you'll get charged a fee of 50 each night for the pet instead of the policy stated fee of 25 a night. Besides that whammy of hit to us at check out the hotel really was very clean respectful and friendly and very helpful whenever we needed anything.

My room was quiet and clean. Although renovated, bathtub was rusty and one lamp didn’t work. I liked having a sofa in the room, but it was not very comfortable.

The property was very clean from the moment you entered the doors. Brandy, the front desk attendant was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were also very clean and stocked with towels and had plenty of pillows.

The breakfast service was disappointing. it was closed Sunday. On Monday, the food was very good, but the wait both to take my order and to be served were very long. Another person in the restaurant gave up and didn't order. The gym is better than at many hotels. The location is very convenient for UAH.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The king bed was especially comfortable and the bedding was excellent. Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. The location is great for access to all types of restaurants and stores. I would stay here again.

We stayed for one night when we came for a concert. It was a convenient drive to and from the music venue and restaurants we went to, which was great. The elevator is not convenient to the rooms, so we took the stairs every time to and from our room. The staircase and surrounding area reeked of marijuana. There was a roach in our bathroom, which is never a good site. Snacks are extremely limited in the Market area inside the hotel. The bed was comfortable, ac/heat worked well. It was good enough for a quick trip but I'm not sure if we'd stay again.

Nice Hotel but it is dated. The Front Desk staff was nice and made me feel welcomed. My room was nice and clean. Nice comfortable bed, had a sofa and desk, the AC worked well and was quiet. Good size bathroom and shower. The pool was closed on my visit and it was drained with the gate locked. The ice machines were turned off. If you wanted ice for your room you had to walk up to the office.

People there were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. They guys making breakfast really wanted to please us.

The hotel has a great staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, and a good location for airport travelers. I cannot compliment the staff enough during our stay. One thing that guests should be aware of, the hotel restaurant is only open from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm due to covid. I had turned in my rental car, so leaving the property for a meal was limited. There were some prepared breakfast items at the front desk. The only other food options is in the concourse food court which is inside the secure area of the airport. A helpful TSA employee suggested we ask for a gate pass from our airline which we did. You can also go through security if you have a boarding pass. The hotel restaurant was good, but we were looking for a little variety since we were stranded for four days. This hotel is a great option if you have an early morning flight and wish to stay at the airport.

When we have an early flight, we will stay the night to make our travel easier. We always find the rooms clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar next to the front counter and the food has always been very good. Dorthy at the bar is awesome and friendly. We will stay there again.

I went back to Alabama for my niece's baby shower and I always fly into the Huntsville airport. Why, you ask? Because it is small and easy to get in and out of. I will literally pay more to be able to walk to my rental car and have the hotel inside the airport. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The beds were awesome and I loved the little hotel bar/restaurant. I ended up talking to some folks there who had friends who had been on Bar Rescue, so we got into a pretty cool conversation about that. This hotel is kind of a go-to for me due to the convenience level and free parking.

This hotel really felt like a home away from home. It all started with the warmest of welcomes from the front desk manager Brianna. I had gone through a crazy 24 hours of cancelled flights and delays and finally made it to my destination in Huntsville. She empathized with my situation and accomadated early check in and really made me feel at home. This great customer service was replicated by every other front desk person I interacted with as well as the servers and bartender at the restaurant and the housekeeping staff. I was thrilled as I have not expereiced this level of customer service and hospitality in some time. The room was spacious, clean and comforatble. The black out curtains worked great and I couldn't belive how quiet and peaceful it was for being at the Airport. I had a better night sleep then I had had in some time and slept so late I had to request a late check out which was graciouly granted once again by Brianna at the front desk. My only complaint is that I had to eventually leave. Great hotel, great value, would happily return.

Easy to find and comfortable accommodations right at the airport. Quiet hotel considering how close to the runway you are. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel for early flights - take the elevator down to floor 1 and you are right at the airlines check-in area. I would recommend!

This is my second stay at Country Inn and Suites. It was wonderful as it was before! Quincy was so nice and friendly when I checked in. I had only booked for one night but my plans had changed. I explained to Quincy and he said not a problem we can work this out !! We got the room that has a living room and bedroom. We had our two grandchildren with us and it was great to get two rooms. Breakfast was wonderful the ladies that take care of it are so sweet and really make sure you have enough to eat. One morning they actually made me a waffle seeing I was tired from the night with the kids - it was so nice. The cleaning ladies work so hard in the rooms my room was meticulous everyday! Needed more towels they were delivered right away. The front desk people were also very helpful and nice. Coffee and hot water available all day long which i know I needed. It is located close to so many restaurants- Logan’s right there delicious steaks. My family knows where to stay when they visit Alabama to see my son look no further this is the place - County Inn and Suites !!

