After a long motorbike trip, we appreciated the complimentary water upon arrival and available at anytime. The outdoor garden was nice and it was great to have a restaurant and bar attached. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the hottub.

The 6 nights spent there were clean and quiet. Each hotels hot tub is like the McDonald’s ice cream machine - never working. That was kind of a disappointment, but, other than that, the stay was amazing. Pub/restaurant attached to the hotel. Which, made it super easy for meals. Hotel was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the main mall in Kelowna. The room was spacious and clean. Check in was probably the quickest check in I’ve ever experienced (under a minute lol) Only one recommendation would be: need laundry on site for guests. Ohhh… also, LOVED the lobby, the Christmas decorations & the FRESH lemon water available 24/7.

Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. Mickey’s pub was great for dinner. A little sad that route 97 restaurant has closed but the pub is now open for breakfast. Great location

What can i say, except WOW 👌 👏 What an amazing staff. They rock 🤎I took my wife to Kelowna for her birthday and we decided to stay at the Ramada. The location was on Harvey ave, across the Orchard mall. They had done up the room for a little birthday surprise for my wife and went above and beyond to make sure it was done before our arrival being such a busy location. We stayed there 7 days and it felt like it was our second home because of the exceptional service and the warm welcoming. All staff were outstanding especially Eileen and Lucas. Many thanks to all staff. The pool and hot tub were very inviting. It was truly amazing. The Mickies Pub there was great also, friendly staff and great food. This Ramada location will always be our place of stay each time we are in Kelowna 😁❤️🤎❤️

the location for downtown Kelowna was good. the hotel was clean and the facilities were good. having car parking on site was beneficial , it was 15$ a day. the pool and jacuzzi was very nice. the staff are friendly and helpful. It has a balcony with nice chairs.

The in room jacuzzi tub was exceptional, comfortable bed and very nicely laid out room. Loved the beachy vibes and 2 different little patios off the room.

The jacuzzi tub was an awesome touch. Loved that it was right on the beach and the beds are super comfy. Tons of options for pub crawling as well.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. From the photos included while I was booking, I had assumed that we were staying at a more dated property. However, you can tell that this hotel is well maintained, and has certainly received some renos in the last couple years to keep it looking fresh and modern. The agents at the front desk were all friendly and prompt whenever we required any assistance, and they made our stay a breeze. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were all comfortable (even the pullout sofas!). The location is absolutely unbeatable - within blocks of the central downtown core, but far enough away to not catch the noise of the main street. All 6 of us who stayed there said we would definitely be returning when we come back to Kelowna, and I would heartily recommend this property to friends and family.

Hotel is very clean, very nice, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and very nice. We couldn’t hear any noises outside our room. Staff at the hotel very accommodating and friendly. Check in and check out smooth and zero issues. Air conditioning was blasting and it was so nice and fresh in the room. Amazing location for our family needs. There were so many other stores around us like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, grocery store, gas station etc. it was very convenient for us and close to everything we wanted to visit. They do offer shuttle services if you need it as airport is close by and they promptly messaged us before our arrival with phone number where to call for shuttle to pick us up should we need it, which I thought was very convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

Four Points Sheraton is conveniently located to the Kelowna airport, friendly staff, is pet friendly and has a nice restaurant on site. The room/bathroom were clean, comfortable bed, room safe, small fridge, coffee and water are available in the room. The restaurant does not have room service per se, but one can order and pick up at the front desk.

Great hotel! Love the location, quiet and super friendly staff! Great food at the restaurant. It’s a comforting atmosphere and very clean! The pool and gym were also clean and well kept. Will return for sure. Kellee, the house keeper did a great job keeping the room clean! Very welcoming to stay in a clean room.

Great airport hotel. Shuttle bus picked us up quickly. Check in very smooth. Room was spacious, very dark & quiet, bed was very comfortable everything we needed after travelling for 24 hours. Had excellent breakfast in restaurant. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Four Points by Sheraton is the ideal location for someone who had a short visit in Kelowna and wanted to be close to the airport. My stay was lovely in that the hotel, room, beds were all comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I requested for birthday dessert and they did this at no cost to me (their birthday gift). The food at the restaurant was superb, I had to stop myself as every bite was delicious. If you are a lover of nice scenery like me, the mountain view will catch your fancy. I enjoyed the view from my window - very refreshing.

