Our stay at the White Beach Hotel was simply wonderful. The hotel itself, along with its facilities, is very well-maintained, modern, and very clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The swimming pools and the beach were excellent and our kids especially loved the pools. The playground area for children was also fantastic, offering a safe and fun space for them to enjoy in the evening. The food and drinks were overall very good, offering a wide variety of options, with breakfast being a real highlight for me, particularly the traditional Egyptian dishes like الفول المصري and الطعمية, while my wife especially enjoyed the fresh French croissants, and my kids loved the pasta, which was available most of the time. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the staff. From the reception team (special thanks to Omar and Ahmad Salah), to the housekeeping staff (who did an outstanding job), and the restaurant team (all of whom were simply fantastic), the service was consistently warm, professional, and welcoming all the time. Their hospitality left a lasting impression, and we are already looking forward to returning to Egypt one more time.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The gentleman welcoming guests at the entrance was incredibly kind and helpful – he gave us a warm smile every day and made us feel truly at home. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was spotless – rooms were cleaned daily, towels fresh, and even the smallest details were perfectly maintained. The restaurant staff were exceptional – always attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious and varied, with something new to try each day, and everything was freshly prepared and well presented. Whether it was the reception, bar, pool area, or cleaning team, every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. We’ve stayed in many hotels before, but the service and hospitality here were on another level. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! Perfect for families as the facilities and activities are suitable for kids of all ages. The staff was always super friendly and willing to help. I would like to give a special shout out to the cheff at the beach restaurant that was super kind! I forgot my sunglasses and he kept them safe. When I came back to ask he handed them over to me. Thank you for giving the extra mile! Unfortunately I had to stop by the doctor due to a health issue and I was really surprised with the quality of the service! The doctor and the nurses are super friendly and they have all the medical necessary equipment for the event of an emergency. I would like to thank the Customer Relations host since she was super kind and helped to send food to my room as I couldn't attend the buffet due to my health condition. Animation team was always smiling, great with kids and fun towards everyone. Beach party on Friday was super amazing :) the concept, snacks, drinks, show! Shout out to the person that was cooking the Hawawshi - omg- literally best meal ever. My daughter really enjoyed the kids cinema, mini disko, mini golf, spielplatz and the fruits activity! The beach area was also amazing! you could literally see all the small fish swimming! super cool :)

We had an amazing time at Pickalbatros White Beach! Our side beach view room was spotless, comfortable, and offered the perfect mix of relaxation and scenery. The food was a highlight — so much variety, fresh flavors, and something new to enjoy every day. From the buffets to the specialty restaurants, everything was top quality. The entertainment team was fantastic — full of energy, friendly, and made every activity and show fun and engaging. They really brought the resort to life! Between the great service, beautiful setting, and nonstop fun, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Can’t wait to come back! We are very happy for our vacation in your hotel, we enjoyed all -perfect servise in restaurants, bars, towel center, guest relation, reception-proffesionals - fasst c/in and c/out , lobby bar , service of all waiters top, great variety and quality of food, housekeeping Atef, bellmen , top top was all. Great was also location on Mamsha! extremely perfect was wifi everywhere also at the sea area, fresh juices in restaurants and our waiter always brought us juices and coffee for me and asked for anything, bottles of water everywhere and great was lunch restaurant on the beach until 5pm, we enjoyed stay at the sea always till the end 7pm, great, thanks a lot:)

Crystal bay resort truly exceeded our expectations. We booked the Jacuzzi suite and loved every moment of our stay. The resort is simply stunning- photos don’t do it justice. We were assigned a personal butler- Mohamed Anwar, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We cannot thank Mohamed enough for treating us like royalty. The resort staff are very hospitable and the facilities are amazing! Crystal bay resort is definitely worth visiting again.

-Check in was very fast, thanks to Mr. Moataz in reception, my Room was Very comfortable with a nice pool view and clean bathroom and clean bedding. -Pools were clean with warm water and nice bar present all types of fresh drinks. -Snack bar had a nice sea view & was renewed with new decoration and new delicious items in menu, l loved my sitting there. -Sea was sandy and full of activities like volleyball. -Main restaurant was amazing with Very large delicious tasty variable items in breakfast, dinner and lunch. -Egyptian (Dalela) restaurant,one of ala carte restaurants, was so nice with Very tasty delicious oriental food, I loved sitting beside sea and drink tea with ment after eating in it. -Turkish (Mangala) restaurant,one of ala carte restaurants, was very charming with very nice landscape view and very tasty delicious food items. -Coffe shop under reception was amazing with colourful flowers and plants made you calm. -Animation team was good different night shows.