We have stayed at this property several times in the past and the staff here has always been the most friendly and welcoming to my family and I!! Quincy is by far the best!! he was most helpful when I accidentally left my room key in the room and he didn’t hesitate to help me out by giving me a new one. He has always be friendly and interactive with the guests. I can’t remember the manger’s name for the day shift but she is also top notch when it comes to questions I may have had and helpful when it came to ordering dinner to be delivered!!

The employees were very nice and accommodating. The suite I stayed in was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast bar was nice and the hostess did not rush me when I got down to it before closing, she didn’t clean up around me she was just very understanding and kind. That’s rare. I had a room on the first floor and that was the only negative experience. Two men were right outside my window and were arguing and yelling. It was a little stressful and scary. Nothing happened but if you stay here request the 2nd or 3rd floor.

The floor is very dirty and in need of a deep shampooing. Still utilizing Covid-19 breakfast (brown bag with a muffin, granola bar and a fruit). I am ok with it because im on a high sugar diet but most people dont start their day like me. The internet is managed by an outside entity which isnt bad but would drop connection at time. The signal from the next establishment is stronger than that of this hotel and at the desk in my room, the other establisment's wifi is more stable than this hotel. Im not a fan of the Indian lady using her key and barging into my room after I've already spoken to house keeping about not needing anything. Not once, but on multiple occasions. NOT eco-friendly and treats the rooms as single day use for all towels. Makes it clean, but isnt eco friendly for long term stays.

The rooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. When I mentioned at check in that they may want to put us on the ground floor ( my son is autistic and paces/runs a great deal as a self soothing measure) the clerk not only accommodated us with a first floor room but put us directly across from the exercise facility so we could have easy anytime access to a treadmill if we needed it. The breakfast selection and service was exceptional on both days and there were several healthy and delicious options available for my children who both have celiacs. We were walking distance from several fantastic restaurants and there was a neighborhood farmers market set up a block away on the Sat morning we were there. The location was phenomenal !! We will 100% stay here again when we are in town.

From the moment you step into the building, everyone was friendly, helpful and providing a great customer experience. We loved this hotel! We stayed from Thursday- Sunday and would have loved to stay longer. It was super clean, and the breakfast was awesome! We loved that our kids had a whole separate area with a daybed and trundle bed (both quite comfortable which is novel amongst hotel pullout sofa beds). The staff were all incredible! Housekeeping staff were all very friendly and did a phenomenal job. Every member of the staff was very kind and accommodating especially Jonathan, Cornelius, Marcie and Joel! They all did that little extra for our family that made us feel right at home. The area is also super cool. Lots of restaurants, some with bars and evening entertainment and a delicious bakery. There was a farmers market on the green right next door on Saturday morning with games for kids and several booths. The Providence area is still under construction but once it's all done, it's going to be such a nice little spot within Huntsville.

The stay of this location is always amazing! The rooms are always extremely clean. It always smells nice, and the front desk staff is always very welcoming. I've never had any issues at this location, and I stay here frequently when I get snowed in at work. I just needed a few days away from home this time. Always comfortable. Beds are nice and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Great stay as usual.

Booked this hotel to split up our trip to Destin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and grounds were well appointed and clean. Our room was clean and had plenty of space and amenities for our stay. Beds were comfy and bathroom was very nice. Continental breakfast was good and did the job to fill us up to head on the road. Checking in and out was a breeze. Be aware that the restaurants are spread out over the main drag so plan where you want to eat if you arrive at dinner time some places were already closed at 7:30 and there were long lines at drive thrus. This is a place we would definitely stay at again to split our family Florida trip in half, it exceeded my expectations. Staff please keep up the great work and friendly, clean atmosphere it didn't go unnoticed.

I liked the convenient location, especially since it was close to the US Space & Rocket Center, where I needed to pick up my son from Space Camp. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a cozy bed. The friendly and accommodating staff made my stay even more pleasant, and the complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and parking were all great perks that added to the overall value of the experience.

Stayed one weeknight at the Sleep Inn and got a great nights sleep, which is rare for me. Our hotel room was spotless and while there was one tiny issue (the freezer portion of the mini fridge did not work), everything else was spot on. The hotel is centrally located on University Drive (aka U.S. Hwy 72), so it’s near the botanical garden (which was our destination), the UA-Huntsville campus, and the rocket center. Even the downtown (including the Twickenham Historical District) is just minutes away. And there are plenty of restaurants just a stone’s throw away (tip: head to nearby Providence for great tacos, barbecue, and pizza…and the sublime Edgar’s Bakery). I’ve been going back and forth to Huntsville from Nashville for decades, and while it’s an easy day trip, it’s also fun to stay over once in a while. Especially given the road construction (I-65 can be a nightmare). Highly recommend this *budget* ($100 now equals *budget* accommodations) hotel…friendly staff, including front desk clerk Gary, clean and quiet rooms, and safe location. All good. Will stay here again.