My wife and I stayed at this property from 3rd to the 10th of September The room (709), was very good with a lake view on one side and a pool view on the other Room was kept perfectly clean with all amenities kept fully available, including bottled water daily The pool area was very clean, however on our last day the water was a little cloudy but not enough to deter people from swimming The pool bar waiter, Jack, was excellent and kept us supplied with what ever we needed The breakfast in the restaurant was somewhat pricey but the quality of the food was excellent The cannery take out was very expensive for everything and serves Starbucks coffee, as does the restaurant The surrounding area at the back of the hotel was beautiful with a lovely boardwalk and amazing views of the surrounding mountains The only negative I have is the resort fees are not very good for seniors as they offer free pedal boats and bike rides, which, as seniors we could not use I would suggest a lesser rate for seniors However this property is of the highest quality and we are planning to return next year George R Fail The

We were assigned room 424 and is a connecting room. The window overlooks the restaurant patio and one can see a tiny bit of the Lake Okanagan. The room is fairly bright and spacious. Bottled water is complimentary in the room and you can ask for more at the front desk. The sink and shower drains a bit slow so water pools a bit. Oak + Cru restaurant is in the lobby and offers delicious food. We were part of a group tour so had breakfast included and set up in conference rooms. The breakfast service staff were super friendly and quick. I really like the Delta Hotel pastries, particulary the croissant and the mini doughnuts with fillings. At another Delta Hotel, I was told the croissants were baked on the premises and the doughnuts were made for the hotel. The second morning of my stay, there were no doughnuts with fillings at the buffet table so I asked a staff if there are any. He went to the kitchen and brought me a whole tray! Service was quick, always someone on hand to refill coffee or clear used plates.

We had a wonderful stay from the moment I arrived. Haniel at the front desk was especially outstanding, friendly, told us about the hotrl and offerings and made us fell welcoming. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious and the service was equally impressive, end up having dinner twice. A special shout-out to Sanjay, who made our dining experience memorable. My only comment is at the pool need some attention as there were towls all over the place but overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations as everyone we interacted with wre very friendly. I’ll definitely be recommending it to anyone visiting Kelowna and will come to stay here again!

Nice hotel on the lake front in Kelowna. Fabulous location and walkable to everything. Room is a decent size with a king bed and small bath with shower stall only, and a small balcony. Great view from the 9th floor of the lake and pool. Two of the 4 nights we’ve been here there has been a function on the outdoor plaza/conference center which has loud music from 6-10pm. And I mean loud. Seems very invasive for every hotel guest that is not part of this event. You certainly could not relax at the pool or anywhere outside during these two evenings. We have the a/c on which is fairly loud and this pounding music can be heard over it. Otherwise, the pluses are the clean room, comfy bed and pillows, great housekeeping staff, and Nespresso machine. Resort amenities like complimentary bikes and boats, and a small food and beverage credit each day. I also like the ability to self park which is convenient.

The Delta Kelowna is more of a family-oriented property than a true luxury resort, but it offers a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The wine service was enjoyable, and the front check-in person was truly delightful — welcoming and helpful. Rooms are average, but the location is excellent, right on the beautiful lake with plenty of options for water activities. Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay, especially if you want a convenient base to enjoy both water activities and winery tours in the Kelowna area.

The room was very clean. We had a suite with a kitchen and jaccuzi. The jacuzzi was amazing. The noise from the highway was a bit loud but overall a nice, clean hotel.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with nice hot water and all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect, just a quick 15-minute drive from the airport, which was super convenient for our travels. Downtown was also only about 15 minutes away, and there were plenty of nearby shops and stores for anything we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Affordable and very comfortable stay for two adults and a teenager. (We chose the 2 bedroom with kitchenette and were very happy with it.) Rooms were very spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Bedding was great! The breakfast was fairly good. (Scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, juice, tea, and a pancake station) Location was right off the highway so made for a quick exit to the airport in the morning.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had a little kitchen area that was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is really good. The location is very convenient - right off the highway, with easy assess and parking.