The breakfast during my stay was absolutely delightful! There were plenty of choices each morning—from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order options. Everything was well presented and consistently fresh. What made it even better was that Yades was available for à la carte bookings, which added a lovely, upscale touch to the experience. I really appreciated the variety and quality—it was the perfect way to start each day. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Ahmed at reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful right from the start—he recognised us immediately as returning guests, which made us feel valued and right at home. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond to assist with any enquiries or requests we had. The team around the pool were also fantastic—always attentive, friendly, and professional. Dinner was another highlight, especially in the à la carte restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Manohar Indian and Mangal Grill—both offered delicious food and excellent service that made each evening memorable

10/10 – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Everything about this hotel was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the view was stunning. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted amazing. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Amazing hotel .amazing beach . Food is marvellous with different restaurants, and each one represents different cuisine ( Egyptian, Turkish,indian , greek........) beside the main restaurant . The Turkish restaurant is amazing one you choose the type of meat you like and they grill it fresh for you on spot . You can enjoy walking by the beach in 3 hotels linked to each other reporting to sunrise hotels chain. The marina in sunrise beach garden is a picturesque promenade . The beach is like a small lake so it's completely safe for people who can't swim , with deep water for swimmers . Different beaches with different vibes are available . The hotel has great chefs that made all the restaurants is a great picnic that worth every penny . By the way They offer a private beach for suite reservation

Flexibility, kindness and amiability, lot of choice in food. We recommend to take premium room better than jacuzzi suite as too much noise due to the street and ventilators from kitchen.

The Premium Jacuzzi Suite was spectacular. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy seating area and impeccable cleanliness. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruits and wine. The jacuzzi was the highlight of our stay — it was worth every penny. The view from the suite was stunning, adding to the luxurious experience. We also had an amazing time at the spa, where the service and massages were exceptional. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise. Keep up the excellent customer service and attention to detail!

Absolutely everything, we had premium jacuzzi room and it was amazing , beautiful sea view , bed were so comfortable , housekeeping Mustafa is the best he put a new water in jacuzzi everyday and left a lot of unexpected surprises for us . Room was very clean . Lovely beach and pool area with a lot of activities , animation team will never let you get bored , everyone is very polite and smiley Nice selection of drinks and meals all day long Parties , festivals , dance , live music ! Amazing hotel for this money , highly recommended

Amazing hotel with a beautiful room. We had a jacuzzi room which was incredible. So much to do - lots of activities - we did an arabic lesson and a foam party which were both great. So many options for dinner - a highlight was the egyptian restaurant on site - food was delicious. They could not have better drinks service - cocktails and beers served all day long to your sun lounger or dinner table! The drinks were strong and delicious. Huge selection of cocktails. Would highly recommend

We loved our room which was spacious, all the necessary requirements, well positioned with a beautiful view of the sea and beach. Plus we had a jacuzzi which helped us cool down in the late afternoon. The food was varied with lots of choice whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are a number of restaurants to choose from. We loved the Nasaya cafe, which is located close to the beach, which is always a plus.

The Gourmet restaurant is very classy with amazing views, The beach is very cozy and of great privacy, The room is spacious, and the jacuzzi is great

Very clean place, with amazing food and super friendly staff. Once we arrived we got upgraded to the best suite they have by Mr Khaled Helmy who was super friendly, helpful and generous from the very beginning to the last minute. They allowed us to check out late by 6 hours to be convenient with our flight since they had the chance to. The buffet has lots of different cuisines with great quality. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and very comfortable and clean, we also had jacuzzi in our suite which was amazing. The pools and the beach are also amazing!