We stayed in four different hotels in Alabama abd this Sleep Inn & Suites in Huntsville, AL is very well maintained, clean facility and the room was very clean and bedding was comfortable. Sam checked us in and was friendly and gave recommendations for local eateries. The hotel has laundry facilities available. Breafast was good and area very clean as well as the exterior of the hotel. The pricing was reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to staying at Sleep Inn & Suites in the future.

Great hotel! Really nice staff. Very very clean! Our first room’s air conditioner was acting funny and so we spoke with the front desk and they said they would send someone to come look at it. I’m not sure if they looked at it but when we got back from dinner it was still acting up. We went back to the front desk to ask them about it again and the young man (dark blonde hair) apologized and without us asking, offered us a new room. If you want a pretty view ask for the 4th floor or above on the Bridge Street side. We also really enjoyed being able to walk right out into Bridge Street. There are a bunch of cute shops, boutiques, restaurants, and even a movie theater in walking distance of the hotel. Although we didn’t use them, I thought it was really cool that they have an indoor and outdoor pool. I also thought it was neat they have a both a bath tub and a large shower in the room. It was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever said in. Very comfortable and comfortable quiet. You have to use your room key to go up the elevator making it feel extra secure. The breakfast is not complimentary but it is very good. They offer a menu and a buffet. The buffet has a create your own omelette station with a cook ready to make one just for you. Our waitress Ana was great. All around a great experience. It made for an awesome weekend girls trip and we will be back!!

At check in, Willie was very professional and friendly. My room was clean, the shower was spacious, the bed and bedding covers and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, clean, and well organized. Our hostess was very professional, friendly, and answered our questions about the establishment. I am definitely visiting The Westin in Huntsville Alabama again.

Beautiful stylish "fancy" hotel. Gorgeous spacious bathroom with rain shower and separate tub. Comfy beds. The location is perfect, right next to the beautiful Bridge Street Town Center outdoor shopping area. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants. Same exit off 565 as the US Space and Rocket Center. Nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Cool bar and lounge area in the lobby. Looked like great gym facility if that's your thing. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I had an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn property in beautiful Huntsville, Alabama. Outside of the downtown area, Providence Village is definitely second to none in Huntsville!! Such a nice, quaint little village, with over a dozen great spots to eat, drink, and enjoy! I love this property, and it's in the perfect location. All staff and management are extremely kind, courteous, and professional, especially Johnny and Marko - I really found these two individuals to be incredibly accommodating & helpful. Overall, great job on cleanliness, free breakfast, comfortable bedding & rooms, and a very walkable area, with many restaurants located within minutes.

This hotel is part of a newer development and is situated within walking distance to multiple restaurants as well as across the street from a nice green space. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and the kids loved the pool. You have to make a reservation for the pool for one hour slots but it was nice to have it all to ourselves. Overall it was a great experience. The hotel and the area overall have a great, family friendly atmosphere.

HANDS DOWN, the Hampton Inn Huntsville was incredibly clean, the food for breakfast was DELICIOUS and the service was friendly! I would stay there again and again. We stayed 5 nights and I was most impressed by the change in breakfast menu every morning.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting my father in the hospital. He’d passed away and through me and my family’s grief, I just want to say how incredibly professional, yet loving and sympathetic every single staff member we’d experienced during our stay was. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the way we were treated and cared for during our stay. They even checked on and helped my older sister in our room while I was out taking care of our mom. You guys are all superstars and I hope the owner of that hotel knows how valuable their staff is. The hotel was clean, comfortable, well lit outside, and safe. They had the best coffee and hot waffles each morning. Thank you to the management and staff for providing safety, comfort and love to your guests.

I love that the property has air purifiers through out the building in public spaces as well as each room. It smells so clean and refreshing all through out the common areas. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting and the bed was comfy with free Wi-Fi and alarm clocks in the room. There was also a mini fridge and walk in shower with no bathtub which I like when traveling

The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, creating a home-away-from-home feeling. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work, and it truly shows in the service they provide. The breakfast options offered plenty of variety and provided nourishing food, far surpassing the typical continental breakfasts at other establishments. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour from Monday to Thursday and were a bit disappointed that it wasn’t available on the weekends as well. The pool was so much fun! I loved the indoor/outdoor continuation and hot tub. The cabanas were a nice touch as well. The location was incredible! In a shopping/entertainment district so you never need to leave the area. Lots of restaurant options, a movie theater just steps outside of the hotel. Superb! Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience.