Location was great with rooms overlooking the lake. Great size suite with excellent facilities. Loved the swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi area - so relaxing. Great views.

The heated rooftop pool was very beautiful and I loved the experience of having a swim at night, with the view of the city. The view from our balcony was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was very romantic, and elegant. The security of the building ie./ needing to use keycards for the elevator and to enter the lounge was a smart idea, and made us feel very safe.

Was surprised our room was upgraded from 1 BDRM to 2 BDRM because my husband was turning 65. It was exceptionally clean & so big & we both thought it was beautiful & not outdated. The view was spectacular. The outdoor pool was perfect for a morning swim & having indoor & outdoor hot tubs was perfect. It was the perfect birthday retreat. We will be back.

Perfect location, suits are perfect to accommodate friend groups with their 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a quite large open kitchen/living room area. The view, the location, the personnel, the roof top pool, everything was perfect. So perfect that we extended our stay 1 more day.

The apartment was roomy, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The view from our balcony was charming. A great place in every way. Parking was easy. Restaurants nearby. On cool mornings and evenings, the gas fireplace was a nice touch.

I saw that Kelowna did have some higher crime rates, so I wanted to stay in a place that appeared to be exceptionally respectable. This safe hotel got great ratings, and while it was expensive, I had an outstanding stay. There was plenty of free parking on this property. There was a shuttle for the adjacent airport, but it had no impact on me. This hotel had an elevator, there were six (6) stories, and I really enjoyed my usages of the heated pool and of the hot tub. This gym had some weight machines, some free weights, and some cardio machines, and I really enjoyed my usages of them. This hotel had an amazing breakfast, and it included: omelettes, potatoes, English muffins, waffles, bagels, breads, cereals, muffins, fruits, and an assortment of beverages. My room was very clean and it was well-decorated, and it had: a television set, a desk with a chair, a couch, a safe, a big bed, some night tables, a toilet, a hot-water shower, and a sink. This room had heat and air-conditioning, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. While this hotel appeared to be very busy, it was also quite quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It probably took me about fifteen (15) minutes to get to downtown Kelowna and to the vineyards. Also, this hotel had many restaurants, gasoline stations, and stores right next to it, but I never used any of them.

I stay at this Hampton Inn fairly often for business. It is incredibly convenient for proximity to the airport, literally across the road. The shuttle is efficient and the drivers are friendly. The hotel is quite new and in excellent repair, rooms and common areas are very clean and inviting. For being out by the airport there is a surprisingly high amount of selection for dining out within easy walking distance. Breakfast is appealing and well laid out. The only complaint is that the breakfast starts later than other airport Hampton Inns that I have stayed at. This breakfast doesn’t open until 7am which is not convenient for an early flight. Many guests are staying here for that reason so I would love to see them extend their opening starting at 6am. They do have breakfast to go bags, but that’s just not the same. I highly recommend this hotel for before or after a flight. I look forward to future stays.

Room 618, three nights The good: Perhaps the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in to date. Very clean, very quiet, super strong shower (with the handle in the right spot), very good front desk staff, WiFi worked flawlessly, very comfy bed, thermostat worked perfectly, plenty of charge slots, decent continental breakfast, next door restaurant (Gulfstream) was great. Parking near entrance, despite full occupancy. The bad: I didn't bring swimming shorts for the nice indoor pool. Parking fee at $10CAD per night, eh...not that bad, but shouldn't be. Overall I loved this hotel, will stay again next year on my next trip here

Spotlessly clean hotel. Great location overlooking the airport. Hotel very new and modern. Comfortable beds, great bathroom and shower. Staff were super friendly - happy to offer recommendations for the area. Breakfast was perfect and they also offered a grab bag to take away if you were short on time. Would happily stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The pool area was not really clean (floor appeared dirty) and there were limited restaurant options. The free breakfast in the morning was wonderful - lots of seating and fresh food. Overall, I’d stay here again with the kids. A bit of a drive from downtown, but good proximity to the airport.