Everything was perfect, the staff were helpful, friendly and polite, especially Mr. Khalid, he upgraded our room to a suite with a jacuzzi, this was an unexpectedly nice gesture and he took great care of us throughout the stay, providing all the amenities. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the pool. The main restaurant was very good. There was all kinds of food and it was very delicious. The swimming pools are big enough and very clean. Social activities are provided throughout the day and night by the friendly staff.

Absolutely brilliant. We booked the deluxe jacuzzi room with the honeymoon package for our honeymoon and we’re upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The room was beautiful and very very spacious staff were really nice and the resort itself is very clean and well thought out. I would definitely be back.

The hotel was very good- our Romance Jacuzzi Suite was amazing! The food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. Me and my wife came for our honeymoon and they made our stay unforgettable! The beach was beautiful and clean and the beach staff were passing by all the time asking us if we want any drinks.

Stunning property with many interesting areas, the Marina with a European feel, the beaches, the pools. Very large area so good for walking or jogging when the weather is cooler. The room was spacious and comfortable, not the most luxurious room we’ve ever had in terms of decor, but practical and well equipped. The view from the balcony over the sea was beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in Egypt. Could always get a sunbed at any time of day except at the large infinity pool where the beds all seem to be taken by breakfast time. Food and drinks were standard Egyptian hotel fayre, we could always find something to eat. Good American coffee at breakfast. We enjoyed the selection of buffet restaurants, was nice to have a variety to choose from. And zero stomach upsets. The gym was nice, had everything we needed and had good aircon. Overall we would return as a couple and would recommend.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The food was good and offered variety. The second massage was excellent – special thanks to Rabab, Riham, and Niamaa, who were truly professional and kind. In the beauty salon, Ibtisam was absolutely amazing – she works with love and care, and we felt very well looked after. The vehicles provided by White Shark transfer service were modern, clean, and comfortable.

We had an unforgettable stay with the family at Pickalbatros Citadel Sahl Hasheesh. There are numerous beach areas, swimming pools, and a beautiful infinity pool, all well-maintained and inviting. The staff were absolutely amazing – warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We were greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, and the all-inclusive dining offered unlimited food options throughout the day. The culinary variety was impressive, with a rich selection of Asian, Oriental, and international dishes always available. I particularly appreciated the healthy food options, which were a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and looked out directly over the sea – truly stunning views. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape.

All the facilities are amazing. The restaurants are plenty of everything we need, we have seven restaurants. We experienced the room with jacuzzi and it was amazing. Mr Omar the Operations Manager just take care of everything we needed.

We have an amazing time at Bellagio resort , Facilities,were great ,nice pools ,with sun beds and umbrellas ,beach area was great too ,with sun beds &umbrellas. Animation team was very good ,good entertainment during the day , dancing class,aqua gym ,foam Party in the pool and water games . In the evenings they do mini disco for kids ,my daughter loved it ,and good night shows ,like circus and party on the beach with live music . Restaurants were good too ,buffet has a good selection and food quality was good,we went to two of the restaurants a la carta and they were good too. They is a bakery that opens all the day ,and is good for juices ,ice creams & cookies . We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi ,with amazing sea views ,our room was very confortable and clean . Once we contacted Omar ,manager of Bellagio resort ,because we need help with something ,and he was very helpful ,we back home with a wonderful memories from our stay . They have the option of late check out ,our flight was at 18:30 ,so that service was very convenient for us . From Bellagio to the marina is 15 minutes by taxi.

During our 4-day stay, we received the utmost attention. Our room was located on the 4th floor with an eastern orientation, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking sunrise from our private terrace. Every morning, we were gently awakened by the sun’s rays, which made each day feel special. The room’s size, cleanliness, and equipment were all perfectly satisfactory. The glass wall of the shower added a unique and exclusive touch to the interior. The large, comfortable beds ensured our undisturbed rest. The rooms were well insulated, and the temperature was just right. Staff: Everyone was kind and helpful. The entire staff was well-groomed, working in clean, pleasantly scented uniforms. Daily operations such as cleaning, gardening, and pool maintenance did not disturb our relaxation. Beach: There were plenty of sunbeds available, so we always found a spot regardless of the time. I especially recommend it for families with small children, as the sandy beach is shallow and deepens gradually. Activities: We received adequate information about both the in-hotel and optional programs. Restaurants: Clean and consistently maintained without being intrusive. The food was exceptionally delicious and flavorful. Multiple locations offered high-quality, varied dishes. The à la carte restaurants were also impressive — both in terms of the food and the service. We will definitely return. We had a wonderful time, and the entire Bellagio team contributed greatly to that.