This was one of the best hotel rooms we’ve ever had. I have never stayed in an Element Hotel before, although I’ve stayed in other Marriott brand hotels. Our daughter booked a king studio for us, which included a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable couch, nice desk, lots of places to charge our stuff. Great shower. Breakfast was included and for the first time in many road trips, fresh strawberries and blueberries were available, in addition to the usual. The best is that it’s so quiet. It is attached to the Westin Hotel next door and they have all sorts of bars, restaurants, etc. They are pet friendly (a must) My only problem is they charge $50 additional a night for our small well behaved elderly dog, which added up to $100 since we were staying 2 nights. Ask for a room overlooking the lake/fountain. Also, very close to an outdoor shopping area w lots of restaurants.

Wonderful!!!! The rooms were so nice! Beds, bedding, pillows- 💯 they were even more comfortable than my house! Rooms had plenty of space; big, beautiful bathrooms with a great shower. Shampoo and body wash provided were so nice! But- what will bring me back was the breakfast!!! Gourmet! Fresh fruit, vegetables, pastries, yogurt- I was impressed!!! Location was great! Easy walk to the movie, shopping and so many great restaurants. Finally, the pool was beautiful and it had a BAR! Element guests could use the Westin bar, which was really nice when traveling with kids. Highly recommend!!!

Overall, a very nice hotel. Attached to the Westin and next door to a very popular outdoor mall. We had the one bedroom corner. Pros: very nice Happy Hour with cheese crackers, wine, etc.; friendly and welcoming staff; modern furniture; they claim the water from the kitchen faucet is filtered (?); great mattress; wonderful shower; easy to use streaming on TVs. Cons: breakfast (except for the coffee) was not great (thank goodness for Starbucks in the attached Westin); return air filter in room looked like it had never been cleaned; tv in bedroom never worked the several days we stayed there even though I told the front desk several times.

I liked the convenient location of the Huntsville Marriott at the Space & Rocket Center. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The proximity to the Space & Rocket Center was a significant highlight, making it a perfect choice because I came to drop off my son at Space Camp, and the Huntsville Marriott at the Space & Rocket Center was in an excellent location, especially after a long drive. It made the whole experience much more convenient and stress-free.

An excellent hotel- modern, clean and well maintained. The bed was so comfortable. I could not hear any other guests from my room even though I knew the hotel was full. Food onsite was okay, the breakfast brunch was mediocre and not worth the price. Expedia offered an upcharge for "Breakfast for two" which only ended up being $10 off per person for an $18 breakfast. Expedia also losts this as having free airport shuttle and heated indoor pool, which it does not. They do have a nice outdoor pool. But no airport shuttle means I paid more to stay here than expected.

Great stay. The hotel was near the locations attended, near food and shopping. I wish breakfast was complimentary, this is why I selected the hotel but found once I got to the hotel that breakfast is $20 when you're some kind of marriott member (I'm a Bonvoy member and did not have the option of continental breakfast. The rooms were clean, beautiful view, great service and the hotel was quiet. My family and I enjoyed our relaxing stay.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. I was so happy to have the patio. The room could use a small sofa although i believe with the balcony you do lose that option. Very modern, friendly staff and accommodating. The bar experience was pretty good but the restaurant was closed earlier rhan mentioned on business hours.

This hotel was conveniently located to the US and Space and Center. The hotel was very clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. They made me very welcome. I would definitely stay here again. We had a nice view of the rockets from the room. The layout of the rooms was spacious.

We had a spacious room with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper for a family of six. I was told the beds were comfortable; sofa sleeper I slept on was adequate. Breakfast was quite the spread and fantastic, especially the oatmeal, biscuits with sausage gravy, and coffee.

The hotel’s staff was helpful, and the entire building was very clean, despite being under construction!! The room was exceptionally clean; parking lot was well lit and clean!! The breakfast was good.