We stayed just one night in the Green/Turquoise room on the first floor. We loved it! The (new) retro features like a dial/push button telephone that works, office filing cabinets for bedside tables, a free comic (!) and a free yoyo as a greeting present in the room were all fantastic thoughts that we weren't expecting. Love the old (working) VW bus in the courtyard! Then there was free table tennis, free jacuzzi, free roller skates, and an open deck with a fireplace for warmth on cool nights. Love it!

This hotel is a blast from the past and well situated. You can walk to shops, pubs, beach and park. Pet friendly and clean extremely cheerful rooms! You can't be grumpy here! They have great locally roasted coffee in the lobby that's delicious! Some rooms have a kitchenette that comes in handy to prepare an easy meal or chill your drinks. The beds are clean, fresh and comfy. We have stayed twice and will stay again.

this place is awesome!!! from the decor and very cool vibe to the staff we could not ask for more. The sweet little pool, and sauna to patios and pool tables its like a place you would see in an Elvis movie, we loved it! the room was spotless and the beds were very comfy. we had a room with a kicthenette, even a dining table was provided. the Kitchen had a cooktop and small fridge & microwave, full dishes, pots&pans and utensils loads of space. Shower and water pressure was great as well as everything else. such a fun place to stay - and talk about location !!! Steps away from the water and short walk to everything you would need. Great parking as well in the coolest little walled in area. The minute you enter the lobby you know where you are and the vibe!! The night desk staff was so fun and friendly and helpful we enjoyed our four day stay so very much and will absolutely stay there again when we are in town. I suggest a trip to Kelowna to stay at this hotel it is such a fun and unique opportunity!! thank you Hotel Zed ! FYI - I also stayed at Sister hotel in Kamloops - Accent Inn and it was also great - and they give you a theme Rubber Ducky!! :)

The location was perfect! It was minutes away from bars, restaurants, the lake and shopping. Despite the location, it was very quiet around the the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and parking was right outside our room. There was a roof top bar, and pool but we didn't use them.

Back in the1980’s there was an urban myth that the band Van Halen demanded that, while on tour, their dressing room would always be stocked with a big bowl of M&M’s with the brown M&M’s removed. It was a demonstration of how far people would go to please the rock stars. We recently booked a stay at the Hotel Zed in Kelowna. Before our stay, the hotel reached out to us to ask if we had any special requests. The tone of the message was light and fun so we responded with a request for a bowl of M&M’s with the brown M&M’s removed. We provided no other explanation. On our arrival we found… a bowl of M&M’s with the brown M&M’s removed. Needless to say, we were very impressed! But the M&M’s were just another example of how we were treated like rock stars throughout our stay. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has plenty of amenities including a pool, bicycles and a ping pong lounge. There are also several other lounges (and a great lobby) where guests are encouraged to spend some down time. The room was clean and well appointed and appropriate for the rate we paid. The location of the hotel is perfect! Right across the street from Kelowna’s lakeside park and just around the corner from countless restaurants, cafes and shops on Bernard Avenue. We heartily recommend Hotel Zed in Kelowna. We will certainly return (no need for M&M’s next time).

Comfy beds, kitchen well kitted out with utensils/pans etc. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing! 45 min walk to downtown area, but plenty of shops and restaurants a minute walk away Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. The room had everything one needs for an extended stay. Kitchenette and dining area exceeded my expectations. Hottub and indoor pool were a bonus. 😊

We liked the location of the hotel, how clean our rooms were and how accessible the grocery store and restaurants were to us. We also liked it was 40minute walk to the waterfront and we appreciate the amenities the hotel provided, gym, both indoors and outdoors pool and hottub. We liked that we could cook our meals, because we booked a room with a kitchenette which had all the cooking utensils that we needed and we had a sitting area on the deck next to our rooms. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay for one night on our trip back to Vancouver airport. Quiet location but there are cafes etc just across the road. Great place if you want a pool, jacuzzi and gym. Perfect for disabled guests - we had an accessible room (although we didn’t need it) and it was all set up very well for all types of guests. Easy 40 minute walk to Downtown or you could take a bus or spend about $12 Uber. The taps in the bathroom were the shiniest I have ever seen in a hotel!!!