Great resort for families, the double deluxe room was great, spacious and clean and 2 extra beds were provided for the kids. The hotel facilities were really good, plenty of pools to choose from, being on the beachfront was lovely, all inclusive buffet food was really good with plenty of choice everyday. The spa massage was amazing and they even looked after the kids in the jacuzzi.

Animation music is too loud, staying at our jacuzzi pool was not very calm, the personal is very nice, if you are lucky to be able to make reservations at the 4 restaurants, do it, Italian and Indian in particular are very nice (we seated outside). The main restaurant is OK. Room service and housekeeping is excellent! Evening shows are OK if you like that. Beach is superb, the sea is going very far, but still nice. Diving club is good.

This was my eighth visit to Stella Makadi Resort & Spa. Everything about the hotel is exceptional the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the food is delicious and varied, and the staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. The beach is stunning, and the snorkeling experience is breathtaking, with vibrant fish and beautiful coral reefs. Special thanks to Mr. Nabil Nageh for his outstanding service and kindness; to Mr. Mohamed El- Assad from the restaurant for his professionalism and warm attitude; and to Ali, along with all the amazing waiters and chefs at the main restaurant, for their wonderful hospitality. I wish I could remember all their names, because every single one of them truly made our stay special. Thanks also to the beach bar staff — Remon, Omar Awad, and Sayed for always being cheerful, friendly, and helpful; and to the lifeguard at the main pool, who kindly looked after my son while he was sleeping nearby; and to Magda, the lady who prepares the fresh bread outside the restaurant her kindness and hard work added a special touch to our stay. and to the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay, and finally, to the lady at the entrance of the buffet restaurant is one of the kindest people we’ve ever met always so pleasant and always smiling. Lovely relaxing 11 night stay, the staff at this hotel make so much difference, they seem genuinely happy in their work which shows. They are all so helpful and noting is too much trouble for them. There is a shuttle bus that runs from 8am to 11pm every 10-15 minutes between the Stella di Mare Beach Resort and the Stella Di Mare Gardens resort. The food was plentiful, and there was lots of choice in the main restaurant, I never struggled to find something to eat and I am a fussy eater. There is a beach bar that also serves fries, pizza, burgers, rolls sandwiches etc. There are 4 a' la carte restaurants that can be used twice each 7 night stay, which needs to be booked 1 day in advance. They include Indian, Chinese, Lebanese and Italian. We used the Indian twice and the Chinese, it made a ice change from the hustle and bustle of the main busy restaurant and the food was very hot and tasty. The rooms were spacious, had a free space and we had an added bonus of a partial sea view. They were cleaned every day to a good standard. There are numerous pools, some with the animation team encouraging people to join in with water volley ball, aerobics etc and on the beach they also played other actives such as volley ball. There was the usual low key evening entertainment, singers, acrobats and belly dancers. The Stella di mare is set on the beach and makadi bay is great for a beach break, you can also walk along the beach from adjoining hotels. Would return-brilliant!

A stunning hotel we will be returning to. Compared to other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at, especially in Egypt, this is by far the best. Everything was modern, clean and the staff were really helpful and attentive. We liked that all the restaurants were a la carte as opposed to buffet but would not recommend the restaurants at the sister hotel as they are clearly a much lower standard and we did not have good meals there. The food is still quite average but as far as all inclusive options go we found it fine. All of the facilities at the hotel were good but entertainment, particularly the music in the upstairs bar could have gone on later into the evening, we found everything closed up by 10:30ish. Overall we would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for another relaxing holiday.

This property has been the best I’ve stayed in so far! The atheistics is fabulous, the landscape beautiful and the beach clean! And maintained throughout the day. I cannot fault the service and the hospitality- all questions answered and catered to. The animation team are great and friendly , the waiters and assistants consistently on point with requests. Pools clean and family friend ability to use the sister resorts more family oriented amenities. Note: not a negative but definitely something to be aware of. The coffee isn’t perfect the food is lovely, but what you expect something to be isn’t always the case, there’s always a slight twist - be specific with your requests Otherwise 10/10 end to end experience all the way to the airport service.