An outstanding stay as the hotel is in a good location. The customer service was great, and we enjoyed an all-around excellent experience. The rooms are very nice, and the hotel was very clean. The outdoor patio came in very handy, and it is a nice place to hang out. Everyone we ran into, that worked at the hotel, was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was successful. A good breakfast and the staff ensured food was available even with a pretty large number of guests staying there during the time we stayed. This was a Group stay and Ms. Deanna Jones was very helpful in accommodating our group throughout our stay. Thanks to Ms. Jones and the entire stay for a job very well done! I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn Madison Huntsville Airport to anyone traveling to the Huntsville, Alabama. I would definitely stay there again. Again, outstanding experience. I got the mobility room without asking for some reason so that was a nice surprise. Room was very clean and very big. Lighting was nice and bright, turning on the smaller lamps around the room made it feel more cozy. Room and area was quiet. Motel is close to some fast food and nicer restaurants. I didn't need a shower so I can't speak to that.

When I checked in, the staff at the front desk were accommodating and friendly. They helped me figure out my check-in details and recommended several places around the motel to visit. When I finally went to my room, I was surprised at the modern and clean look of the newly renovated rooms. It was nothing similar to what I expected and was a pleasant surprise. I had a great rest and recommend this Motel 6 to whoever comes to visit Huntsville.

The rooms are clean and the staff is super nice! The Motel 6 side is pet friendly, so bring along the fur babies!!I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a clean, quiet, place to stay.They also have weekly rates for a longer stay, the rates are very reasonable!

When you drive 6.5 hours coming from a resort in Florida with plush mattresses to this, its bound to give back problems. I wish the beds were a bit softer. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and you could feel the bars beneath you. I like how spacious the rooms are. The full kitchen was nice. The bathroom is a bit small. Laundry is coined operated but we brought no cash. So I couldn't use it. They have an onsite mini market to buy snacks and essentials. Prices are a bit inflated. Staff is super friendly and nice which is a plus. Breakfast served 6am-10am. Check out time is 12pm. Which will allow us to keep our puppy here as we go to the space museum for a couple hours. Everything is in close proximity.

This was the best breakfast that we have ever had included in a stay. The rooms were a good size, beds and pillows comfortable and friendly staff. The common area was comfy and inviting. The location was close to a mall with restaurants and shops-very convenient.

Just completed a multi-night stay at this property. It is a good place to stay and the people who work there are friendly. Checked in with the app, so no wait to check in. The location is convenient to the freeway, but far enough away from it so you do not hear it. It is also very close to a mall with lots of places to eat. The ease of access to the freeway means it is also close to most everything in Huntsville. The building is shared with a Hampton Inn. Had a double queen room that was spacious and generally clean. The room shows some wear and tear, but nothing was broken. The hallway carpet had some stains that should be cleaned. We had neighbors but never heard them. Lobby and breakfast area were clean. Good sized exercise room with multiple ellipticals and treadmills. All in all, a good stay.

The hotel was easy to get to and located in very nice area. Danielle at the front desk was amazing and made our experience very enjoyable for the whole family. Checking in was easy and our room was nice and clean. The morning breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely book this location again when visiting Huntsville.

I want to give a great thumbs up, and a great review to Jeri, who worked the breakfast buffet!! Excellent, clean and organized presentation. She was exceptionally customer oriented, great attitude of service, and very helpful and friendly! We need more people like her.👍👏

Can’t remember her name but started with an N. She was hysterical! Loved her! Only complaint would be the noise level from the people above us. Must have had small kids running around. Would request 3rd floor next time. Will definitely be back for more concerts at Orion and will stay here again!

Located near numerous restaurants, SuperTarget and gas stations, this location a few miles from the US Space and Rocket Center was just fine for our one-night stay. Pleasant greeting at front desk, friendly housekeeping staff, and a good grab n go breakfast with hot and cold items. Nothing fancy here but it was clean and quiet.

The professional employee that check me into my room. She gave me her name and told to contact her about any situation that would not be 10 out of 10. They are extremely dedicated to their patrons having a great stay and it showed in the way she spoke and interacted with me. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to this city. The rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean . The water pressure for the shower was outstanding and just the thing I was glad to have after a long day.

We LOVED this hotel! Clean and very spacious! The staff was friendly. My roommate told me the breakfast was delicious. I didn't want to leave my bed because it was so comfortable.

My wife and I stayed for one week. We have stayed at this hotel several times before. Our room was clean and comfortable and having the kitchen was very useful to cook some of our own meals. The hotel is next to a Publix grocery store and several niche restaurants. The hotel breakfast improved over our previous stay. The chorizo breakfast tacos were very good. Next time I will ask for a room where pets haven't stayed previously as we would rather not deal with the pet smells. We love our dog, but we don't travel with the pup. Overall, this is still a nice place to stay. It's harder to find a spot to park in the garage: and the building is showing wear, but still well maintained.