Around 6 years old hotel (built in 2018), still fairly new hotel. Cozy and modern interiors. The swimming pool and jacuzzi had the right warm temp, fairly comfortable. Plenty of outdoor parking. Located in the same complex of strip mall with few restaurants and next to Fairfield Inn Marriott. The front desk staff were courteous. The breakfast was standard holiday inn express with attentive staff. The only downside is the location of this hotel is a bit far away from the lake and city centre but still within the city.

The hotel had great parking. Spots could get a little tight, but there were plenty so it wasn’t much of an issue. Check in was quick and simple. Front end staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our room was on the top floor. We had a double queen bedroom. There aren’t my balconies which was a bummer.. but the room itself had plenty of room. The beds were a bit creeky, but clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean and pretty big. But the shower made a strange sound every so often. Nothing that bothered us though. A/C was fabulous. There was a bar fridge, a coffee maker and microwave in the room as well. Breakfast was good. Standard continental breakfast. On the weekend there was cereal, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, pork/chicken sausage, hash browns, bakery products, juice/coffee/tea. Week days were the same except they changed it to egg/cheese omelets and baked beans. Breakfast staff was amazing. Pool and hot tub were great. Not too big, but fine for what we needed. Free wifi.. which was easy to connect too. There was also a mini shop/store to get last minute items or snacks. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Easy access to the highway but not noisy at all. Great sized dressers and a wardrobe. Lots of outlets and charging ports. Check out was a breeze.. Cons.. would love to have had coffee service and snacks in the lobby for those of us who are early rises or late sleepers. The tv most played sport or French channels. So that was kind of dull.

Modern & clean. Was close to airport with a free shuttle service. Breakfast staff were attentive, friendly & efficient at clearing up after messy young people. Good breakfast. Reception staff very helpful. Manager set up the wifi for me on my laptop & one young lady on reception let us use her personal phone to contact a nearby relative as we could not get through on hotel phone. It was very good of her. There are restaurants across the car park at the front of the hotel.

My daughter and I had a great stay at this hotel. I chose it as is was right in between UBCO and the lake so we could visit both. We also chose it for the hot tub (which we didn't end up using) and the free breakfast. The breakfast was great! Several hot items such as sausages and eggs, many bakery items, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, etc. The staff were constantly refilling the dishes even close to the end time of the breakfast. If something was empty, just ask. They didn't have any herbal tea out, so I asked and they got me one. All of the staff were helpful and friendly at this hotel. There were many hockey teams staying here when we were here and we never heard them. The hotel did a good job of putting them on a lower floor and everyone else above so there isn't noise. The room was great too. There is a sliding door between the mini fridge area and the room so that really helps keep the room quiet. It was super clean. We didn't have any issues and would stay here again and would recommend for anyone to stay here.

This was the best hotel experience I've had. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast in the morning was awesome. The room was spacious, well maintained (other than the bathroom door not locking), very comfortable, nice lighting, surprisingly sound proof, and had really good blackout blinds. I could have lived permanently in that room lol. Walmart, gas, and restaurants are all nearby. The only downside to the location is the parking spaces are tiny and difficult to fit into, but that seems to be all of Kelowna.

We stayed here for two nights during our Okanagan road trip, and honestly—it was such a surprise package!Location-wise, it couldn’t be better—just a short drive to some of the region’s most iconic wineries like Mission Hill, Quails’ Gate, Mt. Boucherie, and Frind Estate. So if you're here to sip, swirl, and repeat, you’re perfectly placed. Our room opened up to a gorgeous view of a sprawling golf course, with distant glimpses of the lake shimmering like a little secret waiting to be discovered. The room had a balcony (major win!), super comfortable beds, a microwave, and even a 24-hour coffee station in the lobby for those who, like us, believe that coffee is not a time-bound affair. Now, just a heads-up—if you’re keeping the balcony doors open during the day, the traffic noise from the road below can sneak in and break the peace a bit. And while everything else was clean and functional, the bathrooms could definitely use a little shine-up to match the rest of the comfort. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and there are several great restaurants and cafés just a short drive away if you want t o explore local eats. A special shoutout to Hannah at the front desk—her warmth and hospitality made check-in feel more like a delight. All in all, this little Marriott was the perfect base for our wine adventures—and I’d go back in a heartbeat (or a cork pop)!