A real luxury home away from home. Two floors with terraces, swimming pools or gardens, surrounded by colourful flowers and palms. Perfect for couples but also for Family with small children or traveling solo. The rooms are clean, large, full of windows and very well illuminated in the evening. Bottles of water are provided everyday. The numerous members of staff are busy taking care of everything to ensure that guests have the best experience. From the Reception to the many Bars and Restaurants, Gardeners, Security and for sure a lot of people that works behind the scenes. There is so much to see and so much to do that it took me few hours to understand where to start. It is huge and even if it could be at its full capacity, it gives its guests a lot of privacy. Every evening there is some entertainment. Lunches and Dinners are exceptional and the All Inclusive a la carte works very well in my opinion. I absolutely recommend the Sunrise Tucana Resort.

A great hotel and resort to be honest - just shy of a 10/10 to me. Great for a family trip - huge territory, a very nice beach, a selection of pools, plenty of restaurants. Staff is generally proactive and reachable, friendly. All of the facilities in the Tucana part are very new and in great shape. Perhaps just 2 things that come to mind in terms of potential improvement - food could be a bit more consistent in terms of quality (and ideally an open buffet option in Tucana would be very helpful for those vacationing with kids/toddlers) and WiFi in the area could be better. Otherwise - great value vacation and highly recommended, will consider coming back here

The hotel is very clean and well maintained to a high standard. All of the staff are very polite and went the extra mile to make your stay that bit more enjoyable. Everything I had at the restaurants are on the lines of a 5 Star restaurant, so I was completely surprised by the standards, I enjoyed every single meal I had! I would highly recommend SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- if your visiting Hurghada!

Beautiful property with modern, clean design. Splurge on the jacuzzi room to give yourself more space, a large patio, and jacuzzi with views! Love the free minibar, the spacious bathrooms, and all the decor. Breakfast at Market Grill is great with capuccinos and eggs benedict made to order. The Alex on the beach is better for lunch than dinner. Also tried the sushi restaurant, but be aware, they have a restricted menu for "all inclusive."

Pros: All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is excellent and service is amazing. Cons: The curtain in front of the Jacuzzi space is semi-transparent at night so I had to put pillows at the window to block it. We had some difficulty in accessing restaurants on the beach due to few walking paths and so had to walk for relatively long distances.

We absolutely loved our time here! Be sure to make your dinner reservations early as the time slots book quickly. There were no dinner reservations one of the evenings we were there so we ate at the buffet, and while the food looked beautiful, it was pretty flavorless. Breakfast there was great! Our favorite lunch spot was the pool cafe. It's worth it to upgrade to the jacuzzi room and swim-up pool!

The staff at steingberger were beyond amazing!! Very welcoming, and always made sure you were served and were friendly at all the times!!! The biggest disadvantage and disappoint for me and my partner was the problems with the room. On our very first night the sink and shower was blocked and dirty water came out of the jacuzzi, we paid extra money for the jacuzzi so this was frustrating. Apparently it was normal for the jacuzzi to let out dirty water for the first minute or so- very time consuming and disappointing considering we paid £60 extra a night to have this jacuzzi and the dirty water was consistent even though engineers came to ‘fix’ it. We used the jacuzzi once because of this. When questioned why dirty water doesn’t come out of the sink? apparently there were different pipes connected. Shower and sink blocked three times. The shower leaked into our room and under the bed. Cleaners, engineers and managers were in and out of our room during our time there because of the problems stated above which wasn’t a pleasant experience and considering we were on our honeymoon. The hotel offered a 25 min free massage, a late checkout and free transfer back to the airport which is 10 minutes away because of the inconvenience caused. However what they offered was very minimum considering what occurred and what problems we faced.