This was the perfect location with shops, restaurants and even a grocery store within walking distance of the hotel. Professional service and caring individuals took care of all of my family staying in 11 different rooms for our family gathering. I want to offer a special thank you to Ashley, Chelandria, (wonderful at check in) Byron, Essence, Vanessa, Deborah,, and Tammy and her team along with the kind ladies who prepared our delicious breakfast each morning of our four day stay for their attention to all of our needs. We look forward to our return visits to Huntsville in the future.

Beautiful property, conveniently located. Very friendly staff. My room was clean. I did not use the pool or the fitness center. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast because they had no fresh fruit. However, the breakfast area was clean. Very quiet area.

We stopped here for the night and felt it was a great value for the money. Daniel at the front desk was very professional at check in and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast but good and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable stay! I enjoyed the covered mattresses, private bathroom, and large, spacious refrigerator. The dining/lobby area was nice and clean as well. The staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was that the hot water offered in the dining area was not very hot. To get water as hot as I like, I had to use the microwave. But overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was professional and the hotel was very clean. The pool area although filled with guests and their families was very well kept. My travel agent Chastity Alexander picked a winner for our travel needs. The breakfast was fresh and the eating area was clean and inviting!! 🥰

Our room was clean. the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly & always helpful. There was plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast attendant, Susan, was always friendly & helpful. Kept everything clean & well supplied. My only complaint is that the pool was dirty & not cleaned the whole time we were there. We stayed 3 days on a weekend. We chose this place & paid a little more so we would have a pool.

Front clerk Ammie was friendly, professional and informative. She check me in, explained all the amenities and how to access them. The room was clean, fresh smelling with no cover up fragrance. The bed and pillows was firm and comfy. It was quiet even through the night,I felt secure.

The hotel room was clean and convenient to where I needed to be. The water in the shower was hot during the entire shower. The coffee was good. The bed was comfortable. Ok for just one night.

I highly recommend this motel. It's convenient to the interstate but I didn't notice any of the highway noise. Check-in was easy, the room was very clean with the AC set at a comfortable temperature. The bed was comfortable. The coffee in the lobby was good and hot. I'll stay here again when I go back to Huntsville.

I had a really good stay here. The staff was very friendly and great. The place was clean and well kept. Did not look run down but well maintained and new. Lots of activities and amenities which are important for travelers. Monday thru Wednesday they offered breakfast in the morning and hors d’oeuvres in the evening. Both were very nice. Everything worked in the room. It was very clean and not noisy. The gym was nice. Price was good and so was parking. Good central location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Our family traveled to Huntsville to celebrate a graduation and birthday. The stay was incredibly wonderful. The facilities were very clean and beautiful. The staff in the breakfast area (Mrs. Sue and staff were incredible). The head of housekeeping was awesome and strived to accommodate our requests. Kat on the front desk attentive to our needs and was wonderful. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Most of all the property is beautifully maintained both inside and out. I will definitely stay there for future visits to the Huntsville area.

We stayed at this hotel while attending the child abuse symposium in Huntsville. My director and I shared a room. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, consistently displaying a positive attitude. The breakfast offerings were of excellent quality, and I appreciated the additional coffee options. Although there was no extra bedding for the sofa bed initially, the staff promptly provided it upon request. The hotel was well-maintained both inside and out. Should I have the opportunity to return to Huntsville, I would choose to stay at the Residence Inn again!!

I had a very comfortable stay, just like home. Target mall just 10 minutes away by foot. Bus stop is there too. To get to Down town, it's a 20 minute bus ride. Another mall with a large "88 Buffet" in the mall next to the Target mall. Good value for the hotel and the buffet. Free breakfast was a bonus. I could eat at the buffet everyday! Target has a grocery section if you want to cook in your room. All the dishes are there!

The property was clean and well kept. Was located in very convenient area near my family and event venue. The staff was professional, kind and helpful. The breakfast was awesome.

The only issue we had was that there was no way to plug the bathtub to take a bath.

staff was very helpful, and informative with our needs. courteous. king sized bed was very comfortable, and enough space to have a couch, coffee table, another work desk, fridge, microwave. there's also a Cracker Barrel restaurant, and shop couple minutes walk from the hotel. complimentary breakfast was good plus nice, and clean area. front desk has quarter's for the 1 washer, 1 dryer, I would stay here again. The hotel was tastefully decorated and very clean, without the normal musty smell in the hallways. Our room was clean and beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable I had ever slept on and the towels in the bathroom were luxurious. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will search for a Clarion hotel when I travel in the future.

This is the second time I have stayed in this property and both times have been amazing the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is your typical offerings of eggs, sausages, waffles, and yogurt and cereal with bread and bagels. It felt safe, clean pool, friendly staff. It was near a few restaurants also. Beds were clean and so comfy and we were overall very satisfied with the room.