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The room was really big, bathroom is the perfect size. I loved the walk-in shower. This is a modern hotel. The AC unit was pretty good but we couldn’t get it any colder than 18.5°, which is fine but we like it colder. The swimming pool was neat , good size and a slide, kids area and whirlpool, all very nice and clean! We used the laundry room, the one washer didn’t work (coins wouldn’t accept) but the front load worked. The dryer however didn’t dry my clothes they were still very damp. The breakfast was tasty and I liked how there was always coffee and water available just outside my room.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The location is perfect if you want to be in West Kelowna. It’s close to everything you could need from stores to restaurants to beach access or golf. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that was huge. It easily accommodated two adults, 2 toddlers and a newborn. Everything was clean and the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The included breakfast was awesome. There was a lot of variety each day. We stayed 3 days and had different options each morning. The pool is incredible for families. There is a splash pad with slide for toddlers and a waterslide for older kids and adults as well as a hot tub. The service was incredible. Every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed our nightly call from the front desk to see if we required anything. The price was very reasonable and the parking is free. We will absolutely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to anyone we know visiting the area!

Very nice hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful all the time. Breakfast was good but could have more fresh items. (Juice and fresh cut fruits) and to much plastic for my taste. Other then that excellent experience! Room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you

It was easy to book online. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a pet friendly room which was very clean. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Continental breakfast was tasty, with lots of options. It was also close to all amenities. 5 star all the way.

The rooms were very nice but the only thing that the hotel is lacking is a pool and hottub.

We come to Kelowna regularly for my appointments at the local pain clinic. This hotel, with their friendly staff, make the experience much less difficult. It’s comfortable and quiet and welcoming. The beds are perfect, and the rooms are spacious. There are many restaurants nearby to walk to for dinner — and the included breakfast at this hotel is amazing. Always a good experience here.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out very accommodating. Breakfast staff was helpful and we were impressed by the selection of fresh fruit, coffee was very good as well. The room was very quiet, mattress, bedding and pillows were wonderful, we had a really good sleep.

This hotel is in a great location with restaurants and bars right outside. It is on what is now a pedestrian street. The lake is a 2 minute walk away with wonderful walks and lots to do. The room was very big and the bed was vary comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the reception staff were very efficient and friendly. We chose not to park in the underground carpark but the hotel has some spaces available in a parking lot behind the hotel for free, and this was perfect for us. Our room had a balcony and before turning in we sat and people watched for a while. Wonderful altogether!

We loved the Royal Anne! The location is perfect, truly can’t be beat! Our room(s) were spacious, and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was perfect … good protein options, yogurt, a selection of fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, toast etc. But what really makes this hotel wonderful is the staff! All staff were great but we want to give a shout out to James, at the front desk. James was fantastic ..he offered us a b asked in house cookie at check in, and always greeted us with a quiet smile throughout our stay. Travelled with family but is perfect for solos, couples, etc.

It was wonderful experience at this location. Staff is so friendly. Breakfast was the highlight of our trip. Servers were so friendly, serving coffee at tables, and went above and beyond to serve people. Food was fresh, delicious and refilled quickly. Overall, hotel is clean and location is pretty central about 7 minutes drive to lake and just off of Hwy 97

Excellent, clean, modern and central. Use it for business travel myself. Staff are very friendly and professional. The Placery restaurant, although with a small menu, is a relaxing and comfortable place to have a bite to eat or a drink with colleagues.

I was thoroughly impressed. The modern rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, making my stay that much more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city in my downtime. Overall, I highly recommend The Hyatt for anyone visiting Kelowna BC.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels across the world and this is honestly in my top 5 fav hotels of all time. Modern and casually contemporary boutique hotel with stylish rooms that have the most comfortable beds, great air conditioning and sufficient storage. The breakfast at this hotel is what sets it apart from the rest. 10/10 best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, by a long shot. If there’s 1 reason you should stay here, it’s for their breakfast. While I haven’t utilized any of their amenities, I’m aware of the roof top terrace; pool, gym, laundry room etc. I will continue to stay here whenever I’m back in Kelowna. Well done!