We had a wonderful stay, celebrating another part of our honeymoon as well as my birthday. From start to finish, the experience was truly special. The weather was windier than expected, so we had to wrap up on the beach, but the hotel provided a cozy cover. The food was fantastic, especially in the adults-only restaurants. Enjoying sparkling wine at breakfast while taking in the beautiful view was a highlight for us. Our in-room jacuzzi was an absolute delight— we used it almost every day, watching the world passing by! It was such a relaxing way to unwind after exploring. We felt very safe throughout our stay, as security checked guests at the entry, which was reassuring. The Thai massage at the spa was incredible—definitely worth experiencing. Getting taxis to and from the airport was easy, though it’s a good idea to have some cash on hand just in case. The staff were outstanding—super friendly and always helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated, and we appreciated how coffee, drinks, and snacks were replenished regularly. Overall, an amazing experience, and we’d love to return!

Very good service especially from reception staff. Special thanks to ibrahim who helped us during our stay. Room was always cleaned promptly. Jacuzzi on the balcony was totally amazing. Breakfast was great with their own omlette chef.

The Staff: work sometimes 16hr days and do their best to speak i the language of thwir guests. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. Somwtimea their responses are curt, but never rude. They are mostly cheeky and full of vibrant banter when able. The hotel: if you can, get a sea view room. The roms with the Jacuzzi are on the internal side of the hotel. The decor is veryuch in the region of opulence. There are a few fine touches that have let the place down but you can ignore them and be very comfortable.

Excellent service from all facilities. Beach staff, restaurant staff, reception, room cleaning. Came from Canada, and I have to admit this is the best hotel ever. beach is impeccable every day. Food is great with variety and delicious. Staff serving the food were quick and at the same time courteous/kind . Chefs were always around making sure all is well. All Desserts were excellent especially the oriental. Al la carte restaurants really good , Lebanese and Chinese were just amazing, didn’t get the chance to try Indian. All waiters gave excellent service, one to mention is Ebrahim, quick and professional in dealing with us. But honestly all waiters were wonderful. Food and beverage manager always there to make sure all is running smoothly and very pleasant to deal with. Reception always attentive to our needs and helps to the best of their ability. One that always stand out is Ibrahim at reception. He is an excellent multi tasker and help when needed. Snorkeling trips is a must, braccuda arranged it and was honest as to what to expect and We liked that especially in Egypt. Safari also was excellent we loved the private 3-6 tour (not too long and not too short) Once again Beach just wow. Hotel wow. Will definitely come back again without hesitation.

This is my second time with my family. It has larger occupancy but everything is still amazing. The staff is apparently reduced because of precautionary measures, but they are all proud of their jobs and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, I like to mention Ibrahim at the reception who endeavors to satisfy your every wish with no hassle, Amr at the beach bar who keeps offering drinks and even makes his best to taylor them to your specific taste. Also Amr at the Italian restaurant who makes impossible things possible and all the others at the main restaurant, the specialty restaurants, the beach, housekeeping and everywhere.

Everything was above expectations, It was great experience. Starting from the reception Veronica was amazing, every time she saw me she made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the service. Salah and Mina at the snack bar, Khaled at the beach bar, chief Mahmoud m, and the waitresses Micheal, Husain, and Saieed were are super friendly and great to chat with. Also the Ramdan from room service was amazing. Food was great and in huge portions, the beach was perfect and the water was so clear. We had a photo session done with Emad, photos were great.

Mr. Kareem was so helpful .. we get an upgraded room with balcony and jacuzzi. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Even with our short stay we feel their amazing hospitality.

I recently spent two wonderful days at the Greeck Hotel in El Gouna, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who made me feel at home instantly. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a charming, authentic aesthetic. My room was spotless, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the balcony view was simply stunning — perfect for relaxing in the evenings. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the atmosphere. The hotel is peaceful and well-maintained, offering a calm retreat while still being close to all the action in El Gouna. The pool area was a particular highlight — clean, quiet, and surrounded by lovely landscaping. Service throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made sure I was comfortable at every turn. They were always available with a smile, offering helpful tips about the area and genuinely caring about my experience. Whether you’re visiting El Gouna for relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, I wholeheartedly recommend the Greeck Hotel. I had originally booked a room with a mountain view, but when they knew that we are a newly-married couple , they upgraded my room to a lagoon view at a lower price than the mountain view room, just to welcome me. They were very friendly and accommodating, and the rest of the staff were equally professional and helpful. Of course, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the view is incredibly beautiful, providing a relaxing atmosphere, which led me to extend my stay.”