Was in town for a graduation. Stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and in order. Had a good size mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was ok. Could use a few more items for breakfast. Had a drive up room for convenience. Was nice and quiet! I would definitely stay again for the price!

It's very clean and good atmosphere no drugs or unclean people hanging around so it feels safe and comfortable and the location is close to restaurants and gas stations . I will continue to stay with them any time I need a room.

I like the nice and very friendly front desk workers, the cleaning ladies, and the breakfast was phenomenal hot eggs , Bacon, biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker it was the best hotel I e stayed at for such a great valued price the only thing I didn't like was the dark blue walls but the beds are very soft and clean and the so are the bathroom towels and just everything was very clean nice and neat id prefer this one to all my friends and family.

The location was quiet and peaceful. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from near by. Traffic was not heavy. It was easy to travel to places we wanted to check out. Very nice scenery in the area.

The staff is very friendly and understanding and they are willing to help any way possible it's a very clean and quiet place and I will always stay here when I need a place to stay

FYI : This is an extended stay hotel so they will not have breakfast and coffee ready for you. Jasmine, Jessie and Tiffany always take care if we need something or issues in our room. Hotel still improving rooms everyday. We are new in the area and will still stay here along with my husband and daughter until we find our new home.

Woodsprings Suites is located in a nice area of Madison, AL and convenient to shopping and I-565, and is quite pleasant. The hotel is safe and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional, particularly the maintenance staff, which is responsive and highly skilled. I have enjoyed my stay here is the only place I will ever stay in this area of Northern Alabama.

Well my stay there in the general aspect was pleasant and normal to say the least nothing out of the ordinary really a lot of rules and restrictions on smoking which I thought was decent at least they don't allow smoking in any of the rooms but are lenient enough to let people smoke in the parking lot or in their cars. I've noticed an occasional medicine PD do rounds of surveillance in that particular Hotel parking lot not sure why but you know maybe it's just keep stuff safe who knows but could be information to somebody for God's sake if you don't if you have warrants don't stay there because it's a wrap if you do this the hotel staff Amanda Jackson is a manager who went up and Beyond her duties to make sure her guests or comfortable and safe and having a great experience at her hotel much thanks to her even when the appliances are broken they immediately were assessing the situation by the very next day even though the office was closed due to weather conditions. That was outstanding service going up and Beyond and passed protocol to go and assist my situation. The only downside is the walls are not very insulated for sound so now it's something to consider if you're going to be a guest there they do have a set of hours deemed quiet time late at night till 7:00 in the morning to ensure the comfort of the guest which is really nice They don't serve breakfast although they do offer on site laundry and vending machines that take credit coin dollar and phone NFC payments.

It was a great price for having a kitchenette. There were no utensils of any kind but I brought coffee supplies from home and purchased microwavable food from the nearby Kroger. I never walk barefoot in any hotel I stay at so I always have flipflops. The non carpeted area did sound sticky under the shoes but I never felt it so can't confirm. The bed was very firm but comfortable. You have to use your key card to enter the building, even a locked door after the check in area. I always felt safe in the building as a solo female traveler. There was a homeless guy outside the building one day but he didn't approach me and I didn't feel unsafe. There is no housekeeping which was fine with me on my 3 night stay. I didn't need extra towels but not sure how you would get them if you did. There was no one at the lobby window during the mornings when I was there. The hotel was close to the convention center where I was working and made meals cheap for the trip because of the kitchenette so it was an excellent deal for me. Even though I saw one tiny roach on the table on the first night, I would consider staying here again for a business trip.

Very clean room, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Very nice sized refrigerator and a good amount of cabinet space to put any groceries you bring. Television had a very good selection of channels. The WiFi was great, I had no issues connecting to it and it worked well.

Good Afternoon. The Staff was very nice & Mr Ken was very exceptional , helpful, caring & concerned. House Keepers were wonderful as well. So is the young lady in the front office (Mgr)The only issue I have is the roaches , and my hood over the stove & you can't read the knobs. But other then that it's great here. And when towels had to be taking away bc it wasn't enough towels to go around for other guests .

Emily was working the front desk when we checked in….She was Amazing! She was very friendly and accommodating! She made sure that what started out as a bad night, turned into a Great Morning! Thank You Emily!!

Second stay here and I was absolutely satisfied. Room was very clean bed was super comfortable and the hotel staff went above and beyond for anything I needed. I have stayed at some of the other hotels in the area and hands down this one has them beat for the value cleanliness and safe environment. Next trip I'm in town with my kids I will definitely book it here at the Red Roof. Just can't beat the price, cleanliness, and safe environment unlike the other hotels in the area. So take it from me book your room here at the Red Roof for your next trip to Huntsville.