Beautiful property with luxurious and spacious rooms. Bathroom with nice deep tub and roomy shower. Separate heat in the bathroom to keep you toasty. Bed was a king and very comfortable. View was beautiful. Big balcony with comfortable seating. Seating in the room as well so you don’t have to sit in the bed all the time. Lovely fireplace although we didn’t use it. Lots of storage space. Great restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The included breakfast was amazing. Not just continental but real breakfast choices. You can buy souvenirs and fresh produce, baked goods and other foods in their attached market. The owner and staff were all so wonderful, kind and helpful.

We had never booked a bed & breakfast because we like privacy. There were only 5 B&B units located above a farm market and cafe, each one different. We booked the Peach room, with two beds. The rooms are upstairs, accessed through a side entrance which goes up to that level. The rooms are HUGE and include a gas fireplace, microwave and refrigerator, coffee making apparatus, and a huge bathroom with both a soaking tub and a large glass shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with amazing sheets that were super soft. The peach theme was carried out in the decor. Even the hallway was furnished with nice furniture. Since we were planning to ski at Big White in the morning, we were a little disappointed that breakfast wouldn't be available until 8 am, but we were able to preorder the night before and pick it up to go, so it wasn't an issue. The breakfast was delicious, with a number of enticing choices. It included an entree, a side (we chose savory scones), and a latte or other coffee drink. I had the breakfast sandwich with an egg, spinach, cheese, and a special tomato sauce on soft toast that was so good both my husband and I ordered it the second morning (and I would love to try to duplicate it at home). We were the only guests staying for the two nights, but the price was so reasonable and the experience so delightful that we are surprised it's not full all the time! We would stay there again any time!

Perfect for a quick getaway. Easy to find, away from the crazy downtown Kelowna traffic, but within easy driving distance to anywhere you Want to go. Easy check-in and friendly staff at this family-run B&B. The room was spacious and modern, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and we could see that the locals appreciated it as week as they kept coming to get the delicious food. Barb, the owner, was visible and available if needed and was very friendly. We will be back for sure.

There were a few things to choose from for breakfast and very accommodating with my food sensitivities. Food and Coffee were delicious. Nice atmosphere. Loved the balcony and view from our room. Fantastic bathtub and shower. Everything in good working order. Nice decor. Comfy bed (firm but soft). Thankfully a bed that doesn’t sag in the middle for once!

Great place, room was massive with a huge balcony. Quiet, private and away from downtown we really enjoyed staying here. Family owned business who were very friendly and helpful. Part of a orchard. Breakfast that was included was superb, fresh and generous. This place is well worth it.

Very clean, friendly hotel. Pool n hottub was good. Room clean and very spacious had a bit of a smell when u arrived but I do have a keen smell. Bed comfy. Overall would stay there again. Easy online booking in just pick up key n go. Hot breakfast nothing fancy, coffee was always available anytime.

Had such a wonderful stay! We had a jacuzzi in the bedroom and all the staff were so lovely. Will be going back again for sure. It is so close to many restaurants and we just had skip the dishes deliver so we could relax.

I found one of the people at the front desk to be rather interrupting and abrasive, although she did seek to resolve our issue, so kinda evened out. Very loud furniture moving above us for 3 hours one night. Not resolved with call to front desk. Otherwise, clean, fun, comfy room. Decent continental brekkie, decent pool and hottub. Clean, nice open rooms.

Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was well done and easy. The hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff who looked after the breakfast were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was good water pressure in the shower. Lots of towels which is lovely. The coffee in the room and breakfast room was very good.

This hotel has been fully renovated. The decor is modern, bright and fun! The bedroom was larger than most - spacious enough that there was a couch and coffee table in the room. Everything was fresh, clean and comfy. The staff were pleasant and efficient. We appreciated the breakfast that was included.