Great hotel for the money you just can't beat it. I stayed in all of these up and down University and this one is definitely got my approval. Friendly and helpful staff. Only shortfall and says it's just a terrible location. Would not recommend bringing the little ones.

So Overall it was a pleasant stay! The problem was the mold in the bathroom. I notified the staff and they immediately came to check it out. Other than that No problems. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was very clean. Check-in was great and the staff were very pleasant. I would recommend.

When staying away for a night I need a comfortable bed, hot shower and cool room (functioning a/c) and this unit supplied what I needed very adequately. If I would improve anything, the noise at night was a bit much…

The staff was very friendly and the room was cheap. It was the perfect room for an overnight, concert, stay.

Very nice size king room with a refrigerator and a microwave clean bedding and new sheets it is close to Huntsville airport by car but dont believe there is a shuttle The lobby is big enough to have a small grille or cafe but instead they have coffee urns out most of the day and give you a to go breakfast bag...the pool was closed in April still and the grounds need alot or work and landscaping to look better but then again my nice king room was only $69 with taxes so Bravo it was a great stay to sleep overnight!!!!

Just needed a night alone. I was very comfortable but bummed that there was no coffee pot in the room. It was clean and at that point that’s all I needed.

Property may be going renovations. There was NO breakfast as advertised. But overall the bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Walter, who checked me in, was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. There was a glitch in the computer system but he quickly worked around that and got me into my room right away even though he needed more time to resolve the problem. The refrigerator in my room was broken, but he immediately got me into another room. He’s great at his job.

This isn’t a new property but overall it was clean and we felt safe. Our bed was comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t say anything about it.

Love staying here every time I come to Madison/Huntsville. Place is clean and quiet. Staff is very very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was nice and had the regular free breakfast. My only complaint was the beds were up too high for me. I couldn't sit on the bed and put my socks on or anything like that. Also the bathtub was too high also, be careful coming out, almost fell due to drop down to floor. Everything else was fine. Good location, several restaurants around, close to a major road.

The pool was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, plenty of parking space

The fan in the bathroom failed to work. The socket by the sink failed to work. The reservation was for a single, single was not available, so I had to pay for a double. Bed was ok, shower worked fine, key card worked ok, good water pressure, good drains.

I liked that people was able to move around freely and were friendly.. Didnt like they wouldnt rent me my room again cause i had company stay..

This is a newer property convenient to Redstone Arsenal. It is clean and the staff very friendly. Parking was easy and the area felt very safe. There are very few dining options for dinner close to this hotel.

Easy check in, clean property & rooms. Rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding. Staff was friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Like that the property is well keot, clean and quiet. I will certainly be staying everytime I come to Huntsville. The staff was very kind from the front desk and housekeeping. Very safe place. Beds were comfortable. I slept well. Looking forward to coming again. Very grateful I found this hotel.

Everything was great!!! The food the shower and even the floor we stayed on was perfect!! The shower was everything that I needed and more. I took like 3 showers per day. The water pressure was amazing!!!

The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Our TV wasn't working once during our stay and the clerk came down immediately and fixed it. The only issue was the floor was sticky and you had to wear socks because it was dirty. Also, there was no coffee maker and breakfast was coffee with only powered creamer and coffematw french vanilla creamer ( which was way too sweet)and a honey bun. I didnt see a restaurant but there was a bar in the same parking lot but we don't go to bars.

Didn't see any breakfast. Just coffee. Staff was very helpful when needed. Easy access. Old hotel, but seemed to be maintained pretty well. As clean as most, towels were fresh. Bring your own hair dryer if you need one!

This is an older motel, so we didn't expect a lot. But it was perfectly located for visiting family so we decided to give it a try. Our room was well kept, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, the heating kept the room at a constant temp, the shower hot and had great water pressure. The room was really quiet. My huaband has issues with cigarette smoke and frequently has issues in non-smoking rooms because of how they but up to smoking rooms -- but not here. We would (and have already) recommend this hotel to others.

Spent two days there the shower and the a.c in my room were amazing my bed was comfortable nobody bothered me room was clean except for a tiny spider near the lamp when i first checked in but other than that it was very relaxing wish i could of stayed a day or two longer plenty of food options nearby and a place for some adult beverages literally right next door if thats your thing.

Convenient to my place of employment. Clean and comfortable, pillows could have been more sturdy but I'm not complaining. Exceptional price for location in distance between store and restaurant.
